I have givens five rating to this dealership because my wife and I had excellent customer service experience with our salesman Melvin Smith. When the dealership was closed he took the time to come out and explained information on the 2015 SRX Cadillac. Because he was so professional and it was our first time ever looking at a Cadillac we wanted to purchase a vehicle from Melvin because of his Candid demeanor. So A week later we that SRX and looking back at our experience.

First I would like to thank J.R for making my customer service experience the best as possible. J.R was very Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He did a great job explaining the work being done and making sure the service was done in a timely manner.From the time I walked into the dealership I was blown away by the ammentities offered to the customers who were waiting for their vehicles as well as the cleanliness of the lounge and facility. I bought 2 cars from this dealership and couldn't be more pleased. The staff is courteous and friendly and made the process of buying a new car seamless. It doesn't end there. I am active duty and leave frequently. I first contacted Ms. Avis Davis 3 months prior to actually purchasing. She was nice and patient with my busy schedule. She contacted me via email updating me on inventory within my specifications. I actually purchased with the help on Mr. Ron Rosenfeld. This was quickest and easiest experience I have had purchasing anything. He was on point. He went out of his way to entertain my two young children. I am very satisfied and recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience.

Customer service was great. Our new Cadillac CTX 2014 was in for paint chip fix and to do the seal coating inside & outside. It was promised back to us in 2-3 days. We took it in on Monday and received it back on Thursday. They did a great job

I had a3 30 appointment for service on my car I left work early and got there at 3 o'clock I set at that dealership until a little after 3 they did not know where my car was they did not know where my car keys were they finally found my keys and they told me that they would come the next morning by 9 o'clock and pick my car up from work and they would do the service and bring my car back to me by 12 o'clock I did not get my car back until a few minutes after 4 they half washed my car and they did not replace my gas so I lost money from my job and two trips of gas in my car for the services they finally did

I bought my first Cadillac from this dealership and it was such a pleasant experience! Every one there was so friendly and helpful. The car was used but in great condition and the listing was very accurate.(which was great for me because I live a few hours away.) I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car!

I previously wrote a poor review about Fields Cadillac that was short sighted, and cannot remove that post. I hope to correct that here. I purchased a 2013 SRX that had repair work done prior to my purchase. The repair job was not good. Field's has since worked with me to make everything right. The Service Manager, Jim, has been honest and forthright about what needed to be fixed, kept me up to date, and has had exceptional customer service. My opinion has definitely changed in the past few days, and would highly recommend this dealership. Learned my lesson about posting a review before getting all the facts.

We were traveling from PA to Florida when my car told me to "service rear axle" Your service department was wonderful at going over my whole car and making sure we had a safe trip home. They took the time to check out the whole car, not just what the error message was. They also washed it and vacuumed it. After a 13 hour trip I appreciated that. I was able to pull in without an appointment and they took care of me as if I was a regular customer. I highly recommend this dealership!

My mother is a 70 year old lady, who took her Cadillac for service on the front end. You can not hold it on the road because of the bumping in the front and her check light was on. After $5,300.00 worth of service , she still has the same bumping in the front end and the light is still on. Beware of this service department crystal strickland . for my mother Patricia Helmick. .

Cadillac has the best service I have experienced since I've started driving 35 years ago. Since I've bought a Cadillac, It's the only car I have purchased. Fields Cadillac goes above & beyond service and sales. They really treat you good and also help with the vehicle you purchased in any way. The service department always tells me what's best for my car. Doug is a saint.

Since I live so close to this Dealership, I took my Cadillac to them when it needed warranty service. I have a GM Major Guard extended warranty on my vehicle but after their inspection they told me none of the problems were covered by the warranty, I called GMPP and they said the repairs were covered but the dealer was refusing to use the proper codes for coverage. After speaking to them about it, they explained "that's the way it is" and they would not use the correct codes because they didn't believe in doing business that way and I should just pay for it on my own. I called another Cadillac Dealer on the other side of town, explained my dilemma and they said "Not a problem, bring it on over". So I called this dealer back and told them I was coming to pick up my car and take it to a different dealer that was willing to work with me and make things right. When I arrived to pick up my car, Doug Wiggins (service adviser) told me he called GMPP back and had my vehicle "Flagged", so the repairs would be denied no matter where I took my car, how rude he was. I took my car to Claude Nolan Cadillac, there I met up with the Florida rep for GMPP and she said she would take care of me and was advising the dealership to make all the necessary repairs at no charge to me. Claude Nolan Cadillac went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and worked with the warranty company, whereas Cadillac of Orange Park did everything in their power to do nothing for me. I am astonished that in this day and age of GM struggling and cutting back, Banks yanking dealer floor plans and the economy in general, that there are still Dealers practicing their shady tactics of yesteryear that drive away customers.

I have been driving cadillacs for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed having them. The comfort and security level is great. This recent buying experience was fun and exciting. This was made possible by Kim Taylor. Her zeal and enthusiasm is contagious. She is friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the product, and professional and courteous at all times. Her assistance in helping us understand and use the technology in the car was so much more than we thought would be available. If anyone I know tells me they might be looking for a car, I'll send them to Kim with the highest recommendation. Thanks again Kim for making this a great experience.

I have always purchased cars with a bit of hesitation (as I don't know all that much about them...except how to drive!), but I have to say that this was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing purchase I've ever made. The young man who helped me - Ron was very friendly and knowledgable and patiently answered all of my questions.I will happily go back in a few years when it is time to buy a new car.

From the moment, I got to the dealership I was treated with respect and professionalism. I went to the dealership for maintenance and was told exactly what I needed, how long it would take, and how much it would be. There were no surprises and no one tried to sell me things I didn't need.It was a pleasant car care experience. (which is rare) I would go back to this dealership and I would highly recommend it!!

Ron was a pleasure to do business with. I do not look forward to visiting dealerships to buy vehicles. Ron changed my opinion of sales representatives. I was looking to buy my last new Saab after their bankruptcy. Sales rep Chandra Kent was extremely helpful, honest, and personable. After just a few calls I felt comfortable enough with her to buy the car sight unseen. Purchasing as a MA resident from a FL dealer presented challenges that were eventually worked through with back office personnel. We flew down a week later and drove the car back. Was great to thank Chandra in person. Would send anyone to her without hesitation!

So I visited this dealership with a car in mind I found on autotrader.com. When I took this car for a test drive I found numerious things wrong with it that makes me even wonder if they take these cars and inspect them after they are traded in or just wash them and slap them on the line for sale. Any of the 4 things I found on my less then 10 minute test drive should have been found in they looked at the car!!! When it came down to finance (granted I dont have the best credit) the rate i received was just a little higher then I wanted to pay. When I brought up the idea of getting a cosigner they told me that I should go ahead and buy the car then take my cosigner to a bank of my choosing and refinance that way. They were more interested in making a sale then helping out a customer and thats just bad business in my opinion. I would never recomend this dealership to anyone I know, even my worst enemy!!! My salesman Dexter was very nice at first, but after getting basicly yelled and talked down to, by who I think was a sales lead or finance manager or something, numerious times not only in front of me, but other customers his attitude changed. I feel bad for him there and do wish him all the luck in the world if he stays there.

To God Be The Glory and the Joy of His Favor! Thanks to the Excellent Car salesmen (Bill & Dexter), the General Mgr. Mr. Ferguson for they were truly sent by God to handle the purchasing of our new car. We went in with faith to shop for a used car and God blessed us with a brand new 2011 Cadillac "CrystalRed" CTS. Bill and Dexter worked very hard to please us by getting the color we really wanted without any delays along with an excellent trade on our 2005 Deville and financing interest rate. Finally, many thanks to Ron the assistant finance mgr for handling the final paperwork in such a professional manner. Tried to purchase my third Escalade from dealer. They treated me like I was an idiot homeless person and did a high impact sales pitch. Brought my vehicle in for servicing, they tried to sell me all kinds of service that I did not need like a tire rotation that I just did. They put in 40 pounds of air into my tires when it calls for only 35 pounds. They put in air when my tires are clearly maked for nitrogen. Called the Service manager and he said he would get back to me after he looked into it. That has been 2 months ago. I do not trust them and I would never buy a car or get service from them again. Stay away!

I hope this review helps you decide to purchase from cadillac saab of orange park, My sales consultant was Dexter Meadows, and financing handled by Sharon Coy, both were very professional and got me the suv and amount that worked for me I purchased the suv while out of town and they helped my wife in every way they could, including coming to my house when they thought something was wrong with my suv, when I got back we noticed a problem with the sunroof and thay took it straight back and gave us a loaner car suv until everything was fixed with ours. Everything was clean ofices,waithig rooms and of course the show room. Please go make a new or used purchase and ask for Dexter Meadows.

Mr. Treanor is a definite asset to Cadillac Saab of Orange Park. His expertise saved us much money. He found two items needing repairs plus the initial repair and all repairs were explained. He offered us the use of a rental vehicle. Mr. Treanor accomplished all of this with finesse and diplomacy and to our entire satisfaction. He also kept us informed of the progress while our Cadillac was in the shop. We cannot speak highly enough of him. He is a true professional and we appreciate all of his efforts.

I sent a Internet inquiry and received my response within two minutes. I ended up buying two vehicles because the price was great on my first purchase. We made the deal at noon and Ron drove the two new vehicles to us by five that night. Ron the Internet guy was just the best.

I originally purchased my vehicle from this dealer and have been taking it to this dealer for service. Yesterday exceeded my expectations for service. My car went back at it's scheduled appointment time, was serviced and washed and was returned to me in a short period. The service manager was very courteous and remembered to supply me with information that I requested. It was so far, my best visit to this dealership.

In for an oil change for which I was initially overcharged and had my IPOD stolen from the car. Tech (AKA greasy thief) left his oily finger prints on the adapter where he unplugged it from the glove box. The service manager was very rude and condescending saying they were not going to pay for it (I never asked for payment) and it was not their problem! Never said he would look into it or offer to help! He also advised me of never having that sort of problem while he mentioned their sign saying they were not responsible for things left in vehicles! (anyone with a pulse knows that these signs are posted after an incident) I did file a police report and attempted to speak to the General Manager he refused to see me and his secretary took my phone number saying he would call me and of coarse he did not! Management at this place clearly demonstrated that my property was not a priority for them. The one thing this business has for sure is a thief in the service department!!!

I drove from one cadillac dealership to Caddy of Orange Park in half an hour and saved $2,700 on the same exact DTS. The place is great and the people made me feel like I was special. Loved the whole thing.
