My vehicle developed a scary rattle. I was able to schedule an appointment two days ahead. I decided I needed to be seen earlier and the appointment was changed with no fuss. The service department was excellent in explaining what the problem was. This is the second time in recent months that I have had this kind of service.

I bought my car through Dean Arbour in Tawas who had to go through their Alpena branch to get me the car I wanted as they are a Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership and I wanted a Lincoln. My salesperson was Kathryn Matthew...she went beyond to get me what I wanted. I have already recommended her to my Mom and Uncle. Came in with my 2013 Ford F-150 , 4x4 was making a strange noise. After discribing the noise the service team quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled an appointment for repairs. Returned for my appointment and they had me back in the road in no time, problem solved great exspeiance.

Brought my truck in for a simple mechanical repair and I was surrounded by service. I was only there 30 minutes and no less than two people asked if I wanted a coffee or a refill. Truck was back in 30 minutes with two quotes for tires (48000 on the originals) for my consideration. They give you the feeling that your best interest is their primary focus.

I was greeted by almost everyone in the showroom upon my arrival. Everyone had a smile on their face and was eager to make sure I had all my questions answered. It was obvious they were team oriented and not pushy when it came to selling a vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape used and am in Love with my new vehicle. It looks like new and has all the features I need. As a Home Health Nurse my car is my office so I will be in it alot.

2012 Ford Escape. When I purchased the vehicle I was encouraged to purchase the extended warranty. After my first oil change I was told that I would need to replace my rear shocks and that is was not covered because it is normal wear and tear. I decided to cancel the additional warranty insurance because I didn't feel it was worth the extra money. I did not have this work done. The next time I had an oil change there was no mention of this work that needed to be done and on this recent visit it was noted that the shocks were fine???? Still never had the work done and now I need front brakes and pads. I can believe that because of the amount of miles I travel. I haven't had anyone else look at my vehicle but may consider having it looked at for a second opinion before I have any work done on it. Haven't scheduled anything yet because I can not afford it at this time. Thank you.

Took my F-150 in for routine oil change and tire rotation and inspection of rear end. Even though they were understaffed due to techs in training they squeezed me in and took care that I had a service loaner without having to jump through hoops. They just seem to surround you with concern for getting you and your vehicle back on the road.

The dealer was willing to work with me on finding a vehicle. After not finding a vehicle I liked, I was not pressured into ordering a new one or pressured into taking a vehicle off of a lot that I did not care for. The dealer let me work at my own pace which was nice. No pressure was a relief. It actually made me to want to stick with this dealer. Nice Job.

My experience with the service dept. of Dean Arbour Ford in Alpena, Mi was excellent and exceptional. I resorted to contacting this dealership after trying for two weeks where I am currently living to get some help with my navigational system and they could not help me because of technology problems. As I was traveling I decided to try the dealership where I purchased my little 2013 Fiesta. They were right on the spot with the seat belt issue I needed rectified, did my regular servicing but then started to work on my sync services update that I was not able to achieve at home. They were absolutely tenacious in tracking down the info necessary to complete the upgrade. I have had nothing but positive experiences working with Dean Arbour Ford. They are always upbeat, courteous and efficient. Kudos to the Dean Arbour team.

Wife was going out of town for the week, took vehicle in on Friday for oil change and blower motor wasn't working. After doing the inspection, found some other things. Made arrangements following day to get them all fixed, mostly under warranty, and lent her a vehicle to use that day. Dean Arbour has been fantastic with us thru the years.

This my second Flex (previous 2010); the best vehicles I've ever owned. Too bad Ford doesn'tknow how good they are and provide more advertising.Dean Arbour is a great dealership and has always meet our needs and treated us well (the wife has a 2014 Escape and she loves it). Dave Reed was my salesman, found the Flex I wantedwith the options I wanted and had me in the driver's seat in two days. I got a great priceon both the new Flex and my trade-in.All my service work is done at Dean Arbour and couldn't ask for a better crew.

The "TLC" at Kentucky truck where it was built as well as when it arrived at Dean Arbour, made our 2015 Lincoln navigator an excellent vehicle. The attention given the vehicle as well as the wife and I at the dealership was more than expected. Only complaints, I have, are:1. No one bothered to explain the workings of the SYNC features.2. I have found, on-line, where there are two Field Service Actions (recalls) on this particular vehicle, and I am wondering why these issues were not addressed before delivery of vehicle.We had one issue (mysterious rattle) which was expertly diagnosed and repaired by Dean Arbor service department. We had another issue (trailer light electrical hook-up) which was not corrected (even though I had contacted our salesperson and was told that he would see about getting a replacement part that I could self-install. Instead, my son bought the needed part at an auto parts store and he made the repair.

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion and it would not start on Thursday morning, May 14th. I drove my husbands 2011 escape to town and stopped at the Ford garage in Alpena and told my story and said it was being towed in shortly. The service guy said we will look at it and see what the problem is. I had a meeting to go to right across the road from the garage so did my meeting came back and it was the battery which they replace and washed the car and I was good to go. I have always been happy with my service at Dean Arbour Ford.

I traded in my 2012 Dodge Ram and am now leasing a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO. The service was excellent with the staff always greeting me with a smile as I entered the dealership. I thought my options were very limited and that it might not be possible for me to get back into a SHO once again. However, everyone was willing to work for/with me in getting what I wanted and made it happen. Not once was I told that something would be impossible nor did someone ever say they CAN'T do something for me.

Dean Arbor Ford in Alpena,MI is the best dealership in which to deal. The sales staff was so helpful and efficient when I purchased my Lincoln MKX. They really did "steer" me in the right direction in my purchase. Most importantly, I rely on the service department to oversee the maintenance of the vehicle. What excellent service I receive! They either pick up my car and quickly return it or offer me a loner so I'm never inconvenienced. The service manager and his staff are always polite, efficient and knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable following their advice. They keep my car running perfectly and we are so fortunate to have Dean Arbor Ford. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking excellent customer service!.
