I am extremely satisfied and impressed with services performed on my 2019 Outlander! I have never seen as clean and sparkling showroom and service department like Daytona Mitsubishi! Also they wash my vehicle every visit! Their service managers are second to none! Now I am so happy to have bought a Mitsubishi! They all deserve a raise!

Don't step on this lot ever to buy a car !!!! Stop Running my credit they ran my credit 11 times all day because I get updates from my bank !! If I could give a Negative - 100 % I would have. Needed to buy a car that day . The Sales man even gave me a card to his side business pressure washing. The owners to this place better take a look at what's going on . Seems I'm not the only one...

The Daytona staff was amazing. Very kind woman working when I came in and was very knowledgeable and took care of my problem. She was just amazing. I will be driving an hour to the Daytona mitsubishi instead of staying local from the dealership I purchased from.

I was in a major car accident on Tuesday May 17, 2016 and my 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer protected me from being hurt worse than I was so I was in the market for a new vehicle. Dave Morey met us at the door and showed us a few vehicles but listened to my budget and what I wanted. He showed me a 2015 Mitsibushi Outlander Sport and was very thorough on explaining the features and function of the car being mindful of my major accident. Dave made the process as smooth and as quickly as possible. I would recommend Daytona Kia Mitsibushi to all of my friends and family.

I purchased a new Mitsubishi Evo MR from Daytona, and I drove almost 2 hrs to do business with them and I must say it was worth it!Meghan gave me a fantastic deal and went above and beyond to get my business, beating out other dealers in the running. I will definitely do business with them again!Dino, who took care of delivery, was meticulous and willing to answer any question I had, and even set up my phone with the car's bluetooth for me. The customer service was impeccable!To those who commented on not being able to easily test drive an Evo, just realize that there are very limited numbers of them in stock and I, for one, am happy that my Evo was not test driven by every kid out there who wants a joy ride. I am glad that they only allow serious buyers behind the wheel of these beautiful machines.

. I am on my 3rd Mitsubishi and after the last one (an Outlander Sport) I was not about to buy another Mitsubishi. However, mainly the service mgr, Chris who I trust and respect was so hyped up about this vehicle that I did test drive it and the salesman, David, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to trust mainly Chris and take another chance. With the Outlander Sport I had really crappy gas mileage and was never truly happy with it. With less than 300 miles on the Outlander SE I left for a 25 day vacation. This car was everything they said it was and more. I was rear ended on an unmarked country road with the woman that hit me leaving 60 feet of skid marks and totaling her 2000 Nissan. I was going slow as we were approaching a curve and the roads were very hilly. When we heard the noise I hit the brake and she looked at me and said '"What the hell was that?'. We had a cheap round motel ink pen on the dash and it never moved. We never felt a jolt! My car needs only a complete bumper. Nothing was out of alignment. Two 10 inch pieces of duct tape brought me home. My gas mileage was 25mpg in town and 27-28.8 on the hwy and I was loaded! I am so thankful I purchased this car and listened to Chris. It is definitely every thing he said it would be. I went in for a oil change and tires and came out with a new vehicle. Knowing I had 3 days I came home and researched 4 other places and could not find a better deal. Thank you Daytona Mitsubishi!

I've never experienced anything so frustrating at a car dealership. They wouldn't allow me or my wife to test drive a car without haggling a price and running a credit check first. Why would I waste my time haggling over a price, or let them lower my credit score by running it, when I've never even had a ride in the vehicle before??? We were interested in an Evolution to replace our 2011 BMW 335i since it is getting higher mileage and maintenance costs are quite unreasonable. After some research we wanted to look at a Subaru WRX and the Mitsubishi Evolution as a replacement. They were quite rude and very unaccommodating, they just flat out said no drives before we settle on numbers and we run a full credit check. I stated I wouldn't even be financing and they didn't care. I'm a 40yr old professional who makes over 200k / yr with great credit. At the time I was well dressed and driving our $52K truck. Absolutely stunned me to be treated with such little respect. The parking lot setup is so tight we could barely drive our truck through it and hardly any room to park. I will definitely never set foot in this dealership again and will advise my friends to steer clear.

Replaced batteries in both remote key fobs with less than 14,000 miles on 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. One would not work so dealer service said both must be reprogrammed at a cost of $49.50. While service was being completed I visited Tom Gross, General Manager. He said it costs $200 to obtain a new customer but he would let me terminate my business with them for $49.50. I said thank you and left. The service charge was RIDICULOUS and Mr. Gross's attitude was more RIDICULOUS.

We recently wanted to purchase a 2011 Lancer from Mitsubishi Daytona through their internet pricing program. Prices seemed exceptionally great for a brand new vehicle. Their website states, "Internet prices are reduced to save you time and money. They include all dealer discounts and available customer rebates plus dest. charges. Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive from any other offer or promotion." Being an educated person and having shopped for many cars over the past 20 years, I realized that this meant the price advertised probably included a loyalty rebate, a military discount, and/or other such rebates that car companies often offer. I also realized that we may not be eligible for some of these rebates and expected the price to be a bit higher than what was advertised based on what was applicable to our family. However, I did not expect to be argued with about the destination fees. Their website CLEARLY states that "dest. fees" are included in the internet price already. Nick, the Internet Manager, argued with me that the statement means destination fees will be added to the internet price. He spoke down to me as if I were beneath him, also seeming to assume I would not be eligible for the college graduation rebate. He also basically hung up the phone on me, after his unwillingness to discuss the false advertisement on their website. He argued that his dealership is the number one Mitsubishi dealer in the country and they've been advertising it that way for years. Statistically speaking, they may have the best sales in the country...I do not have those numbers to confirm or dispute his claim. However, just about every dealer claims to be the best and the most willing to complete the deal for the consumer. And just maybe, like so many consumers, no other person has read the site carefully, maybe few have purchased through their internet pricing program, I don't know. But I am certain that their statement which advertises their destination fees, grammatically and semantically means that those fees ARE included in the internet price. There is no other accurate meaning for the way it has been written. I do not appreciate being spoken to the way he spoke to me and I recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle and are considering going with the internet pricing program of any dealership, you read the website carefully and question them if they do not live up to what they advertise.Needless to say, this "Number 1 Dealership in the Country" did NOT earn my business. In all fairness, one positive thing about the interaction I had with Nick was that he was willing to listen and look into the situation when I said we wanted to register our vehicle in Alaska. We are a military family and have had to leave Alaska, our state of residency, due to my husband's job in the military; however, we remain residents of Alaska and maintain all aspects of residency as much as legally possible since we will one day return for good. We've encountered many dealerships in the past that questioned us or refused us on this matter, so I was appreciative of that.

I used email communication to get the best price on my new 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. Unlike numerous dealers Daytona gave me the out the door over the curb price, with all taxes, tag fees and dealer fees included. When I showed up at the dealership with my check made out for the total there was no muss or fuss. Smooth friendly transaction. One week after delivery a Priority Mail package arrived with a tin of gourmet chocolate chip cookies and a "Thank You" card enclosed.
