They did not have the edition we were looking for, and the sales associate, Jay, went above and beyond to find the car and get it shipped to the store within a week. My husband and I had such an easy time buying a car yesterday from Dewey Ball at Earl Stewart Toyota. He is very friendly and there was absolutely no pressure. After going to their website, I found the car I wanted and flagged it. Shortly thereafter I got a text from Dewey asking if we were going to come see the car. I stated that we would be there in 30 minutes. He told me where to meet him. Upon arrival, he greeted us and showed us the car and handed us the keys. After Dewey showed us all the cool things about the car, we headed off for our test drive. That was all it took. We went back to the office, told him we loved it and he immediately got to work doing the financing application. The whole process was super easy and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of like we have at other dealerships.

Every member of the Earl Stewart team treats every customer with respect and patience (and dealing with the public isn't always easy!). I would especially like to mention Ken, my service advisor. Always courteous and on the ball, he reccommends what my Toyota needs and doesn't what it doesn't. When buying my vehicles, it was the same way: Honesty with no high pressure!! So, after totaling my car I needed a new vehicle, new or used. I went back to Earl Stewart Toyota in North Palm Beach, because I was familiar with the dealership, and liked the way they did business. I was very indecisive, mostly because I wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle, but the accident took care of that decision for me. After a few test drives, new & used vehicles, I met Doug Fleck. We hit it off right off the bat. Doug took me through a brief interview process to help reduce my indecisiveness. After a few more test drives I decided on a '13 Toyota Camry. Thanks to Doug Fleck, over on Earl Stewart's Used Car side, I was able to connect with the vehicle best suited for me. At first, I was a little confused as to which route to go, new or used. I met Doug after a few test drives. We pretty much connected right off the bat! Doug took me through a brief interview process; very much needed since I was a bit confused as what I actually wanted. Yeah, sounds strange, but I'm a bit indecisive. My fiance loves Earl Stwart Toyota. His family has purchased vehicles with them since the beginning of needing any type of car. As a new college grad, my fiance purchased his Corolla SE and now has a Toyota Tacoma. Long story short, he still talks about how great his Corolla is! My story is completely opposite, I purchased a BMW from CarMax and the dealer had no interest in helping me understand the importance of my monthly payment price in order to save for future necessities. Our preferred car salesman is Jeanty Albert [Five-Six-One-616-2033], my fiance calls him with questions all the time and he helped me with my lease yesterday (9/28). In this case, my fiance has been going with me to their office to ask questions for about 6 months until yesterday. I have never been so happy with a vehicle before. My cute Corolla is amazing and all within my budget to save for my wedding! The car has Bluetooth, connects to my phone, voice command, eco-efficient, and as cute as can be! I felt comfortable during the entire exchange process. We had an accountant (Amber Gibbons) come out and explain our options to us. The entire team took their time to make sure we were comfortable. Amber told me, we do not want you to purchase a car if you do not absolutely love it, that is not the business we are in because we care about the customer. At the end of the day, we left with my new car and I could not be happier.

I recently went in to see what they would give me for my 2013 lifted tundra,with 20,000 miles on it It's like brand new. Lifted by previous dealer and 12,000 custon upgrades they did to it. I was interested in trading it in on new tundra. The salesman saw my truck and said it would sell instantly and they would make a lot of money on it. They tool my keys to have it inspected, and no one moved it and no one inspected it. They then gave me a trade in amount that was a complete low ball figure and I laughed and got up and left. They made no money from my truck, I did not buy a new truck, they made zero tge customer left and they lost a customer for good. Wow it was clear if they could not score big off my truck they were not intetested in doing business with me. I was shocked, good ridence and looks like I'm trading my yruck in on a new ford f160.

I've had some less than pleasing experiences at repair facilities that have no ties to any car maker. In one case the facility said they did an alignment, but either did not actually perform the operation or did and their equipment was so out of calibration that the effect was the same.I've been a customer of Earl Stuart Toyota exclusively for coming up on 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience there. They actually fix things there! That can't be said in some places. Most of my visits pertained to the service department, but I can say that their sales personnel were very patient, and didn't try to hard sell anything I didn't want or need, but did introduce me to options that would be considered prudent to protect your investment.

Took my 2013 tundra in that looks like new with only 20,000 miles on it. Bought it new and other dealer lifted it and added 12000.00 in custom upgrades to it. Salesman at Earl Stuart saw my truck and said it will sell instantly and they will make alot of money on it. I was going to trade it in on a new tundra. The offer they gave me for my truck was so low that I laughed and got up and left. It was clear they were looking to low ball me and make a big score off my truck. They took my keys to have the truck inspected and they never did and dont believe anyone even came out and looked at it. So they made no money off my truck, they made no money selling me a new truck and customer got up and left. Looks like I'm trading in my truck in on new Ford F150. I will never do business with place.

WOW! If you are looking for an enjoyable car buying experience you need to go see Dewey Ball at Earl Stewart Toyota in Lake Park Florida. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and was greeted by Dewey who immediately made me feel welcome and right at home. He was so nice to us. Taking his time showing us around and explaining our options. No pressure to buy. Just enjoying his morning at work with us. Of course I chose my dream car and was then escorted over to meet with James to complete the paperwork. As we sipped a hot cup of coffee James offered warranties and maintenance plans to fit my needs. And a great interest rate! I was driving away one happy lady. Thank you Earl Strwart! I must say the service I received today at Earl Stewart was remarkable. I purchased a hyundai sonata from EST in 07/2015 at the time I purchased the best warranty they offered. I brought my car in on Wednesday because I was having an issue with my front right wheel. They service advisor told me there were a few things they could do but there were also somethings hyundai needed to do so it would be best to let them handle everything. I took my car along with my warranty paperwork to hyundai for the repairs the next day. I did not feel welcomed when i arrived at the hyundai dealership but i bypassed that feeling and left my car to be serviced. Later that day their service advisor called me and said none of the repairs could be done because the warranty did not cover it so I would have to pay the regular price. I was floored by the quote I was given so I advised her i'll be by to pick up my car. She said to me thats fine however there is a $160 diagnostic fee for us to check your car which must be paid before I can pick it up. I could not believe that they were charging me just to have someone check my car when I already told them what the problem was when I brought it in. I got off work and went up to EST and I spoke to Juile(the Finance Director) she assured me she would help me and she did just that! She had the service manager Mark call hyundai and straighten it out. After waiting about 3 hours Juile said due to the wait and the back and forth EST will pay for my repairs and give me a courtesy rental car in the mean time! My mouth completely dropped to the floor when she said that! I am so appreciative of Julie and Mark's excellent customer service. Today they showed me that they not only work for the company but for the customer. I could not have received any better care than I did today. I am forever grateful for meeting 2 wonderful people!

A friend recommended I go to Earl Steward after things diden't go so well at a couple of other car dealers .The care and service we recieved at Earl Stewards was great .Doug Fleck was my sales person he was kind ,patience and worked with me to find just the car at the price With in my budget . He then took me over to fienace person who also was very sweet and walk me threw the press and then Doug walked me over to the person who would handle setting up appountments for my car when it's time for service the whole process of buying a car was great . I appreciate that they give you a call to remind you of your service appointment and even ask if you have any preference as to who you want to be scheduled with. Kevin is always friendly and helpful when I check in at the service department. I brought my Scion XB to Ken Fischer this time for a routine oil change. It's so comforting to know that I don't have to worry that they're going to try and sell me on services or parts I don't need. Ken was very personable and responsive to my questions and provided me a print out showing what maintenance was usually needed and at what miles. I will definitely ask for Ken from now on!

Dewy a member of Earl Stewart's used car sales team made the process easy and enjoyable. I have always had horrible experiences buying a car. I walk into the dealership knowing what I want, what I can afford and feeling groovy. 8 Hours later, I have a car I didn't want, I cant afford and feeling bitter. I realize I just spent $20,000.00 to get as far away from the dealership as I could possible get. I didn't care what I was leaving in as long as I was leaving. Dewy didn't try to sell me what he wanted in a car he asked questions, listened and got me in the car I came for. No hidden costs or fees price of the car, tax, tag & registration. My family has bought 3 vehicles from Earl Stewart, and I have to say they have been great with us through the entire ownership process! My 2010 Rav4, which I bought new with 2 miles on the odometer, just hit 100,000 miles. D Davis gave me a great price for a transmission flush, radiator drain & fill, radiator hose replacement, synthetic oil change, and tire rotation. All of that was less than $450. He was awesome with keeping me posted throughout the day as they worked on my car. With any dealer, you'll pay more for service, and that's no different here. However, with how friendly the staff is and how willing they are to work with you, it's worth the 30 mile drive from my house! My car has been running smooth as a baby for years because of these guys. Their customer-first policy is why I will be a customer here for life!

I never liked car shopping because the salesman acts like he's your best friend and then fights the "Head Honcho" for the deal. Once you are negotiated to the maximum they think you will go and the deal is done, the "signing of the papers" begins. This is where the sales tax, dealer fees, title transfer fees, and the hard sell extended warranty begins. (My trade-in starts to look better than my new one at this point). I sign and drive away because I don't want to go through this experience again and I do need a new vehicle. I saw a silver Tundra at the Earl Stewart Dealership on the Car Fax site, checked the "I'm interested" box and Dewey responded the next day via a text message. I asked a few questions and he responded. When my son and I showed up at the Earl Stewart Dealership a few days later, Dewey showed us the truck, answered a few questions, and left us to look it over and if we had any more questions, check back at the office. I told him I really liked the truck, but I had three others I wanted to look at first. "Ok, hope to see you on your way back" Dewey said. I saw the others, and although their prices seemed better, I had doubts about them. I had researched prices on this vehicle for a couple of weeks and felt that the silver Tundra at Earl Stewart was reasonably priced. Also I had felt comfortable talking to Dewey and the other guys at the dealership. I didn't know they had a "no haggling" price but since they gave me a reasonable value on my trade, I didn't care; I just wanted a fair deal. I know they have to make money just like we all do. I never felt pressured in any way, and it was worth the ninety mile (one way) drive.

I bought a Certified Toyota Prius c in December of 2015. When I brought it in for my scheduled maintenance, I was told that I would have to get my tires rotated (at a cost of $20 every time) and get my oil changed (at a cost of $89) I've tried several times to get an answer to my service question, and not one person there has given me an answer. My question : "Why am I being forced into getting an oil change with full synthetic oil when I haven't driven 6,000 miles? And why was I told by "D" that it would void my 'tires for life" warranty. Is it just that no one knows the answer to this? The oil change is $89 and I only drive about 4,000 miles a year.

Being a former Palm Beach County resident I had previously visited Earl Stewart Toyota for service on my Camry and had received excellent service at a fair price. I now live in Pinellas County, nearly 4 hours away from the dealership, and was recently looking to purchase a new vehicle. After contacting and/or visiting a total of 6 local dealerships, I contacted Joe Principato at Earl Stewart. Some of the other dealerships either couldn't or wouldn't order the vehicle I wanted. Another few could but placed mandatory options on the vehicle that I did not want. Joe, on the other hand, found the vehicle I wanted and ordered it for me in a less than 24 hour period. The process, from start to finish, was hassle free and there were no hidden fees or gimmicks. Thank you Joe and the rest of the team at Earl Stewart Toyota! It was worth the 8 hour drive there and back. Also, Earl Stewart, thank you for supporting the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League of the Palm Beaches. I was not intending to purchase a car but due to being in a car accident that totaled my car I had no choice. First time purchasing a car at Earl Stewart Toyota and will now always buy a car at Earl Stewart Toyota. What a pleasant experience! First saw the vehicle online and called to ask if car still available. Spoke with Douglas Fleck. He pulled the car aside for me until I could arrive a couple of hours later. He was fantastic and never was there ever any pressure to hurry up and buy the car. I have never had an experience like it. Typical car experience is dreadful. Definitely not the case at Earl Stewart Toyota. They truly care about the customer. I purchased a used Toyota Camry. There was a couple of places that were scratched. He told me to come back (as it was getting late at night) and they would fix those areas. So three months later when I had the time they did just that. No questions. No fees. I understand when you purchase a used car it is just that. Not perfect. Not brand new. What wonderful customer service! Most definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the car shopping market. And Douglas was fantastic!

The sales person, Julo Succes was very interpersonal, he made my car buying experince much more comfortable than I expected it to be. Used car buying is right up there with a trip to the dentist for most of us but in this case our experience was worth the 45 minute drive from where we live. It was apparent from the start that Dewey was a decidedly optimistic salesman who likes his job. That makes the car-buying experience tolerable for everyone. A tear in the armrest had been repaired nicely before we got there, although the picture in the advertisement still showed it. Since there was only one key to the car, we arranged to return and had a second key made ("programmed") - free. Quite a bonus, considering the high-tech keys usually cost about $250 to make. Even though the car was clean inside and out, they detailed it again while we went through the purchasing paperwork. When we finished the deal, we found out Dewey had gone and filled up the gas tank - another unexpected bonus! (It had been down to about a quarter of of tank) Left two stars off the "Facilities" rating: The offices for the used car salesmen need some attention in the appearance department. These men could use some evidence of not being relegated to second-rate consideration. The interior appears unfinished and the furnishings ought to be upgraded so customers don't get the impression they just stepped into the realm of the outcasts. Perhaps I should have said that Dewey is resolutely optimistic.

The 5-star reviews for this place are legit. I was doubtful that an honest car dealer even existed, but Earl Stewart Toyota is the proverbial unicorn. I found the used car model I'd been looking for at a fantastic price. Doug Fleck took my call and assured me the price was legit, not an error. Solely on my word, he offered to hold it until I could get to the dealership the next day. Not a trivial matter since I was flying cross-country for a business trip. He met with me while we looked over the car, and answered my questions. Some of these were to test his honesty - I already knew the answer since I'd researched the model pretty thoroughly. Rather than obfuscate or lie when I asked a question he couldn't answer, he told me he didn't know but he'd find out the answer and get back to me. And did so later in the day.Both he and Amber Gribbons stayed well past closing hours to help finalize my purchase. Their no-haggle pricing wasn't even an issue because I doubt I could've negotiated a better price (approx 10% under KBB estimate for a private party sale). Amber walked me through all the additional steps which would have to take place for an out-of-state purchase. The car (26k miles) was in fantastic shape too - their service department had detailed it and replaced many components with new OEM parts (including the tires). Friends who've been in it have commented that it seems like a new car.

While this review will sound like I was paid to write it, trust me I was not. In the course of my lifetime I have purchased many cars. Never was the experience as great as my purchase this week from Earl Stewart Toyota. Firstly, their website provides both MSRPs and their very fair one-price selling price for each vehicle they sell. Perhaps more important, they advertise, and it is true, there are no additional surprise fees such as "dealer fees" which are ridiculous profit grabs by most competing dealerships in Florida. Their internet sales people (I dealt with Kelly Thomas and Joe Principato) are very professional and eager to help you get the vehicle you want. Even the business office (I dealt with Chris Carroll) made the process painless, just adding the cost of sales tax and Florida registration fees to the quoted cost, without any high pressure tactics to get you to buy add-ons. If you want a Toyota and give this dealership a try, I almost guarantee you will purchase from them.

Brian Casey went above and beyond our expectations. He was very attentive to us at the same time gave us our space when my husband and I were talking. We bought a 2014 Hyundai for our daughter and explained to him that she would be using it for college. He answered ALL of our questions clearly. He explained the warranty very clearly. I recently purchased my third Prius from Earl Stewart Toyota. Sales & Leasing Consultant Mike Berkoff assisted me throughout the entire process. He was very patient, working with me since last September 2015. I wanted to purchase the new 2016 model which didn't arrive at the dealership until January 2016. Mike kept me posted on the status for four months and even let me know when the first brochures arrived so I could pick one up. As soon as the first 2016 Prius arrived on site, he called me and let me know. I was there a couple of days later for the test drive. He then helped me place one on order to my exact specifications. How bad can a car purchase can be? You expect the experience to be simple and fair. My overall experience was completely opposite. Let me be clear that it was an used car, so you expect the car to come with some imperfections. However, the car I test drive had the rotors to be replaced, as the ones in the car were already done. I mentioned that to the sales person and reiterated so many times that they would have to replace it for me to get the car. They kept the car for an extra few days and at the lied to me that they replaced the rotors. They sent the car to the dealer and only replaced the break pads. Now, the car shakes a lot every time I hit the breaks. I thought that as a reputable company, they would be fair in their process, however I was completely wrong. GM called me but the rotors still not on the standard that you hope the car would be when you buy it from a dealership. Very bad customer service, no attention to the customer and no follow-up at all. Bad experience from beginning to end. I left a voicemail again to the GM (Jason Stewart) to complain about the brakes 4 days ago now, and no response at all. Couldn't be more frustrated...

I purchased my first Earl Stewart vehicle 3 years ago, a 3 year old corolla, Experience was good, I purchase a new corolla 2 years ago from Karol Wilkins, Delievery of that car was perfect, Karol was fantastic, although I had minor problems with the car during a long trip north, Earl Stewart Toyota assisted getting another dealer to assist in making warranty repairs on a Saturday during a major snow storm ( temperture was -10 degrees and my heating system failed), enough said, Karol has just sold me a brand new Camry, had the windows tinted, handled all the paperwork and gave me a new car that I must say is wonderful. Due to my own time restraints, she has asked me to bring the car back to insure I understand the bluetooth, navigation system, etc....This dealership takes care of there customers, cares about the customer and is not shy to say we made a mistake when they do ( mistakes are rare!!!!) Prior to me trading iin the 2014 corrolla, I had new tires put on at know charge because they changed my oil regularly. Hats off to ES Toyota, Karol Wilkins is one of the few honest salespersons I have met , and extremely knowledgable.Maybe next year Ill try on a new Avalon.I forgot, Betty Bowles, worked for me for many years as a marine detailer, She is a great asset to any company, please let her know that if I could, I would steal her from ES Toyota tomorrow. Was helping a friend find a decent used car within a limited budget. Turns out, accomplishing this proved to be a little harder to do than I had originally thought. Anyway, we ended up at Earl Stuart on US-1 in North Palm. Allan P. was our sales person. The thing I noticed and appreciated right away is we werent jumped the minute we arrived. There was no pressure, the entire process of purchasing the car from beginning to end, was much more civil than I was expecting. Allan was extremely helpful and patient, very patient actually, for as customers, we were admittedly quite difficult. If I were selling cars, I wouldn't have wanted us for a customer! We did purchase a vehicle and got it for a price that I feel comfortable with. It's a really nice and clean one as well. So, for the first time in many years, I left a car dealership not feeling like Id just been screwed over. And yes, I would again purchase a car from Allan and this dealership, I would probably go there first rather than waste time at others.

My Sales person Scott Mandler, has sold me 2 cars....so far. Both times he has gone above and beyond. This past time, my car wouldn't start, I had to be at work. I have the roadside assistance program from Toyota. I called Scott, my go to guy. He said not to worry, have the car towed into Toyota he would personally see to it. The problem was addressed, and then he personally drove it back to my job before I had to leave to go to another job. I will always buy my cars from Scott, and also tell others my story. Another time I had just gotten the car, but the tint was not on it. He picked up the car, had it applied and returned the car the same day...seriously who else does that?

Recently, I began looking for a new 2015 Tundra with certain aftermarket equipment. I found the vehicle I was looking for at Earl Stewart Toyota which is thirty-five miles away from my home. Having purchased numerous vehicles in the past I've had both good and bad experiences. Debating on weather to make the drive or just wait and try to locate a dealer near me I decided to contact Earl Stewart Toyota and set up an appointment to view the vehicle. I EM the dealer and was advised to contact Thomas Raabe of new car sales upon my arrival. I arrived at the dealer and was met upon my entry into the dealership by Thomas Raabe who introduced himself, and directed me to Brian Casey of sales who showed me my vehicle and took me on a test drive. I had already done my research on my trade in value and the purchase price of the new vehicle. They met my price without a long drawn out negotiation and although I had my own financing they beat my rate. I had an honest, effortless experience all through the process and I would highly recommend this dealership. The personnel I dealt with were accommodating and very professional.

This was the best car buying experience ever! The people in sales are wonderful. Jeanty was so friendly.He made the car buying experience very enjoyable.However, I question their service department. I brought my car in for its first inspection/tire rotation (this does not include an oil change).I asked them to also check the rear view mirror because it was very loose. After waiting an hour and a half (with an appointment), my car was finished. They did not fix the mirror. And i highly doubt anything was checked. 2 weeks after this appointment, my tire pressure was low. I don't think they checked anything to be honest. Not to mention, the service guy was very rude and frustrated.

We went home and discussed our options and decided to take the plunge and get a new one. I had been wanting to trade my old car for a new Prius for at least six months, but the thought of going through the aggravation of buying a car had held me back. When I finally got myself ready to start the process, I picked Earl Stewart for three reasons - first, I had bought my first car in Florida from them some 30 years ago, and had been impressed with their customer service; second, their "in town" location made it easy to shop and easy to get maintenance done; and finally, I had heard many good things and seen many good comments about their sales process. I walked in the door with my wife as a "shopper", and walked out with a deal on my new Prius thanks to the efforts of Jon Gormley, the Product Specialist who greeted us. From our first contact, he was helpful and informative, and spent his time trying to answer our questions and concerns about the Prius rather than pressuring us into buying something. After discussing what we were looking for in this car, he arranged for us to test drive a Prius 4 model that was equipped in a way that made us feel right at home (my wife drives a Lexus, and we were looking for the fuel economy of a Prius but with a bit more luxury than the base model). When we returned, we were sold on the model, but my wife really wanted a white car equipped with a sun roof, which is not common in Florida. After doing a little searching on his computer, Jon showed us that there were only four cars with sunroofs in Florida, and the best of these was a white Prius 4 at the dealership that had been the subject of an inquiry from another dealer. He gave us some time to discuss the situation, and then put together a fair deal at a substantial discount (rather than trying to start a bidding war or asking for a premium due to the scarcity of what we wanted). The deal was reasonable as put together from the start, so we did not waste hours playing games with offers, counter-offers or infamous "trips to the manager". Since I wasn't planning on actually buying a car that day, I drove my wife's car to the dealership and had to put down a reasonable deposit and bring my trade in for an appraisal a couple of days later. They made a fair offer on my old car, and I was able to drive away in the "perfect" new Prius shortly after bringing in the old one. Thanks to Jon and to Earl Stewart Toyota for turning an experience I had been avoiding into a rare pleasure. By listening to us and being helpful, rather than trying to move a car out the door, Jon was able to get us into a car that has exceeded my expectations in two short visits. And after the reception we got at Earl Stewart and the price they offered us, there was really no reason to waste our time running around to other dealers in the area looking to shop for "a deal".

Jon Gormley was prompt, insightful, and knowledgeable about available replacements for my leased 2012 Corolla. We ended up replacing with another Corolla and had two very positive experiences. First, we left without purchasing because our then-current lease did not expire for a couple of weeks. Jon offered no complaint, understood, and believed our assurances that we would be back for the terms he had recited to us, not the response we have had in the past at other dealerships when we attempted to leave without a purchase deal. Second, we were out of the dealership within 30 minutes of entering. When we stopped by to complete the deal several days later Jon remembered us and had prepared a couple of vehicles for our inspection based on what we had told him on our first visit. We were out of the dealership in just over one hr. AMAZING!It's all been positive since then as well. We love our FIFTH EARL STEWART TOYOTA lease; it is a terrific car, the dealership has been in contact several times since then and even fed us dinner in the shop along with a bunch of other satisfied customers. We will be back for another car in a year and hope Jon is available then, as well.

I'm old. Know my way around buying and selling cars. Deal started on true car (they dealt on that price). Basically emails, couple phone calls,showed up to see Rav4 we were talking about. Price was the price(best price i found).Trade in was FAIRLY priced! At least 25% over three other dealers I visited( Sure I could have gotten them up 10- 20% after another hour or two and visit by assist mgr or mgr. God I hate that. Prolly would have done away with some of that through some other bogus fee.)Dealer fees?- its true, they don't have any. Patricia Oliphant was my sales rep. She was knowledgeable and with it and couldn't have been nicer. Best experience Period. MORE than fair on some late add ons from parts dept. too. I'll go back. Hope the service department is this good.

At 240,000+ miles I was determined to see just how many far my 2003 Toyota Echo would go. After all, for the past 5 years & 200,000 miles, except for maintenance and one a/c issue this car was a $ free joy for me getting 32mpg around town. Sigh, then it was a choice of a $900 brake job all around or trade it in. Numerous phone calls to many dealers and at least 3 calls to Gary Smith who was knowledgeable & very professional and helped me find a previously owned replacement Toyota that is perfect for me & my needs. The wait to finalize the paperwork was spent in a general waiting room designed to make your time comfortable. My husband and I visited this establishment to view a Prius V that we saw on the website . Chris was our touch point person and he was so professional and helpful. He took his time with us, no pushing, no rushing. We test drove car after car and he was not flustered or inpatient. Here's why I drove all the way from New Smyrna Beach to North Palm Beach in order to lease my 2015 Corolla from Earl Stewart Toyota: 1) No dealer fees. (I hate dealer fees because I believe they are intended to mislead and confuse the customer.) 2) Earl Stewart's upfront price was better than the prices other dealers submitted to me through True Car. Also, Earl Stewart's vehicles were not pre-loaded with expensive dealer-installed accessories that I had no desire to buy in the first place. 3) No games, no pressure, and no hype....just truthful and direct answers to my questions. I'm leaving a review for Tona Draughon. Mr. Roger Wille has been a customer for 20 plus years. Within the last 5 years he has purchased and leased a few cars. Mr. Wille is disabled a few years now and when he recently had to turn in and pick up cars, all he needed to do each and every time was call Tona and tell her what he wanted and needed and she would get and have all paper work ready for him so when he walked in all he had to do was sign and he would be on his way within 20 minutes!! I just purchased another new Prius from Earl Stewart Toyota. I wanted a specific model and color and Joe Principato spent a week searching the State of Florida to find me the exact car I was looking for, arranged to have the car delivered to Earl Stewart, checked out the car to make sure everything was fine and had the car clean with a full tank of gas ready for me to drive off the lot. He took the time to sit in the car with me to show me how to use the latest features on the car and even paired my phone with the car and entered my home address on the navigation system. During my weeklong experience waiting for the right car, I learned a lot about the owner Earl Stewart and how much he and his family cared about the company and their plans for the company's future. The Red Phone symbol you see everywhere is because there is a red phone in the lobby of the dealership open to anyone to use, which is a hotline to Mr. Stewart himself. They are getting ready to expand and improve the facility. Mr. PPrincipato was able to obtain better financing for me than what I received from my bank and took the time to look for better options. I have never been more impressed with a dealer or a buying experience and plan to send the other Toyoto owners in my family to Earl Stewart and Mr. Principato. The next time I am there, I am going to use that Hotline Red Phone to tell Mr. Stewart how impressed I was with his people and their service. Thanks Earl Stewart. ?

It was a pleasure doing business at Earl Stewart Toyota. When I went to take a look at a few cars I had seen on their website, I was warmly greeted by Dewey Ball. He made my buying experience painless and stress-free. From the minute he walked out to greet us he made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Dewey has outstanding customer service skills. He answered calls and text messages right away and called me back when he promised he would. When my husband couldnt make it to the dealership to check out the car I was interested in, he allowed me to take the car home and keep it for three days! He also offered to do some cosmetic work on the car without my having to ask. He was very patient and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He gave us as much information as he could but allowed us to make our own decision. It did not feel like we were dealing with a typical salesperson. It felt like we were just chatting with a friend. We wanted to replace our old car with a Camry, and were ready to look at amused one, but to our delight the New Camry was a much better deal. And the no haggle price allowed us to shop easily. All we had to do was pick the interior and exterior color. The buying process was so smooth, and we were done in less than two hours, from test drive to driving home with the new car. We will definitely go back when our other car needs to be replaced. But it is an Earl Stewart 2001 Toyota, and I hope to get a few more years out of it.

My husband and I have purchased multiple cars over the years from Earl Stewart Toyota, not only for the reliability of the cars and routine maintenance provided, but also for the personal customer service and expertise we received each and every time from Tona Draughon. We called her on Friday at noon to say we needed to test a couple of SUVs in order to determine which one would be best for my elderly father to get in and out of. She had two options ready to go at 3:00. We drove off the lot in the RAV4, and by 5:00PM we had made our selection. Tona allowed us to keep the car over the weekend, just to make sure we were 100% satisfied, and by Monday afternoon, the car was ours! I was recommended to EST by my sisters who both bought cars there, even though we live in Martin County! I found a used Honda CRV in the color I wanted and not intending to purchase the car that day, I had to return three days later with my trade-in. Bought my 2014 Camry hybrid last week and have to say what a top notch operation Earl Stewart Toyota is. Beginning with my salesperson, Mark Davis, the experience was very different from any car shopping experience I've had. Mark was friendly, confident without being aggressive, walked me all over the lot in 90 degree heat, explaining all the bells and whistles of the newer technology. I came in with an 11 yr old Honda Odyssey (as I said, I really hated car shopping), so all these features are new to me. Mark patiently explained and demonstrated all of it. When I left, there was no pressure pitch. - just a polite "thanks for coming in, call if I can be of assistance". When I did return to purchase the car, Mark didn't drop the ball after I signed the contract. He set up my Bluetooth and navigation and also tried to identify and locate options for short notice shipping of my car to NY. What a class act. I recently bought a Corolla and did some research online to determine what I wanted. I called ahead and spoke with Jon Gormley and he had my car already washed and ready for a test drive. I took it for a drive and decided to buy, he was very patient and did not pressure me like other dealerships would. The paperwork was done very fast and from the time I walked in to driving out was under 2 hours. Since then I have called Jon and he has answered all my questions right away and I even got a ding in the car and he has offered to get a quote from pictures. This was the easiest car I have ever bought and I would definitely go back to Jon again.

I dealt with Gary Smith and wanted to express that he was amazing. I had never bought a car from a "Real Dealer' always a buy here pay here. The thought of negotiating with professional negotiators (salesmen/women) is intimidating. If you look for tips online, a lot of people compare it to getting a root canal. The pages are full of awful negotiating ploys and underhanded tactics that give the bravest man/woman pause before stepping in a dealership. That was my frame of mind when I stepped in. I have never been happier to be wrong. Gary was nice and a pleasure to deal with. Also, worst part for me has always been financing. I'm 20 years old and it was finally time for me to purchase my first car. I already had done my research and chose to buy the Toyota Corolla LE. I was very nervous though because I never knew what buying a car really feels like.I had spoken to James Owens over the phone and we discussed financing options. When I arrived to the dealership, we got to sit down with him and make a deal. He immediately let me take the car out on a test drive, and it was wonderful. After the drive, we came back inside and settled on the color and interior. He explained how the financing would work in plain English, and gave his honest opinion on the best route to take. He also managed to get me a small discount because I was a recent college graduate! That was not something I knew about, so I was incredibly happy to find out. Unfortunately my car wasn't available at the lot, so he placed the order and (fingers crossed) it should arrive by today! Definitely recommending this place to anyone looking to buy a car. My family and I have always driven "American Made" cars. I've always heard, and known, that Toyota made great vehicles. This time around, we decided to do our due diligence and research the Toyota brand. Through the research, I eventually ended up at Earl Stewart Toyota where we met Chris Carroll. Not only was Chris super nice, he was very attentive and asked us a lot of questions about what "WE" wanted. Not only him, but his managers answered those questions that he couldn't and they made us feel comfortable also. My family and I chose the vehicle of our choice, and we couldn't be happier. I just bought a new Toyota from Pablo Perazzo at Earl Stewart Toyota in North Palm Beach. He was very helpful and respectful and took his time explaining all the features of several models of Toyotas. He never rushed me and I drove several models before determining which model I wanted. After purchasing the model I decided upon, he synched the Bluetooth to my phone and helped me set up all of the other options inside the car. He helped me get more for my trade- in than I was expecting, and felt I got the best deal possible. Pablo was very patient and provided excellent service. I forgot to remove some articles from my old car after the trade and he went above and beyond duty to retrieve them for me. I would buy my next car from him.

Steve Manganello is an exceptional salesperson. He made the whole process enjoyable and personal. Not only was he knowledgeable about Earl Stewart's inventory of SUV'S, he was extremely polite and engaging. And when there was no signature on the dotted line at the end of the first day, Steve followed up with me, but not in a pushy or aggressive way at all. Honestly, that alone sealed the deal. I value the fact that Steve honored the customer's pacing above all else, and he did an excellent job keeping me in the sales loop. In the end, it was his perseverance which lead me back to Earl Stewart Toyota for day two. So sorry, Steve, if I made you sweat it out (lol) but the third day was a charm!! I have been car shopping for over a year waiting to make the right and affordable decision (as it was my very first car I brought from Earl Stewart Toyota). I knew it was going to be an elentra, fusion or corolla, that I thought were in my budget. I went to the Hyundai dealership on Northlake first, as a recent college graduate I know about ten people with elentras my thought they can afford it I can, right... I test drove one had some blind spots but was caught up in the excitement I might be getting a new car. The next thing that happened I never even thought about the sales guy called me 5 times a day for nearly two weeks straight.....(and still tried months after). I knew I was not going to be doing business with them but I still liked the car so I went to the dealership in West Palm, but there were dealer fees etc... that couldn't be waived, the best offer was just not good enough for a young girl buying her first car, and honestly I was terrified to shop somewhere else after my first sales experience. Feeling discouraged I gave up my search for 8 months until my mom decided she wanted a new SUV. I went to dealership to dealership with her test driving etc... and price checking for myself. We had a good experience at the Ford dealership on Northlake but weren't sold on any of the cars but it was nice to not be stalked by a sales guy again. Then she ended up going to Earl Stewart Toyota by herself on a week day when my Dad and I had been working, she fell in love with the 2014 Rav 4. My mom had worked with Steve Manganello and he held the SUV for her until the next day when she excitedly showed it off to me. The following day she purchased it with my Dad (who if you knew him you would expect it take a month to get him to haggle and get a price down enough to say yes) but not with this Rav 4 he bought and my mom drove it home within 4 hours!!! This was in March when my mom made her purchase. I was driving a 2003 Mazada Tribute and I knew I wanted a car this time around. I am 23 and I don't have any kids so a car seemed affordable and practical, my AC had broken in my Tribute in April the cost to correct the problem was over a grand and I knew it was time to buy new. A grand is a lot of money for an older car and a young girl. So last Sunday I asked my mom to drive me to Earl Stewart Toyota so I could test drive a corolla and a carmy, she had to drive because it was 95 degrees and with no AC driving even 5 minutes is painful. We walked inside now this was 2 months since my mom had made her purchase Steve immediately recognized my mom, gave her a huge hug, referred to her by first name (had no idea we were coming in we didn't ask for him at all) and he asked if she was still happy with her Rav 4. Now after pretty much preparing a restraining order for the sales guy I worked with at Hyundai I was very scared to give my number out to a "salesman" again, but Steve is not a salesman he is a great guy just looking to help people find the right car. On Sunday I test drove the Corolla, told him what I ould pay and that I didn't want to make a decision that day I needed to discuss everything with my Dad because I always seek his advice in financial situations. There was no pressure, I did my own math and decided I could afford it I was also very happy that I had less blind spots than the other cars I test drove. I called Steve to make an appointment to Monday night I wanted my Dad to look over everything before I decided. The price was beyond fair, I ended up going with USAA for auto insurance which if you belong they have a car buying service that gives you a bottom line price you should pay and Earl Stewart Toyota I got an even better deal! I am truly happy with my new car and I hope to buy all my cars from there.

I have always valued good customer service and good customer service is what I received at Earl Stewart Toyota with Andy Leet. I wanted to give my daughter a special graduation present, something that shes always wanted and that was a Scion XD. We went to Earl Stewart Toyota in Lake Park and found the Scion XD and the exact color she wanted! I wish there were more people in the world like Andy Leet. I have never before enjoyed buying a car! At Earl Stewart, everyone that I met was helpful. There was no pressure to buy. No haggling over price. No haggling over trade in value. With a "carmax" offer in hand for my trade in, their offer was within $400 of that offer. I had looked at other dealers and they started with an offer about half and of course were willing to 'deal'. Joe spent as much time as I wanted explaining the items in the car after I purchased it and called the next day to see if I had any other questions. Wonderful experience!!

I was in the market for a larger SUV than my 2012 Audi Q5 and was interested in trading it for a new 2014 Toyota Highlander. I checked local dealer stocks and found that Earl Stewart Toyota in North Palm Beach had way more selection than any dealer in the area. Upon arrival I was greeted by Martin Bruno, the Sales Manager who I had spoken with the previous day and who introduced me to Pablo Perazzo, a new employee, recently moved from CA, but with years of experience. I soon found out why this is a "stand out" dealership......no dealer fees whatever, no haggle prices at $500 over dealer invoice and a family owned business focused on really catering to the customer's needs.After some very frank discussions with Pablo about my Q5 trade-in we together reached the conclusion that it didn't make sense to trade itbased on current KBB values and the fact that my son needed a new car and couldn't possibly buy a similar one for the KBB trade-in figure.So Pablo offered to store the Q5 until it could be picked up by an auto transport and taken to my son in Bedford, NY......and today I learned thatPablo will deliver the Audi to West Palm Airport for pick up by the transport company!So the only decision I still needed to make was which Highlander to buy and whether to lease or buy. It just happened that Earl Stewart Toyotahad just swapped with another dealer for exactly the car I wanted.....an XLE in deep silver with gray leather.....so we took it for a drive.....perfect.After a bit more discussion with Pablo I decided to lease the car with a modest up front payment......gave him my credit card and walked out withthis great new SUV.....if you're looking for a great value in a Toyota SUV an XLE from Earl Stewart has everything you need.....3 rows of leather seating, every imaginable electronic gizmo including Bluetooth, nav, satellite radio and a very slick easy to use interface with your cell phone,and a moonroof and so many new features.....all for $36M plus sales tax and tags. I took the car back a few days later and Pablo made more time for me to update software on my IPhone and to sync it with the Toyota Entune electronic system on my car. To say that this was a goodcar buying experience would be a gross understatement.....it was outstanding!! Thank you, Pablo.....you're a pro!

This is the place if you want to purchase or lease a car. Our family has leased or purchased 3 new Toyota's in the last 3 months from Steve Manganello. Two of them were out of need and the third one was done because I was so impressed with Steve and the dealership i went back.Steve was exceptional to deal with and made the whole buying experience actually pleasant which is a rarity at a car dealership. Most salesmen cause tension when you go to buy a car but not at this place. Steve makes you feel at ease and makes sure you are getting the car that you want, not the one they want you to have. Kudos also to Martin Bruno for helping to push the deal through. He did a great job.

I must say my encounter with Earl Stewart Toyota has been an exceptional experience.First encounter was with Josh Stewart (Internet Sales Manager) as I was in search of a car online. He displayed great concern for my needs. He displayed great customer service as this encouraged me to go and look at the car of my interest at the actual location. He painted the picture for the dealership and enticed me to see what they were all about. Well, I went for a test drive last week and worked with Gary Smith (Smitty). He is such a pleasure to work with as he is truly a happy go lucky guy. I didn't feel hassled or forced in any way and this made all the difference for me! I have gone to several dealerships day and night, from Palm Beach Gardens to Miami and test drove many Mercedes & BMW 528I's and couldn't decide due to the pressure. But, I went back a week later to Earl Stewart Toyota due to the low miles, condition of the car and mostly the entire price. Gary was very efficient through the whole process and made my day. I love my car as it rides great! Gary is a superb salesman and put a big smile on my face today as I drove away in the Mercedes E 350 Sedan. The process of the paperwork was painless and no pressure to buy all the extra amenities, although it is offered your hand doesnt feel forced. I will certainly send many customers to Earl Stewart Toyota as they get an "A" in my book if you are looking for a used car ask for Gary Smith (Smitty).

I had been taking my 11 year old Corolla to Earl Stuart for maintenance and was always satisfied. The last time I was in for an oil change, Vanessa Perez approached me and explained the VIP program for turning in a used Toyota. I was not interested at the time, but later reconsidered and just brought home my 2014 Corolla. I couldn't say enough good things about the efficiency and convenience of all services. Vanessa and her manager, Jason Lady, were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and competent to work with. There was zero pressure, great customer service from everyone, and a great deal. The VIP package is extraordinary! I still harbor bitter feelings about the purchase of my 2003 Toyota in Massachusetts - where I felt pressured, treated like a fool, and tricked. Indeed, their price for a trade in on a 4 year old Toyota with 37,000 mi was the same as Earl Stewart paid for an 11 year old car with 74,000 miles (both in very good condition). I couldn't say enough positive things about this dealership and the people who work there.
