We purchased two vehicles through your dealership and have experienced multiple bad experiences. Two of them most recently and detrimental to our financial standing and could have been extremely dangerous to our lives. Our 2013 GMC Terrain was serviced for oil change and was to have it's oil change due at 103,000 miles which it had just reached but instead stopped running with no warning such as an oil light or any other warning and your service dept. says there was no oil and the engine is gone . Seems to me since this car ran fine before the oil change that the oil change wasn't performed or done incorrectly. Also our 2012 Hyundai Sonata was recently at your service dept. for it's yearly inspection which was passed but was notified that the steering knuckle needed to be changed but that your dept could not do it and it needed to be done at Hyundai dealer. As the car got worse we made an appt at a local Hyundai dealer where after looking at the car it was determined that not just the steering knuckle was bad but that the tie rods , rotors and brakes and other miscellaneous repairs need to be done , this is just about 6 weeks since your service dept passed this car for inspection. In total the cost of repairs were over $4,000.00 so we traded it in on the spot for a new vehicle because repairs were more than the car was worth. I think your sales people are phenomenal , but your service dept is the worse I have ever experienced in my whole life. We will not purchase any more vehicles from your dealership not because of your sales people but because of your service dept.

I went to browse the available inventory. As I bought my previous vehicle from Davidsons. I found one I liked and sat down with Tim to discuss purchasing. I had a payment amount in mind, which I thought was acceptable, and they were able to finance within the range. The Team I worked with was very friendly and courteous. Tim is always great. Tom found me a great rate on my loan. Overall, this was a great experience, and my first brand new vehicle!

I didn't have to wait around all that long for my service to be completed. In the meantime the wifi and coffee were both excellent and I got quite a bit accomplished online while I was there.

As soon as I entered the store Tim made my sales experience simple and easy. With the help of CJ they found a truck I could afford with more options than I expected. Taking delivery of the new truck, Tim went through all the features/options and trade in of my old one went smooth also.

I have had an oil leak that was difficult to locate. Davidsons has been determined to find and repair it. It was accomplished in this last visit and I am very pleased. When I picked up my car, not only was it repaired, it was washed! That's a class organization.

I am located in Syracuse which is a little far away to go back and forth so I e-mailed most of my details to Mike Dier and he was great at getting back to me. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and all the paperwork was ready to go. Glad to have such a quick and easy transaction. I bought a car from Davidson Chevrolet, I was sold a Premier Essential service contract the same day I bought the car. I was told I just brought the car to Davidsons for repair and it was covered bumper to bumper. When my engine light did finally come on I called them and in short was told we don't work on foreign cars here. I said I bought the car and the warranty there! AND that I was told all I would have to do is bring the car there. Their response was... that guy doesn't work here anymore, and that I should call the dealer that sold my brand of car. I told them at the very least they should have some sort of place they dealt with in this case. They ended up calling me back and gave me a phone number to call. Big deal, the place I ended up having to take it (at their recommendation) pretty much made fun of me not once, but twice for buying it at Davidsons Chevrolet To add insult to injury, they charged me extra because the parts for foreign cars are more than what the service contract paid. Great customer service. I'll never go back.
