We purchased a vehicle from Tiana.. She was wonderful! She only showed us vehicles that had the specific qualities we were looking for, therefore making the process so fast and easy and enjoyable! After driving on the lot for my first time I could tell which salesman was going to give me a good feeling and not to just take my money. Christian Jensen worked hard to find what I wanted and kept his word when he told me I would get the money I needed out of my truck. One thing stuck out the most for this dealership, they Wash Your Vehicle after service nice touch Don Hattan it seems simple but it really is a nice touch. The management deserves some nice raves as they also kept their promise that "I was done looking"Kevin HonnDerby KS.

Shame on Don Hattan staff for having no integrity. I called about a car I was interested in, ask the salesperson to check the car out for me (as I am two hours away). I asked if everything worked, dents, stains, etc. I was told it was in great condition, no stains, dents, everything worked. I made the trip with the intention of buying already. While test driving I asked the salesperson if it had the back a/c and it worked. Salesperson said "Yes". I travel with 3 kids so that was a big feature for me. I waited an hour before we started the car buying paperwork. I get the car home and find that the back a/c does not work. Don Hattan refused to fix it because that part wasn't under warranty. I will bear some of the blame for this as I know I should have check it, it's a downfall to be a trusting person but really Shame on you Don Hattan! Shame on you!

They promised me a free oil change and tire rotation, but I got much more. They gave me extra changes, car wash, vacuumed the car, ladies day which included free massage and free manicure!! The customer service is amazing and make you feel welcomed!

I went to look at a Certified Pre-Owened Chevy Volt on their lot... I was greeted by Preston whom showed me the vehicle and gave me some information on it. After short test drive, I expressed interest in taking the vehicle to be checked out by an independent mechanic that I know and trust and Preston wasn't having it. Preston wasn't going to allow me to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic of my choosing to be check out. That right there was enough of a red flag to walk away from the vehicle. On my drive out of the dealership, I called the dealership and spoke to manager Nick. I explained the situation to Nick and he explained that the dealership had adopted the policy to have the sales rep go with you to have the car checked out at a mechanic, but you don't get to chose the mechanic the vehicle goes to. After all of this, I was wise enough to walk away from this vehicle. It's clear to me that the dealership has something to hide when it comes to the quality of the vehicles on their lot. Buyer beware! Do your homework, have the vehicle checked out at mechanic of your choice if that's something that they allow you to do. Don Hattan claim to fame is their low price but don't let a low price shadow the quality of the vehicle you hope to have parked in your driveway! Keep your guard up and buy wisely!

Located the car we wanted at the El Dorado location. Called several times about the car, told them we were driving down from Salina to look at it. They advised that they were open until 6 and if we made it before 6, someone would be glad to stay. Called a couple more times about the vehicle, also called and told them we were on the way. Drove like a bat out of xxxx to get there made it within 15 min. Of closing. The car was parked in the lot, it had no gas, dirty, dead bugs, dirt etc all over vehicle. We waited and walked around waiting for them to pull the car, go get gas and bring it back. (It was a little over an hour drive, plenty of time to have car ready, they knew we were on the way.) We test drove the car...LOVED IT, READY TO BUY . Got back to the lot, they had us fill out credit, we told them the amount we wanted payments. She came back a few minutes later and said payments would be around 500. To 525. We told them that wouldn't work for us (100.00 difference between what we wanted and what they said they could do.) No talking about price of car, no offers about price at all, no, "we can do this" just "this is what we're looking at. We got up and walked out. Over an hour drive, planning on coming home with this car, driving like a mad person and we weren't there 30 min. They really didn't want to sell a car or help get it sold at all ...WASTED TIME AND TRIP WILL NEVER GO BACK

Candace at the El Dorado office has been such an amazing help for us. She had made the process of buying our Acadia so easy! I used to dread car shopping but after the experience with her and the rest of the team here I don't anymore. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used vehicle!

Wish I had heeded the poor reviews on this and all of the other sites. Will not return to this dealership even for the free oil changes and car washes. I will not go into details, but I recommend that anyone even thinking of buying a car here have it thoroughly checked out by an independent shop. I spent over $1000 in parts for this car before the first payment. Have not been able to drive for over half of the time I have owned due to one issue or another. Empty promises and no follow through (unless threatened) by any department and up to and including the GM. No deal is good enough to make this dealership worth a try.

I just went in to test drive a car right! No drove away with a New 2015 Sonic LT. The Salesman CJ Morawitz was excellent no pressure and so funny. He was kind, patient and I had an excellent experience at Don Hattan. CJ was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything on the car to make sure that I had all of the bells and whistles I wanted. Then he went the extra mile to get me the best trade-in ever and keep my payments where I needed them. He set be up with Andy the finance guy and that went so smooth. I left to run an errand and when I got back Andy was ready for me and explained everything clearly on the finance. Fast and efficient! Loved this experience!The ads says see us last for the best! From the time the finance manager took my case to note this had been a horrible experience. Just this morning I made a blank trip to the service department because the service secretary didn't let me know to contact my salesman first(after she had made and confirmed my appointment). My credit union informed me how the finance manager was trying to get as much money as possible even to dishonestly charge me 14% apr when I qualified for 6.8. The credit union even said how they offered a service cheaper but were overridden by the dealership for the same coverage for triple as much.

I purchased a 2008 Silverado Z-71 Crew Cab back in August 2008 from Don Hatton and it was undoubtedly the best overall experence that I've ever had buying a vehicle. The price was terrific and they worked with me as much as they could to make sure that I got the best deal possible. Low pressure sales and friendly people. I almost felt guilty leaving the lot with my truck because I got such a solid deal.More recently, I tried to purchase a used BMW from them. Although we didn't end up closing the deal, they were open and honest with me about their position and I would recommend that anyone looking for a car in Wichita should give them a chance.

Ordered a base model 2014 Corvette coupe with Don Hattan's last allocation. While most dealerships only require 500-1000 deposit, they required $5000. As I placed my order the general manager became less and less friendly as he realized that this wasn't going to be a fully loaded order. He then proceeded to use his last allocation for a car with no options and placed mine on back order (which I am just now finding out because it is taking so long!)As far as getting answers and help from anyone, good luck. They will do/say anything to appease you and get you out of their hair. TERRIBLE experience, canceling a $50,000+ order!

We purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruz from this dealership a couple of weeks ago. We were very satisfied with our car buying experience. Our salesperson was Jacob Maldonado. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove and also very patient with us since we were not used to all the new fancy car options that are available. Whenever we had a question about how something worked he politely helped us out. He was also very "non-pressure" which we appreciated. Overall, Jacob made our car buying experience a pleasant and less stressful one. We would highly recommend him and this dealership for all your car buying needs.

They provided a false vehicle history report on a vehicle my mother bought from them that had the transmission fail 5000 miles after she bought it. I contacted GM about it and they provided me with a accurate history of the vehicle. When confronted about inaccurate one she was given that did not show the major issues the car previously had including previous complete transmission failure the first thing they said was "how did you find out about that?" DO yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible.

I bought a 2013 pickup from Don Hattan in March. In April it was discovered on my end that Don Hattan had listed the wrong address on my paper work. I placed a call to them, they promised to take care of it. By the end of April I learned I had to take care of it myself. In May my truck broke down, I called Don Hattan. Over the phone Derrick and a service guy said they had no idea what to do and would call me back. Never heard from them! In fact I called several times, always being told some one would return my call! In June my truck broke down again and again I called Don Hattan. I was told then that I broke it, file a claim with my insurance and they hung up on me!!!! I have called, sent emails even sent USPS mail.....never heard from them! I file a claim with the BBB and I get a call from Jill Hattan herself! I told her what was going on and she just couldn't believe it! She would look into it and get back with me. I got an email from Don Hattan stating my complaint about Roadside Assistance had been forwarded to a GM manager! Nothing about my issues with Don Hattan! They have lousy customer service and lie through their teeth about any issues you are facing! As soon as they get your money your no better than dirt on the bottom of their shoes!

I came to Don Hattan Chev on a referral of a friend. I came with my creditor ready to loan me the money and DH sales staff knew this. Without notifying me, sales mgr./staff began to run credit checks with several creditors which caused me to (later) receive notice from the 3 credit reporting bureaus, that I had too many credit checks made. When I questioned as to who requested the credit checks, it was none other than Don Hattan sales mgr. Keep in mind they had no need to make any checks as I already had my lender prior to my purchase. Then there was the inexperience on their part where I had to be contacted several times after I left the dealership with the vehicle. They needed information they failed to get at the time of the sale. It got so bad they contacted my lender asking my lender to get information from me that they failed to get. There's so many reasons "WHY" I rate this dealership so low, but my final and major reason is: The lady who who referred me; completed the "Referral Card" in which she is to receive $100.00 HAS YET TO RECEIVE THE $100.00 let alone a response from Jill Hattan or the salesman when asking why she has not received her $100.00 AND two months has passed. Jill Hattan claims she has the interest of woman at heart-right! I wrote to Jill about my concerns and I have never received a response (i.e. mail or phone call). Don Hattan doesn't appreciate or care to make sure the customer is satisfied! The lady who referred me has made two new vehicle purchases in the past few years and doesn't look like she will ever go back. By not contacting us, Don Hattan appears to support this review and Buyer Beware. Will be sending our family, friends and neighbors to check out Joe Self Chevrolet!!!

had the best experience with this dealer. My salesperson was very helpful, not only in showing me the car i wanted, but when it came back with an issue, totally my fault, he was ready to fix it. His name was Sora, or something of the sort. Will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

To repair my truck longer than expected, but Jeff keep me informed each dayof the activity on the truck. The repair made the motor run like new. Jeff keep me infromed about the repair cost, so no suprise when I paid the repair bill. I fell jeff went the extra mile in customer care. Jeff and JT came in on Saturday morning to finsh up the repair work. I talk to JT about the repair and he took the time to explane the problen and the repair. I fell they both work very hard to privide the great customer service. I greated with a smile when I arrive to pay the bill and that make spending my money much easyer. Thanks for the grate service. Overall, it was a good experience. We test drove the car we were interested in & then found a better one listed on line a few days later & went back to see it. The salesman almost lost the deal by trying to tell us that the remaining factory warranty on the car was 50% on parts & labor when it was supposed to be 100% on both. We had our own financing so we weren't there very long.There was some repairs needed on the 3rd row seats, so an appt. was set up to get the work done. Also, the first free oil change was scheduled.

Never again will I ever step 1 foot in this dealership nor will I ever recommend it. The salesman talked down to us and after we test drove the vehicle, it took us over 10 minutes to find him to even start talking about pricing and then we were told it was a no haggle price and they would not deal in any way. I have never been to a dealership that would not discuss pricing at all. I also will not be treated like I am stupid and will not be talked down to. He cost Don Hattan a 24000 dollar sale because we got up and walked out and went to Mel Hambelton Ford and bought the same SUV.

My Wife and I were looking for a second car, a toy for me really. The people at Don Hattan were Very helpful and discounted my truck after I looked at a few competetors vehicles. I do not mean to say that my truck was priced to high, it was the same price or lower Before the discount. The Sales team at Don Hattan Definetly went the extra mile to close my deal and I will be back for my next car !

Shopped around for a new 2012 Cruze. Right off the bat, Derric Cook, quoted the best price compared to all other Chevrolet Dealerships in the area. They really worked to find the car that I wanted. When they didn't have the color, they made sure to find it for me by the next day. Couldn't be happier. They shopped around to get me the best interest rate and I got a great deal. I will definitely be using them in the future for all repairs and future buys.

I found a car on AutoTrader that really captured my interest. I called and spoke with Jeremy - lots of times! He was very helpful, responsive, thorough. This was especially important because I live in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and I needed to know a lot about the car before I spent the time, energy, $$ to go to Wichita.Once there, Jeremy took care of me big time - picked me up at the airport (in the car!) and gave me his full attention while I thoroughly "kicked tires and shut doors".I was very impressed with the car ('98 Lincoln Mark VIII) and when we reached an agreement, he made sure that I was immediately taken care of by Percy (a real pro!). The whole process went well - professional and promptly. Jeremy then took me to the hotel and also to the airport the next day!He and I will coord the shipment of the car to Alabama.All in all, a good experience. I am a "car person" and I was very pleased to see that Jeremy was as well. He is helpful, smart and firmly projects the customer sevice ideal. I am very pleased that we could do business.

My husband and I visited numerous dealerships in Wichita and surrounding areas all of which thought they knew what we wanted but Kyle helped us find what we were really looking for in a price we could afford. I went to Don Hattan by myself with a baby and 4 year old which it was raining and Kyle offered to drive us around and hold aan umbrella while we were just looking with no guarantee we were going to buy anything. Went in to look at a used truck i was waiting for 30 minutes next to one sales people just kept walking by me and nobody paid attention i am a cash paying person when it comes time for me to get a vehicle and nobody was wanting to help i went inside to find a salesman and all of them were to busy talking on their phones to help me So i have to say if your in the market for a vehicle avoid Don Hattan at all costs they are to busy worrying about themselves and not about there customers

These guys are fantastic!!!! We came in on Saturday and the place was super busy. It looked like all the sales people were busy, so I parked, got out to look at cars, and out of nowhere comes this guy with spiky hair. At first I thought oh dang here is one of those guys you see on tv that sells cars, but when he got to me he said his name was Daylan and was one of the managers, and all he wanted to do was let me know that eberyone was with a guest and that he would make sure someone would help as soon as they were able. This was the first time I have been to A car lot where I didnt get pounced on, but on top of that it was the manager who took time out to say hi, it was very refreshing. I want to express my appreciation to the management of Don Hattan Chevrolet located at 6000 Hattan Drive, Wichita, Kansas for the excellent service I received. I called to set up an appointment on a Monday morning to request an appointment the same day. Although they were very busy, Matt Bryant made the time to squeeze me for the same day service.Upon arriving at the Don Hattan Service Center, I was met by Matt Bryant who walked me though the process. He ensured that my vehicle was expeditiously taken in for repair and showed me where I could comfortably wait for my vehicle. Within a few minutes, Matt Bryant came to the customer lounge and located me. He walked me back to my repaired, newly washed, and cleaned vehicle and provided me with copies of the receipt as he explained the repairs that had been completed. I felt as if I was the only customer that Matt Bryant had to deal with all day. He was pleasant, friendly, and energetic yet never rushed me in any way. He was also very knowledgeable and ensured that the passing of my vehicle to the mechanics and then back to me was a seamless transition. Based upon this experience with your service center, I greatly appreciated this impressive and refreshing personal touch approach to customer service. Therefore, I highly recommend Don Hattan Chervolet to be used by everyone.

It was a great experience. We were on the same page as far as everything, price, vehicle,etc. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a easy going atmosphere. They were great on my trade-in, it was a honest and generous offer. I would come back again and probably will for all my needs.

I have used Don Hattan for several years and have always been Very Pleased! They always have gone out of their way to make sure everything was handled correctly, on time, with a smile and have a clean car to drive away. I have sent several friends to buy and everyone was more than happy.

I hate the car buying experience. It takes forever. We came in not really intending to buy a car. This experience was the best I could expect. Daylan made the financing part (which is always the worst part) great. He was fast and got us the best possible deal. He wasn't pushy which I appreciated. We were there late in the evening and everyone was very happy to stay and help. The only thing that could be better is that nobody called us with our service time to fix the tire which was part of the deal. I would have expected that to be set up the next day.

Contacted Don Hattan to find 2011 Camero with moon roof and etc...that we wanted - Seth Boyd took the ball into his own court and proceeded to call and e-mail ended up just ordering a brand new one with the help of Seth, (even though he did reearch and found a couple fitting our description of what we wanted) THANK YOU Again so Much Seth Boyd for being so helpful and Making this happen for The McKenzie's!!!!
