I had been searching for a Ram for about a month and finely found "The one" which was at Falvey's. First I emailed about the truck and got no response at all, then I texted about the truck like added stated for more info, no response. Ok, so I'll just call, no biggie, I want this truck. Called the dealership at 7:55pm (they close at 8pm) to check to see if the truck was still available, "Yes, the truck is still available, when would you like to come in to see it". I told them I would be in first thing in the morning to see the truck and I just want to make sure it will be there as for I'm traveling from out of state for the vehicle. "Oh, yes it will be here. We'll have it all cleaned up for you and ready to go". Ok, great I'll see you in the morning! I woke up extra early 5:30am to be on the road by 6am to be there right at 8:30am when they opened (yes, 2.5hr drive!). I was just getting off the highway and nearly to the dealership when the phone rings. It was the dealership calling to tell me "Sorry, but the truck you were interested actually sold yesterday". Are you kidding me? If I was any closer to home I would have turned right around, but considering the distance I drove I figured mine as well see what they have. After walking the lot and not seeing any trucks I wanted, they said maybe we can find you something locally and have it brought in and we'll do our best on pricing. After doing the dance for a little bit and being shown 3-4 different trucks they finely found it, the one I wanted! So of course they start with the typical "Do you have a lease? What are you payments? Etc... I said I'm not playing that game right now, just give me the price of the truck. So the sales guy goes and talks to the sales manager and comes back, "We're going give you a really great deal on this truck"! I was cool, maybe this will work out. Then I see the number, it was about 3k more then what I could get the same exact truck for within a half hour from where I live! At that point I was just so done with dealing with this dealership and walked out! BY FAR, THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Went in for transmission service at this will be third time changing fluid and filters for my ram 1500 first time at this dealer ship service advisor tells me the tech recommends changing outer tie rod instead that needed attention vs the transmission I told her show me they did very little play in the front wheel told her no I just want the transmission service. Vehicle was returned to me and I went to go get gas and check the fluid level truck seemed to be not shifting smoothly like before a had service done check the fluid level was about 2 1/3 quarts low returned to falveys had the tech check and found the fluid was low and tried to down play it like it was no big deal I felt so ripped off like I just paid for these incompetent fools to destroy my truck what a waste of time and money stay far away from this dealer ship if you value your time sanity and vehicle

I went looking for a truck for my son one afternoon and I couldn't get any satisfaction, until I visited Falvey's Motors. My sale representative at Falveys Jim Larosa, went beyond the call of duty to help me find the truck I was looking for. Jim was very patience, courteous and above all I did not feel pressured. After spending half the afternoon with Jim we finally found the right truck for my son. I was very happy about the price and service I received that day. However, the most outstanding aspect of Falveys and I will never forget, after about three weeks I had a issue with the truck I called Jim on a Friday dropped the truck off over the weekend Monday afternoon it was done no bill no questions asked. Jim's only concern was I happy. I would like to give Falvey's motors a ten star rating and would highly recommend Falvey's to any one looking for a new or used car. Wayne Patch

Once you select a sales person to help you the rest is smooth sailing. TJ was my guy and will do business with him in the future. We leased a 1500 Dodge Ram pickup for my wife then a year later I purchase a one year old Dodge Journey which I am very happy with. My first comment to TJ when we were negotiating on the Dodge Ram was treat us right and I will stay her for my vehicles in the future. I am still here. Give them a try you will not be dissappointed

Car buying at times can be like having a tooth pulled, however my experience at Falvey's with the entire staff and in particular Darnell Williams was both pleasant and enjoyable. I do not know much about cars but I knew what features I needed.Darnell was very professional, friendly, helpful and patient, explaining everything I needed to know about my purchase including insurance coverage. After talking to me for a few minutes, he knew exactly what I wanted and got me exactly what I wanted.In less than 2hrs I walked out with my Jeep Patriot hassle free and very satisfied. I had purchased my vehicle from them from a distance, had it shipped and to begin with they forgot to reattach the antena after detailing it. I purchased the vehicle 02/20/12 and I still do not have an antena. Secondly I requested a complete inspection of the vehicle thoroughly as to any scratches or dents and day two after receiving the vehicle I expressed a fairly deep dent on the upper part of the front passenger door to which their response was the carrier must have dented it. I thought okay that is possible only after closer observatiion there was a rust spot where the paint was chipped which doesn't happen overnight. Beware they are very nice until they get your money then it's someone elses problem.

Avoid Falvey Motors! They sold me a used car with a broken speaker system and completely refuse to fix it even after I reported the failure the same day as the purchase. Do not trust that they will stand behind the products they sell; I didn't and now I'm out several hundred dollars to fix it myself.

It was probably the best experience buying a vehicle at a dealership that I can remember. The salesman and the managers didn't play any sneaky games, and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and with the terms. And they were very nice to my dummy, too.

By far the best experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We have purchased 7 new vehicles from 7 different dealers in eastern ct. During my initial visit and short of time a sales associate (Scott) addressed my needs without pressure or badgering. On short notice, hours later, the dealership accomidated a request for test drives. A fair price was offered from the onset (very close to the edmunds TMV of the vehicle)satisfying my wife and I. Management and financing was fair, straighforward and professional. No gimmics or hidden costs. This team was focused on our satisfaction and experience. Great team to visit and consider purchasing a Dodge, Ram Truck, or Jeep.
