Am extremely glad that I choose DCH Academy Honda for my first car in US, I had been to many dealerships before visiting DCH and I had the best experience . I really want to thank Jasvinder Virdi (Jas) who was my sales advisor and I must admit it was only because of Jasvinder I choose to buy my 1st car from DCH Academy Honda. Employees like Javinder are true assets to the company, he was so patient and guided me through out to find me the Car which I wanted. I purchased a Honda Civic 2016 in July 2016 and its been more than 6 months and I am really enjoying my new car. I can honestly say this was the best experience leasing I've ever had. This is my 4th lease at DCH Academy Honda and Jason is by far the best saleman I've dealt with. The entire process took just about 2 hours and I was off in my new car! The leasing process was always stressful for me, but this time it was totally different. I could not even get in the door and I was attacked by at least 5-6 salespeople. I felt like a piece of meat that was going to be ate by a bunch of wolves. Finally someone came up to me and said "what's up boss?". He said I'll handle you and are you ready to buy today. I said no that this was my first day and I just started to look for a new Pilot. He said his name was Jason. As soon as he knew I was not ready to buy that day his attitude changed. He then tried to palm me off on someone else saying that a previous customer who was READY to buy that day just walked in. Is this how you train your people? If so I think you need to train your salespeople in a different matter.

First of all the size of the Civic is like the old Accord that I had and the features in the EXL are out of this world. Heated seats, heated mirrors, climate control, and the list of extras go's on and on.

My wife and I were very happy great deal with our honda.In finance is paul very warm in 10 mins we were talking like we knew each other for years.Look im the type of guy that thinks people in car dealers are out to take advantage of people you here stories of dealers and thats why we think the way we do.Not here everything is up front.My wife wanted a red suv none on the lot to be seen before we did the paper work my wife said look out side on a trailer was the car we talked about.In less then 10 mins he had the car we were looking for EXACTLY what we wanted.THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE we work very hard for our money spend it wisely. The car dealer that I bought the car from (Cassandra) was pretty good. Her manager who came in to close the deal (Vipin) really pissed me off. He was extremely rude and condescending. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy a car from this place.

I have been buying cars for many years and this has been by far the best experience so far, where the salesman, Jason Sepulveda, was very honest, professional and helpful. He was not "pushy" at all forcing us to buy the vehicle or other products,which is the reason why we bought the vehicle there. I went to DCH Academy Honda with my daughter, who was looking to lease a car. She chose a 2016 Honda Civic. The sales associate, Ron Rajnai was very helpful getting her through this process. While there, he asked if I was in the market for a new car. I told him that I would think about it. I discussed getting a car with my husband the next morning and he suggested that we go back to the dealership to see if there were any deals for me. After meeting with Ron again, my husband bought me a 2016 Accord. I would highly recommend this dealership. Both my daughter and I are very pleased with our new cars.

Oh my goodness, i can't even really explain to you all how pleasant this experience was. The dealership had many options, but what was ridiculously satisfying was my Salesman Sanjay Chadda. If you've ever bought a car at a dealership you know the hassle and hard times that come along with dealing with salesman, but none of that applied to Sanjay. He was right to the point and made me narrowing down my decision easy and fun. The longest part of the whole thing was me constantly asking for test drives, but he was more than patient and accommodating.. Thank goodness for this guy. I highly recommend paying him a visit if you're looking for a Used Car.

I went to Academy Honda on 10/29/16 to purchase a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 2 door coupe. I discussed the purchase of the vehicle with Megan Byrnes over the phone and via internet prior to my visit. I met with Khalil Quraishi when I walked into the dealership to finalize the vehicle purchase. I always buy my new cars through Academy Honda and it is always a pleasant experience. I did most of my research prior to going to the dealership to minimize my time spent at the dealership. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, clear, efficient and accommodating during the entire process. I then met with the finance manager, Jenni Negrin, and she was also very knowledgeable, accommodating, clear and very helpful in making all my decisions. They all made sure I understood all the options available and every that was available to me at the time of the purchase. The exception mentioned in the title of my review OF THE DEALERSHIP refers to the "Dealer Installed Accessories" whose cost was not included in the price quoted to me on line by the dealer. In fact, those accessories were not wanted by me anyway, and almost caused the purchase to be cancelled. Through Jason Sepulveda's efforts to resolve our dissatisfaction about this, the sale did go through.

From my initial contact via the Internet when I was just exploring the possibilities (Heather Reinbeck), to my first visit to the showroom when I met Dimitri Victoratos, my sales consultant, to when I returned to the dealership after deciding to move forward with a lease, to the enthusiasiatic gentleman (also named Dimitri) who walked me through all the features of my new Odyssey while my lease paperwork was being prepared, to the inviting lounge (with free coffee!) for customers, this is a special dealership. As a Grammy of 6 grandchildren ranging in age from a 1 year old to a 5 year old, I was looking for a safe vehicle that could accommodate 6 car seats and that I could afford. After a search of other vehicle makes and models and consulting with other dealers, I desperately wanted to find a way to drive the Odyssey, the perfect fit for my needs. With the favorable and timely information provided by Ms. Reinbeck, I decided to visit DCH Honda in person. I was met by Mr. Victoratos who spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining all the features of the various models and laying out all the possible financial arrangements; in doing so, he helped me find a way to afford the Odyssey. Though I didn't purchase or lease the Odyssey at my first vist, I was not badgered or pressured. After letting all the information I was given "marinate" for a few days, I decided to move forward and lease my dream vehicle! Dimitri Victoratos could not have been more helpful and considerate the entire time - from my first visit to when I picked up my license plates (he installed for me!). For any consumer who is looking for a welcoming dealership and a sales consultant who is knowledgeable, patient, and courteous, I wholeheartedly recommend DCH Academy Honda and especially sales consultant Dimitri Victoratos!

This was the fourth dealer that I tried for our HRV. Ron was the first person to fully understand our expectations about the car (others were just trying to sell what they had in their stock). Though the model and color we wanted was very rare, he tried all the options and finally got it from a different place (There were only a couple of them available in the whole tri-state area at that time) We were very satisfied with the whole process and the pricing. I went to DCH Academy Honda, Old Bridge with the intention to CONSIDER and THINK ABOUT the purchase of a used Honda. I left a couple of hours later and totally to my surprise, a very happy customer of DCH, driving my beautiful 2013 Honda certified Honda Civic, As far as I am concerned my salesman, Edward Moy is the best in the business, He is extremely knowledgeable about every Honda and answers questions about the cars before you even think to ask them. Ed is unbelievably courteous. and realized what I was looking for in a car in seconds. Of all the cars on the lot, one jumped out at me. Ed showed and described and demonstrated in detail, every feature of the car. I mentioned my one concern about the thoughts of "possibly " considering the purchase in maybe a day, of this particular car. He then let me take the car for a test drive on the highway, not just on their short test roadway. That was the best decision he could have made. My one and only concern was completely gone and ten minutes later while walking towards the office I told Edward I wanted to buy that car. A couple of hours later after signing all the papers. I was extremely happy, along with being in shock, as I drove my just purchased car home, If you are just thinking about getting another car, I would highly recommend you go to DCH in Old Bridge, ask for Edward Moy, (even wait for him if you have to) because a better salesman cannot possibly exist. My car is just gorgeous has a 'zillion' safety features and I am thoroughly confident that Edward Moy is the most professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, salesman you could find anywhere. He should be voted as the top salesman for the year. He would get my vote without a hesitation.

I had previously leased a Honda Pilot touring from DCH Academy Honda and had an issue with my glove box lock the first day I purchased the car. I was a bit bothered by the fact that I had to drive back from NYC to fix something on my new car. Upon arrival at the service deptartment I was greeted by Cholo he was very concerned and explained everything to me about my issue and promised me it would get resolved. Two days later he personally contacted me that my part had arrived and made sure that he went above and beyond to resolve my issue and provide excellent customer satisfaction. Thanks Cholo. Enrique was really good to work with. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone. Being a mechanic before he became a salesman proved that he knew what he was talking about. He explained everything about the vehicle that I needed to know. However his manager tried some tricks by giving us a higher price then what we where originally quoted. He did apologize later & we got the price we wanted.

Last year after visiting a fair amount of dealerships near us, we decided we didn't want to go through the same ones. While they weren't bad, we weren't impressed. Now fast forward to 2016 to replace an older car, we decided on DCH Academy Honda - intent on looking at a Accord. Worked with Luis and felt no rush or pressure at all. After viewing a few different models, we found the Civic more to our liking. Luis took the time to let both me and my wife test drive the cars. My wife isn't as confident in her driving as she didn't have much need for a car in the city. Luis showed us a quiet place to test drive other then route 9. Not only did she love the car, we found a new park to visit on the weekends. He knew a great deal about the car and was enthusiastic explaining it all the latest tech. All this on a late Friday evening. The dealership was able to give us a good deal on both trade in and lease with little to no hassling. While the pricing and type of reliability Hondas are known for made us come through the doors, Luis was the one who really got us to walk out with a new car.

I just lease a new 2016 Civic LX Sedan. The staff was really great from the Heather Reinbeck who gave me the quote thru the internet to the salesman Enrique Castaneda. Enrique was thorough, detailed, friendly and very accommodating. The finance guy which I forgot the name was also great (sorry I forgot his name). There was no pressure from these guys to buy any options you don't want. This was my second Honda Civic that I bought from this dealership. The first one was a 2010 Honda Civic DX. I received different quotes from different dealers. Almost all are the same maybe with a difference of $10 a month. But I have a great experience in 2010 that is why I chose this dealership again. I also have dealt with different dealerships from Hyundai, Toyota, Ford and Nissan and those dealership I can say I was very sad and angry. But this dealership is very impressive. Thank you again.

Purchased a vehicle with clean car fax presented by DCH. Subsequently review by Autocheck showed major front end damage year prior to purchasing. I would not have bought the car if they had disclosed information. They offered $1500 and a release. The $1500 is not acceptable to make up for the matter and the release was too broad. Please stay away from this dealership.

I walked in late on the last day of the month within two hours of closing to negotiate two stock numbers that I narrowed my search to. I was approached by Manny and mentioned that I wanted to test drive two vehicles. He found the stock location and we proceeded to test drive both vehicles. The first vehicle that we tested smelled like cigarette smoke in the cloth and bothered my family. We tested the second vehicle and determined it was the right investment for us.We negotiated the selling price below the asking Internet price. An equivalent vehicle with the low mileage was selling for thousands more. Manny helped us finalize our clerical issues with our insurance policy and made the car buying process as seamless as possible.Ask for Manny, he will take care of his customers and provide honest and straight-forward negotiation.

I decided to take a look into the CRV at DCH Academy because I heard about their great customer service. The minute I walked into DCH Academy Honda I was warmly greeted by Dimitri Victoratos. Within the first few minutes of speaking with him, I immediately got a very nice and trustworthy vibe from Dimitri. To put it blunt, he wasn't like other salespeople I've dealt with in the past who are only interested in making a sale and taking your money. Dimitri is the complete opposite of that, he was honestly interested in my needs and kept my desires as his top priority. He made the whole process very pleasant, and was a pleasure to spend time with. Although I wasn't planning on purchasing the CRV this soon, Dimitri far exceeded my expectations and was able to execute a deal for me that was irresistible. I must state that at NO TIME did Dimitri pressure me whatsoever to purchase anything. He simply answered my questions and presented me with the best options possible for my interests. I ended up driving home with the CRV and couldn't be happier with the deal Dimitri gave me. If you're ever interested in a Honda, I can't recommend enough for you to give Dimitri Victoratos a visit at DCH Academy. I'll proudly refer all of my family and friends to him now. After convincing my mom to come with me to Honda, because she had so many bad experiences at other dealerships, we went to DCH to look at the Honda Civic to lease. Ron came up to us right away and helped us. This was the first time I was leasing a car on my own and Ron helped me with everything. We came in late at night and he had no problem going out of his way to break down numbers and find the perfect car for me. The next day I came in and my car was cleaned and ready to go! "Batman" helped me with the finance aspect of the deal and all I had to do the next day was sign the papers. Ron and Batman definitely changed my mom's views about car dealerships and I can't thank them enough for making this process so simple for us! My boyfriend convinced me to go back to DCH Academy this past Friday as we both wanted to buy a car and its close to our house. We worked with a great salesperson that we were extremely happy with, his name is Erik Friedman..we would highly recommend him to anyone. September 23, 2016John M.I waited six months after I bought my CR-V from Academy Honda, Old Bridge, NJ waiting to see how it performed before writing this review. I purchased a 2016 CR-V EX-L in mid-March 2016. My sales person was Paul Aweeky. Overall it was a satisfying experience. I think I got a great price for the CR-V, although I wish I could have gotten a little more for my trade in 2011 Toyota Rav4 Limited w/v6, I was happy with overall transaction. What I liked about it there was no pressure to buy any extras extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc, had no problem with financing 1.9% 60mo. .Now long story short, Honda ( and all car manufactures) have been using engine wiring that is soy based ( eco-friendly) but unfortunately makes it tasty for small animals ( rodents, rabbits, etc..), and many customers (throughout the country) have been having problems with chewed up wiring ( google it), so Honda came out with a OEM Rodent Tape ( basically electrical tape infused with HOT pepper extract) to wrap the wiring with. For some strange reason the Academy Honda service dept. refused to wrap the wiring with the OEM tape ( even though I was willing to pay for it, which could have cost several hundred dollars time& labor), so I was going to walk away from the deal . Thats when Paul A. came to the rescue! He got the sales manager, Joe Scardino involved and together they rolled up their sleeves ( literally) and wrapped about 90% of the wiring with the rodent tape! AND DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!! Note, I supplied the rodent tape that I bought online.The CR-V is running great. Ive had no problems with it, so overall Im very happy with it and the whole buying experience. I fully recommend DCH Academy Honda when looking to buy a new or used vehicle. NOTE: the reason I went to them in the first place is in 2007 I bought a new Honda Odyssey and had a great buying experience.

My experience with duchess Honda was the worst ever. Not so much truckers fault but still trucar brought me to them. I was looking for a manual transmission. The car I got a used vehicle certificate on. Was posted as a 2005 Subaru Forester 4 dr 2.5 ss Manual. Lower in the description it said 5 speed manual w/OD. After driving over an hour and a half to Old Bridge NJ and having my boyfriend get a ticket for not knowing where we were going the car was not the one pictured, was NOT MANUAL TRANSMISSION. The car was an automatic. It had a broken windshield and had a sticker saying not ready for sale. The car was physically dirty both inside and outside. I had spoken to the dealership the day before and that morning I went to see it. Even on my way there I called there and asked them to go check that the car was there and as clean as it looked. The person who was supposed to check it and show it WASN'T EVEN THERE WHEN WE GOT THERE. Sanjay Chadda was the representative who after confirming that we had a 9:30 am appointment to see the car was not there when I got there. This was the absolute worst experience ever.

This is my 5th Honda, 3rd from this dealer. Until now all my experinces have been the best as have also been those of several friends I have recommended to go there. During the purchase process I was explained several times that Pilots are in shortage due to some factory issue with shared production lines with the MDX. In other words they tell you that it is a take it or leave it deal. I was also told I was getting an even better deal because I was buying a car that was not in the lot - that turned out not to be true either. Salesperson has no incentive to put an effort- but they still ask for 'all 10'. "The manager" that came to talk to me told me the same - so this seems to me more like the practice with Pilots. At the end I got the same deal all other dealers in the area were offering. Not a bad deal, just not better. The buy it or lose it to the next guy was unnecessary. Not worth a drive if you are comming from far.

I leased a 2016 Honda CRV from DCH Honda, Old Bridge, NJ and was told by Joseph Guzzo, salesman that the money factor to lease was: 0.0080, calculated interest 1.9%. Then at the lease signing, things changed and the money factor climbed to 0.0015, calculated interest 3.6%. Unfortunately after the lease signing,I found the mysterious formula for calculating the money factor to interest: (Rent Charge/Lease Term)/(Adjusted Cap Cost + Residual) and that changes the money factor to 0.00329 with a 7.9% interest rate. Honda claims that interest rates are negotiable but not when you were lied to and believed the Business Mgr. Paul Papis when he stated that the money factor given to me by Guzzo changed because of my credit history, and he would not answer my repeated question as to the interest rate. Both DCH Honda and Honda Finance did a credit report (two reports for the same transaction). Same credit report but different outcomes when it came to both the money factor and interest rate. On top of this Mr. Guzzo (a dedicated salesman) offered to throw in both the Nitrofill $199.00 and Key Replacement $399.00 at no costs. Then Business Mgr Paul Papis charged me for both, and this I found out after signing the lease. I believe both NJ Consumer Fraud and the BBB would be interested in this.

I recently totaled out my 2010 Accord and was deciding between another Honda or a Subaru. I initially went to TruCar just to check out some of the models and pricing in the area and recieved offers from a few local dealers via email the same day. I was initially contacted by Mark Kamatoy both by email and phone, he was very professional and was committed to making a deal. Mark gave me a price that was very competitive and actually put it in writing. Most dealers wont do this and if they do its a setup for a "bate and switch."Mark did not presure me to make the sale nor did he try to get me into the dealership. Mark was confident that he had the best price in the area and encouraged me to shop his competitors. So I did, I contacted V.I.P honda a dealer i had purchased 2 new accords from in the past 10yrs and Open Road my local dealer. I told them about Mark's offer and i asked if they would meet or beat his deal they all claimed they could and insisted i come in for a test drive. When i arrived at the other dealers they all asked to see Mark's deal and promised they could do better put refused to put it in writing and their offers when completed didnt meet or beat Mark's. Mark was right and so DCH earned my trust. A few days went by and I decided to visit the dealership. I arrived and quitely walked around the dealership for 30 or so minutes and was surprised that no one tried to bother me as I was just walking around. I called Mark and told him about the other dealers how they claimed they would beat his price. I then told him I was on site and he immediately came out to greet me, it was at that time he introduced me to Ronald "Ron" Rajnai. Ron and I sat at his desk for a few minutes as he confirmed what my needs and expectations. A few minutes later we went out to a car. We sat inside for about 30 min played with all the buttons discussed all the features and i decided to take it for a test drive. I assume Ron didnt know I was well educated on the features of the accord as I had pervious ly owned 2 others but he took the time to accurately explain everything he knew about the car as if he were the owners manual. We went back to marks desk and sat and talked about the deal for another 30 or so minutes. I told Ron he had earned my business and I would return once I had my finances in order. I returned the following Saturday with me family and drove home my 2016 Homda Accord EX. Great service frendly knowledgeable staff and no pressure to make the sale what more could you ask for.as a customer. I will definately return to DCH when its time for my next Accord.

Had to bring in my 04 Honda Pilot for some major service before a long vacation. It was last minute service and they took me in. My service advisor Nicole and Service Manager Jerwin were excellent. They explained all the services that were needed. Though I couldn't get all the services in the service book, Jerwin identified all the critical items to be fixed before our vacation. They also had a rental car service, not just shuttle services, which was greatly appreciated for services lasting more than one day. I received a call the next day and my Pilot's service was completed. Nicole greeted me and Jerwin explained all the services that were completed. I was promised a repair while buying the car and now the sales representative says that the repair guy will be available only during the weekdays 9-11. I tried reaching the sales guy around 20 times and he doesn't respond to calls and I have to keep texting the whole day. I got an air pressure alert the same day I bought the car and even then he hasn't responded. One of the worst customer service experience I ever had. I definitely don't recommend this sales representative and this dealership.

This was the second Honda dealership i visited. The first was Open Road Honda (ORH) in Edison where they made me feel like the only thing they were interested in was selling a car but not the customer satisfaction.when I visited DCH Academy, my experience was completely different beginning with Ronald Rajnai who, contrary to ORH, explained the process of leasing a new car and the steps we would follow before even running our score. We ran into a small setback where more documents were needed yet Ronald went the extra mile to get things done and to make sure we were able to be satisfied.I definitely recommend this place and will refer others in the future.

When I began my search for my car, I did the normal internet research. Loretta from the internet department was so prompt in getting back to me. I asked to get the best price they can give and sure enough, they provided me with that. Most of the other dealerships told me in order for them to quote me a price I had to come to the dealership. What I loved about DCH was that there were no games. They were straight and fair with me from the moment I began to research the car. Just had a great experience at DCH Academy Honda over the weekend. I was offered a more competitive price from another dealership in the area but as is unfortunately typical in the industry, as I tried to close on the deal things started to change. The car that was in stock yesterday, suddenly isn't today, the internet representative made a mistake on the quote, the manager had to verify something, and on and on. I didn't experience any of this type of 'bait and switch' at DCH. They quoted a fair price that they could actually honor and verified everything was set to go before I came to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was treated respectfully by everyone that I came in contact with. Erich, my sales representative, went out of his way to get me out of the dealership quickly since we had aligned on a price quickly and there's nothing I hate much more than wasting an entire day in a dealership.I will definitely use DCH for all my future Honda purchases and thank you to everyone at DCH for being so decent.

I do not write reviews. But my experience at DCH and with Veronica Galluccio was so good I feel obligated.Several months in the market for a late model 2 door Jeep Wrangler Sahara in a specific configuration that was very hard to find locally. Several dealerships I discovered would keep fallacious listings for automobiles that no longer existed only to inform me that oh that Sahara was sold his morning but let me show you what we have. First time it happened OK. Second time it happened immediate exit from dealership. Expanded my Internet search from 20 to 75 miles and got a hit on several but all 50 miles plus away. One the farthest of the two was at DCH Honda in NJ. Wrote it off thinking it was too far. Saw the other car and was ready to make an offer and put a substantial deposit down. Had to go to Manhattan that week and decided what the heck and clicked on the online link to have DCH contact me. Within 15 mins of clicking I got an email. Responded to that and within 10 minutes of that I got a telephone call from Veronica Galluccio. Explained all the above and told her that relative my business in Manhattan DCH was close enough for me to visit on that one day only. She confirmed to me three times that yes the Sahara was there and available. So I made the appointment to come in in two days with the clear agreement that if the car was sold she would let me know so as not to waste either one of our time.My business meetings took longer than expected and was not leaving Manhattan until about 6pm facing rush hour. Veronica had texted or emailed me that afternoon to confirm the car was still available. I felt terrible but thinking DCH closed at 8pm, I called Veronica to cancel and just resigned myself to purchase the other vehicle from a dealership closer to home. Veronica let me know they were open until 9pm not 8 and whatever time I would arrive would be ok for her even if I ran late. I agreed to come in. Driving through the tunnel from Manhattan to NJ I thought to myself that I must be out of my mind to even think about purchasing a used car from a dealership 2 hours from home in another state. But I went anyway.I arrived at DCH expecting to be greeted by typical hungry wolves. Instead I walked into a stellar showroom with a couple of large TV monitors listing and welcoming prospective customers by name, the salespersons name, appointment time and if not mistaken vehicle. I was immediately impressed and thought to myself that the management here is running a class act with well executed procedures.Got to Veronica who was to my surprise very pleasant, totally professional and accommodating. Got the feeling the personality displayed and mannerisms were authentic and true. No act, no game. Went for a test drive which I hate doing in the dark. Returned and Veronica offered and did have the car pulled into a very well lit service area so I can see it all under good light. Opened the hood and offered to have the Sahara put on a lift if I wanted to inspect that aspect of the Jeep. Was not too concerned since the Jeep had plenty of original factory warranty left.. She allowed me to connect my own ODB reader to the Jeep which revealed no codes at all, all data banks within factory spec tolerances and that the computer had not been resent recently (saw that at another dealership). I was impressed. Veronica was going above and beyond. But not in a pressure way as if she was saying PLEASE BUY THIS CAR!!!... she just was very professional, low key, and accommodating.Back in the office I had a quick decision to make. Consider buying this car 2 hours from my home and figure out how to get it home? If the price was right I would. The negotiations were professional and without pressure. Very little back and forth. Did eventually meet with the sales manager Peter Modzelewski to arrive at a final purchase price. Peter was great. I expected the stereotypical high-pressure, buy it now, sales garbage. Peter was everything but that. He too was professional, low key and very pleasant to deal with. We came to an agreed upon price and he deal was done.Now how the heck do I get the car home?. I live two hours away. One or two days later... easy train ride from LI to Penn Station NJ Transit to a stop not far from the dealership. Got off the train and there was Veronica waiting in a car for me. Back to the dealership. The car was prepped and ready to go. Wrote a check, signed a whole bunch of papers and off I went. Veronica and others took care of it all including the NY registration and taxes. Gave me temporary NJ tags and is having the NY tags mailed to my home.I could not be happier. Veronica, Peter and all the others I met there were GREAT and (now I can say this) the out the door price was too go to turn away from. I will recommend anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned anything to check out DCH and ask for Veronica.

I had a horrible experience at Hamilton Honda even though it would have been my THIRD car from them. The finance manager there was a jerk. I asked to get my payments down from $425 to $400 and said "I'm a veteran, can you bring this to $400, it's $300 a bucks a year, call it a veteran discount." He said "that's nice, so am I, can't go any lower." They kept saying "we give free oil changes." My reply was- "It's not really free if you are under cutting my trade in amount." Duh!DCH Honda gave me $2000 MORE for my trade in than Hamilton Honda offered and got me under $400, I even upgraded my warranty with the savings!!!!!Walter Donnelly was my salesman and was awesome with all my concerns and questions. He found me the car I wanted right while I was sitting in front of him. Vippen in finance was the best, I had no hesitation about signing my name-over and over. DCH Honda is now our new Honda dealer, I'll be back in four years for my Pilot and my three kids will be in a Honda when the time comes. Thank you DCH Honda.

Worked with Edward Moy for several weeks, Had a specific car in mind, Later turned into a specific color, Edward worked with us to find what we were looking for, had gone to other dealerships to look and the sales people have still not contacted me even 4 weeks later, Once a car came in that fit what we were looking for Edward called me to tell me what he had, went there the following day and the car was in such good shape that several other people were interested in the car, Edward walked us through the buying process, and gave little extras that other dealerships would charge for, Certified the car, other dealers charge extra, Put new batteries in the remotes ( not that it's a big deal but the little things go a long way ) and made sure that the car was in Pristine shape before handing us the keys, The dealership itself presents the cars extremely well, others dealership the cars are dirty when you take them for a test drive, Would Definitely recommend that anyone interested in buying a Certified Honda go to this dealership to purchase a car and see Edward, I know I will !!!

After my MVA I needed a new car and I was very hesitant in getting one since I did not have a very good experience in the past. My husband and I looked up DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge and read some reviews before attempting to go in to the location. We were first greeted by Erik Friedman and he was able to answer all of our questions about the car we were looking for. After deciding which car we wanted we were also helped by Joseph then with Paul Papis in finance. This was the very first time that I felt that everyone was looking after my best interest and not acting like a "sales" person. I had such a fun time buying my car that I will most definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Words can not express how ecstatic Honda in Old Bridge had made me feel after leaving the lot with my new car. This has been my 5th time dealing with DCH over the last few years. Each time I request a quote from Mark Kamatoy, he is always prompt and courteous and this is the only dealer in the area that actually provides an e-mail breakdown of the fees and taxes. There were no surprise or errors being made, no bait and switch tactics being utilized here. Just pure straightforwardness and promises that were delivered on time. Mark handed off my internet deal to Joseph Guzzo who does his very best to ensure the deal goes as smoothly as possible with no sales pressure tactics of buying any extras. Both Mark and Joseph truly listen to the customer needs and desires. They do not push existing inventory onto the customer. They do the right thing by only getting a vehicle that the customer wants. I know this is hard to believe but other dealers do not always follow this. Other dealers only push existing inventory and try to avoid the locate. This has been my 2nd interaction with Joseph and he puts the customer at ease. He is informative and is patient with the customer throughout the entire sales process from demonstration of the features of the car. Both Mark and Joseph are examples of how to interact with customers. With courtesy, respect and professionalism. This is why they have earned my repeat business. Mark has been with DCH Academy Honda for years and he is there that long for a reason. He truly cares about the customer overall experience.

I was in the market for a good used vehicle that would last me a number of years. I was on a very tight budget with no wiggle room, and I did not have the time to play games, sitting at a salesperson's desk while he/she ran back and forth to his/her sales manager for the best price nor did I have time to listen to them while they tried to sell me on a vehicle that was outside my price range. I emailed this dealership (as well as many others) and indicated what cars I was interested in (I had done preliminary work ferreting out possible vehicles to look at using AutoTrader.com and CarGurus.com) and asked them to give me their best out-the-door price for each. I explained in my email that I was on a tight budget (I told them in no uncertain terms my not-to-exceed out-the-door price) and that I had little time to find a car (had only a few days) and that I was not wasting time going to dealerships to "talk." This dealership, and particularly Veronica Galluccio, were extremely responsive. I went to the dealership with a particular car to look at in my price range after having heard back from them. While the car I went to look at didn't end up being "the one," Veronica, who had listened to me, showed me another car that had just come in that was in my price range and met my requirements. Well, as they say, "the rest is history." The dealership, and particularly Veronica and her sales manager, were very attentive and honest; they didn't waste my time showing me vehicles that I couldn't afford, and they delivered everything they said they would. I would recommend this dealership and particularly Veronica without hesitation. Veronica even came in on her day off to deliver the car to me because I had to get the car on that particular day. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the gentleman who spoke to me about the extended warranties and did a bit more paperwork with me, but what I did appreciate about him was that he didn't give me the usual hard sell to buy a warranty -- he gave me the facts, the associated costs and then left me to decide.

However, the service we were provided with at DCH Academy by Ron Rajnai was exceptional & beyond worthy of a five star review. It's the least I could do for the way he went above and beyond for us. After Ron patiently spent 2 hours with us going over all options on a busy Saturday afternoon we left without signing anything because we needed more time to think. I purchased a pre owned Honda CRV 2013 model from DCH Academy Honda. As soon as I purchased the car, I felt its a great deal as it was fantastic car to own. After completing the test drive, I had made sure that all questions about the car conditions are asked. I had specifically asked about the car s battery condition. Sales representative Veronica G had given me a battery test certificate as "good". I got the car home and parked it. Next morning when I tried to start the car, it did not start at all. I called the dealer and they jump start the car. I thought its one off thing and continued. But same problem occurred exactly after a week. They again sent a guy to jump start. I took the car to dealer service station and they told me battery needs a replacement. He showed me the same test that had been done and the values were exactly the same. I had to spend $140 for the battery and painful days when it did not start twice. Why did the dealer replace battery before? When I went to inquire about the same, all Veronica G had to say was "she is not the mechanic" with attitude. They have great cars, but choose your sales rep with proper care who is more friendly and gives good suggestions. Sales rep is not doing any favor to us, its our own money which we are investing on a car and good, smiling friendly sales representative will give you better satisfaction after you complete the deal. Nitin - Manager is responsive and helped me in sending a mechanic to jump start the car twice. But I did not like his blaming on me, keeping the car lights/doors and other electrical components turned on, as I have driven car for last ten years and I know what to switch off when I park the car overnight. Overall an average experience, but pre-owned Honda cars here are very good as we are 3 guys who have purchased 3 cars in 6 months from the same dealer.

So I went into DCH on a Saturday and had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Gerry Bruno. My fiance and I had very basic yet specific needs....a decent used car with little mileage. We ended up in the driving seat of a very nice, well kept Honda civic. From the color, to the way it drives, to the mileage we were happy. Considering that it was a used car I was very impressed with the way the car was taken care of. Gerry really took his time to accommodate our needs. Of course we all know that car dealerships are usually an all day affair, but this wasn't too crazy it was quick considering. Our finance guy Dave was also very informative and accommodating. If you want a great used car and want to get it in a painless way then Gerry is your guy. He just put on my plates for me in literally 5 minutes and I am thrilled with our Honda Civic. When you walk into this dealership, ask for Enrique. Trust me, you'll be doing yourself a favor. He's very knowledgable and more than willing to explain, demonstrate and instruct the buyer on how to utilize all of the many features on his/her potential vehicle. I found the car via ebay and although I didn't win the auction (it never reached the reserve price), in follow up communication with Veronica we were able to settle on a very fair price. I was an out of state buyer and after jumping through some some logistical hoops between my lender, insurance and DCH we were able to get all the details sorted out and Veronica was very patient with all the back and forth. When I arrived at DCH and inspected the car it was as described. We sorted through paperwork and I drove my wife's, new to her, car home. Between a quick test drive and signing paperwork with Veronica and Dave, the entire transaction took less then two hours which meant I was able to drive home to Vermont before the end of the day. All and all an easy transaction and good people to work with.

I was reminded how superior this dealership is in terms of customer service when I recently purchased a used vehicle elsewhere. While this location is not much to look at, I was treated fairly and respectfully. When a major mechanical flaw surfaced just weeks after my purchase, DCH Academy Honda made it right, at no additional cost to me. I have bought many cars for myself and others elsewhere. This is the best dealership around. There is a terrible Honda dealership just two miles away in my home town. Totally worth the hour long drive here to buy.

I was met by a very nice receptionist who created a very pleasant environment which lasted through my entire visit. Ron Rajnai , a representative , met me, led me to his office and we talked about my auto needs. I knew about what I wanted so we test drove two 2016 Civic sedans, one with Turbo, one without. When we got back Ron explained and answered all my questions in a forthright, simple , easy to understand manner. I decided on an auto and Ron made the obligatory trip to the manager to get me the best price. He came back with a dandy (based on lowest internet prices ) and I bought the car. Now the fun began. Paperwork & financing. Ron's help and BEING THERE DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS made it quick as possible and painless. When I got home I realized I didn't like the color, so I contacted Ron and asked him to change the car. This is not easy. Tons of paperwork, and physical work had to be done. Bur Ron did it. Prior to getting my new 2016 Honda Civic, I've always bought used or got hand me down cars. I went to DCH Academy Honda about 2 days ago with my wife to shop and test drive the new 2016 Honda CRV Touring Edition. Before arriving to the dealership, I had called and spoke to Mark to setup a test drive appointment. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we had to wait about 30-40 minutes to go on the test drive because they were busy. Mark set us up with Tim Crowley, who is actually the salesperson from the pre-owned lot of DCH honda but came to help out on the new car sales floor. Tim Crowley is an amazing salesman. He is kind and caring, and takes his time explaining everything to you to make you feel comfortable for the test drive. He took my wife and I on an extended test drive and we had a great time. My wife likes the car, but unfortunately, because the car is lacking some tech features, we did not buy the CRV. Overall, Tim Crowley is an amazing salesperson who cares for his customers and I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a honda to go see Tim because he will treat you like family. Even the sales manager Jonathan was a pleasure to talk to and was willing to help us out in any way possible. Thank you DCH Academy Honda for making our experience at your dealership a great one!

I went to HDC Honda, in Old Bridge, NJ and I was impressed. I met Mr. Joseph Guzzo and he quickly asked me what I was looking for. After he understood my wishes and expectations he immediately showed me Honda Civic and we made a test drive. Mr. Joseph Guzzo was extremely professional, knowledgeable and sincere. Those are qualities which car salesmen should possess. I would like to recommend Mr. Guzzo to friends in the future.

I have been looking for a vehicle the past 3+ months, I pretty much still haven't decided whether to buy or not since I'm still shopping for better appraisal and price on my vehicle, but, out of all the dealers in have visited, this is the best dealer I've been with and I'll explain why.veronica was awesome from the beginning, she was courteous, professional, fun and made the shopping experience easy and smooth.then, the manager came in, and unlike any others dealers in have been with, Pete was easy going, truthful and someone who is honest and very down to earth. now, do they have the best overall prices? nobetter appraisal for my vehicle? nodid I purchase a vehicle? nobut, I automatically put them in my favorite because of the treatment and how well the received my inquiry and answer my questions etc...I felt like I could ask and talk to them without any pressure other dealers put on you.I'd definitely recommend this place, these people are good to deal with and very friendly. they'll help as much as they can in order to please you and make you feel at ease.I will post another review if I decide to purchase the car from them, but if it wasn't meant to be, I'd still recommend people to go and see for themselves the good experience I had.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. My Sales Consultant Enrique Castaneta was so patient, detailed and helpful all the way through till closing. He walked me out and went thru again every detail of the car. He answered every question. Every staff member at DCH Academy Honda were so friendly and made me feel comfortable through what other wise would have been a scary experience.

It has always been a pleasure dealing with Ed Moy. I had purchased a vehicle from DCH Academy Honda of Old Bridge(Used Cars) 2 years ago and was extremely impressed with his ability to work with my schedule and not pressure me into buying a car that day. He is an amazing person and has a great work ethic. Will try to get you in and out as quickly as he can. A truly amazing experience every time. The transmission on my car was going and I needed to replace my car fast. I was politely greeted by Paul Aweeky. He sells mostly new cars but he found a certified pre owned car that fit my budget. He even offered to pick me up at my home. Paul went above and beyond. Thank you PaulJ
