I would highly recommend Diepholz and Josh Wilson. I emailed to inquire about a Yukon Denali, and Josh called me back within minutes to answer all of my questions. He was able to give me a ball park number on my trade over the phone since I would be traveling a little ways. Basically, their customer service was so outstanding I essentially bought the truck over the internet. When I arrived the staff was extremely pleasant, and the facility was gorgeous and new. Josh falling and almost breaking his arm couldn't even ruin the experience...he simply got up (slowly) and completed the deal with one arm. That is borderline heroic. Lastly, I felt the offer they gave for my trade was very fair. It lined up perfectly to the research I did on the internet. These factors made negotiating nearly non-existent! Bottom line, if they have the vehicle you want and don't mind making the drive I highly recommend Diepholz and Josh Wilson.

I found this Pontiac G8 on the internet. I called the dealership and talked to Mark Murphy. We set up a time to see the car. I was trilled to see the car was just as nice as the pictures on the internet. Mark explained all functions of the car. I like the fact that the car went though the service dept. and was serviced. This is a promise from the dealership that I am getting a safe and reliable car ! Mark did an excellent job, great salesmanship, not pushy or rude. I drove over 228 miles to see this Pontiac G8, and I wanted to drive it back home. We made a deal and I purchased the same day. I will recommend Diepholz auto group as a great place to buy your next vehicle .

From the time we were contacted by Marc Murphy about the online vehicle, that we had questions about, to the actual buying of the vehicle everything was a good experience. We had to have a blue tooth added to the vehicle. While it was being serviced we were gladly offered a loaner (which was a nice vehicle too). We have enjoyed the free car washes on Sat. morning. Overall a very nice friendly atmosphere.

This was my 5th purchase from Diepholz Cheverolet in Charleston Illinois. Roger East is my salesman. I have had very positive experiences. I like getting down to the bottom line quickly on each deal I make. Roger understands this and works with me to accomplish it in a short period of time. The Diepholz Auto Group has internet car shopping and purchase down to to a very comfortable and efficient process. I live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and was shopping for a 2014 vehicle with low miles and certain options via Cars.com. Found one at Diepholz. From the first contact with Marc Murphy I was at ease with the Dealership. Marc was very prompt answering my questions. Marc provided a comprehensive questionnaire to evaluate my trade in and presented me with a fair offer for my car. We agreed on a price contingent on vehicles being as represented. I drove to Charlestown on July 7 test drove the car and was treated to a brief but complete financial session and was back in the road to Cincinnati. There were NO gimmics at this Dealership. I would recommend this Auto Group to anyone shopping for a new or different vehicle.

I am from the area, and had only had one other interaction, several years ago, with this dealership. Obviously, I was not pleased as I had not been back. Since then, my wife and I have driven to Paxton, IL, Germantown, IL and Lafayette, IN to purchase vehicles. I found a vehicle I liked through an internet search and stopped onto the lot to look at it. On my first visit, nobody approached me (I was fine with this, I HATE when sales people chase you across the lot or step in your driving path). I submitted a question online, as well as a list of what I was looking for in my next vehicle. One of the internet sales reps responded to my email, asked questions to clarify what I was looking for, etc. He offered to search other dealerships, attempt to trade, etc. but I told him I wanted to get a different vehicle, but didnt need one and I didnt really feel he should go that far. Initially, I was looking for a 6 cyl vehicle, but there was a 4 cyl on the lot that he everything I was looking for. I asked if I could drive the 4 cyl, expecting to be underwhelmed, and was pleasantly surprised. I then started thinking of the fuel savings over the next few years. My trade was valued higher than 2 other local dealers offered, and Diepholz was willing to negotiate, so I was able to get the vehicle into a price range that I felt comfortable financing. I was very happy with this transaction. The sales team was open in their communication without being too pushy, my trade (while you never get what you think your vehicle is worth in a trade) was valued higher than other dealers had offered, and a brief negotiation got the vehicle to where I felt comfortable. Also, since I was able to purchase a GM certified vehicle, there are lots of value-added perks associated with this purchase. I appreciate that my concerns, both in terms what features I valued in a vehicle and my objectives in terms of the terms of the purchase were questioned, understood, and the sales staff catered their approach in dealing with me to these concerns.

Drew Day did an excellent job keeping me informed of the inventory I was most interested in. He was responsive without pressuring me to buy. I was impressed, and even more so when his attention to my needs continued well after the sale. I live in the Champaign area and had reservations about purchasing at a dealership 40 minutes away. I have purchased many vehicles but buying our 2015 Chevy Traverse was the easiest, most enjoyable process. Mark McKay was truly wonderful throughout the entire process. He was especially patient and very accommodating to our 2 yr old son that I had to bring with me one day. Mark has even gone the extra mile to help set up my Onstar and he even called State Farm for me. I have had a few bad experiences with car salesmen/dealerships and I never thought I would say the words "honest salesmen" and "great car dealership" in the same sentence but with Mark McKay at Diepholz Auto Group you with find nothing but honesty and people working for you. A past experience with a gentleman at a finance department at an other dealership ended the sales transaction by not even thanking us or shaking hands. Mike Daume at Diepholz was extremely professional, informative and not pushy at all. If you don't believe me, just give Mark McKay a call! We won't go anywhere else! Highly recommended facility!!

I have purchased many vehicles new and used over my lifetime and have never been treated as well as i have been at diepholz auto group in Charleston Il. Andy T has always gone the extra mile to make our purchases a pleasant experience and whatever we ask for he does his best to make it happen. The entire team goes out of. their way to make shopping there a pleasant experience. We feel the service department is also top notch. Although it took some time for me to figure out what vehicle I wanted, once the process was started, it was in and out. Not being one to sit in a salesman's cubicle while playing lets make a deal with the old foursquare paper and running back and forth with the sales manager, Marc Murphy and I did all the negotiation's over the phone and email. After that all that was needed was for them to confirm my trade was what it was and to figure out how many miles I wanted per year (lease) I was pleasantly surprised at the final numbers which were lower than we had originally talked about. I cannot comment on the service as I have not used them yet but if they are like everyone else, I suspect I will have no issues. Marc was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will defiantly be back.

The best dealership I've ever been do. This is the third vehicle I've bought at diepholz with Marc Mckay. Marc works incredibly hard for his customers, puts their needs at the top of his list. The business manager Mike Daume is fantastic. Both of these men treated my wife and I like we were old friends and gave us a great deal. I would recomend them to anyone.There will come a day when we don't live pay check to pay check and we will drive vehicles that reflect that, and you can bet there will be diepholz sticker on the back.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing another car. Using the their web site, I "shopped" for the car I was interested in looking at. After contacting Roger East, the process went very smooth from the test drive to the purchase. Roger made it so easy, from answering my many questions ,to the instructions on operating all the new bells and whistles. All the staff at Diepholz are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I was referred to Andy, and he did a wonderful job. He had me test drive a jeep, which wasn't even something I had considered, and I fell in love with it. I took it on a drive to show my boyfriend, and called him on my way back to tell him that I wanted it. There was no need for anything else. He had the papers all ready, and even helped me clean out my car (and didn't make fun of me because I was emotional to leave my old car behind haha!!) Everybody was so nice, took the time to answer all my questions (First time buying a car on my own), and it was such a quick and painless process. Thanks Andy! I really appreciate everything!!!

I used Cars.com to look for jeeps in my area. I found several jeeps but only 3 with a strait 6 4.0 Liter engine. Diepholz had the vehicle I was looking for so I contacted them via email, 10 minutes later I received a call from the dealership. I gave them some information and they started working on finances. I did have several options of my own but the terms they came up with far exceeded my own options. I went down on a Saturday to look at the jeep. There were a few very minor things i wanted done, floor mats and some little details fixed up on the jeep. I came back to pick it up the following tuesday. Everything was perfect. They couldn't find any floor mats so they actually went out and bought them for me! The buying process was very pleasant and didn't take very long. Everyone was very eager to help. I have told everyone about my experience. I hope others will take advantage of this wonderful place to purchase their next vehicle.

This is the first time dealing with Diepholz, and I will continue to return. I have purchased all of my cars through Pilsons and was not recently happy with their "used" selection, so I decided to look with Diepholz. I was really wanting a Cadillac and when I went online and found one with Diepholz, it secured my decision to look for a car with them. I emailed requesting a test drive and was immediately emailed back with an appt time as well as a phone call to secure that time as well. I could not have been happier with the internet salesman and their courtesy and professionalism. Matt Sears was wonderful with setting us up with an appt and directing us to a salesman that eventually had us purchasing a new vehicle. Mike Daume then proceeded to finalized everything with us and I could not have asked for a better person to do that. We were in the market for a newer model Jeep Wrangler (I am very picky about my Jeeps) and they went above and beyond when the first one I fell in love with had pre trade-in issues. After that one fell through they kept me in mind and called me first thing when another one meeting my criteria hit their lot. Overall my wife and I had a great experience and I will definitely be back. What started out as a simple courtesy visit (due to great customer service by following up with me via email) turned into us buying a car. I had no expectations of buying a car as we just wanted to look at it but we quickly knew we were not leaving without it as the process was simple and everyone was extremely nice. This was a very satisfying experience buying my car from Diepholz. Mark McKay will bend over backwards to do what he can for you. Roger East was also helpful and Mike in getting the loan. Mark called to see how I liked it and make sure nothing wrong and called two days before to remind me of when I was to be over there for mud flaps etc. They are definitely your friend besides your salespeople. I would recommend them highly to anyone that wanted to see and test drive a car.

I love my car and it was nice how much help was given. The fact I don't know anything about cars was received with a laugh and detailed explanations of how everything would work. The only real complaint I had, though I understand it's business, is how fast people talked, like they were trying to get something by you without your noticing. Not a big deal since my car's fantastic and the people I talked to were great. My car's gotten me to Ohio and back without a single problem. My entire family goes through Diepholz and we have very few problems. I recommend Diepholz.

I received excellent customer service from this facility. Althought once I had got the car I had our purchased home, it had a very extreme transmission leak. It was an as is car, but it does appear they knew about it and failed to inform me. I contacted them for any kind of help as I was in a financial bind and received none.

Our hats are off to this dealership! We have been looking for a new SUV for our family for sometime now comparing all aspects of every SUV vehicle and found that the GMC Terrain might be the one for us but we needed to drive it to be absolutely sure. I couldn't have been treated any better...Colby Irwin was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV I bought. He took his time to explain everything to me. I even left my wallet on his desk, I ask him where was a good place to eat he told me...when I reach the place my cell phone rang it was Colby telling me he had my wallet and that he was on his way with it..what a great person and place to business with..I highly recommend Diephooz. The following business day I went to pick up my vehicle and Colby spent a good 45 minutes in the car with me and set everything up for me. Thanks for a great experience

3 years ago we helped our granddaughter purchase a vehicle at diepholz and were very happy with the service we received. When it came time to update our truck we found just what we wanted online at the diepholz website. We drove in the next day, looked at several options and with Andy Tibbs help we found exactly what we were looking for. The deal was closed the next day. Based on our experience with Andy and Mike everything was handled smoothly and we drove away a happy customer. Once again we found ourselves wanting to upgrade our main car and once again we knew where to go and who to ask for. We completed this deal, with no hassle, got exactly what we wanted And once again were very pleased with the service we received and would gladly refer others to shop there. They maintain an excellent service department and offer a personal touch.

My first car was starting to have problems, and I didn't want to keep pouring money into it. I had seen some Chevy Cruzes driving around town, and I thought they looked pretty sharp. I decided on a Tuesday to check the lot, test drove it early Friday morning, and by noon, I was a new owner. It could not have been a more positive experience. Any questions I had were answered, and if the person I was speaking with didn't have an answer, he sought one out from his colleagues. I felt very at ease, and obviously, it was a very quick process. I left feeling incredibly happy, knowing that any problems I had, I could come back and they would be taken care of; I was even given cell phone numbers so that I could make a call regardless of business hours. I will go back to Phil Bowen for any future car purchase, but I have a feeling that I'll be driving my Cruze for many years to come.

I recently purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan from Diepholtz. I was filling out an application on line when they called me. I was very much surprised when they took care of all of this for me. I explained that my van had been totaled and I was looking to replace it. I explained what I wanted and that same day they called telling me they had a van and would I like to come in and look at it. I went to the dealership to inspect the van and take it for a test drive. They not only found one with my requirements, but exceeded what I had asked for. Needless to say I bought this van. Diepholtz was the first and last place I looked. The service was excellent. I had no need to look elsewhere. My expectations were met and definitely exceeded. The staff treated me with the utmost respect and was very helpful in explaining all the features on the van. They not only sold me a van, but the after sale experience is over and beyond what I have ever found before. I didn't feel like okay you bought it goodbye.
