We looked at the vehicle on a Sunday and sent our interest in the vehicle via internet to Emerling Dodge Ram Chrysler in Springville, NY the same day. We received a response back from Tom Dinse the very same day. Monday was a holiday and Tuesday morning went to see the him. Tom was pleasant and efficient without being high pressured. Tuesday morning we told him we would take the vehicle, what we wanted done to it and by 4:30 p.m. that day the deal was done and the vehicle ready to take home. He went over all aspects of the vehicle and said if we needed any more training on it, please let him know.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and Emerling was the right choice! I worked with Karen and Dan in sales. I can't believe the way they went above and beyond for me to get into the Jeep that I wanted at a price I could afford. They even went to a dealership out of state to get me exactly what I wanted! Dan was very knowledgeable of the Jeep I bought and even gave me a thorough lesson of all the features of my new vehicle. They were patient and kind with no hasseling and really provided excellent customer service.I am so pleased with the service I recieved especially in comparison to other larger dealerships I've dealt with before. Definitely recommend Emerling's! I LOVE my new Jeep!

We found a Jeep Wrangler we were interested in on cars.com and called this dealer for availability. From the first phone call they were friendly and accommodating and were expecting our arrival later that afternoon to look at the Jeep. We worked with Dan and he was fantastic. He immediately pulled the car out so we could see it easily and ran through the various standard and optional features. Our test drive took us on a variety of terrain at various speeds so we could see how it performed. Afterwards, when we asked to discuss our options Dan gave us as much time as we wanted and in the meantime pulled up additional history and information about the car. We had a friendly, fair, no hassle and no pressure buying experience from start to finish. Mike in financing made paperwork a breeze. Everyone at Emerling was accommodating and helpful and we are extremely happy with our purchase and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Dan and this dealer to anyone looking for good service and products. It made the almost 2 hour drive there and back worth it.

I recently purchased a vehicle from your dealership. Tom Dinse was an excellent salesperson and answered any questions I had, found a vehicle that fit my needs and the finances of my family. Any questions I had, he proved very knowledgable, and even since then I am totally comfortable calling him with any questions I have and any concerns he will ensure they are addressed immediately. He truly lives up to his name as salesmaster. I also had a great experience with assistance with financing my car and filing all paperwork necessary from Mike Edington. He reviewed all of the necessary documents with me ensuring that I actually knew what I was signing and answered any questions I had and followed up on anything I needed. I would totally recommend Tom and Mike when looking for a vehicle at Emerlings, they were great to us.

Who knew buying a car could be so easy? Tom Dinse treated us like family. We told him what we were looking for and the payment range we could afford and he made it happen in no time. The entire sales team was friendly and inviting and the complimentary coffee wasn't bad either. Five Star service all around!

I worked with the internet sales manager who took tons of time to get me the truck I loved, looked at all finance options, and expedited things to make it happen over the weekend! He even stayed late on a Friday to answer all of my questions and look at all of the options. I purchased a high quality vehicle at a fair price and they took care of everything from the financing to loan payoffs, to all of the DMV processes. I just got to drive away with my new truck stress-free! And he took the time to give me a complete tutorial before I left! Great experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone... And my salesman Dan Williams!

We just drove our new Jeep home. Our experience at Emerling from beginning to end was fantastic. Tom Dinse was a great salesman who was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for and spent time trying to get us the best deal possible. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the dealership and we felt like they were actually interested in helping us out, not just getting us to write them a check. After a not so great experience at a competing dealership, who wanted us to commit to buying a car before they would even tell us their trade in value for our current vehicle, the drive out to Springville was totally worth it for the service we received. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.

Dan Williams, car salesman, stayed after hours to help me figure out if I could by a new Jeep Wrangler. Very easy going guy and not pushy at all. After deciding on a Jeep, Dan was able to install heated seats and a remote car starter in less than 2 days for me to have it ready for the weekend. I couldn't have been happier with the buying process at Emerling Jeep

I just had the best car buying experience EVER!!!Emerging Chrysler/Jeep is the place to go! It's not like the big fancy car dealers with huge showrooms , but a small clean and friendly place in Springville , NY. From the moment my husband and I walked in .. To the moment I picked up my Jeep I felt like part of the family. My sales person or ( speed racer of sales) was Sylvia Welshans. Sylvia made us feel right at home and the best part was her approach to sales. There was no pressure to buy, no problems working out a fair price. She even took the time on her day off to meet me and go over all of the things I needed to know about my Jeep. That to me is a big plus. The Finance Manager Chris Stuhler was exceptional. He was very personable and friendly. He made us feel at ease during the financial paperwork aspect of my purchase.I would recommend Emmerling,Springville to anyone looking for a low key, no pressure car buying experience. I can't say enough about everyone who works there.My husband has already decided that he'll go there when it's time to trade in his truck. I have already recommended Emerling to family members and friends. My only regret is that I didn't find Emerling sooner. I'll never go back to a big, fancy car dealer again. My wife and I were shopping for a replacement Jeep vehicle which had been purchased from a competing dealership. We visited Emerling Jeep in Springville while on a weekend drive and located a Jeep in which we were interested. We called the next day to set up an appointment. When we returned, we were met by Dan Williams. Dan made the purchasing experience worth the trip. He always had our best interests in mind at all times. He was courteous, knowledgeable and was extremely patient in answering the many questions we had. We navigated through the trade in and new vehicle negotiations process with ease. We were treated with respect and fairly and ended up purchasing a sharp looking new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk! Dan was instrumental in our purchasing our Jeep at Emerling! On pick up day, Dan made sure to take the time to go over all the subtleties of our new vehicle and would not let me leave until I was comfortable demonstrating that I could do it too!

I always demand a lot from my sales rep Dan Williams because I know what I am looking for and what prices and options need to be there, I have never went anywhere else after my first purchase with him. Time over time they have always gone above what I expected, he even delivered my new truck to me at work so I didn't have to worry.

When striking the deal I got a great trade in value and a no hassle deal where everyone was happy. The staff at Emerling dodge chrysler jeep ram really make the atmosphere. It is an inviting but not overwhelming experience. I was fortunate to find a low milage excellent shape Wrangler on Cars.com. Dan was in contact and following up with a response to my inquiry in no time. Matt, very knowledgable, honest, and to the point salesman. My family has dealt with these two salesman for a number of years and keep going back. I too will be back for more repeat business. Lunch on the company while paperwork is being processed and the vehicle detailed - very smart!

Tom and Mike were great to work with. I did my research on what I could afford, including taxes, financing etc., on what my trade was worth, and average sale price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, presented that information, and got the deal I wanted. No hassle. No haggle. I said "this is what I can do", they said "this is what we can do", and the two numbers were very close. They also worked very hard to get me the financing I needed to make my target monthly payment over the loan term I wanted. All in all, extremely good experience and I would give them the highest recommendation possible.

Purchasing a vehicle from Emerling Chrysler in Springville, NY was a very positive experience. The sales person was friendly and relaxed, knowledgeable, and open to our questions. The finance person was congenial and pleasant and explained details of the transaction clearly and fully. Car shopping is very generally a tense experience, but that was not true at this dealership. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience we have had.
