Brought my car into the service center because I was hearing noise coming from the wheels after having new tires mounted at Sears..Glad I did because I found out I had several things going on that needed to be serviced concerning my Rotors, Drums, Front & RearBrakes needed replacing. Thanks to my service man Doug W.My car was repaired and I was given a loaner to continue my daily activities...My car was ready the next day which was great... I returned the loaner picked up my SRX and 2 days later I went to the market for milk, parked my car... when I came out my car would not start since Fields Cadillac was closed it was about 8:30 pm, I had OnStar to send out someone to start my car for me to get home. The following morning OnStar sent a tow truck to my house to have my car towed to the dealership the truck driver jump started my car and I was able to drive it to Fields myself.. it was about 9:45 am now and I was panicking because my sister was getting married I was in the wedding had to be in Tampa at 3:00 pm for the wedding.. Thanks to Sandy she got me in a loaner and out the door in 10 minutes. Made the wedding on time, thanks to the courteous & caring staff at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville... That was on a Saturday, got a call Monday informing me of the problem with my SRX, needed a new battery and Key Fob needed changing. Mission Accomplished thanks again to the greatest Service Tech Mr. Doug Wiggins, you did it again I'm so greatful to be working with such a wonderful team....Doug & Sandy.... You're the Best..... Never would have Made it without You!!!Patsy L...

I have been driving Cadillacs for years. Just recently having a terrible time with good customer service. I cannot say how pleased I am with the service I received yesterday here in Jacksonville!!! Three hour drive and well worth it. Had a little breakfast, then offered a loaner (!) car!! Kept me updated and I'm very very satisfied with the work from Molly, for struggling the car seat out and in, to JR, to Jim the Manager for his help. Thank you Fields for renewing my faith in Cadillacs once again !! I'll drive the three hours for future repairs. No longer disgruntled!!

We have just moved in the area and unfortunately our 2007 SRX begun to have mechanical issues. Fortunately we called Fields Cadillac Service and everyone has been helpful and courteous. Big "Thank you" to JR who showed us around and explained all what is going on with our vehicle and put us at ease and stated that our vehicle will be taken cared of. Sure enough after a few days we got our car back and did not slow us down in settling into a new area.

I had a3 30 appointment for service on my car I left work early and got there at 3 o'clock I set at that dealership until a little after 3 they did not know where my car was they did not know where my car keys were they finally found my keys and they told me that they would come the next morning by 9 o'clock and pick my car up from work and they would do the service and bring my car back to me by 12 o'clock I did not get my car back until a few minutes after 4 they half washed my car and they did not replace my gas so I lost money from my job and two trips of gas in my car for the services they finally did

I previously wrote a poor review about Fields Cadillac that was short sighted, and cannot remove that post. I hope to correct that here. I purchased a 2013 SRX that had repair work done prior to my purchase. The repair job was not good. Field's has since worked with me to make everything right. The Service Manager, Jim, has been honest and forthright about what needed to be fixed, kept me up to date, and has had exceptional customer service. My opinion has definitely changed in the past few days, and would highly recommend this dealership. Learned my lesson about posting a review before getting all the facts.

We were traveling from PA to Florida when my car told me to "service rear axle" Your service department was wonderful at going over my whole car and making sure we had a safe trip home. They took the time to check out the whole car, not just what the error message was. They also washed it and vacuumed it. After a 13 hour trip I appreciated that. I was able to pull in without an appointment and they took care of me as if I was a regular customer. I highly recommend this dealership!

My mother is a 70 year old lady, who took her Cadillac for service on the front end. You can not hold it on the road because of the bumping in the front and her check light was on. After $5,300.00 worth of service , she still has the same bumping in the front end and the light is still on. Beware of this service department crystal strickland . for my mother Patricia Helmick. .

Since I live so close to this Dealership, I took my Cadillac to them when it needed warranty service. I have a GM Major Guard extended warranty on my vehicle but after their inspection they told me none of the problems were covered by the warranty, I called GMPP and they said the repairs were covered but the dealer was refusing to use the proper codes for coverage. After speaking to them about it, they explained "that's the way it is" and they would not use the correct codes because they didn't believe in doing business that way and I should just pay for it on my own. I called another Cadillac Dealer on the other side of town, explained my dilemma and they said "Not a problem, bring it on over". So I called this dealer back and told them I was coming to pick up my car and take it to a different dealer that was willing to work with me and make things right. When I arrived to pick up my car, Doug Wiggins (service adviser) told me he called GMPP back and had my vehicle "Flagged", so the repairs would be denied no matter where I took my car, how rude he was. I took my car to Claude Nolan Cadillac, there I met up with the Florida rep for GMPP and she said she would take care of me and was advising the dealership to make all the necessary repairs at no charge to me. Claude Nolan Cadillac went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and worked with the warranty company, whereas Cadillac of Orange Park did everything in their power to do nothing for me. I am astonished that in this day and age of GM struggling and cutting back, Banks yanking dealer floor plans and the economy in general, that there are still Dealers practicing their shady tactics of yesteryear that drive away customers.

So I visited this dealership with a car in mind I found on autotrader.com. When I took this car for a test drive I found numerious things wrong with it that makes me even wonder if they take these cars and inspect them after they are traded in or just wash them and slap them on the line for sale. Any of the 4 things I found on my less then 10 minute test drive should have been found in they looked at the car!!! When it came down to finance (granted I dont have the best credit) the rate i received was just a little higher then I wanted to pay. When I brought up the idea of getting a cosigner they told me that I should go ahead and buy the car then take my cosigner to a bank of my choosing and refinance that way. They were more interested in making a sale then helping out a customer and thats just bad business in my opinion. I would never recomend this dealership to anyone I know, even my worst enemy!!! My salesman Dexter was very nice at first, but after getting basicly yelled and talked down to, by who I think was a sales lead or finance manager or something, numerious times not only in front of me, but other customers his attitude changed. I feel bad for him there and do wish him all the luck in the world if he stays there.

Tried to purchase my third Escalade from dealer. They treated me like I was an idiot homeless person and did a high impact sales pitch. Brought my vehicle in for servicing, they tried to sell me all kinds of service that I did not need like a tire rotation that I just did. They put in 40 pounds of air into my tires when it calls for only 35 pounds. They put in air when my tires are clearly maked for nitrogen. Called the Service manager and he said he would get back to me after he looked into it. That has been 2 months ago. I do not trust them and I would never buy a car or get service from them again. Stay away!

I hope this review helps you decide to purchase from cadillac saab of orange park, My sales consultant was Dexter Meadows, and financing handled by Sharon Coy, both were very professional and got me the suv and amount that worked for me I purchased the suv while out of town and they helped my wife in every way they could, including coming to my house when they thought something was wrong with my suv, when I got back we noticed a problem with the sunroof and thay took it straight back and gave us a loaner car suv until everything was fixed with ours. Everything was clean ofices,waithig rooms and of course the show room. Please go make a new or used purchase and ask for Dexter Meadows.

In for an oil change for which I was initially overcharged and had my IPOD stolen from the car. Tech (AKA greasy thief) left his oily finger prints on the adapter where he unplugged it from the glove box. The service manager was very rude and condescending saying they were not going to pay for it (I never asked for payment) and it was not their problem! Never said he would look into it or offer to help! He also advised me of never having that sort of problem while he mentioned their sign saying they were not responsible for things left in vehicles! (anyone with a pulse knows that these signs are posted after an incident) I did file a police report and attempted to speak to the General Manager he refused to see me and his secretary took my phone number saying he would call me and of coarse he did not! Management at this place clearly demonstrated that my property was not a priority for them. The one thing this business has for sure is a thief in the service department!!!
