I’ve been driving my leased Hyundai Kona for 17 months now and it continues to be the worst driving experience I have ever had. You step on the gas pedal and it doesn’t go, not a good thing for a car. I take it for regular maintenance at the dealership (the service people are nice) but every time I mention the issue, I’m told there is nothing they can do about it.

Had the worst experience here of all the car dealerships I've been to. The manager made us wait for over an hour saying that the car we requested for was available, only to come back and say that it was at 'a different location'. Inspite of having an excellent credit score she then went on to tell me that banks would not want to lease cars to me because I was on a visa, which was a first and was pushy on buying the car with cash instead. Very unprofessional behavior and definitely not the place to go to especially if you're on a visa.

The Car - The new line of Genesis cars is absolutely stunning. What Genesis offers as a package in terms of features, performance, styling, price, and warranty is just about unheard of in the car world. If you're shopping in this segment, do yourself justice, and check out a Genesis. The Dealership - Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly. Everything was well keep up with and all COVID-19 safety precautions were taken. They had a great variety of Genesis vehicles in stock at the time I bought mine. The dealership had my Genesis detailed and all ready to go when I went to pick it up. The Salesperson - Lance is a good guy, and was very helpful through this process. I bought this car from out-of-state, and I was provided with all of the info for taxes in MI along with taxes in my state, so there was no surprises later on. He has checked up a few times with me on after I bought the car to see how I liked it and make sure it's perfect. After driving a couple thousand miles, I can attest that it's just about perfect.

False advertising at best. They sent me an offer in the mail to buy a car from me that I had bought at their dealership. The two year old car had only 6,200 miles on it. They proceeded to offer me $4,100 less than the direct Mail offer they had sent me. Don’t be fooled by their advertisements!! Sales manager made no effort to explain and just left salesperson out there struggling to explain why they aren’t really offers at all.

We walked into the dealer since the neighbor had gone out for lunch. We were planning to buy a Cruze but ended up with the Elantra. Very and very cordial staff who made car buying experience smooth and satisfying.

It was a refreshing experience at this dealership. I was able to take a test drive to my husband's work so he could look the car over. The salesman was very helpful and wrote out multiple options for our lease so I could take them home to discuss with my husband. Overall, very happy with the service we received.

In my opinion Hyundai continues to offer superior products and Feldman represents the brand well. When you add up features, specs and price, Hyundai is a great value. My dealings with Feldman have been very professional, with no surprises. (Three transactions) They do what they say they are going to do, meet deadlines, and do not over promise. The negotiations are straight forward and the documents reflect what was agreed to. In cross shopping other manufactures products and dealerships it is always buyer beware, they rarely walk the talk. Probably why so many people dread the experience. Dealing with Feldman is always a pleasant exercise.

The BEST dealerships in town, hands down, would be both Feldman Hyundai and Chevrolet! Trust me, you will not regret ever stepping foot inside!! My fiance and I went in just to look at some new vehicles and walked out with a brand new lease :-) Everyone truly stuck with us ALL the way through into the late hours of the evening to make dreams come true! I know we were all getting tired and hungry, which Greg Green also went above and beyond and got everyone food! I have never been treated so well with a company or team. It honestly shows when someone really cares, not about just getting a sale or a bonus, but to really satisfy every need or want from a customer. It's the little things that count the most. Nicole Somers was my sales contact. During this time she was very professional and courteous. She only tried to sell me a vehicle/accessories for which I showed either interest or need. Although she showed me other options that may fit my need, she never pushed a product I did not want. For that I am very appreciative. Nicole also offered an extended test drive to ensure my entire family had an opportunity to evaluate the vehicle and ensure that we were happy with this purchase. She also provided means to contact her even outside of business hours in an effort to ensure any of my questions were promptly and adequately answered. Thank You!

My salesmen Jimmy Haddad was awesome!! He explained everything thoroughly and we received a fantastic deal on my new Electric Blue 2017 Elantra. I had gone to another dealership (not Hyundai) out in Troy Michigan a day before and the salesmen were unexperinced and very unhelpful. As a first time buyer, I'm glad I bumped into Jimmy and the rest of them at Feldman beacuse now I have a great first car buying memory and it's thanks to them!! This was my first car buying experience and i'm very satisfied with the vehicle and the Feldman Hyundai of New Hudson dealership and their helpful staff. My car is the 'popular kid' of the parking lot at work among my coworkers (who all drive older cars because we range from ages 18-25) and everyone wants a turn driving it!! hahaha Thanks again Jimmy!!

I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetime. Without a doubt Jimmy Haddad has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded to me quickly regarding the specials the dealer had to offer. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly followed through with showing exactly what I wanted in a car that was in stock at the dealership. I drove quite a way to meet with Jimmy Haddad because I felt he had the integrity I was looking for in a sales person and it was worth my while. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny new KIA as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure I was a happy customer. Mrs. Somers gave me the attention that any customer would want, not too little and not too much, the right amount that kept me comfortable during the whole process. While driving near Wixom my SantaFe suddenly lost power. I was surprised since I have had NO problems with this vehicle I have owned since 2013. (My Third SantaFe) I arrived at my dealership at 4:30 p.m. I was not optimistic of getting a repair by arriving without an appointment late in the day. My expectations were to learn how serious my issue was and learn how soon I could come back and get my car repaired. To my surprise Feldman Hyundai not only diagnosed my problem but had me out the door fully repaired with a new fuel pump by 5:45 p.m. THAT IS THE FASTEST SERIOUS REPAIR I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. Out of a perfect 10, I would rate this a 15.

My car was not starting at all. although you didn't find anything wrong with the car, your service personnel took the time to correct 4 recalls made to my car. I'm very grateful for that!unfortunately, I had to come back because my car was giving me problems again, only to find out that it was a loose wire connected to the battery that was causing the issue.It was a bitter sweet experience - bitter because I had to towed the car the second time, missed work time, and of course the feeling concern about what it may be.Sweet, because it was something simple that didn't cost me any extra expense, and relief to know that my car is still great. this is my second Hyundai and I really, really loved my first one...this newer car however, it had scare me a couple of times.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Karla did everything over the phone and for me so that I was able to show up, sign paperwork, and leave in my new vehicle. Because I have never owned this type of vehicle before, I was left desiring a better explanation of the radio/navigation technology. Other than that I would highly recommend this dealership!

I went to purchase a pre-auction car for my son. When we arrived on December 1, 2015, JP greeted us and showed us the car that we were interested in. With the car being a pre-auction car, the price was unbelievable so we really didn't know what to expect. JP immediately handed over the keys and my son and me, went for a short ride. We knew that we wanted to act on this deal immediately, but it was closing time. With the car being such a good deal, I was afraid that they would sell it before I could return. JP and his manager secured the car. I was scheduled to return on today. I called JP and it was a while before I received a response. Meanwhile, I contacted the dealerships' direct line and the receptionist stated that JP went home ill. I was convinced that the car was sold. As I was waiting for the receptionist to secure the manager, JP contacted me and let me know that Mr. C would be handling the deal. In addition, the manager contacted me to let me know that everything was a go. My son and I went to the dealership and took delivery on the car as planned. With a pre-auction car, you really don't know what you are getting but to my surprise when I returned home, the previous owner left the service records in the glove compartment. This made me feel even better. The customer service which I received was great! I would recommend this dealership to friends, family members and anyone who needs a dependable car. I feel that they are honest and trustworthy.

I like taking my car in here for service. I schedule an appointment and they are always waiting for me with no wait. The work is done quickly. And I can walk over to Leo's Coney Island, or next door to McDonald's if the weather is bad, and have a bite to eat while they are working on my car.When I return, the car is waiting and has been freshly washed.

My car was serviced promptly at the scheduled appointment time and the wait for the completion of service was reasonable. He also pointed out all the new features on my Elantra and went above and beyond to make sure my car was detailed and ready for me to drive. He also contacted my insurance company and printed out my form for my car. In the past I had to do that when I got home. We had a construction staple embedded in the sidewall of one of our tires on our 2015 Santa Fe. We purchased the Guardian Damage Plan for the tires and wheels when we bough the car last year. Though I did not have an appointment your service staff took the tire, replaced it and put it back on my car with a very fast turn around. Your service managers and mechanics did an excellent job. We have purchased five Hyundai automobiles in the last 11 years we still own four of them. The cars and service are excellent. That's why we keep coming back.

In arranging the leasing of a car, we not only got a car but we made a friend. Our salesman, Jimmy Hadad, is the reason we not only selected your dealership but also selected a Hyundai. He did more than what we asked; 1. He explain the features of the car more throughly than any car I have EVER investigated. 2. He followed through with everything he said he would do and more. Examples: he called to check in with us when ever he said he would. he found a car with the features we wanted, he got us the payment we wanted. 3. He was patient with us and took all the time (hours) we needed each time we came in to allow us to decide between a Chevy and a Hyundai.

I came in for a recall on my vehicle. The staff greeted me immediately, offering a drink. They got right down to business and set everything up for me and had a porter take me to work and then he came and picked me up at the end of the day. My car had been washed and vacuumed upon its return to me. This is the reason I bought a Hyundai, my son has one and had excellent service even after the warrant expired and I am having the same experience. Plan on buying with Hyundai when the time comes.

I have found this dealership to be excellent. Their main service guy (Jeff) really knows his job and does an excellent job. I would not give as high a rating on Hyundai due to how many times I have had to visit the service dept., however they were able to solve all problems I have had with both our Hyundai vehicles. Again, dealership=excellent, Hyundai=not so thrilled.

I have found that its worth the 40 minute ride from my home for the quality service I receive each and every time I'm there. I have been coming to Liberty Hyundai Dealership for almost 2 years to service my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe and my experience has been excellent. The best part of this was Sales Team of Liberty Hyundai listening to me and providing suggestions to help decision making. Very professional team with a great value of customer satisfaction. Corey Henderson from Sales Team worked with me through out the process and Sales Manager, Mike made some very valuable suggestions for me. They did not have the car my with options / package in their inventory. Corey went through the inventories of other Hyundai Dealerships and managed to get the car from a dealership in Ohio. I must say that Sales Team at Liberty Hyundai did not even try to sell me a car but they did a fantastic job in making me buy a car. Liberty Hyundai is definitely a dealership which values their customers and their expectations. With my experience, I was a delighted customer when I drove out in my new car.

Brought vehicle in for a/b warning light. Service department was VERY accomodating because I made the appointment for the vehicle to be serviced at another dealership by mistake. Brandon made room for me and was very expedient in getting to my vehicle even though my appointment wasn't with him. Issue I brought the vehicle in for was properly diagnosed however part needed was not in stock anywhere in country (US) which I found astonishing. By the way, this is not a dealer specific issue, it is a HMG issue. This is especially odd since the vehicle is built in the US. It should not take two weeks to get a part in when it comes to safety. I am a HMG employee and will followup with people in our organization on this matter specific. **Again, this is not a dealer specfic issue. Brandon did offer me a loaner vehicle for the interim but I declined as I have another vehicle I can drive and someone might really need that loaner in the next couple of weeks.The vehicle was also serviced for two recalls and that was done right away. Very pleased for those issue resolutions.Overall, very satisfied with your dealership. Great Job!

I have taken my 2012 Elantra to Liberty for regular service several times. The staff is always pleasant, helpful. On my recent visit I also discussed the end of lease process, lease buyout and possible purchase of a new 2015 Elantra. Tyler, the salesperson, answered all my questions without pushing me toward the "buy new" option. I'm not ready to make a decision but if I decide to purchase I'll go to Liberty.

I saw an ad Liberty on Cars.com so I scheduled an appointment to see the car. I called them before the appointment to confirm that car was available. The sales rep assured me it would ready for driving test when I got there. I drove 30 miles through heavy traffic to get there. It was funny to observe all sales person to search their parking lot to discover that the car in their computer system did not exist. I wasted about two hours of my time for nothing. By the way I went to their sister store in Waterford and bought a new car.

I made an appointment-online- to have the oil changed in my Elantra. Doing this online was very nice convenience for me as I never seemed to have time to call. I arrived at the appointed time and was met by my service advisor Brandon. He asked if I had any concerns about the vehicle and offered me something to drink and showed me to the waiting room and said it would be 30 to 45 minutes. He was back in about 25 minutes saying everything was done and ready to go. They topped off the fluids and checked the tire pressure and washed the car. Because of my situation, I did not know if I would even be eligible to lease a vehicle so the saleperson, Ian, spoke with me over the phone (I'm 4 hours away from your dealership) and we actually did the entire process via telephone. Once knowing everything was all set, we made an appointment to finalize the paperwork at the dealership and we arrived on Saturday and basically completed the already waiting paperwork and drove off. I did a build and price on the Hyundai website. At the end, I asked for a quote. I was contacted immediately. (I had done this with another local dealer a few days before, and never heard back). I drove in the next day, unsure if I would be able to get what I want, or financed, or both. It took several hours, but I drove home with a new car. I got a fair interest rate, and a car that my wife and I both really like. I will not hesitate to go back for my next Hyundai purchase or service.

Pulled into the the dealiership at 1:20pm on Saturday with check engine light issues and they were due to close at 1:30pm. We were 60 miles from home and the car was "bucking" so driving all the way home with it was not an option. Ben and his staff happily took a look (despite the fact that they were supposed to be closing at 1:30), provided a "preliminary diagnosis" and said the car had to stay. They provided us with an awesome 2012 Sonata as a loaner car! Received a follow-up call from Ben on Monday with the exact issue and expected completion date. The problem was covered under my extended warranty so no cost to me at all for the service or the loaner.Picked up my car Thursday. All washed and ready for us. When Ben asked the service tech to pull my car around, he looked at the service order, smiled and said "Oh yeah, you were the ones who pulled in here Satruday". We could not be happier with the service and support that we received. Ben and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Despite the distance, we will be returning customers to their Dealership. In a day when customer service is a "thing of the past", they definitely got it right!Thank you!

Had a noise that needed to be identified and fixed. They not only identified the noise, and fixed it, they also discovered another issue during their thorough inspection. I was given a free rental, and they fixed the leaking gasket. During this whole process they were very nice, friendly and informative. It is great to have such a wonderful service department. Ben is so helpful, and truly cares about my car and that it is in tip-top condition. I purchased a new Sonata SE from Liberty Hyundai last weekend. I test drove several models at local dealerships but when it came time to purchase I ended up at Liberty Hyundai (a half hour drive from me) because of their competitive pricing and positive sales and service reviews. I especially appreciate that their service department is open on Saturdays. My salesman, Bill, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I told him what colors and options I wanted, he looked through their database to find a car for me. Turns out that the exact car I wanted had arrived earlier that day, I put down a deposit and came back the next day after the car had been prepped for delivery. Bill honored the online quote that I had received and worked hard to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my new car. He even helped set up my BlueLink account (Hyundais version of OnStar) and gave me an overview of all the features of the Sonata. My first new car purchase was a very positive experience and I love my new Sonata!

Was met at the door by a very friendly and helpful salesperson, Lauren VanGorder. She was very knowledgeable about the Sonata and convinced me to take a test drive. Loved the car. After some friendly negotiation and some help from Chris Schroeder, was arrived at a price I was happy with. It was a pleasure working with Lauren and Chris. I'm sure you'l have the same experience.

I STOPPED INTO LIBERTY HYUNDAI FOR A BROCHURE ON A NEW VEHICLE AND BRANDON GREETED ME AS SOON AS I WALKED INTO DEALERSHIP.HE WAS VERY HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH HE WAS NOT A SALESMAN,BUT STILL ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EVEN SAID I COULD GET MY OIL CHANGES DONE HERE IF I WANTED. I HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY WOULD SERVICE A CHRYSLER PRODUCT,I KNOW NOW AND SHALL BE RETURNING!!!
