I was a cash buyer looking for a car for my daughter and had seen many cars and dealers over a couple weeks, but stumbled across a car at ECAS that had my name all over it. Not an impulsive person, but figured what the heck--if I can get it financed, I can still get my daughter a car. Went to ECAS to see car. Can't say I was happy with the first salesman whose name I won't say-- don't know what he thought--but I told him no, I wouldn't be back from my test drive in 20 minutes; I'd be at least 40, so maybe he thought I planned something nefarious with his car? (A word of explanation--the reason I was looking for a car for my daughter was that I had bought her a terrible car the year before, that I test drove for only 20 minutes. Worst car purchase I ever made, but her money paid for the car, and I was attempting to redeem myself.) At any rate, he passed me on to Sante, one of the owners. Did the (long) test drive and really liked the car. Now my credit isn't very good, but I called Sante back after looking at two more cars, and told him if he could get me financed, I'd buy the car. Came back to dealer, did paperwork--he found me financing, which was not great but I was willing to do. Now comes the best part: Sante told me to go to (my bank) and get financing. I told him I couldn't; he said yes you can--we do business with them all the time, and I promise you'll walk out of there with a check--which in the end, I did. Here's the thing: he had a sale in hand, but advised me to do better for myself, knowing I might reneg on his car. He saved me a BUNDLE with that un-used-car-salesman-like advice. In the end, I bought the car (2009 VW Jetta). They even did some work to the brakes and gave me an oil change that day. That was last April, so I've had the car for 10 months now. Car is great--one of my best used car purchases (and I hate used cars), but have four kids, so what's a mother to do? Still need to replace my daughter's car though...

I called and was dealt with politely and promptly. I arrived at the location and they had a great selection of vehicles. I ended up buying a different vehicle than what I was looking for due to such great prices and a friendly salesman. Joe did a great job making sure that I was happy and was very polite and courteous. I definitely recommend East Coast Auto Sales and will give them as a reference to all my friends an family.

I found a vehicle online and went to look at it that day. From the time I arrived I was treated very well and the staff caterered to everything I asked without question. Once I decided to hold the vehicle for purchase they fixed everything I asked for without any hesitation. I could not be happier with my purchase and would recommend this business to everyone. the mechanic showed us things on the car that he found and fixed so I was very appreciative of the honestly that they all have.

Purchased a 2003 Honda Accord for my son. The car was in amazing shape, and we got a an amazing deal. East Coast provided me with a Car Fax report and a warrantee free of charge. An outstanding experience. I will be sure to return when my other son gets old enough to drive.

I had been searching for a Honda Pilot for many months and I finally discovered THE ONE! I called the day after they posted it on the website and the staff said that there were other inquiries about the vehicle. I told them my situation, that I lived at least 5 hours away and I am not able to get there immediately. He assured me that if I put down a deposit I would have two or three days to come down and he would hold the vehicle for me. I was excited but also nervous. He then mentioned that if I didn't like the car he would give me back the deposit. My husband and I went down the next day to pick it up. It took us FOREVER to get there and finally we went through a horrible rain storm, tons of traffic and we finally made it. We were not able to make it there in time so we ended up staying the night. (I wasn't really planning this but I didn't mind!! ) The very next day we met the staff, got to test drive it, and I loved it. I was very pleased with the staff. They were able to answer any question I had and the car was immaculate. I would recommend them to others as well.

Cars are EXTREMELY clean and cared for. The car smelled brand new and you could tell the carpet had been cleaned. That was impressive because I had been to other lots the same week that didn't even care to vacuum the vehicles. Sales people knowledgeable about vehicles. Answered all my questions and even fixed a knob and tightened a screw that was lose when I pointed it out to them. They went out of their way to make my experience great. When i went back to pick the title up, They even inquired about how the vehicle was and if I was happy with my purchase. I bought a vehicle as a single mother on a tight budget but they never treated me any differently because of my price range. I didn't try to negotiate price because I needed the warranty but asking price was more than reasonable. Recommend to everyone.

I came in looking for a first car for my Daughter. She was looking for something of a larger size and safe. I was looking for something with reasonable quality and affordability. After speaking with Joe and Sante they showed us a vehicle that was not yet on the main lot. My Daughter instantly fell in love with the 2001 Expedition. I was very happy with the price. Everybody was very helpful, but not over-bearing. They made this experience very easy. I would definitely recommend East Coast Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good quality pre-owned vehicle.

Real nice people to deal with. No pushy sales personal, they let you take your time and browse the inventory. Super easy when it comes down to the sale no wasted time. Would gladly refer others to them

I write this with regret but I have to say after sending several inquiries thru this site with all my contacts I never got a reply so that being said the experience was neither good or bad , it just wasnt an experience at all.
