Mr. Ristau was thorough and polite. He wasn't aggressive in his approach which was absolutely appreciated. He is also the ONLY salesperson I have ever worked with that actually took the time to go over all the controls on the control panel of my new car...greatly appreciated. Good Job!

We found Frank Lincoln of Ed Shults Warren Subaru to be very helpful and easy to deal with. We had several months to go on an existing lease of a Ford Fusion, but decided we really wanted to get into an AWD car before next winter, so we could get used to it before the snow arrives. Frank found a way to accomplish that by working with a separate Ford dealership that is also part of the Shults organization. Next he showed us the way a Subaru Legacy with Eyesight can do things I never imagined a car could do. Then he found us a car that had exactly what we wanted without trying to sell us up to a higher, more expensive trim level. I had done some online shopping, so I knew what the MSRP would be, and I had a good idea of what would be a reasonable and fair discount to expect. Of course we had to negotiate back and forth a little, but settled on a fair price and a good deal for us. We are very, very pleased with our new 2016 Subaru Legacy. Thank you Frank, and thank you to the Shults organization!

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle for a while now but yet my budget was extremely tight, so when I saw some great leasing deals in the local newspaper from Ed Shults, I felt obligated to go check them out! Even though I didn't think I would be able to secure a deal, I drove the hour and a half to Ed Shults anyway. After getting there, I was greeted by Bradley Joy, (not the salesperson I chatted with on the internet earlier but I could no longer remember that guys name) so I asked Bradley if he could show me some Ram trucks and answer some questions on how their lease programs worked. He offered his assistance, so out in the cold we went. They had a lot to choose from and that included lots of color choices. Well, I am extremely grateful to Brad Joy because even though it was cold and windy outside, he showed patience and was totally submissive in answering my many questions. He didn't push me, but yet his knowledge of the vehicles and of their lease program guided me to what I would call the perfect vehicle for my wife and I and one that hopefully would meet our budget. Brad worked with us and the finance people until we come to an agreement and I now have a new Ram 1500 Quad Cab Express in True Blue Pearl sitting in my garage. We couldnt be more pleased with Brad and the finance team at Ed Shults for making this a dream come true for us!

When I arrived at Ed Shults of Warren I was greeted at my vehicle by Salesperson Brad. After discussing my needs with him he found me the car that I wanted and needed. After the test drive Brad and his associates worked hard to get me the price and payment that I desired. I am very satisfied with this dealership and will be back in the future. As they are very customer oriented.

I recently went into this dealership,Not intending to buy anything, but just to look around to see what they had ! I explained my situation to Mr. Clayton Hesch and he took the Bull by the Horn and went Above and Beyond , to Help me out ! I ended up getting a Great Deal on my Trade - In and a Great Deal on a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu ! During the Application and Financial part of the process, I was Fortunate enough to have Mr. Jim Beach get me through it, with ease ! Chad ristau was so nice to us for the several hourswe waited thru the process of getting a new jeep. And very informative about the car and the proccess we went thru to get it. Even came with us to get finally papers and helped clean out the car we were trading in. I used to be very close with the people that work at Ed Schults of Warren. I chose to buy a vehicle from them thinking that they would treat me right. I was so wrong! After personally knowing most of the employees there I was sold a car that was highly over priced and I had no idea. I trusted these people because I know little about vehicles. My vehicle is worth $5000 less than what I still owe on it and there is nothing I can do until I pay it off.

Shults has done a very good job at maintaining my 2008 Durango, it's a workhorse that has been flawless. They put running boards on it in about 45 minutes and did an excellent job. The price was unbeatable, even Humes which is one of the Biggest Chrysler dealers wouldn't match. They have always been courteous, and went on my schedule letting me choose a time and date. I bought my Durango from another Shults lot and had excellent service there as well.
