I'll be the first to say that I hate shopping for a new or used car. After my experience at Exclusive Motorcars I no longer feel this way. KP and the team at Exclusive Motorcars treated me with professionalism, respect and honored every request. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy unlike other new and used car dealerships. KP made me feel comfortable from day one. He allowed me to test drive the car not once, but twice without him tagging along. He also let me drive another car on the lot that was the same make and model so I could compare for myself. One important thing for me was making sure the Bluetooth worked properly, as I basically work out of my car and need my phone often. Upon request he ordered the correct Bluetooth puck for me and made sure it worked at their expense. After purchasing the car I realized the first night that it had a burnt out headlamp. I emailed him the next morning and he ordered the light for me, again at their expense. Exclusive Motorcars also have a great relationship with the local banks. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350 and I couldn't be happier. In fact, it's the first time I've ever left a car lot not feeling like I was taken advantage of. Other dealerships could learn a lot from these guys. If you're in the market for a great used car I recommend giving them a visit. A+++

Car inventory was nice; the website was also very well done. The "sales represenative", KP was inexperienced,and needs much training in customer relations skills and professionalism, follow-up is non existant. Perhaps the quality of the product will overcome these deficiencies; otherwise, this salesperson may have to find another avocation to support himself. Having driven from Charlotte to view a couple of Exclusive cars. (my second vehicle was totaled and I was seeking to replace it), I shall do so but not likely at this dealership...an unfortunate experience.

I had a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Exclusive Motorcars last year as well as experience their Service Facility. All cars included in inventory are thoroughly inspected by Service Department before being offered for sale. Exclusive Motorcars does offer worry-free pre-owned vehicle buying experience and it thrives on referrals as well as returning customers with very little advertising. Prices are well below actual value and the quality is unprecedented. The Service Department is a sophisticated diagnostic and repair facility with real pros tending to customer needs. They will get you in and out in a professional manner. Highest recommendations to Exclusive Motorcars and anyone looking for a car or service/repair facility.

Luckily, I bought a great car from them at a good price. Alex was my sales person who is not trustworthy. I gave him the cashiers check with the $39 for tag transfer fee, but my bank wanted to do the transfer paperwork, so Alex did not have to do any of this. My bank charged me $39 to do the paperwork. Being that it was around 6 pm, Alex said the safe was locked and he did not have the $39 he owed me. I said that was OK and that we could work out a deal to get new carpeted mats for the car instead. He made so many promises that the mats were being shipped to me, then mistaken was shipped to the dealership, etc. etc. Finally, he stopped returning any calls or texts. I never received my mats or the $39 he owes me. My advice is to stay away from this place. He is a liar and a thief.

Salesman were friendly but not pushy very down to earth "human beings" Walked in to test drive and walked away within 3 hours with paperwork in hand!

Very good experience purchasing my used 2005 Saturn Vue. They weren't pushy and I was allowed to test the vehicle without pressure. The vehicle came with the Car Fax which helped in the decision making. They were upfront and the transaction was smooth. It's a decent vehicle, but now I'm finding little small problems. I sort of expected it since it's a used vehicle. Overall, the vehicle is pretty good. Still glad I got it.
