This used car dealership is great. I showed up to the dealership with the car that I wanted to purchase and spoke to the salespeople. They helped me look over the vehicle and take a test drive. Once I returned and was ready to buy the vehicle. We went over the paperwork and I was out the door within an hour. This was a very smooth process. The salespeople were great and I appreciate the service that they provided me and I love my 2012 Honda Accord.

I recently purchased a 2008 Land Rover Range Rover for my girlfriend as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves it. The vehicle was remarkable inside and out, Elite really knows how to pick and choose the best vehicles for their inventory. The saleswoman, Sofya, helped out a tremendous amount with everything, especially getting the financing on a day when none of the banks were open. Purchased a 2011 Honda Insight from Elite Motors, and let me say, the Elite Team (Sofya and Kareem) are amazing. Got me a great deal, great financing options, and were super pleasant to work with. I'm always apprehensive going with smaller dealers, you always wonder how professional their operation is, but in this case, with Elite Motors, just WOW! I can easily and highly recommend doing business with them, and I'm not a guy that gives 5 stars a lot, I tend to be a bit nit picky, but this is, in fact, a 5 star operation all the way. I ran across Elite Motors, by way of AAA used cars site. Elite Motors Had a VW CC that I could not pass up!! I have been looking at this make and model car for 2 years & was just not ready to take the plunge into the "Car Payment World" again. Kareem McC, gave me the keys and We took a test drive, he extended Great Customer Service, Friendly disposition and 100% Professionalism and pointed out the features of the R-line. (He only flinched once when I opened the Car up on the Interstate). It was extremely hard letting go of my 99 Toyota after 15 years, Kareem was very Kind, understanding, and helped make the transition easier. I met the rest of the Team, They All made Buying a new Car, less stressful. Being a Single Female, I was leery of shady car salesman, everyone was nice, I felt comfortable and believe I got a Fair deal, even for my trade. After having our previous vehicle die due to mishandling from mechanics,we needed a car rather quickly and were very nervous about the whole process. We knew finding another 4wd vehicle would not be easy.When we went to Elite Motors in Virginia Beach, we were allowed to browse,and were handed the Carfax report on the vehicle we chose to view before we even test drove it. Joe REALLY helped as well,not only by talking it up,but by sitting in the back with room for his considerable 6'7 frame to stretch out comfortably during our test drive. There was absolutely no pressure felt from any of the salespeople at this dealership but tons of information about the vehicle in general,and the value. We went to several dealerships looking for our perfect new car and not one of them could stand up to Elite's prices and guarantees. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this dealership to friends.

We purchased a 2012 Ford Escape Limited from Elite Motors yesterday for my wife to drive. This Escape is the EXACT color she was looking for and also has low mileage with plenty of factory warranty remaining. The price was the best in town and we looked several places and also considered buying a new Escape from the local Ford dealer but we just do not like the new body style as much as the old one - plus we really did not want to spend so much money for a new car when we can get MORE features (the Limited is the top of the class with Ford's) so the car we bought is LOADED but our budget would not allow us to get a new one with everything this one has. Once all of the initial details were worked out we made an appointment to sign the paperwork. When we got there, everything was ready to go and we were in and out in less than an hour - plus Elite is a DMV authorized dealer so we even got permanent tags (no temp tags!). The team at Elite was awesome to deal with - everyone is so friendly and my wife was thrilled with how everything went. She came home last night and called her sisters and her friends and I heard her telling them that they should go to Elite anytime they are considering purchasing a new vehicle. I'm going to go back this summer and have them find me a 2011 or 2012 Ford Explorer - I've been thinking about trading in my 2008 car for a newer model. I just can't see paying double for a new car when you can get a 2 - 3 year old car for almost half of what you pay at a dealer. I'm tired of loosing so much equity the first few years with new cars and now that we know about Elite, I can't imagine going anywhere else. You should give them a try - I just can't image that you will be disappointed. Good Luck - we certainly had GREAT luck with this deal.

When my son began his search for his first car, he decided upon a used vehicle. Being a parent who didn't want their child to be taken advantage of, I did the preliminary investigative work in locating good used vehicles that met the criteria both he and I had been searching for. They included VERY low mileage and an great price. At Elite Motors, both these criteria were met and then some. It goes without saying that of course, we were concerned with the mechanical worthiness of a used vehicle, but at Elite, I do believe you would be hard pressed to find a vehicle of inferior quality. The cars are immaculate inside and out, looking as if they had just rolled off the assembly line! The engines are clean as a whistle and are mechanically sound as well. The customer service is extraordinary! Allen was the sales associate my son dealt with and who walked my son methodically through the purchase process. It was a very smooth and easy journey through this sales process as Allen really knows his stuff. Although I stayed in the background and let my son go through the purchase process "on his own", I always touched base with Allen to be sure we were all on the same page...and we always were! No surprises or hidden punches thrown in at the end, just a straightforward, honest, no pressure, comfortable sales experience. I will usually be quite defensive when dealing with ANY car dealership, but at Elite, I found I had nothing to worry about and both my son and I were treated with friendly professionalism and respect from the word "go". Would I ever go to Elite Motors for any future auto purchases? YOU BET I WOULD! I would not go anywhere else. What more could a person ask for? Great business ethics, outstanding customer service, a well experienced courteous sales staff, wonderful finance options, exceptional vehicles and a genuine concern for the customer even AFTER the sale has been completed and the car is off the lot. An excellent dealership with exceptional vehicles and excellent sales personnel. Thank you Elite Motors!

From start to finish nothing but professional. Was greeted right away and told to take a test drive in any of the cars. I chose a car and was instantly handed a car fax report (Elite Motors Web site had the Carfax report available before I went down to look at the car). I was given the keys for a test drive and my wife and I took it out for two hrs (no sales person came with us). Came back and asked if we could have our mechanic look at the car in a couple of days. Elite Motors said 'please do'. Elite Motors walked us around the car to show us everything that was wrong with the car before we took it to see our mechanic, came back with the report from our mechanic and Elite Motors took care of the couple of things that were wrong. With everything fixed we came to a price and told them we would need to think about it for a couple of more days. Never once were we pressured to buy (if anything almost the opposite). Called them and told them we would buy the car but it would take a week to get the money transferred. They said no problem. This was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership in 25 yrs of buying a car. Price was well below KBB and the professionalism that was shown to us was outstanding. We were treated so good we will buy the rest of our cars from them in the future.

Buyer BEWARE! Before you go to Elite motors do research, I made the mistake of going to elite thinking I got a good deal with a small friendly used dealer but they are just like the rest of the used dealers on Va. beach blvd taking advantage of people with no history auction cars. I orig. worked with Allen who was a nice guy but most of what he said just seemed like a lie, weeks after initial purchase he was fired/ quit never did get a clear answer. I also worked with savass and sofia throughout which was worse. They never had straight answers and would just refer me back to one another. The car I bought was a couple years old and I expected some wear & tear issues however the first night of driving I noticed/ found a long list of problems/ concerns so I immediately took car back the next day with the list and that I was unhappy and felt lied to also after noticing a mileage error due to a cluster swap for whatever reason. Savass made it seem like he would take care of most the issues or at least look the car over and told me not to worry and that if I still wasn't happy after he fixed things he would take the car back 'LIE'! A week later they took and kept the car for two full days and fixed only one issue which came back after a few weeks. I spent a lot of time over the next weeks in there daily waisting my time trying to work something out with them which they always lead me to believe they would but just gave me a run around. Finally after only a few short months I traded the car in at a reputable dealer and got something not bought from an auction thats been who knows were. In the end its my fault for dealing with a lot like that but i'd encourage doing research before dealing with them or any small time scam dealer like them.

I went to Elite Motors looking to buy a Honda Odyssey. Specifically, they had a 2008 model I was interested in. Their asking price was easily better than their competitors, and Brock, the salesman who helped me, was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I got a great vehicle for my expanding family at a great price. Thank you for a great car-buying experience, Elite Motors! Unfortunately, the after-sales support was not the same. I identified a repair that I had been told they'd "take care of." Based on that statement, my expectation was that I would not have to pay for the repair. Even though they arranged a great deal for me to have the repair work done, saving me over $100 (which I am grateful for!), I feel they should have honored their word and not charged me at all. Perhaps I misunderstood their intent behind the statement that they'd "take care of it," but it was disappointing nonetheless. On top of that, I had to make several phone calls to actually set up and confirm the repair appointment with them (and was asked a couple times if a member of the staff had contacted me - which they never had) and when the repair had been completed, I was charged more than I was quoted. These were the only issues I had with Elite Motors during my interactions with them. Every other aspect of my dealing with them was great. It's just disappointing they didn't do what they said they'd do. I'd still recommend Elite Motors, but be cautious of the after-sales support.

I just recently became a new owner of a 2004 Nissan maxima, metallic blue fully loaded, sunroof, heated f/b seats, automatic steering wheel, seat adjustments when car is started, and retractable side view mirrors. It came with all the bells and whistles. The price was 10 thousand and the car runs great. The maxima also came with a warranty. This is my first time buying a late model vehicle. The owner and sales staff was just great. The staff was very friendly and up front with me being able to afford my monthly payments. We came to an agreement and made a great deal. My wife and I had such a smooth car buying experience; we are going to purchase our second car in May. I recommend that you go on down and treat yourself to an elite motors car buying experience.

I just bought a 2009 Galant from Elite Motors. As soon as I arrived Savvas and his team of salespeople greeted my family and me with courtesy and respect. There was absolutely no pressure from them. I am in the Navy and have bought cars all over the U.S. and have never been to a place as professional and helpful as Elite Motors in VA Beach! Most places immediately forget about you after you buy the car and drive off but the customer service from Savvas' team after I bought the car was amazing! I highly recommend them to everyone. Great Place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Galant from Elite Motors about a month ago. I was very satisfied with the service I received from all the employees. I was looking for a nice dependable car for a few weeks. I was getting frustrated with the process up until I came across Elite Motors. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They even allowed me to have the car checked out by our family mechanic all the way out in Hampton; he found nothing wrong with it. I went back to the dealership and within an hour I was driving away in my new car. We will definitely go back soon and buy another car for my husband. Thank you Elite Motors.

Looked into this Used Car Dealership looking for a Dodge Charger R/T. Saw that they had an 06' Dodge Charger R/T listed at $20,995.00 (Stock #- 195405). All the pictures look very very nice. Upon getting to the lot, we noticed that there was a lot of body work that had been done. The rear bumper had stress marks in the paint near both sides of the rear brake lights, the suicide doors on the back seats were not installed properly. The seals of the doors were loose. Multiple minor scratches all over the car. Although all of the things were done I was turned off from buying the car... as long as they were willing to work on there price. Once I told Savvas that the car was not worth $21,000.00 he proceeded to get very aggravated and due to a jet that was flying over wanted to take me back inside to talk. I had already been pulled back and forth without even taking a test drive, he grab the clipboard out of my hand and refused to give me the copy of my drivers license back to me. As we were leaving Savvas final words to my wife and I were, "Get the F off of my lot!" I caution anyone that is visiting this lot to do your research and call them on anything that seems out of place, ensure you look at all the vehicles on the lot with a fine toothed comb.

I went to Elite Motors looking for a Nissan 350z used sports car. I ended up buying one after a test drive through Bobby. From start to finish it took only two hours for delivery. I got what I was looking for for thousands less than anywhere else. I am very satisfied and I would recommend Elite Motors in Virginia Beach to anyone. Even after delivery, I had an issue with the dash lights going out and Elite Motors repaired them at no charge even though I bought the car AS IS. Now that's what I am talking about, taking care of a customer AFTER THE PURCHASE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have two daughters of driving age and spent quite a while searching the net and local adds for the best prices as I needed two vehicles. I was getting frustrated as any of the newer models were just too pricey and I didn't to deal with the headaches of constantly messing with the repairs caused by age. I came across the Elite Motors web site and was pleasantly surprised by their prices and the fact that they posted the car-fax on the site. I watched the site for several weeks and decided to stop by and take a look. The prices for their cars were considerably less than their competitors so I had to see for myself if there was a catch. After a couple of hours looking over vehicles and test driving several of them we ended up purchasing a 2008 Honda Civic and a 2008 Toyota Corolla both with low miles. We have had them for nine months and have had no problems with them. I was impressed with the patience and family like atmosphere displayed by all of the employees who worked there. Was I happy with the overall experience? Yes...as a matter of fact, I went back last month because I had been looking for a couple of years for a green Mazda MX-5 Miata six speed manual and he had one on his website for thousands less than I had seen in my years of searching. The same courteous and professional staff was happy to negotiate a great price and had purchased my third car from Elite Motors in less than a year. The only problem I have had with the Mazda is my wife drives it all the time. As you can see, I am a happy customer of Elite Motors being a repeat customer and a buyer of three vehicles. I gladly recommend this dealership.

We just bought a Nissan Murano SUV from Elite and found it to be a very good experience. Both our daughters have purchased cars from them and they have been very happy with them. The employees at Elite were friendly and very helpful during the whole process. We have always found them to have the best prices that's why we keep going back. Buying a car is one task that I hate having to endure. When I visited Elite Motors, the car buying experience was very comfortable. Because it was a used car and I had to drive it to Georgia where my daughter is attending college; I wanted to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic before the purchase. Elite allowed me to do that and the car was given an "A-1" rating. I drove the car to my daughter in GA the following weekend and had no problems. The car drove like a brand new Honda; although it was a 2005 Honda. My daughter loved the car. Kenny and his associates were very kind and helpful to me during the entire purchasing process. I would recommend Elite Motors to anyone desiring to purchase a used vehicle.

Bought an 03 evo with ~74k miles on it, was told it was a brand new clutch, test driving went just fine. however a month later, i find out the 60k mile maint. was never done nor verified of being done, and thats because the oil pump seizes up. they recommend East Coast Truck and Auto, 'their' auto shop. spent SEVERAL months there and SEVERAL thousand dollars after an engine overhaul just for it to not be fixed properly. Still costing me money to FIX it, rather than spend money upgrading it. All i can say to everyone thinking of going there, DONT! they will not sell you a vehicle with a dealer warranty unless you pay extra. and majority of their vehicles come straight from Auction+Body Shops

I was in the market for a used vehicle with fairly low mileage. I was looking for either a Honda or a VW Passat. I had literally driven about 30 cars and was very pleased with the cars that I found at Elite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is shopping for a used vehicle especially if you don't want high pressure sales people.They were very friendly, I actually drove another car onto thier lot that I was thinking about buying, it was newer but I felt there was something not quite right with it. The owner of Elite actually reviewed the car fax with me( there were many discrepncies) ( even the odemeter readings ) . I returned the other car to the dealer accross the street and am happy to say that I trully believe I got the better car at Elite Motors .

Went there looking for a VW. From start to finish, JC and Savvas were top notch professional and up front. Even thought the car was used, it needed some breaks and they took care of it without changing the price. Very happy with the purchase and I highly recommend Savvas and JC to anyone who wants a great use car at a great price. Even after the purchase, they still responded back for any questions I had in a professionall manner.

There is a reason the prices at this place seem lower than average. After going there & seeing what I thought were good prices for a few Honda's that they had, I took a friend that is in the auto repair business to help me out with his knowledge. He pointed out to me that everyone (total of 7) of the vehicles that I was interested in had body work in some shape or form. I looked at a 2008 with only 15k miles & my friend pointed out that it had both bumpers, hood & fender replaced with cheap non Honda parts & that over 2/3's of the car had been recently painted. The sales person just kept pointing out that the Carfax was clean & basically played dumb about knowing anything about any body work to any of the cars. How can you be an experienced auto sales person & not know if a vehicle has had any body work or paint? Then the owner said it was maybe just a little cosmetic repair? Are you serious? Replace four body panels & paint two thirds of the car is just a little cosmetic? My auto mechanic friend went around looking at the other cars on the lot & said that almost EVERY car that he inspected had had body work/paint done to it. Please do yourself a favor & do your due diligence before buying from here & ask to take the vehicle to be inspected by a mechanic, before you you sign the "as-is" dotted line.

We purchased a 2004 VW Beetle Convertible from this dealership in May and we couldn't be happier; it was easy, painless, and fast. There were a couple of minor things wrong with the car but Emily and Savvas took care of it.We have already put over 7K miles on the Beetle with no problems at all. We were lookng online for a honda accord. found this beautiful loaded 07 honda accord for only 15,500, or so it said online, over at elite motors. Sherrod was our sales rep and when we asked about the price of the car somehow it jumped from 15,500 to 15,900 we kind of figured it was a different car. We test drove the honda brakes were EXTREMELY sensitve and i mean wayyyy too sensitive. After we got done test driving it 've noticed that the alignment of the hood was not right.There was a huge gash on the car wheels on the drivers side and the drivers side door was not aligned at all. We had a carfax and carfax "says" it hasn't gotten into a wreck i mean why would it it's an 07 honda accord 31,000 miles on it. So we went home and thought about it some more. My wife looked online at the vin numbers and the one that they are advertising online is the exact same car that we test drove and online they were asking 15,495 so already Sherrod tried to scam us an extra $500. We kelly blue book the car the car is going for 16 in good condition.So it didnt' seem right, a car like this low milage navagition and everythng in it going for 15,500? Vin numbers said that this car has cloth interior....the car we saw had leather. No biggie they probably installed it themselves. So next day we looked at the car AGAIn and finally they had washed the pollen off the car and i would say that was a bad idea because you could REALLy see all the scratches on the car PLUS on the drivers side you can see where they buffed the car so much that the shine coat is totally GONE! this car has gotten into some kind of wreck it is soooo obvious and for them to scam us into buying it for 15 they HAVE to be crazy. ALSO my wife discovered on the inside mold from water damage. Maybe from the flood i don't know but that explains why they took out the cloth interior and put leather seats. Also steering fluid was low and transmission fluid was low. that explains a lot too.....this car is not WORTH it. I just want to point all of this out just in case if someone tries to buy it please be careful and don't be stupid. 15,500 i would pay they 12. If they gave it to me for 10,000 maybe but after everything i saw on this car you neveer know what could happen. yes inside is BEAUTIFUL but think before buying this car.
