Buyers beware 123

Get everything in writing as we did. Read the reviews and you will see for yourself. Buyers all beware. Nissan as a company is amazing and will not be judged by this dealership. We have bought 4 brand new Nissans and one used. If you are a first time buyer, PLEASE-----go to a professional dealership. The owner has his personal toys throughout the dealership and allows his employees to joy ride when customers are walking around. Yes, they are for sale too. Haha. What? Really? Go carts, Harley Davidson, Side by sides. He uses his dealership as his forum to sell his personal toys. No this is not my main complaint. I'm awaiting the corporate office to follow up before telling all. You absolutely Don't want to be associated with this place. As stated before, Go somewhere else to purchase your amazing car. I can't stress enough. I hope this message reaches the public. Remember buy Nissans. They are amazing.

This has definitely been my worse dealership experience ever. I brought my 2014 Nissan GTR here at 7AM sharp, dropped it off for a basic oil change, and expressed that I was in a hurry. The service adviser, "Jeremy Garcia", told me the oil change would take "Between 1 and 1 and a half hours". About two hours into it I hear my car start up (it has a loud exhaust). I figure the service is done. To my surprise, the service technician, an obese gentlemen with multiple tattoos all over his body, drives my car off into the highway and doesn't return for 20 or so minutes, after driving the vehicle for over 9 miles. I asked him why he was joyriding in my car and he said: "We test drive every vehicle we service". I asked why he was "test driving" a car for 9 miles when the only service performed as a simple oil change and he just kept repeating that same line while staring at the ground. The other service tech who saw this interaction walked away and didn't say anything. He was obviously joyriding in my car. It took 2 and a half hours until I got the car back and it came back completely dirty; they didn't even wash it. I would avoid this place at all costs.

In my opinion the staff are poorly trained, had to take truck back immediately to fix cut wires. The service manager Jerrit does not care about customers ! I could go on but in my opinion just stay away,

Just got a smoking deal on a new Altima. The sales staff and the finance people were the best. The whole process was easy and I was treated very well. Did I mention I got a SMOKING deal. I love this car

I have now purchased 3 vehicles due to the great service, prices and professionalism at Wmpire Lakewood Nissan. Dylan, Azar and Jeremy were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend these gentlemen and the dealership!!

I recently worked with Jesse Prinzi at Empire Nissan Lakewood and had a fabulous experience! Mr. Prinzi was highly knowledgeable, friendly and top-notch in terms of service delivery. He also gave us a great price. I will recommend him to family and friends and would buy a car from him in the future. If you're in the market for a great car, be sure to ask for Jesse!

During the week of 3/7/16 I took my vehicle to Empire Lakewood Nissan for an evaluation to see why my 2010 Nissan Rogue was leaking dark grease. I purchased an Allstate vehicle services contract, certified pre owned wrap contract in the amount of $1976 when I purchased the vehicle from Empire Lakewood Nissan on 7/9/15. After a 3 hour wait the auto repair rep at Empire told me that Allstate would not honor or pay for the repairs and he didn't know why.I then took my vehicle to my own mechanic to get the repairs done on 3/14/16. This mechanic is certified and able to get approval for doing warranty work in vehicles and they tried for 2 days to inquire why the repair wasn't being honored. They contacted both Empire and Allstate and got the run around with each placing the blame on the other. I wanted the vehicle repaired due to the extensive grease leaking from the underside of the vehicle. The front axle needed to be replaced. I paid $396.36 out of my pocket for the repair. I have been trying to get an answer since the early part of March as to why the Allstate warranty was declining to pay for the repair. If have made numerous calls to Allstate and Empire Lakewood Nissan and also Nissan Consumer Affairs and this remains unsolved. Each one places the blame on the other and claims they are waiting to hear from each on as to a decision. On 3/17, 3/24 and 3/25 I called Chris, the finance manager and Empire Lakewood Nissan with no return call. I made an in person visit to see Chris on 3/28. I was met with hostility, scorn and a very chip-on-the-shoulder attitude. Chris asked my why I was being impatient - that I had only called him on 3/25 and it was now only 3/28. Chris also claimed that Allstate had paid for prior repairs to my vehicle, which is a lie. I have never submitted a claim in the past to Allstate. The only thing Chris offered to me was to give me the phone number of David Beville, an Allstate rep at 972 898 0778. I called David Beville and have yet to get a reply. I also asked Chris for a refund of $1976 because I felt the warranty was useless and mis-represented to me. Chris declined saying that I should wait.I believe Empire Lakewood Nissan may have intentionally mis-represented the Allstate Warranty to me at the time I purchased my vehicle from them. It was stated to me that I would probably never have to pay for any repairs due to the purchase of this Allstate warranty, that the Rogue I purchased was in such wonderful condition that it qualified for this prestigious Allstate warranty. I am 70 years old, a female and believe I was taken advantage of when I purchased this worthless Allstate warranty, as no one wants to come forth and deal with paying the repair or giving me a valid reason why it was declined, along with being rude in not returning calls.Empire Lakewood Nissan also did not ever answer my phone calls soon after I purchased my Nissan Rogue when I noticed a pretty major dent and scratching on the rear fender. I unfortunately did not notice this at the time of purchase. I wanted to get a reply from Empire Lakewood Nissan to see if they would fix the body imperfection - no one ever returned my call.I want the total cost of $1976 that it cost me for a warranty that no one will honor. To be reimbursed to me or the $396 refunded to me. I also want a full explanation from Allstate in writing why their warranty was not honored and exactly why the replacement of the front axle was not honored for repair. I have also reported this to the BBB who have contacted Empire Lakewood Nissan.Beware, Empire Lakewood Nissan nor Allstate will not return my calls.

I leased a Rogue in 2013 for 39 months. In August 2015, a salesman called (Dustin) and said the dealership would buy out my lease if I wanted to lease or buy a new vehicle, I wasn't that fond of the Rogue, so I made an appt. to meet with Dustin and took a neighbor with me for moral support. Dustin reiterated that he had authorization to make the deal to include the pay-off of my lease and to include other incentives. I purchased a 2015 Altima and completed the financing with Jeremy.Last week I received a bill from Nissan Motor Corp. for almost $1,400 to pay off my lease!I called Dustin, who handed me off to Jeremy's email. Jeremy did not return my call,so I went to the Dealership and met with Chris Meyers, who could have cared less that I was a customer. He even told me he could not tie up his phone when I asked him to call the phone number on the letter I had received. Unbelievable! I refused to leave his office until he called, which he finally did. When he hung up, he said Nissan would accept a payment from me of $962. I said that I had held up my end of the bargain but that Empire had erred by not paying off my lease and that he needed to take care of it. He said it was my problem and that he had spent too much time with me and needed to "get back to work"! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They have no concept of customer service and make underhanded deals. Go to another dealership. Stay away from Empire. I've owned or leased 4 Nissans.Never again!

I always dread taking my car in for service, especially at a dealership...however when I took my maxima in this past week I had the most outstanding experience. Brian in service was awesome!! I told him what the issues where with my car. Brian listened, told me a few things it could be, told me he'd call me as soon as the technician had looked over my car. I received a call when in a few hours (and it was busy when I was there, so I was surprised that he actually called at some dealerships you have to call them because they'll forget) he fully explained what my options were to fix my car, gave me a clear estimate, told me a few other things that I could fix today as well, but nothing that was urgent. I didn't feel pressured, it was nice to know everything that was going on with my car. It was ready when he said it would be, they had washed my car for me. The final bill was actually a little less then expected. Brian was very friendly and like I said, very straight forward no surprises!!! My cars running great and although this dealership is a little bit of a drive for me, I will always go back!

Mick was very helpful in working around my schedule and did a great job in breaking down the estimate in way that I could understand. The service manager came out and introduced himself and really gave the experience a personal touch.

This was the worst experience ever. We asked and were refused 3 times a written list of the price and features and they would not give it to us (Buyers Agreement?) We were hung up on twice and our banker hung up on once. We thought we were returning to finally get the quote and instead were tricked into signing over our current vehicle. Once that was done we had to take the deal. Our dream was to tour the US in a trailer and were told our Xterra would tow 5000 pounds no problem. Not told the hitch weight was only 350 and who wants to winter in a canvas tent?? We had other things going on that left us easy pray and we are an older couple and Chris the finance manager did this to us very late in the day. All those things bad things you hear about car salesmen I think this dealership spawned them. ... We love our car, it's the wrong one for us but now we have $600 a month for years and years and our dream has been trashed. There are other Nissan dealers DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

We traded in a excellent Ford Flex for a Nissan Versa. Love the car and gas mileage. However wish we would've bought it from a more rebuttable dealership. The car had locking lug nuts yet we were not provided with the key, after several trips to and from the dealership to try and get the correct key , Adam. Aka mr. Smug was a complete jerk. Telling us we should've bought a brand new car and they he didn't have to help us. After more conversation we did get rembursed for the lug nut locks. He also threatened me if I wrote a bad review he would no longer help us figure out this matter, that was their fault in the first place. I would never ever recommend buying from this dealership. Go somewhere that your business is actually appreciated and valued. Hope this helps someone else out from the headache we've had here. I will never ever let someone talk to me as rudely as he did.

This reviews is for the used car sales department. They were very friendly, listened to us and did not try to pressure us into anything we didnt want to do. I believe the salesman was new so he had his manager Azar help with paperwork and getting our information. They were both nice overall and Azar helped us get into a vehicle that we were comfortable with payment wise without trying to pressure us into something too expensive. I've purchased over twenty car sin my lifetime and empire nissan and the staff are top 3 in my lifetime experience. By the way Jeff the finance guy who used to teach was great also and had us in and out quickly. He did give us a deal on the extended warranty which was helpful. Keep it up guys!

I bought a new car from Empire Lakewood in April of 2012. I have really enjoyed the car and have had virtually no problems with it. BUT I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this dealership since purchasing the car. I would say I have had a minimum of 5 bad experiences since 2012. The service department have been terrible to deal with. They are not responsive, have yet to have my car ready when they promised it would be (even for just an OIL CHANGE), rude, expensive, unhelpful, and generally very difficult to do business with. I even went WAY across town one time to another Nissan dealer and had a better experience, but that is just not convenient for me as Empire is very close to my house. I will definitely NOT be keeping this care when the lease is up. AND I will warn anyone who asks me against purchasing a car here especially if they plan to have it serviced here.

Empire Lakewood Nissan is dishonest and charging customers unfair prices which are apparently negotiable when you call their bluff and trump them with general logic. Someone is clearly gaining dishonest money here. Find another shop or overpay.

Had one price worked out. Sign a form not knowing what it was just signing away. Get first bill 100$ higher then we agreed on. That is really bad business.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and unfortunately, I have very little good to say. The sales associate, Adam Tapler, was by far the best salesman I have ever seen and I would urge anyone who is looking for a car to come visit this man. But that's about where the good ends with this dealership. The car I bought was a 2007 with 80k miles on it. This was my first time buying a car and unfortunately, I didn't know what I was doing. I was told the car was $15000, and my trade in was worth $500. Later, when I went in to pay for the car, I was told I was given extra for my trade in and the price of the car was lowered to $12600. Later I checked the blue book value, $12500. I brought the car in for a tire pressure sensor and I ended up talking to both Adam and the owner of the dealership. I told him my air conditioner wasn't working and Adam looks me dead in the eye and says "that's bull sh*t I'm not selling you a car that the air conditioner doesn't work in." I talked with Adam and the owner a little more and they agreed to fix the sensor, put in a new plastic piece covering the speedometer, and fix my air conditioning. They have to order some parts so I drive it around for 2 more days and bring it back. That's when my clutch went out. I bring it back in, they have my car for 4 days, and after multiple phone conversations, I ended up with the General Sales Manager, and this is where things get bad. Up to this point I have been very impressed with how the dealership has conducted its business. So the GSM calls me and says you need a new clutch, we will pay half and it will cost you $900, to which I responded "I don't have $900." So he wants to know how much money I do have. I told him $500 and he said ok we will fix your clutch for $500 and you will need to cover the cost of the AC. He said it might be as simple as a switch, but we aren't sure. That night I went to the dealership to discuss that I was a little upset, I talked with both Adam and the New Car Sales Manager and we agreed that I would pay for the part for the clutch, they would cover the labor, and my air conditioner would be fixed and I wouldn't have to pay for it. Another WEEK goes by before I hear from anyone, the news: the clutch will cost me $500 and they want me to pay $600 to fix the air conditioner. At this point, I'm furious. I go in the talk to the owner, I called 10 minutes before I got there to make sure he was there, and he was. I arrive and the owner isn't there. So I talked to the GSM. This is a brief overview of the conversation: I tell him I'm upset about things. He looks at me confused and says, why? To which I responded, I just bought this car and now you want me to pay $1100? He responds with do you have any idea how much money out of my own pocket I have spent? Those repairs would have cost you over $3000 and I am covering all but $500 of it. Plus you needed a brand new flywheel which you burnt out. I said "I had the car for 2 days how could I have done that?" According to him, those parts go out real quick. He then proceeds to tell me that I am taking advantage of him, and he calls me a liar. At this point I said bring me the bill. We are done. So I paid the $500 for the clutch; and the air conditioner, after a week and a half, STILL WASN'T FIXED. The next day I called Adam, who'd been on vacation, and explained how upset I was. He immediately went straight to the owner. They agreed that I would bring the car in, have the AC fixed, and when I had the money, I could pay back the owner $250. When I go to pick up the car, the mechanic says ok it looks like you owe us $250 and the owner is covering the rest. I said did he mention anything about me being able to pay it back? And the guy says nope. And at this point, I just want my car back. I don't have the money but I have a credit card. I am done haggling. Here is a list of a few of the problems with my car and how much they ended up costing me after haggling with the dealership for almost 2 weeks, while my car was in their shop: Clutch: $500, Air Conditioning: $250, alignment: included with purchase, new tires: dealership refused to put them on still haven't gotten any, new heatshield: included with purchase (but they didn't fix the rattling problem and I will need a new exhaust), tire pressure sensor: reset (immediately turned back on when I drove off) needs a brand new sensor, skid plate cracked: still needs to be repaired. Plastic piece covering speedometer, oil gauge and g-force gauge need to be replaced: replaced speedometer, still need oil and g-force replaced. I have driven my car for approximately 2 weeks and already, these are all the problems I have found. I will never return to Empire Nissan and would advise everyone to steer clear, but, in the event that you do visit, please look up Adam Tapler. I honestly believe he did everything in his power to make things right. Unfortunately, he just doesn't have alot of power.

I would never buy a new car at this dealership. The car had a few issues and I call Nissan Corporate to get them worked out after the mechanics messed up a component to the car. The dealership lied about refinancing the car, because I called Nissan Corporate. They have low quality service because they are privately owned. The dealership will no longer service me because of this and Nissan Corporate called to tell me this information.Nissan Corporate said they couldn't do a thing because it was privately owned. Call Nissan Corporate and ask them the consequences from buying from a private dealership instead of a certified Nissan Dealership. Please call them before any purchase at any dealership and ensure it is operated and certified by Nissan.I wasted a lot of money and time at this establishment. I owned a variety of Makes on vehicles, but this by far was the worse experience. Please do not make the same mistake that I did and be wise, go to a big dealership that is Nissan owned (Not privately owned). I purchased here and regret it.Do NOT EVER buy a car from a private dealership if you are buying brand new.The sales at this dealership will tell you anything to cover this up and pretend this is not true.I am trading a car in that has 3200 miles on it and 3 months old because of this experience. If it weren't for my income I would be even more upset.

No!!! Terrible service and treated terrible!! We brought out vehicle in 4 or 5 different times and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it. Finally after a month and a half they figure it out. Got it back and it works much better, but all the readings on the dash board are all messed up and they wanted to charge us another 550.0" to fix it. We will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again!!! I knew I was getting screwed when I first bought it, I should have listened!!

"Like Family!""Empire Lakewood Nissan gave me back what I thought I had left in NC ... a car dealer who treats you like family! My Salesperson (Evan Macklin) took the time to drive to my house to program my built in garage door opener on my new 2012 Murano! He couldn't do enough to make me feel "wanted & cared about." I LOVE Empire Nissan! (It was the 1st time I ever stepped in the door - I live in Centennial...worth the trip!) Wonderful people!"Emily & Bill

I went to Empire Lakewood Nissan to test drive an Xterra and a Pathfinder, thinking I wanted a Pathfinder but really in love with the Xterra. What impressed me most about Jeremy was that he never tried to upsell me, he truly seemed to want to help me get what I wanted, which was a midnight blue 2006 Xterra sitting on the lot that day waiting for me. While I was ready to buy that day, I wasn't really expecting to, but Jeremy and Chris made the whole process easy, painless, and amazing. I left there with a new (to me) Xterra, an unbelievable interest rate, and a totally different opinion of car dealers. Dealing with Jeff in the shop for a couple of minor glitches was just as wonderful. These guys are so genuine and awesome at what they do that I don't plan to ever buy a vehicle anywhere else.

I recently purchased a new Nissan from Empire Lakewood Nissan. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mike Autio is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He really showed that my concerns were important to him. I have bought many vehicles from Empire Nissan and will continue to buy more. Thanks Guys

I am usually skeptical of dealerships but Empire Nissan in Lakewood has been so great to work with. I bought my 2008 Nissan Xterra with 14k miles from them last year and the sales process was easy, I got a great deal and the follow up service is always super professional and knowledgeable and give me competitive rates. Their finance group through Chase gave me better rates than USAA had. I love this place! But the waiting room could use a facelift :)

I just traded my 2008 frontier in for a 2011 Xterra last week and was quite pleased with the process at Empire Nissan in Lakewood. Usually my car buying and negotiating is a bit brutal, but these guys came ready to deal with a very generous above-book trade and excellent pricing via the USAA plan (try costco pricing as well). We had a deal with 30 minutes and it was better than any in the area. They noticed that I serviced my Frontier there, and went beyond the call to keep me as a long-term customer. I was pretty surprised, actually. The dealership is clean, although not in the top neighborhood (maybe that makes them hungry for business). Joshua Arteaga was straight-up, no BS, no hard sales and I would deal with him again. When I picked up the vehicle, it only took about 45 minutes, instead of the usual several hours. Pretty efficient and impressive. I usually don't write reviews, but I have to say I was very pleased with the whole experience. Check them out if you are hunting for a nissan.

Mike Redfern was very friendly and accomodating to us when we visited Empire Lakewood Nissan on Oct. 8 & 9, 2010. He was informative on the Nissan Murano and it's capabilities and features. I ended up buying a Nissan Murano from this dealership because after researching this vehicle, test driving it and actually having a pleasant experience at a dealership, Mike sealed the deal with his outstanding salesmanship and genuinely friendly personality. Thanks, Mike!Becky and Andi

My experience was fantastic...This is the second car Ive purchased at Empire Lakewood. I got a wonderful deal on a 2010 Titan, and I was very well taken care of. The dealership threw in lots of extras and I would recommend it to everyone I know! Everyone there was very nice.

Empire Nissan is a great dealership, freindly, helpful and very trustworthy. I have bought several vehicles from them and our kids have bought two. I would recomend them to anyone and have done so. Service is also great and have done great work. I am sold on Nissan's and love the family owned business. Mike Redfern is great to deal with and is always available if we have questions.

The Internet pricing saved me a few thousand dollars! In addition, everytime I visit Empire Nissa, I get Internet pricing on anything I have done; oil changes, detailing, body work, etc. Tell me that doesn't save me money! Chris, in finance, saved me a few thousand dollars as well; he extended my bumper-to-bumper warranty for the life of the loan (6 years) for half price, and he gave me gap insurance for free, basically, because of specials that HE knew about (I didn't know anything about the specials) and extended the offer to me. Carl, the manager, worked really hard to get me the maximum dollar for my trade but Joshua was the best! Informative, knowledgable, patient, genuine, and NOT pushy what so ever! The Empire team is the BEST!

Joshua was very helpful and professional during our transaction. It was one of the quickest car purchasing transactions my husband and I have ever had. I honestly didn't think we'd be driving off in a new car that day. We wanted to trade in two of our vehicles for a new Xterra but thought we wouldn't get nearly as much on the trade-ins as we thought we would. They made it work and we are very happy with our purchase. Chris, our Finance person was very helpful as well. I would definitely recommmend Empire Lakewood Nissan.

Since my ratings did not come through on my prior post I am reposting so the ratings ill come through this time. I didn't want the rating of N/A to reflect badly on Empire Lakewood Nissan. I gave them the rating I did because I had an excellent ecperience in buying both a used car the first time I bought from Empire Nissan and another excellent experience when I bought a new car. Please see my prior post.

My first purchase from Empire Nissan was in 2006 when I bought a used Nissan Murano. The car was in first class shape and I felt absolutely no pressure to make the purchase. Anytme I had to use the dealership service, whether it was for warranty reasons or just general oil changes, I was treated very well and with respect. I liked the Nissan brand so much I traded my Murano in and bought a new Rogue. I got a great deal on my trade-in and the new car buying experience was great. Again, there was no pressure to buy the car. I even left after taking the test drive and came back later to buy the car. I agree that the customer waiting area is not the most modern, but I would much rather they give their customers the best deal and keep their employees happy than spend money on an area that I spend very little time in. Overall it was a great experience and I have recommended Empire to anyone who is looking to get a car-new or used.

Two years ago I bought a new 2007 Murano from Empire Lakewood. My first experience with the service department right after I purchased my Murano was less than satisfactory. I had decided from that point on to avoid taking my Murano back to the dealer for any service work. Recently, I received a notice in the mail of a recall for my vehicle. I also received a promotional coupon in my email for 20% off any service and a $25 reward card if I performed my services within a certain calendar time frame. I thought since I had to take my car in for the recall I would use the coupon offer for some additional services and give Empire a second chance. When I called to make the appointment with the service department the service writer was rude and condescending on the phone. I told him about the recall and that I had received the 20% discount to use for an oil change and tire rotation. I booked the appointment. Arriving for my appointment I was greeted by a sluggish service writer. He was rude and unhelpful when explaining the services. He tried to get me to do the 30K mile service on my vehicle. When I told him I already had taken care of this, the conversation immediately halted. He didnt even ask me what type of oil I wanted. The entire dealership is run down and dirty. The waiting area was small and uncomfortable. When I went to pay I reminded the cashier of my 20% discount. She acted very inconvenienced that she was now going to have to redo the invoice. She called the service writer back to the waiting area who then informed me that the 20% would not apply to the services I requested. He did this in a very unprofessional manner in front of other customers in the waiting area. I told him I wish he would have told me that the 20% would not have applied because I would have taken my car some where else. He claimed I did not tell him I had the coupon when making the appointment. This was a lie. I reminded him that I did tell him about the coupon. All he did was walk away while saying he gave me 10% off my new wipers.Bottom-line, I would NOT recommend Empire Lakewood service department to anyone. Its a shame because they had a second chance to win my business back and completely blew their opportunity. If I ever need to take my Murano to a dealership I will find another Nissan dealership.

I have bought 3 used and 1 new car from Empire Nissan and have been treated well each time. They have always taken the time to answer my questions and made the financing easy. The level of service before and after the sale has always been great. I will return for any future car purchases.

Bought car in Jan. Problems w/ car as soon as I drove it off the lot. Less than 6 months later took it in for an oil change. Charged me $500.00 to make repairs. Have had 12 things go wrong in less than 6 months. Rude, rude sales manager. He just yelled at me over the phone. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

When you go to buy a used vehicle, you expect there to be some issues, but I at least expect the vehicle to be safe before it leaves the lot for a test drive. I came to look at a specific vehicle I found online and did take it for a test drive. When I got back I could tell there was something wrong with the way it drove, it turned out to be a broken shock. When I looked at the engine, the battery clip was missing. On top of that, they could have at least detailed the vehicle instead of overpowering the thing with air freshner and hoping I woulnd't notice the dirty interior. knowing that the vehicle had issues, they tried really hard to push the vehicle on me and even tried to tell me that they had gotten an offer over fax for that specific vehicle. In short, I'd stay away from these guys.

Stay away from this place like the plague. Trying to pull all the hard sell stuff in the world. You can tell their number one goal is to not let you leave the property. Used car sales manager was a jerk who would agree to do one thing and then come back in a few minutes later trying to pull some sales trick to keep us in the little cubicle until we inked something.I have several other friends who report the same experience. Stay away from this place!

Like the other reviewer I bought a pathfinder there last week. Was quoted an out the door price with taxes, fees, and trade. Didn't notice when I was signing everything, but they only included state and RTD taxes, about 4.1 percent, I am on the hook for another 4.5 percent for my county and city taxes which works out to over $600. Needless to say they wouldn't fix it, so I'm here to spread the word WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS, I would go to another dealer if I were you and watch out for these slick salesmen.
