The guys at Edwards Kia are AMAZING. Both Jim Daley and Joe Sell went above and beyond any expectations I could've hoped for. I went to Edwards, frankly, because the vehicle I was driving probably wouldn't make it any farther. They found me the right vehicle and reasonable financing. The experience even met with the approval of my six-year-old. Seriously, what kid enjoys spending Friday night at a car dealership? Our salesman, Nate, treated us right.

Sales and financing were wonderful! Clock didn't work in new car so scheduled appt to fix it. Asked them to remove sticky residue from all 4 doors and window sticker. Had to schedule another appt due to needing another part for clock which is understandable. Was told after getting car back that it was cleaned, vacuumed and residue was taken care of. None of these things were done. Returned week later to finish fixing clock and explained again about cleaning the residue and that we were told incorrectly last time. Was constantly inturrupted by a gentleman who seemed to distracted or busy to even listen. Got car back after clock was fixed and residue STILL on all 4 dors and window. Again, very happy with sales team and finance dept, but clearly once you sign the paperwork and they get their money you slide way down on the priority list.

Was given the option of outside and inside coating on my Kia Optima. I live an hour away and expected them to do them both the same day so I didn't have to make another special trip. Nope! I have had bad experience in the past with the dealership, and this time it more than made up for the problems that I had the last time.

Went to Edwards Kia to look at a 2015 truck with a little over 8,000 miles. When i got there, i was told that it wasnt there and the manager uses it for personal use. So they called him to come down. 30 minutes later he pulls up with two other guys with him. It took them 5 minutes to clean food bags out (McDonald's ) and pop bottles and papers. The truck was a mess inside and out. He also racked up about 2,000 more miles on it too. I was visably upset and no one would talk to me. I even called by phone and Steve Winchell was very rude. He kept cutting me off. Carsguru say that 2015 Titan is selling slowly. Gee, i wonder why? Its because its never there. There's unesscessary wear and tear being put on truck that they're asking over $30,000 for. Woodhouse Nissan is much more professional and they will get my business.

I often put shopping for new cars in the same category as visiting the dentist! I usually anticipate pushy salespersons, hectic back and forth negotiations and lots of surprise add on costs at the end. I didn't experience any of this with Edwards Nissan. We actually discussed the price before I went in to the office and I drove the vehicle away a few hours later for that price. No surprises, no hassles and no pressure to buy. It was a great experience and I appreciate the respectful attitude. Thanks.

I was looking to lease up again through H & H Kia after being a loyal customer with them, (I bought and leased 4 cars with them through the years), they were not meeting my satisfaction or giving me any deals. I was actually sitting down negotiating with one of their sales man when Kyle McKinney called me and offered me a way better deal than H & H ever had. 10 minutes later I was in Edwards Kia's lot with the vehicle I wanted and lower payments than my previous vehicle that I leased from H & H. Kyle did an excellent job and more or less stole me from off of H & H's lot...Lol!!!

I wen to Edwards just to see if the deal I was getting at H&H Kia was the best,,,, was not going to buy as there were other makes I wanted to check out. I was welcomed as soon as I hit the lot by two of the most handsome, knowledgeable guys who quickly made us comfortable. They asked what we needed, told them and I was getting information as we went around the car as everything was being explained (so knowledgable) ... I told them my best deal and they countered with a better one and threw in more deals and when I looked like I still was not sure they went even further, of course running off to the big guys office to make sure they could officially make that deal...... I walked away with a 2016 Sorento in the color I wanted and finance put the final touches with the great package ..... I am so happy with this dealership that I will tell everyone who asks where to purchase their next vehicle... Those two cute salesman where really awesome too....

The air conditioner on my 2012 Chrysler 200 was not working. After an initial inspection it was stated that nothing wrong could be found and an air conditioner service would probably take care of the problem. This service was performed. The next day the air conditioner was still not working. It was discovered that an "unsafe" condition existed with the air conditioning system. Nikki informed me that it would cost $1,200 to fix the problem. I purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle which took care of the total cost. I'm supposed to pick up the car on the 29th of June as the car is still under repair. I am very satisfied with the service I've received thus far. I'm sure the car will be in good working order when I pick it up and if not, I will have no problem bringing it back for additional service.

We have purchased two Rio's, two Sportages and two Optima's from this dealer. Our son drove his Rio for 10 years and loved it! Our first Optima lasted 11 years before we decided to get a newer Optima. My first Sportage lasted for a little over 150,000 miles before I decided to purchase a new one. The new Sportage finally started to wear out at a little over 250,000 miles (I drove a lot). All the purchases went very well and Tony Loser got to help service all six of them! I have never had anything but excellent service and assistance from all of the great people there including Gerry Baker(Who is one of the courtesy Drivers and a really nice guy). Obviously I spent lot of time in their service department. My observations are that they treat everybody as their friend and normally go above and beyond to make sure they resolve any issues to your satisfaction. If you are looking to find a dealership that treats you the way you want to be treated, then your search can stop here.If you only like American made things, you should ask the people who work there about the factory down south.

The one and only reason I am writing this review is because of Bob Elet. He was the most amazing, caring, straight forward salesman I have ever dealt with. I couldn't get the deal I needed there but he went above and beyond to do everything he could to help me. I just can't think of enough good things to say about him. If you are looking for a new Kia I highly recommend you go see him. I also have to say a word for Julie Mornin. She was caring, understanding, and took a lot of extra time with my mother and I knowing we had a bad experience with my last lease (if you go here stay away from Darrell Budlong). I was not impressed with other aspects of the process. Especially the attitude I received after going somewhere else after trying to work with them for 5 hours and not getting the deal we needed. We left and I got a phone call saying they were finally able to offer me what I needed. At this point I was working with another dealership and wanted to wait to make a decision. I got a message from Freddy bashing the company I went to saying they offered a lot less warranty. I don't believe this kind of behavior will get you anywhere with customers.

One of the cars we bought from them had to have the transmission replaced after about 7 months. It was a 2012 Nissan with not even 50,000 miles. The manufacturer warranty thankfully covered it, but it is not extended on the new transmission, which is actually Nissan's fault. We also leased a brand new Kia. We were actually just inquiring about trading in an older model model Kia and seeing what the payment difference would be on a new lease, even explaining it was just an inquiry to see if it was feasible, and they quickly pushed it through like it was an emergency. We have had the new lease not even 2 months, and the ENTIRE thing has been a headache since day 1. Lying to us about allocated yearly mileage and changed it in the lease compared to what was verbally agreed, claiming it was verbally agreed and that I must have "forgotten" what was discussed, not including the price of plates when they told us it would be included, not having the spare key when we bought it and we had to go all the way back to get it, have to re-sign documents TWICE NOW because they didn't scan them in and now can't find them, among other things. It's at least a 30 minute drive from where we live. The new lease was for me, and now my husband is driving it because I would absolutely go over the yearly mileage if I drove it. I commute about an hour or so to and from work 6-7 days a week. We also were told one monthly price when we were initially looking, and they tried to raise it when we came back to sign paperwork claiming the finance guy looked at the figures wrong. We told them we could not do the higher rate, and they adjusted down to ALMOST what we were initially told. We have been mislead and misinformed the entire time. I will NEVER buy or lease another car from this dealership. I already work 2 jobs, have a wedding coming up, and numerous other expenses, and they are making it impossible to survive. They do not care about anything but making a buck and do not attempt to fix their mistakes. I am not a car salesman or financier. I did not expect to be lied to about the paperwork i was signing. I would return the car in a heartbeat if i knew they wouldn't try to pile on early termination fees for ending the lease.

It is to no surprise to me that the most recent review started off by talking about being lied to about something on his warranty. I purchased my vehicle in August 2013 and purchased the extended warranty under the understanding that the warranty would cover my vehicle for the life of my loan because of the type of loan I was offered. I did not have bad credit, I had no credit so I was offered an "opportunity loan". Being very naive and uneducated about how loans and warranties work, I took the fiance guy's word and believed what he was telling me to be the truth. To my recollection and the recollection of the person with me, he explained that the warranty would cover all major repairs and I would only be responsible to pay $100 for each repair. This part was true. The length of the warranty, however, was not. I am partly at fault for not reading every single paper he put in front of me but that does not erase the fact that I was told it was for the life of my loan. With this security and peace of mind that I would not have to pay for expensive repairs, I went about my life, until today. I called yesterday and set up an appointment to have my vehicle looked at because there were a couple different "service" lights that would come on and then turn off, in addition, it was having difficulty accelerating. I took it in to the Chevy repair shop, was given a loaner car while mine was being repaired. I received a phone call from the service department informing me that my warranty was up because it covered 24,000 miles or 2 years. I explained to him what my understanding was and called my finance company to inquire about the "warranty requirement" that the finance guy told me about. I was then informed that was not a "legal requirement" for a loan acceptance and I should talk to the dealership. I did just that. After I left work, I went back to the dealership to talk with the finance manager. After explaining the situation, he went and got the hard file of my purchase and sure enough the paper says "24,000 miles or 2 years". He did not apologize and told me to be careful how I word my reviews online because their lawyers look at them for slander. To me this seemed like a "scare tactic" to get me to not write about my experience with them. Honestly, had he been more empathetic and apologized for his previous employee lying to me, my experience would have ended differently. I will be removing their logo from my vehicle and will not purchase from them again.

Just bought a car yesterday the car is great the price was great but the staff left a lot to be desired. I was lied to about the oil changes on my warranty and this was only corrected once I was in the finance office paying for it. At this point I had already been there 5 hours so I just went with it anyway. The only excuse I was given for why I was lied to or given misinformation on the oil changes was my sales rep was not supposed to be selling new cars, they offered no compensation not really even an apology. I wanted to go home to get the checkbook and then come back and pay for it and have them get the car ready while I was gone but they wanted me to take the car home even though I had already agreed to purchase it and then come back and then they get it ready after I had done so. I wasn't trading in my old car so there was no reason to not have me take my car home since I wasn't going to add mileage on the car they were later going to sell. So after I got back with the checkbook and got everything paid for and handled (and was told my agreement wasn't what I had discussed with the dealer who wasn't supposed to be selling new cars). I had to sit around for another couple hours while they got the car ready which could've been done by the time I got back with the checkbook and paid for it so instead of going home after a very long day I had to sit in the lounge and watch bad reality TV. So after what should've been a Great experience of buying my first new car ever all I felt was exhaustion and disgust for the unprofessionalism of the staff. It's not like I stood by and let them tell me take the car home I insisted that I'll just take my old car home and come right back while you get the new one ready but they INSISTED I do not leave without the new car. I almost forgot when I first came in I had an appointment for a test drive scheduled for a specific model that they had in stock that I had scheduled probably 5 hours in advance. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they didn't know where the car was couldn't find it we wandered around the parking lot which was covered in snow ice and puddles and then finally settled on a different model to test drive that wasn't the manual transmission I was purchasing but was an automatic in a hatchback when I was purchasing a sedan. So I got a general idea for the car but did not get to test drive the car I had actually scheduled to drive. When I made the same arrangement with the Bellevue Nissan dealer they have the car that I had scheduled to test drive sitting in the bay warmed up cleaned off ready to go the exact model I had asked about even down to the color, had they been close on price I would've definitely gone with them based on service alone. I am sure I will be doing all my scheduled maintenance through the Bellevue dealership since they obviously know what's going on. Also during the test drive my salesman instead of telling me about the car was playing on his phone the whole time and telling me about an app or something he was trying to develop. Overall great product good price but will probably never buy through Edwards again.

Me & my Fiance were looking to buy a new 2015 Nissian Rouge. We were looking for an awd & instead got a front wheel drive. The sales guy Mike Hansen is who we were dealing with, from the start we told Mike we wanted an awd cause of the snow. So we looked at awd Rouges and found one but it didn't have the window sticker so hhelooked it up and not once did he say it was a fwd vehicle. He was bbeing transferred to the Kia side within the next couple of days. We decided to buy the vehicle he said he would have all the paperwork ready the next day. The next day we come back to buy the vehicle Mike got transferred & We had a different sales guy. Papper work was ready and we bought the vehicle. Now our first snow fall the vehicle had no traction which shouldn't cause it's supposed to be an awd. Well it's not an awd but a fwd, so went down to the dealership and confronted them and all they had to say was it's a done deal & the one we were supposed to get its a $4,000 difference. I asked Mike why would you show us fwd when we wanted an awd vehicle, he didn't have a response. We paid $36,000 cash after taxes and everything and it's not the one we were told. There sales guys & managers made us feel like we were cheap and liars. It was the worst experience we ever had and we now trtread going there for anything. We now deal with Nissan Of Omaha, which is a great place all the way around. I recommend you deal with them there customer service is awesome and sales guys are awesome & Vehicles are cheaper. We wish we would of bought our Rouge from them. We're in the process dealing with them on what we want and it's headache free.

I want to say thank you to Tony at Lake Manawa Kia - he and his crew took their time to examine my car during routine maintenance. No I really didn't want to hear that my engine area turned into hybernation camp for mice from the field- afterall my car is less than a year old! But I am glad they found it and fixed it. I don't recall a dealer that went above and behind to examine the vehicle other than oil change or what you have paid for. There was a slight glitch during repair process but Tony got me a vehicle and I didn't have to miss work. Please acknowledge all the hard work Tony and his crew do daily basis. It really pays to cross the bridge or river to take my car to Tony.

I am 44 yrs young. Keep in mind that I have purchased many vehicles in my time. My credit is pretty bad. I thought that I was gonna have a problem finding a car with my credit......but....I went on line to fill out the application at Edwards Nissan/Kia in Council Bluffs. I didn't even complete the application, I had computer issues. Alex contacted me. But not like a annoying sales person....you know the ones I'm talking about. Alex was different. After a few texts over the course of the day. He had us come in. He was so prepared, so organized. He knew exactly what I wanted. All we had to do was sign a few papers and we was outta there with a vehicle. No down payment. The whole experience took about 30 min. I have never experienced anything like it!!!! In a world that is so harsh it's really a pleasant surprise to have such an easy experience. I highly recommend this dealership and if you are looking for a vehicle I recommend that you contact Alex Noecker. He is a right man for the job.

I sent a request to Edwards indicating our interest in the 2014 Nissan Sentra; Derrick Russell emailed me within a few hours several models they had in stock. My wife and I arranged to meet with Derrick the following Monday. Derrick was the consummate professional: he was polite, inquisitive, and listened to our requests. We were able to test drive the exact model we wanted within ten minutes of selecting it. Our experience with the finanancing department was equally pleasant; very quick, smooth, and with no surprises. We don't know about their service/repair facilities yet, but we did purchase the extended service plan, and so plan to see them again very soon. To sum up, our car buying experience at Edwards was a great one, and we would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy any of their many brands of automobiles.

That happened both with the first car I bought here and it's replacement. While anyone can identify many flaws in the steps involved and the amount of time it takes to buy a car, that is just the beginning of a long term relationship. My daughter was driving her 2006 Chevy Trailblazer in Florida when is erupted into flames, a total loss. This put me into a position of needing a new car, enter Pat Collins, Internet Sales Manager. I contacted Pat and explained my situation and what my expectations were in getting a used car to replace the total loss of the Trailblazer. After buying the Kia Rio, I told Pat and Ron that I would come back for a Kia Sorento, if they would give me a deal. Enter the General Sales Manager, John Blankenship the General Sales Manager (Former US Army) John, Ron, and Pat worked a deal on a New 2014 Kia Sorento that fit my terms, and I bought a second car in less than 72 hours. I am absolutely livid about the customer service I have been receiving in the past few weeks. I purchased my 2011 vehicle in December. About 3 weeks ago, it starts sputtering and shaking pretty roughly, and the check engine light comes on. I was told to go to Edwards Hyundai Subaru when I need service, but the lady in their service told me I couldn't even drop it off until Wednesday (It was a Friday). So I called LM Nissan. The guy I spoke to at that point said that they didn't have any loaners or anything at that point, but he would talk to his manager and call me right back. This was at about 1:30 during my lunch break. I received ZERO follow-ups and finally called back when I got off work, only to be told that service is closed, and to just leave a message. After leaving a cordial message (it takes quite a bit to piss me off) I was called Saturday morning, and dropped off my car, even though I knew they didn't have a loaner available. For five days, I dealt without having a car, only to be called and told that they had no idea what was wrong, and to come pick it up. So I leave work, pick it up, and on the way back, it's still shaking and studdering. Enough to keep me alarmed. I call back in, and I'm told to just bring it back, and they'll look at it "sometime this week" even though I've gone four days without a car, and I have a job that I can't exactly avoid. I told him I would call him in a day or two, and we would figure it out then. On that following Thursday, I call to be told there is still no loaner, and I cannot be without a car, as I have a 20 minute commute to work, and no one to carpool with. Harry told me he would call me back as soon as there was a vehicle available. A week and a half later, I have received no call. The check engine light comes back on today, and I call in to see the status on a loaner, JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THE LAST TWO WERE GIVEN OUT THIS MORNING. I was WAITING on a call. So, as if I don't have work to deal with, I'm told to bring it in Monday and we'll see then if there is a loaner available. I'm sorry, but this is the absolute worst customer service I have received. DO NOT tell your client you will follow up with them, if you won't. I know that there are probably many people with car issues, who need a car as much as I do, which is why I was patient for 2+ weeks and waited for a temp car. I have been patient with this service agent, until today. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I would like to start by saying that I do love my vehicle however if I had to option to do it over again I would NOT buy from Lake Manawa Kia. I had a great experience until they knew they had me. After that the salesman, Darrell put chew in his mouth and continued to close the deal...disgusting! The finance department forgot to get my check and then made a big fuss about how they needed it right away...not my fault. Then when I brought my car in for my 1000 mile checkup I asked them to vacuum my car and they didn't. By the time I realized it, it would have been a bigger waste of my time to go back in inside, have them take my car back in and vacuum it than it was worth. Then I referred two people to get cars there. One of them went in and met with my salesman, Darrell and he was rude and refused to work with her. He even tried to tell her it was a good idea to create a sunroof than find a car that already had one. She ended up purchasing from H&H. The other friend I referred forgot the referral card when she came in the first time and presented it the second time she came in when she did all the paperwork and bought the car. Three weeks later the Sales Manager Chuck Norman has just told me that I am not getting the referral bonus because the process was not followed correctly and essentially called myself and my friend a liar. I would like to start by saying that I do love my vehicle however if I had to option to do it over again I would NOT buy from Lake Manawa Kia. I had a great experience until they knew they had me. After that the salesman, Darrell put chew in his mouth and continued to close the deal...disgusting! The finance department forgot to get my check and then made a big fuss about how they needed it right away...not my fault. Then when I brought my car in for my 1000 mile checkup I asked them to vacuum my car and they didn't. By the time I realized it, it would have been a bigger waste of my time to go back in inside, have them take my car back in and vacuum it than it was worth. Then I referred two people to get cars there. One of them went in and met with my salesman, Darrell and he was rude and refused to work with her. He even tried to tell her it was a good idea to create a sunroof than find a car that already had one. She ended up purchasing from H&H. The other friend I referred forgot the referral card when she came in the first time and presented it the second time she came in when she did all the paperwork and bought the car. Three weeks later the Sales Manager Chuck Norman has just told me that I am not getting the referral bonus because the process was not followed correctly and essentially called myself and my friend a liar. By far the worst dealership I have ever worked with. Horrible customer service experience. The sellers pressure way too much into buying extra contracts. Due to the fact that contacts can be canceled within a month I signed the forms and reviewed them at home. Cancelation process takes nearly a month and around 7 angry phone calls. They do absolutely nothing to help the process and will not follow up on anything you ask. I was surprised at how they have such good ratings when my experience was so rotten. I will never go back to work with the dealer again and wish I could go back in time just to work with a different dealer. I love the car I bought from them. To bad the dealership has to be so horrible.

I received a call from Teddy immediately the morning after I had filled out some information on the web site. After speaking with him for only a few minutes and getting some more information about the kind of car I was interested in, I couldn't wait to meet him. At first I was interested in a Nissan X-terra. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership he had a completely different car for me to look at which wound up being the car that I purchased. Lake Manawa Kia's sales staff is very helpful, they listen to what you are interested in and don't try to push you into a car you aren't interested in. They have great financing and even if your credit is not great, they will get you a decent interest rate. Their new cars are covered with awesome warranty coverage! With most new car purchases you are offered 36 free oil changes so it is worth driving over the bridge! The service staff is quick, courteous, and thorough!

We had to wait a little to complete all the paperwork, but they were busy that day. The Finance area got us a better rate than our bank offered. The finance staff was also great, no high pressure to purchase anything extra, when I said no they moved on. As far as the facility it could us an up date, our 1st oil change (#1 of many free oil changes) a problem was found and repaired immediately under warranty.

I went in to look at a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan on a Thursday, Decided I liked it well enough to negotiate a price. It was listed at 15,900. We negotiated for 14,188.00. After going through all the paperwork and credit checking they told me it went through and my payment would be $360 a month. I then went to financing and filled out purchase agreements and other paperwork. They gave me the Car and told me to come in a few days later to finalize everything. I left with the car even put $65 gas into this Van in which I thought was mine and put Full coverage insurance on it. I sold my other car that wasn't worth much in the meantime. I then received a call on Tuesday telling me they were having problems with the loan going through and wanted to know if I had a cosigner. I told them I didn't and said I explained all of this to you when I came in Thursday so he said Ok i will get this done by tomorrow. I then received a call the same night from the sales guy that sold me the car and he asked the same thing so I told him the same thing i told the other guy. He said don't worry about it we'll get you taken care of. I then Called Clint Ingalls the guy in finance that had me sign all the papers on Thursday, to see what was going on he had no idea but told me they wouldn't let me leave with a vehicle if they didn't think I could not get approved. I said okay I will be in, in the morning to get this all taken care of. When I showed up they then tried renegotiating the payment I said I already arranged a payment in which I was told was set. I than gave them my husbands info to be on the loan as well as talked to the bank in which they agreed to do the financing now supposedly with a better interest rate but without tax and title in the loan like it was before. Now I get a better interest rate and payment of $356 no warranty I said no they they wanted to give me a check for $600 towards tax and title and raise my payment to $372 but stressed that $600 wasn't in loan now the interest rate went up...? I said No after talking to my husband. Then they wanted to give me $1000 for taxes and looked at the purchase agreement and saw there was an extra $100 on their they had NO CLUE where it came from so they added that and told me they'd give me $1100 for taxes and title and my payment would be $356 no warranty. Back and Forth Back and Forth. This is not the way to handle business so I gave the car back. Bye Bye $65 in gas and having no vehicle what so ever. Sad thing is They had me talk to the bank on the phone and afterward Clint came back in and told me the bank would approve it, with no tax and title. I went out and took my things out of the Van and gave them the key. They said okay sorry and walked inside. I then went to another dealership and was approved for a loan on the stop and drove off with the a newer model of the same vehicle with half the miles with a fantastic Warranty. Our lawyer has been in contact regarding this matter as this is the worst business anyone including the laywer has ever heard of doing. YO YO sales!!! Do not BUY From this dealer. I have never received such beautiful treatment from any car dealer in my life. I bought a 2005 Honda CRV. I had this CRV only one month and took it back to them because it stalled one morning, they (service department) found that it was burning oil internally. They replaced the entire engine, they did NOT like how the replaced engine ran. They replaced the replaced engine again. This time perfect. All for a used vehicle already off their lot for a month. Plus let us use a cool Juke for the time ours was in the shop. Amy Vermule and Curt from the service department were just the best. How much did this cost me???? Not one cent. Bot from Lake Manawa specifically for the extended warranty. Turns out, the warranty requires significant extra maintenance, above what the Nissan manual recommends, be performed by Lake Manawa. Also, was told vehicle would be meticulously detailed. It wasn't. When picked up, it was dirty, spots on floor mat weren't cleaned - these had been pointed out to sales person when we bot the vehicle, wheels still had blue dots on them, chip in paint on door - just to list a few issues... It took 2 trips back to remedy.

I purchased a used 2005 GMC Canyon from Lake Manawa Nissan on July 28th, 2012. I have had multiple after the sale issues with them. These experiences have soured my experience with the staff and I will not purchase a car from them again, or recommend them to anyone that I know. The actual experience of talking to the Salesperson, taking test drives, and haggling over price was not that bad. It was not high pressure at all, and the sales Salesperson seemed like a down to earth, reasonable person. My first issue with the dealership was their slimy Finance Manager. I have good credit, so they had no problem approving me with a decent rate, but the Finance Manager tried to up sell additional add-ons for everything under the sun. I politely told him multiple times that I did not want any of them. So, on his last attempt to up sell me, he told me that he could get the interest rate down another % if I just bought the additional warranty. He crunched the numbers and came back and told me that the monthly payments would be the same for the same amount of time if I bought the additional warranty with the lower interest rate. I skeptically agreed, and we proceeded to start to sign papers. When we got to the document that laid out the payment amounts and number of payments, the number of payments showed 6 more!!! (From 60 mo loan to 66 mo loan.) I told him right then and there to take all add-ons off the deal or I am walking out right now. This resolved the issue, but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. My next issue with the deal was that I was disclosed during the sales pitch that the vehicle had a trailer hitch on it. During the sales pitch, they printed off a sheet that listed all of the trucks options and the original prices for all of those options, and a receive hitch was one of the options. The truck has nearly every option you can buy on it, so I never really thought to look for it when I was looking the car over. The salesman never did this either. After driving the truck home, I realized it did not have a hitch. While I admit that this is also my fault for not looking closer, it still is not right. I called them back and talked to them about this, and the answer I got back was were sorry. Well, sorry is not going to buy me a hitch, so that does nothing for me. The third and probably most frustrating issue was with getting the license plates for the truck. In Iowa, the dealer rolls this tax and tag into the financing, and sends this info to the County Treasurers office, which in turn sends the plates directly to you. Usually this process is pretty painless and happens within a few weeks. I purchased the truck on 7/28 and went home with in transit tags that expired on 8/20. Over three weeks go by, and I dont have the plates yet, but I do get a call from the salesman on 8/15. He advises they recorded the mileage wrong and need the mileage that was currently showing on the truck. I gave him this, and he advised the plates would be on their way shortly. I did not receive the plates, or any other communication or calls from the dealer or treasures office. I called Lake Manawa Nissan back on the 16th of August and advised I do not have the plates. They tell me they sent on 8/15. So I figured they would take a couple days to send, so I would check on 8/20. I called the Treasures Office on 8/20 and they advised that they have not processed the plates yet. So I call Lake Manawa Nissan back, and tell them to fix it. They call the Treasurers office and magically the paperwork is there, so Lake Manawa Nissan advises I should go get the plates. I go down the Treasurers office today (August 21st) and they advise that one that the Damage Disclosure form was not signed by the dealer. They cannot issue plates without this. So now, I have to one day the document to Council Bluffs, have them sign it, then have them one day it back. So best case scenario is that I will have my plates on the 24th, a full 4 days of driving around on expired in transits. Through all of this, they Dealer has not offered to reimburse the loss of my time, or gas money for all of this driving around. I understand that clerical errors happen, but there was no effort on the dealerships part to call me and give me a heads up that there was a delay, or seemingly no apathy for the terrible experience.

my brother was looking to trade his truck for something much newer so i told him to go over to lake manawa kia where michelle trudell works and talk to her and only her and see just what she could do for him. my brothers a tough cookie and i knew michelle was the sales person(woman) for him. when my brother(richard peterson) was out looking at the used newer trucks that they had, a couple of the salemen came out to try to help him but werent real knowlegable about their trucks when my brother asked a few questions. as it got closer to 6pm, the salesmans attention span grew shorter and my brother got discouraged and only wanted to wait til michelle's next work day and deal with her. so needless to say once again michelle sealed the deal. and my brother went home a very happy camper with the truck he picked out. he tells me alomst every other day how much he LOVES his purchase!!! hes not easy to please. dustin in finance office was really great also. he explains everything so that the regular person can understand the paperwork your signing and not just the legal mumbo jumbo thats on it.

Due to the amount of business that was being conducted that day, we had to wait a little longer than usual to complete all the paperwork and due to the professional and "fun" attitude of all the employees, it was worth it. Roger was incredible to work with. He took the time to see what our needs were in a vehicle and made sure the choice we made (2012 Altima Coupe in Crimson Black) was what we really wanted and walked us through every step he was making. I will also give a high give to the detailing person. There was a small spot on the gear shift knob and he would NOT let me drive that car home until he removed that spot. WOW!!!! I went into Lake Manawa based off a radio ad I had heard. I contacted the dealership to see what I could possibly get out of my other car as I didn't want to make a drive if it wasn't going to be worth the drive. I spoke with Michelle on the phone that was able to give me a blind estimate (I wasn't going to take it officially unless I knew they would look at the vehicle). Michelle gave me an estimate that made me see that I should at least drive out and see what they had. When I got there, Michelle let took me around to see what vehicles were left to choose from. While walking around I saw the Kia Forte and decided to take it out on a test drive. Michelle did a great job selling this vehicle to me. It wasn't all that easy of a job as I loved my Kia Sportage and honestly didn't even think I would ever sell it....Little did i know....I would be driving off the lot in my very first Brand new car. I've now had my Forte for just about 2 months and i didn't like i would enjoy it as much as I do but the gas mileage I receive was worth it all. I love the color and how it rides. Michelle also was really good as i had some questions that came around After I bought the vehicle and she was patient with me with the questions I had. I had a great experience with Lake Manawa and have already referred a friend there to purchase her brand new car too. Great experience. For not knowing people I felt very welcomed by Michelle as I have always bought from the same dealership in the past.

Well the first Kia (Sorento) we bought was absolutely MONEY!!!! Now that we have bought a second one (Optima), we know that it's a legit company. Michelle should be known as Lake Manawa's MVP every month! Talk about the epitome of a salesperson... She has pizazz and endless work ethic. It took about 3 weeks before we made a deal (Cause I'm a tough one to bargain) and she never gave up on us. She would call even after hours on her drive home just to update me on our current car situation. Each time I was in the dealership, most of the other salesmen were sitting around talking or smoking all while Michelle is juggling between 3 customers trying to make deals. It just goes to show who knows how to sell cars, genuinely cares about her customers, and wants to make something happen with each sale. I LEFT WITH THE VEHICLE AND CALLED MICHELLE FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHEN I ASKED AGAIN WHAT THE DOLLAR AMOUNT WAS THAT WAS BEING SENT TO THE BANK WAS I WAS TOLD LET ME LOOK AT THE REBATES AND I WILL CALL YOU BACK THAT WAS AT 1PM I CALLED BACK AT 730PM AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK I EVEN CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO TALK TO THE FINACE DEPARTMENT AND COULD NOT GET A CALL BACK FROM THEM EITHER. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED I DO NOT THINK ITS UNREASONABLE TO ASK HOW MUCH I AM GOING TO BE PAYING FOR A VEHICLE OR TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH I AM BEING GIVEN FOR MY TRADE IN. Teddy was very fun to shop with, he knew exactly what i wanted. I am 16, this is my first car and i am very happy with it. My brother knows Tim, Chuck, and Heath from highschool and led our hunt for a car to Lake Manawa. Everyone was so knowledgable and easy to talk to, and made the whole experience less stressful and more fun to do. My mom says we will only go back to Lake Manawa. The guy at the bank part of it was AWESOME! and my mom says this was the best carbuying experience she's ever had. The other places she has been wre awful and it wasn't like that here.

I typically do not purchase the extended warranty, and was declining the warranty at the time of delivery. The F&I gentleman told me that the extended warranty would cover ANY out of pocket cost for up to 60,000 miles, and that just the powertrain servicing alone would make me come out ahead. I asked him twice, so I will not have to pay anything for service for the first 60,000 miles and he said YES. My wife takes the car in for an oil change within the first year and they don't disclose any additional work and say we owe them $300. Turns out the warranty does not cover any service issues, yet they do not tell her that up front. On top of that the service department has watched my wife struggle opening the door with a stroller and nobody seems to care, nor a here let me help you there. I personally took the car in today and not even so much as a THANK YOU, we appreciate your business. I will definetly take my business to a dealership that cares.

Marc was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He personally followed up on details, I had a trade in and he personally took the vehicle over to have it valued while I was at the dealer ship. I was looking at two vehicles thinking one would be higher in payments than desired. With the trade I received, I asked him to go ahead and price the higher vehicle. I was supprised at the discount provided and the deal worked for me. Marc checked back frequently to make sure I had no problems with the vehicle, options operations, etc. He introduced me to the service personnel before I left if I had other questions.He was a pleasure to work with and I have already told others they should go to Miniwa KIA when they inquired about my new vehicle.I purchased a new vehicle in 2008 from Maniwa Kia also, this is why I came back to this dealership!

I haven't even finished my deal yet, however, I found it extremely important for everyone to know how fabulous Michelle was to work with. I don't care if my deal doesn't work out, I still appreciated the honesty, forthright nature, and effort put into trying to get me in what I need. I had a rollercoaster of a ride, but in the end I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I wanted to lower my monthly payment and have purchased my last 3 cars from Lake Manawa in Iowa. I had been speaking to Marc for a couple of months to find a way to make the payment adjustment happen for me. He was extremely helpful and worked my personal needs so I could accomplish my goal. Marc recommended the lease option to assist in lowering my payment and put me in a new car to boot! I had never leased before so I was a bit concerned on how it all would work and the pros/cons to leasing/purchasing. Marc and his manager took the time to explain the process and how it would benifit me to make the change to lease and have the option to get a new vehicle every 3 years if that was what I prefered.I trade in my cars about every 2-3 years because I want something dependable at all times. The lease option was right up my alley!!! I appreciated all Kia did for me to make this transition smooth, hassel free and convienent. They are a good team and I continue to do business with them due to this factor.I sincerely believe they want to put you in a car that is right for you and affordable to your income needs.Thank you Kia for once again putting me in a car I JUST LOVE!!!! People did not give me attention and I was just another person in the crowd waiting to have a sale pushed to me. We purchased our first Kia Sorento 2011 from Lake Manawa last spring. We were so happy with it until it started having problems that couldnt be fixed. We worked with the dealership and especially (the best salesperson in the world) and got everythng worked out. We drove away with another car just like the one we had and love love the car. Michelle Trudell is by far the most concerned sales person I have ever encountered. I spoke with Michelle T. at LMK about a car lease (Sorento). I told her that I was also doing some business with H and H Kia from Omaha. The first thing she said to me was, "I can beat anything they throw at you!!" At first I was apprehensive because typically that's what all salesmen say when trying to "butter" their customers. As a business owner, I appreciate a business that runs as efficiently and courteously as Lake Manawa Kia. All my questions were answered without any sales pressure, and the entire buying experience was a delight. I had done my homework before I contacted Lake Manawa Kia. I had checked with dealers in Omaha, Lincoln, Kansas City and a few other cities to price the car I was looking for. I had gotten an unbelievable low quote from the H & H Omaha Kia dealer, but wanted to see what Lake Manawa had to offer. My wife had all but sealed the deal with H & H, and we were ready to leave Lake Manawa Kia to buy a car from H & H. When we recapped what was our best offer, we realized that Michelle and her crew had our very best interests at heart, and were sincere in their approach. Not only did they beat the Omaha price (and we live in Omaha and prefer to do business there), they had a far better choice of color and options. Alan was a real gentleman who understood my wife's concerns as he sat in the back seat during the test drive, and showed her the car's features. Ian Duffey was a pleasure to talk to. He reminded me of having a conversation with an old friend instead of the finance director. Last but certainly not least was the very polite Mr. Ronald Phillips, Jr., who was extremely efficient with the final details of the financing that we had intended on handling with our bank. The interest rate he got for us from the SAC credit union was far below the rate my own bank of thirty-five years had quoted me during my discovery phase before buying this car. I learned a long time ago that my very best new customers come from the referrals of my satisfied old ones. I'm a new customer of Lake Manawa Kia, but have told everyone I come into contact with about the delightful people I met while buying a new car.Well done from every aspect!

My boyfriend needed a bigger vehicle so I came with him to help him look. I will also be buying a car in the next month so I needed to look anyway. We finally went to Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia where Heath started showing him around. He didn't push my boyfriend into buying right now or spending more money. He also talked to me about what I was going to be looking for while my boyfriend was checking out the vehicles. He stayed late after he made his choice on the van and also greeted us when we came today to finish the paperwork even though we just needed to talk to finance. When I come back I definitely want to have Heath help me find my car. He already showed me some that I am very interested in, and after looking around with him I like the Nissans a lot. By far my favorite place that we stopped at all day when we were looking for the new car.

We went in to look at a 2010 minivan. They had one that we test drove. Robert asked if we would like to keep it overnight and we were thankful for that opportunity. When we went back the next day we had a pricepoint in mind that another dealership said they could match. After tradein Lake Manawa was still $2000 over the other dealer. We explained that we had to go see the other dealer, and immediately the offer came back that we could not refuse. They wanted our business and did what was necessary to make the sale. We must admit it was refreshing to not have to haggle with the other dealer and still feel like we got a great deal. Next time you are looking for a used car go to Lake Manawa Nissan, ask for Robert, and tell him Brett and Nicole sent you.

We tried to purchase one new and one slightly used but the better deal for us came out to be two new ones. We purchased two new Forte's. Which our whole experience was very good. David worked very hard to answer our car questions. We didn't come to an agreement on price on the first car we were intersted in, and there were no hard feelings, so we felt very comfortable in coming back and reviewing another car with David. David was very accommodating, offering to stay late or come in on his day off to meet my schedule. Since we purcahsed the car later in the evening, we set up another time to meet so David could take all the time he needed to get the car cleaned up, and walk through new owner information with me.A friend of mine was telling me that he had to use some special cleaners to get the tape markings off the windows from the window sticker - but David and Lake Manawa Nissan had the car cleaned up perfectly during my second visit - so I didn't have to clean anything myself.Somehow I lost my key identification tags and David was able to retrieve my key identification numbers for me.When I went to register the car, the DMV personnel commented that "these folks know what they're doing - you have everything in order here". We knew what we wanted and while all the available options, upgrades and after-market treatments were presented to us, we didn't eperience a "hard sell" at Lake Manawa Nissan. I had a lot of fun researching cars on the Internet, and then checking them out at the dealerships. The Nissan sales experience was light and direct enough to keep the whole experience fun.

My husband and I went to Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia in search for a particular vehicle that we had seen on their website. This was a 2009 Ford Fusion, and I must say I absolutely love my car! I have to give a BIG shout out to Teddy G for being an outstanding salesman, he was very personable and easy to talk to. Teddy is not your run of the mill car salesman in the sense that he is not pushy and talks to you like you are an equal and doesn't make you feel like you are being forced to do something you really aren't sure of, he knows his stuff. I stopped by to trade in an old high mileage vehicle for a newer one. I was looking for a 2004-2007 Nissan Sentra, but ended up leaving in an 09. The car had problems from the very beginning and I took it back before everything was finalized. I ended up going with a brand new Sentra, and even though it was MUCH more expensive that what I was looking for, I love it and am satisfied with my purchase. Antonio was very helpful and friendly and provided great service.

I went to Lake Manawa Nissan Kia because I had read on the Internet that many customers had great encounters with them. I did not have a safe vehicle so Randy picked me up in one of the models I was interested in. When I called to ask if they had the car I wanted, Randy answered the phone and he was so nice. I never bought a new car before so I was excited and nervous but Randy helped me through it and I am glad he did. Randy and Mark both went out of their way to make the whole process easy and they made me feel like a valued customer. Rob in finance was also wonderful. He really helped be with financing and went through my credit union which I already bank with, so it was convenient for me. When i came in, i had just come from a previous dealership that was terrible in thier business dealing. When i came to Lake Manawa Kia, i was approached by Richard who was determined to put me in a nice car for the price i could afford. I couldnt ask for more than that. I got a great deal on a brand new car. Everyone was very nice. Richard and other associates werent pushy at all. Very professional. It gave me the sense that this one dealership werent just about making the sell, but making sure that their people are well taken care of.For me having minimal credit history, having a budget price i was willing to pay, and to Richard for putting me in a brand new car for what i was willing to pay is only just a little example of how good this salesman and this dealership were good to me in our business. I am definitely making recommendations to this place. Richard is a great salesman and this dealership has some good people. Everyone should give this place a chance if youre trying to get a new car. They wont let you down!

I worked with Erine Hope and he was so wonderful and so patient with me I could not have asked for a better salesman! It took me a quite a while between test driving and going over payments before I actually made a decision, and Erine never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable during the process. He let me think for myself and make my own decision. He was always willing to talk to me with any questions that I had and he told me to call at any time! Let me say first I have no love for shopping to buy a car. It's normally uncomfortable and you meet some very pushy people. Not the case with Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia. Prior to going to the dealership I did some on line investigation for the car I was looking for. They had several choices so being I lived 40 miles away I sent them an e-mail and a reply from Teddy G. came quickly. We camt to the dealership the following Monday met Teddy and bought a car. He was the consumate professional in that he was personable, knew his business, showed us what we wanted and let us make a decision. I intend to come back when my warranty demands and spend some time with Teddy. He is a likeable guy. I also received a thank you card from the President of the dealership thanking me for my business. I also a had percieved problem with the car, which turned out to be no problem at all, but in talking with the young lady in the repair facility she showed me the correct procedure. I must say she will most easy to work with.All in all it was a positive experience with Teddy, the young lady in the repair shop, which I forgot her name, and everyone I came in contact with. Rhis is a first class outfit.........thanks...................!

i had the worst experience at H&H kia in omaha ne, and after coming across the bridge to lake manawa kia i left feeling so much better than when i arrived. Right as i stepped out of my car Randy was there to help. He did not try and persuade me to buy something out of my price range, in fact he led me right to the perfect match that was exactly what i was looking for. Him and his team also did everything they could to help me with the problem remaining at H&H by giving me options and suggestions on what i needed to do. They gave me a WAY BETTER deal that H&H did and even put me in a car that was 100% better. I am so happy that i went to lake manawa kia because i know that i got the best deal and i feel so much more taken care of by the staff than before. Randy was straight and to the point and did everything he could to help me out in my situation. Our salesperson (Ernie) was very infomitive on the sorento,and the options that came with them. Someone from Auto Mart in Council Bluffs recommended Teddy G since we have a good credit to get a better deal. When we first met Teddy, he took the time to find out what is in our price range and age for used van/truck/SUV. He did show us a van that meets our quota, however, we found a bigger size van that we both liked not too far from the van that Teddy showed us. It turns out to be more pricey, but lower mileage. He was able to get the price lowered to meet our budget. He really wanted to make sure we're happy with the van and cost. I really appreciate that he wanted us to be satisfied. He will work very hard to make sure the customer is happy, which it is very important to him. If I have any questions about the van we purchased, he will find the answer. It's nice to know we can continue to have a relationship with him after the purchase.

Teddy Graybill is a power trip! After I told him what kind of car I wanted and the payment range I needed to be in, he tried to sell me cars that were not even close to my needs and price range. He yelled at a different salesmen right in front of me for helping me when he was busy with other costumers. He also liked to leave me sitting in the office while he helped other people. On the day my deal was supposed to be final I only had three hours to get every thing done and he left me waiting around while he helped other people. When I was out of time and needed to leave, he walked up to me and made me several promises. 1. I will give you top dollar for your trade in, 2. I will cut you a check for the cost of your rental car for the weekend, 3. I will get you in this car in the payments you need. So I went back on Monday and he left me waiting again while he was helping someone else. When he finally had time he came in the office and told me he got me in the car.... But my payments are two hundred dollars more then where I wanted to be and he wasn't gonna give me anything for my trades. I was very disappointed that I had wasted three days dealing with this liar! He is all talk and no show. Watch out for this guy!

However, in our case we were very pleasantly surprised to find a friendly, personable and knowledgeable salesman in Rob Balkus. I stopped over at Lake Manawa Nissan Kia to just look at the new cars. I was looking at the Altima when Tirome came over and asked me how I was doing. I told him I was just looking. He was very nice and no pressure at all to buy a car. He showed me the Ocean Blue Altimia and I loved that color. I told him I would go home and think about it. I called my daughter and told her about the zero percent interest on Nissans she decided to go over and look and ended up buying a 2010 Nissan Altimia.I went back over to Lake Manawa Nissan Kia the following week and purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima (Ocean Blue). I had a very postive buying experence with this salesman. He was quite good at making an effort at keeping me interested in what there was to offer with his dealership and what the company had to offer, as far as deals. I don't like dealing with salesmen and usally take things quite personal and get a negative attitude. However this sales person was able to turn that attitude, around and make my buying a new car a postive experience. Most sales people are phony and full of themselver, Clint was real and seem to have my needs in mind with what he showed me in new trucks. He also was quite good at follow up after the sale. There was an addition of a bluetooth,as part of the truck deal. He went out of his way to make this happen. I would recommend the sales person 1st,and product a close 2nd. Originally I called Lake Manawa about buying a car and spoke to a nice man named Eric who suggested I fill out a simple form located on their website to get pre-approved for a loan. He called back about an hour after I filled out the application and we set up a time to come in and look around. Upon arrival, Eric was busy with another client and asked Teddy G to help us. I honestly thought since Teddy wasn't going to be the one to receive commission on our sale (since I had spoke to Eric earlier) he wouldn't care one way or another if we bought a car. Teddy G. proved me wrong (thankfully!) He did all the foot work and took care of us despite the fact that he may be losing his chance to sell cars to others. The entire staff was very friendly, unlike other dealerships we have gone to. Also, we didn't feel pressured to buy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying or just looking to buy a car.

I had a great experience buying my car. I started with a phone call before I droove all the way over to Council Bluffs from west Omaha. Teddy called me back and gave me a couple of options and offered to let me take the car home for a night. 1 night turned into 2, but it certainly helped me make my decision. 8-27-10OK. We got our Murano back from the service department. Kudos to them for rebounding from the initial experience we had when we bought the car (see below). My wife wanted me to mention 2 guys she thought really carried the ball on getting us the service we expect from a dealer (Teddy lastname? and Don Blevins). Teddy got her a loaner when it looked for awhile like they were again going to drop the ball and leave her hanging because she didn't arrive first thing in the a.m. with the Murano. Don did a fantastic job of following up to make sure expectations were met. Thanks guys! I hope the service provided when we bought the car was an anomaly because the service we got afterwards has been EXCELLENT and it's too bad the original review had to be written but it was deserved. We like Eric. He is personable, fair and most importantly, not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and about the Murano. Eric let us take the Murano for a day or so to see how we liked it and we loved it. Unfortunately, another buyer liked it as well and beat us to the punch on buying it. Eric knew that this potential buyer was coming to look at the car and gave us a heads up but we just could not get there in time. So knowing what we were looking for, another similar Murano was purchased at auction and brought to the lot specifically for us to check out. It was more car then we wanted but we bought it because Eric had gone the extra mile for us. So bottom line, we'd buy another car from Eric without hesitation and recommend you ask for Eric Kirksey if you're heading to Lake Manawa Nissan to buy a car.Now, about the service department. We weren't so thrilled with them because they would not respond to Eric's requests to detail the vehicle (they had it for a couple of days knowing we would likely buy it but nothing was done on it and we ended up having to take a dirty car home because we could not stay any longer). This is not a reflection on Eric because he pushed as hard as he could to get them to detail the car and they just ignored him. That said, we brought the car back today for detailing and to get a couple of things fixed that should have been fixed had the shop looked at it at all. We have a loaner car now while our Murano is being taken car of. We'll be reporting back on how well they do with that but we are pleased that they provided a loaner for us while our Murano is being worked on so that's a point for whichever department gets credit for that.Overall the car buying experience was good. Had the shop cared at all about detailing it, we'd rate it great.

Teddy was good to us and we enjoyed working with him, but the service department that inspected the vehicle is incompetent and Chuck the general manager was a jerk to me. He told us that the service department did an inspection of the 2001 Nissan Xterra we bought, and didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. so I took his word for it. But when I got the vehicle home I discovered that the 6 disc changer did not work, I called and they said they would compensate me for it, still waiting for the check. I am a mechanic, so of course I took it to the shop after a week of driving it to check it out. It had a harsh shift into second when accelerating. When I got it up on the hoist, I remove the wheels, the tires needed to be rotated, they didn't bother to do that. The front brakes will have to be replaced soon, they didn't bother to replace those, and the rear brake drums were rusted on yet, so I don't think they inspected the brakes, or even removed the tires to do so. All the fluids looked like they had never been changed, except the oil. I also noticed that the "O/D Off" light flashes when you first turn the key on. Turns out this means that there is a transmission trouble code, so I pulled the code. The Line pressure solenoid valve is bad in the transmission. That is a $400 dollar part, and you have to remove the pan and valve body to replaced it, which means lots of labor time. So apparently the mechanic that did the "used car inspection" didn't bother to test drive it or notice that the "o/d off" light was flashing. I don't think they inspected much of anything. I don't blame Teddy, I don't think he knew that the service department was so incompetent. I called the general manager, Chuck, and he told me that I should have looked the vehicle over better and It's my fault for buying it, and there is nothing he will do about it, and "we don't fix everything on the vehicle". So basically he's saying that I shouldn't have trusted their service department to have inspected and repaired the vehicle, that's my responsibility as the buyer. He got irate on the phone, it was like speaking with a child. And to top this whole mess off, they sold me a vehicle without a title, which is illegal. So I can't license it and drive it because the month grace period is over. They are still trying to figure out how to get the title from the previous owner. You will get screwed here.

Overall my experience was good. I traded off my old Nissan for a newer Nissan Titan truck. I called and talked to Teddy G about what I wanted and they were able to find me one at an auction within a few days. I thought the price was fair and so the deal was made. The things that went wrong were that the mileage was mistated by a few hundred miles - an oversite because the odometer was on one of the A or B screens and not the overall true mileage rating. I guess anyone could have done that. Also, while we were signing the papers, we were told they would fill the tank with gas - and half way home i noticed it was still at 25% - not sure what happened... And last - it took 34 days to get the title sent to the court house so that I could get it registered. I was technically driving illegal for a few days. So - three small things that made me frustrated - But i was still able to get the truck i wanted at a fair price and Teddy was good to us.

I can not say enough NICE things about this dealership or Ernie Hope! In 2004 I bought a new 2004 Kia Sorento from Ernie. I live in Des Moines Iowa however the Lake Manawa Dealership out sold and out preformed the dealership in Des Moines by a LONG shot!!! Ernie drove the Kia to Des Moines for me to sign the papers and take ownership....he went above and beyond what any other sales person in the Des Moines Area would even consider! Just last month I had Ernie call my brother how was looking for a used car for my niece with NO luck in the Des Moines are (meaning the sales people were not helpful in finding what he wanted in his price range)....once again Ernie out preformed any car sales person in Des Moines. He had found exactly what my brother was looking for in a matter of a day. And when they went to look at the car it was EXACTLY what Ernie had told them over the phone. One other thing....this is how HONEST this dealership is: My brother had over paid by $100.00 and the "dealership" called to inform them that they had overpaid and they would get a refund to them that day. I went in looking for a pre-owned car because mine died on me. Teddy talked with my mom and I and we figured out what I could afford and what kind of vehicle I wanted. He found me my Rondo. A few days later I found out that Kia approved me for a new 2010, but I couldn't afford payments on a new car. so I tried Centris credit union, but was denied. Then Teddy talked to a guy and went through SAC federal credit union and they approved us. Teddy went above and beyond any used car dealer I know of. When I got there I was approached by Clint Ingalls with a smile, a friendly greeting and a firm handshake instead of some cheesy commercial line or instantly trying to sell me like every other place. I am a person who probably asks too many questions but he stayed patient with me and answered every one I had. He gave me an understandable run down of the cars and how my credit works when buying a car. He then took a list of everything I thought I wanted in a car and found me an even better one for a GREAT price!! Ive never really been so satisfied with a buying experience. I drove away a happy woman. So im writing my very first review on ANYTHING ever because I think people should know that buying a car doesnt have to be a questionable, stressful experience as long as you go to right place and talk to the right people. I went to the Lake Manawa Nissan and Kia dealership as a first time buyer. I didn't know what to look for, what to ask, and what to say. I wasn't even sure of what type of Nissan I was interested in buying. I was just planning on going for a couple test drives. Teddy G. was the first person to come up and help me and was very welcoming and friendly. Doug Gnader is the man that helped us the entire way through. We were in need of a van for our new daycare business and our family. I went to this dealership and left with a "new" 2010 Kia Forte that was previously used as a service vehicle with 9300 miles on it. After getting home I noticed hail damage, scratches, and rust, and a busted hubcap on the vehicle. The next day I went back and talk to Michelle, my sales women, and showed her the obvious imperfections that we not disclosed in the deal. She told me that not all of these issues were going to fixed and she left me in the parking lot only to come back later to ask me to leave and someone would get ahold of me right away. after several hours of no contact I called her manager and he informed me he would fix all that was needed so I asked him if I could not take the car in that day but he said that he'd rather me wait until the next week to take the vehicle in, then he was quick to get off the phone. After those two conversations I began to feel uneasy about the entire thing so I took the car into another service manager at another car dealership. He informed me that it was clearly hail damage, he looked at my paperwork marked "new" and said "it's illegal to not disclose the hail damage if they're considering it a new vehicle." I went back to Lake Manawa Nissan Kia right away to just return the vehicle, at that point the GM, Jim, came into the room telling me 50% of his vehicles have hail damage and he can sell a car with hail damage on it and not tell buyer anything about it...he does it all the time. He kept interrupting me, he told me he would not be helping me at all and he continued to speak to me in a very defensive manner (yelling). I am currently seeking out my legal rights. I will never go to this company and I will be discouraging others from going here as well.

As a single woman with kids safety and reliability were my highest priority and Mark did a great job of finding me a car that suits my family perfectly. Antonio, my salesman was fantastic! He was respectful and professional even after I drove a handful of vehicles and couldn't make up my mind. My opinion of car salesmen sure got changed the day I stopped at Lake Maniwa Kia...Jim Werklund was my salesman, and after visiting with him a few minutes, I felt like I had known him forever..He was very personable, respectful, professional, most of all was his PATIENCE! He listened to my needs and concerns, and never once did I feel pressured by him.. Since this was first "NEW" car purchase I had alot of questions, and he was very good to go over all of them with me. He worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford.Jim has been excellent even after the sale, I had some add-ons and he made sure those were done to my satisfaction. Looking for service can be scary... but not at Lake Manawa Kia. When I brought my 07 Sedona in I was sceptical as to how I would be treated. They listeded to everything I said and were very thorough. When they found out what was wrong I was called and given a breakdown of what was necessary. She called me several times to make sure that I was comfortable with what was to be done. The communication was exceptional and I was put at ease throughout the whole process. Even when they suggested additional maintenance that was needed, when I refused she was very complicate and not pushy! Jessica was great to work with and I was able to trust her completely!!!

Rueben was very friendly and personable. Very easy to work with and was really working in good faith on my deal. He was extremely knowledgeable on options and packages I was interested in . He was extremely helpful in letting me know that just because it wasnt on the lot it wouldnt be a problem in them getting it for me. Very good and negotiating in good faith estimates and prices. We had a GREAT experience purchasing a 2010 Nissan Frontier from Lake Manawa Nissan.Our salesperson was Ken in the Nissan department. He was not pushy and listened to what we wanted. The truck that we wanted was not at the dealership yet, apparently the one we wanted was hard to find. Ken told us that the truck was going to be coming to the dealership at anytime. Chris Graybill was our salesman with whom we enjoyed working with. He seemed honest, straight forward and worked out a great deal for us on our 2009 Kia Spectra. We couldn't be happier with the car for its performance, reliability and fuel economy. Believe it or not, our Spectra gave us consistently over 40 MPG on our trip to Oregon last summer even though the car was weighted down with 3 adults and a trunk full of luggage. The drive was smooth, comfortable and roomy and in spite of the heavy load, the acceleration was excellent.I cant comment on this dealerships service as we have not had a reason to bring the car in for any repairs. We now have over 12,000 miles on the vehicle. I love knowing that the car has a 100,000 mile / 10 year warrantee. My only issue with the car would be that the front passenger air bag on light does not always go on when my wife sits on the seat.I would recommend a Kia and this dealership to anybody looking for a great car. Be sure to ask for Chris as Im sure he will take care of you. We intend to purchase our next Kia from him.

Todays visit was for a warning light about a low tire. I asked Tony if they have a record of the other time the warning light came on for a tire. He said no, but they would check it carefully and sure enough there was a nail in it. Verifies with me and fixed it right away. No hassles, no wait til next week or anything.As a result of the fabulous service I have received over the years through this dealer ship, I have been responsible for 10 new and 1 used vehicles being purchased from this dealer. ( my children and friends)All the sales were easy and quick, cars were exactly what was wanted. They have gone out of their way to insure we got the car we wanted 3 times now, when they didn't have one on their lot. I took one vehicle in for an oil change and they wouldn't let me have it back, instead put me in a loaner, because during the oil change they noticed a hairline crack in the transmission housing. They could have just looked the other way and waited for it to fail, but they didn't, they made sure I wouldn't have any problems, because they are dedicated to their customers. When I am ready to buy again it will be from Lake Manawa Kia. :)

So, after I did my taxes this year my main goal was to buy a new car. I had been looking at dealers online and tried to get a quote on my trade-in. Thankfully my inquiry ran across Teddy G. When we went to the financal deptment he told us what to expect and about how along it would take.The people at the finance department were friendly and helpful. I went in with no car credit and not great regular credit. The guy from Lake Manawa Nissan was very nice and told me we would definitely get a car that day. He explained to me the fact that I didn't have any car credit and that is why I would have some issues. While we were filling out paperwork in his office the guy in the next office was YELLING to someone on the phone about a sale they stole from him and was very very angry, this was a little inappropriate considering we were right there.They had us follow Russel to Automart 150. He showed us around to a few cars. He was not as professional as I would expect a car salesmen to be but it wasn't completely a bad thing, kinda refreshing to deal with someone like that. The whole process was a pretty unorganized but all in all it was a decent experience. The only thing that really bothered me was the price. It was my first time looking for a car for myself and I forgot to take a look at blue book just to see what the price was supposed to be like for the car. I looked it up later and blue book was suggesting the price be about $7000 less which is a huge amount, so I felt a little used there.

I went down to lake mannawa to get a car from my brother Reuben, but since Im only 20 years old and I have very limited credit they werent able to find me a car. So my brother took me down to auto mart 150 and introduced me to Russel. Russel then took it upon himself to get me the best car he possibly could. He did an exceptional job, and considering my tight situation made the business process fun and understandable for me. He did such a good job that im suggestimg my little brother to him for his first car.

Another nice thing was that the folks doing the paperwork got it done quickly. We believe that we found a good safe car for our son. I am very happy with my purchase from Lake Manawa Nissan. I was looking for a used mustang and while doing research I found one at Lake Manawa Nissan on their website. Promptly Nick Thomas contacted me and told me all of the information I wanted to know about the vehicle. When I came in to the dealership I was greeted promptly by their sales staff and Nick and I went on a test drive and I loved the car. After we finished up he brought me to the business office where i met Patrick one of the finance managers. I like how Lake Manawa had some different financing options available. After all of the documents were signed Nick and Heath the used car manager both thanked me for my purchase. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I mentioned that I was looking for a new car to Chuck Norman. Having purchased several cars from this dealership before, my plan was to go there first. Chuck Norman had a car delivered to my work for me to try for a few days. Loved it! I told Eric exactly what I wanted, ie. color, model, etc. They found it very quickly but would need to have it delivered to their store. I was out of town for one week, but was kept in the loop while I was away by Alan. When I returned I went to the store and was taken to see the car. The papers were ready for me to sign. It was a simple, easy process. There was no haggling, no wagering, just the offer. My husband and I signed the papers, met with Ron Dolan, who is so nice and explained the added features so well, and drove away with our new car. Chuck, Alan and Eric all walked me out to my car and made me feel like I was the luckiest person there.I wish the story would end there, but I does not. Within 48 hours of the purchase, I was in an accident. I know I could have gone somewhere else, but I called Chuck, who in turn, called Alan. They said to bring the car to them, they would put me in a loaner and get my car to the body shop. I would have my own new car back in a few days just like new. They came to my rescue and didn't have to!Why would I go anywhere else? They didn't just sell me a car, they sold me on service as well.

When Michelle we were looking for a vehicle for my daughter last year, we went to Kia. We found out Michelle was not there, so we went to Honda.Michelle is the best car dealer! I tell Michelle what I am looking for in a vehicle, and she tells me what is available. I look online at the vehicle she describes, and we work from there. I recently visited Lake manawa Nissan after I had frequented about three other dealerships trying to find a Nissan Altima.I would admit that prior to coming to lake manawa Nissan I was as confused and dint know what exactly I wanted and going to the other dealerships dint not help my situation as much.When i got to Lake Manawa I was waited on a sales representative whose name is Clint Ingalls.Clint was very professional,very friendly and courteous and was very helpful and informative about the questions that I had about the Altima.I got very great customer service from Clint and he definetly helped me in informing and knowing what exactly i was looking for.I would like to thank Lake Manawa Nissan and also Clint for his great help and i definetly look forward to getting my new Altima from Lake manawa nissan in a week or two.I also intend to spead the good word to my friends and family about you guys,thank you!

My husband and I came into the dealership to look for new altimas. Lake Manawa Nissan had a huge selection of altimas. Our salesperson Eric was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. He did a great job at showing us all the options on the nissan altima. When it came to purchase the altima he was very professional and never pressured us at all, as a matter of fact he made the purchase experience very easy. Lake Manawa Nissan gave a very good price for our trade. The finance dept manager Patrick explained all the paper work and was very helpful as well. We are very glad we made the purchase and much to our suprise a couple of days later Eric called us up and made sure everything was ok. I bought a "used" Nissan Rogue in March, 2009 from Teddy G, and I love it! It only had 1700 miles, but was considered a used car. He was great to work with, and fun to talk to. Then, I started having a paint problem, and Chuck Norman (and Nissan Corporation) helped me with that, even though the paint wasn't under warranty. He was fair and very helpful, and the problem has been resolved. They made a frustrating situation more tolerable, and I appreciate them very much! I am very impressed by the caring attitude and professionalism of the people involved, and I couldn't be happier with the results of the repair. I highly recommend Lake Manawa Nissan for purchasing or servicing a car. They have given me back my trust in people to help in a situation that was out of my control. This is my 3rd vehicle at Lake Manawa...the associates have always treated me fairly, friendly and with respect. I purchase a new car about every 2 years because my job requires me to travel a lot. I prefer a new car so I don't have to worry about maintenance, car issues or being broke down between job locations as the milage increases on my cars. Horrendous! Avoid at all costs. I went to purchase a Spectra. They need me to sign various "mutual agreements" even before talking about the price or what I need. They wanted me to sign a "I will sign to purchase the car today" statement even before talking about the price and availability of the car. When I refused, the salesman called the manager who tried to intimidate and virtually threaten me. When I started leaving the dealership, he still came after me yelling about how he would beat any price from the other dealer I talked. Never, ever go to this dealership even if you get the "best deal" (as they'd tell you over the phone). If you went, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you are 200% sure that's what you want. Read everything they give you (even business cards) very carefully. You wouldn't know until you are trapped, which will happen within minutes.
