Had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle at European Motorcars. No nonsense, straight forward sales team, all cars in nearly new condition. European Motorcars was by far the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. They’re a smaller family-owned dealer and you can tell from the second you meet them. Paul was wonderful, we came in knowing what I wanted and he focused on that rather than trying to upsell us like some other dealers have done in the past. When it came time to purchase, he was there to help every step of the way until the deal was done. Rob was also absolutely fantastic. He made sure we were comfortable with the sale and understood everything going on and he managed to get us a really great financing deal even with a small snafu with the credit union. You could tell the people who worked with Rob respect him and his work. The whole process of buying a car was smooth and painless and we will be back in the future for future vehicle purchases!

Outstanding communication.. Before.. During and after. Paul was great and he's part of an amazing staff. I drove all the way from NH to CT to pick up my car. They are completely upfront and open about their prices and absolutely no pressure during this whole transaction. Go here if you want a fantastic car buying experience.

I highly recommend European Motorcars, Tommy was great , he worked with me on my trade in , no pressure and very accommodating -- they handled all the paperwork with ease and the buying process was smooth and efficient- - Jennifer was very helpful as well -- They sell beautiful cars that are fairly priced -- Go see them !!!!! The staff at European is what sold me, never mind the benz I bought! They are courteous, friendly and the facility is clean and smells like rich new leather! They really made the buying process such a breeze for me and my husband.

All of the staff there that helped we were very friendly and went out of their ways to explain everything in detail about their cars and what they do. I was able to find a car I really liked in my price range. All of their stock is in great condition and it gets serviced right there at the shop. I was able to buy my car the day after finding it and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here looking for great cars in the $10 -15000 range.

I purchased a 2005 lexus ES330 from European Motorcars, the salesman Tom was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The car looked and drove great. I got a great deal on the car and they found an amazing 2.49% interest rate on this used car. The day I picked the car up there was an issue with the front right brake caliper. I called Tom he handled the entire situation perfect. They had the car towed back provided me with a rental at no cost and put on two new brake calipers turned the rotors and gave the car an alignment as well. This was all done in one day. This is exactly what you want in a car dealership, they actually want you to have a great experience. Not like the many dealerships I have been to before.

My wife had found a Audi A6 on the lot we decided to go take a look at it and take it for a ride. We were greeted by Tommy on a Saturday afternoon. He was professional and upbeat unlike what you see at used car dealers. He assured us of the car and it was looked over before it is even placed on the lot. We took it for a ride around the area. We were happy with the car and went inside and talked to him about buying an extended warranty along with the car and he was on the ball with all of the questions we had for him. My wife and I talked it over and we agreed that the Audi was the car she wanted. We called Tommy and bought the car two days later and now after a week of ownership we are very happy with our decision in the car and European Motorcars. The building, the showroom and the customer service is second to none. Thank you again Tommy we will be back to purchase again from you and European Motorcars in the future.

I took my Volvo S60 in as my check engine light was still on after having it repaired at another dealership. The Service Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day! The facility is much larger than it looks from the street and they have up to date diagnostic tools. They were very professional and the repair was done at a fair price. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.
