The that was to be put in was bent and could not be installed. So now I have to go back another day. It wouldn't be bad but I have to drive so far and it will be the 3rd time for the same thing.

Was pleased at how fast and how honorably Mr Poore. The manager treated a friend of mine that had experienced a car trade in lease 3 years ago that was not fairly handled. When this was brought to Mr. Poore's attention he immediately pulled the file and made a cash reimbursement to my friend with the most sincere apology. Good car guys DO exist!! A big thank you to Kirk for looking out for a lovely retired lady.

Good service and communication. Sweet people. Good quality work. They were flexible to work with my local service center for additional items. They took care of my car repair and went above my expectations. I live 100 miles away but I won’t hesitate to drive the 100 miles to get something done from them if I want. Customer service matters!

I called about a car advertised for sale on a Saturday evening and after putting a verbal deal together, which we both agreed to, I was instructed to call back on Monday (since they are closed Sunday) to transfer a deposit. On Monday I was told that they sold the car instead to an online auction and that they got more money for it. If a deal is verbalized, I'd expect that they'd honor it. The salesman, Jamie, claimed that he didn't know about the online auction. First of all, that sounds like total BS, but if it is true it only reaffirms that he is an amateur and is unprofessional. When buying a car, finding a dealership that upholds integrity and professionalism is key to making a smart investment. Steer clear of this place.

A couple of years ago my dad and I took his Cadillac in for service. We spoke with Scott who recommended that he replace power train. We asked for estimate including all charges and taxes and agreed to do business with them. When we picked the car up Scott claimed he had lost his notes and tried to charge us taxes on top of the estimate. A couple of years later the motor is making a knocking noise. I called Kim in service and she assured me the motor was under warranty and told me to bring the car in. I get there and Kim tells me she hears the knock but needs to verify that the motor is under warranty. The mechanic claimed he couldn't find anything wrong. They wanted me to pay $570 to tear the motor down and then decide whether or not they would honor the warranty.

I recently bought a new Trax at Kirk and what a wonderful experience. Jason Reed was awesome and more like a friend then a sales person. I am so glad he showed me this car. The rest of the team that completed the sale were great, and I thank them all for making me a very satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend Dave Kirk and they definitely have my business.

My husband and I had been looking for a new car for quite awhile. We stopped in at Dave Kirk just to look and see what they had available. The salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at we bought our car that day! Everyone treated us like we were their first priority. Great people, great sales department and we love our new Chevrolet!

Never, ever, consider buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a new 2014 Silverado in June from here, and I have had problems since day one with this vehicle. I have taken it back here 4 times, and to 2 other GM dealers but still have the same problems. I have heard every excuse from the service department at Dave Kirk, from "we can fix your vehicle" to "the truck has to adapt to your driving style" (which is a good one), but never any solutions. I have gotten GM involved, but all I still hear is the same garbage. Finally, I took this piece of junk back to try and trade into a different vehicle, and I was told I was "upside down" in this truck, even though it's brand new, and has been in the shop for 28 of the 1st 40 days I owned it. Also, don't believe talking to the owner Dave Kirk will solve anything. I did this also, and it was a waste of breath and time. Don't walk, RUN from this dealership.

I've always used their service department and have worked with mainly Scott and Kevin when we had any problems with our car. They treat you like family and are up front and honest as wwell. So When we decided to buy another new car, we went directly to them and even with horrible credit, Eric got us a very decent financing rate and got us out of our nightmare of a car. He and the other salesmen worked as a team to get us the very best deal and found the exact car I wanted. Totally recommend them for all car needs!

My wife & I had just moved to Crossville, TN.. We had been experiencing problems with our ac on our truck. We stopped in the 1st times and discussed the issue with Zak, and the service manager in regards to work, warranty (which we didn't know about). Consequently we had planned to s et up an appointment. We stopped again (on short notice) and Zak gave us an appointment for late in the day. Upon completion of the work, troubleshooting, both Zak, Rick, and the service manager ? spent time with us going over their appraisal, and work done, and recommended work. No rush, no cause to hurry even though it was the eve of a long holiday week-end.In summary, excellent customer service, friendliness, approachable, and results. Customer service is the number one problem in US businesses today and its reassuring to see a company that employs such good people.

Was told by Zack, service rep, that I could receive tire rotation and balance for $5.00. Several times I repeated this price back to him and he continued to state yes that that was the cost til it came time to pay for it. It was actually $20+ for this service and Zack admitted that he did state this but I still was charged more than I was told. This isn't the first bad experience at this dealership. I can only hope that they aren't taking advantage of others.

We just came back from a vacation to Crossville, Tennessee and while we were there our car broke down and we were only able to drive it less than a mile and ended up at the wrong dealership. We walked down the street to the GM dealership (Dave Kirk Automotive) and explained our problem to them. The service center wasn't open for business on Saturday, in fact, it was being used by the Boy Scout for the homemade car derby, so we were not going to be able to get the car worked on until Monday. David Boles drove my husband back up to where we had left the car so that he could meet AAA as they were going to tow the car and also arranged for us to have a loaner to use until our car was fixed. Mr Boles is a car salesman and he didn't stand to make any money off of us because we weren't looking to buy or trade our car but he was so kind to us, gave me coffee to warm me up and then driving us back up the hill we had walked down in 30 degree weather to get to them. Monday morning we got a call from Scott Elmore, the service manager, and we had major transmission problems. We thought at first that we were under warranty but we were actually just out of warranty. You can't begin to imagine how upsetting that is when you are away from home with limited funds and you are having major car problems on a car with less than 60 thousand miles. Mr Elmore called our mechanic here in Florida at Dick Norris (Toby) and they arranged that the work on the car would be covered under the customer loyalty program. We ended up also having an oil sensor problem and a leak which was also fixed. Everyone at the dealership was so kind to us and went out of the way to make sure that our vacation was as upset free as it could be. I will never go anywhere with our car other than a GM dealership. We got calls from Toby (service manager at Dick Norris in Clearwater, Fl) making sure that everything was going well and Dave Kirk Automotive even called us on the trip home to make sure we were ok. I will never own anything other than a GM car and my husband and I will be loyal customers for the rest of our lives. We go up to Crossville twice a year and it is very comforting to know that if we have any car problems, we have an honest, helpful, kind, caring dealership right there in town that we can go to.

David was very friendly and not at all pushy. it felt like we were talking to an old family friend. we haven't decided on which vehicle we are going to purchase (they really do have a great selection!) but when we do, it will definitely be with this dealership!

It was great to work with a dealer that had all GM brands first of all. Made it easy to compare a Terrain, an Acadia and a SRX. My wife loved the SRX, it was the best fit for us both. The sales force was not pushy, just very helpful in making the final decision of which car to buy. They even let us take the SRX (our final choice) home over night, to make sure this was the right choice for us. We have found the service department to be a first class operation also. They are very courteous and helpful. They make every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied, right down to a courtesy car wash. I am so glad that I could deal with Dave Kirk Automotive in Crossville and did not have to put up with the "big city" dealers. This is one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.
