I cannot recommend European Autohaus enough for purchasing your next vehicle! I appreciated the time that they took to listen to what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions. It was a smooth and seamless transaction, and I would visit them again for my next purchase.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Went in ready to buy a car on a Saturday. I did countless hours of research, checked values even worked with a bank. The bank even advised the car was worth about 3K less than their asking. They refused to go down on price and told me that all book values are wrong currently and they were asking less than what the car was worth. The whole time the owner sat on the sales guys filing cabinet and the sales man sat behind his desk. Unprofessional. Never even went out to the car with me. That following Monday, the sales man called asking if I wanted to still buy it, said he spoke to my bank (without permission) and advised he'd take 1000 off. Told me once again I was wrong on book values and they couldn't do any more than what they offered. Disappointed in the fact they wanted to continue to argue and treat me as though I didn't know anything about cars. Highly recommend staying away from this place.

I was very happy when purchasing a car last week and the staff that worked there were very friendly in selling me a 2007 Audi A6. When I had purchased the vehicle there were no problems. Ran great, some minor scratches, and low miles. Then I started to realize that the car had problems. I had personally detailed the vehicle myself and when I was finished the interior was unacceptable. There was wear and tear all over the interior. The scratches were the big issue. I had also washed my car that same exact day and when I washed off the vehicle, there were scratch marks everywhere which were not visible before. Yesterday I was heading to work (or was going to) the car would not start. 3 times and no success. The memory seats also do not work and the ESP (Electronic Stability Program) shuts off for absolutely no reason. This is unacceptable that I have these problems within not even the 1st week owning the car. Completely disappointed. Maybe it has something to do with Audi? At this point of time, I am dissatisfied with my purchase and probably won’t be buying from this dealership in the near future.

Came here wanting to test drive a corvette, they didn't have one, so they told me they would let me know when they had one and that they would let me test drive it. When I went there again, they said they don't do test drives. What dealership doesn't let you test a car before buying it? Don't do business with these people ever, Cleary they don't want it.
