John B really went above and beyond to help get me exactly the car I wanted, particularly during a time when it’s nearly impossible to get a new car. John was absolutely exceptional! I met him in February when I first stopped by the dealership looking for a new car. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and all without being pushy. He was so fun to talk to and work with through the process, and he made absolute sure that this whole process was easy and enjoyable for me. I am so pleased with my purchase and with John’s terrific support. Erin from the financing team also made the paperwork part seamless and easy too -- she was very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful.

Love the Dirito Brothers VW. Bought a loaded Atlas in July 2018. All aspects of the deal were top notch. No surprises, good price, friendly and professional. They are very non-gimmicky. They ask a question and if I am not interested, it is dropped. I traded in my old Jeep and they gave me a good price. I did not have to do a dance with the salesman, which I appreciated. If you want a VW, go there. Just got my car serviced (8/21) and as usual, great service and professional people. Happy I bought my Atlas at Dirito Bros.

More excuses and delays. This is now the fifth time I have brought my car in to try to resolve a problem with the radio system, dating back to late July. First it was to diagnose and get a quote, and then I had to bring it back because they needed the serial number off the unit. Then after a week or so waiting for the part, they tried the repair. I didn’t even make it off the lot before realizing they hadn’t fixed it. So I was back the next day for more diagnostics and more parts ordered. Then I heard nothing for over two weeks. When I reached out, the part was in and so I dropped off the car the next morning. Except the part wasn’t in and the car is still not repaired. It felt from the beginning like they weren’t to excited to do the repair but really? I wanted the whole unit replaced but apparently we are going for the slow and piecemeal repair. Not a good customer experience…

Just bought a Tiguan from Dirito WC and I was very happy with the whole experience. Jim Cord was the sales person who assisted me. He's a top notch guy who made me feel welcome and appreciated. This is my 3rd card from Dirito WC and if they keep selling them I'll just keep buying them.

So.... traded in my Touareg for a newer version of the same car- right down to the same colors. I live in California, but this dealership is a 4 and a half hour drive from me. Being that the car was what I had kind of been looking for, I decided to put an offer on it. When I called a Gerard answered and I am so glad he did. It was a terrific buying experience. He was polite, respectful, open and professional - all with a sense of humor. We agreed on a price, I gave my down payment, and I started up the road. The finance department was ready for me and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Here is the wrench- they did an oil change before I picked it back up and the oil filter was put on incorrectly. I lost all of my oil and an hour into my drive home I was told to shut off the engine. Bummer. I texted Gerard and he and his manager were ON IT> they made it as easy as possible for me from then on. In an effort to keep this short, I would definitely buy from everyone that I encountered at this dealership and they were professional, fair, and empathetic on all counts. Thank you.
