went on a Friday night was displeased , got a call Saturday morning as a follow up review kind of call let them know all of my feelings with in a hour manager contacted me set me up with different sales rep 'randall' everything went smooth afterwards went home with a brand new 2016 chevy z71 randall was very helpful and kind and knowledgeable through the whole process excellent salesman very pleased with the outcome of my visit on Saturday facility was in outstanding shape very large weighting area with a play room for children as well

I brought my 2013 Equinox LT for a punctured tire with a nail embedded in it, oil change, and tire rotation. It was a nice day outside, so I decided to watch my car as the mechanic worked on it. The mechanic was lazy and did not do the tire rotation. I was called to the service desk to pay the bill. The service coordinator apologized and told me he would fill up my gas tank which I greatly appreciate and have a mechanic rotate the tires. I can only hope the mechanic 'really' did a good job patching the tire and I don't have a tire blowout on I75 and he changed the oil.

I had been shopping this vehicle for several months and not having any luck in my area (Ft. Myers) and felt the usual salesman vibe everywhere I went (Ford, Chevy and Dodge). Had a trip planned to Tampa and put Ferman on the agenda and was blown away by the staff and service experience! Glad I made the two hour drive. Friendliest, best service ever!

Usually people dread going to a car dealership because of how pushy the salesmen can be. I was very pleasantly surprised with Ferman Chevrolet and Zeyad. He addressed all my concerns and taught me how to use all the special features in the vehicle. I would definitely go back to this dealership and have him as my salesman agin.

Z & his team at Ferman Chevrolet really seemed to go the extra mile to help put me in my first new car after graduating college. The customer service was excellent and the whole experience for a first-time car buyer was very fun and friendly. Seeing that see Camero roll off the showroom floor and recieving the keys was a very exciting moment. Would certainly recommend Z and Ferman Chevrolet.

We went to Ferman Brandon because they had the Volt we wanted to to look at in stock. Mazin was helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all the typical 'pushy' car salesman. He was very patient in answering all our questions and explaining all the features of the Volt. Even the test drive was fun! We were so impressed with the car and with Mazin that we bought the Volt that day (and with us that never happens! And then when we picked up the car he spent the entire afternoon with us, topping off a great experience by taking pictures of us with our new purchase! Fantastic car and awesome experience at Ferman's with Mazin.

The place is very welcoming, and so is everybody that works there. Mazin is a very good salesmen, helped me getting my old vehicle in the deal, and hooked me up with a nice car. Everyone I worked with was a true professional that worked hard to make sure that my needs were met. I made multiple trips to the dealership and they were attentive to my needs each time and very patient. One we found the right car with the help of everyone working together I felt like I was part of the family. I know where I will be going and telling my friends to go when it is time to purchase a vehicle. Ferman Chevrolet is the only place you want to visit when you need a car. This is the second time in a row my windshield wiper fluid was bone dry when I got the car back from the service department. Doesn't your oil change service include topping off of all fluids with each oil change?While this is minor it simply makes me question whether or not the other services, specifically the actual changing of the oil, happened. It's known that having service done at a dealership is more expensive then going to a location like Tires Plus, but I pay the extra because I want to have confidence that my Chevy is being taken care of by people who know Chevy. Frankly I'm far from having that level of comfort.Over a year ago I contact the dealership with my displeasure of my radio/command center not being fixed. Last quarter I contacted the dealership with my displeasure of the windshield wiper fluid not being filled after getting my oil change. I've received no response from either of those so I'm pretty confident I won't receive a response on this. Still you asked so I'm sharing.

These was our third Chevy purchase at Ferman. This time I was accompanying my daughter as she had selected the Chevy Tahoe LS. Mazin Altuama was a great help and lead us through the buying process. He was assisted by Tommy Farruggio which only increase the buying experience.All discussions/negotiations were professional and very cordial. Tim Day in finance and Pete Coley in sales was two of the most greatest people that ever sold me a car before. Even though in the market of selling are there to sell a personal item 2 employees do not think of me as just a buyer they thought of me as one of the family. They went above and beyond to make sure that I do everything and anything about my purchase. They also make sure that I have all the proper paperwork and everything that I would have for the insurance and to switch over the title for my trade in. In all my years I buy a car I've never come across great people that have went above and beyond. I would recommend to all my friends to go to these two people and to this dealership I've already sent three people don't know if they bought already to this dealership to these wonderful to people to deal with it was excellent experience! !!!!!!!

My sales rep Zeyad (Z) was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to try and show me exactly what I was looking for. We test driver several trucks and I didn't like the first few. Finally he said he had the right one for me based on the needs and wants I was looking for. Boom!!! Car sold. Even if I hadn't purchased my new Silverado I would have left the dealership as an expert in all of its features thanks to Mazin. Every question I had was answered clearly and not once was "I don't know" the answer. He and his sales manager Keith went above and beyond in making an amazing deal and finance manager RC went over every maintenance/coverage option to make sure I had made the right choice for my budget. This was the 2nd Ferman vehicle for my family and it won't be the last.

Juan Flores is an amazing sales man. He called me to apologize for the bad Customer service I had in the past two weeks and he found the right car for me and my four kids. Thank you so much. I had told him over the phone what I was looking for and when I arrived he had the car ready for me to look at and take for a test drive. I asked to see other cars and he showed them to me. He always talked to me and not my husban. I liked that. I had been to another dealership and the sales person only talked to my husban and not me. Juan knew the car for me and he talked to me. As long as he works there we will gladly go back to purchase another vechical. Michael Heverling was very nice and really worked hard to get me the best interest rate and put me at a payment that I would be happy with. Danny Showalter was very nice and courteous. He made coffee for us and made sure we were comftarble. I think the used car sales people are nicer than the one's in the new car section. Very happy

I arrived at the dealership to take a look at a vehicle I found online. Mazin met me with a smiling face immediately upon arrival and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The Team at Ferman Chevy Tampa had already pulled the vehicle up front and was ready to take a test drive even though I had no appointment and only inquired. I had multiple unique requests and requirements with the purchase and Mazin and his manager Danny Showalter handled all of them flawlessly. Even had the paint touched up and new pin stripes put on which I didn't even request but made the truck look great. The vehicle looks and drives as good as new and I got a no haggle price thousands lower than anyone else in town at a dealer or private party. My Next truck will be purchased here as well.

After having a not so good experience at a different dealer back in July we came to Ferman and met Z. We did not end up getting a car at that time but two months later we were ready and came back to Z. He was extremely helpful with the entire process and actually made it a enjoyable experience. From start to finish over a 3 day period he was available anytime I had a question and was in no way trying to rush us and worked around our work schedule and priorities. Ive been in Florida since 2012 and have been looking for a salesman that we can trust and go to for all our car shopping needs. I believe I have found that in Z. I want to start off by saying Corvette Tommy and Denny from the collision shop were stand up guys and they made my experience as trouble free has possible.I bought a white 2016 Camaro SS and I started to see paint flaws in the right angle of light, I was worried that the old saying once you sign the dotted line your stuck and Ferman would not correct the issues, but nope Tommy took great care of me and getting the issues rectified quickly. He got with Denny and he took care of all the paint issues. Denny did a great job of getting the paint corrected. I was back and forth to the shop due to them not being able to see the flaws in the right angle as the car being white and after each time I dropped my car off Tommy made sure I got a rental for my troubles. Then I get a call from Tommy stating he wants to give me a care package for all the trouble I went thru, he didnt have to do that but he did. I figure I write up a review on how my adventure went to let people know there are still dealerships out there that treat you like family. Thanks Ferman of Tampa for making my experience pleasant as possible, you have some great employees working there.David

I just bought my 5th vehicle from Ferman Chevrolet of Tampa! This new truck tops them all! I got a solid black and black interior decked out with all the Black GM decals and accessories! Wow, show stopper! They had so many choices of trucks in stock and my sales person spent the time helping me find just the truck for me! My delivery was quick, we went thought the vehicle thoroughly on delivery and got all of the great GM features set up. I highly recommend the store for both sales and service!

My overall experience at Ferman Chevrolet was great. I started the negotiation online with Nate Auvil, Internet Sales Manager. Nate quoted me the best price in town for a 2016 Equinox and assured me to match the trade in value for my 2013 Equinox from any competitor. I got to the dealership test drove the car, confirmed the trade in value for my car, and the out the door price with Nate and was ready to sign the paperwork. The sale was going to happen in less than 45 minutes not counting the finance approval. I was amazed. I had some issues with a salesman that prolonged the closing of the sale, but ultimately Nate honored the deal and made it happen.

I had been to several other dealership and was not happy in what I was looking for or the feedback. Flew into Tampa to pick up my new car and the dealership did not open until noon and I got there around 10am and yet no one would come in early to assist me. They knew I was coming and told me I would just have to wait till they opened at noon. Inexcusable if you ask me. They should have offered to pick me up at Tampa airport and driven me to dealership and get me on my way. I would never run a business like they do. Sales guy was decent but finance guy was worst I have ever encountered. He was NOT happy I did not buy all his "add ons". Which to me were a waste of money and last I checked it's my choice not his. Then I get home after my 4 hour drive and there was some minor paint damage (which I absolutely should have noticed at dealership so that is on me) which I informed dealer about and they agreed to take care of it. I had it repaired at local Chevy store and paid the small amount up front myself and then had to absolutely "hound" Ferman Chevrolet to get my money back. I finally got it after threatening to go to BBB and Chevrolet. Horrible customer service from my perspective. Would NEVER buy or lease another vehicle from these folks.

The Chevy Sonic LT that we purchased will be our daughters' first car and he directed his instructional comments to her to make sure that she understood how each feature would function. My truck buying experience at Ferman yesterday was the best I have ever had and Ive had several. No negativity, no stress, no deception and no problems! Robert and Nate explained everything calmly and in detail, they answered all our questions and were very patient. Jimmie took care of the financing and answered our questions and there was NO pressure involved. Five hours wasted on phone calls, just to make apt,.. oil change, tire rotate and balance. Finally got apt,.. then it took 5 hours to complete simple maintenance. Driving vehicle home,.. noticed that the items on my dash,.. glasses, etc,.. were slid all over to passenger side,..[fast turns!].. Items on back seat,.. a book and a box of granola bars,.. ended up on back seat floor!!,..[jamming on brakes!!]. What the H?at# goes on there, when the employees are alone with the customers vehicle???

I came to the service department for the 3rd time with an air conditioner that wasn't working. I had to pay $100 less than a year earlier. I really didn't feel I should pay again. Howard was great he knew I wasn't happy about the situation. While my mother and I were at the mall he went to the customer service manager Tommy and explained the situation. I didn't ask him to do that, Howard did that on his own because he cares about his customers. Tommy waived the $100 deductible, something he did not have to do. Tommy and Howard took care of me because my business is important to them. They want to make sure their customers are happy so they will keep coming back. My husband and I have bought 5 vehicles at Ferman chevrolet and we will return and recommend this dealership to family and friends.

This was the most comfortable and efficient car buying experience ever. We were looking for a used, small SUV and found the FIAT 500L featured in their showroom hard to pass up. Loaded to the "T's" with options and well maintained we had to test drive and bought it.Our Sales Consultant, Vincent "Vinny" Michalski, was absolutely awesome in his patience and knowledge of the vehicle. However, if he did not know the answer to a specific question he was quick to admit it, researched it and find the answer. He is the best sales person we have had the pleasure to work with in any of our automobile purchasing experiences.Although we had pre-approval from our credit union their Finance Manager, Tim Day, found us a much better interest rate. Plus he was knowledgeable in his products but not the typical, wear you down "finance guy!" Also, in my mind, the best dealership finance person we have had the pleasure to work with.We have purchased several vehicles from Ferman Chevrolet and have used them exclusively to service these vehicles. Their service team is great, they keep you informed and they insure you are not inconvenienced by your service experience. Buying and servicing a vehicle at Ferman Chevrolet is a pleasure.

We originally went to Ferman to inquire about a used 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SS which was located at Ferman in Tarpon Springs. While looking for a parking space, Zeyad waved us over to ones right in front of the door to the sales floor. He greeted us and asked how he could he help. We told him what I was looking for. Needless to say, he helped us get a great deal on a New 2016 Chevrolet Impala. The entire experience at Ferman, working with Zeyad was the best experience we've had purchasing a vehicle. Out of all of the investments and purchases we've ever made, this is the first time that we didn't have buyer's remorse. Great job Zeyad. We look forward to working with you again.

Me and my boyfriend was upside down on our car that is over 10 years old. It was beat up and we would never go any where in fear that she may breakdown on us. We had already tired other places and we weren't going to go to Ferman, but they had a promotion. Boyfriend really didn't want to go but I was like what do we have to lose. Well we gained a lot. Mazin was our rep and he was great. He really worked to help get us into a car we like and could afford. He went above and beyond. The finance guy (I did not get his name) gave us some good advise to help her with not being in this situation again with a car that is not worth what we are paying for it. If you need a car go to a Ferman dealer they are the best as far as I concerned.

We went to this dealership after visiting 4 other disappointing car dealerships in the area. Right when we pulled into the dealership, Zeyad was standing there waiting to help us. He was very honest and really tried to get us the best deal possible. We originally went there to look at the used 2013, 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, but ended up purchasing a brand new 2016 Equinox for a better price than we could have imagined! I called the sales person, Adam Lutz who sold me the car. I had a question regarding the terms of the lease. I asked if we bought the car at the end of the lease and we had exceeded the mileage on the lease contract would we still have to pay the $0.25 per mile fee. He said no. I asked him to please send me that in writing. He said he would. After a few days I had not heard back form him. I asked him again. He now said that it would be in the contract from GM Leasing. I have the GM Leasing contract it does not address my question. Frustrated, I called GM Leasing. The nice lady there took the time to look at the contract and she sited the section and paragraph that was in question. The next day Tommy Farruggio called me and sent me an email stating that I would not have to pay the $0.25/mile if we purchased the car. That's all it took. Overall we had a good experience with the dealership. I should add that this is our second experience with this Feman dealership. The first one was okay but we had issues with the salesperson, Gabriel Tavarez at that time.. He promised to get us lug nut covers and never did, even after I asked him times by email. We also had a bad experience with their Service Department. We'll have to wait and see how this experience pans out.

I had been looking for a truck for the past couple of months and couldn't make a decision on the right truck. I went to a couple of different dealerships and each one made me uneasy because either the price never seemed to make sense to me or the salesmen just didn't make me comfortable with this big purchase I was about to make. He made everything simple, did all the leg work, and broke down all the numbers for me so it was easy to understand. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. I met Zeyad at the appointment and he showed me all the ins and outs of the car. The test drive was so much fun! For anyone who has never drove a self parking car, you should! The car we were in found a space on the lot next to a bunch of corvettes (eek)!! At the time of the test drive I was unable to purchase due to title work on my previous vehicle not yet processed after the sale. I told Zeyad that I would be in touch! We kept contact over the next couple of weeks via email! Finally, title work was completed! I went to the dealership on Mother's Day and two hours later, my 2016 Malibu Premier was sitting in my garage, but not before it was carefully removed from the showroom! Zeyad was great throughout the whole process! Nobody likes a pushy salesman and Zeyad was perfect as far as that goes! I lease my vehicles, so as long as I am still in Florida I will be a return customer in about 39 months! Thanks to the whole team at Ferman for getting me in the right car and going to bat for me with the finance part! I absolutely love my new car! I have received multiple compliments on it! I was ready to trade in my 2015 Camaro SS that was purchased at Ferman Chevrolet, for a 2016 Camaro SS. I sent an online request while looking at the numerous Camaros in stock. I received an email and phone call within hours from Internet manager Albert Dufka. He set an appointment for a test drive. I arrived on Sunday shortly after the dealership opened. Albert had the vehicle of my choice ready for a test drive. He explained in detail all the functions of the new and upgraded Camaro. He explained the payment options. I then completed the contract singing with Jim Connor, finance manager. He explained in detail all the paperwork involved. I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff, and my new 2016 Camaro SS.

My first experience with internet buying a was with my daughter last year with a different dealer and it was a rough experience. So I was very apprehensive about doing another internet car buy. Ferman listed a 2015 Malibu on the internet at an amazing price, good enough to make me drive 90 minutes in car with a blown head gasket. When I arrived the car was out front and ready for a test drive. When me and Albert sat down do discuss price, it was the same pricing shown on the internet, no surprises, no up selling, everything was spelt out clearly. I was a very hesitant car buyer as I was more in need than in want of a car. Having been to other lots and only having a vague idea of what I was looking for, I had grown weary of the entire search. All of that faded when I got to Ferman Chevy. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I knew immediately this was the dealer and the car lot I would make my purchase. All of the employees were good natured and incredibly friendly. They didn't have that "hungry" look in their eye like I was the next meal ticket. Their attitudes went beyond the "sale" to guenuine interest in what I wanted in a vehicle. They worked diligently on a price that suited my budget and didn't try to dissuade me from my initial wants (few as they were). Aside from my beautiful new ride, my sales lady was one of the best parts of my experience. I would recommend Kat McCurdy to anyone who is need of a good car and a fun time while shopping. She knows (and loves) her Chevys and is a real advocate for all of her customers! I drove away with an exceptional vehicle at an amazing price. I worked with Charles on an internet sale. I'd been trying for months to get into a new car, and every dealership in Orlando had been trying to cheat me or use fear tactics into making me buy.It was a very welcomed changed of pace when Charles actually wanted to work with me and get me into the car I wanted at a price I considered reasonable. I kept waiting for some trick or extra fee to be tacked on, but Charles was honest from the start and very upfront with everything. Even when I got there and was going through the sales process, I never felt pressured. It felt like I was working WITH someone rather than AGAINST. The only surprise was how easy everything was!Definitely worth driving an hour and a half out to work with him. As a young car buyer, sometimes people try to insult your intelligence by making you feel stupid; I never had that feeling during the whole process. After my wife and son were involved in a serious accident (thankfully there were just bumps and bruises), we were left with a totaled SUV and a LOT of worries about what we were going to do about another vehicle. Being in the middle of building a new home, acquiring a new auto loan was not an option! However, we desperately needed to replace our Chevy Trailblazer with something equivalent. After perusing an endless list of Chevys online, we lucked up and came across Ferman Chevy of Tampa. The website was extremely user friendly and allowed us to access vehicle inventory, where we found (amazingly) a later model Trailblazer that was as clean as a whistle, great mileage, and at the right price point. We were also able to lock the vehicle in by setting up a VIP appt with Nathanial the following day, and effectively taking the vehicle out of available inventory and reserving it just for us! Nathanial was excellent! He was genuinely excited to work with us, and we really felt like he cared about getting us in a vehicle right away after finding out all we had been through that past week. His demeanor, eye contact, and smile were all we needed to know that we were dealing with someone who cared about the customer and not just 'another sale.' The price we received online was honored at the time of sale, and we now have our replacement vehicle just like THAT! I was not happy when I picked up a piece of debris that caused a flat tire on my truck. Arrived at the Service department, unannounced, and had my truck back on the road in about 30 minutes. I had brought my concerns regarding some body fit issues on my new Reaper Truck. My original appointment was with "Brian" in the service department on August 4th. Even at that time he didn't seem very concerned about the issues with my truck. After two months of calls and supposed "lost parts", I finally took my truck in to have the wheel wells refit properly. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while my $70,000 Reaper was being fixed. I was told it would take two days to properly attach the fender flares. Three weeks later I was finally told my truck was finished, as I was out of town for a week. When I returned the dealer had my truck for almost a month. The truck was immaculate when I brought it in. I had just had it detailed and it was spotless inside and out with just over 1,200 miles on it. When it was returned to me it was filthy!! Bird s**t, acorns, dirt, dust, boot prints on the leather interior and glue stuck to the side of the wheel well flares that were to be fixed. It appeared that they had even attempted to buff out their errors only to make it look even worse. There are scratches on the hood and the overall appearance it worse then when I dropped it off by far. When I brought these issues to the attention of my service rep Brian, he just said bring it back in and we'll have to look at it. Really!!! bring it back again!! I've been going through this process since August 4th and I get excuses and shoddy work from a Chevrolet Dealer??? Brian even admitted he knew about the glue on the wheel well flare but "thought they took care of it". I guess no one follows up with anything. Anyway, all I have received from Ferman Chevrolet's service department are excuses and sub standard work. I have bought several expensive vehicles from other Ferman dealers over the years and I have never been treated so poorly or had my vehicle trashed and returned in such horrible shape. Be warned, Brian in service will not give two sh**s about you or your $70,000 car or truck, if you can even get through to him or get him to call you back. You will get plenty of excuses when you do though...good luck, you'll need it!!

I waited over two hours for a quote for repair. The next day, when I came to pick up my Hummer, they tried to charge double the quote. I ask for the quote that I had signed and was told they didn't know anything about it. These people were extremely rude to me because I wasn't willing to pay the almost double charge. I was told that I would have to come back two days later because the service writer was out.These people, for the most part talked down to me from the time I first arrived at the dealer. I suppose I am too old at 68 years for them to be concerned with. I suppose I am breathging aire they would like to have for themselvesI would Not recommend. Ferman to anyone.

I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. Sales consultant are very friendly and act professional just to get you to buy a car however their service department sucks! From service advisors to service manager they are all very rude, disrespectful and don't value their customers. Five years of owning my car I was never confident when needed to take my car their for service because no one their doesn't care about their customers or their customers service issues!

Words really can't express how good of an experience I had at this dealership. I came in to trade in my car and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I was greeted by Kathleen (Kat) whom took me straight over to the Camaro I wanted. She took me for a good long test drive while using her product knowledge to inform me of certain features of the vehicle. I feel a ton of sales people generally don't know their stuff, but she did! Then came the part I was dreading; trying to work out a deal.We go inside, I show her the pricing I found and without argument or extra hassle got that price. This goes miles upon miles above and beyond. She didn't try twisting my arm into getting something I didn't want and was beyond fair as far as dealers go. We finished up the deal and were good to go. Instead of saying "Here are the keys, get lost", she took her time to sit down with me and answer any questions about the car and also helped me setup onstar. The experience was beyond exceptional. My wife was also in the market for a car and I just wish she had wanted something in the Chevy lineup because I truly wouldn't want to buy a car from anyone else after this experience.

Saw a truck adv. on craigs list. I called the dealer and asked a few question, one of which was if the previous owner had pets in the vehicle. I was told by the person who answered the phone that he did not think so, that the vehicle was very clean and had no smell whatsoever of any pets. I drove the vehicle, and there was no smell of pets, because the vehicle was sprayed with something to cover the smell. I bought the vehicle. The next day the odor was so strong that no one in my family wanted to drive it. I now have it for sale. They could have been honest to me. I am sure that they knew that pets were in that vehicle when they took it as a trade in. They cleaned it---they knew. Their gain---my loss

This was my first experience buying a new vehicle and I had a less than wonderful experience at another dealership, so I was a bit guarded going into Ferman. We were greeted by Gabriel Tavarez who was SO wonderful to work with. It was a low pressure environment and we didn't feel as though we were crowded by slaes people. He was friendly and personable and took the time to explain every detail of the truck we were interested in. He got me a great deal on the truck and on my trade. He also sat with me after the purchase to go over all the features of the truck to make sure I understood everything, since I was upgrading from an older vehicle without all the bells and whistles that the new vehicles have now. It was a quick and easy experience and I very highly recommend Ferman and Gabriel Tavarez.

I took my truck to Ferman for an engine problem. They gave me a quote and I authorized the work on Wednesday. I hadn't heard anything by Friday so I called Ryan Ronne, their service advisor. I called four times and left messages that were never returned. On Monday I went through the switchboard and got him. He said the parts were due (I was never told that parts weren't available) that day. No word, no calls accepted. I got the truck back on Wednesday, two weeks later. The first time I drove it it stranded me at Publix. More calls and messages to Ryan with no reply. I cannot imagine purchasing a car from Ferman and facing this nonexistent service. They are the worst. If you have to go here avoid Ryan Ronne.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Ferman Chevrolet of Tampa. I had to take my 2014 VOLT up to Newberry, FL last week for a couple of funerals. The night before I was to leave my vehicle started to STINK really bad. I checked everything I could and could not find the source. I had to drive all the way from Newberry to Tampa smelling that and then all week at work. I was going crazy. Within minutes of arriving at Ferman Chevrolet, they were able to determine that a SNAKE had crawled into my engine, and died. They removed the snake and cleaned the engine right away. From the service writer to the technicians, the absolute best people and the best service. This dealer is a WINNER.

I saw a car online that I really liked. I made an appointment to look at it and when I arrived, the sales person (Brandon) had it pulled around waiting for me. But, he went above and beyond by bringing up other two other cars similar to the one I wanted. When I arrived, there were three very nice cars waiting for me! I purchased a 2014 Traverse from Ferman Chevrolet in Brando, FL after looking at all the Chevrolet dealers in the Tampa, Fl. area. My salesman was Jose Inoa who was as courteous and professional as any car dealership salesperson I have ever dealt with. But after his help, everything went downhill from there. I was going to pay cash but the sales manager talked me into letting them finance the car for me. We agreed verbally that the rate would not exceed a certain per-centage rate. My fault for trusting a verbal agreement. Since my credit is excellent, I was allowed to take the car, and they took my trade in, without signing all of the paperwork for the financing that I was assured would not be a problem.When I came back a couple of days later to sign the finance papers, I was advised that they couldn't get me the verbally agreed to finance rate due to the fact that the car had been titled to the dealership and could not be sold as a new vehicle. I had already put my money back into a CD and felt trapped so I agreed to the increased finance rate. Additionally, the out-the-door price that was in writing was more on the finance papers. I questioned that and was told that when I got my refund back on the tag and title fee, since their number was an estimate, that the out-the-door price should actually be a little lower than our agreed upon price. I got my refund and I was still over the agreed upon price. (They have since reimbursed me the difference after I went back into the dealership and complained.) Additionally, because they didn't advise one of the finance companies, that they had checked with on financing my car, that I had chosen another finance company, that finance company denied me credit. I am now left with having to deal with that fiasco myself and with my credit reports myself. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless they were paying cash for a vehicle, and then I would advise them to get everything in writing in triplicate. Also, I was told I would probably get a survey to rate my experience, needless to say, I haven't received one. I presume the dealership gets to decide who gets the survey and will not send a survey to a customer that they know wasn't happy with their overall experience.

Customer service stops once you purchase your vehicle. I was told different prices 3 times during my visit, had to watch the mechanic to ensure he was doing his job, which I corrected him on tire rotation and filling my fluids up doing oil change. 2 days laters my "replace fluids" sign appeared. Stated I needed all new tires when I just had them replaced. And now, the is an electrical problem because my warning light came on. When I called to ask, took me all day to get a human voice, which was belittling. also states there is a diagnostic fee which applies to the charges to repair it, even though I have warranty? Doesn't make sense. I never had an issue with my car until I took it in to them. Cashier asked for lots of money and asks you to sign multiple papers, and when questioned she can't says she doesn't know. Trust was not earned.

My teenage daughter and I walked into Ferman looking for a good, used, affordable car for her. We explained to Bob what we were looking for, and how much we were willing to spend. We ultimately bought the first car he showed us. We searched around at other dealerships for any other possible options and quickly realized no one could even come close to what we found at Ferman. The asking price was completely fair and reasonable. The car also came certified and with a warranty! Bob was more than willing to compromise with us on our trade in and gave us exactly what we were asking for. Overall, our experience was a pleasure. The process was quick and effortless. Korian made this a great experience. I went in to see a specific vehicle which Korian let me drive immediately. Their was no hassle and run around. They let me drive the vehicle and I told him I planned to purchase if the numbers were right. He made my experience quick and fair. We worked out a nice price for both me and the dealer and he was a very friendly and helpful. His managment in the used cars area was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommended Korian, he didn't give any typical car salesmen stuff. Instead he just did his job and tried his best to get you to enjoy the car and the experience.

Twice I've had my used car in for repairs. Immediately given a 2014 Traverse rental at no cost. The service at Ferman Chevrolet is unbelievable. Customers are treated with respect and a smile. I had a short wait time so I observed the personnel interacting with the customers. Everyone was greeted with a smile and promptly assisted. We'd looked all over the internet for the best deal on a new Chevy Traverse for my wife and were drawn to Ferman Chevy thru Trucar.com They had the best no hassle price out of all the zip codes I searched. My wife and I scheduled an appointment to head over the next day from Orlando and check out the inventory. Originally we went over with the intention of buying a specific vehicle, ie exterior color, interior, etc, but after viewing their extensive inventory we actually ended up in a differnt vehicle at a PHENOMENAL price. My wife and I are both extremely satisified with our experience at Ferman Chevy. To date this has been the best car buying experience we've had. Well,I swas pleasently when the vehicle was in great shape inside and out.My salesperson Korian urged me to take a test drive and I know why because by the end of the drive I was sold on the vehicle.I received a fair price for my trade and drive the vehicle home a short time later.The whole staff at Ferman was friendly , courteous and most importantly they knew their jobs well and provided a great experience. i will definetly shop Ferman again in the future and I have already told people of my experience .

The I bought a 2011 Camaro RS beautiful car Mazda Chevrolet set down and talked me into purchasing the warranty package associated with tires and rims when leaving the lot noticed there was a nail in the tire I was told by their service department just bring it back will take care of it , Took it into Chevy told me absolutely not we don't cover that not only do we not repair here but your car must sit for two days for a warranty can be approved . Not only did he tell me that the car was not covered but I was treated very rudely. Now keep in mind this car is supposed to be certified car so concerned I went ahead and had my tires checked out turns out the back two tires had dry rot not only that but the front brakes had to be replaced so I ended up having to pay for repairs to the car. The Mazda management understood I was going through this process as a customer I never received a call never received an apology or explanation on why the ball was dropped and I was paying more out-of-pocket for a car that is supposed to be certified. So now obviously I don't want to pay extra $85 a month on top of my car payment for warranty that doesn't exist or for a company who doesn't stand behind their product when I approached the finance officer who sold me the policy he told me that I had to fill out the cancellation form and send it in. I said okay thank you for understanding I asked what is my final price on my car for monthly payments now that I'm not having the warranty. He sends me an email you have to take that up with the bank basically tell me that's my problem not there's now I felt at that point as a customer sell me a product that you don't stand behind now I'm paying extra $85 a month for a service that they completely ignored and rudely treated me at the dealership as well as showing me the worst customer care service I have ever seen in my lifetime not even a call from management to express that a mistake was made I drove away a certified car with the nail in the tire and refused to even fix it . do you really want to buy a car from this dealership. I love my car love everything about it but I'll never forget how I was treated at Mazda ferman the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime

I then called yesterday to make an appointment with Mr. Inoa to finalize the sale of my new vehicle. I arrived today and Mr Inoa was ready with all the necessary paper work and all the necessary information that we might of needed to move forward with the sale. Purchased new Silvarado truck in 5/2014, had flat tire, called onstar referred to Chevy roadside assistance at 9am, promised servicewithin 1 hour, after 1 1/2 hours, called to find out that service provider could not come due to police obligations, asked for another provider responded within the hour, 1130 finally changed tire, took truck to ferman to get tire plugged, 15 minute job, did not leave ferman till 206pm.If this is chevy idea of service go elsewhere, I would not buy another truck or car at ferman, buyer beware.

I took my son's Chevy Colorado to Ferman Cheverolet's Brandon Service Center for an ignition problem. The truck does not start 3 to 4 times a week and my son has to let it sit for 10 - 15 mnts before trying the ignition again. it also stalled on him while driving. He has had problem after problem for years with this truck. First problem with Mr. Sutton: he is highly passive aggressive. I mentioned to Mr. Sutton that we have had problems with this truck since it was purchased and he proceeded to read the dates and times the truck was serviced to demonstrate that they were only a handful, then asked if there were more problems than listed. I told him that the truck was taken to a private mechanic for many of the problems. His response was to look at my fiance and say, "Yeah, the truck must have been taken to a private mechanic." I could not see any other reason to read back the vehicle maintenance issues, than to make a passive point that he did not feel the problems were systematic. Regardless, a brand new vehicle that is driven less than 50 miles a week (to school, work, and home w/in a 4 miles of each other) should not have any problems within the first 4 years, let alone 10, other than the regular wear and tear. Bottom line, Mr. Sutton should have just said something sympathetic and then shut his mouth.Second problem with Mr. Sutton: when I mentioned that there are myriads of car forums that specifically discuss other Chevy Colorado truck owners with the exact same ignition problem, he responded, "If you look up any negative reviews about any merchandise, you will find it." This just pissed me off, because we were not searching for reviews, but a specific mechanical problem with our truck.Third problem with Mr. Sutton: When I asked if the truck stalling could possibly be linked to the ignition not working properly, he mistook this question to mean that I was inquiring about all of the recent recalls that involved Chevy vehicles stalling during operation. He immediately dove into a diatribe about how it was the owner's fault in those cases. His explanation is almost verbatim... You see, those ignition problems were caused by people having too many keys on their key chains and they were speeding down bumpy roads, as I myself like to do." "The weight of the keys and the speeding down the bumpy roads turned the key 30 degrees to the off position and all those people had to really do was just reach down and turn the key back on." My fiance and I were dumbstruck. We were confused as to why he was explaining this problem in this manner, because people have died due to this mechanical failure, the manufacture has accepted responsibility for the mechanical default, and the manufacturer has recalled the vehicles. So, why Mr. Sutton was placing the blame on the vehicle operators was an irresponsible and egregious notion to claim. And, are vehicles not made to drive through all kinds of conditions? I do not recall the victims of these ignition debacles driving down a dusty dirt country road towards their ranch home, but driving in regular traffic on an asphalt road. Egregious, just down right naughty of Mr. Sutton.Mr. Sutton desperately needs a Human Resource course and stat! We have already shared out experience with family and friends. I wonder if the dealership knows he is placing blame for a vehicle recall on the vehicle owners? We were shocked and disappointed. We will never do business there again. Apparently, the mechanics literally started truck and turned it off for over an hour to replicate the problem, to which it did not occur. My son still faces the same ignition problems at the same frequency. This is frustrating, but we will be taking it to our private mechanic. It is cheaper and more efficient.

We were driving straight through from Michigan for for an overnight stay in Florida and were catching a cruise ship the next day which was a Sunday. We were about 2 hours from our destination when we noticed our vehicle was making a funny sound from the wheel. Luckily On star pointed us to Ferman Chevrolet as the closest dealership. They were able to get us right in and fix our car while we ate breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and sympathetic to our issue. If we were not able to get in and get our vehicle fixed that day, it would have been tough to find someone on a Sunday to do the repair and hence we would have missed our cruise! If we lived in Florida, this would certainly be our dealership of choice. Bruce Noonan was our service advisor, he was great, and very friendly!!!!! Definitely recommend this dealership.

Went in to trade in a 2013 VW GLI and purchase a 2014 Silver ado crew cab. Was offered a fair price for my trade in, but had a Chevrolet military price certificate. The price they offered was higher then the certificate said i would get the car for. Gave them an ultimatum for the price i was willing to pay and they said they would have to talk to the manager and get back to me. I waited 2 days then called back. Ernest Taylor said he still had to talk to his manager then would let me know. He never called back. Called back 2 days later and Ernest refereed me to Brian Schultz. Brian said he was not sure if they could sell it at that price and that he would have to review everything and call me back. I never received a call. I know the price I said i would buy at was probably $1,000 less then they would sell it for, but i was expecting a counter offer or at least a call back telling me they couldn't make the deal and an explanation why. They fact that I never once got a call back from the dealership tells me that they did not care about making a sale to me. This is the 2nd time I had a similar experience. other dealerships in the area had the courtesy to call me and let me know that couldn't make a deal but tried to find alternatives, yet Ferman Chevrolet failed to even make an attempt. When I look to buy a car in the future, Ferman Chevrolet will not be a dealership I will work with.

I had been shopping for several weeks for my first car and the process had easily become harrowing. Being a young adult on a limited budget in need of small car payments and reliable transportation was turning out to be a challenging road to navigate. I had learned quickly that everyone was shopping at the same time and the small cars with low price tags and low miles got snapped up almost immediately. That, and a desire to stop spending weekend days being disappointed at dealerships, had me doing my car shopping in the evenings after work. It fit into my day and gave me a better shot at seeing the cars newly listed online, but the sales associates at the hour tended towards the lackluster, often knowing little about the vehicles other than where to get the key.That Ferman Chevrolet of Tampa was my last car shopping stop is a clue to how the story ends. My salesman Calvin was eager to help me, even when I arrived at nearly 6:30 in the evening on a Wednesday to look at what was probably the cheapest certified used on the lot. He was able to answer my questions about the vehicle, knew the car's history, the internet pricing, the warranty, and the ups and downs of the model. There wasn't any pushing to drive something more expensive or nudging the edges of where I wanted my monthly payments. And even though I kept everyone there right up until closing time, everyone was very friendly and I think I was congratulated at least once by everyone still in the building. I have my own set of wheels now, with a warranty for the big stuff and car payments that aren't killing my budget. And I'm thrilled to be done with car shopping.

I knew exactly what I wanted for my trade in and downpayment, as well as my monthly payment. Robert Ries provided me with the best experience I have had buying a vehicle, he had nothing to hide, no gimmicks, no tricks, no upsetting, just straight and to the point with a great sense of humor. I was assisted buy Mr. Frank Iarrobino who gave me a break down of the different types of Equinox and price ranges. After agreeing on the type I desired and taking a very comprehensive test drive he began working on the price for negotiating my trade in value. After talking with managers we came to an agreed value for my trade in and I purchased the vehicle that I wanted. Every one involved in the transaction did everything in their power to ensured that I was please with all negotiations and final price for the new vehicle. Our visit to Ferman was just incredible. Our visit was not an "ordinary" visit, and was quite an adventure! I can assure ANYONE considering a new or used car to check with your dealership first, and last! Our second visit was with Terry Mahoney. He jumped right in to the "fire", not really knowing our whole dilemma. (A very long story, not important to my review) Terry was patient, knowledgable, funny and very kind. Before meeting Terry , I met Danny Showalter, Mgr. What an incredible person. He would not rest until our obstacle was handled to our satisfaction. He was so sensitive to our needs.As I was waiting in the used car sales floor, I observed these gentlemen, and the other sales staff. They are a very close knit bunch. They are a true team.I know for Terry, this was not an easy stepping in the middle of this sale, as I previously stated, he was not 100% briefed on the situation. And this was ok, as Danny was trying to facilitate the process, as to not have us to be delayed anymore than neccessary. But Terry Our last and final stop was with Tim Kratz. This young man was very professional, while also being very compassionate. I had a good experience at Ferman Chevy for the purchase of my first car (without my parents assistance). Chevy has a great setup for customer service in their dealership. They took me for a test drive for the vehicle early on with no strings attached. They switched my liscense plate for me and cleaned the plate, there were other things too (I just cant remember), they also kept asking if there was anything else they could do (I am thankful to Pete, because he was a big part of my pleasant car purchase experience). Even after the purchase of the car they did not ditch me but continued their good customer service. Even when I got in my first fender bender, they were still their to assist me in the process of getting it repaired (Pete especially). The customer service I though was very good when taking my vehicle in for service so far at this Ferman Chevy dealership. They have wifi in the waiting room, and some other nice features to the waiting room too. Overall from start to thus far 6000+ miles on my car I have been pleased with this Ferman Chevy. I am also pleased with my Chevy Sonic 2013... Coming from Nissan, I did not think Chevy could output a comparable regular automobile, but so far I have been impressed by the customer service of Ferman Chevy and quality of the 2013 Chevy Sonic. I did not think the car would be this good (knock on wood). Although the price was not overly-cheap, I left there thinking I got a good deal, and (knock on wood) I think the purchase was a good value for the price. One thing I did not like, was I felt sales was a little too concerned with the survey, and me grading them well on the survey. (This concern affected their friendliness score (otherwise they were very friendly and pleasant to be around)). I do not think they needed to be concerned at all. They provided such good solid consistant customer service, (I believe) a casual mention of the survey would have been sufficient for me to brag about them :-). Overall I give them "above and beyond" on customer service, and a surprisingly "excellent" on vehicle quality. So far this is the best Chevy dealership I have been to... I think it would be hard to find one as good...

I had worked with Terry back in 1990 and was very happy to see that he was still working there. I went to a few different dealers and once I saw that he was there I knew I need not to look any farther. He took care of everything that I needed. I bought my car about a year ago and I needed to call on him just the other day for some help and he knew who I was and is helping me out with my issue. First place we went to Ferman Chevy, spoke with Mrs. Pendino who looked on her computer to see what used vehicles she had available in my price range. She recommend a chevy cruze she had,but had a meeting she needed to go to and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Mrs. Pendino introduced us to Mr. Mahoney who took us out to the lot showed us a variety of cars. My daughter chose the cruze over the other vehicles. She absolutely loves the car. I was nervous walking into the building as I didn't want to be pressured into walking out with something out of my price range. Terry came out and greeted me and I told him what I was looking to spend and what I was looking for. In a short time it was like he read my mind and came up with my dream car. I was so ready to sign the check right then but I needed at least the night to think. He was very understanding and with no pressure he told me he would be there the next day if I decided to proceed. I went home for all of an hour and went back and bought my car. Terry's calm demeanor and his customer service skills are amazing. Three weeks after the purchase Terry was still there to help with an issue that had come up with the car. He kept me up to speed as to what was going on and got me a loaner car so I wouldn't be without. I will definitely send family and friends in Terry's direction for his honesty and fairness.

When I decided to look at cars I had no idea what I wanted or where to go. I filled out an application online and a rep from Ferman Chevy Brandon called me with an apt. We were late to the apt. and I was nervous about doing this as I don't like high pressure sales. Nate Auvil was great. He took us in, had me fill out the application and then off we went to look at cars. I was able to tell them what I had for a down payment and where I wanted my payments at and they did just that. There was no fuss, no hassle. It was such a smooth process. Once I figured out which car I wanted they had me driving it home that night. Our finance guy Jeffrey Shegog sat me down and went over everything. He was even able to get me a better warranty and GAP protection for pennies on the dollar. Talk about working for the customer. Ferman Chevy was the first dealer and only dealer I looked at. I didn't need to go elsewhere.

I went to look at a Camaro, Dave Geiger met me showed me the car. I asked if I could take the car to show my husband. His manger Brian Manning told him I could not drive the car until I gave him my credit and agreed to numbers. I could here Brian telling Dave this is my dealership and I run it my way. If She don't like it she can leave.. I was in complete shock. Brian Manning is very rude and seemed to be bulling the sales person and wanted to bully me. Brian needs a class in customer service and etiquette. I did get my Camaro just not from Ferman..

I came across this dealership during a night I could not sleep. I was called the next day, less than 24hours. The lady was very nice. I ran late for my scheduled appt. and then had a phone call come in as soon as I arrived at the dealership greeted by Mr. Terry. He was not impatient or rude, he spoke with my husband while I finished my call. I told him I was looking for a vehicle that you can get to the trunk w/o getting out, low and behold they had a 2009 hhr. After talking we were asked to come back the next day which was better for me and my husband. We came back the next day and I am thinking there is no way my I'm getting this car unless I pay a large deposit and payments which my husband had already told me we would not do. Upon arrival we went for a test drive (husband drove)and loved it,but he still had his doubts about financing. Mr. David took us on the test drive. When asked the price of the vehicle I looked at my husband face and he was pleased, we were asked what type of payments were we looking to make instead of what we HAD to make. Mr. Terry and Mr. David worked some MAGIC in there and next thing I know everything is what we want. Now since I did not expect to get a vehicle that day we had a lot in my old vehicle. Mr. David and Mr. Terry helped transfer my things to my 2009 HHR and they talked and laughed with us the entire time.When we got home my husband tried to set up onstar and somehow my vehicle was turned off by accident. My husband called Mr. Terry and he told him what to do and that if there was a problem he would be sure to get it right for us.It was just a dead battery.Mr. Terry did not get upset or annoyed he handled it and told my husband who to contact and any questions to come back to dealership. Upon returning to the dealership Mr. David showed me how to use my vehicle phone, program phone numbers, showed me what all the inside buttons do and some I asked several times what it does, he never had a attitude or got frustrated with me, he just went over it again. Mr. Terry and Mr. David are some awesome people. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, it was lower than my husband thought and the payments are even lower than my husband could have imagined(he's happy),Mr. Terry also gave me directions to the DMV which I was having a hard time finding. I am enjoying my HHR and it would not have been possible without these guys. Thank you so much from THE BENTON FAMILY.

The Impala was just beyond our price range so he suggested the Malibu and offered a test drive, we were Sold. We returned on Sept 2 and selected two cars after driving them we choose one. Jose was very through in explaining the car and the warranty. This was the best experience we have had in purchasing a new vehicle in the 30 years that we have been purchasing new cars every 9 to 10years. The only complaint I have with the dealership was the finance, we were shown a form showing a group of service plans and the finance rate for each group, at no time was there mention that this was in addition to the price of the vehicle, We were told to sign a pile of forms without the time to look them over and discovered a few days later that this added over $4000 to the vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke to Mr. Inoa he tried to help but finally the Finance person Mr. Day called me back and after a very short conversation finally offered to delete the extras from the deal. My complaint is that when this added service was offered at no time was the costs explained to me, if they were I would have not accepted them.

I was in need of new car very quickly and went to Ferman Chevy because I heard great things about the customer service and especially about Terry. My friends sister had just been helped and he found her a great car for a reasonable price. She also told me he had about 20 years of experience so I knew I'd be going in to talk to someone who really knew his stuff. I went in with not much experience especially this being my first time buy. No question was silly or stupid and Terry explained everything to me in detail so I understood what I would need to do and how to do it. I did not have much time so in two days Terry searched everything he had and gave me every option including new, certified pre-owned and used. When picking out a car he showed me what he felt he was comfortable selling me and since I am young he treated me as he would his own kids letting me know he wouldn't put me in a car he wouldn't put his own in. We finally found a pre-owned chevy cruze which he highly recommended because of its safety features and size. He was able to work out small details with me and my mom so I could get the best payment option and a low interest rate. He also made sure the finance guy knew my situation and he was able to help me out just as much explaining everything in detail. There was no hassling no gimmicks no tricks or anything. And service was fast and everyone was extremely nice. I would highly recommend any of my friends or family members looking for a car to see Terry because of his experience, knowledge, reliability and kindness. Even after buying he has made sure to follow up with me and when I had to get my antenna replaced he made sure to contact the service guys and do everything he could to get it fixed quickly.

Mark Wilson sold me a new 2013 Chevy Equinox. He answered every question quickly and professionally and showed me how to operate everything as if he were talking about his own car. I was especially impressed with the efficiency of the whole operation. Every detail was handled like they had all done it before... just as you would expect from a dealer who wants to keep you as a customer. I checked the inventory, took a test drive, had the orientation, completed all the paperwork including financing and was out the door with a new car in less than two hours. And the Equinox was EXACTLY what I wanted; easy to get in/out, fuel economy, no wasted money on frivolous extras. Thanks Ferman. And thanks Mark.

Terry is a great and helpfull employee. My mom had bought a car from him when hers quit working and told me to give them a try when I was looking. I didn't think I was going to buy a car the same day I started looking but I did. He made it that easy. I hate car shopping but when you have someone that really cares about what you are looking for it makes it easy. This is my third car I have purchased and he didn't make me feel rushed or pressuered, like other dealerships I've been to. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in and he found me the perfect car. I must say because of him me and my family will continue buying cars from Ferman. Terry is a great asset to the company. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recomend seeing Terry Mahoney.

David Fenton was fantastic to deal with and a true professional. He was at the dealership on a Sunday before the doors were opened for business and was answering basic questions immediately. Please remember it was VERY hot outside. Anyway, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, sales process and most importantly he listened. I would recommend Ferman Chevrolet and to my family and friends without hesitation. The entire process was smooth and run as a business should be. In my opinion, that is because of staff members and their service.

Before I was even able to purchase a car I went up to ferman chevy in tampa for some information, Terry (my sales person) was very polite and even though he knew I wasn't purchasing that day he worked with me and gave me all the information I needed to make my day of purchase successful, unlike a lot of other sales people I felt he was more interested in getting me into a safe, beneficial first car that would help me in the long run rather than just give me a car to benefit him in the work place. When I had the money and was willing to put forth my down payment on a car I went back up to chevy and terry took me through the cars he had that were in my price range, I am a very picky person when it comes to a big purchase and although I had no co-signer and not a single bit of credit he worked though as many financings as he could to find one that would work for me, I originally had my expectations at a used 2010- 2012 in mind but in the end I walked away with a BRAND NEW 2013 MAZDA 3 with only 3 miles on it as he let me test drive what was soon to be my new baby. If it wasn't for terry I wouldn't have my little beauty to look at in my drive way much less a way to get to and from college, I thought it would be a done deal then but I even got a follow up phone call to ensure I was enjoying the best purchase ive ever made. Anyway, I would recommend Chevrolet to ANYONE looking for a vehicle because they work with you to make whatever dream car you have into a reality. And once you get there, ask for terry!!

We were looking for a new Suburban and contacted Corvin Morris. Corvin spent considerable up front time with us until we decided on the vehicle we wanted. Corvin introduced us to Gregg Ledbetter, Sales Manager, and we set up a meeting to explore the possibility of a new car purchase. When I arrived at the dealership, Dave Geiger, Sales Associate, approached me and introduced himself, I am very glad he did! Dave worked with us explaining all the features of the vehicle with no pressure to buy. We were sold on the 2014 Suburban but there were no four wheel drive vehicles on the lot. Gregg finally found the vehicle we wanted and worked with us to finalize the deal. Jim Conner, Finance, performed all paperwork to close the deal and made it a pleasant experience. I went in to get a new Equinox. I was met by Dave Geiger, he was absolutly awesome. He showed me the vehicle went over the features, I was in love. When we went in to work the numbers thats where it all went bad. Greg was working the numbers and when we couldnt agree, Greg talked down to me. Which was very insulting considering I have a college degree. So he then sends Brian Manning over, Brian said he was a newly promoted Sales manager. I thought great this guy is really going to help.. Well I quickly realized once Brian couldnt "close me" He copped this little atttitude with me..I didnt think it should be this hard. I had a draft, but Brian kept wanting me to finance with them. I thought well where ever the promoted him from, he needs to go back. Brian was very pushy and rude when he didnt get his way when it came to me buying. Dave Im very sorry you didnt get your sale but you can thank Greg and Brian... I left went to Stingray and now I have a new equinox. I can tell you this if you wanted to get treated with respect, avoid Brian and go to Stingray and see Coby Treasure...

My wife recently went back to work after job hunting for a year. We needed to find her a safe, more fuel efficient vehicle for her trips back and forth to work. We had purchased a vehicle in the past from Ferman Honda.We looked at the web site and found a vehicle that we liked. We test drove many other makes and models of cars in order to do hour homework and pick the right vehicle. We fell in love with the Chevrolet Malibu at Ferman Chevrolet.We spoke with Mark Wilson (Salesman) and his counter part Charles on Saturday 8/17/13 and test drove a vehicle. We were not able to complete a deal that day but my wife and I left feeling good about the possibilities.I researched the Ferman web site again and found an Atlantis Blue Chevrolet Malibu 1LT that we were interested in and contacted Chandra Micuch (Internet Sales Coordinator) about the vehicle. Chandra was amazing and put us in contact with her sales manager's Scott and Greg. She was positive that we could get a deal done for the vehicle we wanted. We went out and got pre-approved for a loan but the terms could have been better.Greg worked with Mark Wilson again during the week. They were able to get us the vehicle we wanted and for a better price and much better financing, thanks Tom Day (Finance Manager).On Saturday 8/24/13 we returned to the dealership and were greeted by so many wonderful people (Brian Manning) that made the vehicle buying experience awesome for us. After leaving another dealership on Adamo Dr. and being completely disgusted by the service and salesmanship of not one but two salesmen "it was like that of a dirty dusty buy here pay here" Dave F.took the pressure off by making me feel comfortable and being well informed with product knowledge. I walked in the dealership and literally left within two hours with my brand new car.I was so happy and it was such a great experience that I did not need anything extra. I walked in for a used car, and ended up getting something brand new with bumper to bumper coverage all around. I have already handed out three cards to send others here. Even after the papers were signed my finance manager is working hard to get me a lower percentage.I have challenged credit, but they got the job done! Levi and Daniel made the buying of our new truck a smooth and positive experience. They both did their best to get us into the truck my husband really wanted, and made it work for us. Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful experience, but their positive and friendly attitudes made it positive and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone go work with these gentlemen, as they will make you feel welcomed and never will make you feel pushed into something. On the contrary, they will ask what will work for you and do everything in their power to make it work.

Ferman would not do warranty work on my car. It was only a nail in the tire but they said I would have to pay first and be reimbursed. I don't understand this because once you get the auth from the company that is as good as getting your money. Who cares if it that day or the next day! This is not the first bad experience with their service department which is why I did not buy my vehicle from them. I drove to St. Pete to get my tire repaired and they were very sorry it happened and even moved me to the front of the line so I could get to work. The manager was supposed to call me about this problem and didn't even bother!!! Our loyal Chevy family is FOREVER done with Ferman! GM will be getting an email about their terrible customer service today!

I tried to trade my car in on a used vehicle they were offering. The games the used car manager played left me feeling very unhappy. I cooled my heels in the salesman office while a group of salesmen were laughing, joking and the like in the used car manager's office. It felt like I was there for more than 20 minutes.....while the salesmen and used car manager was having a grand ole time. When the used car manager finally came to address me....there was very very little respect in how he treated me.

The guys that worked together to sell me my 2013 Chevy Equinox were friendly and helpful. I usually hate car shopping because I feel pressured into making a decision right on the spot. I test drove the Equinox with Gabe. He was very knowlegeable about the equipment and walked me through how to set everything up after I bought it. Car guys have a rep of being pushy and I did not feel that way with him. Daniel was patient when working up the numbers. He got me to where I needed to be and found the best interest rate for me. He also discussed the option of financing 75 months instead of 72 months to help lower my payment. Brian was knowledgeable on the warranty and other add ons. He explained everything very thoroughly and was patient while I set on the phone with my insurance company to get an updated insurance card. All three guys get a thumbs up from me! The were all friendly and patient with my 3yo daughter as well. This car buying experience has changed my thoughts on hating to car shop. I would definitely reccommend Ferman Chevrolet to my friends and family.

A new vehicle was a must have for me and my family. We decided to stop by Ferman Chevelot we had been there before and did not have the best salesman in Gabriel. But lucky this time we where blessed to work with Elissa, unlike most car salesmen she had a genuine concern for me and my family's situation and the need for us to get a new vehicle. She did everything she could to get us the vehicle we wanted and showed compassion i could see from her actions. Initially I didnt think it was going to workout until we where able to work with Daniel, he was very nice and bend every corner possible to get us into the new vehicle my family despritely needed. The dealership provided free food and my family felt comfortable. I encourage anybody looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership to find and ask to work with Elissa, she is what you wish most car salemen would be!

Found advertisement on Auto trader for 02 Chevy avalanche and it stated truck has 38000 miles on it. Called Dealer and was advised vehicle was in inventory and started driving to dealer from St. Petersburg. Received call from Tracy Pendino when I was 5 minutes away stating vehicle unavailable and in service. I arrived at dealer and Tracy was unavailable and I advised Male that I wanted to just visually inspect avalanche. Took salesman 20 minutes to locate, in the meantime Tracy walked past me 4 times, knew that I was there to see her, and did not acknowledge me once. Upon location of truck, I looked inside of it and immediately noticed it had 138000 miles. Displeased!!!!!!! will not recommend

What a great experience! My husband and I have NEVER had such a great experience buying a car. Bob and Charlie were kind and helpful through the whole process. We saw the car we wanted but we were certain it would not fit our budget but these guys made it work for us. We never felt any pressure to go beyond what we knew we could afford and they made it happen for us. We are thrilled with our 2012 Camaro. Even after the sale was final and we were with the finance manager to complete paperwork our sales person Bob Larkin kept adding perks to our sale. It was late on a Saturday and it was apparent Bob was tired from a long day and week and he could have gone home, but he didn't. He hung around and talked with us while we finished up the necessary business. He was just as excited for us as we were. It is apparent he has been in this business a long time and that he loves what he does, and he likes people. The same can be said for his sale manager, Charlie, what a kind, honest and hard working man. I can honestly say this is the first time I have gone to a car dealership and felt like they cared about my experience and me. We were treated with the utmost dignity. They were the third dealership we visited, they say the third time is a charm, absolutely true in this case. Ferman Chevrolet and Bob Larkin will be our first and only choice from here on out.

I contacted Ferman about a used car via their website. I live in Orlando so I wanted to makes sure the vehicle was worth the trip. Each employee that I spoke to over the course of 2 days was very friendly. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe Casey greeted me as if I had known him for years. Joe was very attentive, low pressure and instructive about the vehicle. During the negotiation process, Joe represented me with his general manager and negotiated on my behalf. We bought the vehicle because of Joe.

I wish I had the previous reviews before entering the doors. I absolutely did not work with the right crew. Ernie was good not great but good. After driving an Equinox we went in to negotiate. When the numbers did land where I needed them. He then introduced me to "his boss" as Ernie called him. Greg, wow what a schmuck..... All this guy wanted to do was locate me a "less expensive" vehicle. I told him No, numerous times. All he kept saying was "I can have it here tomorrow". I told him the vehicle I drive is the one I wanted PERIOD..... This guy is really ful of himself. xxxx the way he talked he can compare with Albert Einstein, and should be handed the Nobel Peace Prize immediately... With guys like "the boss" Greg running this joint I can see why General Motors had to file bankruptcy. Good luck to any future buyers here. You might have a better chance than I did if you avoid Mr. Know it all

MUST READ REVIEW THIS REVIEW. I was extremely satisfied with visit and purchase! I was having a bad day and I walked into the dealership and was met at the door by Dave Geiger and Daniel Buchler. My car gave out on me and I walked into the dealership looking for help, because I did not have a plan. I explained my situation to Dave Geiger and he politely said "calm down, I am going to help you." I liked Dave because he was not a pushy salesman. He didn't try to make me buy some expensive car that I did not want. I told him what I needed and where I wanted to be and they made it happen! The Manager was very impressive. Daniel really went out of his way for me. He made sure that I received star treatment and even though it wasn't his job, he made the phone call that made a difference in my rate. Jeff Schegog, the financial man, is a great guy. These guys treated me like I was there little sister. When I left this dealership I really felt like I was on top of the world. I really could've hugged them all because they were PROFESSIONAL, DYNAMIC, and PROFICIENT! It was late at night and they acted like they were fresh and had just arrived to work! Daniel (sales manager) worked with us and went above and beyond to provide a deal we just could not walk away from. We have nothing but good things to say about these individuals. He then introduced me to his Manager Danny, Danny asked if he could have 10 minutes of my time to offer me some no obligation numbers. There was no pressure, which is the reason I came back and bought.

My 2001 Chevolet Tracker broke down exiting out of the Tampa airport. First exit I came to pulled off and had it towed to nearest Chevy Dealer. A little afraid of what cost was to come going to a dealer, but my fears were for naught. Very friendly Dave,or is it Brian I think that is his name, called me right away and assured me it would be taken care of promptly. Called later to give me the Cost of fixing, I thought high but then had my brother checked out the pricing with his Auto Repair and the pricing was right on. My brother lives in California, so I thought it was comparable. We were leaving on vacation with friends when this happen and were gone a week. I was able to leave the car and pick it up in a week, which worked out perfect. When arriving to pick up my car everyone I met was very kind, considerate, and so willing to take care of me. I had a wonderful experience with them. It means a lot these days for someone to truly listen to you and care about helping you as that isn't normally the case, especially when you are older and driving an older model car. No pressure of any kind to do anything else than what I needed. I really was blessed to have broke down near this dealership and to have peace of mind that it would be taken care of. I really liked the years warranty on their work.

Was very specific on my finance issues- Was assured the first time to come down and they could make It happen. It didn't- A month later my situation improved I called and asked some specifics be verified regarding my down payment. Saleman said everything was a go! I left work early to get there during his shift to make the deal happen- The information that I asked to verify- WASN'T- Another 4 hours waisted- like my time isn't as important as there's.

My wife wanted a particular Colorado which was in stock at Ferman. We drove over 60 miles to the dealer with the intent on just test driving the truck. We met Dave Geiger, our salesman and I immediately felt comfortable. We decided to buy the truck that day. I usually loathe the car buying process but the combination of Dave, Daniel Buchlor and Phil Geyer made the process pleasant and hassle-free. I did prior research and knew what I was willing to pay, made an offer and Daniel made it work. Daniel even made me an offer on a trade-in sight unseen because we left it at home. They didn't want me to have to drive the 60+ miles back to the dealer so he sent the salesman home with me to get the trade-in. Awesome customer service! Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and fun! I was so pleased with the process that two weeks later I returned to the dealer and purchased a second vehicle, a 2013 Equinox. I can see myself doing business with this dealer for many years to come.

Astonishing! I went in with the mind set of getting the specific car that I searched for through the USAA process, and came out with something better. Not only did i get a great deal, but I also got upgrades! I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic LT. I could not be more happy with my choice. If i got to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. All those that helped me, really helped me. When they noticed they hadn't had the first car I was looking for, they really went head over heels to make sure i got a great deal on the car I left with. They not only matched the USAA savings I walked in with, but doubled it! I recommend Ferman Chevrolet to any and all.

My last 3 new cars were (Hyundai Tiburon), Nissan Rogue and last, Nissan Juke. I have never experienced such professionalism, helpfulness and delightful personalities as my three main contacts (mentioned above)..I had to travel 55 minutes from my home to come here where I have a Chev dealership 9 minutes from where I live). And to top it off, it was the best deal of five different Chevy dealerships that I put in competetion with each other!! I called in looking for a LS Tahoe which I had a price from Gordon and Stingray. Nelson answered my call, advised he did not have a LS, but an LT which is about 5k more. He told me he would get with his Manager Danny to see what they could do for me. Danny called me back in about 15 min. Advised he would get very aggressive if I have him the opportunity to "earn" my business , just not sell me a Tahoe. Danny invited me in to the dealership. I came in Nelson did an absolutely wonderful job showing us the vehicle, and why it would be better to have this upgrade. When we went in Danny brought us in his office. Danny was 100% a man of his word. He got very aggressive, we walked out paying exactly $227 more for the Lt than we would have paid for the LS. Essentially we got leather, heated seats, auto climate control and many more features for $227.. Now I call that a steal. Brian in finance was an absolute joy as well, knowing I keep my vehicles for 10 plus years, Brian helped us pick the best warranties to keep us covered for a long time. Nelson, Danny, and Brian are truly an asset to this company and my kudos got out to you. Thanks for an amazing buy!!!!!

I have just recently bought a Cruze, and I love it! The customer service was fantastic and they were able to make it very easy for me as a single mother. Julio was very courteous and friendly and was able to answer every question I had about my new car. When it was time to discuss numbers, Daniel was able to show me my pricing in a timely manner with no hassle whatsoever. I will definitely be referring anyone I know looking for a new car to come to Ferman Chevrolet!

Just finished buying a new Chevy Cruze from Ferman Chevrolet. This was the most pleasant, thoroughly satisfying, and stress-free car-buying experience I've ever had, and at 52 I've had a number of experiences. Dave Fenton, the salesman who took care of me, was not only a complete professional and very knowledgeable about cars but also very easy to talk to and very respectful and attentive to my needs. At one point during the experience, the sales manager Daniel identified an even better car in their inventory, one that had more features to suit my needs, and was able to arrange even more attractive financing and a lower monthly payment than I would have had with the original car I selected. So I took it! Jeff, the finance manager, also was a consummate professional, explained all the financing options available, and let me make the decision without pressuring me in one direction or another. Ferman Chevrolet is AWESOME! I have had the most amazing and stress-free experience with them while purchasing my new Chevy Cruze. I have been trying for over a year now to purchase a new, dependable, and economic vehicle. I have credit issues, so it has been grueling and full of rejection. A friend referred me to Ferman and Danny Buchler, the Sales Manager. She has purchased several vehicles from them and she said they would really work hard to get me in a car, that they were honest and fair. WOW! She was so right! As soon as I pulled into the dealership Danny came right up and greeted me. He was so friendly and seemed genuinely excited that I was there. He introduced me to Gabriel Tavarez and explained that Gabe would help me get the process started and show me some vehicles. Gabe was fabulous! He was so pleasant and patient with me. He answered all my never ending questions, and even asked me some. For example, he asked me what I was looking for in a car. With credit issues, I have always been directed to a specific vehicle, usually the cheapest one on the lot, and told that is the only car I qualify for. Not at Ferman! He showed me different cars, and options, and helped me determine what I really needed and wanted. And once I selected a vehicle and the numbers crunch began, Gabe stayed with me the whole time. He didnt leave me sitting at a desk for 2 hours like most dealerships do. I felt respected, and like they appreciated that I was there and they wanted to be sure I didnt experience any frustration while waiting. At ALL other places I have been I have always felt like I was a beggar and that they are doing me the favor. Danny worked with Jeff in the Finance office, and they put together a deal for me. They had a few questions and came to me and they both talked to me and showed me how it was working and what I was looking at. They SHOWED me... they didnt just tell me We can do this, they explained how they were going to make this deal work for me, and they wanted to make sure I understood and was happy with it. I was! And I am! Even the end process of signing paperwork was awesome. Jeff didnt act like a robot going through the tons of pages to sign, he was friendly and kept it fun, if thats possible haha. I would recommend Ferman Chevrolet to anyone and everyone they are the best dealership out there hands down.

I had been telling my dad I want a new Camaro.. So today he woke me up and said son your about to get you license. Lets go get a car. So we get to Ferman we met Ed Pol (man this guy is funny. he speaks 5 languages) I couldnt hardly understand him, but he kept me laughing. So Im excited to get a Camaro, my dad said son how about the baby Camaro. i said what is that he said a Cruze. I was a little disappointed. But heck Im happy to have a new car. Boy my dad beat Ed up on the price. But Ed just kept laughing . If you want a fun, non pushy salesman go see Ed. The mgrs were cool too. While my dad was doing paperwork,.. The short Mgr talked baseball with me. I liked that because I was thinking he wouldnt come out of his office. He even gave me tickets to a baseball game.. FERMAN CHEVY ROCKS....

On August 2nd, we purchased our new vehicle from Julio Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez deserves a rating of 5 or better because of the following reasons. First, I have to say how pleased we were with his professionalism, knowledge of inventory, stock, and vehicle information. He was extremely friendly but not over bearing. He answered all our questions and gave us all the informed information we needed to make our purchase that day. He worked with us on exploring all options and took time with us so we felt comfortable in proceeding with our purchase, despite other customers at the dealership. He gave us his full undivided attention from the beginning until we drove our new vehicle out the door. He was an extreme pleasure to work with and buy our Chevrolet Avalanche truck from. We would not hesitate to buy from him again and the Tampa dealership. The car was listed for 12,998 on internet, they raised the price 4,000 the day before we drove to see it. We were told over the phone that the price would be honored. When we arrived they negotiated back and forth and would not honor the internet price stating that it was there computer programs mistake. In the process they lied numerous times about the trade in price and profit that they would be making. Honesty and integrity were definitely lacking in this dealership.

WE CAME TO FERMAN JUST TO LOOK AND COMPARE. BILL JONES MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND WAS NON-PUSHY. HE SHOWED US THE TYPE VEHICLE WE WERE LOOKING FOR, TOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED ALL WE NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAR. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE "GADGETS".

Good Morning,My husband will the first to tell you that I do not like dealing with buying a new car. I have been with him on the two of the three occasion that we did purchase a car from Ferman. I can honestly say that it was a great experience,althought its a very long process. We initialy started think we definitley going with a Tahoe and when that didnt work out and after telling William that I wasnt interested in anything else, I didnt want to purchases another cross over or small SUV (being closed minded)but he and Susan convinced me to at least LOOK at the Traverse. I must say I was speechless. I never,ever thought a that this SUV was bigger than my Dodge Journey, that it was going to meet our needs. It definitely has and I ams SO very happy that we didnt get the Tahoe. I now know it would have been too much truck for me to drive. Please know both William and Susan are wonderful,patient, sales people and we left knowing we were treated fairly and honestly. More than any other reason... we went with the Chevy Equinox because of John Givens. Of course we had to love the car we were purchasing but the way John dealt with us made it easier for us. We were already irritated with most of the sales consultants from the other dealerships... but John was different. He answered our questions but gave us space. Something especially impressive to us was that he never spoke badly of the cars from other makers. He helped us see the pros and cons to both cars we were looking at from Chevy and didn't try to steer us to a more expensive vehicle or to get "extras" we didn't need. He would simply inform us of what would come with each model. His patients was so very much appreciated. We went back to the dealership about 4-5 times to look at the car and be sure of what we wanted....John was always there and didn't seem to be irritated with our taking our time. He always seemed happy to see us and encouraged us to be sure of what we wanted to purchase and to not rush it. He never pressured us any of the times we went. How different he was from the other sales reps we dealt with. He made the closing of the deal as painless as one could be. All the way through having "OnStar" set up for us. He sat in the car with us after we had purchased the car and re-explained all the functions of the car before we drove off the lot.We've had our car for a little over a week and are loving it so far.We would most definitely recommend the Equinox and most definitely recommend John to be the one to deal with.The Yepez Family

Took my wife's Impala in to deal with a Check Engine Light. The group there took the time to diagnose the problem completely. Turns out it was a bad sensor on the accelerator pedal and a serious safety issue. Thank you for taking the time to make sure it was repaired right the first time. The life of my wife and children are very precious to me.

I called Jorge today for a part for my TBSS and he had it in stock and was holding it at the parts desk for me. Then, I was transfered to service where Brian Rabeau said that he would put the part on for me. Both gentlemen were very friendly, knowledgable and ready to serve me. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes at the most. I was so impressed I told my husband, when I am in need of a different car, Ferman Chevrolet will be my choice. I had the easiest car buying experience ever. I wanted a Camaro that I had seen online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greated and told them about the Camaro that I had seen on line. The car I wanted was no longer there but they showed me a Camaro that was the same except that this one had a sunroof. I never really thought about a sunroof, but it was cool and the car is awesome. They worked with me on the price and sold me the one with the sunroof for the same price as the one that was advertised on line. I could not have been happier. My brother will be in the market for a truck soon and I told him this is where he needs to go.

I had emailed Brian a few time finding a car that i would like. We agreed on a vehicle and a price for that vehicle. Upon showing up salesma did come out and talke to me told him what i wanted, (What Brain said he had as well as the websit I checked out before going down there.) Paul said the were out of that car but had one the waas the same just different trim and options. I asked if i could get some oof the feastures that the original vehicle had, and he did not know and did not find out for me. He got me back inside salesroom and then started presssureing me to buy like right then. The price he told me was the same price that the higher end model I was offered online was. Would not talkto about that, wanted to didscuss it with his manager whic was busy. Overall long time and waitiung around, no real answers, and the old bait and switch gimmick. Willneve go ther again and won't be advising any of my friend or family to go there either. Byron H.

The salesman was friendly and well informed.I traded a 2008 Honda CRV with only 13000 miles on a 2012 Equinox. They offered me about $3000 below Kelly Blue Book on my cat. I insisted on KBB value. Negotiation on price was the usual back and forth with the business manager.The main problem arose when I went to finance. I told the person that I did business with my credit union. I gave him the name and he said he would check with them. The best he could come up with(he said) was 5.9 percent through Ally Bank. I said I was surprised I did not get a better rate through the credit union and he said "It happens".I went home in the new car, checked the credit union website an and loans were at 2.6 percent. I have EXCELLENT credit! I went to the credit union Monday morning(car purchased on Sunday) and refinanced through the credit union. I went in to the dealer and canceled a maintaince contract I purchase and told the business manager that was the last money they would get from me.The bottom line is BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I called prior to my arrival and stated I was leaving another dealership; can you guys beat them on a purchase of a new car and my trade? I gave all the info and he stated he would do up some paperwork while we're driving since we had our kids and it was 8pm. I arrived and he had done nothing. He took my trade to be appraised and he was insistent on me picking a car from his lot. I didn't want to get too far into a deal without knowing the cost of my trade because I knew I was upside down already. He refused, so I picked a car to satisfy him. Now that I gave them my trade for appraisal and picked a car, he still wouldn't give me what I asked for. He demanded my current monthly payment, my payoff, and wanted me to sign a credit app. I went in with a preapproval from my FCU so I didn't need to do a credit app and why do you need my monthly payment and pay off just to get an estimate on my truck for trade? Whatever, I give him my monthly payment and my pay off and I flat out refused to sign the credit app cause I already had a loan. He continues pressuring me and I said can you please take everything I provided you and give me the numbers. He continues with the credit app and I said my kids are restless, it's getting late, I provided you with everything you needed on the phone, I told you again everything you need in person and answered all your questions. can you please stop playing games with me and give me the bottom line so we don't waste each others time and I can buy a car and/or get my kids home. Finally, after an hour he presents this to his finance manager and brings back a sheet of paper with a hand written note from his finance manager stating this is for the cop that doesn't want to play any games and requesting a bottom line price. I ignored the horrible experience and the attitudes and rudeness and attempted to negotiate the terms. Once I began negotiating this he takes the paper and says you want to buy this or not, don't waste my time. At this point i felt disrespected with the whole experience and very upset with the outcome so far. I spoke with the finance manager and asked him why he would disrespect me like that by writing that note. Now I find myself in a verbal altercation with him just because I was hesitant to answer their questions and refused to sign a credit app. He was screaming and continuing to bring up my job as a law enforcement officer and throwing it in my face. The salesman asked what I do for a living, I didn't just go in there not throwing my weight around acting in any way as a cop. After the whole ordeal I attempted to speak to the finance manager about these issues and the little man behind the desk sat there gloating about how great his job is while yelling and dimeaning me in front of other people in the store. I told the finance manager I ALREADY HAVE A LOAN, i'm eager to do the deal and he tells me to shut up and threw me out. I took my family and went somewhere else and I'm glad I did. Yet upsey I even stopped there.My advice: Buy a car wherever the best deal is, even if its here. However, every word in this is the absolute truth. The reason they wouldn't just give me a price on my trade is because they are con artist and they wanted to con me into a deal I wouldn't be happy with. ALL I WANTED WAS A PRICE ON MY TRADE AND A PRICE ON THEIR CAR AND THEN THE NUMBERS ON PAPER AND HOW IT WOULD LOOK IN THE END. My wife contacted another manager the following day and he approved the deal i asked for over the phone to my wife and just asked for us to not give them a bad review. I turned it down, went somewhere else and I couldn't have had a better experience.

This dealership has the same old school rip off philosphy in place. Let's mess with you, get as much money from you as possible and trick you into thinking that this is the only dealership with this vehicle. They want you to use their finacing, no questions and if you have other options, then they won't deal. Then after and only after raising questions on process, and called out on their mistake, they want to make it up by bending over backwards just for you, but not address the actual issue to begin with; just waiting for the next poor soul to walk in and get hammered.
