Our Sales Rep, Steve, was awesome. We were just reaching out in preparation for our lease end in March. There was no plan to walk away with a vehicle. Steve kept it simple by asking us what we are looking for and If he could make it happen now whether or not we would be interested. A few days later, we had a new car with a lower payment than the last dealership we went with. Doesn't get any easier than that.

Very good.. only two complaints. 1- the used 2008 2500hd crew cab 4x4 truck I bought at the dealer did not come with or were they able to provide me with the 2008 diesel supplement manual. All they did was give me a web site address.... and I tried another dealership as well. The other complaint is that I can not locate the block heater that the truck came with ( only know it had one because I had another dealership look up the vin) I asked the dealership to just show me and the service rep told me the diesel mechanic was busy. I will try again to get them to show me when I have a part replaced that is on order.

East Syracuse Chevy was great about attending to my recalls and fixing a tranny leak that was under warranty. They never tried to get $$ out of me which made me very satisfied. Customer service was great on the phone- spoke with Stacy, and the service center was busy but they got me in when I was scheduled. They were a little hectic at 7:30 in the morning so I was a couple minutes late to work at 8am but that comes with the territory. I would have liked a little moreExplanation on the phone of what exactly wasDone to by car but then again, I didn't ask. Thanks for giving me a piece of mind!

My salesman BRYAN was great work with, I leased a 2016 traverse LTZ, which is what I told him I wanted, I also told him where I wanted to be with the payment, he took the time to show advantages and disadvantages between leasing and buying. When the payment got a little higher than I wanted, he didn't try to downgrade the vehicle, instead he downgraded the price. And my wife absolutely loves the traverse.

My salesman knew that my lease was all most up. I have wanted an all wheel drive vehicle however, most SUV's are much too big.To my surprise I saw a small SUV on the lot. It was the Trax. I tried it and loved it. I was up high and best of all it was all wheel drive.I am now driving a Trax (RED). All though I am just leasing the Trax I hope they keep it in their line up. This was I can lease another one when my current lease is up.

I purchased my Leased Silverado from Tia, she was easy to work and a good communicator. The dealership was clean and organized. The salesperson(s) were good at sizin' you up without being too obvious, which is nice not to have to deal with at the topical level. Negotiations are straight forward without fake smiles and the usual, "Front", that defines the stereotypes often given to car dealerships. Though I am not the best at negotiation, this dealership ameliorates the usual experience one confronts while sitting at the desk attempting to reach and accord on a price. That is to say, no B.S to cut through, at least not with Tia. Thanks again for a great experience, see ya' when the lease renewal comes around! -John

I had a 2005 Silverado that I had just taken to the shop for repairs, again, and when calling to schedule an appointment, the operator will ask me if I am thinking about upgrading to a new vehicle. I had said no until this time. I called and talked to Megan who I told I wanted to get an appraisal for my current truck. Later, she called with a price. I then checked out my finances to see if I was able to afford new vehicle payments. I could, and I looked on the website for a new truck. I found one that I liked and scheduled a test drive. On the day of the test drive I met with Kevin. I had good feelings while on the test drive and I had good feelings overall with the adviser that was assigned to me. After the test drive it was time to see if I was qualified to buy it. I filled out the application, and along with my appraisal, I was approved (Yesssss!) I was pleased to hear I was approved. I was asked if there any options I wanted to add and so I picked out a few that interested me and the total would be added into the grand total. It took some time for the truck to get ready before I picked it up. The overall experience was pleasant. This was my first brand new, fresh smelling, less than fifty miles, vehicle purchase, and I was very satisfied and I highly recommend East Syracuse Chevrolet to anyone, thanks!

I was extremely nervous about purchasing a new vehicle. I had it in my head that the whole process would be intimidating in that I would be dealing with pushy sales people and ultimately either purchasing a car I didn't really want or just leaving with nothing at all. HOWEVER! I called East Syracuse Chevy and spoke with Tia, the car I was interested in was sold the night before, so I asked if she was available the next morning to view a 2016 model instead. When I arrived Tia had the car up front and just waiting on me to warm it up for the test drive. During the drive she discussed the car's features and benefits. We even laughed about the crank style windows being "retro"...which I prefer, She explained the StabiliTrak feature and how it would feel when the vehicle initiated it... which was great because it happened on my drive home from the dealership! and I was prepared for it. Through the entire process, from test drive until I drove it off the lot, Tia really put me at ease with the whole process. The guest service I received was far above excellent. Both Tia and Jonathon took their time answering my questions about the car, financing and warranty options. Never once did I feel pressured into purchasing the car or the warranty I opted to get. What I had thought was going to be a stressful nightmare ended up being the complete opposite, There is no doubt that I will be continuing my car shopping with East Syracuse Chevy and recommending, or insisting more like, to anyone I know looking to buy a new vehicle.

E. Cuse Chevy is there for the customer, hands down. I am now into my fourth year leasing with them, and I've had exceptional service since I started. Bruce Sherman, my sales guy, gave me everything I wanted with my most recent lease..and I am tough to deal with because I know what I want! I love my new car, and have recommended many family and friends to go see Bruce. Another sales rep, Mike, decorated my car with balloons when I went to pick it up, which was hilarious! They even let my little dog, Peanut, come into the dealership. Go to E. Cuse Chevy if you want to be treated like family!

My 2005 Chevy Equinox LS had a faulty ignition problem where the key would literally get stuck inside the ignition and my one year old pulled the keys out once while the car was running. Called these people and was told by a girl on the phone that she doesn't see any recalls on my vehicle. Found out by my supervisor couple days ago that there lying and her husband works at a different location. She has the same exact car and was having the same issue. Her husband, being that he worked there knew exactly what was going on and brought her car in to be fixed. I had to shell out about $300 out my pocket when it should have been covered by the manufacturer. Needless to say I've called and left a message for the service manager who has yet to return my phone call. I will be showing up there today, leaving work early. This is how much customer satisfaction that I'm getting from them, NOTHING!

i had a bad windshield washer pump, brought it over at 5:00 pm, they had me come in the next morning and it was fixed quickly by noon. It works fine now and I also appreciate the shuttle rides to and from work.

Before bringing my car in, I was told by an agent at the check-in desk that my warranty on tie rod parts was only 3 days from expiring. He said it was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. When I returned 2 days later to have the work done, a different person checked me in. He told me that even though the 12 months was not up - that I had exceeded the 12.000 mile limit. After conferring with each other they told me that the mile limit had been changed to unlimited miles. Fortunately for me there was no charge for the replacement parts. I guess I could have mistakenly been charged for the new part if they had not discovered the change in the warranty.

It was great. I did not like that to make an appointment to get the shuttle to bring you back to get your car, you have to wait until they call to say it is done. They called me at 4:30 pm and the shuttle person had already gone home. What if that was the only way I could get my car. Not good customer service. Other dealers schedule pick up when you go out in the morning.

Gina Lizzio at East Syracuse Chevrolet was a dream to work worth. I live in Phoenix and wanted to buy a 2016 Camaro 2SS that they had on their website and have it shipped out. After explaining my the situation the day before thanksgiving she stepped into overdrive, within two days I had all the paper fedex'd overnight to me since I am a out of state buyer, got a wire and all the loan documents completed. The Monday after the weekend they received all the documents back it was a done deal! Woot woot! She returned all the calls/texts in a prompt manor even facetimed me to look the car over before buying it and showed me all the really cool features with it. Let me reiterate this was around Thanksgiving holiday and she still was so polite and prompt! She even set me pictures before being loaded on the truck and actually a video of the car going into the truck to ship cross country to Phoenix. She went ahead and activated Onstar so I got to track the car by GPS every step of the way here. Just received my car today and absolutely in love with the Camaro! Someone seriously needs to give Gina a big raise! :) (no she didn't tell me to say that) Thank you, Rob G!

Called for an appointment for a GM recall on my 2014 Malibu. Inquired how long it would take to repair, simple fix on a sunroof switch. Was told that it would be corrected in 1/2 hr or less. Inquired when the best time to bring it in, since I knew they were always very busy when they first open. Was told that 10:30 am is a good time since the rush was over. Set up the appt for that time today. Arrived a few minutes early, immediately someone took care of me. I mentioned I would be waiting in the show room, at that time he said I would have at least an 1 1/2-2 hr. wait! I mentioned that I was told that this was a 1/2 hr repair. He agreed that it Bly takes a half hour. Then went on to tell me that there were quite a few cars ahead of me? There were only 2 other cars parked in the service entrance. When I explained that I set this appt. for this time because I was assured it would be the best time!I said I couldn't wait because I had another commitment and would have to reschedule, and I asked if I had the very first appointment time in a week or so, would I be in and out in an hour or less. His response was probably not. I then queried as to what the meaning of appointment meant at this dealership. His response was, rudely, NOT MUCH.If I do bother getting this recall done or any other service work performed it will certainly done somewhere else.

I had my truck serviced and they replaced the fuel injector 3 times. Each time they denied it was anything they did and 3 times the problem lead back to a service error they caused. My truck's engine took enough of the violent shaking from the cylinders misfires and plugs fouling from the cylinders being filled with gas from the 3 faulty fuel injectors and finally died. update: The engine did blow up due to faulty factory parts, the factory eventually paid for a new engine. The truck engine runs like a bear. Thanks Mark and Chris! Now if I had my $175.00 back for the towing and Pep boys diagnostic service, we will be good.

I actually had body work done (fix a rust spot) and then they took it over to service for LOF and tire rotation/balance and inspection. Folks made it all so easy! Only thing I was a little disappoint with is that after the body work they did not rinse off the car, so it had a film of dust from the body work which with the morning dew, spreads all over the car. I would have thought they would have rinsed all the residue off.

I have always been very happy with the friendly personnel, timeliness and quality of work but for the last several visits I have not been able to get a copy of the 27 point check report, looking through my records the last report I have been given was in February 2012. I know I have been in several times since then and I have asked the service advisor on the last 3 occasions for this report, and they have been unable to provide it, the last time the service advisor suggested that the next time I am in I should ask ahead of time. I believe it is a very worthwhile report and would love to see it re-instituted.

I didn't like that the technician who drove my car moved the seat back because of leg room and moved the seat back back. It is easy to realign for leg room, but the seat back doesn't go back as easily.

Need to pay attention to which phone is best to reach customer. Left no # on early bird envelope. Wrong no# called. My wife and I were looking to trade in our Hyundia Accent in January of 2015. Gina Pizzio went beyond customer service to make us feel welcomed. It was a bitter cold day and Gina was the only sales person to walk out into the COLD and greet us while we were driving around the sales lot looking at all the Chevy's. My only complaint is my car was not washed. It was in the body shop for a week for rear damage repair and then went to service for a NYS inspection. When I first called to bring my car in they were unsure when they'd be able to get to the car. We dropped the car off on a Saturday and they put it in the garage we put me at ease knowing no one would be able to tamper with my car. On Monday I expected they'd call and give me an update and tell me the car would be done later in the week. To my surprise they said the car was done and we could pick it up. Made an appointment for an oil change for Saturday morning, my wife dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 and within an hour the oil had been changed, the tires rotated and they even through in a car wash. Colorado dealI walked into East Syracuse Chevrolet in mid-January hoping to test drive a 2015 Colorado. I met Bruce Sherman, Sales and Leasing Professional, and sat with him to briefly discuss what I was looking for. Courteous, personable and knowledgeable; Bruce listened and took me to a Red Rock Metallic extended cab LT wit a 6 cylinder and we went for a short drive. He shared info about the different models, packages and incentives as I drove. After the drive, we went back to his office. We discussed particulars, as all vehicle salespeople need to do and exchanged contact info. I told him I was hoping to buy within the next couple months and that I would be in touch.I continued to browse the internet, checking other dealers prices and inventory. On the morning of April, 18th, I decided to build my own on the Chevy Colorado website and then I hit search inventory plugging in my Central New York zip code. There it was; the Red Rock Metallic, Z-71 Crew Cab I had just targeted as my truck and it was identified as at East Syracuse Chevrolet. I tried to call Bruce at the dealership, but he was not in. I thought if I can just see it and start the deal I went to the dealership, informed the receptionist that I had spoken with Bruce and was interested in the vehicle (I had printed the details, including the vin from the web page). She referred me to another gentleman who took the number, disappeared for a moment and returned to tell me the vehicle wasnt on the lot yet, but was in transit. The actual delivery date was unknown, but I was told it might be in by Monday, the 27th and Bruce would call. I had to wait.I did, for about 12 hours until my anxiety got the better of me. I grabbed my smart phone and the Colorado brochure that Bruce had provided three months before. I had stapled his card to the front cover and his email address was on the card. I emailed him at nearly 11PM that night and, with emphasis, told him I want that truck, providing the vin so there would be no mistake. The next morning, Bruce replied and after a few back-and-forth emails, we agreed on we scheduled an appointment for April 22. We met, we talked, and I put down a deposit. I spoke with Jonathan about financing and discounts relative to organizational affilliations and worked out a price. He said he would check for the best financing and reconnect soon. I received a phone call the next day and was happy to hear he secured a good rate. I spoke with Bruce, again and he said he would let me know when the truck arrived. Still impatient, I searched the internet looking for a way to track delivery to this truck and found only other potential buyers looking for the same info without success. I felt UPS, FedEx and USPS, as well as others have sites where you can track shipments, why not GM?On Monday morning, I emailed and asked if he could help me find out where the truck is. a couple hours later, I received his phone call. Im looking at your truck he said. Its here on our lot. You wanna come in and see it? Uh, yeah!We finished the deal yesterday, Tuesday April 28. Bruce introduced me the the Service Manager and gave me a tour of the facility so Ill know where to go and who to talk with about three years worth of free scheduled maintenance. Last night, I drove my new Colorado off the lot. Looks good in my driveway and better through the windshield. Everyone I spoke with at East Syracuse Chevrolet was courteous, professional and personable. The experience was positive. Bruce sat with me, in the vehicle while we went over the functions of MyLink, OnStar and other stuff on my new truck (oh, that felt good, -my new truck-).Thanks East Syracuse Chevrolet!

I was so impressed, the service department and Sales Representative Brian Harrington allowed me to bring my car in late in the day, I had the day off for a surgical procedure and very much needed to get my car in. I work 10 hour days and making any kind of appointment is very difficult, and the dealership is 25 miles away from my home... Dale introduced himself and inquired what I was interested in, how many miles I drive per year, etc. He listened. We proceeded to test drive a 2015 Malibu. Now realize, I was trading in a 2000 Buick with 38,000 miles on it. Updates have come about from 2000 to 2015 and Dale was patient, informative and positive. Dale went to bat for me, with a few negotiations on both sides. on leasing the car I was interested in. He contacted my insurance agent with the car information. I went in to buy two cars, gave them all my information. Four days later we still haven't heard anything. They lied and said we can split one trade over the purchase of two new cars then changed their minds later. Why wouldn't we be able to do that? The sales person doesn't keep us updated on what's going on and overall they have left us hanging for a week. They are clearly not interested in our business!!!! Dale explained to me the advantage of leasing vs buying. Dale showed me all the features of the car and demonstrated them for me. He answered all my questions honesty and with great knowledge of the product (Chev Cruze) He introduced me to the service manager and gave me a card to call for service, he explained the oil changes and the Preferred Customer Program. He made sure I was totally comfortable in the car before driving it home, he even set up the OnStar for me and the Satellite Radio stations. My trade in was 10 years old so I was a little nervous getting a brand new car and Dale set my nerves at ease. I would gladly recommend your dealership to my family and friends. Buying a new vehicle is something I totally dread doing, however East Syracuse chevy made the experience enjoyable. The dealership is clean and up to date, with decent inventory unlike others I had visited. The people who work there are far less "salesy" and overall pleasant to deal with. Additionally after comparing them against other chevy stores they also ended up having the best deal as well without having to do any negotiating or game playing. East Syracuse Chevy is definitely a nice place and worth taking a test drive !

A number of dealers have evolved their business into massive auto centers and I wouldn't deny they offer the convenience of comparing makes for those undecided. I have always preferred the opposite. After 140,000 miles, I blew the engine in my Saturn Ion. I didn't know if I could afford a new car but I needed one desperately.I went to East Syracuse Chevrolet and met with Todd Dwyer. When I walked in Mike Morrisey was going to showed me a Cruse that was suppose to be on the premises. After realizing the car had been sold the night before, Mike was very sorry. Dale is always very helpful. He answers all questions relating to our chevy. We had a lot to ask this time. The new Impala had so many new features to deal with, for example the new My Link. We love the spacious interior and the comfortable ride of the car. Thanks for his help and Gino and all the others who helped us all these years.

In thirty 32 years of buying cars I have never had a dealer treat me as wonderfully as this dealer. I had inquired about a car on their internet site and was contacted within a few hours. I had started car shopping over a year ago and had an awful experience with Driver's Village. Beth & Gina happily tasked themselves to turn this large life event into a positive one.They walked me step by step through the pre-qualifying process, made me aware of incentives being offered, and explained the differences between financing to own or lease. Gina even shoveled out and warmed up the exact color/tier car I was interested in on a horribly cold day. The hospitality throughout the dealership is noticebly warm and comfortable. The rest of the staff were just as friendly. My initial call to East Syr Chevy - I was connected to Steve. He was excellent. I had made several calls to other Syracuse area dealers and I was getting the typical run around, given half of the information, or I heard " we can't help you unless you stop out to the dealership", or "we can't discuss price over the phone" etc - EVEN when I provided a range of prices I wanted to be in. When I got conencted to Steve, he listened, asked a couple of questions, answered mine, provided specific detatils of the vehcile I was asking about, discussed the differences between the models and a range of prices.FINALLY I had information to make some decisions. I drove to the dealership (in a blizzard), he had a couple cars ready to show etc. I ran across the owner of the dealership and told him that Steve was the only reason I was at East Syracuse Chevy. My intention was to finalize some details, however I decided to make my decision then and there- I leased a Chevy Equinox- I believe I received an excelant deal and the follow up service has been fantastic. I went to East Syr Chevy because of my interaction w Steve, I will return to East Syracuse Chevy for the great service and follow up by the other team members at this excellent dealership! The East Syracuse Chevy employees' including John Sloan, Gino, & Gina, were undoubtedly helpful and mindful of our wants and needs through the entire process. Gina (our sales gal), stated "I have much to learn" being she was rather new to the team, yet working with her you would have never known. Under the heavy pressure of Keith (Anthony's Father) and Teresa (Anthony's Mother) she never folded or seemed overwhelmed. My husband and I searched all over Syracuse area in Oct. '13 for a truck to haul our chosen 5th wheel as we retire. We thought the Chevy Silverado 2500 we saw in this lot was what we wanted and needed. Therefore began the paperwork to purchase it. We thought this truck on the lot would fit our needs. After explaining what we were planning this spring as we both retire from our jobs, Bill discovered that the truck we thought we needed wasn't the correct one for our needs. He quickly let us know so that we wouldn't be disappointed. We greatly appreciate his expertise on this discovery plus calling us immediately to explain. We met with him so we both would understand that we needed a towing package to haul the chosen 5th wheel for our travels. Plus this is exactly our desire and we are happy but to make this purchase even better he found us a better financial company which made the deal even sweeter. We couldn't be more happy. This truck is better equipped than the one we originally chose.He answered all our questions. My expereince at East Syracuse Chevrolete was outstanding. I was interested in purchasing a 2014 Corvette Stingray and the vehicle on the showroom floor was not for sale as it was ordered by the dealership's owner. A phone call was made to him while he was on vacation and he agreed to sell the vehicle. It was not marked up over sticker price like some of the dealership out there. I had run into this problem at Summit Chevrolette in Auburn, NY. and therefore did not purchase through them. I think that is despicable! I have ownered Corvettes all my life and have purchased over 10 different models in my life time and never ran into that type of price gouging. East Syracuse Chevrolete assurd me that do not practice that concept.The staff was extremely freindly and personable. The dealerhsip was clean and well presented. Best in class in my opinion. Everything I requested with the new car purchase was accomodated including lamination of the window sticker and reciept of all historical paperwork on the car. The Corvette Specialist at the dealership explained everything about the new Corvette and was left with a comprehensive overview.I would make another purchase and recommend East Syracuse Cheverolette to anyone. My hat is off to them for making my purchase experience so enjoyable.Thank you East Syracuse Chevrolet.

I had come in a few times and on every occasion everyone working was very helpful. Steve was very good at listening to my needs and concerns and was very patient with me (as I am sometimes indecisive when it comes to making a big decision). I ended up purchasing the car, knowing that it would have to go back in to fix the heated seats, which was fine. I brought the car back in and was pleased to know that Steve had gotten me a loaner for the time my car would be at Ford getting repaired. This was a major point for me as I had no other means of transportation. Steve is still more than helpful, along with everyone else at Chevy, at listening to my needs and finding ways to help me come to a solution. I highly recommend East Syracuse Chevy, and Steve, if you are looking for a new/used car. They are GREAT!!!

I just purchased a new 2013 Camaro convertible from East Syracuse Chevy. This is the second new chevy I have bought from ESC and have been extremely pleased with both experiences. Everyone from the lady that greats you at the door to the people in the service department have been very friendly and helpful. In particular the salesman I have dealt with for both purchases is Ken Pacelli. Ken has been extremely helpful to me in showing me the product line. His knowledge of the cars is exceptional and he is always able to answer any questions I may have. The camaro I just bought had to be factory ordered and Ken kept me well posted on the build process and anticipated delivery date. I was ready to downsize from a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. Our children were done with college and on their own. I didn't need a large vehicle anymore to cart the children, friends and gear. My husband Rob and I decided to look out there and see what was available. We looked at the Infiniti FX 35 (used) and the Volvo XC 90 (used). I always liked the Equinox too. I knew John Sloan for years and we decided to stop at East Syracuse Chevy to see what was available. John showed me an 2013 Equinox and I really liked it. As soon as we test drove the Equinox, I was sold. I loved the handling of it. I was worried about feeling closed in when sitting in a smaller vehicle because I was so used to the quad cab. It has plenty of room. The other thing that impressed me was the way we were treated at the dealership. My husband Rob did a lot of homework via the internet and asked a lot of questions. John and Mark were both very professional and knowledgeable about the Equinox, the financing and were able to get us the vehicle we wanted at a monthly payment that we could afford with no problem. Although John Sloan and Mark Vavonese were the two main employees that we worked with, everybody else that works at the dealership were just as nice. The receptionist was very pleasant to us and greeted when we came into the dealership. It was a great experience overall.
