All of my experiences at this dealership have been terrific. From routine maintenance to difficult diagnoses/fixes-they all get attention required to get closure on the issue. The staff follows up/communicates extremely well and are welcoming and respectful. I love getting service here! Actually look forward to working out of the large customer lounge area, which is set up for either working at desk area, or leisurely waiting.

I bought my car one year ago and have continued doing all the servicing at this dealership. I appreciate that they have always accommodated my schedule since I live four hours away and could go to a closer dealer. The facility is clean and comfortable and the car is done when promised. The staff are all friendly and helpful and I know my sales person will answer any questions I have, even after a year since the purchase.

I hit a curb the other night in the rain and damaged a tire and was not able to drive on it. I called my dealer, Kirk, to let him know the car was coming in for a repair. I was stressed when I called and he was patient and reassuring. He notified the service department that my car would be in for service. Kirk even helped me arrange for a driver for me when my car was towed. I dealt with David in the service department for the repair. He let me know an estimate on the repair and when I could expect the car would be ready for pick-up. David also got me set-up with a loaner so I could keep my appointments and not disrupt my schedule. He called me to update me on the progress. He even had the service completed much earlier than he promised which was such a nice surprise! Kirk and David saved my day! You guys are great!

I have owned a few Nissan vehicles and needed to purchase a new vehicle after an accident. I went back to Eden Prairie Nissan to find another Nissan, partly because I had been using their service department and was getting excellent service and knew I could rely on that. To me buying the auto is only part of the equation, servicing it is the long term portion. I felt comfortable with the buying process and evaluated what I needed and wanted and Randy helped to determine which vehicle best suit my criteria. Overall it's been a great experience and would recommend EP Nissan.

Service rep went the extra mile to get me in and the work covered on my Limited Warranty that I purchased with the car. Went there to check out a used Leaf they had on the lot. Kirk was very helpful and low-pressure.The following morning I went back and we did the paperwork. This week I went To the Eden Prairie Nissan dealership to have service done on my 2014 Rogue. I had some rear-end damage to the car assessed by Becca of LaMettrey's also. Not so satisfied with her prompt and efficient report, I ended up trading in my Nissan for a smaller (easier-to-fit-my-garage) Juke. I was treated by Nate S. with consummate care and respect through the entire process. I look forward to having some detail work done on the Juke in the next few weeks. It is a pleasure doing business with all those I had contact with at the dealership, including Mr JR Gonzalez . They make it easy, although I could wish the dealership was not in Eden Prairie (says this S Mpls citizen).

After having such a positive experience at Eden Prairie Nissan, both with Chuck Eck of the sales staff, as well as Gary Glanzman, Sales Manager and the rest of the folks that were involved in our latest 2016 Nissan Rouge lease, I just had to write a review. and express my gratitude for the great level of service he provided me and my fiance.Chuck was very patient with us as were indecisive about color and options, not clear on model would suit our needs the best, what was affordable based on those needs, while still putting us into the "most car possible". Chuck was extremely helpful finding us a car that we would love.As far as the 2016 Rouge we went with, Chuck hit the nail on the head. We are very pleased with the performance of this vehicle as it has met and exceeded our expectation. Feldman Nissan was purchased, became and moved to Eden Prairie Nissan. I was leasing my Leaf but follow up customer service got dropped in the process. So when I walked into the new dealership, I was on the fense. Brian Bailey, the sales rep, was great. If it wasn't for his professional sales approach, and the quality of Rogue which I test drove and in the end leased, I probably would have gone elsewhere. At the same time, I'm holding my breath to see whether the service department can follow through with quality service.

Found a car online that I was interested in and was priced competitively. Using Edmunds relationship with Eden Prairie Nissan, was able to secure a price discount of $300 below that price which made the value even better. Arrived on Saturday morning when the dealer opened and was helped by Bryan. Bryan is very knowledgeable on all things car related across multiple brands and had all of the data for the car readily available. Was able to test drive review the deal and purchase the car in less than an hour which got me on my way to enjoy the rest of the day.

I had researched pre-owned pathfinders online for about a month and knew what I wanted and what I might have to pay. I saw two likely candidates at this dealer and made the 1.5 hour drive. I didn't expect to finalize a purchase, but everything went so well, we made it happen. Kirk was very friendly and helpful...and not overbearing or pushy at all. I went for a test drive with Kirk and then without him, but with my wife and kids. I like the ability to drive the car WITHOUT the dealer there. We had decided that we had found the car we wanted and had let the appraise the one we would be trading in. I made an offer that was accepted and I was pleased with. Kirk turned me over to the accessories and body protection salesman, Jay. He clearly showed all of my options and was not pushing anything too hard. I showed interest in the tow package and I asked if there was any sort of savings if I made a decision today. From a 1000 package, I was offered a savings of $30 or so. This was not enough to sway my decision.Next up was Keith, the business/financing department. He was friendly and helpful. Everything was clear and well explained, but he was putting a pretty hard sell for the service plan/extended warranty. The words he was saying were not high pressure, but he spent a considerably amount of time pushing it from a few directions. This was definitely the highest pressure portion of the sale.Overall, I was very well taken care of. I feel I got a fair deal for what I purchased. I feel that all of my wants and needs were taken care of and was very pleased to get the whole thing done in one trip. The waiting area with food and entertainment was GREAT for the kids...who had to spend hours waiting for the whole process. I don't think that the process took too long, but it's a lot of time for kids to wait.I would work with Kirk and this dealership again.

Outstanding salesperson! I was not looking forward to the end of my lease (July 2016) on a 2013 Nissan Altima SV. I liked this car! I only had 14,500 miles on it. I didn't now what opportunities lurked for my 'end of lease'. I shopped around for other Makes/Models, new and used. Just wanted to see if there was anything "out there". I found a great looking 2012 fully loaded Nissan Altima online two weeks ago. I stopped by at 5:30 pm after work. (Didn't realize the dealership closed at 6:00 pm). I was greeted by Kirk Rose. The service department is excellent and honest! They corrected a 4 wheel brake issue with all new parts and an alignment on a recently bought AWD SUV, used vehicle, when they could_ have skated by as most dealerships do with just a rotor turning. The vehicle had their 30 day guarantee and they went beyond and above what other dealerships usually do. So, would I buy again from them? Yes! and I will also send my sons there to buy when they need a car or truck. this really is a first rate shop with first rate service! My car was in an accident and was totaled out by my insurance company, I looked at several options around the Twin Cities for my next car and ended up settling on Nissan due to the positive reviews on their various cars AND because I had some coworkers who drove Nissans. Kirk Rose, my sales rep, was very patient with me and worked with me as I test drove several cars (Rogue, Murano, Altima, and Maxima) to find the one that I liked the best. I fell in love with the Maxima (it's a rocket), and really loved the red Platinum Edition one that was on the lot. Unfortunately, that particular car had an issue that wouldn't be resolved before my rental car from my insurance company expired. Kirk solved the problem by sourcing another one from another dealership that was the same color and interior as the one that I wanted. EP Nissan bought it for me and Kirk went all the way out to Willmar and back to get it for me on the day that I NEEDED to to get it. I got the car and I love it.Kirk and EP Nissan went way over the call of duty to get me the exact car that I wanted within my fairly short timeframe. They made a fairly stressful experience easy for me, which I was not expecting. I can't stress this enough: if you want a car, ask for Kirk.

I bought a 1 year old Nissan Maxima with only 12,000 miles for my wife from salesman Nate Stallings. He was great to work with and I felt no pressure. The next day I discovered a front end vibration at hwy speeds on smooth blacktop. It was a complex is issue that could be caused by tires, wheels, alignment, or more serious issues. The general manager Dan Schmidt and service manager Lance Spah were determined to fix the problem and make it right. Through a thorough process of elimination the service department was able to identify and fix the problem. Now the car drives like new and my wife loves it! Thanks EP Nissan, you are the best! Was pleasantly surprised on the lack of pushy sales here. They don't swarm you when you get out of the car and we were able to walk the lot to see their inventory before the sales person approached us. As we were entering the sales office, we were asked if we needed help at that point. Every aspect of the buying experience was good, with the exception that the sales person would dance around the price, and over explained everything but I know that he was just doing his job. We were a little pressed for time as we were gonna look at other vehicles before making our decision and I wonder if it was a tactic to keep us there so that we wouldn't have time to go elsewhere. None the less we bought from EP Nissan and got excellent service and would recommend them. My only tip is not to be afraid to tell the sales person if you are in a hurry or to skip certain explainations. Again I know they are just doing their jobs, but we are not idiots.

After two of our adult children had positive experiences with Nissan, we went to Eden Prairie Nissan to examine 3 potential models for our next purchase. We traded in a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and a Dodge Grand Caravan. Given our ages and past experience with a host of vehicles, we were now looking for luxury, personal attention, drive ability, and service. We found it!Our busy Salesman was highly personable without applying traditional sales pressure. He got to know us in a relaxed style and he obviously knew the Nissan vehicles. Following careful consideration we purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano with 6 miles on the vehicle, most of which we put on during our test drive. What a car!!!The vehicle, dealership, and Mark's style was way beyond our expectations. What a great experience! Were there any negatives. Yes, of course. The popularity of this vehicle and shortage of finance people to close the sale led to some delays that while excusable did not match the rest of our experience. Would we recommend this dealership, salesman and vehicle to others. You bet!Many thanks for a five star experience!

My experience with EP Nissan - and Kirk Rose in particular - was second to none. Kirk was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and really listened to me as to what I was looking for. Went in for a test drive on a used car and was offered a very fair price on my trade in. Was given on offer sheet by Sales Manager and went on my way to discuss with my wife. Vehicle I wanted sold. Two months later, I saw another car I was interested in and called the dealership to confirm my previous offer was still good before I made the trip to Eden Prairie. Same Sales Manager I previously met said it should be over the phone. However, when I arrived the "new offer" on my trade in was cut in half despite my interest in a more expensive used car from the dealership. I showed the Manager a picture of his previous offer and he said he didn't recognize the (his own) handwriting and started telling about a fuel pump noise and rust?! Other than an additional 400 miles, nothing had changed about my vehicle in the two months since the original offer. Obviously I walked out and will be avoiding this dealership moving forward. The two sales representatives I met seemed very nice but the pricing amnesia was out of their control

After my previous car was totaled, I wanted t try a Nissan Altima. I dropped by Eden Prairie Nissan on a whim and was introduced to Kirk Rose. Kirk worked up prices and financing options for several vehicles. I never really felt pressured. Ultimately, we found a car with the features I wanted and that was within my budget. After I purchased the vehicle, I needed to return a rental car. I asked Kirk if I could leave the rental out back and get it the next day. Kirk had a better idea. He asked one of the shuttle drivers to work late and pick me up at the rental office so I could drop it off that day. Kirk also stayed late to make sure everything worked out....*note* This was AFTER the car was purchased. I would not hesitate to call on Kirk again and will recommend him to my friends and family....By the way...I really like the car.

I've purchased two cars at what used to be Feldman Nissan (now Eden Prarie Nissan). Thankfully most of the personnel made the move along to Eden Prarie. Whoever is running this operation is definitely doing something right. The prices were fair and sales staff well-trained and easy to work with.In the winter months I still get my service done here, and I can't say enough about them. The service personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and straightforward. The prices for servicing have also gone down since the move to Eden Prarie! I used to do my own regular maintenance in warmer months, as Feldman was a little expensive (still, the work was excellent). Now I'm wondering if it's worth my time anymore, maybe I should just get all my fluid changes and rotations done at Eden Prarie. The waiting area is clean, has free snacks and internet.So anyway, if any management personnel are reading this, keep doing what you're doing. I have been sufficiently impressed to spend 10 minutes to post this review!

I can't say enough positive things about my entire experience at Eden Prairie Nissan. I worked with Phillip Goodman on replacing my current car. I wasn't sure what the best option would be, rather to purchase new, used or to lease. Phillip worked with me on the different options and asked the correct questions to determine my needs. I ended up purchasing a new 2014 Rogue. Throughout the process I felt quite comfortable with Phillip. Phillip was genuinely interested in listening to me and helping find the perfect vehicle for me, that met my needs. Phillip impressed me with the way the entire experience was handled. I was shown how a car salesman should be, versus some bad experiences I have had in the past at some other dealerships. The entire process was fun, relaxed and centered around what my needs were, versus him trying to sell me something that I didn't want or need. I even appreciated how Phillip advocated for me with the managers and the finance team, to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed ahead of time. I would highly recommend Phillip Goodman and the team at Eden Prairie Nissan to anyone who is interested in a new, used or leased car. The showroom is very well maintained and clean. I also was quite impressed that Phillip noticed a dent in the hood of the car and pointed it out to me, after he had it all set up to be taken care of. Instead of trying to hide it, he was honest and had it arranged to be taken care of!

I told him what I wanted and he listened. He emailed me cars that I might like. If I liked a particular car he would DRIVE it up to me at work in Minneapolis so I could test drive it over my lunch hour!! I can't tell you how much time that saved me! He's also not pushy. I told him how much I wanted to spend and he worked with it. And ladies - he didn't give me the lines about how pretty the car was and how the stereo worked. Please! He showed me the engine! I bought my car from Feldman Nisaan a year ago and have continued to service it with Eden Prarie Nisaan due to the amazing staff. Ashlee has assisted me as a service advisor and I'm always impressed with how much time she takes to explain what's been done to my car and any other services it may need. She's always thorough and even gives follow up calls to make sure I'm satisfied. Unfortunately the store has moved farther away from me but it's definitely worth the extra 15 minutes to know my car has been cared for with outstanding service.

The other staff were very friendly while I waited in the comfortable lounge and sipped on some hot coffee; Shannon was straightforward and honest with my bill, and answered any questions that I had regarding warranty. This was my second lease with Feldmann Nissan. It is the first time that I have leased a vehicle twice from the same dealership and that is simply because in the 2-1/2 years prior I have had such a pleasant experience. Dan Maher happened to get my email expressing an interest in getting another vehicle. Over the next month we communicated back and forth until Dan and I came to an agreement on a vehicle for me.After that I went in to the dealership and there were no surprises. We wrote up the new lease agreement exactly as discussed and I drove off in a new car at what I feel was a very good price. Simple. Fair. Fast. Economical. What more could one ask for? They are very friendly too.This was the second time that I had worked with J.R. and he was as pleasant as ever answering all my questions and handling the financing quickly, but not in a rush. It's a comfortable place to get a vehicle. I intend to continue with this dealership for all these reasons.

To explain what a GREAT experience I had at Feldmann, I first need to talk about my terrible experience with Morrie's in Brooklyn Park - to provide contrast. I've been leasing through Morrie's for the past 6 years, and this year decided to buy out my lease. I went back to Morrie's to see what my options were, and they tried every possible argument to convince me NOT to buy out my lease, and instead lease a new one (because it's more profitable for them). The salesperson called the sales manager over to try to convince me, and I felt very talked down to - as if I don't know what the pros and cons of leasing/buying are. I had made up my mind to buy my Sentra, and a few weeks later when I was ready to make the purchase, I called the salesperson to ask if he was the one I should do this transaction with, or if I should call someone else. He didn't call me back. I called again, this time asking to speak with a finance manager, inquiring about the APR they could offer me. I think I was transferred to the new car sales manager instead - she said she couldn't find anything out about interest rates, and that I'd need to speak with a finance manager (but again tried to sell me on a new lease deal instead of the buyout). She said they were all at a meeting in the corporate office, but she'd leave my info for them and I'd get a call back. Almost a week passed and no one called me - so I called again and the woman at the front desk said no finance managers were available, but that she'd leave a message for one of them. A few days passed and I still didn't get a response. So I called a fourth time - and finally was able to speak with the Finance Director. He ran my credit and offered me a decent APRbut here's the kicker: He said that there was an additional $545 fee to buy out my lease. I said, "Oh, I didn't see that listed on my lease agreement - I thought it would only be the $150 purchase option fee." He said, "Yeah, it's not listed on the agreement, and most dealers won't tell you about that extra fee up frontbut we let our customers know right up front. It's an administrative fee that we get charged by Nissan Finance." I was skeptical about this, so I called Feldmann Nissan (because I knew I could buy out my lease at any dealership). When I called, there were no finance managers available at the moment and the front desk person took my info and said they'd call me right back. I thought, "Oh boy, now I'm gonna need to wait another two weeks before anyone calls me back." But actually - I got a call back from finance manager Brandon Lubich within a few hours, that same day. I asked him what their lease buyout fees were, and he said it would be the $150 purchase option fee. I said, "So you don't have an additional $545 buyout fee? That's what Morrie's told me they'd charge." He said, "No... $545? I've never heard of that, I'm not sure what that is. We just have the $150 purchase option fee that's listed on your lease agreement." Fantastic, I thought - so I went right over to Feldmann to complete my purchase. Brandon was extremely pleasant to work with, and to top it off - he was able to get me a significantly lower APR than Morrie's did. He was also able to get me a good deal on the extended warranty which he offered, but did not pressure me to purchase. Brandon did not try any hard sell tactics or try to convince me to lease a new car instead of buying out my current lease. I got the impression that he was honest and genuinely looking out for my best interests. Overall - I was VERY happy with my experience at Feldmann, and appalled by my recent experience at Morrie's. I will be doing all my business at Feldmann from now on. I was also just at the Feldmann service shop today and had a great experience there as well - I worked with service advisor Ryan Dwyer regarding an A/C problem and other surface damagesRyan was very kind and pleasant, called my insurance & extended warranty companies on my behalf to get questions answered, and overall made the whole process smooth and easy. And lastly - Feldmann Nissan has a very comfortable waiting area that feels more luxurious than other dealerships I've been to - with free cookies, bottled water, a high quality coffee/cocoa machine, and overall nice atmosphere. I didn't mind sitting there and waiting for my car to be inspected - it was a nice place to get some work done on my laptop.

On Monday I found out my 1999 Toyota Camry's engine was done. It was going to take over $5K to replace the engine. The choice became a get new car. My goal became shopping for a new vehicle, making a choice and figuring out financing before the end of the week.After work I quickly went from one dealership to the next and did research on the internet. Having a limited budget and timeframe and the need to be asthetically moved by the vehicle - all of which made it difficult for an unexpected situation. Luckily I had considered what my top options would be when the time came. This gave me direction and found in spite of it being the best time for car shopping - the dealerships, salesmen, and finance people needed to be ready for the dance.It came down to three vehicles at three different dealerships. This relationship is like a first date you need to put your best foot forward to make it to the next date. Dallas listened to what my hot buttons were and put his best foot forward. Troy did what he could to massage things so we could make the deal happen. Once the other dealerships found I was working out something at Nissan they were scrambling to come up with their best deals. If they would have done what Dallas and Troy did perhaps the outcome would have been different. I now have my first Nissan and am very appreciative of the customer service I've received. This experience reminded me how important it is to put your best foot forward - best deal first. It builds trust and credibility.

Poor and careless response. I had a complaint on my brake pads and need to get fixed. Feldmann has acted as a true money making dealer. Over the phonic conversation I was said the amount that I need to spend for the service. But after reaching service center to my surprise I was asked to pay 4 times the amount I was actually communicated. When I asked why, agent gives me some scrap explanation as if I am not aware of mechanics. Even there was no proper response from any of the agent. Over all I would say I had a very bad time with Feldmann Nissan. I just remembered one other thing. Service agents stopped caring about customers on having a Pizza arrival. One of the agent ran after a Pizza leaving behind the customer whom she was actually assisting with shouting " I am so excited on seeing it (I meant it as Pizza)". I don't know what to say for that.... :(

I have purchased multiple cars from Phil Travato for one reason. Not because Nissan was the best in many cases (although good), but because Phil is an excellent salesperson to work with. At first, he comes off as brash and maybe rude- but when you get to know this guy, he is just straight forward. First thing I always note when seeing Phil is that he is always dressed for success, smiles, looks you in the eyes, and gives a firm hand shake. If he has not heard from you in awhile, he will call you. Is he doing it because he likes you personally? Sure- But he is also doing it because he knows how to build customer loyalty. He fights for your business. Had I not moved away (military) from MN, I would buy more from him. I just wished he sold different than Nissan. lol

Ashlee was extremely professional and welcoming. She had a great attitude and along with being fast, she was courteous the entire time I was there. She explained the check in process, walked me through everything and instead of just pointing me where to go after, she walked me to the waiting area and let me know I would be picked up soon from the shuttle driver. I have been a customer of Feldmann's for several years, following other less satisfactory experiences at both Minneapolis-St. Paul Nissan dealers and independent garages. Feldmann's is simply a different and far better class of service and execution. Work that is needed and promised is completed as promised, on time, and at the cost estimated. I have been particularly impressed with the service advisors who are more alert, informed and concerned that any others I have dealt with in the past. I have worked very closely with Rick Mize, who is without exception excellent. From time to time schedules have dictated that I work with others, who have been most helpful and purposeful. One who deserves mention is Ryan Dwyer. I recently had a problem with the ABS sensors on my wife's Maxima. The solution was uncertain, as the condition would not be known until the repair was undertaken. Ryan was careful to spell out what was likely, but what was possibly a very extensive repair. Fortunately though significant, the repair was not as extensive as feared. Regardless, Ryan's manner was thorougly professional and helpful.I recommend Feldmann's to many, including those looking for new or used vehicles. I have both purchased vehicles and used the excellent service of Feldmann's, and my recommendations are based both on this experience and the former really regretable Nissan dealer experiences.Bob Anderson

My wife and I recently bought a car at Feldman Nissan and we both agreed it was absolutely the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. Phil was amazing. There was never any pressure but at the same time he was very assertive (if that's the right word) in letting us know what our options were. The price was very fair but there wasn't the stereotypical back and forth and then getting a manager. It was all so reasonable. We never had to wait excessively but we were never rushed. Everyone we had any kind of contact with was outstanding from the front receptionist to Amanda, to J.R. and ofcourse Phil. We will absolutely recommend Feldman Nissan and look forward to dealing with them in the future!!!!

He told me to bring the car in at my convenience and they will take care of the problem. When I took my car in I went looking for Abbes and he met me at the Service center and got me checked in. I did review and then it asked me to register and I lost my whole review. Last Tuesday I googled Nissan and Feldman came up. Went to dealership and met Abbes. He patiently listened how I happened to be there. Story being I had just returned from Florida where I had rented an Altima. I absolutely fell in love with this car. Since I was in the market for a new car this was a great experience. He listened and we looked through all the options. Allllllll the options. I told him I would be making my decision in a week. On Thursday I was talking to financial advisor and he told me the best day to buy a car was last day of month so I left him and went back to Feldman and Abbes met me like an old friend and again helped me come to my altimate (Altima) decision. Great salesman, great dealership. Shuttle service to airport? Crazy! Love it! Great support staff. Really felt connected to Amanda and Troy. The whole experience was incredible!

I took my car in for an oil change, which was OK. It took an hour and that was hard because i have a two year old and a newborn. An employee told me I needed new wiper blades (which honestly are in great condition!) and that my lower radiator hose was leaking and needed to be replaced. This was no inexpensive fix. I took my car into two other places and they both said there was NO leaking at all!! Either Feldman Nissan was being dishonest and looking for some extra money to make, or they made a mistake in records between cars. Because of this I will not take my vehicles here any longer.

A friend recommended I visit Feldmann Nissan, and in particular, Katie Sherman. What a breath of fresh air she and the entire Feldmann staff were. Friendly, fair, knowledgeable, responsive. I usually HATE the process of buying a new car, but Katie and the Feldmann staff made it actually enjoyable. So much so that I'm actually considering having my Pathfinder serviced there, even though it's a long way away from our home. LOVED the two Altima Coupes I owned (one was totalled and I IMMEDIATELY returned to Jesse to buy the same exact car two years newer). I would buy from him a MILLION TIMES OVER! I now drive a 2012 Cadillac SRX4 and EVERY DAY I miss the functionality of the Tech/NAV Package that was on the Altimas. Cadillac's package is archaic/barebones. This is my 5th vehicle from Feldmns, I keep returning because the customer care has been excellent, I have had 2 mercedes and three nissan vehicles, same customer care, and I was worried that because i went from a mercedes to a nissan it would not be the same customer care, but it was excatly the same! My last salesman Phil talked me into buying my new car, was there for an oil change and just wandering around, and he could see i did not like my currect vehicle (Rogue) and I said that i like the Murano he said lets change...I did. He laid out our options and then made thoughtful recommendations. Contrary to certain salesman stereotype, he was never pushy or overbearing. It certainly explains why my in-laws recommended that my wife and I visit with Phil and Feldmann when our 10 year compact died on the side of the road. First I must say that the people and the service at Feldmann are always congenial and helpful. The facilities are comfortable and have free coffee, cookies, and even complementary shoe shines and manicures for those interested. I've had issue with my iPad connecting to their WiFi. It shows a strong signal, but for whatever reason I can't get data to flow...even bring up my email. I tried several different apps, and even tried the same with my Android phone....but could not effectively use their wireless. I conversed with other customers who have had similar issues. Not really a huge problem as I always bring a book as a backup. My primary issue/complaint (and I don't think this is necessarily a unique Feldmann trait) is their ability to find problems every time I come in for a simple service. I just bought my car (2010 Maxima) from them 4 months ago where there was "full inspection" done before finalizing the sale. I come in for a 1000 mile inspection (free of charge) and a $15 oil change, and the first thing they find is my battery is really bad. They said it's so bad, that they had to jump it to get it back into the service area. This is concerning only because in the 4 months I've had it, it NEVER failed to start, even at -10 below C. Yet I start it and drive it in without a problem, and they say it wouldn't start when they went to move it. Hmmmm. They replaced it for a mere $200 that they discounted a little for me after I referenced a service coupon online. Second, they say my tires have dangerously low tread wear. Another wow....they weren't dangerous 4 months ago when they sold it to me. Now they want to put 4 new tires on with options starting at $1000. I passed on the tires (as I know I can get the same ones quite a bit cheaper elsewhere), but I did get the battery so that I didn't have my car die the minute I leave their dealership. The battery did come with an 84 month warranty which parallels the warranty I purchased when I bought the car, "so I got that going for me....which is nice". I get that dealers have to make a profit. I mean, who's gonna pay for the shoe shine guy's time, right? My problem on this particular visit (though again, not a unique up-sell dealership experience) was they just sold me this car in October...and amazingly it already needs $1500 worth of work, and all on stuff NOT covered by the warranty I purchased. It's possible my use pattern might have influenced the battery being run down and my tires getting to a concerning shallowness, but again...never had issues with tire slippage or my car starting before I went in to see them. Again, this is not unique, as I had the same experience at a Honda dealer for my 2005 Odyssey. Lucky for me, I know a nice an honest guy who does work out of his garage that has done fantastic work for me and my extended family. He even tells me if the work should be covered under warranty by the dealer. He will be my first stop every time I need work done.

He always seems to know exactly which car and color I'm looking for without even asking. He never tries to push me into something I don't want or can't afford. He shows me the little details in, on or about the car that I probably would never find on my own. He makes that transactions quick and painless. I'm very comfortable with Jesse. I like that he makes follow-up calls to be sure I am happy with my car well after the transaction has been completed. I've worked in some form of Customer Service all my life, including sales. Jesse is the epitome of Customer Service in my book. He's very professional and respectful while still making me feel like an old friend. In looking for a new car I visited about a dozen dealers in person and another half-dozen online. Surprisingly every single one of the dealerships was good and so were most of the sales people. Obviously the business of cars has greatly improved over the years. Still, Feldman was markedly, unexpected, better than all the others. The showroom itself is bright, happy and welcoming, the cars are nicely displayed, and I was warmly greeted, made to feel at home, and given immediate, informed assistance. Just as importantly, I was allowed time to look over the cars on my own without more assistance than was needed. I finally bought a car from Katie Sherman because it became clear right from the start she knew the cars, and after listening to what I was looking for -- listening is almost a lost art these days, but Katie is an expert at it -- she was able to give me valuable, informed advice that assured I got the car I wanted to own, not necessarily the car the manufacturer or dealership most wanted to sell. Time (and further research after I bought the car) has shown everything Katie told me was correct and her advice was right on target. Without her help I would have bought a VW or Toyota, and ever time I see one of the other models I was considering I appreciate all over again the help Katie gave me in making the right choice. It's people like her who set Feldman apart from other dealerships, as good as they may be.

First of all, Feldmann is a top notch dealership! I've been a customer for many years and have always been treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. Jesse Nelson is one in a million! He truly understands the meaning of 'customer service'. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisified with your purchase, service, etc. When back at the dealership for service, he always checks in to make sure the vehicle is meeting expectations. I had a car accident one Friday evening on my way home; I was close to the dealership and took my car there. Jesse was working and it was closing time by the time I arrived. He stayed and arranged for a car rental and ensured I was okay; he assured me it was okay to leave my car for the tow truck to pick up the next day before leaving for the evening. I traded in my Nissan Altima that I bought from a different dealership. I had a bad expereince at this other dealership so I decided to give another Nissan dealership a chance. I came to Mark off a recommendation. I purchased a Nissan Rogue. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. I left feeling that I was listened to on what I wanted from my new vehicle and where my payments should be. I came with a very upside down auto loan and was able to lease my new car. Recently last weekend we had some pretty bad Minnesota Weather and I was driving my friends back from a long road trip. Everyone kept commenting on how well my car was driving and how safe they felt.I will definitely be back when my lease is up to get another Rogue.I also want to state that I have been to the service department about 3 times so far for oil changes and a tire rotation. The staff is always friendly, service is quick and I am able to use competitor coupons which is always a plus.

Before getting my Nissan Murano I was stuck driving around a tiny honda and it was absolutely impossible to fit all of my babies stuff into my car. Jim found me an amazing car with the perfect amount of storage for all of my (now toddlers) belongings, I can even fold the seats down if I need a bigger trunk! It has seat warmers, a digital screen that tells you what is playing on the radio and so many more awesome things about it! I took my Maxima in for service and was provided with an Altima as loaner, at no charge, while warranty work was performed. I discovered I was quite taken with the Altima and, as my lease was coming due, I returned to the dealership to negotiate a lease on a new Altima. I felt I received a good deal that met my needs.As I was wrapping up, my service writer happened through and asked how I was dong and why I was there. I was surprised he recognized me. I have been pleased with the Nissan experience, which has only been improved as a result of my experience with Feldman.Thank you for taking the time to inquire.

My husband & I purchased a Nissan Altima, which we love for local use and long distance comfortable travel. We also travel by air, and the perk of Feldmann's airport shuttle is very much appreciated. We pull in to the service bay, Ryan greets us by name, arranges the shuttle pick up, and takes care of our car while we're gone. It's one thing we don't have to worry about when we're away. The back door child protect lock was on and he didn't know how to unlock it. He didn't go with us for the test drive. That's why I didn't give him a good rating on the survey. Then he called me to ask me to explain that. After I told him the reason, he told me, "YOUR ENGLISH IS BAD", saying something like he couldn't understand me and hung up on me. I know I was rude to give him a bad rating on the survey, but I never expected a hang-up on the phone. That's extremely impolite to me. Even if I'm not a native speaker and didn't give him a good rating, he should have never done something so rude to a woman like me. I was so upset that day and I called the front desk of Feldmann Nissan and reported that. I just want my voice to be heard. Then another person from Feldmann Nissan called me to say sorry to me... The lease on my 2010 Nissan Sentra was ending soon and Mark called me last summer to let me know of a special Nissan was running on 2012 Nissan Sentras. I went in for a test drive and fell in love with the car (it was the sports package with sunroof, gps navigation, and satellite radio). This dealership always has the super black color in stock that I prefer. Mark was very helpful answering my questions on some of the new features that I didn't know how to use. Just a Quick note on the Excellence in Salesmanship of Mark Leuthard! Mark had been contacting me since November of 2012 to come in and look at options to upgrade from my 2010 Nissan Maxima to a 2012, however, our schedules just didn't work out. When I brought my car in for service in early January, Mark was alerted and when I retrurned to pick up my car, he had a couple options waiting for me and greeted me in the service area. I thought that was exceptional service, not only unexpected but he was very professional about it. I told him I would discuss with my wife, and got back to him later that day with some questions and other options I was considering, and he was very professional on the phone and answered all the questions in a very timely manner including sending photo's etc.. By the end of the day, we negotiated a terrific deal, and I came in the next day to close. Mark was there and walked us through the entire process, answering any questions along the way, as well as meeting a few last minute changes. He also took time walking me through some of the features inside the car, explaining how to use some I have never been able to figure out in the 2010. My 87 year old father picked up his new 2013 Altima at your dealership on August 21, 2012. My father was very sick with cancer and wanted his new car as soon as possible.When I was in town in late July we walked into your dealership. Even though it was around 7pm, the shop personnel were able to install the guard and fill the car up with gas. Phil and the two men from the shop stayed after hours to get this done for me.Phil is an excellent salesman who clearly feels the buyers' needs are as important as his needs when making a sale. I enjoyed working with him and I will definitely be back when it comes time to buy another car. I will also recommend your dealership to my friends and family because you are a trustworthy company - from the person answering the phones, to the men in the shop, to the salespeople and finally to the financing staff - everyone was very helpful and professional and it made the whole experience of my purchase a pleasure.

When I started my search for a Nissan Murano, I was told by a former #1 Nissan dealership that Feldmann Nissan beat them out by a few units that last month. I was not satisfied with that dealership so I checked out Feldmann's website. I stopped by fully intending to keep driving south to get a Murano at a different dealership. As I entered the showroom, Jim was the first salesperson to approach. As luck would have it, I actually bought a Rogue from him a few years back, prior him being at Feldmann's. Jim actually remembered one of the vehicles we traded in during the "Cash for clunkers" frenzy. AMAZING! Jim was very professional and worked for my best interest. I thought it was in my best interest to buy a year end model, but I actually got a better deal on the new 2013 model. I was given a fabulous trade-in value and a much lower than expected lease rate. Jim got me the exact model and features I needed, without needing to settle for a base model or getting a model with more features than I wanted. He even helped facilitate the install of the heated seats. I have recommended him to my family members and told them the 3 hour drive would be well worth it! I will be back!

I know the reputation of getting your car serviced at a dealership is that it is overly expensive. I don't find that to be the case. Oil changes and general maintenence are very reasonable. In fact, if you take care of your car it will take care of you. Having skilled mechanics servicing my car gives me piece of mind. Feldmann's in particular makes servicing your car a nice unstressful experience. The free manicures don't hurt. Ashlee Carlson stands out as a great service associate. She puts you at ease and makes sure you know how much your repair or service will cost and how long it will take. There are never any surprises. I appreciate the great service.

I hate buying a car. I have always hated buying a car and I probably always will hate it. However, the experience I had at Feldmann's and with Phil helped reduce my contempt for the experience quite a bit. The reason for this is I left feeling great about the car and about the man who sold it to me. Phil's approach gave me confidence that I was respected as a customer and I could believe what I was told. Having just talked with a friend about his car buying nightmare, I came in with a bit of an attitude, determined that I would not be given the run around. My attitude wasn't needed. He sold me on Feldmann's, Nissan and himself by his personable nature and by relating the various ways your dealership works to stay connected with customers. I took advantage of the airport shuttle service almost immediately. Just prior to my departure, I had a run in with an icy and hard packed snow bank that damaged the splashguard in the front. I got a call while on my business trip, asking if I wanted it repaired. That alone surprised and impressed me! The price was right and it was very nice to come home to a clean and repaired car with the least amount of money spent. While I doubt I'll every really enjoy buying a car, I do know where I will go when the time comes again. I also will be more than happy to tell others about this enjoyable and surprising service. I just purchased my first Nissan in November, 2012; a 2013 Juke. My experience with Feldmann has all been positive. I chose Feldmann primarily because they had a huge number of Jukes that were just arriving. I literally went there after work the day they were being delivered. Phil, Amanda and J.R. were awesome. They kept the process going and made me feel comfortable. While I was talking to Phil, he was having one of the recent arrivals (the one I wanted; Galvanized Blue) processed so I could take it for a test drive. He coordinated with J.R. to get the financing going while I talked to Amanda about accessories. This worked out perfectly because I wanted quite a few accessories. Amanda, was very good about explaining all my options. Once we were finished, it was time for financing. Again, J.R. did a great job explaining my options and getting the paperwork completed efficiently. Phil and the team had me out the door that with my new Juke that evening. Their service after that day has been great. I went in the next week to get my accessories installed. I got a great "loaner" while they had the car. Once I got it back, I noticed an imperfection in the paint job. Their service department did an excellent job correcting the issue. They even had a driver in a Mercedes SUV take me, and pick me up from work the day they had my car! I definitely plan on continuing my relationship with Feldmann because of the great service they have given me.

My father, mother and I were really in need of a new car because ours would always be breaking down, and to keep fixing it was just not working for us anymore. We were more into a bigger type of car that my father could use for work (construction), a car that would be great for the winter, and a family car that all of us could be comfortable in. I rated Customer Service and Overall Experience bad because of a follow-up issue with the used car I had purchased (a 2009 Volkwagen Jetta TDI on 4/4/2012).I found the car on the internet and called to find out more about it. Dameon was nice enough to inspect the car while I was on the phone. He provided details of the body condition, etc. Based on the information provided on your website and that provided by Dameon, I requested a hold on the car until I could come up and purchase being I was an hour away in southern Minnesota.When I got to the dealership, I inspected the car and took if for a test drive with Dameon. As I drove, he explained the features the car had including opening up the sunroof, checking the heat and AC, etc. He also pointed out the steering wheel controls for volume, bluetooth and the car's electronic settings. I believed the car had every feature listed on the internet and the car window sticker so I purchased it.As I familiarized myself with the car, I couldn't figure out how to get the bluetooth system to recognize my phone. There was a telephone button on the steering wheel but I couldn't get it to do anything so I called Dameon. He suggested I take it to a VW dealership close to where I live and have them check it out. I took it to Mankato Motors, the VW dealership close to where I live. I explained the bluetooth was not working and asked them if they could get it to work. After reviewing, they realized that even though the steering wheel had a bluetooh button on it, the car did not have the bluetooth module. I asked if one could be installed and they said yes for a material and labor cost of $425.I was frustrated because the bluetooth function was one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle. I called Dameon and told him about the dealerships findings. He was going to talk with his used car manager and get back to me.I called Dameon a number of times and left multiple messages. I finally got a response that he had spoken with the used car manager and they appologized for the mixup and offered to pay half the cost to install the bluetooth. Being it was over $400, they confirmed that they could do it for $280 +/- due to dealer pricing. Therefore, Dameon was going to work with Mankato Motors to get dealer pricing and was suppose to give me a call back. This was about 3 weeks ago.Since then, I've made numerous calls (and left numerous messages) with Dameon and Idaliz with no return call. I've wasted a bunch of time trying to get this resolved and am now fed up. I can't believe for $280 that a multi million dollar renowned dealership wouldn't do more to keep their buyers happy.At this point, I'm not going to pursue this any longer. However, I will share my experience with other dealer rating websites.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue from Jonah Winter last Thursday. I was in with my kids last March and test drove a Rogue and Juke. I was now ready to buy a car and began looking at other dealerships. I had a car picked out at a different Nissan dealership and my daughter asked me why I wasn't buying my car from Jonah(she remembered his name). I said I didn't know why not as he had been nice. I contacted Wendy R. and began the process of selecting a car similar to the one at the other dealer. I had my price all figured out and I mentioned Jonah and she said she'd make sure he was available when I came in. Unfortunately, my husband had a medical emergency and I wasn't able to come in when I had promised. Wendy checked in with me a couple times and after two weeks, I let her know my husband was ok, and I wanted to come in and get me car. As I mentioned, I came in last Thursday, when I pulled up, the car I had selected was waiting for me out front and Jonah was waiting for me inside! As it turned out, I selected a different, upgraded Rogue for my final car! Right before I drove away in my new car, Jonah set up my Bluetooth. To show me how it worked he called my daughter and thanked her for having me buy my car from him. He also wished her good luck on her driver's test(which she took today and passed). My daughter was tickled pink to get his message. Everything Wendy and Jonah told me was factual and they were both friendly and helpful. I absolutely LOVED my experience with both of them and look forward to buying another car from Jonah in the future!

In looking for a new Nissan Juke, I had been to two other dealerships in the Twin Cities and been treated well enough, though not outstandingly. I worked with Troy in the financial department, but Josiah, Jonah, and Brian were my sales associates. We just purchased a new Nissan Quest and it was our fourth purchase from Feldmann Nissan (2 leases) in the past 6+ years. Overall, the experience was OUTSTANDING! Andy Rognes is the most down-to-earth, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable car salesman that I have ever come across. He is one of the main reasons we keep returning to Feldmann. He is always very willing to work with us on getting the right price for our new vehicle and he makes the whole process very smooth. He always goes above and beyond to get whatever we need and to make us feel comfortable. He also works wonders with our young kids. My kids often ask, "When can we go to the car store and see Andy?" We've also done most of the financing of our cars with Patrick Schwamm (now with Mercedes) and most recently with J.R. Gonzalez. Both are very good at explaining all the details of financing in terms that are easy to understand. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. If you're going to buy a Nissan (or Mercedes) you MUST do it at Feldmann!

I have been going for service to this dealer for over 20 years. I've had sveral different Nissans and have been happy with all of them. The employees there are always curteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My last Nissam Maxima, which had over 100,000 miles on it "died" while I was in Chicago. I rented a car to drive back home (Minneapolis) so that I could purchase a new Nissan from Feldmann. the service people are always honest about what needs to be performed on my car. They provide courtesy rides when needed, which are a big plus!

Andy Rognes, our sales person, did a terrific job. It was because of his exceptional PR skills that we decided to buy a new Muranno from this dealer. This was especially significant since we were from out of town (Iowa City) and just interested in looking at new vehicles not really intending to buy one at that time. A very good expience through the whole process. Went in looking for a used Altima in a certain price range. Without pressure, the sales person detailed the cost and finace options of moving to a new vehicle. The sales person stayed in touch over the next month but by no means harrassed me. A decision was made to purchase a new vehicle and utilize the 60 month interest free financing. During the whole process, I felt like the salesperson was still OK if I decided to purchase a used vehicle.The sales person, the finace manager and the service department were all very friendly, helpful and seemed to really want to provide great service.I recommend this dealer.

The customer service at this dealership has gone beyond the expectations that I have of service departments. It is personal, warm and caring. My parents are elderly and have purchased 3 vehicles from Feldmann's. I have heard them proclaim this dealership as good, but I was able to expericence their "service" firsthand the other day. Feldmann's offers shuttle service to and from the airport if you have purchased a vehicle from them and my parents use this service often. I live in Texas and on a recent visit, my parents experienced some weather delays on their way home that were going to cause problems with the shuttle service being able to pick them up. During many phone conversations, Jard, Bob and Mike, helped to ensure that my parents would be able to get their car and get home. Not only did they keep in constant phone contact with me in Houston, but they arranged for a cab to pick my parents up at the airport, get them to the dealership before closing, get their car and paid for the cab. This is excellent customer service and above anything that I was expecting! The above mentioned gentlemen have gained my appreciation and utmost respect. In fact, when I start to look for another vehicle for myself, I may have to "come" home and purchase from Feldmann's. Thank you very much for service above and beyond the call of duty.

I have been working with Josiah Franzen for a few weeks now during my car buying process. Josiah was able to build rapport immediately. He has very strong customer relationship skills. Not only was his product knowledge top quality so was his ability to identify my needs and wants in a new car. Josiah was very helpful in matching my ideal expectations with my intended price range. I never felt any sort of pressure working with him (as I had felt talking to other dealers). I had settled on an Altima Coupe. I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle in my intended price range. It was very exciting to finally narrow my choice down to 1 car. While Feldmann has a great inventory, the vehicle I wanted was more rare and located at another dealership, so the dealer trade process begun. I was informed due to the specialty of that car and the limited number available, the dealer trade might not go through and I would have to choose another model. Josiah and his colleagues were very helpful and wonderful to work with! Josiah was consistent in his efforts and the dealer trade took about a week to happen (start to finish). Josiah kept in regular contact with me during that process and provided me with any updates. It was his persistency in the matter that allowed me to finally get my coupe! He really shows his strong interest in the customer first, the sale second. I feel like that is what contributed to his success. I could not be more satisfied with this vehicle; it is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted! The finance team was wonderful as well and answered any additional questions I had. I have had nothing but positive interactions with each employee at Feldmann Nissan. I just had a great experience at Feldmann Nissan! I had narrowed down my search to a Toyota Sequoia. At the last moment I drove into Feldmanns and test drove an Armada, it was definitely off of my radar. I returned from my test drive with Idaliz (pronounced Eye-Dallis) and thought WOW, I had no idea it would drive so smooth, more like an Escalade. Yes, I had test driven many SUVs in my search. Anyways, the color that I thought I wanted had a beige interior. They at that moment had the one with a beige interior off the lot. The next day J.T. pulled into my driveway to show me the Armada with a beige interior. That was above and beyond, thanks J.T! Anyways, Idaliz & J.T. at Feldmann Nissan were very helpful and professional. My 4 kids now fight over the 3rd row seats....I love my NISSAN ARMADA!

I decided last weekend after driving several cars that I wanted a 2008 Nissan Altima.At one dealership last weekend I was filling out paperwork only to find out after fifteen minutes that the car had been sold. This Saturday I went to a dealer with two Altimas in mind only to find out they had been sold. Same thing happened when I came to Feldmann; both cars I had found on Autotrader had been sold, confirmed by Idaliz. However, Idaliz found another 2008 Altima which was a little out of the price range that I had been willing to pay.The Altima was comfortable and quiet, just like I expected during the test drive. After the test drive I knew that I wanted the car but I was still a little concerned about the price. I made an offer, which wasn't accepted, but the price was adjusted downward $300. I didn't want to go another weekend without a car and I thought the price was pretty good with the low mileage and the warranty was great. I was glad to become an Altima owner. My son Tim, who helped me car shop, was just as satisfied. Maybe that was partly due to the fact he wouldn't have to pick me up again since I now had my own car.Idaliz and the Manager that filled out the paperwork were great throughout the whole process. From the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot with my new car, I was treated outstanding. Mr. Winter was absolutely wonderful. He did whatever he had to do, to make sure I was satisfied. Even though he had been at work since the early hours of the morning and the dealership was to be closed during my visit, he never once hurried me or seemed as if I was waisting his time. He was willing to stay as long as he needed to. I was very happy with Mr. Winter, he was very polite,patient,respectful and extremely helpful, he did an outstanding job.Mr. Gonzalas was very freindly as well, he had also been there for the entire day. I visited Feldmann Nissan to lease a new vehicle while taking advantage of special programs to pay off my remaining lease and provide a cash back incentive. I had previously chatted by e-mail with Jim Tang who gave me Mark Leuthard's name. Mark was very busy at 8:45am on Saturday morning 2/26 when I arrived at the dealership, but was able to juggle between customers without making me wait very long. It was a snowy day, but Mark showed me multiple Maximas which was my model of choice. The only issue which Mark couldn't provide a solution to was my desire for a navigation system. It seems that the only Maximas in stock with navigation systems were super black or crimson black in color. Black is definitely not my preferred color, but in order to get the navigation system I had no choice but to get the black. It would seem to me that a navigation system is a popular feature and there should be a much greater choice of vehicles with that feature. I told Mark that I needed to leave by 11 that morning, so he speeded up the sale process. I returned at about 3:30 that afternoon and comleted the finance portion of the sale and took ownership.Other than my disappointment with the color choice, everything went very smoothly.

We have purchased cars from this dealership for more than 20 years for the simple reason that they deliver what they promise. They pay attention to the little things that are easy to forget when turning in a leased vehicle; do you want to keep the wildlife license plates? When they don't have a color or trim that we are looking for, they find it, without changing the terms of the deal. The meeting with the finance guy is not the dreaded hard sell of 8 different options you "must have" after already agreeing to the "final price". We were in and out of the finance office in ten minutes, with documents in hand, ready to get oriented in our new Pathfinder and drive away. Year after year, Feldmann delivers. And, if you travel, you can drop off the car and have it serviced while you are gone. Their shuttle will drop you off and pick you up at the airport; free parking! OK, not free, after paying $30 for an oil change and a little something for the driver, but alot cheaper than paying to park the car for a week.

Katie took the time to learn what was important to me and helped me find the perfect car, with the perfect features for me, and the appropriate price structure. She helped me analyze the choices and narrow down to the appropriate alternatives, and then patiently helped me weigh the options to get to the car I ultimately purchased. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I would characterize the experience as a facilitated analysis, rather than simply a sale.

I would absolutely recommend Feldmann Nissan. The staff was very professional. I liked that they were up front with the price and did not push us to buy any additional items. Dave (via the internet) did a great job getting us started. He was honest with me. Then I came in and bought the car from Jonah Winter. Again, no pushing me into anything I didn't want. Sarah in financing was great as well. Buying a car from Feldmann was way easier than I thought it would be.

I love Feldmann, from the purchase of my brand new car to the first oil change Feldmann has been nothing short of professional and super Helpful! I don't cringe when I walk into Feldmann and we'll make another purchase there when it's time. My sales person is no longer there, but I've had another sales person step in and take over all of our questions & concerns without any pause in service. The service end is magnificent! Rick is THE MAN! Walk-ins are always welcomed and appointments are nice too. The car is always washed anytime I get anything done... For example: Yesterday I walked out of the dealership with my oil changed, underbody protector fixed (with new clips ordered), and car washed for under $27.00, AND in under an hour. FABULOUS!Thanks again!

I am so impressed by the amount of time and energy Brian, Amanda and Troy spent helping to make sure I was able to buy a car! They truly went above and beyond ... never did I feel like a 'sales challenge' but rather I experienced wonderful customer service and attentive care. Troy was able to find a program that qualified me for 0% finance, which is how i was able to afford a new car. Brian walked me through my vehicle options and was great about setting up appointments. And Amanda was honest with me about my situation and willing and able to provide me a reasonable solution.

I love Feldmann Imports. They are by far the best Nissan dealership in the Twin Cities metro area. They are not sleazy or cut throat. They have good sales people and service people. I would and do highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
