bought a car here months ago and when i drove it off the lot 4 hours later the tire and check engine light came on. have since replaced the pads and the tires need replacing. i would not buy a car here, they needed to do the little things and did not. stay away

My husband and I bought a car here just about a month ago. I tested a few cars and loves the one we picked. Paul didn't communicate much with us about the process and then would call and hound us about when we were coming in. After he had the check in hand it was more than a week before we got the car. He said the mechanic found som issues and they made some repairs. Less than two weeks later the car wouldn't start. We had the battery tested, reprogrammed the key, and spent 700 on a new starter. After that, it worked for a short time, now won't start again. Car was insanely overpriced but we didn't look it up before we bought. Do not buy here

Bought a 2006 Trailblazer from here that we were originally told we would have in two days. It took a full week for "safety inspection". After having the SUV for a matter of 5-6 days we discovered the wheel barring was gone and the wheel was only being held on by the break system. Something could of gone horribly wrong, lives could of been lost. Not cool, wouldn't recommend.

We bought a 2004 Grand Cherokee with high miles(160,000). Dave had the vehicle services and replaced the wheel bearings. Very pleased with the experience and would buy from him again!

It was truly a pleasure to work with Dave and gang in buying my first car on my own. After looking for a car for months, I was relieved to come to the dealership which was overfilled with affordable options, without being pressured into looking at something I did not need or was interested in, all the while, chatting it up with the very friendly and easy-going salesman. I test drove a Subaru (a leisurely test drive) and when I returned, I decided to buy the car right then and there, as I was very excited about the car, which was priced probably way too low, and wanted to work with such a personable staff. Dave worked with me, spelling out EVERYTHING I needed to do and pay for to get ready and made it very easy. I even called him on his cell phone to ask his advice on auto insurance coverage and companies. It was ready for pick up the next day after some repairs and tune ups. After driving for a few days, I noticed the alignment was maybe a little off and called and though it was not covered by Enfield Street Auto's warranty, Dave allowed for me to bring in my car the next morning to a service center and they will cover the cost. His aim is make sure that the customers are happy and share their good experiences. I have recommended the shop to my friends and family. I will absolutely be coming back!

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Bob and was very leery as I do not typically buy used cars. He was extremely accommodating as I asked numerous questions, requested to look under the car, and asked for a car fax. Bob was not pushy and made me very comfortable with the sale. Jeeps are notorious for issues and even after I drove the car off the lot and it had an issue with the clutch he quickly and reasonably fixed the issue, when he could have told me to pound sand because I had signed the contract "as is". I'd like to add that the inventory they had onsite was impressive. In fact I took my boyfriend back to see another vehicle a could days later that was also a great deal and in great shape. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about Enfield Street Auto and Bob! I will certainly send relatives and friends to them in the future.

As of this month, we have now bought 5 used Hondas from Enfield St. Auto Sales (model years 2003 to 2006) so this review is definitely overdue. The cars have all been really fine, low mileage, well-maintained vehicles. Their prices were actually very fair in all cases for the vehicles I bought from them. It seems like they want to move a lot of cars fast rather than make a ton on each sale. Our salesman Bob worked with our very specific requirements and in every case was even able to exceed them.. He had the vehicles well-cleaned, even detailed (!), before we picked them up. In one case he even had his shop do a brake job because he thought it would be needed in a year anyway. The few little things I found when doing my pre-buy inspections were taken care of by their mechanics the first time around. Also, Bob had registration and other required paperwork done accurately before I arrived for pickup in all cases.. In general, this is not a level of service I am accustomed to from an automobile dealer, but I have to say these guys clearly do beat out the competition at least for me. I will be back eventually for another car or two. By the way, I'm a 45 minute drive away and still think it's worth it to do business with them. I recommend Enfield Street Auto Sales without reservation.

Dave Renenik made the whole experience go smoothly. My only drawback was the headlights. He said he would take care of that and it was done without any hassle. Quick and friendly.

I just bought a 2003 volkswagon Passat. Love it. I got friendly service. My salesman Dave was friendly and courteous. He kept me up to date as to when my car would be ready for pick up and helped me in every way possible with all the registry paperwork. Very pleased. I will so recommend my family and friends to him. Dave is amazing!!!

Enfield Street Auto Sales has many great cars to choose from at fair prices. We found a car we were interested in online and called Dave about it. He had the car warmed up and ready for us to test drive. Dave is easy to work with, reasonable and fair. Their dealer fee is more reasonable than their competitor's fees. We were able to work out an agreement and purchased our Honda that same day. It has been over a month and we are still happy with the purchase. We would recommend Enfield Street Auto Sales for purchasing your used car. Dave is tops to work with, give that man a raise!!!

I must say. The experience was Fantastic. I dealt With a gentleman by the name of Dave. He was Extremely helpful as well as Courteous and honest. I drove close to an hour and a half to get there. Dave made sure that the car was ready to go , the minute I pulled in ,for the test drive. He allowed me to take the car for at least a 20 to 25 minute drive. He Was very confident in the product that he was selling. And the vehicle did not Disappoint. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to any one of my friends and/or family. Thanks Dave

Just picked up a very good car for my son. Upon my visit, I noticed a hugh selection of cars...I was focus on one in particular and ended up with an even better choice. My salesman, Dave, was one of the best salespeople I've worked with. He was very helpful, personable and did not pressure me in any way. I was very comfortable with my purchase and will definately return (I have another son who will be in need of a car soon). If you want a good used car, see Dave...he's the man!

I just picked up a great car at a great price. I took it for a test drive and had all the time i needed, Dave let me go on my own. No pressure throughout the whole process. I had a great time getting a great car.

Dave made it very easy to buy a car. Handed me the keys to take the car for a ride, alone with no pressure. And even handed me $20 to put gas in the car. Test drove 2 cars, took 1. He said he wasn't gonna wash it till just before I was gonna pick it up, cuz it's black, and he wanted it to look great. Too bad it is gonna rain. I drove an hour to get there, well worth the drive.

I'm glad I turned down the side street next to Enfield Street Auto. That's when I found the truck in the price range I was beginning to think was not possible. Soon after I met with Dave I had a deal. The dealership is easy to find - not far off I-91. I bought the truck 'as-is'. There was a mechanical issue with it after I left the dealership, and it was taken care of. They weren't obligated to - but did and I appreciate that. I'm very satisfied. No pressure at all to buy - that's an important attribute. This made for an enjoyable experience.

I bought a car for my daughter and we had a great experiance . the car was just what we were looking for and got a great deal . the salesman was very nice and helpfull and not pushy at all , unlike other places we went . he let us take our time and make a decision without pressure .
