My wife and I chose this dealership because they had a good inventory of the particular vehicle we were interested in buying. We worked with sales associate Matthew Laramy who greeted us promptly when we arrived at the dealership. I explained exactly which vehicle I was interested in and he quickly made it available for a test drive. He answered all our questions and was helpful, professional and courteous.

Wasn't really planning on buying a truck while on our trip in Colorado. Our friends found Emich Chevrolet and Tyler were offered a great deal on a new Silverado. Best. Dealership. Ever. Best. Salesman. Ever.This was my first time buying a car on my own at a dealership. I was nervous and anxious going in. I was dreading the pushy car salesman and was very close to just purchasing a vehicle online. I'm so glad I chose Emich Chevrolet. Matt Laramy was the absolute best. I had walked into the dealership just before closing time. Matt did not make me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to show me the Chevy Colorado I was interested in and was very patient when I was hesitant to test drive such a large truck in the dark. After the test drive, What I really appreciated from Matt, was the simple question of, "So, What do you think?" He was polite and respectful. He made it seem that he would have sat there all night if I still had questions, or wanted to test drive it again. If it wasn't for his calm,reassuring personality, I don't think I would have purchased my Colorado that night. I think it was his calm demeanor is what made me that made me Needless to say, I did purchase the Colorado. I got a great deal and beautiful truck. And, even though it was coming up on 10:00 PM, they still took the time to wash and detail my new Colorado.Definitely ask for Matt when you go to Emich Chevrolet to buy your new vehicle! Jennifer J

We typically use auto brokers to buy our vehicles. We found a 2015 Jeep online at Emich in Lakewood late in the evening and decided to have a quick look. We negotiate on a price that was quoted to be fair and priced right. We thanked everyone for their time and asked if we could think about it overnight. We did some quick research online at home and quickly realized the price offered was exactly as promised, "fair and priced right". Thanks Emich, Matt and Lucky.

Bryan Foose was our salesperson and he was amazing! Super friendly and funny guy. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he made it happen expediently, and with a big smile on a day when we needed both of those things. We had a very tight schedule, and if it weren't for the finance taking so long, we would have been a little less rushed (but we still made it to a wedding 6 hours away with time to spare!) Emich Chevrolet did a good job of getting me exactly what I wanted efficiently, and that was the most important part of the car buying experience. We are from out of town but would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to buy a car!

I just dropped into today to look at a new Chevy Malibu with no intention of buying. Wow. Did I get blessed today! My experience today was amazing! My sales professional Ellison Holley was superb. The finance manager Joel Rangel was great. I walked out several hours with a brand new Malibu and cannot believe how amazing the experience was. Ellison was so very attentive to me and my needs. He worked really hard to make sure the terms were right and spent a lot of time making sure I understood all of the cool new features of my car. I first of all highly recommend Ellison and Emich. I will always be so appreciative of how they treated me. From making sure I had a cold bottle of water to taking me through the dealership. Outstanding experience. I took my minivan in a few weeks ago because it wasn't running well. 2 of the 3 issues I had were addressed, however the one issue I had that bothers was the estimate to repair a spark plug. I was told the spark plug was cross-threaded and was the reason for the sporadic chugging my engine was experiencing. I was quoted $278 in labor to install a new threadded insert for the spark plug (my vehicle ran fine for 4 months prior to their s.p. diagnosis.....). I declined their work on this particular problem, returned it to the mechanic who had changed them initially, and it was simply a bad spark plug. We bought a new plug for less than $7.50, and it solved the problem, and he found the threads were in actuality not crossed. I am very disapppinter, this is the second time I've used them, and the second time (they replaced parts of my bumper after an accident and all parts they replaced were installed crookedly) that I am not happy. I will never reccomend this for any reason, they are not honest nor have they done a good job for me.

This was by far the fastest, easiest, stress free purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. My sales person Tom Hardin was extremely competent, dedicated and honest. I live in New Mexico and saw a stunning convertible Corvette in Denver so I emailed the dealership that evening and the next day by 1pm, I was making the drive in my Mustang to make a trade and purchase my new vehicle. That should give anyone interested a good indication of how efficiently this dealership operates with their highly skilled labor force.

Can you imagine negotiating and committing to buying a car with these guys, plan your budget, schedule and taking a day off work to go and drive the car, only to find that the agreement that was made with the sales rep (and the manager clearly in the loop at all times) being COMPLETELY IGNORED. Yup, they sold the car that I wanted, that I had reserved - just like that. Never received any notification that there was a hint of competition or calling to say: hey, put a deposit on it because we have another bidder....NOPE.This is very disappointing and likely why a used car dealership and used car salespeople gets such poor reputation - can't trust a word that comes out of their mouths.............

Our car buying experience took less than three hours thanks to the efficiency of Colt Emich. Colt was responsive to my initial contact via email and was more proactive than other dealers with whom I had communicated. His follow-up email enquiries assured that Emich Chevrolet would be our first stop, and, indeed, our last stop. I had done my trade-in homework and knew what my car was worth and what the new car I had selected ought to cost me. We had been looking for a Silverado 2500HD for over a year but kept failing to find the right combination of price and features. We found our way to Emich and connected with Colt Emich. At 53 years of age, I've purchased a number of cars and have become pretty cynical about dealing with salesmen. Colt changed that. He was extremely prompt and informative in answering my questions before we drove to Denver to see the vehicle. When we arrived he helped us understand the pros an cons of purchasing a diesel and walked us through some of the details that newbies to diesels need to know. At no time during the process was there any pressure to purchase. Just polite, prompt, informative service. It was a relaxed, refreshing experience and I recommend Emich and Colt to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Well, initially it was a sad story because my 2007 Trailblazer needed $2600 in work, plus another $700 within months. So Don Mulhauser said if I'm thinking of buying a new car this is the time. I had been, sort of. I worked with Colt Emich and had a very satisfying experience in determining which car and whether to purchase or lease. I went in to service with a 2007 Trailblazer that needed a new transfer box with 4 wheel/2 wheel drive problems. After diagnostic it was determined that it would cost $2600 to fix. Also needed brakes for another $700. Service guy said "if you've been thinking of buying a new car, this is the time". I had given it a thought. I worked with Colt Emich who couldn't have been any nicer or knowledgeable about buying or leasing a new car. It was such a pleasant and satisfying experience. Old myths about car salesmen, and especially for women, should be banished. I felt great afterwards. Also have to mention Joel Rangel, the finance guy. Both men made this a great day. Thanks. I sure will recommend Emich and especially Colt to my friends.

The Emich team was very easy to work with and very low pressure. They essentially helped me find the vehicle I wanted, and I did not feel pressured to buy at all. I did have a small issue with my truck two days after I bought it - a short blew a fuse. My truck was stuck in my parking garage at work. However, my salesperson Corey and the Emich service team came to my office to get the truck, managed to get it out of the parking garage, and had everything fixed by the next day. Although the experience was really stressful for me, Corey did a great job of explaining what was going on. He also made sure that I had a replacement car so that I could get to and from work. When the work on my truck was finished, he personally delivered it to my house. Class operation with class employees. Extremely high recommendation from me.

Knew the vehicle I wanted and found it at Emich. I began my contact with them via the internet and was treated exceptionally well by Cristina, who went out of her way to send me photos, pricing info and schedule a time to work with me. Unfortunately, Cristina was out of the office on the day I went to purchase my car; but I had and equally awesome experience working with James and Claudette. By far, the friendliest environment I have ever worked with when purchasing a car. James went out of his way to assist me and answer all my questions and Claudette...well, what can I say- best finance manager EVER! I would go out of my way to recommend this dealership and their employees! While everyone I interacted with was awesome, my only regret is that I did not get to meet Cristina, she treated me very, very well from the get-go! Felt like doing business with family (you know, the good ones, not the family you deny is related to you!)

My sales person, Christina, was great to work with and she helped me secure a wonderful truck at an unbelievable price. And after the sale she great with communication and great at tracking down a few things that were to come with the truck... and we are talking 2 months after the sale that she was still very helpful and engaged. In the service department I dealt with Brittany and she was very helpful as well. I even had to communicate with some of the parts folks and I can say that they were easily the most engaged and helpful members of a dealer staff that I have ever worked with. All around a great experience from the sales people, sales manager, owner, right down to the parts and service department. I'd been researching vehicles for months, trying to find the best fit for our family's lifestyle, and landed on the Chevy Volt. Since I live in Colorado Springs and no dealerships had any available here, I went online and found several in Denver. Before driving all that way, I called Emich and spoke with John to see if the same car I found online was still there. He was so incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions about the car, reinforcing my idea that the Volt was the right choice, and scheduled an appointment for me and my wife to come see it that day since he knew I was coming for that specific Volt. John wanted to make sure no one bought it before we got there, which I appreciated. Once my wife and I arrived, John was busy with another customer, so Matt stepped in to assist. I work in customer service and my bar is high, yet Matt and John both exceeded my expectations. Matt helped us get the price right and displayed incredible patience while we decided the best leasing option. He also ensured that the accessories I ordered would remain there until I can make it up to Denver again. John checked in throughout the process to ensure all our questions and concerns about the car were answered. We spent most of our time with Matt, and he made the amount of time we were there (4-5 hours) an enjoyable experience. Claudette also had a hand in the fun, making sure she handled the financial side quickly and comprehensively. Several weeks later, I still feel incredibly supported by the staff at Emich. A few weeks ago I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new truck. I was very specific in my requirements and the only place in town that had what I wanted was Emich. I initially looked at it on a Saturday afternoon, and then called a few hours later to do a deposit over the phone to hold it. I ended up having a spray in liner installed, so that delayed the purchase a couple of days while that was being done. I made my way over Wednesday evening and drove off about 2 hours later. The sales people were friendly and accommodating and I adored the finance manager Claudette. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

The service was excellent as always. Carrie Clark takes great care of me. GM covered replacement of the power steering pump under a recall but I paid $1300 for additional work including replacement of rack and pinion and one strut that broke during removal. I think GM should have covered more of the expense since it was recall related. Nothing bad about Emich though. Those people are great!

Buying my stingray at Emich Chevrolet in 2014 was a great experience. Wade, who is now at a different Emich dealer, was very helpful describing the features, advantages and benefits of the stingray. Joel helped with status information once the car was ordered and when it arrived he even provided me pictures and video of the delivery. He then had me come down to explain the technical/audio features of the car. The stingray is over a year old and I have already put 13,000 miles on it. It runs like a dream and besides two minor recalls early on there has been absolutely nothing wrong with it. When I take it in for service I look for Britanny as she is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I absolutely would recommend this dealer to a friend or family member.

Emich was the first dealership to contact me when I put out a request on Chevrolet.com for a specific vehicle that interested me. Emich reached out on a Sunday evening no less, and cars aren't even sold on Sundays in Colorado. I was impressed with their desire for my business. I came in the next day and while they didn't have the specific hatchback model in stock that I wanted, I did the deal that night after testdriving the sedan. They found a hatchback the next day in a town an hour away and brought it back so I could drive it home that night. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I got a letter from GM saying there might be a problem with overheating of the headlight causing the daytime running lights to fail but not to do anything unless I thought I had a problem. When one of the daytime running lights went out for the second time I took the car in with the letter. They approved doing the factory replacement of the whole unit. I had it scheduled for a week later as they had to order the part and we were leaving town. On the trip the other daytime running light went out and I call my service agent to request that they order it to replace both at the same time. They did that on my return at no charge. I am very satisfied with their service. Service advisor Carrie Clark was especially helpful.

I bought a certified used vehicle in 2009 from Emich. It had roughly 23k miles. The finance manager convinced me to get the extended 7 year warranty and provided numereous items that it covered. I paid the extra couple thousand for the warranty. Now that it is the 7th year, they will not cover because one thing they forgot to mention is that you cannot go over 75k miles. So basically they offered me a useless product because who averages 7k miles a year?! They are just taking advantage of people for commision in their pockets.

Overall I was satisfied with the service. The only drawback was when leaving my vehicle in the morning before 8:00 am I was told it would be a 'couple' of hours. Over 6-7 hours later it was still now completed. I'd planned my day to be without a vehicle for 2 hours and was, in fact, without one for the better part of the day. Totally unacceptable.

At first, I thought the buying process at Emich Chevrolet in Lakewood, Colorado was satisfactory but I soon saw very differently. The primary reason I came to the dealership was due to seeing an advertisement from the auto trader app where the selling price of a 2015 Silverado 1500 LTZ was around $41,000 with nothing stating that this was incentive pricing. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the truck was almost $50,000. I found this very unprofessional and bad business practice, especially as an MBA graduate. If a company is going to advertise a price, they should uphold it! In a competitive market like dealerships, it is not necessarily the product that spurs sustainable business, rather how the customer feels about the dealership and the level of service that is offered to the customer. If the customer feels like they can trust the dealer, then they will most likely come back for future purchases. I should have known this would be the first strike of many for Emich because right off the bat I did not trust them just from simple advertising. Therefore, I proceeded to negotiate the price of the vehicle with the sale representative and sales manager because I did not feel that it was right to advertise one price and then quote another. I really did like the truck so I went through the negotiation process even though I could have gone down the street to buy a very similar product. I was told my Emich that some of the incentives were for Chevy customers who are buying another Chevy. From a business perspective, yes you want to keep your current customers but you want to break into new segments of the market (non-Chevy owners) in order to grow your business so strike two against Emich! The price negation process was long and drawn out but finally a price of a little over $42,000 was agreed upon. During the timeframe of price negotiation, I almost walked out several times and told them that it was taking too long. I was told We are super busy today and sticker is quicker. This is not something you tell customers! Then I sat in the dealership for another 5 hours waiting to sign paperwork. All in all, I arrive on the lot at 2:30pm Saturday, May 23, 2015 and did not leave the lot until 10:30pm. In addition, my sales representative was very inexperienced, always asking how to do certain things that should be common knowledge if he sells cars for a living. A specific example of this was when I bought running boards for my truck at the time of purchase because I was offered a discount. The sale representative did not even know how to make the sale or even how look up the product online. I received numerous phone calls and questions the next week about my order from the sales representative. He did not even attach my number to the order so that I could be informed my parts had arrived. On the day of my vehicle purchase, I was finally done signing purchasing paperwork at 10:00pm and started to walk out to my new truck. The sales representative, Philip, had lost one of my set of keys, which meant that I had to drive back to the dealership when they found them. This trip was 80 miles one way. At 10:30pm Philip offered to brief me on the features of my new vehicle but very reluctantly because it was so late. I did not requested to be briefed because I did not want to be rude and keep everyone there late but the fact that it was so late was not my fault in the first place. When I came back to the dealership to pick up my key and running boards, I talked to the general manager (Mike) in person and later the sales manager (Devin) on the phone about how I was unsatisfied with the level of service I received, especially for buying a brand new truck. They both assured me that they would make it right. I asked Mike if they could throw in the running boards as a good gesture but he did not. I believe that if I buy a brand new truck and experience the level of service that I did with Emich, running boards should be easy to throw in to retain a customer because the reputation of the company is worth way more than running boards. (At the start of the purchase negation process the sale representative stated that throwing running board into the deal would not be a problem. This goes to show the level of communication and honestly this company has internally and externally.)Mike told me that he would call me personally the next day but I received no phone call. I then called and talked to Devin and he said that he would call me back. He did call back and left a message. Then I returned the call by leaving a message for Devin. To this day, three weeks later, I have not heard a word from the dealership about my issue with the level of service they offered me. There was another issue. After taking the truck home for a day or two, I found tree sap all over my brand new truck. I proceeded to spend three hours getting the sap off the paint. You tell me that if you bought a brand new vehicle, you would want to spend your Saturday saving your paint job. I assure you the answer is heck no! Overall, I love my truck but I wish that I would have purchased it from another dealership, a dealership that actually cares about customer service, customer satisfaction and honestly! I will never send my friends to or go back personally to Emich Chevrolet again. I was so unsatisfied with my experience that I even peeled off the advertisement stickers that were placed on the back of the truck by Emich. I will not be a free advertising tool for a company that doesnt care about their customers. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to offer my feedback. Have a nice day!

I worked with John Mandich on buying a 2011 Chevy Cruze. He was incredibly friendly and I felt no pressure to buy the car. He only briefly suggested a few other, slightly more expensive vehicles to purchase, but when I told him the amount I could spend, he respectfully stopped. After purchasing the vehicle, he called a few times to see if I still liked it, which I do. The only hiccup was getting some tint taken off the windshield the previous owner had installed. They did it for free, but setting up the appointment was a bit of a hassle. This was equally my fault as it was Emich simply due to scheduling a time to bring in the car. That being said, this would not deter me from purchasing my next vehicle from Emich (specifically John Mandich as I had limited contact with other employees). Steve has been my service adviser for many years. My check engine light came on , I took my equinox to the local auto store to have them check the code.... they did so I called to make arrangements to have the issue fixed. Originally it was thought it would cost $ 150 to fix, since the vehicle was not under the 36 k mile warranty I thought i would have to scramble to pay for the repair... however due to the due diligence of the staff at Emich they advised that it was actually another part that needed to be replaced and that part fell under the power train warranty saving me the $ 150 for the repair..... It is with great experiences such as this , that have me coming back to have service done on my vehicle as well as when it comes time to get a new vehicle they have always treated me as number 1...!!! Following some research in regards to my fuel gauge acting erratically, I called Emich Chevrolet and spoke to Carrie Clark about the possibility of this being covered under some sort of warranty. After giving Carrie the information required, she not only informed me that it was a warranty item, but that it was 100% covered under this particular plan. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, was given a shuttle ride to and from my residence, and picked up my vehicle that evening. Nothing short of outstanding service, which is what I have come to expect from Emich Chevrolet after dealing with Carrie Clark over the phone prior to the service being completed. I would also like to add that Joseph, the young man who picked me up from my residency, was also a very polite and professional gentleman and represented Emich Chevrolet extrememly well. During our conversation while enroute to the dealership, Joseph shared his dreams and aspirations of owning his own business one day. This is the type of determination that should be nurtured and encouraged in all of those are the making of our future society. I am very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism I experienced at Emich Chevrolet.

This was something that I was not used too with a car dealership. Both times I walked away extremely pleased with their service dept. One of my biggest problems with other dealerships I have dealt with over the tears was the "after the purchase" service. I was greeted very pleasantly as soon as I walked on to the lot. The team at Emich was so pleasant to talk to and deal with I don't think I will ever go anywhere else from now on. I was introduced to a Mr. Tom Hardin after looking at a few used cars that were interesting. In Feb. of 2014 we purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ from our hometown dealer in Wisconsin for our daughter. Shortly after our purchase we began having electronic issues with the vehicle in that all power would be momentarily lost for a few short seconds. The dealer put the scope on the car and could not find any code readings. The issue subsided a bit so our daughter ventured out here to Denver to start her new life. Shortly after her arrival the vehicle began experiencing the same electronic issues and subsequently the vehicle died...no power what so ever. My wife and came out, inspected the vehicle and made liaison with Mr. Donald Mulhauser, Service Advisor of Emich Chevrolet. To make a long story short, Don suggested we leave the vehicle and with our permission had the vehicle driven and multiple tests done on the electronics including the battery, alternator and "brain". They discovered a broken wire to the brain and fixed it. They discovered that the negative battery cable was dropping resistance during operation and as a result was not supplying enough electrical power to the entire vehicle; they fixed that as well. They again tested all the electronics and everything is fine. Subsequent return of the vehicle and road testing by myself and my daughter have proven the Cruze to be in fine shape! Being a retired Marine, I am particular about the finer details of an automobile and those I deal with about them. Donald and the fine mechanical staff, along with those in customer service and the very clean and well organized facilities are outstanding! Without question, our daughter is now in fine shape with a reliable Chevy Cruze. She also knows that all future service will be performed by Emich Chevrolet...and hopefully Don and his crew. I am pleased and the wife is greatly relieved. We can, without question or hesitation, highly recommend Don and everyone at Emich Chevrolet to anyone needing a detail oriented group to service their vehicles.

Bought a new 2014 Silverado LT in June. I'm usually very nervous when it comes to this. I was extremely impressed with the salesmanship of Ryan Nordblock. Overall, this was a great truck buying experience. I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. My sales person, James Ludlum, did a great job at easing the whole process, including my very long wait. This dealership has great working relationships with other local dealers, and when they didn't have exactly what I wanted on their lot, they immediately ran an inventory search of other local dealers and began the process of a dealer trade. This resulted in my buying a truck that had to make a nearly 2 hour trip to get to Emich at a good time... for me, the truck delivery was happening during rush hour, during which, as you know, no one is able to rush. This prolonged delay made a very long day for all us, but James offered water and snacks, conversation, and question/answer time. Even at the end of our very, long time (about 8 hours) together, James still took the time to walk me through the features of my new truck and get my OnStar going for my safe journey home. Since that time, James has followed up to make sure I don't have any unanswered questions or concerns. The service and parts departments have also been awesome to date.

I have always been a Chevrolet Truck girl, and unfortunately the economy and high fuel prices finally forced me to surrender to a sedan. Don't get me wrong, I still have and love my K3500 for my heavy hauling needs. But my new 2014 Chevrolet Cruze 2.0 Turbo Diesel is nothing short of an absolute blast to drive! Although, buyers beware, you will be amazed at the amount of stares you receive at the gas station for putting diesel in it! The car was clean, as was the dealership, including the bathrooms. Everyone was friendly, but not 'too friendly' like so many other dealerships. We were shown exactly what our car was all about, and had financing explained, they also made sure to go over it more than once to make sure we understood. John Mandich was our sales rep at Emich Chevrolet in Lakewood, and he had a superb personality! We got fair trade value on our truck, and a great over all experience. And to top the entire purchase experience, both John Mandich and Ryan Nordbrock called us in the next couple days to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and to answer any questions we may have had.

Just another follow up on the 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 STK#T195463 listed here on Cars.com from Emich Chevrolet in Lakewood, Colorado. I finally received my monies back from Emich Chevrolet after I had 2 people tell me that they couldn't issue a check to me until my check cleared the bank. My check cleared the bank two days earlier and yet they continued to tell me it hadn't. Thursday mid afternoon I spoke with Wade Seymour and he told me that they wouldn't issue until my check cleared, I told him I had just hung up from my bank and they told me the check had cleared the day prior. Wade said he would call be back, call never came from him, the original sales rep called me the following day to tell me my check was ready and waiting at the receptionist's desk. I walked in and got a couple dirty looks and was not acknowledged by any sales & or management. Got my check and proceeded to leave, then I noticed the 2005 White Chevy Tahoe Z71 Stock #T195463 was now back on the lot for sale. The tag in the window states 120,000 mlesw. Now is that the real mileage? Look below in the earlier reviews I have posted about Emich Chevrolet and you will in fact see that this exact Tahoe I had purchased showed 2, yes 2 different mileages. Odometer said 120K and trip B showed 137,505.3 to be exact. I know this because I have a picture of trip B. I was and have been treated with such disrespect and felt that i was being taken as a consumer from the management that I took it upon myself to write to the Colorado Department of Revenue Auto Industry Division. I filled out the required form and I also added a page of the entire experience I had with Emich Chevrolet. It was conveniently mailed to them on Friday May 2nd 2014. Not once did anyone from Emich apologize or try to explain the circumstances around the 137,xxx miles on the Tahoe, instead they treated me like I had just inconvenienced them for catching the glaring mileage mistake that they supposedly forgot to delete the information under Trip B. I will once again post what I hear back from the Dealer Licensing Board. According to Mike the General Sales Manager mileage parts are changed almost daily and it is not uncommon. Keep that in mind when buying a Used car from any Emich dealership!

I posted a review earlier in regards to a used 2005 Chevy Tahoe I purchased from Emich Chevrolet, as I was scrolling through the instrument cluster I noticed that Tripometer A had 800 miles on it, then scrolled to Trip B and it said 137,518 miles! This vehicle was sold to me as 120,000 miles. Management claimed it was due to the fact that a new/used modulator was installed in the vehicle. One would think that management would have duly noted the correct mileage. So what is the real mileage? Is it 137,+++ or is it 120,+++?? the vehicle is now back for sale at Emich Chevrolet. It is a 2005 White Z71 Chevrolet Tahoe. Be on the lookout if you are planning on purchasing ANY used vehicle from Emich! It appears that Emich may have forgotten to clear Trip B? Once again not sure. According to the GM (Mike) he said it is not uncommon the practice of placing used modulators and then being added to cluster panels that possibly will and do not show you an accurate picture. In my case t was a 17,000 mile discrepancy! This review in know way reflects any ill harm on the sales consultant. (James Ludlum) What happened was beyond his control.

When I was looking to purchase a specific new vehicle (a Camaro), I went looking at all the Chevrolet dealers in Colorado on the internet. Emich Chevrolet had a lot of Camaros, but they had one that was specific to my wants. I made a call to Emich Chevrolet and was put in touch with James Ludlum, a sales associate at Emich Chevrolet. After some back & forth with James, I realized that the price Emich was asking for on the specific Camaro was reasonable and fair. I set up a time to come and test drive the vehicle. I arrived at Emich Chevrolet around 12:00pm; James had the car ready for a test drive and he was very informative and articulate in all the features that the car had. The test drive went very well, James further explained the features the car had and its performance. Upon completion of the test drive I informed James that I would purchase the vehicle. Three and a half hours later I was diving back home to Greeley with my dream car, a 2014 convertible Camaro, top down, music blaring and the beautiful Rocky Mountains in full view. The whole process from my initial phone call to driving home took less than 48 hours, I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and the staff at Emich Chevrolet. I have subsequently received 2 phone calls from James, first asking if I made it home safely back to Greeley, and secondly if there were any issues/questions about the vehicle and if I was enjoying the car. This was easily the best new vehicle purchase I have ever made, from the start to the finish. I am proud to say I purchased my vehicle from Emich Chevrolet and would highly recommend others to purchase a vehicle from Emich Chevrolet.

Steve made sure our car was clean to his standards (which were pretty high considering he took the car back before we even saw it for them to take care of something that was missed) before we even looked at the car. Steve always kept us informed of any delays and made sure we were comfortable and had something to drink. He even offered for us to buy food from a local food truck that parked inside the building! He showed us things about the car that we would not have thought of such as how to get out if there was no power and how to take the top off and lock it into a safe position. My son and I dropped by Emich to look at a Wrangler. As we were walking around it kicking the tires, we were greeted by Mr. Tom Hardin. Tom knew all about the Jeep, and answered all our questions during the test ride off the top of his head. After we parked the Jeep, I noticed a Volvo XC70 sitting in the front row looking good. I had been putting off getting a new car until it was finally too late. I had a 98 Ford that had everything breaking down at once. Knew this day was coming so had been online a lot looking for the right car and the right dealership. Had gotten e mails and phone calls from several dealerships but really felt I had found the right place and person with Emich and Jim Page. It was a nasty cold windy day with snow flurries coming and going, but we spent a lot of time together going over the right size with the right features (and a lot of time deciding on the right color). Jim hung in there with me until I was sure and we drank a lot of coffee, keeping warm when we had to be outside. Test drive was great and he went over all the features with me - we talked to On Star together and got set up with them, and went over programing channels on Satellite Radio. He was so patient when I wanted to back up more times than needed to play with the back up camera! The whole process was much better than I was expecting and I love my new Chevy. Thanks Jim! Buying a new vehicle these days is a major investment and decision these days. After going to several dealer ships, I went to Emich Chevrolet and was greeted by Jim Page. I was treated totally different by Mr. Page as a comparison to the other dealer ships I had visited. I was on a short lunch break and I work close to that dealer and after a short time Jim and I became friends and had an understanding of what I wanted and of what I could afford. Jim and I, met on two other occasions during my lunch hour he was always respecting the time I had there. My visit with other dealer ships, I always felt I was being pressured into driving and buying and not respecting the time I had available. I then set up and appointment with Jim after picking out two vehicles to make a decision on Saturday January 25th. Jim had followed up on our appointment and followed through with his promise on running all the numbers on both vehicles and had decided that the 2014 Silverado was going to be the better buy with my trade in situation. I believed him and he was correct. I can not be happier with my new Silverado. Jim Page is an outstanding person and salesman. I am also in customer service so I can recognize that. Joan Murphy and I had recently purchased a 2013 Silverado 2500 from another local dealer. Although we got a great deal service was no comparison to what I experienced at Emich Chevrolet. My wife and I were looking to trade in our Jeep Grand Cherokee for a used BMW X5. Emich had a very clean and moderate mileage vehicle that was priced better than market. Not only did we get a fair trade-in value for our vehicle, but Emich Chevrolet beat the competition when it came to pricing their vehicle. Called Wade on Friday Morning to set up appointment to buy a new Silverado. Seemed pleasant on phone and when meeting for the first time in person. He then introduced us to Shane who was to take care of us. After several hours of negotiating a price , Wade and I shook hands on a deal that was fair to both parties. He knew our unique circumstances from the minute we called in the morning. When it came time to finalize in writing he reneged the deal. When you shake someone's hand, in my book it is solid. I come from German blood and their frugality runs deep. I drive a vehicle until it dies and so when my '94 Ford suddenly quit I had it towed to Emich and began negotiations that day. I had sent them an e-mail asking if they had a "push, pull or drag" option for a trade-in while I waited for the tow and by the time I arrived their internet salesman, Jim Page, had called me back. It was one of those bizarre weather days in Colorado where it was 60 degrees at noon and 30 a few hours later. Mr. Page stuck it out when we were looking at vehicles in the lot even though it was freezing and he was intuitive enough to know when I was done being overwhelmed with gizmos and gadgets. The man who handled the financials and contracts, Andrew Espinoza, was personable and easy going. I left that day with a 2013 Chevy Sonic and was happy with my purchase. I've used the service department many times in the past and had purchased from them twice before.

This is the worst dealership and service department I have ever dealt with, I own a 2002 Cadillac Escalade and the reason why I took it to this dealership was because it's just a few blocks from my house but it's been nothing but headaches, first of all, they misdiagnosed it, they told me what the problem was and it was a very expensive part since my sister works for another dealership she ordered the part for me (which by the way it was very expensive) I brought it to them and they installed it after the fact they came to me and told me that that wasn't the problem that it was something else, I tried returning the part to the original dealer and they did not want to take it back because the part had already been used,so I went back to Emich since they are the ones that told me this was the issue they said they would help me only if I decided to fix the problem with them that they would take the part, after I did not accept to do this the general manager said he was going to try to return the part and give me $800 after I paid $1200.00 for the I was very frustrated so I agreed, after calling him several times he said he just changed his mind and he is giving me only $600, I'm just disgusted with this dealership and would not recommend it at all

I went to have a diagnostic check on a 1992 Camaro because the cooling fan was not turning on when the engine was getting hot, but it worked fine when the AC was on. After waiting a couple hours in the waiting room and walking around the lot, my car still was not looked at. At the very beginning I said that I did not want to leave my car over night because I had to go to work in the morning. Since they were taking so long, they offered me a ride home and stated that I would get a call before they closed. Well, they closed at 6 and I never received a call. I called them at 6:30 and nobody was in the service department. My car ended up staying there over night. I know more than the average person (and obviously the people working in the service department) about working on cars. I tried telling Don what the issue was, but he is unwilling to listen and he will talk over you. I changed the temp sensor, fan switch, the connector to the switch and the fan relay. The last thing that could have been the problem was the ecm or wiring, but It is not the wiring because when I ground the wire to the switch, the fan turns on. They did not even check the computer or pull any codes. Well, the $60 diagnostic was a waste of time and money because they told me it was the wiring (which it is not) and the fan switch (which I doubt because there is a brand new one in there). I decided not to have them work on the car because they do not seem like they know anything and I would have probably ended up paying way more than I should have, which I did anyways. They ordered another fan switch and charged me $43 for it. I just got one that is exactly the same from Napa for $12. I was not allowed to return the part for a refund because Don said it was already ordered. Not only that, but they were trying to sell me on a Chevy Cruise. HAHAHA. Are u kidding me? I wasn't there to trade or purchase a new car. Especially a piece of junk Cruise. These people are out of their mind. And even if I did want to trade they would not have given me the actual value of my car. Emich Chevy is scandalous and shady. I would avoid this dealer and their service department at all costs.

The last thing that could have been the problem was the ecm or wiring, but It is not the wiring because when I ground the wire to the switch, the fan turns on. They did not even check the computer or pull any codes. Well, the $60 diagnostic was a waste of time and money because they told me it was the wiring (which it is not) and the fan switch (which I doubt because there is a brand new one in there). I decided not to have them work on the car because they do not seem like they know anything and I would have probably ended up paying way more than I should have, which I did anyways. They ordered another fan switch and charged me $43 for it. I just got one that is exactly the same from Napa for $12. I was not allowed to return the part for a refund because Don said it was already ordered. Not only that, but they were trying to sell me on a Chevy Cruise. HAHAHA. Are u kidding me? I wasn't there to trade or purchase a new car. Especially a piece of junk Cruise. These people are out of their mind. And even if I did want to trade they would not have given me the actual value of my car. Emich Chevy is scandalous and shady. I would avoid this dealer and their service department at all costs.

I had already done the shopping on the GM Silverado website, so I had a good idea of the vehicle and options, I wanted. Emich had a close match and we did most of the trade on the phone, including terms and finance rate . All that was left to do when I got there, was do the test drive and sign the paper work. Salesperson James, kept things moving along nicely. I received a fair price for my vehicle and I am happy with the price I paid. It was a win-win deal. There was one follow-up item, and it was completed as promised.

I had been working with Mike on a straight across trade for a Ford Ranger. I have a classic Ford Ranchero. I am disabled. I came to Emich with my mechanic/ driver. Mike was supposed to let the sales manager know as he was off that day. Steve met us, did some checking and no one knew the situation. However he said he would help us. After about 2 hours of waiting, he returned offering me $1000 for a $13,500 vehicle. They also test drove my car without my knowledge. I never even saw the Ford Ranger. A horrible waste of time. Steve would leave the office frequently and not communicate what was happening. I will never go here again. bait and switch?

Jon Maxey was my salesperson, from the second he approached me and my daughter in the parking lot I felt at ease! He listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations from there. I purchased my first vehicle in 1960 and I have been in sales myself for 40 years. I know all the usual tricks and games that many dealers try and play. Buying at Emich was an entirely different and pleasant experience. I visited Emich to help my daughter pick out a pre-owned vehicle. This was her fourth purchasing experience and even she was surprised at how well this purchase was handled. We were treated very professionally and respectfully. This was my second vehicle purchased from Emich and hopefully not my last.

I don't usually fill out surveys, but this time is different. I (we) have purchased numerous vehicles from other dealers, other makes, etc. over the years and can whole-heartedly say that Emich went above and beyond the call of duty. They had the car I was looking for, were friendly and helpful and passed my "comfort test". The other Denver dealer I contacted first never even called me back beyond my initial website contact. Some other dealers, I wouldn't even bother returning to, due to bad experiences. The ZL1 I wanted is somewhat scarce, but Emich had the perfect match in inventory, with the color & options that I wanted. It appears to me that this dealership has superb customer service from my Sales Rep. James Ludlam, to the Finance Manager Brett Bissey, and the Sales Manager Wade Seymour. The reason I know their names is because they were all personally attentive to my purchase and were very helpful. I would strongly recommend them to any of my relatives, friends, neighbors & acquaintances. They went well beyond other dealerships (based upon my own personal experiences) in their performance. If their Parts & Service Departments reflect this same philosophy, I've found a GO-TO place for all my vehicle needs.

When my wife and I started looking for a late model used car we visited a few used car lots before going to a dealership. We found that the sales staff at Emich Chevrolet were extremely helpful and patient as we did not know exactly which car or truck we wanted. Thom Shultz, Greg Wing, and Mike Jendreas all took the time to really listen to what we wanted in a car or truck. After test driving a couple Traverse's and a Silverado we were givin a couple different buying options and payments without having to haggle at all. We decided to go with the used very low mileage and clean 2011 Silverado Z-71 and could not be happier with the truck and its abilities. We will definatly be referring friends and family to Emich Chevrolet when they are needing or wanting to look at or puechase a new or used vehicle. Overall rating A+++

I found the service department to be inefficient, dishonest, and they perform shoddy work. They took extremely too long to repair the vehicle and it doesn't get fully repaired. They lied on the statements received claiming they inspected things they did not and that work was recommended which was not. I don't trust this service department to do the work they are paid to do. My vehicle is keeps breaking down now that they've been working on it.

Today I purchased a car from Emich Chevrolet in Lakewood and it was an amazing experience! As soon as we walked in the lot we were greeted and Dan helped us find our perfect match. The customer service was great and everyone made us feel welcomed. We were not pushed into purchasing a vehicle and everything was explained to us in detail. The staff worked with us into obtaining the best deal with our financing and we also received a tour of the facility! It has been by far the best car shopping experience. Bart is great. The best part about Bart is that he doesn't seem like a car salesperson. The last thing you want to do is deal with a car salesman when you go to a dealership. I went in looking for a large SUV for my family. I thought there was no way I could afford a BRAND NEW Suburban, let alone one that was fully loaded, so I was looking at some of their used cars. Jake and Greg worked with me and we found I could get into an amazing new car for the right price. Andrew helped with the sale since I had to come back and he also was amazing. They gave us a fair price for our trade ins and Claudette got us through financing quickly and effeciently. We told her we didn't want the "fluff" and she didn't try to sell us on any thing extra. Andrew spent extra time with us to explain all the little features and didn't get impatient with me when I asked a thousand questions.I was also shopping with three small children and they were patient with them and offered us drinks, snacks and toys. The day after I bought the car, I got a call from both Jake and Greg to make sure everything was good with the car and we didn't have any questions. This was the best car buying experience that we have had and I would recommend Emich to anyone looking for a used car or a new Chevy. Thank you so much to Jake, Andrew, Greg, and Claudette! Just starting out looking at a new Corvette Z06. Worked with Andrew and Mike. Andrew was one of the best I have worked with for knowledge about the Corvette I am interested in and I thought I new everything about it. It was a very busy day and he gave me the attention I appreciate. I learned so much more. Also met with Mike, the GM to discuss the car further, and he also was very good to work with, promising to get me production quantities which is very important to me. I have an old corvette to trade and they are working with me in a very professional manner so far, acting extremely interested in my car that I have owned for over 40 years. Negotiations just starting and I will keep you informed on our progress. So far no pressure and very easy to work with. I have worked with the other dealer in Northern Colorado and left contact information for the car I want, only to never hear from them again. Corvett owners, Emich treats you like you want to be treated,---- so far.

I took my car in for a factory recall on my 2004 Tahoe for the HVAC unit which would not fully function on 1 or 2, but was working great on 3,4, and 5 for a/c and heating. They replaced my factory recall on this unit for me; however, when I took my car home I noticed that my a/c would not work on my driver side, but was working properly everywhere else in the vehicle. A friend who looked at my vehicle said that it was probably a flipped solenoid from when they had done the work on my vehicle, so I went back to them since it was pretty strange that this broke down on me immediately after having them do some FREE work on my vehicle. However, when I got there they informed that it was not a solenoid but they knew immediately what the problem was and that it would take at least 8 hours to get to problem just to diagnose it. They also informed me that it had nothing to do with them replacing the HVAC system and that this was just some crazy coincidence. They also told me that it would be very expensive to fix the problem and that I was SOL. I took it in for a small recall and now I have $650 fee just to look at it even though my a/c unit worked completely fine before this work was done now I have no a/c and only scumbags to work with. I suggest that if you have any recalls to be done DO NOT take it here they will just send you in a loop and make you pay for it! We all know how MedVed chevy can be untrustworthy, but this is on a whole other level. This happened immediately after they worked on my vehicle and is just ridiculous that they won't take credit for their mistakes/what they did to my vehicle! I suggest going anywhere but here if you need to get work done on your vehicle! P.S. I am a 25 year old single white female that they thought they could just take advantage of, of course, big surprise there.

I made the severe mistake of looking for a new car at Emich. The salesman seemed nice and knowledgable, but the GM, Mike J was shocking. When I showed up, he was pacing in front of the main entrance yelling at someone on his cell phone. I thought he was just a customer without any idea of public courtesy. Then, about 30 minutes later, I saw him yelling at someone in the showroom. When I asked the salesperson who that was, he told me it was actually the GM of the store. After the sheer embarrassment cast down on that poor guy he was yelling at, and just about everyone else in the showroom, all Chris could say was, "I'm so sorry." Needless to say, I left. I can only imagine if I bought something at this store and ran into a situation that required the GM's input/attention. No thanks. I bought from Stevenson instead.

My wife and I hade been looking for a vehicle for the last 1.5 months. Could not find a car that would fit our budget where we live. We found a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze at Emich on autotrader.com on a Tuesday. Called and spoke with Sean, we had several questions the following few days and he was able to answer all of them to the best of his ability. He even went out of his way to take some extra pictures and email them to me. On friday my wife and I went to Emich to look at this vehicle.... we were greeted promptly and felt very comfortable at Emich. Sean didnt come accross as a typical salesman, pushy and annoying. We ended up buying the Cruze and Sean was very helpful and knowledgable about this particular vehicle and answered all the questions we had. The dealership closed a 9pm, we didnt leave until 10:40 pm he was there the whole time making sure everything went as smooth as possible. We are very pleased thus far. Thanks Sean.

Great service from John from the start to the finish, he had to take a lot of guff off of the customer and was funny and great to work with. Not the typical car salesman in the fact he was not a phoney guy and worked hard to get the car correct before we headed home to Topeka. The only thing we were not impressed with was the vehicle check list it seemed somebody just check the boxes and did't check the car. I first tried to get warranty service at MEDVED in Castle Rock but the service manager Steven H. refused to believe there was anything wrong and claimed he could not hear the annoying engine knock. Even after I did my own research and suggested a few possible issues. He proceeded to tell me that blogs and forums are worthless and you can't believe anything they say. Why?? They have nothing to gain and are always willing to help you out by troubleshooting. Blogs and forums are perfect in situations like this when a dealership won't listen. Extremely frustrated by their unwillingness to help, I told him he no longer has my business! So much for customer service from a dealer that sells you a 30,000.00 SUV. I was not going to let the matter rest knowing there was something wrong with my H3. I drive by Emich daily and decided one day to stop and ask them if they service H3's. Paul K. said Yes! we do, he happily listened to my story and an engine recording I supplied. After he listened to the recording he said yes, without a doubt, there is an issue and we'll see what we can do. He didn't try to skirt around the issue and insult my intelligence like the did at MEDVED and he didn't waste one minute of my time. I set an appointment and took my car in on a Thursday morning and by Saturday he called and said it was ready! I couldn't believe it. It was a broken exhaust manifold bolt which is a problem on H3's (found that out on the forum) and was one of the issues I mentioned to MEDVED. It is not only loud and annoying but it's a dangerous issue (http://www.ehow.com/facts_6371150_effect-manifold-exhaust-leaks.html) Thank goodness Emich took my problem seriously and was willing to help!!!!! My wife and I visited Emich Chevrolet after having some mechanical issues with our car and decided that the cost of repair was not worth our efforts to fix so we decideed to look at a new Chevy Colrado. As we were browsing the dealerships inventory we were greeted by Michael Ibarra, he was friendly, curteous, professional, and well knowladged. He imediatley showed us to the showroom where we were able to relax in a no pressure atmosphere. He brought us some bottled water he treated us like we were in his own home.He imediatley won our trust, by listening to our needs and finding a way to meet them. Our negociation time was alltogether 30 minutes, he evaluated our trade quickly and fairly, and presented us with the final cost and payments that was above and beyond our expectations..I would highly recomend that you visit Emich Chevrolet for your next new or used car and be sure to ask for Michael Ibarra....

He didn't try to put me in something he knew I couldn't afford or qualify for. Whenever I hear anyone talk about going car shopping I will recommend Jessie to them. I recently purchased a new 2011 Chevy Camero from Emich Chevrolet and had the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone I encountered at Emich was friendly and helpful. What stood out the most for me was the attitude that they were there to assist me in purchasing the vehicle I wanted, the one that would make me happy. There was no "hard-sell" tactic and everything was about me, not what cars they wanted to unload. My salesperson Chris,was delightful. His question to me was "what do you want?" After test driving two vehicles and deciding on what color and features I wanted, the sales manager ran a 200-mile search to find the car I wanted. It was in Laramie, Wyoming, and Emich sent someone up there within a few days to pickup my car. I am loving my new Camero and will (and already have) recommended Emich Chevrolet to friends. After taking delivery of my new car I have not felt like I've been abandoned; my salesperson has kept in touch with me to be sure I was happy with my purchase and to be sure any questions I have get answers. The financing end of my purchase was a beeze, quick and painless, and a great interest rate to boot. Thanks to Emich for a great experience!
