So my son is a huge fan of exotic cars and I wanted to bring him to the Ferrari dealership of Tampa. I have to say I was impressed and grateful that Allison and Reed welcomed us to their dealership. My son was so happy, it’s beyond words. He got a poster of the Ferrari F8 and was able to have a seat in the driver side of theFerrari F8 Spider. I’m so blessed that they allowed us to come and visit. Allison, Reed, and one other dealer were the BEST. Thank you guys for making my Mother’s Day and my son’s day.

Absolutely recommend visiting this dealership. The staff has always been very friendly and I received great customer service from Ryan and Blake (manager I believe) while viewing several cars at the dealership. Even after making it clear that I was not making a purchase that day, they proceeded to answer any questions I had and gave me a tour of the different models on the showroom floor. These guys are very personable and even Jack the general manager greeted me in the showroom floor, making sure that I had been attended to by one of the associates. No doubt my future purchase will be done with the exceptional team at Ferrari of Tampa Bay.

Allyson is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. She answered all of our questions and we are now the proud owners of a Ferrari, a life long dream. I inquired about a 2016 488 GTB through the dealer website. Jack reached out to me on a Sunday but he was talking to me about a Challenger car which I didn't even ask about. I had to clarify which car I was specifically interested in. Despite assurances - not one ever called me about the 2016 488 and its been over a week. I did get a call from Ryan about - once again - the Challenge car. SMH. Not even a follow up call or email from JACK. Horrible Customer service. UPDATE: JACK's response is inaccurate and libelous. I was advised by Ryan that he would call me back after reaching out to the sister store in Orlando. I was never contacted again. Phone records will support.

Living in NJ and dealing with a dealership in Florida would suggest problems with logistics, but the parts department of Ferrari of Tampa Bay not only overcomes any such thoughts, but in reality there service and response has far exceeded any other dealership in my service area. Imagine a close family member worked for a dealership and that person then takes care of your needs as a client. You'd be very well taken care of and you'd trust them. This is how Ferrari of Tampa Bay makes me feel every time. I've purchased two new cars from them and serviced several and I've always felt like I belonged to a family. They really take good care of me, like you would your own family.

More than that, they LOVE cars like I do and really know what they are talking about.. If you want to experience the true Ferrari experience, you MUST visit this facility. They even give you a tour of the facility. The service department is unbelievable. Anthony and the repair staff are knowledgeable, providing you the guidance needed through out all repair processes. I had a car that I wanted to take to The Cavallio Classic, hoping to win any award on my first try, at the highest level of Concours for Ferrari in the world. I won a Platinum Award ! This was only possible because of the knowledge, and proper guidance of the repair staff. That experience fulfilled a long term dream of mine ! Their Sales Staff, I deal with Matt Randolph, is very patient, honest, and straight forward with you, as you work through the process of selecting what is the best fit for you, in the world of Ferrari. I have purchased both New and Used cars through Matt, and would never deal with any other Ferrari dealer. I have been to many. I have actually asked them to buy a car from another dealership, just so I could deal with them. Although, that car got away, they were willing to do whatever was necessary. You have to be carful when buying a car such as Ferrari, as you can find yourself in a world of a repair nightmare, if it is not properly inspected. The cars they sell are top notch from A-Z, fully inspected, and can be purchased with the confidence that should go along with such a large purchase.
