In response to the managements' reply, yes it was 3 days after the vehicle was purchased that we contacted you letting you know that the Ford F-150 you had just sold us had broken down on us before we were able to make it home. My husband and I stayed in the area for a wedding Saturday afternoon and reception that evening. On our way home later that night we broke down in the middle of nowhere 235 miles later. We waited very late in the night for a tow truck to come tow the vehicle to a nearby city for us. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE TOWING COMPANY SHOWING THAT THE VEHICLE HAD ONLY 235 ADDITIONAL MILES ON IT SINCE DRIVING IT OFF YOUR LOT. My husband and I did not get home until 4:00 AM Sunday morning. We waited for the Ford dealership to diagnose the problem with the truck before we called you Monday September, 24th to let you know what had happened. This is why it was 3 days later when we called. Despite what you claim, I did send in 3 reports from 3 different mechanics stating that the vehicle needed a new engine. Per your request, I also sent in the AAA mechanics report because I was told it would need to be provided before I would hear any word back from the manager. I was only given a one page report from the AAA mechanic shop and after sending it to Shawn at Exclusive Cars I found out that he had contacted this mechanic and now mysteriously had a two page report. I'm not sure what happened there but can't help but wonder if he has a friend or family member that is working at the mechanic shop. I then also contacted the AAA mechanic and asked him what was done to check the engine during the "thorough examination" he told me that they pulled the dip stick and checked the oil level, that was all. I asked all 3 of the mechanics who had come to the same conciseness (a new engine) if the AAA mechanic only checked the oil level, would he be able to warn me of possible engine failure. They all reported no, the only way they would have known was if they had changed the oil and saw the metal shavings in the oil because the metal shavings would have been at the bottom of the pan. Never at any time were either my husband or I offered any type of warranty, we were only given a form and requested to sign it stating the vehicle comes "as-is" with "no-warranty". You pretending there was an "offer" of a warranty that "we" declined, shows the shady tactics your dealership use. As for the investigation by the State, no charges were brought against Exclusive Cars because the State did not find any criminal activity. I would agree that though this incident may not have been criminal it sure shows what kind of people you are dealing with at Exclusive Cars. They claim to be a "fair and honest" dealership with a "good reputation." All we were asking for was for Exclusive Cars to stand behind a vehicle they sold us for more then 235 miles before the complete loss of an engine. We understand that this may have been unforeseeable for both parties and just terrible luck but the fact that this dealership was unwilling to help us in any way after we sent in all the reports they requested and then they stopped taking our calls is just ridiculous! We are still struggling to recover from our financial hardship that our purchase from Exclusive Cars has put us in because of having to replace the engine on our own. We have learned our lesson, never again will we buy from Exclusive Cars and ask everyone to heed the warning that we ignored. Exclusive Cars claims to have a good reputation when it comes to customer service but truth be told it is non-existent and record of that can be seen by ratings from other sites and other customers. We chose to ignore the bad reviews and we paid for it. If anyone out there has any questions or would like proof of what I claim, I will send it. My wife and I worked with Shawn at Exclusive Autos to find the right family car. The overall experience was absolutely outstanding. In all of the years searching for and purchasing vehicles we have never had a better experience than with Shawn and Exclusive Cars. We literally flew out from Denver, CO having never seen the vehicle we eventually purchased. Shawn was willing to drive the car to a local mechanic to have the car checked and certified (based on our request) beforehand along with picking us up at the airport with the actual vehicle. He had the complete paperwork ready upon our arrival and provided a personal and professional experience that is rare. Again...we cannot say enough about the overall experience. We WILL be back again and we ABSOLUTELY recommend them. Give these guys a chance (especially Shawn)...you will NOT be disappointed.

HORRIBLE CROOKS!!! Bought a Ford F-150 from these guys and didn't even make it home before we broke down. Come to find out the engine had blown and the whole engine had to be replaced! Contacted the dealer asking for any kind of help seeing as how we didn't even make it 200 miles before it blew. Dealer wouldn't do a thing! Any reputable dealer would have offered some kind of assistance. I have talked to several dealers and they have all told me that they have had similar instances in the past and always replaced the engine for their customers. Stay away from these crooks, they will sell you junk and not try in any way to be fair or honest. Horrid experience. Definitely go to a reputable dealer instead!! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB.

I went in to this dealership looking to buy a BMW. After test driving the vehicle, I decided to purchase it. After driving my car for a few days, I noticed that the breaks were squeaking just a little bit. I know I purchased the car "as-is" and that the dealership was under no obligation to help me, but they did. They replaced all four brake pads (even though only the front of the car needed to be done) but did so at NO cost to me! Now that is what I call customer service!

I was looking to buy a car that would fit my needs and Exclusive Cars gave me more than that! I would have to say that i do not know of any other dealer that can compare. Their service, their cars, everything is just great! Very friendly people that care about their costumers. I left there with my Hyundai about 2(two) years ago and with new friends and my car is still perfect! I have traveled all over the place. Its just great. Thank you Exclusive Cars!!!

I researched all over for the best value for the truck I wanted. I found it at Exclusive Cars. I am from a different state and they worked all the numbers over the phone with me and even picked me up at the airport! Great service and a great experience! I look forward to buying my next vehicle from you to!

I purchased a vehicle that I had test driven twice, throughout the test drives and the sales process the salesman assured us "the car has been completely serviced" and "You will not need to work on this car until an oil change 7500 miles from now" We also asked if there was anything wrong with the car and the answer was that nothing was wrong and that the dealership picked this up at a great price at auction. 39 Miles after driving the car on my first day of ownership the engine suffered a malfunction and lost power. The car worked fine after starting it again until I had driven 300 more miles when it suffered the same failure. I took the car to the BMW dealership who found out that rodents had been chewing on the fuel injector lines and wires. Are you freaking kidding me? MICE OR RATS HAD BEEN EATING THIS CAR. In addition to this 2 oil leaks were discovered and one of the tires was damaged. In a more thorough investigation it was concluded that one of the oil leaks had been present for an extensive period of time and was present at the time of the vehicles sale. Save yourself the trouble and do not work with these guys.

Sold a car saying the carfax is clean its never been wrecked and a one owner car. Legally they were required to share the information that it had been in a wreck and part of a rental fleet.

Completely lied about a car sold saying the car fax was clean. When asked about the great price instead of saying what they are legally obligated to they made up a story about how good they are at auctions. The car sold was not a one owner wreck free car. The car was involved in an accident and had been damaged as part of a rental fleet.
