Air conditioning work done on my 2004 VW Touareg was excellent. It really worth the investment which enhanced my safety on board because I don't have to worry anymore with foggy windshield during winter or when raining. The service team kept me informed on every detail that was going on on my car. Thus, the work was done on timely manner.

They tell one price one day and change their mind when your are ready to do the deal, and I'm not talking about th fees.You would think a dealer this big will not lie to you.

Zachary Petty helped my mom when she bought her 2012 VW Beetle. She loves the car and I'm glad we had good service. He was helpful and explained to her how everything in the car worked. He said if we have any questions we can always call him or come by. I'm glad my mom finally got her dream car. Thanks VW Tulsa!

I recently purchased a new Jetta at the VW Tulsa facility. The employees with whom I had contact were friendly and very pleasant. I was truly impressed with Michael Carter who displayed professionalism in his work. He was very thorough, patient andhelpful in every aspect of our purchase process. Also, Michael Mosley and Richard (in Finance) were great and made the paperwork flow smoothly.

I just bought a used 2006 VW jetta, and I couldnt be more pleased with the the way me and my family was treated. From looking at the car, to Michael Carter staying passed closing hours from the time we got there! The car needed to come back to be checked out by service crew, and to my amazement, it got not only detailed, but new tires, a new radio, and wind shield wipers. Above completely my expectations of buying a used vehicle. It was a pleashurable experience, and My hat is off to Michael Carter and his Team. I will be back, for service and hopefully Michael will still be working there when I decide to purchase another vehicle for my oldest daughter.

I just bought a new Passat from Michael Carter and it was the best car shopping experience I have had in many years. If you want easy, no hassle, "Let's just drive some cars and see which one fits you best" kind of car shopping, then ask for Michael Carter.

I came to the store after having purchased a new Touareg, to receive helpful information about the car...and I knew that my salesman who had helped me previously might not be available when I came in, but I had assured him that I would be happy even if it would be a different person that would help me. So when I came to the store, my regular salesperson was not there, so instead Bill Watkins said he would be happy to assist me. What a terrific guy! He was VERY knowledgable about my vehicle, and was very thorough as he went through the entire car...explaining every little detail and the functions of the cars devices and so forth. He made me feel important and made sure not to rush through anything, but instead he took all the time necessary to answer my questions. He even told me to come back if I thought of any other questions that I needed answered about the car. He definitely gets a 10/10 from me.

Brad McCrary and the rest of the good folks at Volkswagen Tulsa went above and beyond the call of duty to take truly exceptional care of me, an out-of-state traveler, and to provide truly exceptional service. I cannot commend them enough. To write that I have never before experienced such service is an understatement indeed. They have earned my loyalty and I will continue to do business with them as I return to Oklahoma for visits to see my son in the future. Many thanks to them for all they have done!

I was shopping for a new Passat and went to Tulsa Volkswagen as the closest dealer to my home. I was connected with Kim Tanner, who, as a salesperson, I cannot say enough good things. However, the sales management was very poor, giving the run around and contradictory information. I eventually found a different dealer, a long way from my home, and had a very pleasant experience. If you go to this dealer, ask for Kim ... a very professional and helpful person.

I went online looking for a new Jetta TDI. The internet sales manager, I think his name was Jermaine, called me within 5 minutes after I filled out the online inquiry. He let me know which vehicles they had on the lot that matched what I was looking for. He was easy to talk to and deal with. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for so I set an appointment to go drive it. Once I got there the manager introduced me to the saleswoman Kim Tanner. She showed me the car and everything about it. Everybody is so nice and courteous there! They made it easy for me to buy a car that day. I'm delighted with my new Jetta and I tell all my friends to go see them if they're looking for a vehicle. Kim was great!
