Wanted to do a cash deal on a used srt8, there trade in guy was absolutely horrible on there trade in price, people probably don't look at what there actually giving u for your trade most people just look at monthly payments and the car lots no this! Not me they where not even on the black book!! What a joke! Buyers make sure you look real good at your trade in number and check it with nada or Kelly blue book!

I purchased this car about 1 month ago with 25k miles. Less than 100 miles after the purchase the check engine light came on. Took it into the Fiat dealer and they said it had an evap code error. They cleared the code and said it should just be a loose gas gap or something. 100 miles later, light comes on again. Take it back to Fiat and they update the ECU and clear the code. 100 miles later the code is back. I take it in again and they replace the gas cap. Guess what, that did not work either. Now I have taken the car in for the 4th time and they have had it for 3 days (and counting). I have owned the car 36 days and it has been in the shop for 6 days and counting. I am sure Ed Martin must have encountered this same issue and instead of fixing it just cleared the code and passed the head ache to me.

The buying experience was great! However when we took it back for spoiler and tint, and clean that it did not get when we bought it, because the guy had teeth pulled, the only thing done was swept. No fluids added, nothing was clean. Rita

It has a long long time since I have been treated so well at a dealership. James Brooks was very straightforward and prompt during the process. The several folks we met at the dealership were extremely friendly and seemed very genuine. James was very thorough in explaining the vehicle operation. Took new Ram truck in for warranty repairs, Has been at the dealer twice and awaiting a third appointment. When I purchased the truck I was told they had extended service hours. Found out you can't make any appointment after 4 in the afternoon. Made an appointment for a Saturday and after I arrived was told they had no one capable of making the repair on a Saturday. Waiting for a third appointment. Terrible service for a new car customer. Buying experience was good but service is terrible. Will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer due to the service department.

I purchased a used vehicle and James Brooks was easy to work with and seemed quite dependable. Once I started home I found there was a problem with the cruise control. I returned the car to the dealer and it was fixed with 30 minutes. I am pleased with the service by the salesman, the repair department and the gentleman who helped us close the deal.

The customer service that I have experienced thus far has been spot on and all the team always happy to help. I just went in for my first oil change and it made me smile for the fact that my sales person Kevin Fentor that sold me my vehicle came over to notice me to say hello, so to some that may not matter but to me that went along way and tells me alot about his character and when you have good customer service, customers will keep coming back and refer other people!!! The staff was incredibly friendly and gave me daily updates regarding the progress on my vehicle. The mechanic who fixed my transmission, did such a great job that the jeep shifts better now than it did when it was brand new. Very impressed with the workmanship and level of skill you have in your service department. Great experience overall.

Everyone was extremely helpful and accomodating. Mike Anderson was amazingly helpful, patient and knowlegeable. Everyone went the extra mile to help us get the car we drove 45 miles for. When it turned out we needed to finish up the sale/paperwork in a hurry, everyone worked together to get us out of there quickly. We would definitely buy a car there again.

I have purchased a 2013 avenger that didn't make it to the first payment before it was in the shop for the transmission not shifting. They looked at the car saying they didn't have any codes show to say what was wrong just to keep driving until something happened the car would record. Not long after that ,on my way home from kokomo same thing happened. Would not shift as well as would not show the problem in the small info screen. Running over 5000 rpm and less than 50 mph I recorded the event. When I took it in the second time I got with service personal showing the video from my phone as proof. They said well we tryed a program that hopefully works. And today I called one week later to make an appointment for the car for the same problem. I was told on a Thursday that it couldn't be looked at till Tuesday . That's going to be five days of waiting on a car that takes care of me going to work and kids to where they need to go. No offer made in a loaner car. I feel like this is just a been a bad deal all around. I am got on the fact its so new and going down and treated like it just happens. I am not happy!! At this point how can I feel safe putting my girls in there. I'm not about that car at all. I hope someone will wake up and MAKE THINGS RIGHT.I don't know if I want this car anymore

In and out period. I have been at car lots and have sat in the show room for hours. Recently I went with my mother to Ray Skillman Buick to purchase a new Buick for her and the process was over 4 hours. We knew the car and color she wanted and it still took that long. I also took my son with me for the experience but he was so bored it made the process even worse. Very satisfied with how fast it took for me to get off the lot.
