The salesman Jack O. Fino focused on the truck I was looking for and found it despite the fact that it's the end of the model year. He clearly and thoroughly answered all of my questions, moved the process along quickly and efficiently and fully demonstrated my new F-150's features and operation upon delivery. Even a representative of my insurance company (USAA) was impressed with Jack's knowledge and efficiency.I was also impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and positive attitude of the other Family Ford employees involved including Donna Archanbault who did the paperwork, Ken Brown who coordinated the installation off a bed liner and Gary Craven who facilitated my first responder initiative.

No flexibility... very little negotiation.... I don't know how they stay in business. Pointed out the better prices and options at other dealers and their inventory of 50 leftover 2016 F-150's that they have compared to the 10-15 that other dealers have but it didn't help. Offered to buy a $38,000 vehicle if they just dropped the price $640.. they refused.

I am very satisfied and pleased with Family Ford of Enfield. The purchasing process was made very easy, and each time I call to schedule an oil change or schedule work, I am treated politely and respectfully. I have no complaints. The only thing you could do is tell Mike Moriarty that we do not want to sell our truck back, we keep getting mail asking us to sell the truck back, but we like it way too much to do that, LOL!

Every time I've done business with Family (Friendly) Ford of Enfield it's been a satisfying experience. I bought a new 2012 F-150 there, and had it and my 2002 F-150 repaired and serviced by the people at the dealership. It's sales staff are no pressure, what can we do for you people. The service advisors are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful not to be outdone by anyone, anywhere else. I always enjoy a few laughs with them when I'm there. And the technicians... what more can be said when one of their technicians takes you and your vehicle for a test drive, knows what the problem is before we got back to the dealership. My truck was fixed and I was on my way inside of an hour. You're going to have a problem every so often, but that's the nature of machinery and nobody's perfect. Family (Friendly) Ford of Enfield is a professional operation and I am very happy to do business with them.

Alicia Riley is the best. I have purchased two cars from her. One because I wanted a new car and second time because that first car was totaled in an accident. Both times she was helpful and listened to what I had to say. During the second purchased, necessitated by an accident, she was very understanding and went the extra mile to find me the replacement car that I was looking for.The Service Department is very professional. Repairs are done on time. Courtesy cars, shuttle service and dealership WiFi make the service appointments easy to deal with.

Just bought our second new vehicle from Family Ford (Ray Corriveau, to be specific) and had another great experience. We actually travel about an hour and 15 minutes to this dealership because the service they offer is unlike any dealership in our area. Ray is attentive, not pushy, reasonable, and understanding. I wasn't really sure which car I wanted to go with, so I was able to bounce some ideas off of him and he ended up finding a vehicle that is PERFECT for our family. It's well worth the trip and we'll continue buying future vehicles from Ray.

I had issues with fans running at high speed total price for job was more than I expected to pay for truck just over 2 years old 9000 miles out of warranty Gary in service department got some parts reduced which I'm grateful for the service was great just not happy with parts replacement on truck over 2 years old I expected better from Ford trucks almost 2000 in repair costs that I had no control over to check for wear and tear I went online to find other issues and why it was so expensive to repair still not happy with repair costs lost a lot of respect for Ford.

We went to get info on what we needed to do for when our lease was up. Owen was straight to the point, friendly, answered all of our questions and was very patient while we had to attend our 1 year old son and making the decision. He did everything to make sure that we got what we were looking for and the whole process was so painless and quick that we are still in shock that we walked out with our new Explorer. Nobody seems to know what's going on at any particular time. Service has worked on my vehicle five or six times and out of those times it was all for the same repair. I talked to Sales about the vehicle I wanted they ordered it and it showed up different.i'll never go back.

I purchased from Family Ford a new Fusion in 2012 and at that time they were an outstanding organization to deal with. Based on that experience, I returned to look for another vehicle; I was not disappointed. I intended to purchase/lease a new car but ended up replacing my 2007 Cadillac with a CPO 2014 Taurus (a beautiful car). Steve's patience and understanding through the whole process was refreshing. He suggested and went over several options with me and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he would get the answer. I brought my 2015 F-350 Platinum diesel in for it's first service. I also asked to have my radio antenna which was loose secured properly. The staff was friendly and serviced the vehicle in a timely manner. I received my paperwork and as I always do I inspected my vehicle before leaving. During inspection I noticed the antenna was tighter but still not secure as it should have been and the rubber boot that sits at the base was detached sitting low and spinning freely allowing external debris to enter. I went back in and told Greg the service adviser that I had been working with that day that the antenna still wasn't correctly tightened. He sent the tech that worked on it out with me and I showed him my concerns. He felt it was okay. I disagreed and showed him the way the antenna and boot were on their new trucks on the lot. He finally agreed that it wasn't right and said he would need to take a closer look at it. I said that's fine I'll wait. A few minutes later Gregg comes in the waiting area and says they will order a new antenna and boot but he can't guarantee it would fix the issue. That's when I became defensive questioning why he wasn't telling me it would be corrected. I then showed him the comparison between the new trucks on the lot and mine with 7,600 miles on it. He kept stating he thought it was fine. Upset I told him he was full of it and at that time the employee who had my keys threw them on the ground and told me to leave. Throws the keys to my $70,000 truck on the ground?!!!! Seriously?!!! So I leave and head up to another Ford dealer in MA for a second opinion and in literally two minutes flat they tell me it's definitely not right and that the technician at Family Ford when spinning the boot of the antenna by hand in an attempt to finger tighten it he actually pulled the boot out of the tabs on the cowl that hold it. The cowl would now need to be removed to fix what the Family Ford technician did. So now I have to make an appointment for that repair with the more honest and knowledgable dealership in MA. Bottom line they are great until you hold them accountable. Then they shrug you off and lie. I would strongly suggest doing business with other Ford dealerships.

We have two Ford cars that we bought from Family Ford. We have had both serviced by Family Ford as long as we have owned them. The service is excellent. Once, while headed out to vacation, we got a nail in a tire about ten miles north of Enfield. We were able to drive to Family Ford to have the tire repaired. While they were doing that, which took about an hour, they loaned us a car, didn't mind that we had our dog with us, and we were able to go have coffee rather than wait in the waiting room. I think this is typical of how Family Ford goes the extra mile to take care of their customers.

Mr. Ken Brown has been my Ford contact for more than 5 years now. He has always given me great advice, (if I should wait for the vehicle) or drop it off for a day or so.Ken is always on top of the Ford Owners Advantage, and gives me deals when they are available (Like sending a form in for a rebate etc). Ken is very good at describing a problem so the tech's can fix it (I had a problem with the radio that required that I cycle power to get it to come on). I described the problem and Ken made sure it was fixed. I rate the service of this dealership very highly. AAA+++

I called on a Thursday afternoon 2/12/15 and spoke to Ken about the problem I was having with my SUV he told me to come right on down they would take me. When I got there I was taken care immediately by Ken. I was given a diagnostic reason for my issue and told that they had to order the part and wouldn't be in until the next day. I told them I had a very important appointment I needed to be at the next day and did they think the car would be done in time. Ken said he would let the mechanic know. The following day I got a call letting me know the car was serviced.... They met the timeline, I was pleasantly surprised. I was shuttled by Dan, who was prompt and personable. The professionalism and understanding of my needs went over and beyond what I expected! A huge thank you to everyone including the mechanic who worked on it!

I recently purchased a new vehicle. When i got to the dealership to look at the vehicle, I was approached by Jorge (salesman) and he seemed very attentive to what I told him I was looking for. I thought to myself this is going to be so smooth and easy and there won't be any headaches....boy was i wrong. I went to the dealership and I was ready to buy. I had done all my research, knew where I wanted to be out the door, knew what I wanted for my car, etc.. Jorge had assured me that I would be so satisfied with my purchase and that he would do everything he could to ensure my happiness on the vehicle. However his attitude took a major turn after i had inquired about discounts and price. Even more so when I asked if the scratches that were on the vehicle could be buffed out and maybe hit with some touch up paint. My boyfriend had asked about the brakes being looked at as well. He referred me to Roger who was amazing with getting me the right price and I really appreciate everything he did for me. Roger is great! Jorge however, put a really bad taste in my mouth because he said he would call me and instead i never got a call, but i got text messages. Umm yeah you are a salesman at a dealership, not my best friend so what makes you think you can text me? That is not customer service to me at all, in fact that was insulting for him to assume i would be okay with that. Although I wasnt happy with Jorge, I was still set on purchasing this vehicle.so I asked for the scratches to be buffed and hit with touch up paint, I asked for the brakes to be looked at and changed if needed and I asked for the vehicle to be detailed (washed, waxed with 2 coats and be ready for pickup) The day I was to pick up my vehicle I yet again got text messages from Jorge that the car was ready, I asked if the brakes were looked at and if the car was washed, waxed, etc He responded with the brakes were looked at but didnt give me more detail. When I arrived at the dealership, I again inquired about the brakes and Jorge told me the brakes were looked at. I asked him if there was any unusual wearing and he said they told me the brakes were good. He also told me that the vehicle was buffed to try to get the scratches out (he never mentioned the touch up paint), that it was washed and waxed with 2 coats of wax like i asked for. After I signed all the paperwork, I wasn't walked to the car like I have seen them do many times. Jorge barely shook my hand, stayed on the stairs and said good luck. Roger on the other hand was so impressive. He actually had a conversation with me, unlike Jorge who made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't even want to do the paperwork with him and i really didn't want him getting the commission because he did nothing to help me, Roger did it all. As I drove away, I turned on the AC because it was hot out and thats when I saw all my windows and my windshield were so streaky I could barely see out of them. I immediately turned off the AC and turned on the defrost.I was late getting back to work because I had to stop and get cleaner to make it easier for me to drive. When I got home I wanted to show everyone the car and realized the way back was all dirty so that didnt get vacuumed and when I moved the seats to show people how the seats folded down, there were old wrappers and junk in between the seat top and bottom.2 days later I took the vehicle thru the touchless car wash and to my surprise when I got out and looked at the vehicle, all the scratches had returned and I was no longer excited about my new vehicle. I now have to pay someone to have touch up paint put on the vehicle and I have it washed and waxed the way it should have been in the beginning. I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience at this dealership and that is why I went there, but after this experience I am so unhappy that I wont return, not even for my free oil change.

We were very pleased with the service that Greg Ayers gave us. He was very professional and any questions we had. Had an oil change and a part replaced in the dash. He took the time to tell us what the problem was and how much it cost and said it would be ready that day. Brought the car in at 8:00 am and the car was ready in three hours. I have been happy with the dealership, but I will be getting rid of my 2007 Ford Freestyle----it is one expensive car! I have a 2007 Toyota Prius, and the repair bills are nowhere near as expensive as they are for the Ford. Family Ford has good people working there: they are pleasant and courteous.The driver, Dave, is top notch too. However, there comes a time when you just have to reevaluate owning a car that gets 24 miles to the gallon on the highway, costs way too much each time it goes in to be serviced, and seems to have something wrong with it all the time.

I Traded a f150 pickup for a used Lincoln Navigator LFamily ford gave me a great trade in for the truckand Gave me a great price on the Lincoln. Needed a new keyfob, there was not one that would work available in the Continental US. It had to be ordered from a dealer in Europe. It took weeks. And then, the price was high, but I doubt I could have beat it in the 2nds markets. They did not charge me for time spent trying to get the US model to work. Meantime, they took care of 2 or 3 recall fixes, that was good.

I was on my way to a baby shower and my car started shaking on the highway (I'm also pregnant so I was very nervous when this happened) I turned around and headed to Family Ford of Enfield where I take my Escape for oil changes. I called them to let the service department know I was on my way. I told them I was going to be late for a baby shower, they were so nice and as soon as I got there took my car strait back and worked on it. They were so quick, I got my car back and the shaking had stopped. It took under an hour and I was on the road and able to make it to the baby shower. Thanks Family Ford of Enfield!!!!

My "low tire pressure" light came on so I stopped in, expecting just to have more air put into my tires due to the very cold weather. The tech checked the car and found a nail in the RR tire. I did not have an appointment but my car was fixed promptly and with the courtesy I am always shown when I visit Family Ford of Enfield. The staff is excellent and the service I receive is top notch.

Right from the start of buying my car, the sales people were great. I had a seminar to attend & my car was not going to be ready in time, so without any hassle I had a loaner for as long as I needed it. Repairs were done & they wouldn't let me have the car until they were sure everything was right with it. I love my Explorer. Right up to this last week when my car door froze. We called, they said come on over, I did & within 30 mins my door was fixed & I was on my way. Anytime they can accommodate the customer they do so with pleasure. Sales, repairs, parts every department I've dealt with has been fantastic

I brought my F350 diesel in for some routine maintenance, but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. My service rep, Greg, was able to get me a loaner vehicle and worked to quickly obtain the necessary parts in order to get the vehicle repaired by the next morning. Several other problems were identified and repaired in the same time period. The tech came in on Saturday morning to finish the repair and get the truck back to me with minimal down time.

Went to the service department for a recall safety issue on a Lincoln. Car was inspected for the recall issue as well as a front to back check. Parts were ordered for the safety issue, as was stated on the recall notice and no other issue needed attention. The person I dealt with, Ken Brown was great.

Excellent job getting the paranormal out of my new F150 Truck. The panic alarm would go off randomly for no reason. They fixed this by reviewing the log when the alarm was tripped and realized that the hood latch needed a part. Great job!

Bought a 2012 F350 that sat 400 days ,..been in 8 times for Exhaust Fluid Fault.Each and every time Steve tries to BS his way out of it cause they cannot fix it.They word each repair order different , to their own liking Not as to what I tell them.So far it's in Lemon law suit ....Steve tries to play big shot till I call him out on things he says that don't hold water.All the clowns at the service desk do their best to act like it's their first day on the job.Mike M, the GM runs a good commercial on the radio ,but, delivers the opposite attitude after the sale!

I walked in Tues Sept 17th to the dealership. And Gary was the only guy that said hello and asked if I needed any help.So we walked around the lot and I found the truck I ened up buying.Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful. So we sat down and talked numbers, Gary spent quality time explaining everything to me so that I understood.So I bough the truck that night.I bought the paint pertection and carpet protetion plans and had to come back to have it applied.So we made an appointment to come in on saturday to have it done.But I expressed to Gary that weekends were not al that great for me to be without my truck....so Gary called me on Thursday and went way abouve and beond the call of duty. He came to my office in Windsor Locks and picked up my truck and drove it back to the dealership and had the work done and returned it to me.That was huge to me.Gary is a great salesman , no pressure just simply fantastic customer service .I have history with the old Enfield Ford all I will say is they were not nice. I made it a point to tell everyone about how bad they were.NOW you guys are 100% different at least sales I have not worked directly with service yet, that to I had a major issue with....But we are now at a fresh start.I am so glad you guys took over and I am will to bet you have this before and will again.GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I recently visited Family Ford of Enfield looking for a truck for my husband. We had purchased a truck in 2010 from this dealer (a great experience) and we were looking to down size. We were greeted by a salesperson, Raymond Corriveau. Ray was a pleasure to work with from the moment he said hello. There was NO pressure, NO gimmicks and NO bull***. Ray answered every question we had and some questions we didn't know to ask. We found a great truck that fits my husbands requirements perfectly. We traded our F350 diesel (for a great price I might add), and we purchased a new F250 (again, for a great price). Ray was with us every step of the way and handled everything that needed to be done. I sent info, pics, vin# as requested and never heard back ! Blamed it on his phone and how it wasn't working,really?? When I contacted him, he had the wrong information I had sent... The year of my truck! Coming from Danbury, dealing with Colonial Ford I went looking elsewhere because they couldn't find me an 150! Sorry I showed interest in Gamily Ford of Enfield!, What an embarrassment for FORD and family ford to provide service or lack of! I had told Greg to have someone contact me and he agreed...... No one did! Sorry FAMILY FORD, you lost a client and the word is out!

Recently I had trouble with my brake light coming on then going off. Before I was able to call about it the light came on and stayed on as I was driving to work. By the time I got home I had minimal breaks. My neighbors put in some break fluid, but that didn't work. Noticing some liquid on their driveway they said it was break fluid and that I had a leak somewhere. I called Family Ford on Saturday and they were very helpful. I had the van towed there and they had it repaired by Tues.

For the first time ever I was sure everything was going to be done with no mishaps at /family/enfield ford, but I was wrong. The work done seems to have solved my problems but I had just washed the car before bringing it in. I was asked to leave it overnight so they could perform a final check in the morning. It seems like it was left next to where water was being used and the car was covered with water spots. I will not answer the next ?

Agnes at the Enfield Ford service Dept was great! My son hit a pot hole and popped and ruined a my brand new Escape's Tires late Friday night. Agnes tried on Saturday to find a replacement. No luck, but managed to have a new tire and the car ready for me on Monday. Really appreciate the prompt service! Christine was also very helpful helping me set up my phone, after the Sync update! I brought my car in for an evaluation of a noise I had heard coming from the right rear and a slight whine from my heater motor. They could not find anything wrong with my right rear and, ironically enough, the noise has since gone away. They replaced my heater motor with a new one. The trip took much less time than I anticipated. They gave me a loaner car to see if they could hear the noise in the rear after sitting overnight. Noise still did not return but I was told to bring it back if it does. Great service!

My 91 Escort died last Feb. I am getting used to my Ford 07 Focus: too big, too wide, too tall but I would not go to any other make or car maintenance/repair place. The waiting room was pleasantly quiet, the other occupant and I taking a quick vote and turning off the tv set. In what seemed to be record time, Alice poked her head in and said my car was ready. I went to make an appointment for the weekend for an oil change and was very happy when I was told that they could do my service right then and there. Very Happy.

The Team of people I worked with at Family Ford of Enfield were and always have been eceptional to help me get the vehicle I wanted. They did everything possible to help make a deal that was fair and affordable for me. Upon walking into service I was greeted with a friendly hello and attended to promptly. I choose to wait for my vehicle and service was very fast. Afterward I was informed of service done to my vehicle and of any other issues. Overall was a good experience.

Agnes took excellent care of me. Walked me through what needed to be done. I came in to have tires replaced. Agnes noticed I was scheduled to have my routing maintenance workup in 2 weeks and called to ask if I wanted to have it all done at once. Great idea and really helpful. Great attitude, warm & friendly and do great work. Excellent service overall!!!!

All of the staff have always been polite, friendly and customer oriented. Steve always talks to customers waiting for service as he passes through. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and will continue to do so.

I advised the service person twice and once on line about a possible stone in my driver side rear rotor. After service I was informed they couldn't find anything in the FRONT passenger side rotor. Just letting you know.

You have a wonderful staff, they work hard to give you what you want. They don't try to sell you something that you don't want. They're very honest, friendly and considerate. They are a good team. I am driving to FL and back and wanted the car completely checked, oil change, tire rotation, etc. I stopped in to make an appt and they took me right then. The car was thoroughly checked and I will make the drive with much ease of mind. I love my 2008 Escape and know the drive will be no problem..

I had received notification for a recall notice as well as follow up from this dealership directly. They were Very friendly and accomodating. I hae used other dealerships in MA and was not very satisfied with the response or attitudes. I liked Enfield Ford and would return because of how we were treated.

My service need was promptly addressed at a drop in visit with a very qualified technician who diagnosed the issue very quickly and the necessary parts were located in stock at the Dealership and promptly installed, tested and completed by the technician in minimal time. As is typical at this dealership I'm always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy making the experience a very positive one.

The resent repair was great. I was not too pleased with he preveous visit. The tech could not find the problem, so a "recalibration " was done on the PCM?? The hundred and twenty or thirty dollars it cost seemed high for a guess at a problem, other than that, I think the service department does a good job. Ken Brown was extremely helpful and and kept me informed at every step of the repair. I will continue to use your repair facility for both of our vehicles.Regards,Al Fritze
