I will never do business with this dealership again. They are very unprofessional. They have some of the most ridiculously rude employees I have ever done business with (Kara- title clerk) !!! She was like speaking to an upset teenager that did not get what they wanted. She spoke over me, down talked me like I was below her and was extremely aggressive. She seems very uneducated, to say the least, so she expressed herself in a manner that made her feel like she was right. I was told when I made my purchase of a 2021 jeep that everything was included. They then called me a month later holding my tags stating I owed them more money. I was told when I purchased my vehicle “Everything was included” I was told this multiple times by the manager who finalized my sale. Never again will I deal with this place.

Mostly I come here for service of my Pacifica. I won't go into Roanoke where service at competing dealer has been poor for me. The Service team at Duncan are great!

From the very first phone call through the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee the service and overall experience was great! Anthony was so nice and genuine; I truly felt he was being honest and doing what he could to send me home in the car of my dreams. I had recently had a very bad experience at another dealership and was very skeptical to continue my search, but after just speaking with Anthony over the phone I could tell he wasn't like the other salesmen I had dealt with. Everyone else at the dealership that I spoke to was so friendly and just took time to make sure myself and my family were okay and getting the help/service we needed. Dan, the Finance Manager, was very helpful in explaining all the paperwork and answering all my questions - it isn't everyday I buy a new car so I'm not an expert on what I am doing. :) It was a very great experience and I would definitely do business here again, even with it being a 1.5 hour drive for me.

Very prompt and friendly, my salesperson Justin always made himself available even on his days off to answer my questions or work with me on different issues that came up. Got a great del ( better than any other dealerships offer ) on my trade-in, and when I did find an issue with the windshield of the car, Justin went out of his way ( 2 weeks after the deal was done ) to make sure they took care of the issue. I came to these guys with some crazy issues and they worked through them all to give me a deal that was right for me and my budget, Best experience I've ever had buying a car.

Call Duncan and press 5 for sales and a real person will answer the phone. Walk into the dealership and a a friendly person will greet you and ask if they can help. Wes, answered the phone and he invited me over to see the various trucks and colors. It was a very unassuming no pressure first visit to help me decide what I needed and wanted. Thinking the crew cab was enough truck but driving a supper crew was very impressive. My husband wanted me in a safe vehicle as the commute to work is often met with drivers crossing the yellow center line. It actually happened with Wes in the truck as we took a test drive. Ford F150 ride was better than a German SUV and more safety features for the money. I will admit that we did checked out another dealer to see a bigger selection. There are so many options to consider when buying a truck. I had to see and experience them. This was a real learning experience over a car purchase. I found the truck I wanted but there was no follow up on the pricing as promised by the out of town dealer. I contacted Wes who is very professional and told him - I know what I want. Wes, found the very truck with all the features that I wanted and then some. He drove the truck to me and provided the pricing as promised. I am a firm believer of buying local and supporting my community. Wes and his team member Travis were friendly, not pushy and professional. They know about trucks. Don helped me decided on the extended warrantee and the maintnace packages. Brad in service affirmed that the prepaid maintenance was a good deal and they accommodate a ride to work if needed.

I just went through the car-buying process, which we all know can be stressful and intimidating. Wes was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about not only the car(s) but the purchasing process. He made this a very easy and, actually pleasant, process. Wes has also been so generous with helping line my car up for various things I wanted done and making sure I had a decent car to use while mine was away. I can't say enough about Wes and not just the quality of his service, but the fact that he is just an all around nice guy who truly wants to help. My boyfriend also bought a car through Wes the very next day because he was so impressed with him as well. Thank you, Wes!!

I bought a very nice used Cadillac from John Turbyfill. As he was pulling it around he noticed a minor issue and took it to the mechanics and had it fixed. John is the best Sales Consultant I have ever worked with over the 30+ years of buying cars. Craig, Tony, Dan and John make a great team. Mr. Duncan has assembled a professional staff that goes way above the "normal" service you would receive at other dealerships. We bought a used Ford F-150 from Anthony Hughes here about a year ago. We had always been wary of high pressure salesmen when trading cars. Anthony was great to work with. There was no pressure at all in the dealing and we all agreed on a fair price for both parties. This was the most enjoyable car transaction that I've had. I highly recommend Duncan Ford in Rocky Mount, Va. I have had dealings with their Service Department and Parts Department, also and I can say that this is a 1st class dealership.
