Very persistent with getting your check for vehicle purchase, and calling you to pick up green slip and nothing else. NO CONCERN for consumer concerns or requests. I have been asking for signed copies of documentation since I purchased the vehicle with only having received selected signed documents and NOT all! I have spoken with Chris, Winston, Josh, Jacob, and Kevin. The only sincere one is Winston whom can only escalate the issues, and when I received copies it's only duplicates of car fax and vehicle purchase agreement.I am still awaiting my remaining signed documentation along with the second key on my vehicle which I was told there is nothing that can be done, even though the vehicle report states that I should have received 2. Also: on the day I picked up my vehicle I had to insist that I have a full tank of gas even though I was told repeatedly that the vehicle was "gassed up" and ready for pick up after I confirmed that I was on my way with the check. I also had to visit service 2x within 30days for a sensor gone bad on the brake system. It was replaced and did not have the brake fluid drained as promised. When I explained to Jacob (finance), that I am still in need of documentation, he became irate stating that he signs hundreds of deals a month there is no way he can possible remember what I signed and that my documentation is scanned into and 7 year archive system in which he has no access to, and that I and my accusing the dealership of withholding documentation from me on purpose. Bottom line: Good vehicle, VERY POOR customer service. Still awaiting complete copies of documentation and 2nd key!!!Please spend your hard earned money at a dealership who will respect you and provide Great customer service and follow up. I have purchased 8 different vehicles in my lifetime from different dealerships and this by far is the worst experience I've had with a vehicle purchase!!!I am in touch with the FTC, BBB, and Consumer Relations as well!

Did NOT do the 131 point inspection they claimed to. I needed almost 4 qts of transmission fluid and my oil was like syrup and the filter was so gunked up i dont know how the car ran. Very very upset about this also they redid my financing after signing and upped my rate due to the fave that i was a cosigner on a car thats had all payments made on time for two years.... Really????

I have been purchasing cars for nearly 60 years and have never experienced the incompetence I experienced here. All I wanted to do was purchase a $50,000 car. The staff appeared over whelmed on how to do it properly. I have sent three letters and several phone calls to the owner John Grant asking for his assistance. Still waiting for the first response from him. This dealership hires these "pimple faced wonders" as salesmen They think they know everything when in reality, they know NOTHING. Virtually no phone calls are returned. I have been waiting over a week for a salesman named Chris Santos. He is over a week late in responding. His boss Al Peterson said he would respond. Lots of promises, but the results are more of the same NOTHING.. If this dealership continues to treat others as they have treated me, look for fencing around a brand new empty building on the 215. My suggestion, look at their inventory, find what you want and then have another dealer to dealer trade it for you. Will save you a lot of heart ache. This dealer is a disgrace to the automobile business

Just purchase a vehicle from them. This is our second time to visit. Every time we are there everyone does their best to assist us without being rude or pushy. Chris C took two days with us, didnt send 100 texts and we sent him with a list of what we wanted and he called us the next dayFinance went smooth and everyone was just great! Highly recommend

My lease on my 2014 Grand Cherokee was coming to an end so I went to Desert 215 to see if it was worth buying a new 2016 Grand Cherokee or doing a buyout of my existing lease. After looking at a few sticker prices I decided to buyout my existing lease, Beth (salesperson) informed me that she could handle the buyout as well as the Maxcare warrantee I wanted to purchase. She then told me that Chrysler Capital would not give her the buyout price until my last two lease payments were made. I found this a little weird but made my last two payments anyway. Beth told me the buyout price was $32,558.00 and an additional $5,000.00 for the maxcare warrantee. Beth then informed me that for Safety reasons they must do a full inspection and smog my car. What Beth was actually attempting to do by having me payoff my lease early and smoging my Jeep was treat it like I turned in my Jeep and was purchasing it like I was purchasing any car off their lot vs. a buyout of my lease. I ended up calling Chrysler Capital myself and paid $27,731.72 to buyout my lease. As far as the maxcare warrantee that Beth said would be $5,000.00, I purchased it on the Mopar website for $3,800.00 (12 interest free monthly payments). STAY AWAY!!!
