I went to another Ford dealer in Ithaca and the salesperson didn't know anything about the truck and didn't want to give me the price of the truck but kept going to her manager and coming back with monthly payments. Dovi motors was a low stress and enjoyable experience.

As a former employee of Dovi, I would say that, while they are decent people, they aren't the best at paying their employees.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Dovi. There was a mechanical issue that arose a few days after purchase. With no hesitation, Dovi put me in a rental car (at no cost) and repaired the issue quickly. I was treated with respect and kept up to date on the repair. I will never buy from another dealer, Dovi made me a customer for life! Thanks guys!

I don't see how anyone could give these guys a bad rating. It was probably some redneck with an axe to grind. I've lived in Cortland for 45 years and I've known Dovi Motors to be a good dealership because of their 70 some years in the industry. I've been a mechanic and car salesman, and I rate these people highly. I have personally taken some of my friends to at least look at the current lineups of Ford products. As is expected, some bought cars and some didn't. It is that way in this industry. I would recommend Dovi Motors to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! They know how to screw you good. I bought a truck from them in July and it has broken down 3 times for the same thing spark plug blown 3 times and it only been 10 months. When i tld them the first time it happen all they said it was not under warrenty. No I sorry for this or anything. all the care for is there money.
