This was a very good experience. I had contacted the dealership via email to discuss the vehicle I was interested in and within 5 min was contacted by Josh. I explained my situation and provided him my best offer. He was able to immediately work with his Sales manager Max who contacted me within 1/2 hr with his best price. They both provided a stress free and non-dealership icky feel. Both were professional, gave me the best price, and made the experience hassle free. They took care of everything I asked for and I could not be happier. I will keep this dealership in mind if and when I need another car

I walked in on a Tuesday night and the place was hopping. I was greeted by Max and Ray. They answered my questions and were very helpful. Max was a great salesman. As soon as he came up to us he introduced himself and got right down to business. At first it didnt even feel like we were buying a car; There was abosultely no pressure. Once we started discussing the numbers Max wasn't pushy at all, and had a can do attitude. Since this was my first car purchase I really wasn't sure how the experience was going to go. But I can definitely say I am very happy Blaine and Bareg introduced me to Max. Max's personality made me feel as if he was helping me get the car I needed with the budget I had. I must admit we were there a while after closing and Max nor his manager Colin rushed the process which was very helpful since buying a car in general is very stressful and long. Ray the sales manager greeted us at the door. We explained our circumstances. Without hesitation, he put us with a very knowledgeable salesman. We ended up purchasing a fantastic new vehicle. Took my daughters Sentra there because the tag lights were inop. I changed out all the bulbs as this car was a gift from Grand Ma. I asked how much they would charge me to tell me what the issue was to repair and the shop foreman said they would look at it no charge. Well after over an hour passed, half the electronics under the hood out, they told me it was a BCM for approx $500 and $150 labor. They had to order it, vehicle specific, no less. The next day I removed the new tag bulbs, the sockets and the wiring harness from the trunk lid to check for a break. None. I go to the tail light, disconnect the tag light harness, and wire the tag lights directly to a known power source. No tag lights. Tag light harness in trunk perfect, trunk lid harness perfect. Only a small length of wire in a rubber boot between the trunk body and lid not visible. I yanked on the hot wire from the boot and it came out broken about half way down inside the boot. I pilled out the other side of the broken wire, spliced them together, TAG LIGHTS on. Anybody else would have spent $700 or more for a broken wire. PS. They flood our mail with gift card promos, and the last $5 Walmart card had 6 cents on it. What a joke on me. Schmucks. They owe me $4.94 I never forget. I get more even every time the subject of cars comes up.

I would not normally buy a vehicle in Daytona since I live in the Melbourne area, but stopped in on a whim. Salesman Ron Pearson did an outstanding job. His product knowledge and treatment of the customer were great. I had a good experience with the finance department as well. My chosen vehicle was detailed and ready in a reasonable amount of time and Ron instructed me on how to use its many features. I got the impression of a business that understands teamwork. I'm not crazy about the trend toward dealer fees, but it seems to be the way things are going.

I went into Daytona Nissan not expecting to buy a car. I knew that somewhere in the near future I would be purchasing one, but after going to 4 other dealerships I was just about over it. As soon as I pulled up to Daytona Nissan I could tell it was going to be different from the rest. The facility was absolutely gorgeous! As I walked up to the front doors I was immediately greeted by George. I quickly explained I wasn't interested in buying a car today and he said not a problem at all, what are you interested in. To be honest I didn't even know what I was interested in. He suggested the rogue since it has plenty of room and is versatile. I never even noticed the car before, but after he explained all the amenities I was already sold in my head. He showed me a few other cars but I knew I was set on the rogue! We took it for a test drive, but never once did I feel pressured. George made it feel like I was talking to a friend instead of a typical car salesman. When we got back he asked me if I wanted to run some numbers and even though I went in not wanting to buy a car, I was ready to take this one home and I knew if anyone could get me a deal, George would be the one. I was right! He worked some numbers, got me approved, and the price was 2000$ lower than what Deland Nissan told me. I had the greatest car buying experience and I can honestly say George was the main reason. He was the exact opposite of your typical car salesman. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and it didn't hurt that he was easy on the eye! I definitely recommend Daytona Nissan and George!

had a problem with my 08 maxima periodically not starting. After taking it to a local mechanic and spending a couple of hundred dollars, they still couldn't fix the problem. I finally decided to take it to the dealer. I was met by Alina when I first showed up. She was very friendly and personable. She took the time to listen to me attempt to explain the problem. After about an hour, they determined it to be a loose wire. I am totally impressed with the fast and friendly service I received. Alina and the crew were excellent.

On March 3rd I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue for its first oil change. The service representative Eddie told me it would take 35 minutes Eddie was very courteous. I had previously owned a Pathfinder which I loved then downgraded to a rogue. (The sales team was not standing in a heard beside customer parking waiting to pounce as soon as you got out of the car) He listened to what we were looking for and our needs. He showed us the Nissan Versa. We had not thought about that car because we thought it would be too small. However, it has just the right amount. I went to the dealership to get some information, and came away with a beautiful RED 370Z what a car. as for the information, I started out by questioning Anthony Caputo, he was a bundle of answers for me. as we were walking I spotted the Z the sale people were not pushy at all, as I can remember the only statement that was made was nice looking, how would you like to look at it. Then they asked if I'd like to drive it. My heart was in my throat, what a ride. I didn't need to ask any more questions about the info I had first went there for. As it turned out I liked the Z and the deal ship made it easy to sit down and buy the Z. I've had dealings with them before, so it was easy to go back, I would tell anyone that the dealer ships personal are on top of their game , and they know what their talking about. I would have no problem recommending them to my friends.

I went in looking for a Honda Accord that I saw online and met Bareq. He was exceptionally nice at first, very coureous but a little "odd". Anyway, after test driving the car I decided to go the next step and see what they could do for a trade in on my car. They took my keys and held them behind this secured room and one would need a code to get into.Me, being an idiot thought that they were just holding them until someone could grab them and take a look at my car. During this time we went over some paperwork for financing. I told Bareq when I arrived that day that I HAD to be done by 2:15 because I had a class at 2:30. So during this financing it was coming close to 2pm and I reminded him that I only had 15 minutes, meanwhile my keys were still held hostage behind their bullet proof glass. At around 2:20 I said I absolutely had to go and that my class was starting in 10 minutes, he got really angry and threatening telling me he doesn't have 10 minutes and I need to wait longer. He then goes into the room where my keys were and got the manager who came out to try and talk me into the car. At this point I was furious and ready to go, I told him to get me my keys and he did. I walked out and they both followed me saying: "what's wrong, whats wrong?was it the price?!"Then for days on end I got text messages from Bareq trying to persuade me to come back and by the xxxx car. I have never felt so insignificant and repulsed in my entire life. I went to other dealerships in the AutoMall (Daytona) and got crappy treatment but nothing this bad. I ended up going to Hyundai of St. Augustine and dealt with amazing people who hooked me up with a solid used car. They kept everything on the table, respected my wishes and time. It was a Godsend compared to the imbecility I dealt with here at Daytona Nissan.Avoid anything at the Daytona AutoMall, especially Daytona Nissan. They are hungry and driven by quotas that further make them unreasonable especially if you have to leave and can't make a immediate deal.

I am extremely pleased with John Notaras, Internet Sales Manager. He demonstrated professionalism, knowledge about the used car I found online, and responsive. He is by far the most friendliest, courteous, and frank salesman I've dealt with to date. We contacted the dealership for a 08' Lincoln MKX advertised on an internet site for used auto sales. He sent us a video from his phone of the vehicle that day. After several discussions on price and clear that we were serious about purchasing a vehicle but at a fair price, John went the extra mile to bring the vehicle to us for a test drive. He didn't overwhelm us with sales tactics. He was the real deal, to-the-point, "let the car sell itself" type of a sales man. He is so easy going and easy to talk to. His dedication to providing us high quality customer service was impressive. We picked up the vehicle less than a week later and are satisfied with the car buying process at Daytona Nissan. It is my intention to write a review months from now on how the vehicle that I purchased works out. We arrived with our cash and trade and walked out with a used vehicle in less than 1 hour and 30 minutes and super satisfied. My boyfriend was extremely satisfied with how I was treated. I felt welcomed and that my business was valued. I did not hesitate to address any concerns that came up during the process. Each concern was either addressed by John or escalated to the Sales Department Manager immediately for resolution. That is much more than I can say about a few other dealerships that I visited in the nearby area. Very impressed. Highly recommend. In fact if you just happen to be in the Daytona Beach area, stop by and say hello to him. His level of work is outstanding! The only cons I could think of was that the vehicle i purchased had been cleaned on the outside but very dusty in the inside. I thought they would have paid attention to that level of detail. this will be the 4th car I purchased from Daytona Nissan obviously I have loved the quality of the salesperson's the showroom the vehicles I've purchased. I have purchased brand new vehicles as well as used vehicles. I actually just stopped by with my 15 year old son to look at cars and see what kinda car he liked for his first car. We fell in love with a Chevy Sonic. Anthony and everyone did everything in their power to get us that car and had a home early on a Sunday night. Anthony followed us home with the car so we could have it that night and I drove him back to the dealership overjoyed with the fact that my son was able to wake up with a car driveway. The next day they found a better deal and I was able to go down with a lower interest rate able to get the bumper to bumper insurance and maintenance and being a single mom I felt they were really watching out for my best interest. They will have a lifelong customer in me. And most likely my son as well.

I spent the whole week going to different manufacturers and dealerships in St Augustine and Daytona -my purpose was to test drive sedans that were comparable in price to get a feel of which car I like the best My best experience and overall satisfaction was at the daytona nissan at the auto mall at no point was there any pressure to buy in factSales rep Omar McFerrren not only explain things thoroughly he also gave me a tour of the service department I met the service manager Eddie and then Jason the sales mgr thanked me for stopping by and even offered me a courtesy car wash of my trade in car I may not buy the Nissan Altima but it is near the top of my list but one thing i feel for sure is that my experience after the purchase at that facility will be a positive one!!!!

We've always had great service at Nissan at the Auto Mall. The people working there are very polite and accommodating to all our needs. Also the salesman was very informative to us on our purchase of a Nissan Rogue. He explained every detail of the car to us. this was the best, most professional car buying experience by far. David Creech and the manager Kendall Garrison made us feel like first class people getting first class service. The vehicle we bought was for my wife and my week old baby girl. They were patient and extremely tentative to her needs. He was very informative but not pushy. Even though we were buying a cheaper used car, Jay treated us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. I purchased a used Rogue from Dennis Santangelo and I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, Dennis told me that he would treat me like family and that is exactly how I have been treated, about a month after i purchased the Rogue, I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery, I called Dennis and told him about my battery and he was there with in 20 minutes to help me, he jump started my car and I followed him back to the dealership and he replaced my battery with no charge to me, I have to say when he told me on the phone that he would treat me like family i had a hard time believing that, I thought it was just a sales pitch because I have heard things like that in the past, I really do feel he is treating me like family now will recommend him to all my family and friends, thank you Dennis It has been a pleasure working with you.

A lot of the dealers we visited never seem to be above board, the ads in newspaper were never right, and pricing was always more then the come on ads. I went in to Daytona Nissan so I could compare the 2014 Pathfinder to some other models I was considering. I came across a young man named John Notaras and told him I was not buying a car today just wanted to compare it. This gentleman was so knowledgeable about his product it was unbelievable how he knew it inside and out. He even set up the bluetooth before the test drive and that was cool I've never seen that before. Well needless to say I went in there looking and ended up buying on the spot. I will tell you that Ray Paez was exceptional in all aspects of the purchase. Do to him and 2 other people at the dealership I will buy all of my new or used car purchases in the future from Daytona Nissan. Ray sold my son a car with absolutely no problems or worries a couple of weeks ago. I had the pleasure of meeting Ray shortly after that purchase and explained that my daughter and myself would both be in the market for new cars in the very near future. My daughter got the ball rolling by going down to the dealership after a call from a sales associate at Daytona Nissan. Ray, fortunately was the sales professional she chose to deal with. She did the haggle experience for a day or two but ultimately ended up purchasing a new 2014 Altima. Ray asked when I thought I would be in the market so I explained that I was going to be a after the new year buyer. With no pressure, which is important to me, I ended up looking at and test driving a few that evening. Again without pressure, I was asked, "if I am able to get you financed with no money down would you like to take home a car that same evening". 10 minutes later the finance guru asked Ray to have the car detailed and I was in a near new car and happy as xxxx! I am usually very skeptical of entering car lots as I often feel I am hounded before even making it five feet from the car by a pushy salesman. This was not the case with John. There was not much haggling over our trade ins and it was real quick and the deal was done. They even furnished us a rental while they got the car we wanted. I was very scared to buy a car on my own, but I could not believe how great everyone was. I first found the vehicle online and Ray sent me a video of the car right away. I came the next day to look at it. Dustin, sales manager found me someone to work with me and assured me that everything would be ok and they would help me through everything. Chaz took me for the test drive and was very informative about the car and would answer any question I had. Once we got back, we looked at everything and got the price that was good for me. it was very quick to see what my payment was going to be and to see what my trade was going to be worth. I recently visited Daytona Nissan and was interested in purchasing an Altima. I wasn't ready to make the purchase immediately, but wanted to know more about the car. I met a sales associate, Colton Lucas, who answered my questions and took it upon himself to make sure that I was satisfied with my visit. No pressure...the way it should be. I came back the next day and Colton went out of his way to show me the cars that fit my needs, not the other way around. Long story short, Colton made it easy to lease a car. The price/financial discussion was relatively painless and when it came time to drive the car off of the lot, there were a few detailing issues that needed to be resolved. Instead of asking me to return the next day to pick up my car, Colton gave me a rental to drive home and Colton, PERSONALLY, drove my new car to ORLANDO to deliver it to me in person. The irony of this entire situation revolves around me visiting the dealership on Labor Day weekend; the time where you will almost always feel the pressure to buy a car - possibly something that you are not even remotely interested in. After arriving at Daytona Nissan I met Zack shortly after walking around the lot. He approached me casually, introducing himself. I told him that I was looking for a used vehicle, along with all of the other qualifications, and that so far I had not seen what I needed. So he asked me to come inside with him so we can sit down and figure out exactly what would work perfectly. Not once did I feel led to go in one direction by word play, nor even rushed in the conversation so that he could move on to the next customer; unlike most Car Salesmen I have dealt with. Shortly after, we made a list of all the vehicles that seemed that would work and headed out to the lot. Of all the cars, the most expensive one we looked at, Zack told me that the space in the vehicle looks like it wouldn't meet my needs, indeed he was right, but I was shocked to hear it. Finally, we found the perfect choice and I couldn't have been happier. No pressure. No rush. It was awesome. When it comes down to it, this place is awesome. Furthermore; Zack Crotty is the man.

Stopped in to have my 2008 NIssan Altima looked at while on a short little vacation cause of problems on way down. The customer service that we got at the service department was extremely good. While waiting decided to walk around the lot and ended up buying a Nissan Frontier the deal they gave was very good, they were very fare on trading in my Altima, the salesman was extrememly kind and great to work with, finance guy was extremely helpful and great to work with has well, the vehicle was prepped and ready. Salesman went over everything and even hooked both our phones up with the blue tooth. I would recommend them to anyone.

We originally went to Daytona Nissan in July to purchase a new 2013 Altima SV. Dominic was first to assist us and worked up a good deal. We did not purchase at that time as we wanted to look round for the best offer. We returned in August as we preferred to stay with a local dealer for service and convenience. Dominic was not available so Adam helped us with a new quote. Since the July rebates were no longer in effect, we were given a new price which was significantly higher than in July. Adam then suggested that we look at a lease option which might be more affordable. Bob, in Finance, had all the paperwork ready to sign and we closed the deal that day. However, we had some questions with the lease price the following day and returned to clear up some numbers we did not understand. Bob gave us a good explanation to help satisfy most of our concerns. Stacy, from Customer Service, called us wanting to know how our experience was with Nissan. We explained that we were not happy with the final lease price as compared to the purchase price we were quoted. She then arranged a meeting with Dustin the Sales Manager. He reviewed our contract and offered us additional money off of our lease. This brought us more in line with the original purchase price. We were then completely satisfied with the transaction and were pleasantly surprised at how simply and quickly this was handled. We thoroughly love the new 2013 Altima SV especially the comfort and great gas mileage!

We originally went to Daytona Nissan in July with intention of buying an Altima SV. Dominic was the first sales person to greet us and treated us well. He gave us a good quote, but, we did not buy at that time. We returned in August to meet back with Dominic. He was with another customer so he had us meet with Adam. Unfortunately, we missed out on the end of July rebates and were given a new quote which was more than we were expecting. He then suggested that we look at lease options and showed us a monthly payment that looked more affordable. However, is was not made clear to us at that time what the vehicle lease price was. We thought we were getting the same price we had agreed to had we purchased. We thought that price was buried somewhere in the lease contract which we went ahead and signed. However, after we got home and read the numbers in detail, we found a big variance in the prices. We went back the next day to discuss concerns with Bob in finance. He did an excellent job in clearing up the questions we had, but, that did not change the issue with the price. We realize we should have asked more questions and read the lease more closely before signing. Was just a case of not asking enough questions, but, not being provided all of the information. After we heard all of the details and advantages of the lease, we felt better about our decision. Most of all, we really love our Altima SV! Best car we have ever owned and driven! And we have owned about 15 vehicles in our life! We would still return to Daytona Nissan in the future!

Recently I corresponded with Casey at Daytona Nissan via the internet as to the type of vehicle that I was interested in as to the possibilty to purchase. Casey listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and said that he had some on the way which fit my description and he would call when they arrived. Being a natural customer, my color changed from what I originally thought of to one that he showed me was coming in soon. It was very nice that a sales associate actually listened to the potential customer rather than steer them to a vehicle they had in stock which does not actually resemble what the customer has in mind. Casey sent me actual pictures of the truck I was interested in upon it's arrival. This was very helpful, because, true color is not easily conveyed. Casey kept me posted as to the pre delivery inspection and we arranged for a time to meet and test. In less than 2 hours, I was driving home in a new vichicle of my choice, with the deal that I had hoped for, all staff members were very professional and courteous. A very pleasant experience.

The car I got was a 2013 Nissan Sentra. Funny thing is though, it happened to be the only used 2013 Sentra in the entire state at the time. Some guys wife wanted a Prius instead. Originally I was going to get a base model, but when the loan I needed would only work out with a used vehicle, I wound up with push-button start, alloy wheels, tinted glass, sporty seats... a more beautiful car than I'd imagined. Casey Sicher-Ford is the one to ask for. He's got his own custom-made App, is registered as a product on Google, proudly displays his business card, he adds his name to the standard vehicle decal, - and to me, none of this is too much. I've been there a couple of times as a serious buyer. The sales consultants are awesome! It's the outdated sales tactics they use to sell cars.I really like the new Altima but the price they hung around the window was full of gimmicks. They added back all kinds of things that they used in creative advertising to make their prices sound good. They won't give you the pricing until they do their best to make you like the car. Our price jumped about $5,000 from the tag on the car to the actual price. They think you're going to make an emotional decision instead of the actual deal! They are NEVER upfront with the price of the car until you sit at the table at the very end and they've held you hostage hours later.Save yourself time and drive a little distance if you don't like playing games.

The manager nicknamed Papa Smurf took away my license, insurance and car keys and was nowhere to be found when I wanted them back. He changed the price on the car I wanted fom $15,500 to $10,000 to $12,500, using obvious lies to explain the changes that even my fourteen year old nephew did not believe. I prefer to shop at a dealer that has integrity.

I contacted Daytona Nissan for an internet quote. They wouldn't provide me with an out-the-door price and beat around the bush. When pressed further for a price, I was given an estimate of the MSRP (which was about 3K higher than the other price I was given), despite the fact that I requested a specific vehicle with a specific package. When I advised Frank what another dealership had offered, he implied the other dealership was lying, that they couldn't sell a car for less then they paid for it, but Frank offered coupons, car washes and oil changes. I forwarded the purchase order I received from the other dealer to him, then, and only then, did he offer to "match" the price. However, the price I received was with a different package. Nothing but games, gimmicks and a huge waste of my time. I drove about an hour away from home to Billy Ray Nissan in Longwood and purchased my vehicle for a straight forward price, no games, no gimmicks, just purchased what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. It is worth the drive!

I hate car shopping, but Casey made the experience enjoyable for us. We ended up looking at cars since we had to wait for test results from the doctor. We had gone to where we had previously purchased 3 of our vehicles but were treated badly. So we left and went towards the auto mall. We stopped at Nissan and Casey greeted us and made us feel welcome. He let us test drive a new Nissan Rogue which I really liked how it handled. He then worked on pricing with us and was going back and forth with his managers. We took the information with to decide on whether to buy or not. Slept on it and then purchased it the next day. I am so in love with my car. I even enjoy the back up camera which took some getting used to. I know I will be back to get my next vehicle from there.

I stopped to look at a car that was labled 11000 off sticker so I looked at car then took short test drive, Told sales lady My deal and that I did not want my credit ran because of bad experiances in the past with dealerships "shot gunning" all the banks to see who would buy the deal and I told her I was upside down and what other dealers had offered on my trade and I told them what my credit score was! and please not to run it, they said they needed my ssn to get the payoff to see how close they could get, they I talked to the finance manager Faruke who said that he really needed to see my credit to see if he could get the preferred rate I was very against it and I knew what my score was and wasnt even sure if I was interested in the car they had, so anyway I went to another dealership only to find out that my credit had been ran 12 times all starting from Daytona Nissan, I have tryed to contact the finance manager but got no return calls, in fact the sales lady called me and I tols her I was very upset that the finance guy had shot gunned my credit to 12-17 different lenders this is an unfair to me that cost me a lower credit rating figure 2 points per run my advise stay away from Daytona Nissan, I talked to a friend that use to work there and he told me that is a common pratice at daytona nissan to shot gun your app to as many as possible lenders so you cant buy any where else I will be filing with the BBB aswell WARNING STAY AWAY! FROM DAYTONA NISSAN

I went to the Nissan before because i had brought my previous vehicale from therre and i was really pleased with it, so i went back to see if i could have the same experience that i had befroe which was excellenct. They really worked with me on the pricing and was very open, honest and friendly. I really enjoyed my car buying expericence. We talked to many salesmen and all gave us promises of finding our perfect car. The only person to call us back and take us serious was Bareq. Once the dealership traded in a 2011 Quest he called us. We visited the dealership this past Sunday and then test drove the van and the knew it was the right one. Without pressure Bareq got us a good deal and we drove home in our new Quest. We love our new van and thought Bareq did a great job.

Mr. Hill, Thank you for your offer, but I really don't think returning the car or doing business with your store are good choices for me. Returning the car doesn't resolve my liabilities for registration fees, taxes, etc. I do want to explain why Ill never do business with Daytona Nissan again. There was much more that I observed and fell victim to other than what I referred to as a 'bait and switch'. I feel that I was duped several times throughout the process. I'll start from the beginningNovember 25, 2011, Mr. Sean McQuade contacted me after I placed an online request for quote for a Nissan Versa. Sean asked me what I was looking for and I told him a Versa in the $13K range. He stated he had several on the lot for that price and the Sentra for $14,999 - five grand less than the list. I told him I'd be there in an hour and a half. An hour and a half later, I show up at Daytona Nissan with my family in tow and am greeted by Mike. Mike explains that Sean is the Internet Sales guy and that he, Mike, could help us. I explained my conversation with Mr. McQuade to him about wanting to purchase one of the $13K Versas. Mike stated that he didn't have any Versas in that price range. He went in to talk to Sean. When he returned, he said that Sean had made a mistake though he should know his inventory better. I asked when he could get another one in and he said itd be at least 30 days. We mulled around the lot looking at the $17K Versas. We then decided to purchase the advertised Sentra for $14,999. Upon entering the showroom to begin working out a deal with Mike, he stated that hed been told that since my son, the primary purchaser, wasnt a college graduate he didnt qualify for one of the manufacturers rebates one being worth $500 and which had been used to calculate the $14,999 price.We decide to work with the payments per month at the higher price ($15,400). While were negotiating for the price and payments per month, Mike goes back and forth to someone in the back office until we get close to agreeable numbers. Since the dollars per month was going down every time Mike went back and forth, I was expecting the price was going down, too. Were then taken to the back to meet Farook, Mr. Farouk Hinaoui, the F&I guy. Mr. Hinaoui explained there was no chance of us getting payments even close to $250 per month for the car we were looking at, which was our high-end target for our son to pay. He then remembers that a dealer trade had just come in and he could work with us on the payments. During the transaction, Mr. Hinaoui insisted on our purchasing GAP insurance. The insurance was $699, which Im asking you to remove today (theres a 30 day cancellation period). The car we ended up purchasing had a list price of $17,139. Mr. Hinaoui applied a rebate of $1500, bringing the purchase price to $15,639 nearly $700 higher than the $14,999 advertised on the other car. Then, with the $699 for GAP insurance and a charge of $788 for what Im assuming are the Doc fees, the total price of the car, not including government charges, was $17,116. The net result, Mr. Hill, is that I spent $4,000 more than I had originally intended. Who do you think made the mistakes Sean, Mike, or me?

I expected honesty and integrity - got neither. I had opted to buy my Altima after a three year lease because of excessive mileage. I had spoken to Nissan MAC and was authorized with a preferred interest rate and told there would be a $150 service charge associated with the transaction. Not only did the Finance Manager at Daytona Nissan refuse to honor the preferred Nissan MAC rate and diverted my note to a separate banker at a higher rate, but he also advised there would be an additional $695 service fee. I should have walked but didn't. Nissan MAC nor Nissan Customer Service or the dealers return my calls or mail. I've turned them over the the Florida Attorney General for this dishonest practice. Don't get stung or misled like I did.

I called casey today and told him about my current car and future needs. He said I will give you an answer in 30 mins. He called in time frame and we talked twice and then we came to terms. He had another appt. but when I arrived he meet me and worked on two deals at once and met the needs of both customers without each feeling left out. He ran from deal to deal. I live 2 hours away... I explained to the salesman on Friday night (10/26/2010 ) via the telephone that I was looking to purchase the 2010 Nissan Altima. Advertised online for $16,900.00 with $2,000 down or equal trade in.... I advised him I had a check I can write for up to $20,000.00 and was trading in a 2003 Eclipse.... I asked him if we can make the deal... He said let me call you back.. He called me back and said YES we can make the deal.. I advised him I would be down there ( 2 hour drive ) the first thing in the morning.... I got down there and he re-calculated the numbers and said the selling price with my trade in is ($20,999.00)... That was $999.00 more than what he verbally agreed to over the phone.... I would suggest this dealership take a class on integrity and honesty...
