We had Shawn martin as our salesman. We went to buy a jeep wrangler but intstead we end up getting a Jeep Cherokee. We had some trouble with the one we bought and he went above and beyond to make it right and to make us happy. I highly recommend asking for Shawn martin when you go.

I have used Ed Kirby's service department in the past and was well pleased with the service from them.Rick Patton and his team are top notch. I bought my Chevrolet, Spark on Valentines day and David Crowley was the person that I bought the car from. David was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful Sales Representative. I have never had such a dealership be as nice and helpful as this experience. Amazing service, David Crowley did a great job at customer service and I left a very happy customer in a brand new car! This was my second vehicle purchase from Edd Kirby Chevrolet. I purchased a Malibu in 2011 and was pleased with that experience and my car. This year I had some very specific needs. I was looking for a 6 cylinder AWD Equinox and wasn't finding any anywhere. I contacted Ladelle "Hollywood" Howell by phone. He immediately began a search and found 3 vehicles meeting my requested specifications and faxed the information to me in less than 48 hours. When he found those vehicles couldn't be delivered in a timely manner, he found another one within hours. I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted with even more features than I expected at price below what Chevy was quoting on a custom build. I would recommend Edd Kirby Adventure Chevrolet and Ladelle Howell to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Garett Beaver is one of the best car salesmen that I have ever worked with. My wife and I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership. When we got there, Garett was ready to see us and had the (used) car we were interested in ready to go. He was very courteous, pleasant to be with and extremely knowledgeable. Even though the vehicle was not one the dealership carried, he readily answered all our questions. We had already researched the vehicle, so we knew he answered all our questions correctly and truthfully. He offered attractive finance options in an effort to close the sale. I honestly felt bad that we didn't buy from him, but we just decided against the purchase for our own reasons. I will definitely call Garett again if he has a car I think we would like.

Our salesman Donnie King was an amazing man to work with. He worked tirelessly for 3 days to get us into the car we wanted. When other dealers and salesmen would have just given up, Donnie and Edd Kirby's Adventure didn't! He made everything easy to understand and walked us through the entire process. When it looked like we were going to have some issues being financed, the financing department got right to work and made it possible for us to have our dream car and for a good rate too! I would and do highly recommend using Edd Kirby Adventure when you're in the market for a new or used car.

Our overall experience was just wonderful! Our sales person, Pop Pop was simply the BEST. From the time we said good morning & until we left the dealership we were treated so special. We had the priviledge of meeting John Rhodes and he handled everything from showing us vehicles, to locating and picking up the exact vehicle we wanted. I believe John has gone above and beyond to help us. He did in no way pressure us and call us. LaDale helped me find the right car for me. He was very helpful and I appreciate everything he did to help me drive away in my Chevy Cruze! The service I received was a 10 on a scale from 1-10. Buying our 2010 CRV was easy. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but trouble in the month we've had it. Just know that they only care about the bottom line and have no interest in customer service once you've signed the paperwork. I wanted so badly to like Adventure, but I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Yes! I had a great experience at Adventure Cars! I had just had my heart broken by Honda of Cleveland. They had told me that they could do a deal that they never could do, let me drive the truck I wanted for three weeks and then called me up to tell me that it wasn't going to work out. Naturally I was scared to get involved with another dealership but I needed a car. After looking online at other dealers I ran across you guys. I called to find out about the Kia and the sweet lady that answered the phone took my name and number and said she would have someone call me soon. It wasn't long until I got a call from the best sales man in town! You guys call him Pop Pop. I thought that was a joke...but went with it. Come to find out it's a very clever name to go by because it's a name I'll never forget! He was so much fun and so helpful! He gave me all the right advice and was so positive that he could mend my broken heart. My husband and I told him we would think about it and get back with him the next day. Even though we found other Kia's in Tenn. with the same great deal I had to come back to Adventure for one reason....Pop Pop. His positive attitude and the service you all provided to me. Wasted 4 hours of my time and 100 miles of gas round trip. Because I was told on Saturday that everything worked out come down Monday signs some papers hand them the keys and title to my car and get the onr I wanted. Then Monday got there and couldn't even drive it because of a flat. Then was told the complete opposite of what I was told on saturday . They wouldn't take my car on trade in and finacing was not available on the car I wanted when I told them what I was told on the phone they said sorry pretty much and sent me on home.

We did some internet research prior to visiting your dealership and entered info on our trade. When we arrived, Charles, was able to give us a quick evaluation on our trade. You did not have anything in stock that interested us so Charles made notes of our preferences and stayed in touch with us until a match was located. A suitable time frame was set and the deal was closed flawlessly. After looking back, a few years, this was our 15th new Chrysler product since 2004 and very likely the best experience. We had an excellent buying experience at Edd Kirby's Adventure dealership when we bought our new Jeep Compass. The sales rep, Donnie King, was very helpful, nice, and great to work with. Actually, there was no "work" to it. It was a very easy, stress-free experience. We are both retired and do a lot of necessary coming and going related to our pre-K age grandson and also keep him in the afternoon until his parents get off work, so our time is limited. Donnie was able to work around our busy schedule. He also had the finance manager, Brian Considine, see if he could get us an even lower finance rate than we could obtain from my husband's credit union. Brian did find us an even lower rate so we got a brand new vehicle at an excellent finance rate. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle, and would also recommend both Donnie King and Brian Considine. They both are exceptional. Adventure cars was a great place to buy a vehicle. We had been looking at a Jeep Cherokee Overland at another dealer and although the sale representative was helpful in choosing what we wanted on the vehicle, he seemed to be limited on what he could do on pricing. The car we wanted was not available at his dealership and he was willing to get it for us but his pricing was way to high. I went on line to look for myself for vehicles that were within a 100 miles of our location and I found Adventure. The price they advertised was a good price for the car with no additional charges or fees. I called and they gave me a tentative value for my trade in, they ran my credit to get approved for the 0% financing. We went in the next day and the car was cleaned, they saw that my car was in excellent shape so they gave me a better price for it and the deal came together exactly the way they stated. Sales Representative was great, Brian in finance handled all the paperwork and out the door we went with our new 2014 Overland. The next day Steve our Sales Rep. called to make sure we had no problems, had any questions and to tell us he was available if anything would come up in the further. I gave them a 10 all the way around and I would definitely do business with them again.

We really appreciate that there was no high pressure tactics involved with our purchase. We actually talked to 2 sales people (Charles and John). They both went out of their to answer any questions that we had. They were both very personable and pleasant. This was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. We felt they were honest and truly had our interest at heart. Thank you again for everything and we are telling our friends about the experience we had with our purchase...and oh by the way I LOVE my Captiva. Every now and then I let my husband drive it. Greetings, My husband and I did had a very pleasant experience when we visited Edd Kirby Adventure in Dalton last week to purchase our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. After looking for Jeeps on-line at various dealerships, we found the one we really liked at Edd Kirby in Dalton. I called the dealership and had the privilege of talking with Shea Baldrige. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. She explained that she could hold the one Jeep we really liked until the next day for a small deposit. We decided to do our part by contacting our credit union prior to our visit to Edd Kirby. (We have financed several cars with them in the past.) So, we had all of the financing information we needed before visiting Edd Kirby Adventure. Since Shea was not working on the day we visited, she had arranged for John Rhodes to help us.. He, too, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. We test drove and then purchased the Jeep we had initially liked on-line. It was the right color (inside and outside) and had all of the desired features. We are very pleased with our new Jeep and enjoy driving it. Since we made our purchase, Shea has made several follow-up phone calls to ask if we have any questions or problems. Once again, we are very pleased with the attention and treatment we received prior, during, and after our Jeep purchase.

I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation to you and your staff during a recent breakdown my family and I had in our 2002 Chevy Suburban on Easter Sunday late afternoon last weekend. We were on our way back to Indiana from Florida when I noticed what I thought was noise coming from a front wheel bearing while coming north through Atlanta. I was hopeful that we could be home Sunday evening since my wife and I had to report to work on Monday. But as we continued northward, the noise grew worse, and by 4:00 PM it was becoming apparent that we would not make home that evening--or worse risk breaking down in the dark in the middle of nowhere on Easter Sunday. We decide to do an Internet search and we found your dealership ahead in our route (about 30 miles) and decided to limp in, find a hotel near your dealership for the night, and hope that first thing Monday morning that your dealership could assist us. I arrived at your dealership at 7:05 AM and noticed that you would open by 7:30 AM. By 7:20 AM your service advisor Chris James came out to inquire about my dilemma. He did not have to come out early but he did so anyway. After a brief discussion of my situation, he quickly gathered my information and brought the vehicle in for service. He kept me informed during the process and the mechanic confirmed my suspicion about the wheel bearing. The repair estimate was accurate, the parts were in stock, permission was granted to repair and I cannot believe that everything was repaired and ready for me to leave by 8:45 AM. I'm sure there were probably other vehicles schedule for repair that day but Chris recognized my situation and proceed to get started immediately. My sincere appreciation to Chris James and the Mechanic who assisted me. This was a great relief to have us back on the road so quickly. I was so hopeful the evening before that your dealership could assist me in resolving this problem but I never expected to be back on the road before noon. All of the worry of the breakdown from the past day and a half was quickly put behind us and restored my peace of mind. I gathered up my family at the hotel and we were back on the road by 9:00 AM. A special thanks to Chris James, the Mechanic and the staff of your dealership who assisted me and my family so professionally during our time of need. You have a very special staff and personnel that you can be very proud of and a great thank you from the Sherwood family!

I could not say enough positive things about this dealership. Found a vehicle on cars.com. The vehicle was in Chattanooga, TN and we live in Dalton, GA. Per my request, they drove the vehicle to Dalton, GA to save us the drive to Chattanooga, TN plus this saved us over 6% in sales taxes. I mean - who does this? They were sooooo nice! We test drove the vehicle the next day and took it to our repair man to check it out. He gave us a list of a few things he would have fixed before we bought it. We took it back to the dealer and they fixed the problems before we bought it. This probably saved us over $700 in repairs we would have had to do later. Again, I ask you - Who does this!?! These people were so nice. If you want to deal with the best sales person in all of Georgia - ask for John Rhodes! He rocks!

Please let me tell you our story of woe and how two of your employees helped us. We will be forever grateful to Caleb Phillips, Dalton Service Advisor and Josh Kinsey, Dalton Diesel Technician. You see my wife and I are retiring to a life of fulltime RV-ing. We decided on a 5th wheel trailer pulled by a heavy duty pickup. Our limited budget forced on nationwide search to find suitable equipment. We found a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Duramax/Allison diesel dually in Gainesville, GA with only 25,000 miles and an affordable price. This vehicle had been used to pull a 5th wheel trailer and was equipped exactly as we required so we made plans to fly from our home in the Seattle area to Atlanta, travel to Gainesville, and acquire this vehicle. We picked up the truck on March 13, 2012 and headed north. We got approximately 150 miles into our journey when the dreaded ervice engine soonlight came on and the truck experienced a significant loss of power. We pull into a Pilot Service Center at the next exit to check it out and re-fuel. As we were fueling the vehicle we noticed large quantities of diesel fuel leaking beneath the engine. All attempts to restart the truck failed. So desperate for help we asked the Pilot personnel where the closest Chevrolet dealership was and they recommended your company. Your service department had already closed by this time so we had the truck towed to your service entrance and checked into the hotel across the street. The next day when your service department opened we checked our vehicle in with Caleb Phillips and described the problem. Your service department was totally booked that day and into the next but Caleb told us he would diagnose the problem as soon as possible and call us. So we settled into the Days Inn and waited. By mid-day the next day Caleb called and said the problem was the injector pump that had essentially destroyed itself and had blown metal shavings and fuel all over the engine through its freeze plugs. Caleb suggested that I come inspect the damage which I did. That when I met Josh who was young enough to be my grandson. I thought how could Josh help us? What could he know he was so young? Caleb assured me Josh was the best diesel guy he had ever seen and was fully certified. So Josh went to work. Finally the next day the specially ordered new injector pump arrived from Chattanooga. Josh worked the rest of the day and early evening installing the new part and Caleb kept us up to date and checked on us. Knowing our predicament both Caleb and Josh went out of their way to help us. In fact Caleb told us that even though Josh was sick the following day he came in any way to finish the job so we could be on our way. So now you know our tale of woe with the perfect truck that turned out not to be so perfect. I guess there is a moral here in that a 10-year old diesel truck that has only 25,000 miles use has set unused a lot, probably not a good thing for a diesel. The story for us did not end here because after your guys sent us on our way we had additional, less severe, truck issues due to old contaminated fuel but we are forever grateful to Caleb and Josh for their help and consideration in a time of great stress for us. If the rest of your team is as good as Caleb and Josh Adventure must have an organization of talented caring members. We owe a debt of gratitude to these guys.

Most were business purchases, but the last four were personal use; two Suburbans, a Malibu, and most recently, the Traverse. I did a lot of research and looked at a total of 27 Solstices in order to make sure that my only granddaughter got exactly what she wanted. I have excellent credit and was pre-approved so I had many options. I chose Adventure because of their quick responses and the fact that they were able to deliver the car to my granddaughter's house. Wow! I am a very difficult person to impress but, the customer service from the initial contact with my salesperson to finance office and the wonderful woman that delivered the car was amazing. I have 4 more grand children to purchase vehicles for...you can bet I will come back to Adventure to purchase vehicles for them too! Great job! They won a customer for life! :)
