I hadn't purchase a new car in quite some time and wasn't terribly familiar with all of the new features on the new offerings -- specifically the hybrid choices. Additionally, we had not previously worked with Ewald Venus Ford. Fortunately, we were paired with Sales Consultant, Baha Awadallah, upon arrival. Baha was knowledgeable and patient and listened to our preferences. Our purchase went smoothly and expeditiously.

James Burnett is very well informed and knowledgeable about various features of different vehicles. He had no trouble with showing me what controls did what and what I didnt have. He was courteous and answered my questions. When he didnt know the answer, he found out and told you. I like that. A real gentleman.

I have been taking my wife's car to Ewald Venus Gird for service for a few years now. They always do a quality job without selling me on a bunch of additional repairs I don't really need or understand they really are great to work with. When it came time to buy a new car for myself I defined to start at Ewald. The sales person I woeked with, Baha, was fantastic. He answered all my questions and spent as much time with me as necessary. It was a great experience and I will continue to take both cars there for service. I highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I had a great car-buying experience. The fine folks at Ewald Venus seemingly bent over backwards to meet our needs. Steve our sales guy was very knowledgeable and didn't suggest anything that was beyond our budget. In fact, we bought a Kia with more bells and whistles then we originally thought we'd get for the price-range we wanted to stay within. Great company. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My son wanted to buy a new car - Ford Focus - from Ewald's Venus Ford. He just graduated from high school and had no credit history. I co-signed. The level of commitment from several managers and sales team was incredible. Michelle Dare should be cloned! Her honesty and commitment to her customer is unsurpassed. Same for sales associate Baha Awadallah. He wasn't going to let my son down and worked incredibly hard for this sale. They found the perfect car and best deal available for my son. I had gone car shopping for my first car, and after leaving a couple of dealerships because of the salesmen being too pushy, I heard about Ewald's Ford from a friend. I went there and met with Ethan, and the buying process was so much easier. I had also initially went in not expected to leave with a car, my credit was pretty bad. But after test driving 4 cars with Ethan, who kept the process smooth and knew everything about the cars, I finally picked out a KIA Optima, from the used department. Then the finance guys went to work for me, and came back with better % numbers than I had gotten when I was trying to get pre-approved by my own bank! Overall, I am a happy driver, and I recommend Ethan to everyone!

I bought my 2nd vehicle from Marty back in November and I cant tell you what a pleasure it is to have a salesperson that really knows his stuff and listened to what you want and need in a vehicle, Marty and I talked about traveling and he shared his experiences with me about cross country road trips and how that's what I wanted to do in the upcoming months, my ford focus was great but he suggested that I lease an escape because it would give me the fuel economy that I was use to but the fold down seats and hatch of the small suv would give me travel flexibility and he was so right, im in Arizona right now having the time of my life. I usually don't give reviews but I had to in this instance. My sales person Marty McGee was so incredible that he made me believe in the automobile industry again, knowledgeable, customer service oriented are things you usually don't count on in the car biz but my guy went above and beyond. I'll give you some examples 1st the guy came to my home because he knew I was uncomfortable with this car buying stuff, 2 he gave me a great deal without the shady car guy act, 3 found the car I WANTED and even picked me up in another city when it was time to do the paperwork now that's customer service. If you are in the market for a vehicle Marty is the man so give him your business and let him know that this is how the car biz should always be.Thank you so much Marty and Ewald's Venus Ford

They overcharged, and caused more damage.The service writer, Jason, screamed at me and slammed the door in my face. The heater would not work after they did their engine coolant flush. It was working just fine when we brought it in. The mechanic said it was air in line, but even after his attempt to "bleed it", the heat would not work. There was an odd sloshing sound from engine. Mechanic could not fix what he did, and instead removed a perfectly good actuator, so I had no heat or ability to turn on the a/c. I insisted on speaking to the owner, and then Jason called the police and told them to tell me that they "did not want my business", after taking my bank's check, for $1,300, and $126 from my credit card! Ford accused me of "going into unauthorized areas", when I was given permission by Kurt to go into the garage! I feel humiliated and disrespected. Unless you enjoy having "mysterious" repairs pop up and having the police called on you pay over a grand, STAY AWAY!. Horrible.

We were looking for a newer car for winter and we ended up buying a Ford Escape. The car was included with several nice features which we love. The only bad thing I could say is that our salesperson kind of made me feel rushed into buying and then we later noticed there were more paint chips and things than we thought. Yesterday was my first visit at the Ewald's Venus Ford store, I absolutely loved it! Great customer service, clear and good advice and no pressure. Came in just for orientation but I will definitely be back within a few months to but a car. Also, they have multiple stores with other brand than Ford and they can make sure I can try a Jeep at the Ford store or vice versa. No remarks just great!

I was thrown into car shopping after my car was totaled when someone ran a red light. I wasn't prepared to buy a car, meaning I hadn't done research, had no idea what I wanted or where to go to buy one. I was referred to Marty McGee by a friend, so I went on Ewald's website to see what they had for pre-owned cars. I saw one I was interested in and called Marty for information. Marty went out of his way to take that car home for the night so he could stop at my house and show me the car and let me test drive it. He also went with my husband on a separate occasion for a test drive. He never once tried to sell me something I didn't want (which happened at another dealer). After looking around at some other dealers we came back to Ewald and worked with Marty on the purchase of a Ford Fusion. Marty is professional, personable and a salesman I will buy from again. Marty McGee was the salesperson we dealt with for a new lease. He was very knowledgeable on the offers available, and helped us to make our decisions. we never felt pressured at all either. Any time we need an oil change or any service, I let Marty know and he takes care of everything! If he is not available, I have had the same level of service from Roy in the service department. After the service we have had here, I would find it hard to take my business anywhere else.

I couldn't be more pleased by having Marty McGee as my "car guy." Marty is not only knowledgeable when it comes to cars, but he is trustworthy and ultimately customer focused. I feel like he actually listens to me and delivers everything as promised. I admit, I've strayed away a time or two because a deal sounded good, but I walked away with buyers remorse. I never have that with Marty. Marty provides a delivery as promised, with a great deal and a smile.

We purchased our Ford 2002 Escape new at this Dealership and have had it serviced at the dealership over the years. The vehicle was very dependable and only normal wear and tear items needed to be addressed. Roy & Julie in the service dept. are always helpful and friendly and provide us with the best coupon deal(s) offered . We decided to upgrade to 2012 Ford Escape since this was the last model year for this vehicle type that we liked. We kept checking the Ewald Venus Ford web page for a vehicle that had everything that we wanted. Baha was a good at haggling and he provided accommodation to our busy work schedules for both the purchase, trade in and pick up of the 2012 Ford Escape. Brad provided a variety of options for extended warranty and vehicle preservation plans. Brad saved us some $$$ by signing us up for the Ewald Gold Rewards Program. We chose the best plans available basically prepaying for any potential maintenance expenses during the next 5 year in advance, since the vehicle will be serviced at Ewald's Venus Ford. We have recommended this dealership to friends and family members.

Although we have been customers for many years before this dealership became part of the Ewald Family, we were not members of the EWALD Rewards Program. Brad signed us up for the program and helped us save some $$$ immediately. Julie & Roy in the Service Department work with us to get the best value for servicing (including reviewing combining coupon specials when we had multiple services performed on the vehicle) the vehicle that we recently traded in. The initial plan was to keep our 2002 Ford Escape for awhile longer however the 2012 Ford Escape we saw on the Ewald Venus Ford web page had everything we wanted, therefore we had to stop in for a test ride and then we decided to purchase the vehicle. We bought our car here, a 2014 Escape, last September from Mary Gullen....... she was very informative, she took the time to explain stuff. She offered that if I had any questions once I went home to give her a call or email her. We looked around online on many different sites and found what I wanted here. My sister-in-law bought here too.... I love that it has eco-boost and the power it has. I was going to go for a used car because of price, but ended up buying a new car! Today I am getting an oil change as I bought the maintenance package and we got the fabric protector and shield protector for the paint.

I purchased a 2012 certified pre-owned ford edge from this dealership. It has had a ton of problems during the 9 months I have had it. Door wouldn't close, window fell into the door, power steering system failed and needed to be replaced, just to name a few. The most recent issue I took it in for was the back driver side break was getting extremely hot when I drove on the express way. I took it to the service department on a Thursday, When I heard back from them on Saturday afternoon she told me it would cost me $387 to fix. When I question why the warranty didn't cover it she claimed that somehow these parts are not included in the bumper to bumper warranty. When I arrived to pick up the edge the actual cost was $485. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told service was closed and wouldn't reopen for three days and that I would need to pay the inflated cost or I would not get my car back.

Bought a new Ford F-150 supercrew from Ewalds, over $44K. I decided to put seat covers on. I was able to install the fronts and the seat portion of the rear seats. I could not figure ot how to remove backrest portion of rear seat to install this part of the seat cover. I stopped at the dealership and was told 1.8 hours labor at $100+ per hour. I told the advisor that seemed high but I had no choice. The day of the appointment, I asked again about the time charged as it seemed high . Again, was told 1.8 hours at $100+ hr. Cancelled appt. Went home, watched u-tube video and had seat covers on in less than 1/2 hr. I called service mngr to talk to him, got his voice mail and left message. He never had the courtesy to return my call 1st and last new car from Ewald

Bought a 2014 F150 last fall, after having looked for several months, I found exactly what I wanted at Ewald. Originally emailed and dealt with the online sales guy, and then was handed over to Tyler E., who took me to test drive the truck I was looking at. Did the paperwork on a Saturday, and had the truck the following Monday. Overall, I'm happy with the truck, and the service center has been TOP NOTCH. I cannot give them enough credit for being timely, affordable, and very friendly. The buying process and sales team was about average for a car dealership (somewhat high pressure, naggy about all of the add-ons, undercoating, paint protection, etc) but overall pleasant enough to work with. Wish the rate I got on the financing was more competitive, but I refinanced a couple months after and now am in a good position. If I had any suggestion, it would be to be a little less in your customer's face with the sale and all the add-ons. When I say I'm not interested, I don't need it to be brought back up 4 more times after.

After a brief internet search I went to Ewald to look at a Nissan Altima that they had on cars.com. They scheduled an appointment for me and had the car all ready for a test drive when we got there. Mary Gullan was the sales associate that met us there. But even before we got there I had an email in my inbox that gave me all the specs on the car. After a test drive Mary worked her magic and, along with the finance department, secured a car loan for me with the monthly payments that I had asked for. The whole process was incredibly painless! The thing that made me realize that Ewald was a quality place with amazing employees was when Mary went and detailed my new car herself so that we could get home faster. I contacted Ewald Chevy in Oconomowoc about a Corvette, and Ewald Ford in Cudahy about a Jaguar. Tom Wozniak had the Corvette moved to Cudahy so we could see both cars at one time since we live 90 miles away. Tom gave me his personal cell # and we communicated and negotiated even on his day off. Tom was able to accommodate one specific requirement I had in addition to the price which we had already agreed upon, but price alone was not enough to seal the deal. Tom came through. I also heard regularly (this was over a week's period), from the sales manager, Shawn. There was Zero pressure to buy and I found the place to be a very friendly home type of place to shop for a car. Since we were from out of state, they were also able to recommend good local restaurants. They are situated on the edge of Mitchell International Airport and if you need to fly in, they will make arrangements to meet you at the airport. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the overall feel of the showroom and the staff. We have been to about ten car dealers lately and know which ones "feel right" and which ones make you want to leave immediately. The only thing that made us want to hurry to get out of there was the rain and the 90 mile drive back home.

This place was awful. The pressure I received from my saleswoman was worse than a time share rep. Then the day after I got it I saw it was clearly in an accident and the door is a different color. For a 1 year old vehicle you would think they would have tried to fix it. They didn't give me floor mats I had to fight about that. On top of all that I've had the vehicle a month and I'm already dishing out $400 for new brakes and roaters that should have been replaced before I got it.

Car was heavily misrepresented in the add. Needed major things like both axles, heat didnt work, exhaust was busted near te catalytic converter. Plus various other things. Dealer manager stated the car was great and it passed their thorough inspections. I offered a fair price for the car as it sits and he wouldn't even budge. An after thought was I was glad I didn't purchase from them as if they are so blind to reality then what else is missing? And how are their other cars. This one was barely a drive able car with the exhaust screaming and both axles clicking away at every turn and the heat going cold at every stop. Ill never shop at a dealer that is so willing to lie

I had only wanted the coupon book for $2.10 per month in my contract & he denied it with the support of Eric Ewald "" Caution to all & especially the elderly"" look over your contract well Before signing~~~ Matt shredded his overcharge faster then I could Blink & was very condescending...I was told there would be a meeting in the morning...as Matt had pissed off other customers that same day.... I was looking for a new, used SUV and found it at Ewald Venus Ford in Cudahy. The price was good and the salesman we worked with, Carlos was excellent to work with. The only down side to our experience is that they promised to look at the dome light in my SUV and we came in 45 minutes prior to our 7 p.m. appointment and then when 7 p.m. came we were told that the service area was closed and they could not look at it. Also, we were promised a free tank of gas and did not receive that either.The credit/business specialists were great and helpful. The overall atmosphere of the place was relaxed and friendly.

From the beginning Dave Lehman went all out to help me. I called one Friday afternoon in late July to inquire about a car I had seen on their website. He immediately went outside, did a walk around the car for me and thoroughly described the car and its condition. I had many questions about features it may have and he answered all my questions in that one call! After a test drive hours later and an evening to think it over, I made my decision to purchase the car. Dave helped my financial institution with all the paperwork they needed and my transaction was as smooth as could be.Now, there were a few flaws on the hood of the car, but Dave promised to get them fixed for me, and that he did! He worked around my schedule and even came to my office to pick up the car and bring it in for the minor repairs.Dave went above and beyond to provide great service... something we just don't see often enough in today's world. I couldn't ask for better service!If you are looking for a new (or used) car, I highly suggest stopping in to talk to Dave... or even giving him a call to get things started. I initially found the car that we ended up buying online and set up a time to come and see it. When we got there the car was pulled up and ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was great. We didn't get there until around 7pm and even though they closed at 9, they were willing to stay late so that the sale could be finalized and we were able to take the car home that night instead of having to drive back again, since we live a ways away. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and would consider buying my next vehicle there.

I went into the dealership in September of 2012. I bought a 2011 GT 5.0 Mustang. The service was great! I also bought the GAP insurance that Ewald Venus Ford offers at this time. Around 12 days later I was hit by another vehicle. This was on a Friday evening at 930pm. I talked with a representative from the dealership the next day. That day I had a new rental car and the staff started working on my GAP insurance and lender. That week Matt Young was working with me on the insurance provider and GAP insurance. By October I was in a brand new 2013 GT 5.0 Mustang! Marty, worked with me to get just what I wanted, great guy. The upside to all of this is my monthly payments went down. I had all of the same coverage with GAP insurance. Plus, my interest rate went down! Thank you, Ewald Venus Ford for the great service and wonderful above and beyond customer service. I give them two thumbs up.

I was looking for a Newer Used Truck,Saw an ad for Ewald Venus Ford Looked on line at used Trucks and called to find out about a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 The Truck was there,I asked if I could fill out an on line Credit app. Because I am Disabled and it is hard for me to get around! This is the third car in 5 years that we bought from this dealership.When we first walked in the showroom and looking at the cars on display no one seemed interested to help us. We felt like walking out until Roger came to us and asked us if we needed help. After we told him what we were looking for, he was very nice and accomodating . He did everything he could so we could buy the car that we want.The person in the business office was also very nice and explained everything to us and answered all our questions.I would recommend this dealership to others;just ask for salesperson right away and not wait for them to come to you.

Took my car in for service and they charged my a 100.00 diagnostic fee to see why the car had stopped running, which is standard, but when the car was making the same noise after I picked it up, they wanted to charge me another 100.00 to diagnos it again. I probably will not come back again

Wonderful car buying experience. Loan was preapproved before I arrived - all I had to do was drive and buy. I told Al what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I requested. There was no pressure to buy something more expensive. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others

On a mission to find a mid-sized sedan with low mileage AND a reasonable price my husband and I spent countless hours scouring the internet and several used car lots. In the wee hours one morning we happened upon the perfect vehicle at Ewalds Venus Ford online. Full of anticipation the next morning we headed clear across town to check it out. We were half-expecting either the ad was too good to be true or the vehicle would already be gone, but much to our delight we quickly found just the car we were looking for. And that was just the beginning of a very good day. We popped inside the dealership and were greated by one Marty Mcgee. Within minutes we knew we had found a "car sales guy" who values and truly takes care of his customers. From the test drive where Marty drove first and shared with us all the features and benefits of the vehicle, to patiently training us to use the car's sync system,to making sure the finance guy said my name correctly, to putting his cell phone# in my cell phone and telling me to call him anytime I had a question,to being willing to drop off the all weather mats I ordered at my work,to making buddies with my five-year old son so we could get our paperwork done(who now by the way want's Marty to come over for a sleepover). Marty took care of us from start-to-finish. To complete the experience we were absolutely delighted by the finance rate Nick Nelson worked hard to secure for us, not to mention the terrific extended warranty. Did anyone pick-up I said "absolutely delighted by the finance rate"? It's hard to believe delighted and finance rate can go in the same sentence, but it's true. Last, but not least I inquired on some all season mats and Justin Moravec saw to it I got exactly what I was looking for and even helped me with a set for my hubby too. Long and short, my husband and I were blown away with the customer experience we had at Ewald's Venus Ford. Thank you Justin, Nick, and especially Marty for taking such good care of us. Looking for a new or used Ford Fusion. Third dealer we stopped at was Ewald's Ford in Cudahy, WI. Worked with Eric Matus who was very professional, listened to us and gave us the best deal around. No pressure, very respectful and stood by his deal. Will surely return to Eric and Ewald Ford and will recommend them.

I was having issues with my car so I decided I would just see if buying a car was even a possibility. I gave them my price range and what I was looking for in a car and minutes later they had a dream car sitting in front of me. After a quick drive I knew I wanted the car but was convinced I would not be able to afford it.Paul and Scott bent over backwards to get me a price and financing deal that allowed me to fit the car into my budget. The also were able to fit in a service package that has been worth its weight in gold. All I do is bring my car in at the scheduled service intervals, they take me to work, pick me up when the car is ready and I get a nice clean car back. I would highly recommend Ewald!
