Please do not by a car from this company in fernley and Carson city. My love bought a used car with a 90 day warranty. 10 minutes after driving off the lot the check engine light went on. But we had a 90 day warranty so we thought all would be good. He took it in after it took weeks for them to call us back. We took it in twice and both times the check engine light popped back on after 30 minutes of driving it. The first time the mechanic assured us if the check engine light comes back on not to worry we can still drive it and to call. They obviously just turned off the check engine light not fixing anything as it was the same code each time when we checked. After the second time not fixing the issue they never returned our phone calls. We trusted their mechanic and continued to drive it but now it has caused other issues causing a loud knocking sound. Also the warranty is up and it's obvious they just kept turning off the light buying time til our warranty expired so they didn't have to fix it. Now we can't drive the car until we come up with the money to fix it. They didn't even correctly fix the electric windows that was promised upon buying it. They will not honor the warranty or only act like they will trying to push you out until it expires. Perhaps they felt it was too costly to fix so they were willing to lose a customer over it. I don't know as they won't call us to explain. All I know is they didn't do the honorable thing. We've called and sent several messages and they ignore them. This was our only running car and do to the inflation and the car payments we are having a hard time coming up with the money to get it fixed. So we are making payments and paying full coverage insurance for a car that we can't drive.

Absolutely amazing service from everyone there, especially Ryan Haffey! He has amazing customer service, not pushy like many car salesmen, and wants only the best for his customers! I went into the dealership with the mindset of getting a pretty okay car and walked away with a car I thought I could only have in my dreams! Thank you once again Ryan!

Ryan is the guy to talk to. I was only there for about an hour and drove away in my new BMW. He was quick, efficient, and had the most positive attitude the entire time. He really made the experience amazing!!

My husband and I went to Eagle Valley motors because it was recommended by another car dealership we have had great customer service from Ryan Haffey a sales consultant. Ryan helped us with purchasing a vehicle and answered a lot of questions. We had to return on the Sat. after purchase for a few details and Ryan was busy so the GM helped us and was as pleasant as Ryan. Ryan made us feel at ease and all was good.

These guys are a huge help. Corey Wood over at Eagle Valley Motors drove a vehicle all the way from their Fallon location to my house in Reno, just so I could give it a test drive. Their team helped me finance a vehicle at at rate and on terms I never could have imagined. Numbers that beat my pre-approval from USAA—which is unheard of. For anyone in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend their team. And ask for Corey. You’ll be incredibly relieved with the entire car-buying process.

Want an HONEST used car dealer in Carson City? Go to Eagle Valley Motors. I had my eye on a specific vehicle, and happened to see one on their lot. When I went in to ask about it, Scott said that they were working on making sure that the car was safe and in good running condition, and we could test drive it as soon as it was ready...after several attempts to get the car repaired, he told me unfortunately that he would not sell me the car because they were afraid there would be issues later on. I was heartbroken, however, he said he felt bad that we couldn't have the car we wanted, and gave us a great deal on a similar vehicle, that turned out to be even better than the original. Scott also worked hard to get great financing for us, even though we have less than perfect credit. These guys really go the extra mile, and treated us great! Happy we gave them a chance.

Best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. They made it super easy. They got me approved in 20 minutes and I left with my new car 30 minutes later. The new owner Dan is awesome!! His son Scott helped me pick out my car. I would recommend them if you want to buy a car from honest people. EAGLE VALLEY MOTORS ROCKS!!!!!

This dealership has come under new ownership and they have completely turned the place around. Great inventory and financing options. I bought a Honda Civic si and I could not be more happy with my experience. Dan the new owner is one of the best in the business and has been for a long time.

Save yourself the Trouble going to this "dealer". I went there and they were so rude! You can't even negotiate with them. Not only that i bought a car off there lot and within 2 weeks it broke down I tried calling the dealer and they said its not there problem! It didn't want to start and when it did some grinding and shaking noise will ho on. My cousin bought a car there after I told him not to and it broke down in 3 weeks it had a burning smell everytime he'd drive it. He went back to the dealer and they said it's not there problem and he probably broke it to get his money back such thiefs! They have nothing but junk on there yard!
