Dan Cava Toyota in Fairmont WV is absolutely wonderful! They took my car back and took care of everything from the service to calling the warranty company and ordering the part!! I didn't have to do a thing. Also, they were super nice and knowledgeable! I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to them! Thanks so much

Called and made an appointment for the vehicle with the service department yesterday. They made the appointment for 8:00 am today. The service person got me in quickly and review my problem. They had my car ready in 30 minutes. I like the personal service I receives from their sales team and service department. Good job. .

Tim and the dealership as a whole were great to deal with. I had a horrible experience with another local Toyota dealership so I was skeptical of how things would go but Dan Cava was great. My whole experience was smooth and simple. I was offered a fair price for my trade and treated with a lot of respect. I definitely recommend Dan Cava and Tim!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Been shopping around for a tundra for awhile and they had this tundra priced right, so good I drove 2hrs to get it. I didn't even try to haggle with them. John Tiano was a great guy and Tim in finance was a pleasure to deal with as well. John gave me a good price on my trade. I was in and out with my new truck in no time at all. I have bought 3 Toyota vehicles from this dealership: 2012 RAV4 2012 Corolla S 2015 Sienna XLE Our salesman was Joe Iaquinta. He was very friends and knowledgeable. He helped us find vehicles that met our needs (based upon our requirements). Financial person was great too. She made sure we got the best deal.

I bought 2 Tacomas at this dealership and was treated good both times,my last one is a 2008 I got new and have been very pleased with it.I brought it back after 7 years for a frame inspection at the dealer. they informed me of some surface rust and scheduled me for a free frame rust coat treatment.I was met at service desk by enterprise rep who furnished me with a free rental car while treating my truck.the whole experience was very pleasant and only took a day of service. I am not used to being treated so good at a dealer service center, I am impressed to say the least! other dealers and car companies should take note!

Very nice salesman, not pushy. Love this place! Am going back today to look at another vehicle. My girlfriend has bought her last 2 Tacomas 2007 and 2015 from Dan Cava and her last truck was in excellent condition when she traded it in.

My 3 year old Highlander that I bought from this dealer started burning a lot of oil. I took it to Dan Cava Toyota and they told me that it needed a new engine and they wouldn't be covering any of the cost. The vehicle was always well maintained, but not by this dealer. I'll never buy another Toyota. The service person was a real jerk, too. I only gave Customer Service, Quality of repairs, and Overall 1 star because the web page wouldn't allow zero stars.

Tried purchasing a used car. After not satisfied with the high price they tried pushing the finance guy on us. This guy was the rudest person we have met. We thought finance guys helped find good rates not demeaning to people. Lost a customer although it didn't seem to matter.

Awesome experience buying at Dan Cava. Denny Kenrs was who I dealt with and he was great! Upfront, honest and no back and forth. They did what they said, gave a great price (significantly better than 'the other guys') and had us in and out quickly and seamlessly. A concept that seems to be hard to find these days at most dealerships. Go see Denny and his team!!

I wanted to trade my 2007 Jeep Compass for a 2013 Rav-4 and had heard from other customers that Dan Cava had the best deals and selection. I met with Joe and he was very friendly and professional. It was about 90 outside so he invited me in to his desk and offered me a cold drink. I told him what I was looking for and after answering his questions about what color and options I wanted, he went out in the heat and brought the car I wanted to the door for me to test drive (after letting it run, to be nice and cool inside). We spoke about what I wanted for my trade-in and played the numbers game and much to my surprise, I drove away in the car I wanted, with the payment I wanted! I have to say in the 25 years I have bought cars, this was the friendliest and smoothest experience I've ever had.Thank you Joe, you're the best!

Took a vehicle for a test drive all went well until we starting talking price, we were paying in cash with a trade in and was treated like we were unimportant, it was about 85 degrees outside but was never invited in out of the heat. GLADLY left and went straight to Freedom Kia and purchased a 2013 Sportage AND YES PAID IN CASH Mr. Scheurvront. The next time someone comes in wearing work clothes it doesn't mean they are poor it means they have a busy life AND MONEY TO SPEND !!

We wont be going back, the sales department is decietful and dishonest. We were misled about the benefits of a lease, when in fact you lose money when you trade in a vehicle with equity in it. I have found out that the prices we paid for two vehicles were much higher than the other local dealers. Head down the highway to another dealer!

We bought a used Desert Sand Toyota Prius with just under 15,000 miles. The car was sitting out front of the showroom when we arrived from about an hour and forty-five minutes away. The car was cleaned up and looked like new. Our salesperson was Denny Kerns, Internet Specialist at the dealership. He was very efficient in getting us a test driv, answering questions, and getting the sales process started. We financed this car through Toyota Motors and also bought the Toyota Certified Platinum Service Agreement on the car. Jean Haupt, the finance and service agreement person was super efficient and very fast at getting her job done.

I bought my 2007 Toyota corolla from Dan Cava in Fairmont,wv. I have had it for 1year.I haven't had any trouble with it since I bought it. The people at Dan Cava's were all very nice to us.I would recmend them to anyone.Thank you Dan Cava for everything.My salesman was wonderful!!!

Purchased a new 2005 Camry from Dan Cava. A few weeks after purchase the vehicle developed a very noticable vibration in the steering wheel and seat. 6 trips to Dan Cava's service department in 20K miles, 3 sets of tires, new wheels, new front axles, countless wheel balancings and a visit from the regional rep have failed to fix this problem. Dan Cava said he did not know of about our problem. His final recommended solution was to accept our vehicle as trade and give him an extra $4500 for a new 07 Camry. Sorry, but this deal I could have gotten at any Toyota dealer. Cava said, "who else is going to let you drive a vehicle for a year and put 20K miles on it for $4500". 20K would not have been put on the car if they had fixed the problem initially. Additionally, Cava said, "Why should I loose money because Toyota has a defective product". We are not happy with their inability to remedy this problem and really not happy with their unwillingness to accept responsibility for the vehicles problem. In retrospect, we regret allowing Cava to spend a year and 20K miles of my driving trying to fix this problem. Arbitration with Toyota is being considered. Other than that, we love the car.

Top notch team, I did not feel pressured and had an overall great experience purchasing a new 2005 toyota sequoia. The sales team and the finance team each did a wonderful job during this process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in a "no hassle" purchase of a new vehicle. I feel that the dealership honestly does whatever it takes to make each customer a return customer. I will purchase another vehicle here.
