bought a car here just as our state shutdown for covid. finally as pa opened back up I managed to get the car we bought into a shop for evaluation. Now I realize I bought a used car and never expect perfect condition. Having said that though we spent nearly 2000 getting the variable timing solenids replaced for starters. car came devoid of oil in the engine and the following came from our recent evauation.. There are many issues to tell you about, so I thought it best to type everything out. Then, if you need more clarification, please let me know. -First, there is a definite issue with the transmission. There is a slippage between 2nd and 3rd and 3rd and 4th. While it may be possible to try to change the transmission fluid and filter, we think that it is likely that you need a replacement transmission. -The front subframe has a rust hole in it (we do see this often on MINIs.) Unfortunately, this will have to be repaired to pass state inspection when the time comes. -There is an issue with the left front headlight not coming on (and the other one staying on!) There is most likely an issue with the footwell module. We see corrosion get into these modules often. -The exhaust flex pipe is broken and will likely fail state inspection. -The check engine light is on and the car is throwing an oxygen sensor fault. (This could be as simple as just replacing the oxygen sensor or it could represent a larger issue.) -There are at least three significant oil leaks (the valve cover, the vacuum pump, and the oil filter housing gasket.) Unfortunately, we believe that these repairs will exceed the value of the vehicle. I would not buy a vehicle here without a very thorough exam by a different mechanic. nothing I can do about it now due to the months between now and purchase. We drove 2 1/2 hours to see this little gem of a car dealer. Dominic had everything ready for us, and we were out the door, in our new car, in less than two hours. If you’re looking for a high-end, quality used-car, I highly recommend checking out Cutuly’s. His cars are beautiful, and his financing rates can’t be beat. We will definitely be repeat buyers.

I recently bought a car through a vendor, Cutuly Auto Sales, that uses autotrader to display their inventory. I did a thorough inspection of the vehicle on the lot and test drove the vehicle as well, no issues were present after inspecting as much as possible within reason. 10 miles down the road after the transaction was completed the check engine light came on. After having the codes read immediately after lighting up it was evident that the codes had been deleted prior to me looking at the car. This was evident due to many monitors saying that 50 Miles must be driven on the car (70k are on the vehicle) to indicate the completion of a monitor I. E. Emissions etc. The vehicle was sold to me with a faulty waste gate lever inside of the turbocharger which would cost over $3,000 to repair. I bought the warranty that the dealer provided which was extra charge because of the turbo charger. The warranty that was sold to me does not even cover the part due to fine print. When confronted about this blatant issue Cutuly’s responded with “don’t be upset it’s just a car” rather than offering to find a solution to the blatant error. I bought the used car and warranty in good faith that the Cutuly would not sell a damaged car. I was wrong. Because I bought the used car in Pennsylvania no laws protect the buyer after the transaction is complete. Cutuly Auto Sales should be avoided at all costs if you are a buyer. Read the reviews on the dealership, as I did not and it is haunting me.
