Curry Toyota is the most ethical and efficient car dealership I found in my search for a Camry LE hybrid. They took my deposit over the phone. They understood I needed 48 hours to get there, as I was out of town. They provided precise information I needed to secure insurance and a certified check. They provided flexibility as a specific fee was unknown, that we could pay it when we got there. We arrived early, the sales person used our time efficiently by showing us the various features that were new to the driver. We felt well informed about the vehicle when we drove away. I have also dealt with curry Honda and had a similar experience. Great sales experience from beginning to end

Brought my 2016 Tacoma in to get a suspicious sound checked out. I demonstrated the sound for the service writer when I arrived. He says yes I hear it. He tells me it's about $1000 to fix, and I agree to pay it. Couple days later I go to pick up the truck, pay the bill and start to drive away and I realize the sound is still there. I go back and ask the service writer what happened and how we can resolve this. He says it's my fault, so there's nothing he can do. I don't even know what I paid for. I certainly did not expect this kind of customer service from a legit Toyota Service department. Hopefully corporate has better customer service when I call them and explain the situation today.

My experience dealing with Chris Rivera was awesome! He was super nice and patient, gladly answered my questions and gave me a clear understanding of what to expect during my visit at Curry Toyota. The facility was very nice and clean, the workers all smiled and acknowledged me (Not super common in NY). I look forward to my next visit and will recommend to all my toyota driving comrades.

Thanks Hope that car I purchased is that worth it and meet my expectations. Doing and purchase the car financed, financing team shows me good hospitality and experience when trying to explaining to me and answer my questions. Only one thing was out my view I purchased financing with higher rates 3.99% and no with 1.99% witch is Toyota financing rates. That’s what I did not expected. Only wish to have 1.99% interest on my Toyota financing for this car if is possible. Thanks. ……S.B

The staff never tried to push anything on me or my wife. The price they quoted us they stuck to. When it was time to finalize the deal, they spared us from trying to add service items on to the deal. A pleasant experience.

Integrity, skill and respect for me as a customer. That's why I bought and service my two Toyotas at Curry. I always ask for Kathy Wesp because she is especially enthusiastic about helping my 1998 Camry reach 200,000 miles. I place integrity first on my list and will not work with dealerships about which I have even a hint of trying to make me spend more than necessary. Kathy and the other Curry service people have worked to get every last mile out of my tires, brakes, etc. even though I always authorize replacements at their discretion. I drive 25 miles to reach them from my White Plains home when there are two other Toyota dealers half that distance from me.

I love my new-used certified vehicle bought 9/20/16 from an exemplary salesman Javier Echeverria who is superlative at his job. Money is extremely tight for me as with everyone, so I was particularly nervous and hesitant. Javier was very intuitive with my skepticism & concern over my decisions. Javier has a calm demeanor, with some humor, but also professionalism that put me at ease. I really appreciated that. Thank you Javier, I'm really enjoying the car ! The financial manager Anthony Mercuri is a real expert at his job. He was patient explaining everything to me, and giving me the patience I needed making a decision on further warranty coverage that I did take. I've been a repeat customer for years & years. Went to find a 2016 Prius and was very happy I did. They had what I was looking for and the friendly service was more then expected. I first met with Greg in sales and set out my expectations and he was able to more then meet what I needed. Took a test drive and was sold. Five years ago purchased 2011 corolla from curry. great car, great service, runs like new. Then-- i'm stopped at a red light and a distracted driver hits me from behind at 65mph and wrecks car. I need new car--so i leased 2016 corolla from salesman Daniel Flores. Took the standard toyota lease so no negotiations needed. Dan was great--he picked me up at my house and drove me to dealership. Took time to explain all the new features of the car including the bluetooth which i had never seen before. Tony Mercuri helped me figure out the complicated paperwork. Please wish me good luck with my new car and keep the crazy texters away from me..

The first issue I had with them was when I took my 2010 Prius into them and Remo said a repair would be covered under a recall and wouldn't have to pay. When I go to pick up my car they say its only a recall in CA so I have to pay ~$500 for the repair. - Strike 1Today I call them to set up a service appointment for my 2014 Camry SE (I bought used this past January from this exact dealer) and explain the issue to Mike. My key fob has stopped locking the car and there is a maintenance light on. I ask for a 4pm appointment. Mike on the other end of the phone says thats too late in the day. I ask why and he says techs go home at 5pm. I explain to him I asked for a 4pm appointment and he says again "thats entirely too late in the day." I start saying I'll find another service center and before I can finish the sentence he hangs up on me. -Strike 2I don't want to waste my time with a 3rd strike. Why is there no apology, like "I'm sorry your car isn't working as expected, we will be happy to fix it for you?" Especially since this car is relatively new in general and is only 7 months old to me. It just seems like they do not care there, certainly doesn't seem like they want me to go back there with my car needs.

UPDATE:After reviewing the dealership on this site. The service Manager Tony, called me. He listened to my problems and easily understood why I was upset. He apologized and said he would correct it to the best of his ability. When I brought my vehicle in Tom treated me and my car issues with care and professionalism. They worked on my car quickly and efficiently, even though it was near the end of their work day.Its clear from my past experience that the issues I originally had with their service were isolated incidents and are not a systemic problem. They clearly want my business and yours. Finally they respond well to my criticism. Remo even called me, personally which I felt was a nice gesture. From the moment that I walked into the showroom, I was treated like an old friend. Bruce and John were very easy to talk with, and they listened to my wants and needs. Bruce took me to test drive a few different cars to help me determine if I wanted a different model this time. I decided to stick with the Corolla. When it came to color, I thought I liked one color, but there was not one on the lot. Then Bruce remembered that there was one in that color that was in for service that day, and he took me to see the color. That sounds simple, but it is really amazing customer service! Not every Auto Dealership is Trustworthy. Nor is every Car Salesman. I had an experience last week with Curry Toyota that showed me how a reputable dealership earns the trust of customers.My daughter purchased a car there, had a signed contract, had $500 taken from her chargecard. Two days later the salesperson called to say someone else bought it, come back andlook for another car. Really?? Isn't this "Bait and Switch"? I was shocked!! I called and got intouch with the Sales Manager, John Contreros. I wanted her money back and nothing moreto do with Curry. To make this long story short ... it is people like John that build the reputation of Curry Toyota. He worked with me diligently to make it right. He kept in touch .. he assigned Greg Dean to process paperwork and help my daughter from purchase to completion.John Contreros is an honest person. A gem to find in this industry. From start to finish the process of trading in old car and purchasing a new Highlander was an enjoyable event. Salesman Oliver Buckle was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Anthony Zullo patiently answered all of my financial questions in a clear manner and again a pleasure to work with. Last but not least sales Manager John Contreras rounded out the team and listened carefully to our requests and together we negotiated what i feel was a very fair deal for all parties. Dan Flores made this trade-in and new car purchase the best and easiest I have had in 30 years. Explanations of the pricing, car features, and business process was thorough and easy to understand. I would recommend this dealership and most certainly their sales group. Historically I have also had positive experiences with their service department with my last three cars, and they have been excellent, customer oriented and friendly, particularly Rick Cook.

Our Sales person was Bre and she was exceptional! She communicated with us daily to find the car we wanted with specific options. She was easy to speak with, no pressure sales which made the whole experience not stressful, and actually a pleasure! We liked her so muc we brought her flowers and cupcakes! Tony, who did the final paperwork, was also easy to speak to, he explained everything until I understood, and he made me feel like I had a great deal and would be protected and cared for by the Dealership. Rich in the Service Center was friendly and also made me feel comfortable in knowing I could reach out for any assistance or additional training on how to use the car. My Sales Person was Bre and she was amazing! She answered all my questions, was on top of everything, and worked very hard to get the exact model I wanted. She was so great to work with in fact that we bought her flowers and cupcakes to celebrate! Closing the deal with Tony was a good experience as well. He explained everything to my satisfaction and built trust in the Dealership. My kids liked him as well as he was easy to laugh with! Walked in having an idea of what vehicle I wanted, got talked into purchasing a better SUV for the family and saving more money. We had a very pleasant experience working with Daniel Flores, our sales representative. Daniel was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. He and his manager, Joe Addimandi, worked up a good deal for us on our third lease arrangement. At the time we picked up the car, Daniel spent an hour and half going over the car in great detail. The final meeting with the business manager, Tony Zullo, was painless. Overall, an excellent, well coordinated experience.

This is the third Camry I have leased from this dealership because they have a great salesperson, Bill Hessler is my go to guy. I am in the food service industry and I recognize good service and hospitality when I see it in the staff. The sale doesn't end the day you pick up your car here. Bill calls me occasionally to see how I am doing and how it's going with the car. This is not a quality I have ever experienced before at a dealership. I recommend Curry Toyota to everyone.

We came in with a deal we had seen online. Bre Roadarmel got it done without too much of the usual pain associated with going back and forth to consult with the Manager! She was helpful, upfront and expedited the process the whole way through. There was an initial problem with damage on the car we were supposed to get originally and she sped up the process to get us an alternate car right away. Good service for a fair price on our Toyota Corolla lease.

Like many others, we decided to buy a car over Memorial Day weekend. Although the dealership was extremely busy, the sales staff made us feel like we were the only ones in the showroom, taking the time to listen to what we were looking for and providing us with quick, pleasant service. The staff was very professional and the sales process was easy. We had researched the car we wanted and felt the price offered was reasonable. Paperwork was also user-friendly and we picked up the car the next day. We enjoyed working with the dealership and will come back when we trade-in our second car in a few years.

In 2014 I worked with Bruce Ascher and I can't say enough nice things about him. Most car salesmen are the typical pushy, arrogant and just want your money type of attitude and Bruce is nothing like that. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the best deal and makes sure you are truly happy with the decision you make. I just signed a new lease for a new car on Monday and years later we received the same excellent service as we did before! We also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Phil Giorgio who was also extremely sweet and extremely helpful. We rarely leave a bad review online, but we feel that others may want to be aware of our unpleasant experience and be more careful when dealing with Curry Toyota.We actually had a very positive experience in the beginning. Both the sales person and the internet sale manager are very friendly. We got a bill of sale from them, paid the deposit, and was really looking forward to pick up our brand new car which has an odometer reading of less than 10, according to the bill of sale.On the day where we were supposed to pick up the car, everything actually went pretty well initially, except that it took quite a long time for them to bring out the car ( about 90 mins delay, but I think this is typical among all dealers). Things turned south when we inspect the car and realize that the car has more than 100 miles on the odometer reading. We questioned our sales person, but he said that he doesn't know why the reading is so high. Two other "managers" came by, each with a different reason (I mean, at least try to sync up the story that you are trying to sell first..) of why the reading is high.It turns out that the so called "brand new" vehicle was the test-drive vehicle. We actually don't mind buying a car that was for test-drive, but you NEED to tell us up-front, instead of pretending this is a brand-new car with a very low odometer reading and hoping that we didn't notice that. All in all, not a pleasant experience at all, and a total waste of time. We feel that this place lacks integrity, and we feel that the managers are in someway encouraging this type of behavior

Our sales representative Daniel Flores was a good listener. He sold us the car 'we' wanted, with the extras 'we' wanted, and nothing more. The experience felt more like dealing with a representative rather than a sales person. Daniel, John Contreras and Tony Zullo were fair on the price and terms, and the options available to us. Recently, I received a call from the Sales Manager at Curry Toyota asking me if I wanted to trade in my current leased car for another. My wife and I went over and a Sales Person named Breanna Roadarmel was assigned to us. Over the next two days, my wife and I talked with Bre for several hours. First, we settled on a maximum lease price. We were given two options and chose the cheaper one. After going home, we decided that the first option was better for us. On the first day, Bre completed all the paperwork. That night, we left a voicemail that we changed our mind. The next day, Bre greeted us and accommodated our change. During the entire process, Bre was very professional, courteous and concerned. She made our second option happen as if the first one never existed. This meant additional paperwork but she gave us no problems. She knew what she was doing during the entire process. She was open during our discussions. We were able to get the car we needed for our long commute to work, at a wonderful price, low mileage, and in great condition. My husband and I went to the dealership to look at the Rav4 and within a few days, we leased it! Our salesman, was Joe, who helped us find the car we were looking for. Since he is relatively new, Phil had also met with us to further discuss our budget. We found everyone at the dealership to be very nice and willing to work with us to help us get the car we wanted. On the day we went to pick up our new car, Oliver went over every feature of the car, which was a huge help. Again, everyone was so nice and congratulated us. We also appreciated that they told us to call or come in anytime if we have any questions or concerns regarding the car. We highly recommend this dealership. The two stars is because the place is beautiful and the people were nice, but ugh, I'm never going here again. We've been here twice. The first time for a checkup and oil change, and I ordered front floor mats, ended up being $1100. They charged me $35 to "install the floor mats", aka, lay them on the floor. The second time, the windshield wipers were broken. It just so happened that it happened while I was on my first work trip after having a baby, so I was in Boston and my husband was going to come up the next day so I could breastfeed. He dropped the car off the day I left, and they said they would call when it was done - no estimate on time or cost. He didn't hear back that day, so he called the next day and was told "we said, WE'LL call YOU back". I called again that night myself, to find out that they ordered a part and it was going to be a few more days. That's our only car, so if he had known it would take so long, my husband would have rented a car and driven up to Boston. But with no idea how long it would take, he sat home with a baby and no car for 4 days. And it happened to cause the end of exclusive breastfeeding for us. Oh, and of course it was over $800. TERRIBLE!

I have been buying from Curry for a long time and have always had good service; however, this time my experience was just super fantastic. My salesman, Alex Ortiz and my financial officer, Tony Zullo were not only great in their sales transactions but great people. They weren't super pushy, they weren't super sugary, not at all like the "typical" people you think of when you think "car salesman." They were just "cool."" while also very professional.They didn't make me feel like I wanted to run out of there screaming. Everyone I encountered tried hard to be helpful and seemed happy to be working there and to be helping me. It was also good to go to a new building. The cleanliness and functionality of everything is impressive.. Anyway, thanks to all.

From the sales manager Lee to Bill and finally Anthony who is the business manager the entire purchase for my 2015 Venza could not have gone any better. Unlike other dealerships where sometimes they try to push a sale on the customer here at Curry Toyota it is not like that at all. Whatever you want or are interested in the staff will work with you on you're terms and not theirs. The financing was smooth. I highly recommend this dealership. I was hesitant to switch from Honda, but for the following reasons I went ahead and had a great experience- No pressure, no-haggle dealing with Sales folk - my salesman was Dan Flores and I had an excellent experience- Least amount of time spent on extraneous items - just looked at the van, had all the featues shown to me, compared deals and decided- Free two-year oil changes, etc- Great price on a lease, similar or better than advertised deal, Quality similar to Honda- Very quick and efficient to get through the contract signing process- Excellent tutorial when I picked up the van - they even connected my phone to Bluetooth on the spot !

I walked into the dealership just to look around and see what possibilities might be out there. Short version is this: had a great sales experience with Bruce Ascher. I hate buying cars and told him up front. He was professional,thorough & did not waste my time. Then, i had a major mechanical issue 1 month from purchase. Went back and Joe A and Brad did not hesitate to get involved and fix the situation asap. They alleviated all the stress, removed the complications and handled the whole scenario quickly, professionally and to my ultimate satisfaction. My only disappointment is that I can only rate them 5 stars. This is a dealership with respect for the buyer. They understand that a new car is a huge decision & alot of money. They stood behind their product but never lost sight of me during a very upsetting situation. I highly recommend them & know that I will be a return customer.

I recently bought a new Toyota Prius from Curry. I dropped by the showroom while my old car was being serviced, and talked with Alex about options and features for the new Prius line. After I decided what options I wanted, and did my homework online, everything was so easy. I got the best possible price, they located a car with the features we wanted, and I was driving it home almost before I could believe it. Dealing with Alex was very pleasant: he gave me good advice, and I felt that I could really trust him. Also, the dealership did not use any high-pressure tactics to try to sell me all sorts of expensive protection packages, which was nice. Overall, a very good experience.

I'd done enough homework to know what my trade in was worth and what would be good prices on a couple of makes I was planning to look at. They were supposed to be my first stop but it turned out I didn't need to look further.They had a Highlander that was equipped how I wanted, in the color I wanted, and after the test drive I didn't even want to consider anything else. It was only a matter of whether we could agree on a price or if I'd need to look at other Toyota dealers, but in short order we arrived at a figure that reflected a fair trade in value and a good price for the new Highlander. Picked it up the following day and haven't had a single regret about either the vehicle or the transaction.

First we were introduced to Jose and within a few minutes shifted off to Mickey Gary, who confused us when we thought we had a deal for a Corrolla LE, and he said something about the Corrolla S. I think Mickey Gary was the only nice person in our experience, but I don't understand what he was saying abou the S. When I got upset, Lee came over and assured us we had the deal for the LE.We specifically asked that all financial information be presented before we signed any contracts.The real problem is Anthony Zullo who tried to bully us in to taking a non-Toyota extended warranty by first refusing to let us finish the phone call to our insurance company, without which we would be unable to buy the car. Zullo insisted on talkin while we were on the phone because he had no intention of staying past 6:00. We walked in there at 1:00 and should have been out of there hours earlier, but the car was never shown to us nor were we allowed to test drive it until after we signed the lease agreement. Zullo then told us that if the car showed any sign of wear during the 36 months, we would pay high fees and we'd better plan to get a garage or cover for the vehicle. I walked out and Lee came in to try to convince us to buy that warranty. We stuck to our guns.I don't know what happened to Mickey Gary during this time, but when I saw him again, he was talking to other potential purchasers, leaving us at the mercy of Zullo who then injected himself into our private conversation saying that he was going to call the police and have us escorted out of there. We assume he was angry that we did not buy his product - but he started by telling us all that matter to him was him.If we could have found Mickey Gary, we would have torn up the contract and told the credit card company to cancel, since we were not being sold what we said we wanted.When we finally saw the car, of course there is something wrong with the passenger side door handle. We still had not sat in the car. Mickey Gary filled out paperwork, we took photos. We at that point had paid the money, it was 7:30 PM. We have gone out of our way to document this condition and hope that Toyota does not intend to charge us money for damage before we ever saw the car.We still cannot figure out why we could not test drive the car we utlimately went home with and why people kept changing the deal. We don't feel like we got good treatment and hope there are no issues between now and 2018.

Like most car buyers, I walked into the Toyota dealership filled with skepticism-- a feeling borne from the past experiences I've encountered while purchasing cars that ranged from old time classics, to modern luxury. The cars themselves are not what turns me, and most of my fellow consumers off; instead, it is the high pressure salesman that invoke a pure sense of distrust with the buyer. I entered Toyota prepared to hear all the tricks in the book, which all lead to a bigger commission for the salesman, but leaving a gaping hole in the buyers wallet. After spending ten minutes with Oliver, all of my cynicism was gone. Oliver is knowledgeable, patient, but most importantly, GENUINE. He took his time to listen to my concerns, and was able to find a car that matched my needs. Oliver did not try and sell me overpriced, but unnecessary packages. Instead, he was more focused on what was important to me, and continued to reassure and guide me along the way. Car salesman are known to have a bad wrap due to high pressure sales tactics. Oliver Buckle is like no salesman I have ever met, and he should be the poster man for the industry, should it try and make a comeback in regaining the consumers trust. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend Oliver Buckle, a salesman you can trust!!

When our lease was about to expire we were left with little options because of less then stellar credit, over mileage and some exterior damage to the car. I have a bias against salesmen. In my past experience they are super slimy and try to up-sell me a car I cannot afford. But luckily our car-shopping stars aligned and we had the opportunity to work with Bruce at Curry Toyota. From day one he listened to what we were looking for and treated us with respect in every way.Besides being knowledgeable about the car we were looking at, he also just seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Other salesmen take note...that is a quality that customers gravitate toward and it will make them feel better about making such a huge investment with you. From the minute I walked into the dealer, I was treated like royalty. My sales person was this nice gentlemen named Oliver Buckle. I was thoroughly impressed with his immense knowledge of the Toyota lineup. He was not only able to rattle off all the features of particular cars, but he also was knowledgeable about my financing options. I'd highly recommend Oliver and Curry Toyota in Cortlandt!

I went to Curry Toyota by a suggestion from a friend. I had been a bit confused on what type of car I was looking for and Michael helped me not only to realize what I wanted but was incredibly patient with me and bared with me for the about 3 hours I was there on a very busy Saturday, once I got my NEW Camry he took the time to show me all what my beautiful new car could do and even went through the steps to pair my phone to the car!

I am very happy with my new Highlander! Alex was very persistent yet patient with me, his manager Lee was also very professional and helpful. After several conversations over the phone I was curious to see if things would be different once I arrived to the dealership. But Alex and his manager honored everything we had discussed! They were on top of everything and made this purchase an easy transaction. Curry Toyota was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I decided to go with them. I would definitely recommend Curry Toyota, great, great service and I love my new Car!

I went to Curry Toyota with the preconceived notion that I would be bombarded and walk away unsatisfied as I have numerous times in the past with other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved having come to Curry early in my hunt for a used car because I found exactly what I was looking for. The only issue I had was the price was a little higher than I was budgeting for. However, thanks to Mike and his manager John I was able to walk away with a great car for a price I could handle. Thanks guys!

I recently purchase a new Camry from Jose Cardoza at Curry and had a great experience. I though he was very friendly and he really did a great job of showing me all I needed to know about the makes and models I was looking for. I think I also ended up on a pretty fair price both on my trade in and for the car itself. I would definitely consider purchasing my next car from Jose at Curry.

When I came into the dealership I was immediatly greeted by Seth. He was extreamly polite and brought me out of the cold to figure out a car that would fit my needs. He listened to what I had to say and showed me a car that was exactly what I told him. I was very concerned about the saftey of my kids when they would drive my car and he explained to me about the new great features in the car, such as Lane departure, collapsable steering wheel, the knee airbags, and the rear view back up camera. Even though it was his first day at the store, he was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was confident about what he was doing. When he didnt know an answer he told me he didn't know and would get back to me with an answer. He is the only honest salesman I have ever worked with. I know he is honest because of his prior service in the Marine Corps. I will tell all my friends and family about him!

We bought a Highlander at Curry. Lucky for us, we were helped by Bruce! The car was ready for us to test drive when we got there, he is very knowledgeable about the car, told us all the features of the car. We were given a very fair deal on the trade in and the price of the car is reasonable. He is very honest and straightforward, I definitely feel good about making the purchase! We were at a different dealership a day before and it was a total scam and the sales manager was playing the price game with us, which is a total waste of our time. Anyway, it was a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend anyone for Bruce. Dealership itself is clean and roomy.

I was shopping for a new corolla and was glad I went to Curry. I was provided all the information requested and my salesmen Orestes was knowledgable, polite and respectful of my time. I made an appointment and when I arrived the vehicle was pulled up infront of the dealer and had a sign that it was reserved for my test drive with my name on it. I have not decided if i will purchase now or in the spring but when I do it will be from Orestes at Curry Toyota.

I was very disappointed at this dealership. I called Curry Toyota just before driving an hour to see a vehicle I was looking to purchase. When I got there a salesman let me take the car for a test drive, during the test drive I told him I wanted to purchease the car. When we got back to the dealership the salesman was informed by the sales manager that the car had been sold earlier that day. They told me to leave a second deposit just in case the first buyer could not get the car. The worst part of this whole visit is that after 10 days I still have not received a refund back for my deposit. This dealership needs to get there act together.

Unfortunately I was unable to purchase my certified pre-owned 2011 rav4 from our favorite salesman Dan Flores. Had to go to another dealer that had the car I wanted because of specific options and milage. Would have bought it from him if I could have though. Anyway ...My transmission has been whining between 30-40 mph ever since I bought the car from a dealer down county. I figured it was just a typical noise that this transmission makes. When I drove my parents' rav 4, which is identical to mine, I noticed no whining noise at all. Being that Curry has the only service department around that I would actually trust, I called them as they are convenient, and we bought our other car from them. They offered to take a look at my car under the warranty without hesitation within 24 hours of me calling. Once I brought it in, Evin was the awesome service advisor who handled the case. He told me most likely if the noise was loud enough, they would have to replace the whole transmission and I would be without the car for a week and a half, but that the replacement trans was FREE. Common problem with the 5 speed auto trans for the rag 4 v6. (Gotta love Toyota for their honesty). He called me later on at work that day to verify that they did, infact, have to replace the transmission under warranty. I was fine with that. He then apologized and told me they had no loaner cars available. I was a bit nervous because I work far from home and have no transportation. He told me that in order to fix this problem he had the transmission overnighted and it would be completely fixed within 48 hours! 48 hours? To replace a transmission? at a dealership? Unheard of. If you are a car nut like me, you know this is wishful thinking. SO, I said okay, and wouldn't you know it, Evin calls 36 hours later with twelve hours to spare telling me that they finished my car, three different people test drove it, and that there is no more tranny noise. I picked it up, and it was awesome. All I hear now is that engine note from the 3.5 v6. Excellent job. Thanks to Curry and Evin for everything and really going above and beyond to help me with my car that I did not even purchase from them. Amazing. Next car we buy, we will come back to curry.

My experience of purchasing this vehicle was very, very positive--and I am like many people naturally averse to the anxiety- producing process of buying a car. Not so in this case, so that is saying something! Alex Ortiz, who was the salesperson, could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful, and went beyond the expected to make sure any issues we had were directly addressed to our satisfaction. Likewise, business manager Daniel Johns really worked to get us a genuinely better finance rate. And Evin Calderon in the service area was very attentive to resolving a concern we had. The overall feeling was the staff we dealt with treated us as people, not sales targets, and they inspired trust. Overall, everyone we dealt with at Curry Toyota extended courtesy I have not seen elsewhere. I can honestly say it was the most positive auto-buying experience I have had!

Follow up to review of Tacoma truck buying fiasco - got a caller from the dealer, Toyota has allocated our truck! It's coming in September (only 5 months later) - and dealer doesn't understand why I won't rescind my previous review. In fact, they said, they would like to refund our deposit and no longer work with us. Oh and the paperwork that they claim said 2015 - we have the original, says 2014. I'm sure they will like this even less, but if this is their idea of CUSTOMER SERVICE, buyer beware!

Ordered a 2014 Tacoma in April, they said it would be 8-10 weeks to be delivered. (We wanted a manual transmission, no bells and whistles on vehicle.) After 10 1/2 weeks we called. Salesman never returned phone call. We called again. Same thing. After 3rd call, salesman said Toyota was unable to get a 2014 and we would get a 2015, and we would have to wait ANOTHER 2 MONTHS! When asked when they were made aware of this, we were told a week after we placed our deposit. I called corporate in CA. Was given a case number and told some one would be in touch. And they were, and verified we had never been made aware of situation. We were also told they would get back to us with updated information. That was 2 weeks ago. I have left several messages and NONE have been returned. Stay away from this dealership. Still waiting for a resolution to my problem.

My fiance brought my 2006 Corolla in for NYS inspection and to have them clear the inaccurate computer codes for tire pressure (which they did). Problem is this - I drove the car to New Hampshire a few days later with plans to stay there for a couple of weeks. One morning, I tried to back the car out of a parking space and it made horrible noises and felt like someone was pushing the car forward as I backed it up. When I put the car in drive to pull forward into the space before I called AAA, the noise was deafening and the car barely moved. The tow truck driver told me there was a problem with the rear driver's side brake drum - he banged it a few times with a mallet and fixed it. Not wanting to risk driving so far from home with bad brakes, I got an immediate appointment with the service department of Ira Toyota in Manchester NH, (a service department that is open most evenings and seven days a week!!). They inspected the brakes, told me what I needed (they did not have the cable in stock) and gave me a written estimate. What infuriated me was the reading on the rear brakes (less than 3 mm) that I was not told about by Curry's service department that would have shown up in the state inspection (enough to pass, I guess, but I should have been warned that new brakes were needed). Curry sent the car out without mentioning the precarious condition of the brakes. I would never have made the trip and driven a couple of thousand miles around New England had I known. I might also mention that the service department in NH spent over an hour examining my brakes and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY FOR THEIR TIME. They gave me a detailed printout, including an explanation of parts and labor that were necessary, and an itemized cost breakdown AT NO CHARGE. Do we in the New York area deserve less quality from dealer service departments? I think not.

I needed to get a car with a very little down payment for a job that I was starting a week after I first entered the dealership. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful and accommodating. I sat down with Orestes and John, and we discussed my situation and they worked to get me the best car for my situation, which ended up being the Toyota Prius. One hiccup was that my plan originally was based on a far smaller monthly payment than what I originally thought it would be, but that was because of mistakes that I made in my past that showed up when I was financing the car. I also had followup calls from them to make sure that I was enjoying the car, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend Curry Toyota to anyone that is in the market for a new car. They're extremely helpful, will work to get you the best deal possible and really make you feel like they are on your side to get in and out on your timeline with whatever works best for you.

We walked into Toyota in an effort to purchase a new reliable vehicle that was budget friendly. Upon meeting Alex Ortiz we were shown around the lot, and informed about the specials that Curry Toyota was having at the time. We went through the specials and became interested in a Prius Plug in. Alex told us what the possible dealer incentives may be upfront, and that's when we decided to go for a test drive. Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's specifications during the test drive. We felt very comfortable about moving forward with the car. When we needed to discuss what could be done about our trade in (financed SUV), his manager Devon came over and went through the condition and details of our car. My wife and I both heard him making about 5 or 6 calls to different dealerships, and negotiating on our behalf to get us the best possible price. We were pleasantly surprised when he came back and told us what he was able to do. We then asked for a night to think things over. Alex did not push the sale at all, which is usually what happens in that situation. He took two minutes to outline the strengths of the Prius and all the reasons that it made sense for us. Then wished us a good night, and said if there was any questions we had to please feel free to contact him.Between knowing so much about the car, seeing the work the entire team did to get us the best price and the sales team that went so far out of their way I knew that there was not much to think about. We are picking up our new car today and I couldn't be happier.

I recently privately bought a 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser with 45,500 miles on it and needed a NYS. inspection performed. Brian has been very helpful with questions and service on my other two Toyota vehicles, a 2000 4Runner and a 2012 Tacoma. Brian was very attentive and patient when asked about my Land Cruiser. Brian gave me his card and let me know I could call him with any questions about my vehicles. I sent a letter about Brian several months ago and do not know if it was received by the dealership commending him for another matter he helped me with. My Jeep is 17 years old, and falling apart. So, I decided I needed a new car, and the first place I went was Curry Toyota. They're conveniently near where I live. I was directed to Orestes, and I very much recommend him, if you're looking for a new Toyota. He was so friendly, and very helpful. The whole process of getting my new car was painless because of him. Curry in general is a really nice place, and they really want to make sure you're taken care of. I'm definitely happy I chose them.

I own 2 Toyota Sequoias and both were recalled to have their vehicle frame replaced. The service rep was very good but the actual work was the problem. The first vehicle,after spending $1600 extra on repairs not covered by the recall, the check engine light came on. I took it to my local shop and found that the dealer forgot to connect the purge valve on top of the fuel tank. I also found that the mechanic left his LED flashlight in in the front coil spring. When I called the dealer they said, "that's not good" but offered no compensation. On my second vehicle, Which also had the frame replaced and $1000 of extra work, I was 160 miles from home and tried to use 4wd but the light kept flashing and 4wd didn't engage. I went to Northway Toyota in Colonie, NY and they were great. They found that Curry didn't connect the front differential actuator, so they connected it free of charge. Curry should take lessons from Northway.

It was refreshing to work with a sales representative like Bruce Ascher. He was knowledgable-- able to answer questions about the Rav4 and the safety features (e.g., blind spot monitor) we were investigating. Bruce was friendly and enthusiastic, but at no time did we feel pressured to close the deal. We had thought about waiting until the lease expired, but he laid out the advantages of getting a new lease now and they seemed to make sense. Bruce Ascher was fantastic to work with and very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the car buying process so much less stressful.He knew that I needed a car immediately as my old 2003 Mitsubishi Galant literally had no brakes. He went above and beyond, even calling me after hours on a Friday, to assist me in selection the right Toyota so I could go back the next day and purchase a car immediately. I was also very appreciative of the great deal I received on a certified used Toyota XLE. Bruce also went out of his way to just assist me 45 days after I purchased my car with my registration as my temporary registration was just about to expire. I called Bruce and he was able to make sure the registration was delivered to him the next day. I will recommend EVERYONE I know who is in the market for a new or used Toyota to Bruce. Great doesn't even do justice for the experience I recently had at Curry Toyota purchasing my brand new Toyota Corolla Sport. My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Bruce Ascher. Bruce went above and beyond any car salesman my mother & I have ever encountered and we have purchased many vehicles. Bruce was extremely kind, patient and informative. He took the time to make sure I was well taken care of and followed up with every question I had. He was not pushy or rude like many car salesman tend to be sometimes. My mother & I were not the easiest of customers to deal with but Bruce took care of us with a smile everytime and a good attitude and showed us that he truley cared about making us happy not just about making money. I would highley recommend this dealership and especially Bruce as your dealer. I can promise you that you will regret it if you don't go to Curry Toyota and you will not be satisfied with any other care salesman the way you will with Bruce!

After a fair negotiating process on price, Bruce helped us get on the road in our new lease the very same day. We had two little children under the age of 4 that were getting frustrated waiting. Bruce ensured that each step was taken care of quickly and in an efficient manner. I would recommend others work with Bruce and Curry Toyota!

Curry Toyota went above and beyond to make my experience great. I needed to replace our current family car. After a few brief stops at various brands I went to curry Toyota. I was greeted by a salesmen as soon as I walked in. The staff was very friendly and all of my questions were answered. They worked hard to make sure I was happy. I only gave 4 stars for the buying experience because I'm not sure if buying a car can ever be perfect but curry Toyota made it as enjoyable as possible. They even brought the car to my house so my family could see it before I made my final decision. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

It seems like everyone is commenting about sales, but my beef is with their service or lack thereof.A couple of months ago I received and extended warranty letter from Toyota, authorizing to replace my defective meter, which is past warranty, a common problem which they decided to honor rather than deal with a class action lawsuit or call it a dreaded recall. I called the dealership and was told to bring the car in the morning and it would be ready at the end of the day. Afterwards I realized that they would not possibly have the part and stock and called back and expressed my concerns to a young lady, who promptly said "hold on". The next person who picked up the phone simply said " yeah, what", rather rudely, did not introduce himself and had no clue why I was calling, so I had to repeat my whole story. That is poor telephone manner. After he put me on hold for a long time he said that a specialist would have to call me back, within 15 minutes. Three days later when I called to inquire about the status of the specialist and was put on hold again and eventually was told that they did not know anything about a specialist. However before I bring the car in for the repair they would want to look at it to verify my letter and the Vin number. It would take only a couple of minutes. So I had to make an appointment and ended up waiting a full hour in their uncomfortable temporary waiting area which was under construction. After about 45 minutes I inquired about the status and was told it would just take another couple minutes. After an hour I was told that they did a 20 point inspection, something I was not told or a asked or informed about. To me this is nothing more than an effort to sell additional work and personally resent such an intrusion and waste of my time. Next I was told that the part needed to be ordered and I would be informed within a few days. Two weeks later I called the parts department and was told the part had been in all this time and someone should have called me. Of course this never happened. I had to make another appointment and drop the car off and was promised same day service. When I dropped it off after hours I found the night drop box empty of envelopes, however the door to the service department was open and lights were out. A box of envelopes were inside on the floor. Obviously no security at all. Late afternoon I was called that they are having problems and the meter may be defective and they would have to order another one and needed another day. Three days later the car was finally finished, OK, except for greasy finger prints all over my dashboard. A week later I was called by a service follow up inquiry, who, after listening to my complaints, offered to have a manager call me - within 24 hours. Never happened. Each one of these items by themselves is insignificant, but taken as a whole shows a poorly trained, poorly organized and poorly run service department.

Bought a used vehicle about four weeks ago from Curry Toyota. Car needed mud flaps. Parts dept. quoted me OVER $500! NOT including labor! Yes, plane old plastic mud flaps. Curry also told me not to even bother looking for after-market mud flaps, as they would not fit this car right. Found Weather-Tech mud flaps for about $75. Digitally contoured for my car and fit like a glove. Installed in minutes. The following are more quotes I got from Curry, and the genuine Toyota part prices I got elsewhere. Price gouging? You decide. - Three clips and screws to mount mud flaps - Curry: $49 (not in stock, HAVE to order them in PACKS OF TEN, and pay cash up front), Online: In stock. About $1.50 TOTAL for three clips and 3 screws, plus shipping. - Overhead compass / Thermometer - Curry: Didn't even take it out and look at it. Price for new: OVER $1,000. Online: Could buy new for $170. Also found several places that would repair for under $20, 1 day turnaround. Also: Had a rattling heat shield. Asked Curry to look at it. Said they "couldn't replicate the noise." I took the truck home, took a peak under the truck, and instantly found the loose shield (and I am no mechanic). Curry had the truck for a week. I didn't even bother to ask what Curry would charge for the part. Went online, got it for $26. Will let an honest, local mechanic put it on for me. Curry doesn't deserve my business nor my hard-earned money. How can you gouge hard-working people like this when everyone is struggling to make ends meet?

What a tremendous experience! We got the Rav4 we wanted and the price we wanted without my wife and I even mentioning that we were shopping for over week! Even though the place was very busy, everyone made sure that we were taken care of. Very professional. My sister lives in Danbury and will be in this week. My oldest son is in sales and was very impressed! Hats off to Mike and his manager Theon(I hope I spelled it correctly). I will be back again and am sending the company a formal email. Great job Curry Toyota:)

The purchase of the car from Bruce Ascher was friendly and professional. He is a quality salesman. He went out of his way to help me when I picked up the car on a snowy day. My first service call was handled by Winston Anderson. He was courteous, polite, and informative. My wife and I went to Curry Hyundai to purchase a new vehicle. We couldn't afford the payments for the new vehicle but we were pri approved by Curry Hyundai through Capital one. The very helpful sales associate at Curry Hyundai assisted us on going over to Toyota and trying to get a used 2010 Toyota Corolla. The Manager at Curry Toyota Sammy Trujillo wanted to run my wife's credit with Toyota to try to get us a better interest rate. We told him to we needed to get into this vehicle today because we were renting a rent a car and had to return it that same day. He told us to go to lunch at 11:30 and he would have an answer for us in an 1hour and 1/2 to 2 hours. We went to lunch and went shopping then went to school to pick p our kids. It was now 3:00 and still no answer so we went back to Curry Toyota to find out what was going on. I was basically ignored by the Manager Sammy Trujillo and thrown to another arrogant manager. He told me a bunch of crap an then left me sitting in a chair for about a 20 min and basically tried to screw us. Thanks to April and Gaib from Curry Hyundai we were able to go home in a nice Pri owned Hyundai Accent.

Recently, I bought a 2012 Camry. I was undecided about which car to buy. Bruce Ascher was my sales consultant. He had me drive test drive several different cars. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the different cars. I chose the Camry and glad I did.I would recommend Bruce Ascher to anyone who is thinking about buying a Toyota!

Overall, we had a great experienceespecially with Greg Kaufman whos a terrific sales rep! Straight-forward, low-key, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We werent sure what we wanteda Highlander, a Prius V, a RAV4 (with or without a V6)? He went on many test drives with us as we familiarized ourselves with different models and took our time making up our minds. He never pushed, didnt talk too much, but simply offered info and insight and let us discover for ourselves what was the right car for us. Also--there was a nice community spirit in the sales staff. For example, when learning more about the GPS that came with our car, Greg was able to, momentarily, hand us off to another rep who was more familiar with the GPS system and able to explain it in greater detail.We are soooo pleased with our new/old car. Nice job, Curry!

Just leased a Toyota Sienna on Friday. Had asked dealer for information for satellite radio in the AWD 2013 Sienna. Toyota unwisely switched to Entune rather than Sirius XM radio - a disastrous, terrible, horrible system - dealer said would get info -- did not. On Saturday when I went to pick up the car, still, no information and I had wanted it installed by pickup. Dealer said would get info for me. Van smelled like urine when I picked it up (and I like the new car smell - this was horrible). No vehicle information book in the glove compartment - only a terrible book about that awful Entune system (you cannot delete a contact for example) - AND, it turns out that one is locked into this system which is only good for Three years, before you have to pay for it. To make matters worse, the navigation system doesn't even have our home road on it!!!On Tuesday, I called the dealership once again for information - was switched from the service department back to Sammy again - who said, once again, he would find out the info and would call me back. That was yesterday morning. Still no response. Perhaps this dealership underwent new management? This was NOT the experience I had three years ago when I leased the 2011 Sienna -- nor was this my experience when I had leased a previous Sienna from Toyota North. Was also perplexed by the weird faux excitement of the manager when he came in to see if I was happy with my service (before I was in the car), who said, "I just can't believe how beautiful that van looks!" with a big smile. Um, I don't understand..this isn't a new model...better to have said a nice, "Congratulations," which would have seemed more appropriate and heartfelt. Weird experience (and this was not at the agent level, but rather management).

I have been interested in purchasing the Highlander for some time and we have been to a few Toyota dealerships in the area and the poor customer service and lack to professionalism were particularly off putting. So much so that we were considering purchasing another type of car. We are very happy with the service Bruce provided - he has been diligent, patient, and informative - even when he did not know an answer, he was able to find it. During the week before I picked up the car, he was in communication and always prompt in his responses regarding additions, etc I wanted - even on the day he was off. I bought the car, 2005 toyota corolla for my daughter today. I have to say... I was treated like a royalty, everybody were very pleasant, professional and determent to help. Sales rep and the manager worked with me, negotiated price, made it affordable for me, and I left the dealership happy and satisfied. The Next time I need to purchase the car, Curry Toyota will be the place I go before anybody else. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I just recently purchase a previously owned Toyota Yaris. I took my car in for service and the service guy said that your tire are dangerous, all 4. I told him how can that be I just purchased this car here less than 6 months ago. I was told they would see what they could do. I was told that the best they could offer me was to sell me tires at half price $300.00. I check with Mavis down the street and they told me that they would charge me $300.00 as well. So where was the bargain. I use this car to commute. I have also been using this car to teach my daughter how to drive. The gentlemen at Mavis told me the tires were from 2009 and my Yaris is 2010. They put old tire on the car and sold it to a family. I just can't even think what could have happen with my daughter practicing how to drive! How heartless. How do you sell a car like that! Makes me think what else do you do to poor people who place their trust and hard earn money in your dealership. One thing is not knowing but when a customer tells you what happen and you still do nothing - shame on you. Do yourself a favor and even if you have to travel a little further - DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership. Your safety is not their concern.

I have purchased 2 previously own cars from this dealership. Both cars within a 6 month period needed tires. On both occasion I confronted the dealership to ask how I could have been sold a family car with such bad tires. The best they said they could do is sell me tires at half price $300. I went to Mavis up the road and they said they would sell me the same tires for the same price. So where was the bargin? I was teaching my daughter how to drive in this car only to find out that the tires were so bad that the service man at the very same Curry Dealership said it was very dangerous. The man at Mavis said the tires were from 2009 and the car I purchased is from 2010. They put old tires on a car and sold it to a family. How heartless. Makes you think what else they do! Do yourself a favor and even if you have to travel a little further, DO NOT purchase a car from this heartless dealership.

I visited to buy a car. Since the car was not available, I was about leave, but the manager said that the cars was at an action, but they would take it off the action by the next business day if I leave a deposit. I left a deposit, called the next day, the car was not there. They agreed to refund the deposit. As I expected they did not do this in a week. I contacted them several times during the week, they always said they would refund the next day, but never did. Finally I contacted my bank and disputed the transaction. My bank refunded me the money with no problems, but I would not recommend this dealership.

Bait and switch on the warrantee didn't notice untill left dealership w/car. Wholesale club price diffenent than what was advertised in the local paper (they did however honor the lower rpice). No honestty as for priceing. Same old horse trader experience. Dealership did not respond to email inquiries.

I lived in the area for 20+ years and purchased many cars for myself and family. I use curry for sales and service because they have always treated me with respect. Our last 3 cars have been from Curry Toyota. Today I got a phone call from my salesmen thanking me for my business on the one year anniversary of my purchase. He was friendly and when he asked if I needed anything he was sincere. I'm not one to review every place I go but exceptional customer service deserves a review.

Simply put, buying our car from Curry has been the best automotive purchasing experience my wife and I have both ever had-and we have owned a lot of cars. My family was in the auto business when I was a child/teenager, so I know what makes a good dealer and these guys fit the bill. Six months ago I walked in to look for a Prius and was greeted cordially by Dan Flores. He was polite, courteous, professional, and knew the product. When I realized that the Prius did not have enough room for our growing family, we stopped our car search and he was not annoying, or pushy in trying to get us to buy something else. Fast forward six months later and the new Prius V is arriving at dealers. We had finally found a car that was large enough to suit our needs, and economical enough to be worth purchasing. I called Curry because I noticed they had the exact model and color we were interested in. I specifically requested Mr. Flores be assigned to our deal. I had previously checked with several other dealers within a 100 mile radius on price, trade values, etc. None were really willing to budge. Mr. Flores took my wife and I out on separate occasions for test drives and we made up our minds that if the price was right, we would buy the vehicle. This entire time, he was not pushy. Dan let us take our time and mull things over for a couple of weeks. The only phone calls we received were courtesy calls from the customer service department. So, then came the negotiation process, which really wasn't very intense. I checked invoice pricing, dealer pricing, sticker pricing, comparable offers from other dealers, and took it back to Dan. He right away called me back and told me that the offer I made on the price of the car was accepted by his manager. He told me that his manager could only offer me a certain amount for my trade. I told him once that it was not good enough and the next thing I know, I am getting a call back from Dan telling me that they were willing to come up on the trade. I told him I would be in later that day to fill out paper work. I came in to fill out paper work and was treated like the only person in the dealership even though they were very busy that day. Dan was running (literally) to be as efficient as possible and his manager, Sammy Trujillo filled out the rest of the paperwork with me and even threw in an extra item for the car at not extra cost. Sammy was super-friendly and fun to talk to while going through the process. The next day, my wife and I were scheduled to pick up the car, and I got a phone call from Dan saying that we were approved for 1 percent lower financing than I had originally hoped for. Even more good news! So we picked up our car, our 1.5 year old tore up the showroom while we were waiting for the car to be ready, and Brian in Finance was incredibly polite and did not try to force anything on us unless we really wanted it. I have had several experiences with pushy finance people and this was NOT one of them. On our way out with the car, Dan (the other manager) stopped us to ask if were were satisfied and were told him how satisfied we were. He was thrilled and so were we.Moral of the story - Go to Curry, ask for Dan Flores, do your homework on the vehicle you are purchasing, and you will have the best car buying experience ever. I am not an easy person to please at a dealership because of my background and these guys are EXCELLENT. I will be writing a letter to Mr. Curry about my experience with his dealer and his employees. They deserved to be recognized for hard work, and a job well done.

Bought my brand new car from Mike. He seemed very friendly. However, the car had a problem just a couple days later I got it. I called him many times, but he never was at his desk, and NEVER returned my call! Do not buy a car from him.

A few months ago my parents came to the dealership because they were stranded and the 411information showed it was still a FORD service location. Your service dept wasn't much help [they're the ones who said on the phone that they were still servicing FORDs] but the best thing that happened that day was Danny Lawrence. He welcomed them into the showroom and assisted them, even though they were clearly not car shopping. It was a very very hot summer day; Mr Lawrence let my dad use his desk and phone to arrange towing, my mom was able to sit by the TV and relax. My dad is 82, my mother 78 and dealing with effects of a stroke, so it was very stressful for them to be stuck as they were about an hour from home. I'm so glad that Mr Lawrence went out of his way to help them that day.

The two sales people handling my purchase were honest and gave me an honest deal. Everything from start to finish was as promised. They were both friendly and made me comfortable throughout the buying process. I had bad experiences other sales persons and Miss Ruiz understanding, she took the time to answer all my questions no matter how trivial. took 1 month to get the car and had to drove 45miles..90 miles round trip to the dealer.because, curry was the only dealer that had my car.. otherwise I had to wait 1more month.. anyhow.. going back & forth..while I was really tired of driving there for signing Finance paper. So.One day My sales person came down to my area and gotother paper signed..How great is that!. Thank U again...another thing that I recommand My sales person is that He knew the car very well.not well very well..He showed me every detailed about the car. Achara took the time to explain all of the features and options that the vehicle has. She made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions patiently and was not pushy at all. I am still thinking about purchasing the car. And, when I am ready to purchase the car I definitely go back to Curry Toyota Scion and ask for Achara to close the deal for sure!

This is the fourteenth new vehicle that I've purchased, and this was by far the best purchasing experience I've had with a dealership. Note that the second best experience was with Curry Hyundai (affiliated dealership) two years ago.Daniel Flores, Sales Consultant, is a true professional. He knows the products he sells and he takes the time to explain all of the features and options that the vehicle has. There was no need to haggle with price as Dan gave me by far the best price out of any other Toyota dealership, and there was no pressure to "buy today". Dan even found the color my wife wanted, which was no small task considering the current state of Toyota's inventory.The vehicle was delivered on time. Everything was ready when I arrived at the dealership to pick up the Toyota Sienna, and they didn't try to sell me any last minutes "upgrades" that I don't need. Dan even made the arrangements with my insurance company so the vehicle was insured when I picked it up.Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was great, unfortunately, I'm terrible with names, so I can't list them all.

We were made to feel comfortable and not pressured from the beginning. All questions and any doubts were handled confidently giving us the confidence to make the decision. Our Ford Expedition had become disabled in the area and our GPS directed us to this dealership because it had previously been a Ford agency. Although we had no prior contact with this dealership, we received help and attention as if we were longtime customers. Even though it was obvious that we were not about to buy a car, Danny managed to deftly and unobtrusively direct us to a car we might consider as a replacement if our disabled Ford should prove too expensive to repair. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious.

Mike Lucido was a wonderful salesman. He was very familiar with the product, took time to familiarize me with all the options and ultimately he and the dealership found the exact car I wanted with only the desired options I needed (Sienna Ltd). At delivery Mike went through the entire car explaining all the systems, helping to familiarize me with the high-tech features. He then called more than once to see if I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions or problems (I was completely happy and I didn't have any questions or problems). It was a great experience and I recommend the dealership and Mike Lucido to all.

I reviewed this dealership and gave it all 5's; because I was so impressed with my experience with Rebecca Amaral. She was top notch all the way. Very informative, easy to converse with, and so genuinely pleasant. This was not a typical experience one may have with a car sales person. I felt so informed regarding the Venza when I spoke to her at the dealership. I look forward to working with her each and every time I make a Toyota purchase in the future. I feel that Rebecca is an asset to Curry Toyota.

I came into the dealership looking for a car to my like, ability and to a reasonable price. DeAngelo came over and was able to help me look at various cars and explained each of the cars abilities. He was able to figure out which car was the best for my price range. He was super friendly and able to understand the conditions in which to help me find the right car. The dealership was super and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car.

My previous used Toyota Camry kept me safe so I was interested in getting the same model car.To my surprise, the prices at this dealership were so good I was able to get a brand-new 2011 model of the Toyota Camry. Jerry was a great pleasure to work with. I came in first to look at a new Prius and compare it to the Honda civic hybrid. I was completely undecided about what I wanted but knew that a compact, sporty car was what I had in mind. Jerry gave me lots of information about the hybrid and I went home and crunched numbers with my husband. Then my husband found a Red 2006 Toyota Solara in the used car inventory. Wow, this was sporty and the price was right on. I would have no loans and still get great gas mileage. So, I returned to Jerry and he let us take the car for a ride. I bought it right after the ride. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience at Curry Toyota. Thanks Jerry!

I recently had a couple of engagements with this dealer and came to a conclusion that their #1 goal is to cheat you out of your money. Yes, they're very friendly. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. I was a strong advocate of Toyota in the past (have 2 their cars now) but will not be buying any more Toyotas just because of my 'friendly' neighborhood Toyota dealer.1. I tried to trade-in my Sienna in exchange for a newer model. They gave me a trade-in price $2000 below of what Curry Honda and Rockland Toyota offered. Considering they all go by the same auction price book, the dealer intentionally tried to rip me off.2. My Sienna had a pending seat belt recall. I lost the original recall letter and came to the dealership with a seat belt not working. They said there was no recall and I would have to pay out of pocket. So I left and returned later with a letter printed from the Internet saying that my VIN # had the recall due. They accepted it and performed the service for free.3. My Venza had a problem with ABS system. I took the car to this dealer, they looked at it and said there was a problem with some sensor, or wiring, or something they were not sure of. When I asked which sensor had a problem, they said 'There is just one, in the front axle. We will need to take the axle apart.' The total price came up to $600. So I took the car to a different body shop. Turned out there 4 (!) sensors - 2 in the front and 2 in the rear. The sensor that had a problem was actually in the rear. On top of that there is no axle work required to replace a sensor - it's as easy as to replace brakes. Curry Toyota intentionally gave me false information so they could charge me more. Unless they're just incompetent and didn't know what they were doing.I have lost all the trust in this dealership.

The reason my wife and I bought from Curry Toyota originally was a family reference. We also saw their name on almost every dealership in the area, so we knew that if we couldnt find a car at that location they would be able to guide us to another location where we wouldnt have to start the introduction process all over again.After working with Steve Glickman to buy our second car from Curry in two months, we found his (and the other Curry employees) to have a very friendly disposition. Everyone is making sure that you are taken care of properly, but not in a suffocating way. When the time came to make the sale on the car (a very nice 2008 Acura MDX) the only added pressure was my own. Steves knowledge of the car, which wasnt even Toyota, was impressive to say the least. He even showed us how good of a deal we were getting by looking up the Kelly blue book value right in front of us. There were no tricks or sneakiness being used at this dealership and by Steve. The customer Service to top tier too. We ran into a problem with a cracked bushing making some noise on the first car (2005 Nissan Moreno) we had so they said they would take a look. All of the issues were dealt with in house and quickly. I have always been one to shy away from using a mechanic at a dealership, but once again the people I dealt with were friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Easy, Fair, honest. The only words I have for the team over at curry toyota after a long search for the right vehicle. They helped pick the right car for me and my family and wasn't pushy to the point of being uncomfortable. Junior Jimenez proved himself to be an incredible person! On Thursday March 31, 2011, my girlfriend and i had a flat tire in a remote area with no cellphone service. It was a cold, rainy and snowy night. When no other person would stop, Junior stopped, drove us back to a store so we could buy the things wee needed to fixed the tire and continue on. He stayed with us until he was certain we were safely on our way. He was a real hero in our eyes. Employees like this are hard to come by.

After a bad experience at New Rochelle Toyota, I vowed never to go into another Toyota dealership until my girlfriend told me about her good experience at Curry. I was sent to Watson on the Hyundai side who said to me, "If I cannot find your certified Toyota I have the right man who can" then I was introduced to Danny Lawrence.Danny was a good listener and seasoned in his customer relations skills. He sympathized with our past experience and managed to restore our confidence in purchasing a vehicle; his patience was awesome. Kevin, his manager suggested a certified vehicle that was more economical and accommodating for our family of six You could tell that Kevin was also interested in helping us get the best for our money. Although we had doubts that we weren't going to qualify for the vehicle, they- the curry team,"DNK" Danny,Nick and Kevin- were willing to be flexible to work with us. Here comes Nick,"The finance guy" a young gentleman who was very patient and attentive to working our deal. He too listened to our past experience with New Ro. and understood our time limitations. Nick's follow up was great -he called everyday like clockwork to let us know where the deal was- and he never seemed frustrated with our questions. This was an excellent team to work with.The car- When we first took a thorough look at it had no damage, however, when went back for a second look (a couple of days later) it had some minor damage that occurred in their service area. I brought it to the attention of Danny and Kevin and they fixed the problem and addressed my concerns.Overall my family are happy with our experience and would recommend this dealership to others

I copmletely agree with vette55. Curry matched a very aggressive offer from dealer in central NJ. Other closer dealers could not come close to it. I was little nervous whehter Curry could come thorugh but they absolutely did and I picked pu my new car yesterday. Kim and Melissa were a pleasure to dela with by phone and email. Sales mananger did try to sell some insurance, etc when I came in to sign loan docs, etc. and pick up car, but he was very low key about and was fine when I politley declined - no pressure. A great car buying experience!

Bait and Switch!!! Dont trust this dealership!! They advertise low prices to get you to come in.....and then they will tell you they, "Just got a deposit!!! But we have a lot of other vehicles we can show you!!! They will also try to add on an extra $800 for window etching among a long list of other ways to clean out your wallet! I thought I could trust them because it is a Toyota dealership! That is not the case!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

negotiated over the course of 2 days online..Local LI dealer could not touch the price. Even though I purchased a car from them in the past.Concerned about bait and switch upon arrival drove 1.5 hrs based on committed internet price.. not disappointed

While I happened to get a kind, human salesman, he has since left his job at Toyota, presumably because the rest of the staff just seems angry and soulless. As the sales process was drawing to a close, another weasely salesman actually tried to snake his sale out from under him by lying and saying that he was gone for the rest of the day because of an emergency, when my guy had just stepped out to lunch. It was uncomfortable and disgusting behavior to exhibit.Return trips for repairs have been a miserable disaster due to gross mismanagement and noncommunication across the board.
