He is a pleasure to work with! 8/28 another service visit and another hat’s off to Tommy and the guys at Curry Hyundai. 6/16/2020: in the middle of the pandemic service remains top notch. Tommy and all the people who work at Curry is why I keep coming back. 12/26 Yet another pleasurable visit to Curry. I was pleased to see seating in the customer area remains appropriately distanced and observed an employee wiping down the chairs. Thanks again, Tommy!

I made an appointment for an oil & filter change for my 2019 Sonata approximately 5 weeks ago. September 21st was the first available date that they had. I arrived at 9:30am for a 10:00 am appointment. I was told that it would be about an hour before my car was ready. I left the service area and returned at 10:15am. I saw my vehicle parked outside so I went inside to see if it was ready. I was told that it didn’t go in yet. So I waited outside in the parking lot. I never lost sight of my vehicle. About 25 minutes later someone got into my car and brought it into the service area. I asked if it was ready and I was told that it was. I was lied to and I was made to wait unnecessarily for 25 minutes. My vehicle was ready the entire time that I stood in the parking lot waiting. The person handling the paperwork didn’t even check to see if it was done. When I got into my car to leave I noticed that the low tire pressure indicator was still on. It was on when I dropped it off. Part of the service package that I paid for includes a tire pressure check. They didn’t do it. I took a photo as proof. Now I’m wondering if they did anything that I paid for. Including the oil & filter. This is my second lease from Curry. Maybe it will be my last.

Although I am a loyal Hyundai owner I was dreading the "buying a new car" process because of the high pressure of the salesman, confusion over the options, and pie in the sky promises! Fortunately, I never experienced any of these at Curry Hyundai in Cortlandt, NY. My family had purchased 3 cars there this past year and highly recommended Franz Ozuna to work with. I am glad I did. This man was professional, polite, and patient with me. I was looking to replace my Santa Fe Sport with a newer version because it may have been the best vehicle I had ever owned. He listened to my needs, explained specifics when necessary, and showed several vehicles for me to look at & test drive. After selecting a vehicle a price was negotiated to meet my budget. If I was to select one "fault" with Paul it would be that he never put the sales pressure on me! Throughout the process I kept waiting for it to happen...but it never did. Paul Friscia / Sales Manager also deserves credit. He was another polite & professional Hyundai employee that guided me through the process with financing details, promptly answering questions over the phone or email, and even having the vehicle ready for me to inspect the day before we signed the paperwork! I was introduced to may of the members of the dealership team who instantly made me feel like family! It was such a pleasant experience that I would like others to experience before purchasing a vehicle from someplace else! I highly recommend this dealership and this specific sales team for anyone looking to purchase a new car!

The dealership overall does do a good job, however there are some opportunities for improvement. On pickup the salesperson kept jumping back and forth between me and another customer. When picking up a vehicle the salesmen should stay with the customer throughout most of the delivery experience. I should know as I used to sell cars at a sister dealership back in 1985. We used to dedicate our attention in full with rare interruptions. They could have done a better job of cleaning the interior of the car. I had pointed out a smudge when I picked the unit I wanted and the salesperson said it will be all cleaned up. Smudge was still present on pickup. I felt rushed in picking up my vehicle after waiting for a bit. Many features were not explained about the vehicle both during the presale, sale and delivery of the vehicle. I'm not unhappy with the dealership, however I feel that there is room for improvement and hope they recognize that it's the fine details that lead to customer retention.

I would definitely recommend this dealership but more importantly I would recommend their sales person James Telesco. James made buying a car go much smoother than my previous experiences, he only showed me cars that I was interested and made me feel great about my purchase. I also worked with Gabe from finance, he too did an excellent job of explaining everything and making my experience with the finance department go smoothly. Nando who is also in sales did an amazing job working with Jimmy on finding the perfect car for me, I would like to thank them both for being so patient and understanding when it came to the decision on which car. Just the worst dealer I have ever had to deal with in my life. They sent out an email ad with a local Labor Day deal. I saw a new car deal that I liked and called within twenty minutes of getting the ad and was told that they did not have the car in stock. I then called the manager (Nando) to complain that it sounded like switch and bait, but he told me it wasnt because he could get the car from another dealer. That sounded great so I asked when they could get the car. He told me I would have to give a $500 deposit before he could search for the car, so I gave him the deposit. Then I was passed over to the sales person (Scott) who call me twice I think to give me an update that he could not find the car. So I asked for my deposit back, but he told me that he was still looking and would get back to me with an update. I have not heard from him since. I cant get him on the phone and have been told that managers are busy. Its been five days since the deal expired, so I called my credit card company to have them pull the charge. Im willing to bet not one person received the deal in the ad.

Scott Homon was instrumental in helping my wife and I lease a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra (a fantastic car, by the way). He was extremely knowledgable, highly personable, and was always available for questions. I never once felt pressured during my entire experience at Curry Hyundai. After talking on the phone with Nado I decided to drive down to the dealership to take a look at their Tuscons. Nado left all the information that we spoke about on the phone with Paul and John who took care of us once we arrived. The communication at Curry was excellent because they knew exactly why we were there and everything that Nado and I discussed on the phone. John took me for a test drive and thoroughly explained all the features and by the time we made it back to the dealership I knew that was the car I wanted to purchase. Both John and Paul went back over the number with us giving us a great deal that beat out their competition. A down payment was put on the car that day and I was able to pick it up the next. To me that is excellent service!

I dealt with Brian Fitzgerald. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata certified pre-owned in November of 2015 with an extended warranty. I brought it in because I was experiencing acceleration problems and the check engine light was on. When I took it in, he pretty much scoffed at my warranty like it wouldn't help me. I picked it up that night I was told it was fixed and they did a test run and it "seemed to be running smooth". Less than 24 hours later my check engine light was back on and I had no acceleration. I called twice and was told that Brian was busy and would call me back, later I left a voicemail. The next day by 1pm I still had not gotten a call back from anyone. I called asking to speak to a manager. They put James Papa on the phone who was a little more helpful. He said if I bring it back in I wont get charged the diagnosis fee again. I thought that would've been already expected since the first $130 I shelled out didn't do anything. I chose to bring my car to another dealership service center and when I told them of that experience they also said that is ridiculous and that of course I shouldn't be charged for a second diagnosis fee and that I also have a top warranty for used cars. Curry Hyundai has poor customer service, they don't make you feel welcome, and just want to take your money and make you leave. Where you could have corrected the situation and been understanding you also failed. Very disappointed and never waisting time or money at this dealership or service center again. Absolutely awful service.

This is the second elantra I leased from Curry. Everyone was very professional and the experience was pain free.My only complaint is with the car itself. It is by far the toughest car to use in snow. Shallow or deep the car is all over the place. What ever can be done to remedy that would be super!

I ended up canceling my 2012 Sonata Certified purchase because the car was just not up to certified standards. The bumpers had multiple chips and scratches, the interior had been smoked in and had a cigarette burn on the drivers seat, and the car was generally marked up. Sorry to post a poor review but the site only works if the truth is told. They also dragged their feet returning my deposit.

Felt like I was being manipulated to a degree as to final terms until I was ready to cancel my interest in purchasing.john doino was excellent then handed me over to Paul Frisia with whom their was a misunderstanding on a previously negotiated number in terms of price the day before purchase . From the time I entered the dealership, I was greeted my Nando, and a few other employees all offering coffee, tea, water and asking if I was being assisted. I never thought it would be pleasure to buy a car but, at Curry it was. At one point I was looking a fully equipped Sonata, wasn't sure if I was buying at that point - just looking; The car had a sun roof, power seats, two zone air conditioning, really top of the line car. I mentioned to John I really didn't want all those options in a car so I expected the "hard" sales pitch why it would be better if I took all the options for "later on". What actually happened was John asked what options I did want and when I told him, he somehow figured out that I was really interested in either a spot or a SE model. John showed me the SE model on the showroom floor, explained what options it had and what options it didn't have. After hearing what the car came equipped with I took one look at the SE model on the showroom floor and that's what I am driving today.

I returned to Curry 6 weeks ago with my 2009 white Hyundai Santa Fe. Over the past few months the paint on the hood and roof has started to peel extensively. I have had it appraised for repair by 2 auto body shops. Both said the car was not primed prior to painting. Cost to repair is over 7000.00. Curry basically shut me down due yo the fact that paint is covered up to 3000 miles, I have 42000. This I'd a manufacturers defect that Curry Hyundai isn't interested in correcting. I have reached out to headquarters in California for help.

Better than another Hyundai dealer that we have dealt with in the past for two cars. We live about an hour away but it was worth the trip.

Brad and the sales team were extremely helpful and patient while we were researching our purchase and finalizing our decision. Once we made our decision Brad and the finance team were easy to work with and made the entire process quick, painless, and stress-free. Everything was upfront no hidden charges or other issues. For a process that I never look forward to they did a great job making it somewhat enjoyable. I would definitely suggest stopping here during your car shopping journey.

The sales team made me feel like my satisfaction was their most important priority. They got me out of a car that was drowning me in debt and old as well. I purchased a 2013 Sonata; the sales team knew their products and were willing to answer a million questions. Just bought a 2015 Tucson and it was another pleasant experience. The same sales manager was there, Phil Giorgio, Phil is extremely knowledgeable, his team is an excellent, well trained group who are friendly and efficient. I would not even consider going to another dealer. Macky, the salesman, was so willing to work with me, had a ton of patience and was so polite. I road tested two cars. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the team made me feel confident and I know I got a good deal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CURRY HYUNDAI

This was the most pleasurable and stress-free car leasing experience I have ever had. The sales consultant and sales manager I worked with were friendly, honest and treated me with respect. I leased a 2015 Sonata and after 2,500 miles, I couldn't be more satisfied with the car and the good deal I got. Buying my car at this dealership was an easy and pleasant experience. The Manager and Salesman were both professional, informative and friendly. This is the second car I have purchased from them. The first was in 2011 and my experience was just as good. The other plus is that the service dept is just as good. Having my oil changes, tune ups, etc. I am always taken in on time, and treated nicely.

For the most part, experience was good. My sales person Brad Harris was first sales person to approach after me looking around for a few minutes. He was very friendly and informative. On the negative side I had agreed to terms with sales manager on a monthly payment with my deposit and when I was sitting down with financial person I had to give more money or my monthly payment would go up, that was after signing initial contract. Was told manager would call me back to talk with me about that issue and till this day haven't spoken with him, that was about two months ago. Would I go back? Not really sure

Everyone was really friendly and tried extremely hard to give me the car I wanted at the price that we all felt comfortable at. My salesman, Justin Gordon, was fantastic. He did everything for me that I asked for and went beyond to the smallest detail, even hand cleaning the license plates I transferred over from my trade in vehicle. In the end, I bought the 2013 Elantra and I am loving it. It drives beautifully. I am very pleased and would most definitely recommend your dealership and Justin to my employees, family and friends.

We actually had come in to look only, but because of Brad Harris's professionalism, effectiveness, and positive attitude, we decided on a car that day. We had an excellent experience. We had emailed with John Marinaccio on various questions we had on price and models and he was very responsive. We went into the dealership knowing what we wanted and had a base price and worked with Dante Forzano who was helpful and informative. We went in at 11 am and walked out with the car we wanted by 4pm. We were thrilled with the whole experience and are very happy with our new purchase.

John Doino was the only employee that was nice. The rest were horrible. They tried to get more money on a downpayment and on monthly payments which amounted over the quoted price of the car. Went to another Hyundai dealership and got the car with original downpayment amount and the monthly payments down almost $100 per month. When I tried to get the deposit back for the car they wouldn't give it to me even though I was within the dispute period. Worst dealership in Westchester County. A bunch of greedy thieves.

Curry Hyundai has been a great expierence for buying my car. My sales Consultant was Ed carbonaro, he was so friendly, polite, and helpful in making the process go as smoothe as possible. I went there to look at the hyundai limited elantra but did not read in the fine lines of the ad i brought with me so I felt kind of bummed when Ed explained that to me. I ended up test driving the car anyway and loved it but it was out of my price range that I had hoped for. When I got back inside, Ed said that he would see what he could do, and he did. He was able to get me the car in my price range for everything I wanted on the car. In the process of the paperwork, Ed had informed me of every step that was being taken. I really couldn't have asked for a better salesman :)

I purchased my Vehicle almost new, it cost me over 18000 dol, In addition to buying the vehicle I also purchased the smart care as well, I was told that the maintenance would be honored at any dealer in the country with coupons that I would receive with the car paper work as Im out of NY state, now it seems that there is a third party involved, I want to understand how this works, and would like to be able to use what I purchased at my dealer without complications. please assist

While returning a lease at the dealership I dealt with Phil and Victor. They were rude and very unprofessional. Apparently I had forgotten to take the plates when I left. Upon returning home I was threatened and cursed at over the phone in my own home by Phil Giorgio. I have filed complaints and am awaiting an explanation from someone of authority there. I would NEVER lease/buy/service a vehicle there again.

I was looking for a black hyundai Santa Fe sport with navigation and heated seats for my daughter. I knew exactly what car and color I wanted, so when I saw the car with those specs on their website I called. John said he had the car, I should come over. I said there were 2 black cars, each a different type of black, that were on their website, and I asked if he knew what the difference was. He did not. I told him I lived 3045 minutes away, and that I did not want to come all the way there unless I could actually sit in the car. He said he was going to go to their lot now and bring it iPhone tot the showroom so it would be there when I got there. Tat was at 4:00. I got to their place around 5. When I got inside there were 5 salesmen standing around, John came up and introduced himself to me, and when I asked where the car was he said he was sorry it was sold. I said, "Really. In the hour since we spoke you went and brought the car here, someone came in, saw the car, paid for it on the spot, you got it prepped and insured and they drove it away? You guys are pretty impressive." Then i said, even if it was sold i told you how far i had to come you should have had the courtesy to call me when the car ws not available. He apologized again, and said he had a red one. He said he thought I said red or black. I told him the word red never entered into our conversation, and I called him a liar and walked out. None of the other salespeople looked shocked or anything but amused, so I imagine this type of bait and switch thing happens a lot there. The next day he had the gall to call my house and ask if there was anything he cold do to get my business. I thought about having him deliver a car and paperwork to my house and telling him never mind, but I didn't want to stoop to their level. Stay away from this place.

On Saturday, March 13th, 2013, roughly 2:30, I arrived at the service department to have my brakes done on my 2009 Honda Civic. I thought I made an appointment. The service woman, Nancy Barone was very friendly, clearly I made a mistake. I thanked her and was going to leave. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Nancy offered to get the car in the shop if she could get the parts. Minutes later I was informed she was able and the car would be serviced. With that I asked her if there was anyone I could talk to about looking at a new car. Nancy is in the Suburau department and introduced me to a sales person at Curry Suburau. I don't remember his name. He was also very professional. After speaking with him a little while, it was clear I was leaning towards the Hyundai Vehicles. Instead of trying to push me towards something I wasn't interested in he introduced me to Matt Duro a sales consultant for Hyundai. Matt was friendly, informing me as much as possible about Hyundai, as he took me out for a test drive, while trying to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. After bringing me two price quotes I narrowed it down to the Hyundai Sonata. Matt and I discussed the price and along with the offer on my 2009 Civic. Matt asked what was it that would do the deal (not in those words, but so to speak), I told me the price I would be happy to agree on right now. I let him know I didn't want to haggle, not a hundred, two hundred or even a dollar more. If he couldn't do it that was okay but if he could great. After speaking with the manager, Matt had come back to tell me we had a deal. On Thursday, of the following week after receiving a call from Matt the day before to inform me the car was in, I went in to go over and pick up my vehicle. That day Matt had an allegic reaction to something and was unable to be there. Ed Cardonaro, another sales consultant, stepped in for Matt. Although it was not Ed's sale, he treated me as if it was. He took his time, was patient, walked me through everything, was pleasant, friendly and professional. From Ed I went to Gabriel Cassanova, he like everyone else was professional and courteous. He explained the different payment plans as well as other available options. Ed than took me out to the car walked me through how everything works and let me know if I had any questions I was free to call him.In all sincerity, the entire experience was extremely positive. Every person including the manager from Hyundai were courteous and profesional.That sale doesn't happen if Nancy didn't go out of her way. And I wouldn't have been there trying to get my Honda serviced specifically there if it wasn't for the excellent service I received years ago when I would bring in my 2004 Hyundai Accent.

I'm normally not moved to write reviews, but my experience with Dante Forzano and Philip Giorgio was fantastic - these guys are awesome! Both Dante and Phil were true gentlemen in dealing with me. I actually felt like they wanted my business and not just for the short term. They fought for it every step of the way and with true professionalism. I received the same treatment leasing my Hyundai Sonata that I expect on my higher end cars. I think they are just nice people - really! By the way, the product is great so far. I leased the Sport 2.4 liter last month and so far it is a really fun car to drive. Also, it is about as loaded as I could find for the money. It is sharp looking car, handles great, the transmission is smooth, it has more than enough power, and gets decent gas milage. I recommend the car highly - you can't go wrong!Between the people I dealt with and the product, it is a no brainer! Just get it.-Rob Levine

I can not even begin to express how wonderful the service I received from this business was! I purchased a car from a young woman named April. I explained my situation to her and how urgent it was that I get a car. She gave me the best deal, and was very patient with all of my questions, and demands. She entertained my kids while I made calls to my insurance company, and watched them as I test drove the car. She went above and beyond, as did everyone else I dealt with during the process. After this experience I would never buy a car anywhere else.

We bought our Santa Fe in for a regular service visit. By the time they were done with it, scratches had been buffed out, the alignment had been repaired, and all at a very minimal cost to us.These guys are truly top-notch. I have rarely encountered a level of customer service like we encountered at Curry Hyundai.

After visiting many Hyundai dealers and other different car manufacturers we decided to go with the New Hyundai Santa Fe at curry Hyundai. The reason we chose curry Hyundai was because of the attention to detail and huge customer service they provided us with. I was approached by the nicest gentlemen. Our salesmen Ed carbonaro approached us out on the lot right away and was so helpful with all of the information on the new Santa Fe. We had test driven it already at another Hyundai dealership in white plains but the salesmen there had no clue what they were talking about so we decided to go with Ed for another test drive. Before we even sat down to work out payments we were greeted by the nicest managers John and Phil. I hate car shopping because of the whole persona of "car salesmen" but after meeting Eds managers and the level of friendliness and respect we received from them at curry Hyundai we will never dread car shopping again. Ed made it so easy with all the information and Phil worked with us and got us where we needed to be with a monthly payment that was within our budget. The other manager John even brought over 2 balloons for our kids. If anyone is thinking about getting a Hyundai, you MUST go to Curry Hyundai and ask for Ed Carbonaro.

After shopping several dealers online I decided to visit Curry as the they responded quickly. I was greeted by the 2 managers John and Phil and they introduced us to Dante to help us with our Sonata. He was very knowledgable and showed us different models and he made sure it was the right car for us. I was surprised that the pricing we had discussed didn't change but we did select a different vehicle (se) As it was a sportier model. He showed us the whole dealership as he said they were open for 6 month but the auto group was in business for almost 90 years. It was hassle free and a great experience and I will be back after 3 years to lease another one. The only negative thing I could say was the managers were at a desk that was in the middle of the showroom and we could hear what they were talking about with other customers and it was loud. Thank you Dante and Curry Hyundai.

I was a bit hesitant at first when I considered buying a new car, since I've heard that it can be a long,frustrating process, especially since I am a first time buyer. But I decided to check out Curry Hyundai and I am so glad I did. From when I walked in I was greeted by Frank and was shown nothing but respect and kindness. He was not pushy at all and was extremely knowledgeable, which made me feel a lot more at ease. I was introduced to the manager, Phil, who answered all of my questions and even went over everything again to make sure that I was comfortable before moving forward with my purchase. Also, the price that was agreed on was, in my opinion, extremely reasonable for such a beautiful car. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about my experience with Curry Hyundai. Especially the staff that I dealt with. Hector my sales person was very honest, friendly and knowledgeable as well as patient with me. There were many issues on my end as far as making this sale happen...such as trading in an older vehicle, bad credit for financing and needing to be in a low price range monthly payment. The manager Phil was also very helpful in giving me the best trade in value on my truck, he gave me what in my opinion was the best price for the used Sonata I was interested in buying and I even got him to throw in a full tank of gas for me : ) (Thank you Phil)!!!!!!! Then comes dealing with Anthony for the financing aspect of the deal....He was GREAT too....He did everything in his power to get me approved and have my payments be where I need them to be!!!!!! Long story short.....I pick up my new car tomorrow and could not be HAPPIER!!!!!!!!!! This is a dealership that does not treat people with respect. Their price was decent, not great. When I asked the for the specifics on how the deal was put together, I received a lot of "it was about this". When I pressed further, about this was not even close. I like to use dealers who treat you with respect. Dealers who understand buying a car is a major investment for the consumer. When I asked about a certain color, I was told you cannot have it at the price you were quoted. To me, that is not being treated with respect.PS. I did buy a car with the color I wanted from another dealer. Do not go to this dealer.

Brought my 2012 Sonata in for service to have a malfunctioning door lock fixed. My driver door wouldn't unlock with the keyfob. I was told that there was a recall on the door lock and it would take one hour for it to be installed. After making an appointment and bringing the car in, they did get the car into the shop within 20 minutes. After the car was in the shop though, everything went downhill. I sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours without a single service adviser coming to talk to me on the status of my car or apologize for the inconvenience. So after 3 1/2 hours of waiting the service advisor came over apologizing for the wait and to tell me that the car still wasn't fixed. I would have to make another appointment where they could have the day to diagnose the car.Made another appointment, dropped the car off this time and got a loaner for the day. The loaner car was nice of them, but the car was filthy. The inside of the car had food wrappers in the backseat and the car was covered with pollen and some bird droppings on the trunk of the car. So the second time around they did fix the car, but they returned my car dirty. Not that I had the car spotless to begin with, but there were hand prints on the door panel they had removed and the car wasn't washed. What kind of dealership has a car for the whole day and can't run it through the car wash??? Very dissatisfied with the service I received and frankly, I'm quite surprised since everyone I talked to before hand had nothing but good things to say. I will not be returning for service at Curry Hyundai.

I, like many others, love getting a new car but am not usually happy having to go through the seemingly unending negotiations of settling on a price that I believe is fair. I researched the Hyundai Sonata Turbo online and came up with a Fair Market Price before contacting Curry Hyundai. I received a call from Ron who agreed to honor the price I hoped to match. When my husband and I went in to meet with him, Ron was warm and friendly and ready with the price we had agreed upon on the phone. He's currently driving a Sonata so was able to give me a great deal of info about the car that was really helpful. We rarely use a dealer for service on a car but Ron even sold me on trying Curry out this time around because of the excellent pricing they've established to be competitive. If anyone I know is interested in purchasing a Hyundai, I'd definitely recommend they seek out Ron to work with on the purchase. Both he and Tony Mercuri, the business manager, made this car buying experience a pleasure rather than an ordeal.

Not even into a year of having my used 2004 Hyandi Elentra I've had to spend over $1000 in repairs. When I first bought the car I told them I was moving to GA because of my military orders.Not even about a month or two later the rear ABS sensor went, then the front axle and catalaytic converter went also. The tire was also placed on wrong and there was a puncture in which the tire was leaking air the ENTIRE drive from NY to GA! Glad my wife did not crash while driving.Had someone go down to see if they could even reimburse me for my repairs or even get half my money back since I could not drive back to GA to NY for repairs.For THREE weeks they have played games saying they would try to fix it, but offering to do work for other people in NY? How does that benefit me fixing other peoples stuff?So we just got the run around from their SERVICE manager, I would NEVER buy another car from them.Then they act like they never knew I was in the military after my mom went down there and told the service manager and I told him also on the phone! Great customer service!

I intended to go to Curry Hyundai for a test drive only. Curry has been a dealership in my Town ever since I can remember and I was apprehensive with respect to purchasing from them. However, I was fortunate to meet Rick Davis as the Sales Representative. He was very friendly without being too over bearing and pushy and he was very informative with respect to the vehicle. He also had a knack for helping me determine exactly which model I wanted since I was unsure when I walked in. I believe it was because of him that I purchased the vehicle that day.

Rick Davis was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. He accecpted the internet price and when we picked up the car the next day he went over every option and detail of my new Sonata and even set up my blue tooth. This Review is for the 2012 Hyundai Elantra we Purchased in mid November of 2011All I have to say is wow!This dealership tears down any misconception i might have had about car dealers. I will start at the beginning..My Fiancee and I were looking for a new car(we just purchased a home in Rockland). We looked at multiple cars and dealers and decided to go with the Hyundai Elantra. We visited multiple places and as soon as we would get on the lot we would be pressured and most of the time immediately asked how we were paying for the car!We looked up top dealers for Hyundai and Curry came up. We decided to give them a try. First day we went we were greeted with great smiles warm welcomes and no pressure. We were allowed to view all the cars, take our time and actually leave the lot without feeling like there was an electric fence preventing us from doing so.A few nights later I went on Currys website and saw the car I wanted and asked for an E-Price. (it was 250.00 dollars less). Two days later I went back to the lot and looked for the car I found on the net, and guess what, it was actually there! No bait and switch, no sneaky car dealer tactics. I went inside and was greeted by Rick Davis the salesman.. I have to say Rick was just Amazing. He immediately asked me what I was looking for in a car, why I liked the Elantra and was genuinely excited about showing me all the features in the 2012 Elantra. We went for a very good test drive all along telling me about the features and benefits, while also giving pauses long enough for me to get a good feel for the car on my own.When we stepped out of the car after the test drive I explained to him I would want to go home and speak to my fiancee one more time (even though her and I already agreed that I was going to purchase the car today) Rick Davis was more than gracious , thanked me for my time, offered his business card and said if I ever need anything please let him know.. He did not try the greatest hits tricks of last one in stock , hard to get model , price wont last. I walked half way out of the dealership and decided to buy. Rick Davis made everything seamless during the sales process. It was the most pleasurable car buying experience I ever had. But as we all know in car buying there has to be a catch right?. Well again there wasnt, Remember that E-Price, Rick Said no problem right away(no let me talk to my sales manager) and the price is what they said it would be!. Also the financing they offered me never changed and was better than any outside rate I could have gotten. Now you might be asking by now what about the horror stories at the financing department? Again, I have to say it was delightful(yes I said it), The manager gave me all the options and did not try to force or pressure me into anything. He actually explained everything really well and asked me about my needs and then allowed me to decide, it was truly a great experience.There was one slight snafu, the following day, my dad picked up the new car(I had to work) and there was a slight scratch on the bumper. Heres why I love this dealership, Rick Davis noticed the Scratch as my dad was getting in the car(my dad admitted he would have never noticed). The dealer was extremely apologetic, offered to fix the scratch (which they did promptly, big thanks to the service department, they were great as well) and took additional money off. Everything Curry Said they would do, they did, above and beyond. I even met the General Manager of the dealership and he seemed to genuinely care about the service that was provided at the dealership.In closing I would 100% recommend this dealership and if you are buying a Hyundai or Subaru, Ask for Rick Davis he was everything you can possibly ask for in a sales person and car advisor. Thank you Curry for changing my negative perception of the car buying experience.

Walter Burns went above and beyond to explain my new Tucson and show me all the buttons and their functions. He even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car that day.Anthony Mercuri explained, in detail, the finance end of the loan. He even called me the next day to say that the interest rate had been lowered than when I was there. He also made a point of coming in on his day off so I could sign a new contract for the lower payment.I definitely would recommend this dealership, and these fine gentlemen to my family and friends.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience when purchasing my Accent due to the friendliness of Rick and the staff at Curry Hyundai. We appreciated that Rick was not overpowering and pushy when we were looking at cars. He was courteous, accommodating and honest. I would recommend others to shop at Curry Hyundai.

While Rich may be new to selling this particular model, he was able to answer all of my questions, and his follow up has been excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. What I loved was that it wasn't the old style of car purchasing environment. As a woman shopping on my own, I appreciated that I was respected as the customer.

When I first ordered the car, Maryann Torres told me the car would cost me exactly $22,313.19 as an "out the door" price. When I walked out of that dealership, I ended up spending almost $27,000! This price didn't even include aluminum wheel covers or a cable for my I-pod, which I never even got! After the dust settled and I looked at the final figures, I determined that because I purchased the extended warranty, the price of my car skyrocketed. Klitos Manuel did a slick job of selling me that warranty. However, he did NOT, and I repeat, he did NOT tell me what the final price would be on my car. If he did, I would have never agreed to the first package on the extended warranty. Now I'm stuck with a car payment that's a monkey on my back of $350 per month, whereas it could have been a whole lot cheaper if Klitos went over the figures with me more carefully and told me the bottom-line price on my car. I'm disgusted and I'm very unhappy about what transpired. It's because of this that I do not recommend Curry Hyundai. Sorry, folks, but paying almost $27,000 as opposed to $22,313.19 is not my idea of a happy customer.

LIAR-LIAR-LIARS!! They play the salesman game on me, they took my deposit to get me off the market and then told me they ordered my vehicle. Come to find out, over 4 weeks of waiting, the vehicle was never ordered. They were just waiting for the 2012 to come in so I would pay more or I would take another color that I didn't request for. My husband and I left John the manager 9-11 messages to call us and he never did. They also told me that there wasn't a White Hyundai Elantra-Limited in the area, come to find out there was one in CT. I called Stamford Hyundai on a Friday and picked up the car I wanted that afternoon. No problems! The manager there told me Curry never contacted them for a swap out or to get the car I wanted. I was very disappointed.... Curry is not Military Friendly or Police/Fireman friendly. Futhermore, I've heard similar stories from area neighbors who had problems with Curry too.

We had a very good experience working with them. They were very knowledgeable and cooperative. They had helped us to select the right car and set up the type of lease we needed. We have been recommending them to other people. It was well worth the trip for us from Suffolk County to Cortland. We went to local dealerships and did not find much cooperation or salesmanship.

I work for the UPS company and had noticed this gentleman always outside greeting people whether it was snowing, raining, or just freezing and he told his name was Richard and was very excited about the cars he was selling. I decided to see if he could help me get into a vehicle that would save me from the "gas war". He was honest and very helpful in explaining to me the vehicle plus he did not try to pressure me into something expensive that made it special since I currently have 2 children in college and a 3rd in the Marines, this is why I was comfortable buying from him because he show true passion in what he was doing! Keep up the great job, Richard, Anthony, and John, as there should be more people like you gentlemen in all dealerships!!

Went to 3 dealerships before coming to curry. Ron was able to match the prices I was receiving elsewhere and it took about two weeks to find the car i was looking for. Along the way, Ron was so helpful with keeping me informed as to the status of the car search. John the manager was also very professional throughout and when they finally found the car i was looking for, it had extras like a spoiler, iPod cable, and floor mats all complimentary of the dealership. Tony the business manager made the finances very quick and painless and couldn't believe how fast he finished everything. He was great. Curry Hyundai is a great place to buy a car and you wont regret going in. Very Friendly and helpful. Make sure you get Ron Stewart as your sales consultant!

In all my years of buying cars I have never been treated so well as I was with Curry Hyundai. They literally bent over backwards to please me and make sure I was happy with my buying experience. The financial manager was superb in coming up with a figure that was affordable and reasonable. I would highly reccommend this dealership to any of my friends. There is no doubt in mind that if the need ever arises for me to purchase another car I would run to Curry Hyundai of Cortlandt. A great experience.

Richard was very honest during our visit to the dealership. He was very helpful and patient. I would feel comfortable buying a car from him in the future. The model I wanted was not in stock and delivery date was unknown. Richard did not try to string me along and make phony promises about a delivery date. He was upfront and honest.

All I can say here is this is not your typical "car salesman". This guy is tremendous A gentleman in every way. Ive been driving for 37 years and my wife for 35 years. Between the two of us we have purchased more that 15 new vehicles personally and at least another 5-6 for our businesses. My wife and I have never had a nicer experience at any automobile dealership Ever!!! Ronald Stewart, our sales guy, is the most caring and professional individual you could ever meet. He spent a huge amount of time with us on test drives and answered EVERY question. Even when he didnt have an immediate answer on 1 or 2 relatively insignificant questions, he made sure that he called us back and gave us the answers. The finance manager was also great and so was the upper management at Curry. Since our purchase, we have also had the opportunity to utilize the service department. The place is run like a medical center. You would never know you were in a Garage. The staff is friendly and they just cant do enough for you as a customer. They even made me take a loaner car FREE OF CHARGE because they had to order a part for my car and they didnt want me to drive it because they thought it was unsafe. They repaired my vehicle in 2 days and didnt charge me a single penny. I will be purchasing ALL of my vehicles from Ron over at Curry Automotive. Prior to purchasing my 2011 Santa Fe Limited, I had gone to another dealership in Beacon to purchase a 2010 Santa Fe, papers were signed deposit made and when I went to pick up the car I waited for over 30 minutes (left work early to meet their time frame) my time is just as valuable as theirs. I left the dealership, contacted the owners and requested my deposit back. I than went to Curry Hyundai in Cortland Manor. The sales man at the Beacon dealership was wonderful, I would have loved to have given him a sake, however the sales manager at this dealership in Beacon was rude, arrogant and not people friendly. I heard about Curry and even though it is an hour drive from were I live I went. I was and still am very pleased with their attitude towards potential customers, and willingness to help you meet your goal. I would not have been able to do this without the help and support of John Marinaccio and Klitos Manuel. Ron Stewart is excellent at sales. Since going here, I tell people not to go to the other dealership in Beacon but to go to Curry instead.
