Our vehicle had a warranty issue and had to order part. We were loaned a compatible vehicle as our vehicle could not be driven. Work on our vehicle was done on time. Smooth process and excellent customer service.

OUR experience overall was excellent. There were some glitches along the way, mostly weather related. We had not expected snow by completion of the purchase. Due to that we had to put off a detail overview of the vehicles functions. Our Sales Rep, Terry, was most helpful in all aspects of the transaction. One MAJOR disappointment was when we arrived home I looked over the paper work and noticed on the Warranty information that there was a $100.00 deductible due on service. This was NOT mentioned at the time. Over $2,000 for the policy and then to have this kicker. Unsettling!

Randy Mickelson was the best. He was very enjoyable to work with. His explanation of all the bells and whistles on the car showed his expert knowledge. He told me if I had any questions after I left, I should call him. I believe he was sincere and not just giving lip service. I will recommend Randy and EVS to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. Carlos Gamino was also very nice to work with in the financial area.

After a rather unenjoyable experience with another Buick dealer my husband and I decided to take the drive up to EVS in Saukville. We are very happy that we did. We met with Randy Michelson and received excellent service. Randy is a wonderful example of what a sales person should be. We got more vehicle then we expected at a fantastic price. The sales team of Randy, Ashley and Tyler were kind, courteous, well prepared, and polite. We would recomment EVS in Saukville to anyone who wantsto be treated like a customer not a bottom line.

The pictures online were misleading. We thought the deal was too good to be true and sadly we were right. Their pictures conveniently left off the rusty wheel wells on a five year old car. Huge disappointment and waste of gas and time. I do not recommend and I did not purchase.

Gerald Crawford made my buying experience as smooth as a baby's bottom. Being that I was looking to buy that "perfect" vehicle for my wife, I wanted to be sure to get a vehicle that encompassed all the things that she wanted. I happened to find it on line and it was at Evs in Menomonee Wisconsin. Only problem was that I lived in Suffolk County NY, some 900+ miles away. After my initial phone call was met with uncertainty as to how I was to see it and possibly buy and pick it up. I spoked with a manager who had a salesman to give me a call. Gerald Crawford of Evs Buick gave me a call. Gerald came through tremendously. Gerald sent me detailed pics, overnighted documents, was knowledgeable, courteous and made the experience so smooth that I brought the car. I made arrangments for pick up and delivery to me locally. I went to pick up the car and was beyond happy when I saw the car for the first time. It was what Gerald had told me and even more. The true joy came when I saw the happiness and excitement from my wife when I surprised her with the car. It was definitely priceless. Thanks Gerald, job well done!

Apparently scheduling an appointment to look at a car doesn't actually make it an appointment. Drove 2 hours for my "appointment" to look at a truck, Got here and was told by the guy that told me to set up an appointment, that it's first come first serve and that someone's already test driving and possibly purchasing the truck. So waited over half an hour with the seller, Steve Puleo, coming to us asking if we wanted to look at the truck now because he doesn't know if it's sold, not even apologizing to us. Truck ended up sold, at the end of the day we drove 2 hours with cash for the truck we planned to buy, and Steve knew it himself, So my ratings would be 0 stars, Take your business elsewhere if you want real people skills and a trusted seller that's going to be straight forward to you about buying money on a car. Don't make this mistake. Steve Puleo is a lowlife xxxx with no people skills that can't even make eye contact with his crossed eyed or let anyone know when they setup an appointment with him. Manager himself was no help and wouldn't come over Till truck was sold.

This January I traveled two hours to pick up a 2005 Chevy Silverado. I made calls, and emails throughout the week prior to driving up to get the truck. INCLUDING calling 2 hours prior to showing up. However the moment we step in we are informed that an individual had stopped by to test drive 5 minutes earlier! ONLY then does the salesman tell us that it is a first come first serve deal. NEVER once did he mention the first come first serve policy until the moment we stepped into the dealership. This dealership hides from their customers. Also to prove this statement, we asked if we could talk to the manager and after waiting AN HOUR the manager comes and tells us that the car has sold. They never once apologized, never once told us that they double booked the appointment, this dealership treats their customers poorly. DO NOT BUY FROM!

I had a wonderful experience at this particular dealership. My salesperson Chris VonSchledorn was extremely knowledgeable about the electronics in the car. He spent 90 minutes with me reviewing every aspect of the vehicle. The vehicle is very complicated and he made it seem relatively easy to operate the electronics.

Randy Mickelson is a very good salesman. We lives 2 hours from the dealership and I was hesitant to buy from a dealer not in our area. However, Randy was very polite and easy to work with over the phone. We were pressed for time the day we picked up the vehicle and when we arrived he had everything ready to go. He explained all the vehicles features before we left and helped us get set up with OnStar. We were very pleased with the sale and the vehicle.

Randy from the service department went above and beyond to take care of my car. He was also very accommodating when my tight work schedule limited me for when I could bring my car in and pick it up. I really appreciated how Randy let me bring my car in and got me a loaner late Friday night when they couldn't even start working on it until Monday because he said he didn't feel safe with me driving it until then. I received excellent customer service by Chris in the service department. I took my suburban in for an oil change and Chris noticed a few major things that needed to be repaired. These were all covered under warranty. My vehicle was fixed sooner than expected and they also had the vehicle washed. Chris was excellent to work with and answered all my questions and concerns.

I bought a car from EVS in July and just brought it in for an oil change. Everyone that I have come across at the dealership in the buying and now service processes have been friendly and helpful. What I thought was going to be my first great experience turned out to be my worst,I bought a car that I was shown on the inspection report to only need tires (3 which were worn down to the bars) and brakes.i asked what if there is something else wrong with it and the sales person said the inspection report was my "guarantee",after having the brakes done my mechanic made me aware of a howling noise at high speeds but I was told the noise was due to the uneven and badly worn tires by the salesmen Then I had the tires done but still had the noise, so I took it back to the tires place to double check the balancing,still noisy,so I contacted the salesmen which gave me the run around for a week or so,then I went to a mechanic who in turn sent me to Jaguar for a better idea of the problem who said the repairs would cost me over 1600$ then I talked the service manager at EVS who told me to come out(over an hour drive) only to be told they would confirm what jaguar said but may not do anything more. Would you buy a car from these guys? I would not,find another dealer and get everything in writing.

I made an appointment for a Saturday oil change and nitro tire adjustment. When I came in Randy greeted me and asked if I was going to wait or want a call when vehicle was done. I was getting ready for vacation so I said call me. I also asked if they could replace interior air filter and he said sure. He called and told me car was ready to go and when I got there they even had it washed. Everything I wanted done was complete and when I took the car on vacation had no worries.

Had to bring in my vehicle after hours because of a fuel leak in the gas line. I didn't have an appointment for the next morning but the service department worked me in the schedule. Even though it was thought that I wouldn't receive my vehicle back till the next day, they got it done the same day so I didn't have to miss any work or use a loaner. Very much appreciated that the service department was able to help me out. I ALWAYS receive great service any time it is needed.

While at your dealership for an oil change I was accompanied by my 3 small children ages 3-7. Although we bring several things to keep us busy for the 45 min - hour it takes to complete the service, I appreciate your hospitality while we are there. The kids look forward to fresh, warm, chocolate chips cookies and a water too! Being able to change the channel while we are in the waiting room on the TV to something more appropriate for little years is appreciated as well. Thanks for taking care of us while we wait! Had a problem with my 2013 Volt (No heat, middle of the winter, 3rd time :<) Called around to see if they could get it in, other dealers said next week sometime, EVS said they would help out and they did. The took the time to work with the GM Engineers to track down the problem. Hopefully it won't resurface. Clean modern dealership inside. Beautiful row of C7 Vettes when driving into service.

I like that I can always get a Saturday morning appointment and I'm out before lunch. The last appointment, I did have to wait over 5 minutes outside before someone opened the overhead door to let me drive in. The gentleman who assisted me explained that they were short handed (I know that can happen) and he was one of the mechanics just helping out. Went smooth from there.

This trip was outsatnding, planned on being the all day. They diagnosed and told me one and a half to two hours, I was leaving an hour later. Total time two and a half hours and a little less cost than they thought.

Mike Ernisee has always gone out of his way to make sure you are informed and happy with your repairs. Recently my car was hit by a hit and run driver, he explained that the impact pushed by mufflers forward and helped me with an insurance claim. He always is there to answer your questions, and will always call you back with an answer if he doesn't know right away. Chris will treat you the same way, I have dealt with Chris when Mike was on vacation. Always very professional service, great job!!

When I come in to pick up my car after it is completed it would be nice if someone would go over every thing that was done just to see if I had any questions. I don't mean the cashier either, I mean the mechanic that did the technical work or at least the service writer that was familiar with the work order.

Bought new used 2014 cruze salesmen was good but fianance dept. good at deception talked in to extended warranty which was suppose to be same as GM but was not when got home talked to smaller local chevy dealership so called next morning to cancle which they said no problem when filling out paper work. But they were not happy when my credit union beat there interest rate by 2% they tried talking me into make 4 payments for better credi bunch bs so its going on 5 weeks to get my $1800 off my loan so I can refiance there really a joke don't ever buy from EVS. my daughter got a 2008 Subaru Legacy not even 2 months ago and now its burning oil everywhere and possible motor is going and they refuse to even fix it they said they had no warranty when we called about the issue but before now they said we had a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty when we first person the vehicle now they said they cannot help us I would never go their again nor will I refer anyone I will let people know not to go there

Excellent experience all around. I'm from out of state and was able to negotiate the entire deal (including a trade-in) via email and telephone. I was worried that something would change with the terms when I got there, but this was not the case. Everything was as we discussed and agreed to. I was in and out in under an hour. Kent Jeffers was wonderful to work with!

TEST EVERYTHING ON THERE CARS BEFORE BUYING. THEY STATED EVERYTHING WORKED AND FOUND ITEMS THAT WERE INOP AND REFUSED TO REPAIR THEM. ALSO WATCH THE PAPERWORK CAREFULLY. WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY EXTRA SALES TAX DUE TO ERROR IN PAPERWORK. WHEN CALLED TO EXPLAIN PROBLEM WOULD NOT HELP. WITH SO MANY DEALERS OUT THERE THIS IS ONE TO JUST AVOID.

Whenever you go to get your car fixed they always find something wrong with it. I went in for an oil change and they recommended i spend another $200 on things that arent even needed. And how do you know theyre needed when you havent even seen my car yet but just assume from the amount of miles on my car. You can never go in for just an oil change without them trying to rip you off on more services that arent needed.

Our experience was great until we went to pick up our car. The salesman, was outstanding, but the person in finance was nothing short of bullying. And once we paid for our car, we had to wait and wait and wait to have the license plates put on in order to drive it away. Also, once we got going, we looked only to find out that we were given less than a 1/4 tank of gas.....we had to drive 2 hours to get home, thankfully we looked before it was too late.

Everyone went over and beyond to excede my expectations. The attention to customer care was excellent and refreshing. I can't say enough great things about the entire staff. I bought a 07 jeep grand cherokee in January 2013. I needed a vehicle right away and I always drove a Jeep. I purchased it and started to find out that the transmission did not shift right. It would skip at 35mph and between 40 and 50mph it would studder in-between gears. And also found out the crank-shaft seal is leaking. To fix these prolbems {rebuilt transmission and fix crank-shaft seal} would be $3,500 to $4,000 dollars. About a month after I bought this Jeep I called and stopped in for some reaction and never got a call back when I went there they would call me back. Never did. Finally after several attempts, I went in again and talk to the salesman and he talk to the manager and came back and saif there is nothing they could do. I recommend never buy a used vehicle here. I feel that they knew about these problems. Now I am stuck with this Jeep. I can't sell it or tade it in with obivious problems. Pretty sad dealer!

As always, service was outstanding. Our snow tires were wrapped in plastic before being placed in the car, and the car was washed. All of this in addition to the mechanical work that needed to be done on the vehicle. The attention to detail is much appreciated.

Seen a car on Cars.com, made a call to see if it was still available, got a prompt response back with a call, that I wasn't expecting. Talk to the dealer and made arrangement to see vehicle drive the 95 miles and meet the salesperson very professional and ended up buying the auto, was willing to deal, no pressure sale, very good dealership.

I have bought two cars from evs both used. I have never had a problem with anything I have gotten from them. The finance gentlemen Adam worked really hard to find my husband and I a get interest rate. Any problems I have had with the vehicles were fixed right away with no questions asked. all the sales people are wonderful. Clyde graef was very helpful in making sure that is was smooth and that we were happy even Weeks after the purchase of are vehicles. You highly highly recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL in my area (Chicago area). I could not find what I was looking for until I searched 150 miles out. At that time, this beautiful 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL (Red Jewel Tint) popped up. I immediately contacted the dealership and started a bond with Clyde Graef and George Pyskir. These two gentlemen gave me 200% customer service. Once I had them take care of my financial part and all went well, they immediately put the car in holding for me until I was able to drive there to pick it up. My husband test drove it for me and drove it home so that he can listen to the engine. The original car mats were missing, but they took me over to Wal Mart and let me pick out the ones that I wanted ($35.00). Now this is great customer service. Love you Clyde and George - you all are awesome!

I was told the lowest possible price was $$$$$ I thought it was a bit high. 2 weeks later I called back to see if their price may have come down answer was NO.I was later called back and given a number I could buy the car for, but that price was higher than their 1st lowest possible price. The salesman was great but I think their sales Manager needs help.

Was looking for a used car. EVS showed me two "fully inspected" vehicles. The first had noticeabe defects. Prior to closing on the second "certified" vehicle, I took it to an independent third party who found over $2000 worth of problems some of which were safety concerns. Bottom line -- stay away or if you are buying used make sure to have someone look over the vehicle.

they were not friendly at all. they did not help me with any information on the vehicle i was interested in. they said it had one owner that turned out to be untrue. the vehicle was owned by various people in different states and then it was brought to wisconsin. the car had a lot of problems. i would not trust this dealer or purchase anything from them. be very careful.

The service here was terrible. I tried to ask about a chevrolet that caught my attention (whisch is shocking considering there was like no creative displaying) and it seemed like all of the sales people were nowhere to be found. I tried walking around for a while, approximately 30 minutes or so, and still nothing so I went inside. I was asked to wait a moment and that moment was what seemed like 10-15 minutes so I just left the dirty dealership and am glad to say I found my car elsewhere.

I visited this dealership today with my daughter in search of a specific car. They had the vehicle that I was looking for and a salesman came out to assist us with the specifications of the vehicle. I became immensely interested in purchasing the vehicle and asked if the salesperson would start it up for me so I could hear the engine. He then told me he wouldn't and that I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle. I was shocked by this and asked why and was told that they don't allow you to test drive the vehicle unless you are READY to pay for it. This is ridiculous! Who would pay for a car that hasn't even test driven it yet? You don't know if you'll end up with a problematic vehicle unless you ve driven it first!!! I've NEVER seen this kind of poor customer service before. The man was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
