This is the second Subaru I've purchased with Faulkner. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I took my Legacy to the dealership for every oil change and inspection for the 5 years I had it and was always pleased with the service. I knew exactly what I wanted with my second Subaru and they made it happen. I love my new Forester.

I gave Faulkner Subaru of Hershey this rating because I ALWAYS get outstanding customer service. This purchase was initiated by Zack in Service. I was pretty upset with learning my 2011 Legacy needed work, which was not an easy fix. I asked him for a loaner car to use since I had to work. He let me have a new 2016 Legacy to use till mine was fixed. I fell in love with all the new updates and how wonderful it drove. I was hooked. When my car was finished, I went to sales to see if my previous Sales person was working, and she was working. Sandy Dragavon has been outstanding with both of my purchases through Faulkner. After her and the finance department worked their magic, I now own a new 2016 Legacy. I really like the new upgrades. The amount of time that David and Jason spent with me explaining all my paperwork was greatly appreciated. I am sure that when the time comes that I will also buy my third Subaru from Sandy. I now have two beautiful Subaru Legacys' in my driveway!

I came back to her because of the truly outstanding service I got from her when she sold me my Legacy five years ago. Zach Shatto in the service department has always given me excellent service on my 2011 Legacy, and I have no doubt that that dedication to excellence will continue in the future. Matt, I am sorry I do not remember his last name, in the finance department answered all my questions and treated me professionally. I know good service when I see it, I can say that I or anyone else would be hard pressed to find higher quality service than your staff provides. One of the things I truly like about your staff is the effort they make to know, and use my name, a small thing perhaps, but I believe that it speaks volumes about your staff. Thank you

I brought my car in directly after it had stalled out and I had to call AAA. The AAA rep replaced the battery and suggested that I go directly to Faulkner for further evaluation. I liked Faulkner's willingness to immediately take a look at my Forester for evaluation in the late afternoon on a Friday.

Richard was helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I told him I wasn't ready to purchase right away, and he kept in touch, but was not pushy. He offered suggestions, but did not try to push me into something I didn't want. When I was ready to buy, he followed through with everything he had promised. Matt in financing, was extremely helpful as well! He explained the extended warranty as well as gap insurance. He tailored a product to meet my needs financially as well as service and insurance wise. I could not be happier!

I highly recommend that you ask for Sandy Dragavon; the sales representative. She listened, was patient and very respectful. I asked to see the invoice since there was an accessory on the car I was not planning on purchasing; no problem. All my questions were answered. A very comprehensive closing process so you are fully informed regarding your purchase. And Sandy goes over the car with you before you leave the lot, so you are all set to go. They did a great job installing all my accessories. Car looks great!

Dan Mann was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was patient in showing us all possible options for the Impreza line-up. The test-drive circuit he chose was also complete in determining the vehicle's capabilities (at least for good weather). We were impressed with Faulkner overall -- it was our first purchase there -- and we are very likely to be back for our next car purchase. Mr. Mann is a gem...keep him around as long as you can!

I found the service to be outstanding. I had an early morning appointment to have the 6000 mile warranty service on my 2016 Legacy. The staff in the service department couldn't have been more courteous. When I inquired about restaurants in the area that served breakfast, one of the staff members volunteered to drive me and my daughter to a restaurant nearby. I am 86 years old and have had a lot of experience dealing with car dealerships but I have never had such a pleasant experience as dealing with your sales and service people.

Our salesman, Rick, is the reason we bought our new vehicle at Faulkner. It is apparent that he truly loves his job and believes in Subaru. He had a very good attitude and was always willing to help. We felt that he was honest and cared about building a relationship with us, his customers. All of the other associates that we met there were very nice also. We were in other dealerships and did not come away with the same experience as we did at Faulkner.

I had an overall good experience. Sandy listened to what I wanted. Test drove the outback and crosstrek. She showed me pointers and things to consider. The staff was not pushy and truly listened to my needs and responded appropriately. I was disappointed at the trade in value they presented me the first time and did require some negotiation. All-in-all I have no complaints and would recommend this dealership to a friend. They are a very busy dealership, so plan ahead. Clearly they are popular as evidence by the amount of traffic. No issues for me, they checked on me constantly if I had to wait because I had no appointment.

Through my entire car buying process; going to different dealerships and interacting with different sale representatives, Robert Barkley was by far the best. He made the entire car buying process enjoyable. This was my first time buying a car and he took his time. He made sure to explain things to me. I could definitely tell his number one goal was to make me happy with the right car. Whereas, I didn't get that feeling from other sales reps. I'm extremely satisified with my experience and I'm extremely happy with my new vehicle. I interacted with several people at Faulker and I got the same impression from them all. Their goal is to help me and I appreciate that.

This was my first time buying a car and the team at Faulkner Subarau was very knowledgeable and helpful. Anything they didn't immediately know the answer to, they found out and got back to me. Sandy was the best sales person I've encountered and was extremely helpful. Many sales people focus too much on pushing you to make a decision and telling you what to do over giving you useful information. Sandy on the other hand let me know the rarity of my car and all its special features without being rude or pushy. I appreciated her assistance in the decision making process and respected her opinion. Sandy was available to me through phone call and even texting to answer my questions which she did on her own time! I would highly recommend Faulkner Subarau and especially Sandy Dragovan. She made the whole process smooth and gave a lot of her own time staying after hours to answer my questions and fill out paperwork. She showed me how to use the features in my car and even hooked up my blutooth. If you want to deal with a PERSON versus a sales person, make sure you talk with Sandy Dragovan at Faulkner Subarau!

Terrible experience. My car wouldn't start 5 days after I bought it. This was my second bad experience with subarus. That wasn't the worst part. Trying talk to someone after the fact was ridiculous. There was "nothing" they could do. They might as well have a turnstile installed because once you leave don't try to go back. Magically their tone changes pretty quick.

Just bought my used Subaru last night, and had a great experience there. My sales-person, Sandy, treated me like a friend. No pushy sales pitches, and took care of me like family. The 2 guys in the financing department that I dealt with, Matt and Justin, were equally friendly and helpful. Matt went over everything with me, explaining all of the paperwork so that I knew exactly what I was looking at and signing. Justin helped make every accommodation that was fathomable to get me in that vehicle and on the road. Could not possibly have been treated better.

I just purchased my third Forester from this dealership. I'll never forget the first time I stopped by in 2010. I narrowed my preferences down to 3 brands, and was pretty sure I would eliminate the Forester. After reviewing the pros and cons with Sandy, my "go to" salesperson, I told her I had another dealership or two that I wanted to visit. She smiled kindly and said "okay, you'll be back" - she was very low key, but confident. So I said goodbye, figuring I'd probably never see her again. Was I shocked to discover that the other cars didn't come close to the quality of the Forester, and the other dealerships couldn't match the deal or the welcoming attitude I encountered at Faulkner Subaru. And the great deals and personnel keep me coming back.Additionally, the service department set-up is extremely convenient, the waiting room is comfortable and accomodating - I can even bring my dog along!!

All of the staff at Faulkner Mazda of Harrisburg are very helpful and friendly. Sarah was our salesperson and she went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and taking the time to help us pick out the best vehicle. We are very thankful to have had Sarah help us with this, she is the best! Dan in the financing department went to bat for us and was able to secure a great interest rate for us. Matt, the manager, made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the sale and explained a lot of the process to us (we are first time new car buyers). And finally Steve, who we signed the paperwork with, explained all of the payment details and also was able to get us a good deal on the GAP coverage and the vehicle service plan. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend Faulkner Mazda to anyone.

Dan Mann made the process seamless. I already knew what I wanted because I always buy a white forrester with gray leather interior. We called at 3:00 pm to inquire if they had the car I wanted, drove 2 hours to get it, picked it up and headed home - total process seamless! Appreciate not having to go back and forth with the price, we drove 2 hours because of the price!!! :) I passed on my 2004 Forrester with 240,000 miles to my husband - he will drive it to work - when that dies; he will inherit this 2016 Forrester and we will be back for another white forrester for me. Connected on a personal level, both sharing and genuinely asking about family. Most importantly though, her communication was superb. After a previous sale had fallen through, she immediately texted me the following morning to alert me, before she even came into work that day. From that point forward, communication was clear and concise. Instead of playing phone tag, she recognized my hands were full at work, and went the extra mile to quickly get all information I requested, and sent via text. Had my car in for a simple oil change (25,000 miles)a few weeks ago. Service advisor told me I needed tires, that mine were 6/32. Was totally shocked since I JUST replaced them the week before. But since I didn't know what exactly the tech was seeing, I declined new tires and paid and left. Went directly to an auto parts store and bought my own tire depth gauge and found them all to be in NEW condition,11/32. I come up with one of two conclusions:1., based on my mileage, they assumed I needed tires without even looking at them or 2, I was being hustled for new tires. I contacted the service manager and relayed this information- expected a call back with some sort of explanation, got nothing. Last ditch effort, I called my salesman who was great, and he passed it on to a sales manager. Got a message from the manager with times to call back, which I attempted 3 times with no success. Left a message and still have not heard anything several days later. I've lost all trust in the dealership and despite being convieniently close, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This vehicle is a very rare VW bus and is difficult to find one in very good condition. The website provided a full Carfax history report that definitely caught my interest. However, there were only 4 pictures of the vehicle. My internet contact was fantastic. I requested and she provided extra photos of the interior of the used 2002 VW Eurovan that I requested. My sales rep was fantastic. He actual held my place in the queue to test drive and get the opportunity to seal the deal. The sales manager was even better. He assured me of the minor repairs that needed to be done, were actually done before I picked up the vehicle. I thought the negotiated price was very fair and mutually agreeable. Lastly, I had a personal situation where I needed Faulkner to hold my purchased vehicle for a full week while I was on a vacation. They kept my vehicle, made the repairs while I was on vacation. When I arrived the following week to pick up the vehicle it was cleaned, had a full tank of gas and was ready to drive off the lot. After driving the vehicle for the last 2 weeks, I have to say that I am extremely happy to have shopped at Faulkner.

I came in for an Express oil change because I had not made an appointment far enough ahead for my 15,000 mile check-up. When I arrived, the service rep told me they could still do my 15,000 mile checkup. In addition, the other service rep hooked up my blue tooth for me and showed me how to add my phone list. The waiting area is especially nice. There are chairs by the fireplace, a table with chairs, if there is writing to do, and chairs for watching TV. They have a very nice selection of coffee and tea too! It's a very nice set up.

Not once did she seem irritated w/ all the questions I was asking and w/ my uncertainty with what I wanted. A great team of people. Richard was very considerate. I hate haggling, he was patient. He showed me a car (the one I ended up buying) even if it wasn't the one I originally wanted to drive. Justin in finance was very patient and kind and thorough and clear about the warranties. I didn't feel like i was being sold something, but it was being suited for me and my needs (living 1.5 hours away). I was alone, I was a woman, and everyone just treated me like a regular customer and not a dumb lady who doesn't know or shouldn't know about the car she's about to by. Everyone took the time with me over the course of two days plus to make sure I was getting the right car for me. Very different from other sales floors i had been on in central PA. Things I would change: Faulkner general online sales. Not being able to keep up with the inventory, it's pointless to even have someone who lives so far away find it useful. I wouldn't have ended up at Harrisburg if I hadn't called the sales folks directly to see what was in stock, since it wasn't online. I was on my way to Mechanicsburg when I called their sales floor and discovered there wasn't the car I was looking for. The Harrisburg office was helpful and knowledgeable and quick to respond.

There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and the sales rep did not push any add-ons such as rust proofing or paint sealant. The price offered for my trade-in was fair. The transaction was as streamlined as it could be, and we got to the out-the-door price quickly. The attempt to sell the extended warranty was a little tacky, but even then I didn't feel pressured to take the deal.

Service is prompt, waiting area is comfortable and I don't mind waiting a little longer if necessary. I feel you have efficient, happy employees working for Faulkner and hope you realize that. I like your renovation to the service center since, as you have known, there was limited space to park the car to check in for service. I've always had quality work and never a problem that wasn't addressed.

Out of the blue, my car starting making alarming rattling noises on a Saturday afternoon. I had been in town and had to return to NY that evening. I took it to 5 other places before I found Faulkner Subaru/Mazda. They diagnosed the problem right away and found a mechanic that was willing to stay later and work on it. Unfortunately, the part I needed was not available until the following Monday. I had to return to NY but Faulkner arranged to ship my car to me on Tuesday. I dealt with Jeremy Shade and found him not only to be very kind, but also to be very "on the ball". This dealership is the best I have EVER dealt with and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Outstanding!

Robert Barkley was awesome. This was our second trip to Faulkner and dealing with Rob. He was courteous and professional. After the purchase of our first Crosstrek we told everyone that was contemplating buying a new car to go to Faulkner and get with Rob. Im not sure why Rob is never in any of your commercials. Think its about time to let Rob pawn off a pup for the humane society. He is doing an awesome job selling cars so Im sure he would do a great job getting people adopt a dog, cat or even a rabbit.

I had visited four Mazda dealers and Faulkner Mazda is by far a customer friendly dealership. I traveled 1-1/2 hours looking for the exact vehicle we wanted, because although other more local dealerships promised us they could get the vehicle we wanted they could not. They essentially wasted my time lying to get me in there dealership. Faulkner delivered not only the car I wanted but the best price and very easy negotiating.

This is the place to go. Car salesmen really had me discouraged. I'm a young guy with no credit record. I was treated like the most important person there and they got me financed at a cool 6%. If you're just looking around, or set and determined to get the car you want, you owe it to yourself to go out of your way to get to them. They'll go out of their way for you. The staff at Faulkner is always friendly and helpful. They are quick to greet you when you pull in and make sure your taken care of. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with coffee and water. The service is done within the estimated time frame. I waited for my car this time but times that I choose to leave they provide shuttle service that's quick and convenient. I highly recommend Faulkner Subaru to anyone I find that's in the market for a new or used car.

Faulkner Subaru had an online listing for a car I was interested in, a 2005 VW Jetta TDI wagon. All of the questions I had about the car were answered accurately and intelligently. They put the car on a lift and provided additional photos. They fleshed out the service records. They picked me up at the airport and had all documentation prepared when I arrived in Harrisburg. Each and every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I've had a lot of car buying experiences. This one was among the best. I recommend them to you.

It is now now just a Subaru dealership and has expanded its service department with drive in bays. The customer service area is very nice. I worked with Sandy on both purchases. She is a very personable and pleasant to work with. She is very knowledgeable on the Subaru vehicles. Sandy is one of the reasons I decided on my second Outback. Sandy took me out for a spin and went over the features of the car. Everything seemed great, until I realized that I didn't have enough headroom with the moonroof which was required for the features I wanted. Sandy was understanding and told me to think it over and get back in touch.A few days later, my fiancee and I decided that an Outback might be a better fit. So, I went back to Sandy for another test drive. She was very accommodating and just great to work with all around. She answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them) and didn't play any games.When we finally decided to purchase, we had pretty specific specs outlined, and I fully expected to have to order the vehicle from the factory. The price was good I had no trade in so it easy to see what I was actually paying for the car. I would recommend Faulker Subaru to my friends. No hard sales pitch, just a well informed individual who went out of their way to help us find the right vehicle to meet our needs. Congenial and friendly , nice person to deal with. We just purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I am TOTALLY happy with every aspect of service we received. Our salesman, Jim Smee, was available anytime I called or had questions before the sale and minimized the amount of time we were there for the paperwork. Jared (the finance agent) was awesome to work with. Managers Cindy and Brian were also very helpful and accommodating. I'd been car "browsing" for about a months time. We had a 2013 Hyundai Veloster that we had purchased new not very long ago. I'm in my late twenties and for a while my husband and I did not have any children. We regularly purchased new cars and had made about three trade ins and new purchases in the past 4 years. Our current car was the Veloster Matte Gray Turbo. We loved that car but we had just had our first child and a three door coupe just wasn't big enough. Anyway we were going to go with another Hyundai since we had always bought our cars from there but Ciccoca and Faulkner Hyundai couldn't seem to get us in an AWD SUV with leather for a price my husband and I could live with. So, we decided we would try another brand. It was either Subaru or Jeep. I made appointments at both and it just so happened we were going shopping on Halloween night! The Internet sales lady told me they were making awesome deals on this particular night and that we would not be disappointed if we made the trip in so we went there first. Our plans were for a Subaru Crosstrek since they had 2014 models left that were also in our price range. However, as soon as we got there we knew that model wasn't big enough. So, we looked at the Forestors and they definitely were spacious. However, uh oh, the models with leather were a little high in price for us but my husband and I agreed we would see what the numbers looked like. I would go for a model with cloth but we a little one and two medium sized dogs cloth would be stained in no time! Sandy took us for a test drive. When I test drove a Santa Fe at Ciccoia Hyundai the dealer didn't point out ANYTHING. I did all the talking. Not Sandy! She was thoughtful enough to show us all the features and to even have me pull over half way through for my husband to try the car out! We both loved the carNow to the most dreaded part of car buying. An offer on our trade and agreeing on a bottom line. When the numbers came out we were a little disheartened. They were above what we wanted to be at! Thankfully Sandy was very kind and understanding. We talked with her and she talked with those above her to work something out. In the end, we left the dealership with a 2015 Forestor and were almost exactly at the price we wanted to be at. During the entire process we work with Sandy and I think meet or talked with a lot of other people! Did I mention everyone was dressed up for Halloween?! I can't recall everyone's names but everyone was very nice and helpful. All in all, we both agreed the staff here was so much more helpful, courteous, and understanding than any dealership we had been at. No one gave us a hard time when we talked about our budget and the kind of car we wanted with the budget we had. No one gave us nasty looks when we almost went to the jeep dealership because we didn't think we would be able to afford the car we wanted. In addition we had a lot of them there a few hours past quitting time! They all stayed, and helped us close on a great deal!We love our new Forestor! Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a dealership. To start off the salesmen was highly unprofessional. Saying vulgarity, barely new what he was doing, and didn't even know that the car was actually called an impreza wrx. Now onto the huge problem. After being there already for 2 hours we were about to do a credit check and a couple walked in for the same car. A different salesmen comes over to us and says we need to place a deposits right now or they sell the car to the other couple because they had cash. At that moment, we got up and said have a good day. If i was there for already 2 hours, plus i did an hour drive just to get there, and about to make a deal on the car WHY DO I HAVE TO PUT A DEPOSIT?! Isn't it first come first serve?? I had already done the test drive, gave me a walkthrough of the car, and just because of this couple had some cash, they were eager to sell it to them instead. Not to the guy that waited patiently for 2 hours for this car. I've never had such a terrible experience at a dealership before. Later that day I went to Lancaster County Subaru, and they treated me like family. I ordered a fresh wrx with not even a question asked. I would never deal with Faulkner Subaru again.

We had test drove earlier, so all we wanted to get was numbers so we could make comparisons. I had no intention to buy a car that, but after the fantastic offer that was made on the car we wanted, plus great financing, I couldn't say no. Everyone was great to work with, and I would in recommend anyone use Faulkner when looking for a new Subaru. We are in love with our 2014 Subaru Forester, and couldn't be happier that we went to Faulkner.

I bought the car from Faulkner Subaru, despite the 2 hour drive (from NYC), but it was so worth it. First of all I got the price that was unbeatable by the local dealers in NYC. Second, the communication was superb. I purchased it from behind my computer after exchanging few emails with Bob. My car arrived earlier than expected and picking car up was a pleasant experience I was not expecting. Bob spent 2 hours explaining features of the car. I was never felt pushed into getting extra warranty/insurance although I was presented with options to do so. Loving every single piece of buying experience with Faulkner Subaru. 5 star dealer !!!

Sandy, the credit manager and the sales manager were all very helpful. On my initial visit for a new car they pointed out that I still had a considerable amount of mileage left on the lease. Instead of making a sale 90 days ago they suggestd that I use more of the lease milage then return. They did not have to do that. They could have simply made the sale 90 days ago. After selecting the vehicle they made arrangements, accomadating my schedule, for me to return the next day to sign the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. Their professional consideration of my time is a perfect example of their service

I could not find a manual transmission vehicle in the area and the staff at Faulkner was willing to find the car for me when other dealerships wanted me to do a lot of the leg work. Additionally, they had a competitive price and were not overly pushy about add-ons and warranties. THey respected what I wanted, and I couldn't ask for anything more.

My husband & I (both slightly skeptical when we walk into a dealership to begin with) went to Faulkner to look at a Legacy I was interested in. Sandy helped us and had told me on the phone the day before that she was not a pushy salesperson, and that she would get us the best deal she could right off the bat. After getting the run around from a Subaru dealership in Williamsport who assured me that the deal they worked out was a 'miracle deal' that I shouldn't pass up-- Sandy not only worked out a much better deal, she did it without the smoke and mirrors schemes, on the first attempt. We were so impressed with the price, the interest rate, what they'd give for our trade, and their upfront approach that we didn't even ask if they could do a 'little' bit better... within a few hours of getting to Faulkner we drove off in my new Legacy and couldn't be happier. We even plan to make the 70 mile trek to get the car serviced because they were so awesome... and because they'll drop my husband off at Bass Pro while they service it...

When I called on a Friday, Sandy took my call and gave me some info on a Legacy that I was interested in. I called Saturday morning to tell her I was coming down to look at it and asked if they had another one I saw on their inventory list on the internet. It wasn't there, but by the time I got to Faulkner she had tracked down where it was and had it brought over so we could see it when we got there. We took it for a test drive and, of course, loved the car. She had told me on the phone that she wasn't pushy and really would take care of us... I was pretty sure that was the standard sales line and we didn't give it much thought. So my husband & I put our game face on and sat down to start the grueling "let's make a deal" part... neither of us have a problem being forward, we arent afraid to ask for a better deal, and we are rarely ever even close to speechlessso when Sandy went over to chat with the manager and they both came back to talk to us about what they could offer us we were ready for speeches and sales tactics we did our homework before we came. When Sandy and Matt came back and told us what they could offer us we were almost sad for a second when we couldnt say anything except, Sold! We spent the next couple of hours filling out paperwork and laughingthey really were hassle free and Sandy was great!! I would, without question, recommend Faulkner to anyone interested in buying a car!!

My 7th stop while shopping for a newer car and it started off great in the parking area and stayed great until I drove off in my new car 6 days later. The folks were very nice and since I have a hearing disability, they all went out of their way to make sure I got the info and answers to my questions. I really did not expect to buy a Subaru of any type until after I took a ride and during the ride my sales person gave me a few suggested tips on things to try and wow I was surprised at the results I got. I was not expecting the car to perform that well. The sales person was very good and if they did not know the answer they wasted no time finding out what the answer was. I did not feel pressured and no one tried to sell me any accessories, even though I did buy one that was of interest to me. The facility is currently being remodeled but they made it workable and I am sure it will be a much nicer place when they complete the work. It did not have any effect on my decision to buy or not. I am a believer in people who car and people who make a difference. They have some of the best. Now I hope to have a great experience with my new Outback. I felt welcome as soon as I pulled into the dealership and was looking for a place to park my big truck and a salesman answered my call with a smile and directed me to a place that was easy to get in and out of. So when I finished parking I went looking for him to see if he would be interested in showing me around. He was already busy with a customer and said he would introduce me to another sales associate. I asked him if he would place me with someone that spoke well and did not mind dealing with a deaf person, and so, he said, sure and he introduced me to Ms. Sandy Dragonvan. The first thing I thought was oh my gosh, how do you say her last name and she made it easy for me as she did for the entire time I spent looking at cars, asking questions about service and finance. I had been out shopping at a number of dealers and I thought this was going to be 'just another trying situation for me to get all the information and answers to my questions'. Wow, that was not true at all, Ms. Dragonvan took her time with me and made sure I understood all the answers, worked with me via email and text messaging to make this one of the easiest car buying trips in my life. I was not sure I wanted the car as I had been used to driving a truck for over 40 years. I had a number of other cars of interests from previous places, but I came back to Faulkner Subaru a second time and then a third time and closed the deal. She introduced me to the service folks and she also took the initative to have some things corrected that she found with the car. So, I felt she cared as if it was going to be her car and I liked that. I want to end by saying, most experiences for me in the hearing world are a tough time, but this was truly a wonderful change. Even the man, Brian in finance did a great job of making sure the office was quiet, no distractions, and he did a great job of making sure I could read his lips at all times. I started contacting Faulkner Subaru back around November/December 2012. I worked with Greg Feagle (Internet Sales). I decided to hold off until in April 2013 when I saw a specific Impreza Sports Premium color without any additional package, which is exactly what I was looking for. Contacted Greg Feagle again and started the process again. Greg was really great in respond time, answering my questions quickly without being pushy. He simply stated the internet price and request me to let him know when if I wanted to stop by for test drive. I decided to take up on his offer to stop by this time, schedules a time to meet with him. I took a test drive of car and throughout the process I don't feel pressure to make the purchase decision. I let Faulkner Subaru inspect my car that I was considering for trade-in and they let me know how much they would offer for my trade-in. Greg then passed me along to Chris Carvell since his focus is on internet sales and he needed to go back to answer multiple phone calls and questions through emails.Chris Carvell was also great to work with. Again, no pressure, just simply talking about the price, value and making sure we get to mutual agreement. The car I wanted was still in-transit, so I told Chris after I got the final price that I would still think about it and return to him the next day on my decision. No pressure for me to quickly make the decision at that time too.During the final process the following week after the car arrive, the process was pretty simple too. During the signing of all the paperwork, Chris/Faulkner Subaru doesn't try to sell any additional warranty, paint protection or other add-ons, which I know I would decline anyway, but it was nice to know that I don't even have to say no to all those add-on offers/sales.I would recommend Chris Carvell. Faulkner Subaru internet sales group was great too (at least through dealing with Greg Feagle).

I went to shop for my new Subaru at Faulkner as we own a Subaru Legacy purchased at this dealership. I was very impressed at the staff's professionalism and customer service when we bought our Legacy I knew I would purchase this Subaru at Faulkner. Sandy Dragovan was so helpful and informative. I had been driving automobiles with manual transmissions since 1983. My goal was to compare and contrast manual and automatic transmissions. Sandy went above and beyond her duties by driving to another location to procure manual transmission cars for me to test drive. Sandy took her time to review the owners' manual and while in the car all of the functions of my new Outback. She even had the clean vehicle cleaned again before I drove it off the lot. She was never impatient, pushy or tried to " up sell" me, all of the negative attributes of the previous dealerships I have encountered. I strongly recommend this dealership to those who are seeking a new car.

Jesse Mcknight went out of his way to find the right car for us. My wife has a bad back and leg problems getting in and out of cars Jesse showed us several cars that did not work for us and he said let him do some research, then he suggested the Subaru Forester. I commend Jesse for all he has done for us and the people at Faulkner Jim Smee explained all about the details of the car, and the Financial Andria was also helpful. Mr. Smee, and all the employees there, were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicle and related equipment. We were never pressured, in any manner, to make the purchase. We were allowed to test drive the car whenever we wanted, and we could inspect the vehicle at our leisure. Mr. Smee was always availble to answer all questions. He even returned a telephone call to answer a question we had on a Sunday. Mr. Smee actually made buying the car an enjoyable experience. (And I hate to buy cars). So in short, go to Faulkner Subaru and see Mr. Smee - he is the key.

Dealing with the staff at Faulkner Subaru was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. These folks are professionals -- and it shows. I was treated with respect from the moment I emailed the dealership. Questions were answered thoroughly and promptly and there was no sales pressure. The price that I was quoted by email was the price that I paid for a 2013 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium and Faulkner's quote was several hundred dollars less than any other Subaru dealer in a 100 mile radius. I also received a very fair trade in value for my 10 year old car with very high mileage. Finally, Andrea was able to get me 1.9% fixed rate financing from Chase with no moneyh down. My new Subaru was ready when it was promised and delivery was especially quick and efficient -- it took no more than an hour for the entire process and off I went. I was especially impressed with my sales contact, Mitchell Gluntz, and encourage all prospective buyers to ask for him. You won't be disappointed. This is my first Subaru, but it won't be my last. We had a little snow in the area the day after I picked up my Legacy and I have never felt so safe in a vehicle -- no slipping, skidding, fishtailing, etc. The Legacy drives like it's glued to the road and it's a lot of car for the money. Buy your Subaru from Faulkner and I expect that you'll be a customer for life.

Our salesperson, Sandy was perfect...great with my daughter who had no idea what to expect...the dealership manager manager, the finance department...everyone made us feel welcome and that our business was very important to them. The atmosphere of the dealership was very positive. I have worked in retail and customer service most of my life..so I know what it means to have a good customer experience..this dealership gets it!!! This dealership is fair and genuinely cares about their customers...definitely a great place to buy a car. When Subaru makes a convertible; I will be purchasing it from this dealership!

One thing we especially appreciated was the relaxing, non-pressured environment. Chris worked to get us what we wanted instead of trying to sell us something more expensive. Everyone was very friendly, and that friendliness felt genuine, not "salesmen" friendly. Chris took the time to get to know us before we even began to discuss the cars. From the test drive to helping us get familiar with the car, Chris was patient and took his time with us. Once we had the car for a few day, he followed up with a phone call to answer questions and to see how things were going with the car. The Internet experience we had before even going to the dealership was first-rate as well. We had contacted other dealers via Internet about selection and prices, and several of them were either evasive or overbearing. Greg gave us a great price and invited us to come down to look around. The price he quoted was far better than we found anywhere else, and that's exactly what we paid when we got there. It was not a "come-on" tactic that some dealers use.. There were also no annoying phone calls that we got from other dealers when we contacted them on their website just to get some prices. Faulkner runs its Internet site exactly as most customer would want it to be run. Since our car is new, we have obviously not used the service department yet, but we are hopeful that this department will be as good as we found the buying process to be. When we are in need of another car, we'll definitely go to Faulkner again.

After having an issue getting up our driveway with my Suzuki every time it snowed, we figured I should look for a new car while mine was still in good shape and the book value was good. We decided on a Forester and so began the internet search - I picked Faulkner first as my last car was purchased there and the experience that time was also good. I found my Forester on Saturday online, sent an email to Greg and he sent me back the internet price. Went down on Sunday to check out the Forester in person and then to the auto show so we could check out the inside. I emailed Greg on Monday morning and set up a test drive for that day. We were greeted by Chris Carvell when we came in the door and we were 'assigned' to him. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a Subaru. He was VERY knowledgable about the Forester and all its features. I was in my car within 2 hours - great experience with everyone there, especially Chris. I even had to call him back on Tuesday because I realized I left a CD in my other car - Chris called Wed., said he had found it and it would be waiting for me at his desk. Above and beyond. Very happy with our experience at Faulkner.

I purchased a used 98 civic from the dealer as is. The car appeared to be in good shape but within a week the transmission was having problems. I was pressured into purchasing an aftermarket warranty from gwc. they said it would be a good investment however they neglected to say that the company refuses to pay for what is covered under the contract and is dishonest and a consumer rip-off. this dealer does not care about the consumer and the sale people are only focused on their commission. i am now screwed because i purchased a car that their mechanics should not have set out in the lot and me not knowing better got screwed. In the end i have a car worth nothing that i overpaid for and a useless warranty that the salesperson told me was a good deal. He made some money and i got screwed. I will never recommend the dealer to anyone!

Purchased a used 98 civic from the dealer "as is" the price appeared to be a reasonable but after purchasing it and driving the car for about a week a transmission problem surfaced and was something one of there mechanics should have noticed when inspecting the car. The gwc warranty the salesperson recommended i purchase to cover anything refuses to cover the parts to get it fixed. Based on my experience the dealer hides any problems with the car and charges a higher price and then lies about how good the warranty it. The company cannot be trusted

We had been searching for a Toyota 4Runner with a manual transmission for some time. We finally found the vehicle on cars.com, which had come in as a trade in at Faulkner Subaru in Harrisburg, PA. We immediately contacted the dealership and, long story short, we found ourselves taking a day off from work and making the drive to Harrisburg from Connecticut.Because of the distance from the dealership, all the information on the vehicle prior to driving to Harrisburg was gathered over the phone from the dealership. They were seemingly friendly and helpful, both over the phone and eventually in person. But, that is about all we have good to say about the experience.We specifically asked via email and phone if a full diagnostic test had been performed on the vehicle. Doug never gave us the results of any test but assured us that he "would not have you come all the way down here for a roach, and you are considered family." Doug said that he would never put family in an unreliable vehicle. But, he never specifically answered the question pertaining to the diagnostic test at all. That should have been our first clue, and we should have followed our gut instinct. But, the dealership maintained that the vehicle was in excellent condition and that we would be more than pleased with it. In fact, the price was even $500.00 less than the blue book value for that vehicle in "excellent condition" (which means, to quote Kelley Blue Book, "that the vehicle looks great, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning"). Furthermore, on-line reviews from other people who had bought new and used cars from this dealership were positive, so we thought we could trust them. We arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was running and waiting for us to test drive. The car appeared in excellent shape with respect to the body condition, interior, and visual inspection of the frame. We took it for a test ride and the drive was tight. Everything (electronics, sunroof, lights inside and out) all worked fine.Not being mechanics, we had to rely heavily on what we saw and what we were told by the dealership. The price was great for the vehicle and Doug reassured us that the vehicle was road ready and that we were getting a great deal. The trade was made and that is about all the good we have to say.While insurance paperwork was being faxed to the dealership and other details finalized, we met with Elizabeth in the sales office to finish the paperwork. She was strongly pushing their extended $3,800 drive train warranty which we had to decline numerous times. Finally, the papers were signed and we headed back to CT. On the way home, the check engine light came on when we hit the Hudson River in New York state, and we also picked up on a fairly noticeable noise when you took your foot off the gas. Just to be safe, we had our local Toyota dealership run a full test. Certain things we knew needed replacement like tires and eventually a timing belt. But, the results of Toyota's diagnostic test revealed that both the catalytic converters (that was the check engine light), drive belts, transmission seal, differential gear set(that was the noise we were hearing), and drive line fluids, plus some minor things (windshield wipers and the battery) were all bad and needed immediate attention. After a $6,462.00 bill, the 4Runner is back on the road. This repair almost doubled the cost of the vehicle. Even had we purchased the warranty, it would not have covered the catalytic converters, which was almost half of our repair bill, and may not have covered the rear differential as it is considered a wear part. None of these necessary repairs are something readily apparent. But, Faulkner Subaru must have known of these when they tested this vehicle, and that is why they never gave us a copy of their test results even though we specifically asked for them over the phone and via email. If this is how family is treated, then be very afraid. We would never consider doing business with this dealership again for a used vehicle and we would not recommend them to anyone. Should you decide to buy a used vehicle from Faulkner, we would strongly recommend that you do your homework, get an independent diagnostic test done from another dealership before you purchase the vehicle , and do not rely solely on what you are told by them. What started out as a very pleasant experience became somewhat of a nightmare!

There was no pressure into buying anything other then what i wanted. I visited other subaru dealers getting prices and faulkner subaru was the best by far. I'm a twenty-five year old female who has bought used cars her entire life, but really wanted to buy a new Subaru so I could take advantage of their famous endurance over the entire life of the car. I did a lot of research before going to any dealer fearing I would be pushed into something that was "available" and not something that fit what I needed.During my first trip to Faulkner Subaru I was greeted by Chris Carvell. He simply asked if he could help me and inquired about what my interests were. At the time I was undecided between and Outback and a Forester so he entertained all of my little quirks and curiosities of both... happy to oblige any question. Eventually I saw an advertisement about the new XV Crosstrek and I fell in love. Even though Chris didn't have one to sell me, he said he would do his best to get this brand new model in with all the specs I wanted. He was patient, kind, and listened to all of my concerns. I really felt taken care of. I first met Chris in August 2012 and I just drove my new Crosstrek off the lot today just days before Christmas. The car was only suppose to come in after the holidays but he surprised me with the wonderful news including a big bow. I couldn't imagine a better, more comfortable buying experience. Chris took care of me, and I'm looking forward to buying my net Subaru from him in twenty years when the wheels fall off the current one.

As soon as we walked in, you could tell this was a business that was highly interested in making sure their customers experience was one that they would enjoy. Everyone that was working that day made it a point to walk over, shake my hand, and introduce themselves. Sandy was an amazing saleswoman as she never was pushy, answered all of my questions (this was my first time buying a car), and let me test drive what I wanted. I went with the intentions of buying a Forrester and I ended up leaving with an Outback. She was very thorough when she went over the car and all of its features. She even went through the manuals and all of the numbers I would need at any point throughout the ownership of my new vehicle. They have continued to follow-up with me to make sure I am loving my new car (which I am). I would definitely recommend Faulkner Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle and I would definitely buy from them again.

The staff at Faulkner Subaru was very helpful. They provided me with the information that I needed to make my car buying decsion.They were very low pressure and actually made the whole car buying experience fun. They took into consideration that I live an hour away from their dealership and made it possiblr for me to make a spot delivery so that I did not have to make another trip back to them to pick up my new car. I formerly worked in a new car dealership for thirty years I've seen the best and the worst of what can take place at a dealership. I was very pleased with my experience at Faulkner.

My husband and I visited Faulkner Subaru while we were in the market for a new car. We visited the dealer in the early afternoon and ended up staying much later than the normal operating hours until all our questions were answered. We worked with Sandy D. who was great in assisting us with all of our needs. We test drove two cars multiple times just to make sure we were buying the right one. She did not pressure us and was very friendly and supportive. We were previously disappointed with a different dealer's attitude toward all of our questions, but she remained friendly and upbeat despite us keeping her past closing time. We love our new Subaru Impreza and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Jim was rude, and not cooperative whatsoever. He attempted to nickel and dime me throughout our entire purchase. I asked him to certify a 2011 legacy, and he at first sounded willing to help, but then towards the end, tried to charge me 500$ additional. I told him a vehicle of such low miles and high cost should already be certified, and he said he would cut me a "deal, and lowered it from 500, to 450. I left unhappy and drove to Faulkner Subaru in bethlaham, where I received an even better deal by people who care. DO NOT SHOP in Faulkner of Harrisburg, save your time and make an hour trip up north to Faulkner of bethlaham, where you will be treated like a human being. Signed, a very unhappy EX customer

Every one I spoke to were very friendly. My salesperson was very personable and helpful. I wished to see more available colors of the vehicle I bought so she took me to another lot to view the other options.After I bought the car and took it home I suspected an error in my final deal and I braced for an argument. Before I had a chance to call Faulkner they called me as they found the same mistake I found and they corrected the issue promptly. Since taking ownership of my car I have received three phone calls (including the above) And a thank you card in the mail.

Sandy was my kind of of sales person - friendly, informative, and conversational regarding the model of Subaru and options that my wife and I were looking for. We test drove three different models. Although the dealership did not have in stock the exact model, color and options we wanted, they found "our" car and we took delivery within 48 hours. Sandy reviewed with us all the operating features of the car, as well as the service and maintenance policies of the dealership, before we left. The sales staff and finance officer were equally as supportive throughout the whole process. We felt that we got a fair value trade-in and discounted purchase price. WELL DONE!

I highly recommend Lanny at Faulkner Subaru. I came in barely having any idea of what kind of car I was seeking. Lanny took me around to see all the available inventory, and had a gift of knowing just what cars I would like or not like. He spent a great deal of time with me, and was never pushy. I never once felt rushed to decide. He found me the perfect car at the right price. He made what could have been a very stressful decision for me easier than I could have thought possible. Found a 1993 GMC Sonoma listed on Cars.com at Faulkner. Listed mileage = 43,xxx. Great deal, or so I thought. Purchase the car, and on first drive find a oil change sticker indicating a mileage value of 104k. Dealer did not do proper inspection of mileage and showed blatant neglect in regards to vehicles true mileage. Disrepectful at sales office once made aware of problem and accepted no blame. This is irresponsible and downright poor business. Although Cars.com deleted my last comment about this. So take that for what it's worth.

The sales experience at this dealership was outstanding. This is our first Subaru and we couldn't have been happier with our salesman Chris Carvell. Not only professional, but made the process quick and easy. It's a shame not all salesman operate this way. Kudos to Chris and the whole Faulkner staff. Remember, extra warranty coverage is an option, not a requirement. Make smart choices as a consumer and don't be pressured by finance people.

I had stopped here on a hunt for a car to replace my 2003 Volkswagen GTI 1.8T. I was looking for something reliable, affordable, fuel efficient, manual and all wheel drive, preferably a hatchback. I am 19, with very little credit established and had been looking for some help with financing. But I was sick of "buy here, pay here" lots and was definitely not looking forward to buying another "affordable" yet unreliable used car. As soon as I pulled onto the lot, a salesman was there to assist me. He helped me to find a car that matched what I was hoping to find, exactly. On top of all of that, it was brand new. Everyone at Faulkner Subaru was very helpful, including the general manager, who kept my little sisters entertained through some of the process, offering them balloons and slinkies. All employees were beside me every step of the way while purchasing my new car. From meeting my asking price on my trade-in, to helping me find reasonable insurance on my new car. It wasn't a simple process, but they helped it to go as smoothly as possible and really accomodated to all of my needs.

I purchased "Sweet Pea" in May 2012. Sweet Pea is a 2012 Subaru Legacy with a 6 speed manual. Faulkner was the closest dealer to our home that had a manual transmission Legacy on the lot. I would recommend Faulkner to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru, everyone in the sales department was very nice to us when we were in looking at the cars. Sandy took us for our test drive and having her as a sales rep was a treat. Sandy was very well informed about the Legacy and there was no pressure to purchase. We took a few weeks to make our final decision as to which brand car we wanted to purchase and Subaru was hands down the best choice of the seven different models/brands that we test drove. We were able to complete the financing info by internet and Sweet Pea was ready to go when we were ready to pick her up. I've been having so much fun driving Sweet Pea I hadn't taken the time to sit down and write a review.

I had specific make(s)/model(s)of highly rated by consumer reports in mind when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, and they had three available. I called to be sure they were available to see, and was connected to Lanny Kemble. He was most accomodating, going to check on them and get one from another dealership close by for me to look at. That vehicle was already sold, but the other two were available. We looked at both, I decided on the Acura MDX, test drove, etc, got a fair price with two items to be "fixed" prior to delivery. He also arranged to have my personal mechanic inspect the vehicle for anything mechanical. ( he personally took it to him for me) Two more items were suggested by my mechanic, and the vehicle was deemed to be at a fair price, etc.and both items were taken care of prior to delivery. I had one minor problem with the A/C and it was taken care of on time by appointment the following day with only an hour wait. I must admit, it was a great experienve dealing with Lanny, Chris and the entire staff at Faulkner Subaru. The entire process was extremely smooth, un complicated, and done on time.FYI: I was purchasing a vehicle "AS IS" due to age & mileage and everything that was requested was "fixed", no questions asked. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The salesman was very knowledgable concerning the product. He spent a long time describing and explaining the features. Chris also gave us time to ourselves with the product to make up our own minds. Most important to my wife was that she was included in the discussions where other salesman tended to speak mainly to the man. What can I say, the staff here is great and was very helpful with assisting me purchase my first new car and my first Subaru. They offered the best price for my STi compared to other dealerships within the 100 mile radius and we did everything through email. When I got to the actual dealership, all I had to do was sign some papers and I was off. Would do business with them again and I highly recommend them.

One evening, on a whim, I stopped by Faulkner Subaru, not expecting to find anything within my price range. However, I heard great things about Subaru's and was curious. I had been to other car dealerships (Ford, Kia, Toyota, etc.) and seen 5-door hatchbacks that interested me. The first thing most reps showed me was the gadgetry, bells and whistles, none of which interests me in the least. Sandy Dragovan is the sales representative who took me out to a 5-door Subaru Impreza, popped the hood, and showed me the engine and talked to me about the advanced safety features standard on all models of the Impreza. Thank you, Sandy. Once we were inside the car, the Impreza was not short on the grand gadgetry, but Sandy was willing at once to work with me on ordering the car I wanted (one without bells and whistles) if it didn't exist on the lot. And that is exactly what she did.I was immediately comfortable with Sandy, who never pushed me, assumed or told me what I wanted. Sandy made the process of ordering the car I wanted and choosing its features simple, quick, and enjoyable. Admittedly, I am not easy to please, but Sandy made it seem like it was easy for her. Sandy's knowledge, intelligence, and character makes me sure to do business with her again. I plan to keep my Impreza for a very long time. I only hope Sandy is still at Faulkner Subaru when it comes time for my next car.Complications arose with my trade-in, but everyone at Faulkner Subaru worked together with the one focus of getting me in my new car as soon as possible with the best possible deal. I was told my car would be ready in four to eight weeks, and in four weeks I was driving the nicest car I've ever owned.

He was very thorough with information and answering all my questions and finding the perfect vehicle for me. So far I am VERY PLEASED AND IMPRESSED WITH MY NEW SUBARU. This is my first Subaru and it won't be my last. I also own a Chevy Truck and a Ford Truck. The gas mileage with my new Subaru is MORE than quoted on the sticker. It rides and drives like a dream. I don't have the name of the gentleman who handled the financial part of the deal, but he also was very helpful and accommodating. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUBARU AND FAULKER SUBARU.

Our first time in the show room Sandy was very welcoming and friendly. We test drove the impreza and had our first experience driving a Subaru. From that point on I had my decision made up I wanted to go with this car. When we stopped back in the next time to check out the inventory Sandy was not there but Greg was more than helpful answering our questions and helping us see what vehicles we in transit. All we had to do then was wait for the car to arrive on the lot and I was notified that day. The pick up was easy and flawless would recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone.

We were not considering Subaru as a vehicle choice when were started our search for a new car. We entered the lot and were greeted within five minutes by a salesman. Frank was very amiable and was tolerant of our questions and needs. We test drove a Tribeca and immediately feel in love with the interior and quietness of the ride. Price out the door negotiations went well (10 minuteas) and we felt no pressure to make a deal at that time.

Just purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback (Dec 2011). Overall we are very pleased with it so far. We traded a car in and forgot to remove some decals - I was able to call the dealership and they took care of making sure we got them back right away! We financed the car through Subaru. I felt a little rushed when going through the financing paperwork (the next appointment had arrived while we were reviewing) but after making my concerns known they took the time to review it a little more thoroughly. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

All the way from Subaru roadside assistance to going back to Subaru and purchasing a new 2012 Outback we were always taken care of by Faulkner Subaru and their team. We love going to the Service Center at the dealership to get our regular maintenance everyone is always super helpful.

we went in on a saturday. was told that someone would be found to help us (unfortunately found out, 20 mins later) that everyone was actually with other customers. which was fine, but it would have been nice to have been told that from the start) sandy was the first one open and was not very pleasant from the start. seemingly every other statement was 'everyone was busy' . yes thats fine, but not its an excuse for everything. she didnt explain anything just demanded things from us and would walk away without telling us why she needed it. finally got doug jones to come over. im assuming he is the manager and seemed to be a bit irritated at us at first, but quickly realized we werent being difficult, we just wanted to know why and what was going on. in the end, we got our answers from doug. **note, after doug came over sandy walked away and never came back! would never buy from her with her attitude! too bad for her since we are looking at purchasing 2 new cars.

The used vehicle I purchased from this dealership was gorgeous, and in mint condition. The great price was indeed comensurate with its beauty and extremely low mileage - given it's year : a 2006 with only 24000 miles! However, the only blemish on an otherwise clean, professional, and welcoming facility, was the unfortunate sales pitch for an utterly useless "mechanical parts/maintenance" policy. An assistant manager repeatedly tried to convince me to add this extra policy onto the final price for an extra $3000!! Once I firmly, yet politely, informed them that I was not interested, did they back down. I have often wondered at how many of their' customers bought this useless add on "policy" upon closing an auto sale. By being a well informed consumer, I was able to save thousands of dollars. I don't blame this dealership entirely. After all, a fool and their' money soon part ways. But the unfortunate experience, was one small mark against an otherwise pleasant sales staff, and meticulous facility.

The dealership does a good job of sending major service milestone reminders and inspection notices. Warranty work issued by the manufacturer is quickly handled. The email and voice reminders of scheduled appointments is a nice touch. I have not purchased a rental car, but the dealership will schedule a rental car if requested. Overall a good experience with services after a purchase.

I bought my Subaru Outback about a year ago and I was very pleased with the buying experience. The sales person was very friendly and knowlegeable about the car we were interested in. What was most surprising was the deal they gave me on the Toyota I was trading in. They gave me a better deal than the Toyota dealer would. We financed the car we bought through the dealer and we also were very pleased with the way we were treated and the service we were given with the non-sales personnel. We also bring our Outback to the same dealer for service and we are also very pleased with our experience. My only criticism of this particular dealership is it needs more physical space. The dealership is very cramped for space. Not enough room for new cars, space for service, etc.

I've been having my Subaru Forester seviced at Faulkner for many years and I've never had a bad experience. The repair proposals are always clearly presented. The work is done properly and on time. They even offer courtesy rides back to my home during repairs. I recently traded up to a newer Forester and my decision to go with Faulkner was based on my positive experiences with them.

Shopping was easy. No pressure tactics and a very fair price for my trade. Service has been quick with a cleaned car returned every time. Only negative would lie in that I had to have one proplem fixed repeatedly.

Faulkner Subaru in Harrisburg PA was a great dealership to work with. Everybody was very nice. Sandy Dragovan was incredibly nice to deal with. Sandy answered phone calls and replied to my emails promplty. She gave me the best price I could find anywhere on my new Subaru Legacy. Most of all Sandy went above and beyond and came in on her day off so I could pick up my car! I can't express how much I appreciated this gesture. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and when I arrived my car was cleaned and ready for me to take it off the lot. This was my very first car purchase and the people at Faulkner Subaru really made it go smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Thanks for everything!

I gave this rating because of my overall experience. The purchase price is the No. 1 priority. But customer service is just as important. Frank Gambino was more approachable than the salesperson at Faulkner Nissan. And my family shares my sentiments about Frank. He was straightforward when we negotiated the price of my new car. It was a pleasure working w/ Doug also. I was 100% satisfied w/ the selection of my car.

Our experience at Faulkner Subaru was excellent. Frank and Matt went beyond the call of duty. Our "deal" was more than fair. They got the car we wanted within a day... and then the kicker was that we decided not to take that car. Yes people, we changed our minds on the spot and took a different car off the show room floor. Needless to say, more negotiating and a complete redo of all the paper work. What could have been a major hassle was handled smoothly and we were put at ease through the entire process. After a bit of a delay (caused by us) we drove home in our new car. We were so impressed that we will make the longer drive and have our vehicle serviced at this dealership. We received excellent treatment and service and would recommend Faulkner Subaru.

The experience was very positive and enjoyable. We had an appointment at 4:30, but because of bad weather and street flooding I made it to the dealership almost an hour and a half later. No problem! Tom took us on a test drive in the Forester, thoroughly going over all the features of the all-wheel drive etc. Afterward he and Eric went over the financing and other options, in spite of late time and some other snags (our fault), and we were able to complete the transaction this evening and take the new car home that evening.

We called and made an appt to drive two different Subaru's. Frank was accommodating and not pushy at all. He answered our questions and those he didn't know the answer to he asked for assistance (GPS setup). Good experience and would certainly recommend this dealership.

Wow, what a great experience we had at Faulkner Subaru in Harrisburg, PA! Frank Gambino was very informative on all aspects of our new Outback and tailored the test drive to the type of driving I would be doing. A summer rainstorm started about the time we were ready to drive, and Frank said something like, Great, this will really show you how the Subaru handles. He braved the storm and pulled the outback into the shop where we could enter it without getting wet! He was right: it drove like a dream! The symmetrical all-wheel drive and continuously variable transmission (CVT) are noticably different than anything I've ever driven, and I love this Subaru!!! Thanks to everyone who stayed making it possible for me to take home my new Outback that night.

Frank Gambino was a great sales rep and appreciate his help. I was a bit disappointed on how long it took the other departments to process the sale paperwork and loans, we spent a good deal of time waiting for the final documents. I guess we'll see how the service department is next!

(The other 4 dealers in the running said the same thing) The part I would like to point out, after e mailing the update info/quote from other dealers, the response time from Faulkner was very fast compared to other dealers.

My wife and I decided to trade in our Chrysler Crossfire, which frankly was like a member of the family, for a new Subaru Outback. After looking through Faulkner's website, I found the model which fit our needs and visited the dealership to check it out.Once I arrived, I was greeted by FRANK GAMBINO and right off the bat, he was just AWESOME! He's friendly, listened to me ramble on and never at any point applied any sales pressure. Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with through the deal and I'm very grateful as I really don't like car shopping much.Overall, his attention to detail, flexibility and customer service was second to none.In regards to dealership itself... the trade value they provided was excellent, the price of the vehicle was competitive, financing was easy and final delivery was just smooth.

I was looking for a reliable used car. I went to their tent sale and they did not have anything I wanted there but they were getting a trade in at their dealership. They drove me to the dealership and showed me the car. We negotiated a price and they followed through with everything they promised. I trust the dealership to provide good service. I would do business with them in the future.

From the time I submitted an inquiry through their website to the time I made my purchase, everyone was responsive, helpful and genuine. My salesperson, Sandy, was extremely knowledgeable -- yet also friendly and low-pressure. She took the time to let me test drive both the Outback and the Legacy, then the Outback again when I wanted my wife to try it out. The price I was quoted at Faulkner was as good or better than other dealerships with whom I checked. But we came to Faulkner because we've had positive experiences with their service department on our other vehicle (a Subaru Forester), unlike what we experienced at another Subaru dealership in the area. I would highly recommend Sandy and the crew at Faulkner for a positive car-buying experience. (And by the way...the Outback is AWESOME!)

We were searching for a fuel efficient vehicle that still provided the "go anywhere" advantage of all wheel drive, and decided on Subaru. Faulkner was not the first Subaru dealership we visited, but it was the last. We found the service to be professional, friendly, and extremely considerate of our two year old daughter. Frank Gambino is a professional and considerate man who did not try to play stereotypical "used car salesman games". I will certainly continue to use Faulkner for my service needs and consider them again when I purchase another vehicle.

The staff at Faulkner Subaru was a pleasure to work with to buy a new Subaru Forester. They walked me through every facet of the transaction with care and consideration; valued my business and didn't use any "high-pressure" tactics to sell me the vehicle I was interested in. I came to Faulkner Subaru because of a pleasant past experience there, and because they threw in all sorts of perks -- free inspections, car washes, shuttle rides -- in the deal. The staff is tremendously courteous, especially after the sale. A very important consideration for me. I also liked the way Brian -- finance guy -- took me through the varying, sometimes maddening, options extended coverages and treatments. Once again, no high-pressure tactics. Finally, I went through Consumer Reports' "Build and Buy this Car" feature on its website to line up potential dealers and to sort out what was a fair or good price for what I was after. Faulkner stepped up and honored the price listed. Thanks Faulkner Subaru. Know that I'll be back again for another Subaru someday!

We have purchase 4 new Subaru's from Jim Smee. He is friendly and personable. Jim provides good sales support and continued support after the sale. Jim listens to what we are looking for and what we want in options and sees to it we have the car and accessories we really want. There is no pushy or pressure sales tactics involved.Any time I visit for routine service, Jim always takes a few minutes to 'visit' if he is there. As for service, Faulkner is always great. Setting up the appointment I want is easy, the service is great, they are always on time completing the service and will call when the vehicle is ready. All of the staff is friendly and compitent.

Sandy was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was very clean and organized. She had the car detailed and ready to go when I got there to pick it up. So far great dealership. The only negative I can think of is the finance guy was really pushy with the extended warranty.

I was very happy with my experience, after my initial visit and test drive Sandy followed up with a letter asking me to contact her with any questions. No high pressure sales tactics, but certainly available as I needed. When I returned for a second test drive to compare to other vehicles I has been testing Sandy was not there, but Brian was very energetic and helped us out. Once I made the decision to purchase the car, I came back and talked with Sandy about what was important to me. She listened carefully and took the challenge of finding the care I wanted since there wasn't one on their lot. She called me the next day saying she had located "my" car and we arranged for a day and time to pick it up.

They located the vehicle in the color and with the interior we wanted. We negotiated aa great deal and 5 days later we were driving home with our new Subaru Outback. From beginning to end, it was a very nice experience.

Buying a car from faulkner Subaru with the help of Doug Edwards was a seamless endeavor. He beat the price from every dealership that I received a quote from! I contacted him via telephone prior to the purchase, explained exactly what I desired and he delivered! I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour which was the fastest I ever purchased a car. Furthermore, he follows up with me periodically to ensure that I am satisfied with my purchase as well as the service I receive from Faulkner Subaru which I think is outstanding customer service. He even takes my car for service when needed. Never have I experienced this before. I will only buy cars from Faulkner from now on.

Everyone is so friendly at this dealership!! Everytime you arrive, you are always greeted with a warm smile. Sandy has been so good to us. She calls once in a while to check on us and to see how the car is doing. Knowing this dealership like we do now, we couldnt have bought a car at a better place!!

Mike was very friendly and seemed to really be working for us to get us what we wanted and needed. He was knowledgable and eager to share information but wasn't forceful or pushy when it came to actually selling the car. Mike was great...maybe he should be in Faulkners next commercial!!!!

Because of a job change I needed a car very quickly. I was visiting dealers of the brands I was interested in. My primary visit was to obtain information and pricing. I was not interested in a test drive or sales discussion at that time.Each dealer was informed that upon review of the information I would be back to test drive the car I was interested in and make a decision at that time.Sandy was fine with that. I was not hustled off to a sales manager for an immediate close or additional pressure. As was the case with the Hyundai, Toyota and Kia dealerships.Upon my return a quick test drive was made, confirmation of pricing and availabilty was supplied. Due to my time restraints that day, Sandy could not finalize the sale. But, I believe, she did take the vehicle I wanted off the market and place a sold sign on it.I returned a couple days later to sign the papers. The credit manager was pleasant and as friendly as Sandy. Within 90 minutes of my arrival I was driving home in my new Legacy.

She answered our questions clearly and without hesitation. We told her we were going out to test drive another car and she was okay with that. After the other test drive, we came back and said we wanted to purchase the Outback in the showroom. It was ready for us to drive home that day!!There were none of the "gimmicks" that we have experienced with other dealerships and we've been shopping for about three weeks before making this purchase. I am very happy with my Outback and would highly recommend Sandy and the team at FSH to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! :)

The whole process was deceptive. They sold me a Volvo and the car had a major problem with the transmission. The practically forced me to choose another vehicle and when I did the price was a lot more thant they advertised for the vehicle in the papers and online. I bought an extended warranty on this vehicle and when I eventually traded it in, I was promised a full refund by the dealership only to receive 92%. There excuse was that they forgot to send the paperwork in on time. I have never experienced anything like this at any other dealership and would recommend for everyone to avoid these people like the plague. Their practices are deceptive and they just care about customers. I even had a check removed by someone there from my glove box while my car was in for service. I find all of this stuff unbelievable in todays world. I have dealth with other Faulkner dealers with good success but not these people. It makes me wonder about the owners and their letting practices like demonstated to me continue.
