It was time to buy another car again and I was not looking forward to the experience. The car was to be a present for my college scholar soon. Since he was on a full college scholar ship, this was my way to say thanks. I read a good deal about Honda and thought that would be perfect for my son. Walking into the dealership for my first time I met Gene Colicchio. He was more than a salesman. He was easy to talk to, polite, friendly, and not pushy one bit. He was just a nice guy, He took me and my son on four different cars for test rides before I made a decision. He was knowledgeable about the Honda cars and the entire sales cycle. He made my life stress free of the times I had spent with him. If you need a car and decide on a Honda, look up Gene. My wife & I came DCH Kay Honda of Eatentown to buy a new Honda Odysey. We had spoken to them before about the internet quote. Maria Calabrese was the sales associate who was there to deal with & even though it was already very late & almost closing time she was very courteous and patient. They had the exact car with specifications that we had discussed earlier on the phone for the price that they emailed us. No last minute extra surprise fees. Maria patiently stayed with us until the car was ready for us to be picked up. She made all the paper work including the insurance IDs ready for us. Maria made the whole experience a very pleasant one.

This was the first time I was buying my own car so it was a pretty overwhelming experience. Scott Wendling was the sales associate who helped me. He was extremely helpful and had every intention of making my experience as easy as any car buying experience can be. Scott was very patient with my dad and I and the car I ended up buying was exactly what I was looking for. I was pretty indecisive going into the dealership and Scott was there to lead me in the right direction and I am very happy with my purchase. He always has my best interested in mind, and never tries to put me in a car that I don't want or is above my means. On this current transaction, Dave had me in and out of the showroom, with my new car, in less than 90 minutes. He also helped transfer my gear from the car I was returning, into the new one. Don't know what happened to my post about my terrible experience at DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown. I literally had my car for 1 1/2 days, bought it on August 16, 2016. I felt the wheel alignment was off a little, I took it in. They wanted to charge me $95.00. Long story short, I had a nail in my tire. They wouldn't give me a new tire, said I didn't pay for Road Damage. I asked them to give me a discount on a tire that they charge $155.00 for, they said that they couldn't. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT HONDA STANDS BY THE CARS THEY SELL TO PEOPLE. My family has bought 8 cars from them in the past few years. Needless to say I went and bought a tire for $25.00 cheaper then they wanted for it. My saga continues, my battery died yesterday, had to charge it for 7 hours. Going there tomorrow to see what they can do for me about that. I will keep you informed. .FORGOT TO SAY THAT I PAID CASH FOR THE CAR AND GOT NO SATISFACTION.

Steve Severio was the first person to walk up to us upon entering the showroom. We told him what we were looking for and he helped guide us through the entire process of purchasing a Pre-Owned CRV. I was disappointed when my brand new Honda Civic had a transmission problem. I took it back to the dealer after 6 days so it could be repaired. This was shocking because I'd had various Honda models over the course of 30 years and never needed a significant repair. The service manager, Steve at DCH Honda in Eatontown, NJ was A-MAZING! Steve put me in a rental car at their expense and did everything possible to fix my car and accommodate my never-ending questions. At times, I was a bit demanding due to the inconvenience, but Steve's customer service skills were beyond perfection. He was patient and effective throughout the process. When my car was repaired with a new transmission, Steve went the extra mile by returning my car washed and ready to go. Although, I was upset that my new car had a big problem, Steve showed me nothing but the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to Sergio, my mechanic, who was excellent in assessing and resolving a difficult problem.

I was disappointed when my brand new Honda Civic had a transmission problem. I took it back to the dealer after 6 days so it could be repaired. This was shocking because I'd had various Honda models over the course of 30 years and never needed a significant repair. The service manager, Steve at DCH Honda in Eatontown, NJ was A-MAZING! Steve put me in a rental car at their expense and did everything possible to fix my car and accommodate my never-ending questions. At times, I was a bit demanding due to the inconvenience, but Steve's customer service skills were beyond perfection. He was patient and effective throughout the process. When my car was repaired with a new transmission, Steve went the extra mile by returning my car washed and ready to go. Although, I was upset that my new car had a big problem, Steve showed me nothing but the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to Sergio, my mechanic, who was excellent in assessing and resolving a difficult problem.

Answered all my questions and never made me feel like a bother and most importantly got me out of there quickly and I left very happy in my new car!!! Thanks to Scott Wendling, I got the car I wanted at the lease price I requested. Scott was so helpful, it was like filling a Christmas wish list request. There was no haggling with the lease payment, I asked for it and I got it. Scott was particularly sensitive to my request to expedite the sale and the car pick up as my husband and I were very busy that week. Scott had the paper work in order, the car ready and the finance manager all lined up. The entire process took two hours- one hour the day I went to discuss the lease and the car I wanted, and 1 hour for the final paper work to be signed including the time it took Scott to demonstrate the car's technology. Let me say I came in paranoid and with low expectations following a very frustrating experience the day before with Honda of Freehold in which after 2 hours I left with no deal and pissed. They pulled the bait and switch on me and I did not appreciate it. Anyway, I let them know that I wanted a deal with specifics in writing before I went through the trouble of finding childcare for my two small children and coming down there. I asked for this of two dealerships and DCH Kay Honda was the only one that responded right away with the written offer I wanted as well as a break down of all the additional leasing fees so there were no surprises. I really appreciated their no-xxxxxxxx approach, I knew what I wanted and they offered what they could. So I came in. Immediately I was greeted by the internet workers who knew me and what deal we'd discussed. They offered to get me a refreshment and set me up with a sales guy, Stephen Severio, and said he would be given the deal we discussed online. Stephen was great, I told him of my terrible experience at Honda of Freehold the day before and explained that now i'm paranoid about hidden fees and double-talking. He wrote down the numbers I came in expecting to pay and said "you will not pay more than this I promise", I was sure the entire time something was going to go wrong (I kept hearing the sales guy from Freehold say "this is the same at all dealerships, the internet people will say what ever they can to get you in the door") Anyway, I got through the entire process and it was exactly as they promised me, straightforward, no hidden fees, no haggling, no lies. I got exactly what I wanted and felt they went the extra mile with little things to make my experience pleasant. The sales guy stephen gave me his card and said to feel free to call him anytime if I have any questions about the car. I appreciate that kind of service, especially when it comes following such an unpleasant experience. I would do business with them again and recommend to others.

the salesperson - gene collichio - was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. i didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. he explained the differences between the various models so that i could choose the vehicle best suited for my needs. when i did decide to make a purchase, he was efficient and moved the process along with the necessary degree of hand-holding and answered all my questions. after having the car for a few days i had a few additional questions regarding various features and he was responsive in providing timely and correct answers to them. would definitely send friends and family there to check out hondas. so far, very pleased with the vehicle although i've only had it a few weeks.

Our family needed to find an appropriate pre-owned vehicle quickly. We searched online (craig's list) and had no luck finding what we were looking for. We tried a couple of dealerships on Rt. 9, and found nothing. Then, remembering that we had purchased two pre-owned cars from DCH in Eatontown years and years ago (which have been wonderful vehicles that we still drive), we stopped by DCH Used Cars in Eatontown. There, Rustam Kuchkorov greeted us and helped us decide on a vehicle that would fit our needs. He patiently answered all of our questions (and we had many) and was professional in every way. The same can be said for the other sales staff, the sales manager, and the finance manager who were all very cordial and professional. We highly recommend this dealership if you're interested in purchasing a quality pre-owned vehicle. Ask for Rustam, he's the best!

Just waiting for it to come in I have trust in them that it will come in. Also the detail shop detailed my vehicle beyond my expectations. I have the vehicle one week it's a 2013 with 23815 miles and so far all is good. Very happy. Just give the salesman a chance .

When I first went to DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, everyone was very nice and helpful. I was getting a good deal on a new 2016 Honda Civic. I was also told a $500.00 rebate would be given to me because of my Recent College Graduate discount. I had a certificate from my college and asked COUNTLESS times if it would suffice....Needless to say I was told yes, when in fact it wasn't. AFTER I made the purchase AND gave the dealers great reviews (because they emailed several times asking for me to do so, go figure) they took away my recent grad discount even though my contract was signed. Justin Amorim pretended to care and told me he would find a solution, after a few days he never returned my calls. Armando Lopez even threatened to have my car taken away and told me I no longer had a finance lender. After this, nobody there was helpful. Ray Rivera never answered my calls or emails, he and Armando never even made sure the insurance company had my information, which was faxed over more than once, along with me telling them I had insurance and didn't need their temp insurance any longer. Armando is a con artist and a liar, he makes me sick. I am a young woman who bought a car for the first time and he completely took advantage of that. Ray Rivera is incompetent. STAY AWAY from these men. Go to another dealership and save yourself the hassle.

I tent to DCH Kay Honda to buy a preowned car. My sales man, James, was a great guy. Very personable. He was wonderful. However after meeting his manager "Raf" I was completely dissatisfied with treatment he displayed toward my mother and myself. Raf told me that someone else wanted the car upon my return from my test drive before we even sat down to negotiate. He came out guns blazing and didn't even want to invite us to sit down to negotiate. My mechanic loved the car except the tires were original and were in need of replacement. I ask James about some sort of adjustment in price for my having to purchase four new tires. He asked the manager who came back and completely bullied me right out of the showroom. If Raf's delivery was more professional, I would have bought the car because I loved it and I would even have dealt with buying new tires. But his aggressive tone was so horrible, we just left. My mother had just bought a pre-owned car from Kay Honda a year prior and wasn't happy with the customer service then, but she thought my treatment would have been better since we're repeat customers and give them the benefit of the doubt. But obviously it wasn't better customer service and all because of this horrible manager "Raf". I would never recommend Kay Honda to anyone because of this creep! I ended up going to BMW in Edison and was treated wonderfully! The moment we stepped in to the showroom, everyone treated us with kindness and respect as it should be! Shame on you "RAF"!

2007 CRV checked by VIN # to see repair history, 2010 Insight the repair history was not checked and 75K service was done twice. Service Advisor needs to be proactive in checking repair history for customer so unnecessary service is not done. Very poor communication.

Beware of the service department.. I have had two bad experiences here, one being very bad. I had my 2012 Civic here in February for a throttle body cleaning to resolve a bad driveability problem I was having. The service cost $129, which I paid and was told the service was completed. My receipt even claims in writing that the service was completed. When I left I noticed the issues I was experiencing continued so I believed my issue was something other than the throttle body.While I was troubleshooting further, I took a look at the throttle body and noticed it was *entirely* clogged with carbon buildup. It had never been cleaned or even touched by DCH Kay Honda. The throttle plate was 95+% blocked from carbon, which is the exact reason I took it to be cleaned at Honda. They never cleaned it, even though they charged me $129 for the service.I took pictures proving the work was not done and contacted DCH Kay Honda to ask for a refund. I was contacted by Ken Kallok who asked for the pictures and apologized. I sent the pictures and didn't hear any follow up for almost two weeks. I contacted DCH Kay again, only to be called by Ken Kallok a second time and was told I would be receiving a refund.It has again been almost two weeks with zero followup. No refund as promised, no further contact, nothing. This is the second bad experience I've had here, and it's sadly pathetic how this situation-- and I-- have been ignored. The first bad experience I had was a technician installing the cabin air filter upside down after a multi-point inspection. This could have easily caused debris to get sent up into my fans. No biggie, I noticed it and fixed it.I had the throttle body cleaned at another shop and guess what...? All of my issues are now completely gone. If DCH Kay had done what they were paid to do, this experience would have been so much more positive.Because I have not been contacted or refunded, and virtually ignored, I now will be pursuing this in small claims court and will never step foot into DCH Kay Honda again. I bought this Civic at DCH Kay and enjoyed my experience. However, unfortunately for them I am currently in the market for a new CR-V and it looks like this $129 issue just cost them a $28,000 sale.. one customer lost. Taking my business to Honda of Toms River for now on. Much better experience.

No ever came up to us and said we are gonna be awhile, maybe grab lunch or if want leave a deposit and come back on Monday. When we got with the finance guy I jokingly said do we get $50.00 off for the wait, which he got defensive and asked if I ever bought a car before. I explained we had other things to do beside to here for 3 hours and no one bothered to let us know it would be such a long wait. His response to me "enough" at this point I found the Manager who then talked to the unprofessional finance guy and basically forced him to apologize which he did to my husband not me. We was offered a free oil which this was not about a free anything but rather basic lack of customer service and communication. I declined the free oil change and in three months when the CRV has to get turned in . The next car t will not be a Honda. If you have free Saturday to waste this would be the place to go, I would suggest to bring lunch also you will be awhile.

When we went to DCH Kay Honda for the chance to look at new cars we had a great experience. We went into Honda looking at the new HRV. Phil greeted and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He provided us multiple options throughout the process, and was willing to help us with numbers whether we were financing or leasing. Overall both my wife and I had an excellent comfortable experience.My wife and I decided to lease the car and then we had the chance to meet Ray and finish up the details in his office. After spending some time searching online at options, we were able to deal with Megan, I can not begin to explain how helpful she was! Helping to make sure we knew what to expect, what we needed and our options. She was so perky on the phone and even nicer in person! She was there to see us when we came in and to congratulate us upon completion. Such a difference from other dealerships. My most recent purchase on 2/13/2016 was from Dave Radice, one of Kay Honda's sales staff and as always, the experience was great! Pat Connelly, the guy that handles the finance paperwork for the sale is also a top notch employee who always has a smile and good advice about the extras that can be added to your contract such as insurance coverage beyond the standard warranty. Worst dealership ever! I had seen a car online and called to see if it was still available, I was told "yea its still for sale, come on down". I live in Easton PA it took me about an hour and a half at least to get down there. I took the car for a test drive and was ready to make a deal for it and to my surprise the salesman came out and said "sorry we cant sell you this vehicle, it has open recalls". How can you possibly have a car for sale and it be "pre-owned Honda certified" and then in the middle of a deal say "sorry its not for sale". I would've appreciated if I was told that it had open recalls and cannot be sold at the moment and the recalls would be taken care of and we can work something out in a reasonable amount of time, but all I got was "we cant sell you this car and I don't know when they will get to the recalls". I cannot even express my extreme disappointment and aggravation with this dealership. So I drove over 80 miles one way for someone to tell me that it cannot be sold when I inquired about it before I took the trip. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get home that evening and feel like I've done nothing but waste my time. To my amusement when I got home I found the crv still listed on the internet for sale! The following day all they did was pull the "Honda certified pre-owned" label from the listing. They should be ashamed of themselves for putting someone through that. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership.

She provided top of the line customer service that was truly sincere. Not something you see often at other dealerships. She set everything up before I even walked in so all I practically had to do was sign and be on my way. Steve was also easy to deal with. He even helped me get the best rate on my insurance. I am in NJ to care for my 90-year old parents, and they have dealt with Kay Honda for YEARS and we have always been happy with them, but due to my dad's Alzheimers, their car had been neglected and was truthfully a deathtrap (they stopped driving when I arrived last November). YET, Rustam Kuchkorov, awesome person that he is, STILL took that heap of junk as a trade-in and I bought a beautifully kept Toyota RAV4 and he even put four new tires on the RAV. I was at DMV and thought let me go in to see what kind of lease deal I could get on a Honda Civic. The showroom was crowded, and I looked around for an available salesperson who looked friendly and honestly one that wouldn't annoy me with the typical sales BS. When the salesperson Gene approached me with a big smile and asked how he can help.Gene was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me pick out a car. He was extremely honest and upfront about everything. I had a bit of a credit issue and worked diligently with his managers to get me into a low monthly payment, Not only did he help me get my new car; he drove about 15 miles out of his way to pick me up with my new Civic at the Ford Dealership; where I had to return my leased vehicle. I have been leasing cars for a long time and not one salesperson had ever offered to do that. (that is what I call Fabulous customer service)Then I went into the dreaded Finance office where I met Pat Connelly. He was super Friendly; explained my lease contracts and went over some additional products. He wasn't pushy at all and answered all of my questions thoroughly; even though it was past closing time and I am sure he wanted to go home. Went back to the same dealer and Sales agent for the second time in 2 months (and 3rd time this year). Jeff helped me with a used Civic purchase back in November 2014. It was a smooth and simple transaction so when a used CRV became available on the DCH web site I headed back to see Jeff in December. He had the keys to the car and we were off on our test drive in less than 5 minutes... Jeff was able to answer all the questions about the vehicle and has a good sense of what the customer is looking. Within 15 minutes of getting back to the dealer we had agreed on a price and I was starting to sign paperwork. There were a couple other customers in the showroom at the same time and thus it took a few extra minutes for the last step (the finance paperwork), but Jeff kept us informed throughout the process as to the next step and the timing... and provided us with coffee and water throughout the visit. When we had completed the finance paperwork Jeff was waiting to hand us the keys to the car (Jeff had the car washed and he personally drove it to a gas station to fill up the gas tank while we were doing the finance paperwork).... It again, was a very positive experience and I would look to DCH Kay Honda and to Jeff G for my next Honda purchase.

Rustam was very helpful and answered all questions, taking as much time as necessary without rushing. Overall, working with Rustam was a good experience.Was a bit disappointed in the fee for glass carving security numbers on a 9 year old vehicle that I paid $7000 for. It was done at the dealer before I bought it and I had no choice in the matter. It's not necessary on all vehicles and I would have gone without it and saved the money. That being said, the price on the vehicle itself was good, but those little add on items do boost the total.

I went in to look at a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Gene was a great help. He realized immediately that I knew what I was talking about when it came to the Jeep and he wasn't pushy on the sale at all. He let me take my time with the car and look over every inch. My husband stopped in to the dealership to inquire about a new Honda as the two we had were over 10 years old. Ray spent a lot of time with him discussing options. We came back together the next day and again Ray spent a lot of time to answer all our questions and show us around. He drove us to the new car lot so we could see our actual new car. Pat Connelly, the Finance manager took us quickly and well through the process. There was no hard sell of any extras. He presented certain options (pro and con) . It was actually a pleasant few hours that we spent there before we drove home (leaving our 2003 Element behind) in our gorgeous new Accord.

Numerous honda dealers responded with offers on a honda civic which my wife was interested in buying. After visiting a few dealers we decided to visit DCH Kay Honda and it turned out to be a very rewarding experience. The saleswomen Caroline was very helpful and professional in helping us decide on which model to purchase. Cara was very knowledgable in the different options offered in each model and explained throughly without any pressure at all. In fact cara mentioned having a Honda accord sport in stock and let my wife test drive both the civic and accord in order for my wife to decide on what she would be happier driving. My wife decided on the accord sport and the deal cara offered was very much better than the previous dealers we visited. It was such a great deal that we had to be in the right place at the right time, as the other dealers were higher in price on an identical vehicle with higher milage. (this accord was brand new with 10 miles) The whole experience at kay honda with cars Zawadzki and Pat Connelly was a pleasure to do business with. No pressure, stress, and smooth all around. I never thought I would have a new car again in my life. My husband and I really needed a new one and my son suggested we try DCH Kay after a friend of his suggest them. We decided on a 2015 Honda Civic Sedan, he took care of the odds and ends and I chose the color. A few days later we were at the dealer and my soon-to-be car was sitting in the front ready to go. We met Ray Furslew who couldn't be nicer and more of a gentleman. He walked us through everything, made it easy to understand and helped us out with our insurance company. My family and I have been leasing cars with DCH Kay Honda since 2003/2004. The entire process was seamless. It has always been so! Scott Wendling was our sales man. He was helpful and upfront. Our son, who is 5 years old, was also with us. Scott is family friendly, and was engaging with our son! Scott was our salesman with our previous lease, so it was nice to know that he was still available! Everyone has always made us feel comfortable. They treat you professionally, but there is an added touch of feeling like "family". And that speaks volumes. Specifically, our son's name was remembered by Scott and Pat Connelly who works in the finance Office. It was 3 years prior, and they remembered his "name". That was exciting for our son, and we were impressed. Overall, the experience was great. We were pleased from start to finish. I only wish it were time already to buy another car in my family or circle of friends, since I so much look forward to getting the next car at Kay Honda. Finally someone conversed with me as an equal instead of talking down to me because of my being a woman over 60. I never felt pressured to spend anymore than I had planned, and Steve directed me to exactly the car I was looking for. DCH Kay Honda was my first stop on my initial car shopping trip. Steve met my mother and I right outside and was immediately friendly and informative. I was out looking to purchase my very first car and was looking into the HRV and CRV. I did not end up purchasing that day as I wanted to review some other options. Steve was incredibly understanding and made sure to follow up with me via email. After I had looked over my options I emailed Steve to let him know that the HRV was my top choice. The entire process, from the day that I was first there to the day I picked up my HRV was about 2 months. Steve was incredibly patient. He touched base with me regularly via email and helped me coordinate the best time to come and pick up my car. When the color I wanted was not available he kept in touch with me until it came in. Art is a mature individual who recognizes that offering practical information rather than high pressure is more appealing to a customer. Initially I wrote a very good review about this place everything was great till two months later I still have yet to receive my plates yet. They have been giving me the run around for the past couple of weeks someone in the dealership actually lied and said they delivered them to my house which was all false. Apparently I find out finally that they didn't have the title and there was a problem with the signatures on the title. In buying several cars I know that when you sell a vehicle you have to have the title and make sure it's clean. Still no plates I would definetly not recommend anyone to buy a car from here something doesn't seem right about this. They sure had me fooled when I first bought the car. I'm very disappointed and just want my plates which I paid for.

We had Honda on our list along with Toyota and Mazda.We were greeted by Ron Marino and after a short info gathering session we were on our test drive. Ron was very professinal and informative, and helped us make an easy decision with the Honda Civic. We had options, but thanks to Ron our first stop became our last. I think what made the experience easier weas that Ron was from the area and it was more like dealing with a neighbor thatn a sales person. He was aware of the situation we were dealing with as far as having chidren in college years and the added expense of purchasing a new vehicle, He gave us options on financing and we were able to find a dependable vehicle that worked within our budget. Time will tell about the vehicle, but as far as my experience with Ron Marino I would and will come back agin, and would recommend DCH Kay to friends and family.

On a Thursday evening I went to the dealership and met Dave, went for a test drive, talked trade-in and payments without any haggling and pressure, and the following Tuesday drove off in a beautiful new 2015 Accord! Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer to DCH Kay Honda for the last 10 years having leased one pilot and three mini-vans from them. I also have a 2001 Accord that my husband and I bought new in Brooklyn...we have driven nothing but Hondas for the last 15 years. That will soon be changing thanks to the games and deception we were met with trying to lease two new cars yesterday. I am really in shock at how this dealership had no problem wasting two days of a loyal customers life jerking us around the way that they did.We had been receiving flyers in the mail to bring our minivan in for a trade-in so Thursday I went in and spoke with Stephen. Our experience with our last two minivan leases were OK. We went in, paid $0 out of pocket and walked out with a new van. The last time our payment even went down about $50. I explained that to Stephen and told him that in addition to the minivan I would like an Accord and I would like to see if I could get both of them for around $600 per month. We talked mileage, he showed me some items on a paper that he could remove to lower the cost and after appraising the minivan told me to come in with the 2001 Accord so he could appraise that as well. I assured him the 2001 would not be worth much and we discussed how it could possibly be worth $500 or $1000. He then told me he thinks we could do both cars for around the $600s. Let me also say that he had looked up the minivan's info so he was aware of how many payments were left on the vehicle.Friday, I proceed to bring my husband and three children into the DCH Kay Honda dealership. Stephen says he is now working with a partner on the deal and introduces us to Ray. Stephen was still very involved but now tells me he cannot get us anywhere near the $600s. The price of the two cars went from $600s to $900s. He had all of the same information the day before! He tried to blame it on the Accord's low appraisal but it came in exactly where we discussed the day before! He then began trying to convince me to take just the new Accord for $250. My husband and I started discussing whether we should just walk out at that point since we had been so severely misled but we figured we'd see if we could work out a deal with just the Accord. Stephen went back and forth several times with the manager (I hate this process!) and came back and said if we took the new Accord with lower mileage he could get us into it for $200 but we needed to commit to him so we told him we would take it for $200 per month.Stephen's shift was over so Ray, his partner, was going to finish the deal with us. Stephen assured us we were "all on the same page" before he left. At this point, Ray goes over to the manager and comes back over to us and says he doesn't know how he can get us into the car for under $300???? How does this happen???? My husband and I looked at each other, turned around and I told Ray that I couldn't believe they were willing to lose loyal customers by giving us such a runaround and wasting our time. I assured him we wouldn't be back and we won't. If the numbers are what they are that is fine but don't mislead customers if you can't deliver what you are offering. I am still stunned that they would treat customers of ten years this way. Steer clear of this place and avoid the headache.

I was looking for a new HR-V. I am one that if I say this is what I want. I don't want to be up-sold to. Meaning. If I say I want an LX Model and I ask you if I come in and you have one for me to test drive and you say yes, and I get there and you really don't have what I asked for. I will walk out. And I did, several times. When I called, Kay Honda, they told me the truth that they only had the ex version and were hoping for a new shipment tonight. Susan Antonios emailed me next day and let me know what I looked for was available. Very nice, I walk in with my wife, and she seats me with Steve Simon. Before leaving she actually gets my wife and I some water and tea and ask if she can do anything else. Wow, right there. Now Steve a congenial gentleman who made us feel comfortable right from the start. We took the test drive, had a new car prepped. The car came off the transport truck that night before. He made us feel very good about purchase and he is taking care of accessory orders for us. Pat Connelly was the finance person, we only spent a short time with him but took care of the other necessary things we ordered, even calling Lojack to make a home visit so we wouldn't have to come in. This is the way car buying should be. No pressure, can call for honest answer, and get treated very well in the process. I will shop here again and recommend you do to.

My son found a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT listed at a great price on DCH Kay Honda's web site. We obtained an instant trade value for my son's current car via a link on their website to Autotrader before driving 65 miles to the dealership. We met with David Gutkind and took a test drive. After the test drive we told David we would take the car if DCH Kay Honda honored the Instant Cash Offer that we had obtained on the Internet. After the manager examined the trade-in, DCH Kay Honda gave us slightly more than the Instant Cash Offer for the trade-in. There was no need to haggle over the purchase price or the trade-in value.David politely offered us add-ons for window etching, fabric protection and nitrogen filled tires which we declined without feeling pressured to purchase the add-ons. The whole process took slightly over 2 hours on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend.I would definitely consider DCH Kay Honda in the future when looking for a new Honda or a used car.

Jeff was efficient, honest, friendly, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I was on the road back home within a few hours after Jeff arranged to put new tires on the car. The tires were at my expense but it was most convenient to get the tires from the dealership. The price for the tires were competitive and the price of the car was the best I could find in the country at the time.

I had an excellent overall experience at this dealership. My sales associate was Ron Marino. He is excellent. If you are going to buy a new Honda from Kay Honda, ask for Ron. You won't be sorry! He's terrific! The only negative was that I wound up signing for Security Theft Protection. Ron had nothing to do with the preparation of the sales documents. It was included without my knowledge on the sales contract and I didn't catch it before I signed. My fault! Next time do a better job reading every document before you sign.

I arrived unannounced at Kay Honda, met Sales Consultant Steven Simon and checked over the CRV EX in the show room, even getting under the vehicle to measure the road clearance for myself. In the quiet of my condo I studied the online CRV EX info Steve e-mailed, and returned yesterday to Kay Honda, went on a test drive, looked over all the available EXs in the lot, negotiated a very reasonable deal by 11:00 a.m.. and drove home in my new 2015 CRV EX at 2:00. There were no bumps on the negotiating trail, the test drive was awesome, the paper signing went quickly and smoothly with Stephen Chung, and Steve the Sales Consultant even spent a half hour helping me hook up my smart phone with Bluetooth and taking me on a guided tour of the dashboard and steering wheel instruments. At age 76 I REALLY appreciated THAT!

While negotiating the cost of a new vehicle the salesperson presented a grocery list of extras. One particular item was the etching on the glass for $399.00. The salesperson proceeded to explain how I can save 15% on my car insurance if I bought it. I turned down the extra saving myself $399.00. Later on when I finalized the purchase I had to inform my insurance company I need a temporary insurance card to drive home and to take the old car off the policy. The insurance agent asked if the glass had etching and before I could say anything the salesperson interrupted and said yes. I asked the question what etching is and the insurance agent explained it was the ID information in the corner of the glass. I looked over vehicle and noticed the little white lettering in the corner and read it off to her to confirm that is what she was referring to. She said yes. The salespeople at this dealership are crooks and will sell you something the car already has installed.

I got an UNBELIEVABLE deal on the certified pre-owned Civic that I purchased. I am 23 and this was my first ever car purchase, so I was a little nervous and unsure going into it but I the sales and finance team were absolutely wonderful and so friendly and courteous. My sales associate, Phil Holmes, was first and foremost a pleasure to work with. He knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel like I was buying a car from an old friend. I highly recommend anyone going to DCH seek out Phil as their sales associate. (Plus, he's a big Yankees fan, so I liked him immediately.) The sales manager I worked with, Mike Lyttle, was also tremendously helpful and a great guy. He definitely made me feel as though I was getting the best deal possible and that he was doing everything in his power to save me some money and help a first-time car buyer such as myself aware of everything I needed to know. So I have been waiting for the new Honda Pilot to come out for over a year. About 4-5 weeks ago when they started to hit ground, I started to search for the car I wanted - black on black touring edition. So I found it here. I called Thursday and they said they just got one in, I said ok I will come see it Saturday when I'm off of work. I call Saturday to confirm that they still have the car available and the person tells me, that if I get there before 5pm I can look at it. I asked if it was sold already, she tells me it's not sold but the GM takes it home. I look at the car and the salesman had no knowledge at all of the car. Every question that I asked, he tells me to look in the book. The car had 150 miles on it, had a huge cooler in the back and the mats were filled with dirt. I wanted to listen to the stereo to here the quality and the salesman chafes the station back to Howard Stern as I'm looking for a music station and tells me that the boss is driving this car and that he doesn't want to have the station at a different station when he gets back in the car. This is the Worst dealership that I have ever been to. Terrible customer service, I would never in my life purchase a car from them. They had the exact car that I wanted, and just because of the experience they gave me I did not purchase this car. Now there is more dch dealerships in NJ, and because of this experience, I don't even know if I should give any of them my business either. If I could give them negative stars I would give them a negative 10.

That conversation was so nice and informative so we went to the dealership that evening. We were then introduced to Ray Furslew who was the nicest guy. On July 9 I went to the DCH used car lot to look at a 2007 Honda Civic for my son. When I started the car to take it for a test drive the A/C was blowing extremely cold air, which I even made a comment to the sales rep about ( GOOD SELLING POINT ). I purchased the car that night and picked it up the following day. When I got home my son said the A/C was not working, blowing warm air. I called the service department to see what could be done. I was told because it was just purchased that they would take care of it. My son brought the car back Wednesday morning and waited while the car was being repaired or so I thought. I received a call about 1 1/2 hours later saying the compressor was going and there was nothing they could do about it. They could repair it ,but I would be charged for the repair. I don't think it was a coincidence that the A/C just happen to break the next day. I feel they knew about the problem and sold the car anyway. That's not a sign of a good dealership.

Ron Marino was the sales person she assigned me to upon my arrival at the dealership. Both Melissa and Ron were very nice and professional. Ron was sincere and a regular guy. During this experience I was in contact with Adrian who was so incredibly nice and answered all of my many questions before my visit to the actual location. I first called and spoke to Susan Antonios, who was excellent at answering all of my questions. I came into the dealership and Scott Wendling took care of the rest. Everyone was very honest and up front. They gave me an excellent price on my '09 crv trade too !!! I drove my new car home that day. The accessories I ordered were in within 3 days of purchase. Armando took the time to make sure I got the excellent financing on my 2015 CRV Touring. DCH proved far more friendly and reasonable than Autosport Honda! I drove an hour and it was well worth it ! I came into DCH Kay Honda to simply check out the 2015 Honda Civic models, though I had my heart set on a 2015 Acura ILX. I was approached by Ray Furslew, who was very friendly and personable right off the bat. He was very knowledgeable of all Honda vehicles and was not condescending as many car salesmen tend to be. He and I quickly bonded over wrestling. He worked his hardest to get me the deal I wanted and succeeded. I had not planned on leasing my vehicle that night but the deal was too good to pass up. DCH has a crew of great people, and Ray is among the best salesmen I have ever met.

This was actually the worst car buying experience of my life at any Honda Dealership, and my wife and I have been driving Hondas for 27 years. I had actually gotten an out the door price over the phone from DCH Kay Honda, and I made sure I got them to include in the price all the taxes, fees, and all other costs. The Out the Door price for the 2015 Honda Accord Sport was 24,616 all in. I made sure I told them over the phone the exact upgrades I wanted, and the price from the competing dealership. They were about $50 more than Coast Honda, but Coast could not get the car for 3-5 more days. After getting of the phone with Susan, the Internet sales person, I went right to the dealership. That is when the fun began (haha). They typical card dealer lies, BS, and routine that has given car salesman a bad name. The first price breakdown they gave me was for $25,950, over $1,300 more than what was agreed to over the phone. Oh yeah, and I got the first lie which was that the sales manager was pissed at the selling price. Lie #1, why would the automated email that goes out to anyone that clicks on the "Get Quote" button on Edmunds, or KBB or any other web site have a price that would "piss off the sales manager". Right? Then the salesman disappears for 15 minutes, and comes back with another price that was still $1000 over the agreed upon price. Then he has me sign my name next to a statement that I will drive the car off the lot if I get the price of $24,616. He comes back again with a price that is still $350 more than the agreed upon price. Next, I get the General Manager trying to convince me this was the best they could do, and he finally takes off another $100. It was a series of lies, after lies, after lies. I spent 2 hours getting ABUSED by the salesman and General Manager, and was finally walked, all over $200. I sat and listened to the sales people on either side of me with customers, and the sales people were pulling the same crap and telling the same lies. Obviously they are all trained to lie, cheat, and steal from the customers. I ended up purchasing the same exact car from DCH Academy Honda and had the best experience ever and actually got an even better price than what was quoted over the phone by Kay Honda.It is crazy how 2 companies with the same exact parent company DCH Group, have totally different approaches to customer service. Obviously the management at Kay Honda needs a refresher on how to treat the customer. Morales, ethics, and pure being a human being are checked at the door when DCH Kay Honda employees arrive at work.

Car shopping is very stressful..especially when you have limited funds to work with as I did !!I was looking for a reliable car for my 18 year old daughter and stopped at DCH to look around. I saw a car I was interested in and wanted more information. I was greeted by David Gutkind and he took very good care of me..answered questions I had.......went for a test drive with me..etc !! What he couldn't answer he asked his Manager Vincent..who was extremely patient with me..I ended up purchasing this vehicle for the exact amount I could spend and I couldn't be happier !!!This is actually my 2nd purchase from DCH and my future cars will be from them !!!!! I recently just purchased my Honda from DCH Honda and I could not be any happier with the service I received from both Jeff & Adrian. I recently just finished up a lease, and I went around to about 3 different dealerships and this was the best one by far. They were both very helpful and they did a lot for me to be able to get the car that I wanted and to also stay within my budget. They gave me the best service on my purchase, and still continue to help me out when needed. After the stresses I went through trying to find a decent vehicle, my search stopped when I came to DCH, and I am ABSOLUTELY in love with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, my family included plans on going back to find vehicles for themselves. I highly recommend Kay Honda and would suggest you ask for Scott Wendling for help in purchasing your New Car. Because thats what he did. He helped no heavy sales pitch - No pressure! Scott took the time, even went on line with me to make sure they were offering the best competitive pricing (I had already done my research and they were), explained the differences in the packages and even lined up 3 cars when I was trying to decide the color. Once I took possession of my car, Scott went through every possible option I would need to know about and then sat in the car and went over all of the dash board functions. He then called me 2 times in the next week to make sure everything was OK. Pretty amazing. I financed my car and assumed the bank would be the best option but it wasnt. Patrick Connelly Finance Manager, was able to get me a great rate that beat my own bank. Again, no pressure. He explained the options, pros and cons that I could get with the car and then let me decide. Everyone I came in contact with - Scott, Patrick, Mike, Andrew.
