Took our Civic in for a recall repair and one of the parts had not been ordered. The Service Consultant, Jeff Ford, came to me with a fearful look on his face, and very apologetically said, "Sir, I'm so sorry but someone didn't order one of the parts and we won't be able to complete the work on your car today ". He was most professional and helpful, and even went the extra effort to get me a car to use while mine was kept overnight. We have always received the most outstanding and courteous service from everyone at Findley Honda of Flagstaff.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Findlay since 2010 and have referred everyone I know to this line of dealerships. I have since moved from Flagstaff and just recently drove from Verde Valley to purchase my most recent car. Jacob, Donna and I have worked together on all of my vehicles and have been consistently professional and as they have gotten to know me over the years, I now just need to walk in and they pretty much know what my needs are. This was my first time working with Jeff and he took plenty of time making me feel important and gave a nice personal touch to our vehicle search. This is not a 'big box' company, these are local, hard working people, that understand that you want a good quality vehicle for a fair price. Thanks to the amazing service team, we got in and out in 20 mins! We had a warning light pop on when we were driving to Sedona from Williams, after riding the Polar Express. It was 10 o'clock at night, so back we drove to Flagstaff at 7am seeking answers and hoping our visit at a dealership wouldn't last 4 or more hours, since we were on our way home to CA. Mimi took great care of us! When she heard we were on a road trip back home, she squeezed us in! Much love to Mimi and the whole service team!

I have purchased many cars over the years but none of them have ever been as quick and easy as my experience with Findlay Honda recently. was in and out in about 2 hours including test driving. Melissa was extremely helpful and gave us a comfort level that gave us confidence in purchasing a new Honda fit. I have never in the past been able to get out of a car dealership under 3 or 4 hours going thru the irritating price haggle and high pressure of making a decision to buy a car. My experience with Findlay Honda was total opposite and nothing like I have ever experienced in the past with other dealerships. They provided various different payment options that were very easy to understand and I didn't feel like anything was hidden that you so often get from other car dealerships. Before you purchase your next vehicle, you really need to visit Findlay Honda before you make a decision on a new car.

The vehicle, a 2007 Odyssey needed a 100,000 mile service. When I got i home it was smoking and leaking oil. I called and brought it back in. The problem seemed to be either a defective or botched valve cover gasket. I did get a loaner car, however it was not of sufficient size for my wife to ride in and you apparently don't have a loaner any bigger. We were supposed to go to Sierra Vista, however my wife could not ride that far in that small of a car, that is why we do have a van. The vehicle was brought in on Friday late and apparently the part wouldn't get here until Monday, causing use to cancel out trip down south.

The service Dept. is finally staffed and set up the way a good Service Dept should be. The staff has always been friendly and helpful but now they have enough advisors and the phone system is set up to make it easy to access the staff by phone or online. I will continue to bring my Accord in for service. I am working with Jeff Ford as my advisor now. My ABS module needs replacing after only 83,000 miles which does not make me happy. My two Civics were trouble free for 190,00 and 260,00 miles before I sold them. I took my Accord to the Prescott Honda dealership and they weren't really sure what the problem was or how to fix it. The codes pointed to the ABS module but they weren't sure that it was the problem. After driving around for 5 months with my ABS, TPMS, ANTI SKID, and PS lights on all of the time I asked Jeff for help. The codes at Findlay Honda said the ABS module needs replacing and he explained what the module actually does so that it made sense to me. I am having the module replaced on Tuesday the 20th of Sept. and will be glad to have that all behind me. I trust Jeff and am glad he is on board in your service dept. All of the advisors are friendly and professional and I like the atmosphere in the service dept.

I have owned four Hondas in my lifetime: 1998 Prelude (used), 2002 Civic (new), 2006 Accord (new), and currently a 2013 CRV (new). I moved to Arizona in 2011, and had my 2006 Accord serviced by Findlay Honda several times. Every employee I have encountered during my visits to Findlay Honda has been courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Since I always had positive interactions every time I visited Findlay Honda, I knew exactly where to go when it came time to purchase my 2013 CRV on December 21, 2012. Findlay Honda is the best auto dealership I have ever dealt with, and I just turned 65 years young a few days ago. On top of providing excellent service for my vehicles, they also provide excellent customer service, which I greatly appreciate, but rarely find when dealing with other businesses. Two employees (Deon, pronounced DeeAnn, and Jeff) even wished me a Happy Birthday when I had my 2013 CRV serviced a few days ago. The dealership stocks a wide variety of new and used vehicles, is always clean, and supplies its customers with free cold bottles of water and snacks. To top off their excellent vehicle service, they give your vehicle a courtesy car wash after it is serviced. I highly recommend Findlay Honda to everyone because Findlay Honda does everything right to earn and keep your business! The people at Findlay were amazing. Riley was our sales man and did everything possible to get me out of a bad situation and into a car I loved that was safe and affordable for me. I have lived all over the country and purchased many new cars and Findlay Honda is at the top of my list for fair and responsive dealerships. I just relocated to Flagstaff, needed all wheel drive vehicles, have had previous excellent experience with Honda products and wanted to deal locally so Findlay was the obvious choice. I can't say that the price was exceptionally good but in both cases I thought I got a fair deal and so did Findlay, which works for me. I have been more than satisfied with how I have been treated and look forward to a good relationship in the future. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!!!

We started our visit with Shelby. He was very polite and knowledgable. He showed us exactly what we asked for without being too pushy. Jacob patiently helped us out with the negotiating and arranging the financing. Reilly was very efficient with the paperwork, especially since it was very busy. He also showed us how all the controls worked on our car and set up our radio and blue tooth. Donna explained our bill and answered all our questions. Several people were also finalizing sales of cars but everything ran very smoothly. Somehow, our car had no radio antenae. We returned the next day and was taken care of, no problem.

I have been bringing my 2 cars here since moving to Flagstaff and not only is the service terrible, but they seem to not care about their customers. I make an appointment every time for service and they either have no idea I am coming or do not honor the appointment. Today my car sat for a half an hour before I asked why my car was still sitting there. The response was, our lube shop does not open until 8. My response then why did you let me have an appointment at 730. His response we are working on that. I then proceeded to ask why after 3 years my car is going through the lube shop, I have never had it go through there, always gets driven to the back. He had no answer. Never will I ever go back here, I thought I was a loyal customer and I was treated very poorly. One would also think I would have received some sort of communication from the dealer after I had left clearly angry, but nothing yet. I am still baffled on why this dealership receives awards, must not be for the service department. Too bad they are the only Honda dealer in my city.

Took my odyssey to the service department to have them take a look at a transmission leak. Paid a diagnoses fee of $70 or $80. I was told that the leak was on the transmission casing seam and the transmission would have to be replaced. I told them that the left axle had been replaced recently and asked if they had checked to make sure it wasnt leaking from the axle seal. They told me it was not and it was definetely the seam leaking. Was also told that the power steering pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Total estimate of $5,700. I decided to get another opinion at a local shop and they were super helpful and friendly. They could not tell what the problem was because it was too dirty underneath. I appreciate them not guessing and took my car home to clean it off really well. When I took it back to the local shop, they said it was definetely the axle seal. They replaced the seal and did a transmission flush for under $300. The power steering pump is also fine and does not need replacement. I saved $5400 by not letting Honda work on my van. I no longer trust the dealership. Not sure if they were being dishonest, if they are have no idea what they are doing, or if something else is going on. I tried contacting them through their website about the poor service and never heard back.

We were on a road trip from Texas to Los Angeles. The splash guard under our front bumper came loose near Flagstaff. I looked up Findlay Honda online and talked with Jeff Ford. He said they could fit us in as soon as we got there. They were able to have us up and going again in about 15 minutes. Jeff Ford rocks!

I needed a new battery, it was raining and my battery died in the DMV parking lot. After I received a jump from a nice DMV customer I drove to Findlay Honda and they tested my battery and replaced both the battery and my wipers within about 25 minutes. Awesome service!!!

Patrick and Riley were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They didn't pressure me, but respected my decision making process. Every question I had was answered, and, if they didn't know the answer immediately to one of my obscure questions, they did not guess, but went to get an answer for me. I have never had better customer service than at Findlay Honda. The staff is truly wonderful and the work they did on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. My Honda CRV unfortunately had one of the recalled airbag inflators in it. Findlay went above and beyond to help me by giving me a loaner car while waiting for the new part to arrive and be installed. I had to come in to Findlay's office every thirty days to renew the paper work for the loaner, and the staff always treated me as a priority and with utmost respect. This was probably the best new Honda buying experience I've had; '04 Accord, '10 Insight and now a '16 FIT - so happy with it. I would recommend Findlay Honda to any friends who're looking for a new car. The sales representative, Patrick Hanlon, was very helpful in answering questions I had about the Honda Fit. Patrick was able to offer me a good value on my '10 Honda Insight trade-in and this certainly helped in making the decision to buy the '16 Honda Fit. Although the official Honda Fit website does much to describe and show the Fit's features and options, it is actually being able to see those in a hands-on at the dealership and with a short test drive that helps to complete the experience.

I was having trouble with the Honda dealer I was working with near me in being respectful of my time and actually having the car I needed. My husband went onto Cars.com and found out the car I wanted was at Findlay Honda he e-mailed the dealer on a Sunday and the Sales Manager went in to assure my husband it was the correct vehicle and said they would hold it for us until Monday. We lived two hours away and could not drive up until after work on Monday. On Monday they spoke with us twice and got all of the necessary information to get a better loan rate than I had at my bank and to speed up the paperwork. I loved they had my car all set up back into a little two bay garage to make it just a little extra special to drive away in my beautiful new Honda HRV. Thank you Trey, Justin and Donna. Oh and I really like not getting confronted by sales people running up to my car as I pulled into the lot.

The service reps said I needed several items repaired on my 2002 Honda CRV. Since it was costly and time consuming we broke the work into three sections. Having successfully completed two of the three sessions I scheduled the 3rd session. Once they took the car apart they discovered I didn't need the work originally scheduled (previous fix took care of the issue), however they did discover two other things that needed attention. Even fixing two items was less costly then the original one item repair.One of the items was new spark plugs. When I picked the car up at 5 pm on a Friday I noticed it did not run smoothly on the drive to a previously scheduled meeting. Sat morning I had a full day seminar from 7:30 am to 5 pm so could not get to the dealer. I took the car in on Sunday and left it and the keys with an explanation. They took in right in on Mon morning and discovered a defective spark plug - fixed in no time and they were quick to pick me up.I drive the vehicle to my daughter's in CA so I am very concerned about road worthiness - service reps get the car road worthy every time!Therese

I am some what unhappy with my experience of buying my new 2015 Honda Civic at Findlay Honda. At one point the salesman even got sarcastic with me. And I couldn't believe it. At the time of the purchase I also bought some honda wheels that they did not have in stock. The salesman told me he would call when they came in and I never got a call. So I called in a couple of days. Someone checked and yes they were in so I asked to make an appointment. The lady said she could get me in on tue at 10:15. I even got a conformation number in an email confirming the appointment. Well when I showed up on Tuesday at 10:15 "Nobody" knew I had a appointment, even the Service Manager. I am not sure how long they have been in business, but it would seam to me that they would fix any problems between sales and the service dept. They are both under the same roof.

I arrived at the Findlay Honda five minutes before my scheduled service appointment. Before I could even undo my seat belt, a Service Advisor by the name of Benjamin Mc....something, the last name escapes me...approached my 2013 Crystal Black Honda Civic Sedan. First he greeted me, then asked what we're my needs and did I have a scheduled appointment. After conversing for a few, he politely instructed me to the Findlay Honda Customer waiting lobby (room). Even though, I do not drink coffee and doughnuts, I thought it was nice of him to offer. Benjamin entered the lobby less than 25 minutes later. He then gave me a brief overview of the service that I requested. The total was what I expected (tight budget)...haha!!! He then escorted me to the payment department. He suggested that I find time to fill out a survey regarding the service of Findlay Honda Flagstaff. I told him, you got a deal!!!! I've been to Findlay Honda Flagstaff on three occasions; And each and every time...they deliver...they perform....they excel....(I'm looking for a used 1990 Honda LX/EX, 4 Door to buy...if anybody knows of anything....give me a shout...! Findlay Honda provides the best customer service at a dealership that I've ever experienced. I have been taking my Honda Fit to them for a few years now and every employee that I've come into contact with has been trustworthy and very pleasant. They do a great job in making customers comfortable and they always make sure that my car is adequately taken care of. I've been to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix (not going to recall any names), and the service experience came nowhere near to that of Findlay Honda's. Like I said, all of the employees I have met seem great, but a couple that really stick out in my mind are Ben McGovern and Lynn Selby. I have only the highest remarks for Findlay Honda in Flagstaff and I will be sad if I ever have to move away from AZ!

I leased a car from Findlay Honda this last August. I really appreciated the fact that they were knowledgeable without being pushy. My salesman, Scott Phillips, was extremely helpful, he took the time to drive me all the way home so that I could drop off my vehicle which in my book was above and beyond. My review above is primarily for Ben McGovern, sales, and a mechanic, whose name unfortunately I can't recall. I was deciding whether to have my loyal 2003 Honda CRV repaired, or purchase a new one, The mechanics information was helpful in my decision making without trying to influence me either way. Ben was exceptionally patient, and most importantly he HEARD me. The latter is not always the case with sales. He understood what I needed, that I was not going to make an impulsive decision and that I wanted informed help in making a decision, not someone telling me what they wanted me to have. Flagstaffs Findlay Honda could be named Friendly Findlay Honda. My wife and I agree that our car buying experience with Findlay was the most painless weve had in a long while. They were upfront and transparent with their negotiation process, which we accomplished via email and phone calls, including a trade-in valuation. There are probably many reasons why this dealership is such a comfortable place to negotiate a good deal, but it may simply be that each employee has a conscience and holds value in the word integrity. After less than satisfactory experiences with dealerships here in the valley over the past 16 years, we would say that dealing with sales folks who want to earn your business, are above using high pressure sales tactics, and whose smiles are genuine, is well worth the drive to Flagstaff. This is my second Lease with Flagstaff Honda and both experiences exceeded my expectations. The most recent experience didn't feel like I was dealing with a dealership. I was able to communicate my needs with the Sales manager and he met all of them. I felt like I was in control of my purchase instead of the typical run around you get at a dealership. My experience started 6 months ago when I first started entering the market for a new vehicle. I did my homework and in August I decided it was time to test drive my top 5 choices. My husband and I went to Findlay to test drive a CRV and a Civic. When we came onto the lot salesman Steve Johnston approached us and we explained that we were not buying that day but were narrowing down our choices to buy in October. Five stars isn't enough to rate this incredible dealership. The sales people at Findlay Honda of Flagstaff are not pushy types at all, the whole experience was very pleasant. If you are car shopping, DO NOT skip this dealership! There is no need to travel to Phoenix, you won't find a better deal than what Findlay offers. Tom Browning went above and beyond for us, he was so patient and kind. Trey Hudson helped us find a perfect fit for our financial allowance. We thought that we were going to end up with a used car but we left with a brand new Civic and couldn't be happier. Our last car was a 2001 Honda Civic and that car saved our lives, I never had any mechanical problems with it in all the years I owned it. A large pick up truck totaled our car a few weeks ago and all the passengers in our Honda Civic were fine, none of us had any physical injuries at all. When you buy a Honda you not only get an engineering marvel but you also get complete peace of mind. I cannot thank everyone at Findlay Honda enough for all they did for us, they are the best!!!

I purchased a 2013 Civic from Findlay. While the purchasing experience went well, it is the follow up service I have had questions about. Everytime I have something weird or strange happen with my new car, (there's been quite a few) I am always assured "It is fine. There is nothing wrong" The process of me telling the service rep, who then tells the service technician is NOT reliable. Feeling Frustrated. Not my first Honda.

This is probably the worst dealer I have ever been to! The Toyota sequoia that we looked at was very dirty in side was SLIGHTY detailed. We went for a test drive it had no gas in it. We let them know the day before that we would be there to look at the Toyota I would have thought that someone would have made it at lest look nice when we got there! Steve was the man we talked to started all the paper work with was told by him that he would call us Monday never did. LAZYEST dealership I have ever been to!

We found our way to Findlay in Flagstaff after a horrible experience at a Honda dealership in Phoenix. The staff at Findlay was top notch. We had already test drove the car, so we knew what we wanted to do. We just needed to make the " numbers" work. Our first contact was with Mark, fleet sales. He gave us the price on the Pilot, and told us to call when we were ready. 3 months later, we decided to try this experience again. Mark was unavailable, but he gave us to Dan and Jacob who along with our salesman Scotty, made the purchase happen. In less than 2 hours, we were driving away satisfied. I'm convinced that small town dealerships are the way to go! Besides, why go to Phoenix in the summer when you can shop in the cool pines! I recommend this dealership with the highest ratings possible.

I had no idea I was buying a car; they offered me a deal I just couldn't turn down. I'm pleased with the way they presented me with their offer. EVERYTHING was black and white I like the fact they had NO hidden agendas during their offer. It was all on what i needed for me and my situation. I have never bought a new car, though I've had a Honda Accord for the last 15 years. I went to Findlay Honda thinking I would buy a used car. They had many excellent options on the lot and Salesman Ronny Spoon was very patient with my changing of minds. He worked with me about three weeks to get me the car I really wanted... a brand new Honda Accord EX. Everyone in the dealership were friendly and it is so clean and customer oriented. Financial Manager Donna Gallo was also instrumental in working me into the car of my dreams and made the dreaded signing process fun! I had called to get a quote on clutch replacement on my 2003 S2000. Lynn was the service writer that I had spoken with and he had told me that he would get back to me with prices. Lynn called back and had the prices for me as said, I had an apptment with another shop that was three weeks out. Lynn called me back the next day and said he would match the price of the other shop and have it done in two days! Wow had never had that happen before so I agreed to bring it in. All said and done a great experience car runs excellent! He also let me meet the tech that worked on my car his name was James very nice young man, and told me I could request James to be the only tech to work on my car per my request! That's cool! I will be back

During the call, he speculated that I might have an alternator problem. Upon arrival, he took the car into the service bay and after a short wait informed me that it was a bad alternator. Since it was almost closing time, I left the car overnight and with the assistance of a courtesy van picked up the fully repaired 2008 Honda Accord the next morning. Once again, the very best service and personal support I have ever experienced over my 55 years of car ownership. Andthe price was right! My next Honda (I've had three Accords) will definitely be purchased fromand serviced by Findlay Honda.

I have driven 150 miles round trip to Findlay Honda every time my 2007 Honda Odyssey has needed service over the past two years. Serviice Advisors Lynn and Ryan have never disappointed me! Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. We had owned a Fit before and missed it. Traded in our 2013 Acura RDX on a Fit and a (very) slightly used Subaru WRX. I feel like we finally received the upscale buying experience we never got at Kearny Mesa Acura in San Diego! Every one we encountered, sales staff, parts department, service department, finance department and a few other employees not even involved in our transaction was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful. Kearny Mesa Acura should take lessons from these folks on every aspect of running a dealership. We had a few issues with the design of the RDX and how well it fit our particular needs but if the dealership experience had been what we expected we probably would have kept the vehicle. Findlay Honda seems to really strive to earn your return business and I assure you when the next car purchase for us comes along they will be at the top of our list. Highly recommended! I do not live in Flagstaff so I made an appointment to have an oil change and routine service. I arrived a few minutes early, my car was taken in right on time and the service was completed within the estimated time. Ryan went over the service performed and ask if I had any questions. I did not and the went over the bill explaining each charge. They ran my car through their automatic car was before bringing it to me. I could not ask for better service.

I recently had a Honda recall for a window issue on my 2007 Honda, the Flagstaff Findlay couldn't have been more professional, FAST SERVICE, friendly (each and everyone I spoke to) and courteous. Having a cup of hot chocolate after my 1.5 hour drive there was also a treat... many other things were offered as well in their waiting area to make everyone's wait is a nice one. I took my 2007 Ridgeline in for an alignment and I mentioned that there was a suspension noise under the front end. I asked to have them find what the problem might be. The mechanic spent a couple of hours checking for loose bolts, etc. and finally decided the struts were worn, although there was nothing leaking. My final cost for the alignment and the extra time spent - $84.99 - the cost of the four-wheel alignment! We have three Hondas in the family and Lynn and the staff of Findlay Honda take great care of us.

Hello world! Last week my daughter totaled my car on the hwy. She came out with only bruises. So, I was forced to shop for a car for myself. I absolutely hate shopping for a car and absolutely hate sales people because in my past experiences I always felt they were only interested in quota and do anything to manipulate me! So this time I did my homework and decided on a particular car. I called Honda and quickly Bernie was the first one to answer my call! Couple days ago, I called Mazda and it took over 10 minutes to get a sales person on the phone! But Bernie quickly and professionally answered my phone call, I told him what I wanted to test drive. When I showed up, the car was ready and I was still expecting pressure from him like I have experienced in the past. So, I was ready to stone wall him, but his professional attitude was very pleasant and to my surprise I actually laughed when he showed me cute photo of a Llama inside a van! Then of course there is happy smiley Donna who was very professional as well as quick. In the past I bought a used car from them, so I already had good experience with Honda. Because of my good experience with Bernie and Hondas sales manager, I would recommend Flagstaff Honda in a heartbeat!

This is our third Honda purchase in 14 years and I knew I wanted a CRV but did need to finalize for myself a few details such as upholstery and accessories. Justin was wonderful. He provided the information I needed every time I asked and was patient while I worked through the thinking and logistics of buying the car that day. This took some time and Justin was helpful without being pushy. He made this a pleasurable experience. Donna, in the finance department was also very professional, helpful and provided an easy atmosphere to complete the finance package. At the end of the day before I drove the car off the lot, Justin also demonstrated several of the technology features such as enabling the blue tooth connection with my phone. Wonderful service. I came back a week later to have the remaining accessories added to the car and the service experience was also very professional, very positive. Thank you.

Dealer usually the best but in my last "oil change" they did an inspection. They called about some fluids that needed changing, which I agreed to. But when I picked up the car, the "credit" person went over their "inspection" and said that an interior light was burned out. They had not called about this and I asked why. She called the supervisor and he came in and said, "Oh, those usually require a complete replacement of the entire light assembly (an overhead push-on light)." To me this is simply equivocating for poor service in not calling me and telling me the problem and asking if I wanted it fixed (or that they needed to order a part). It is unacceptable for the "credit" lady to tell me about a repair that needed doing when I pick the car up rather than them calling me while they have the car. I am disappointed because this dealer typically has outstanding service both in sales and service, but not today.

Honest, straight forward, efficient people ... I ended up buying a new CR-V and felt like I got exactly what I wanted. The Bernie was great because he really listened to me and what I wanted and didn't try to push me into anything. Financing was quick and I feel great about my purchase. I was worried that would have buyer's remorse. Not at ALL ... my only regret was that I didn't do this sooner.

We bought our Honda Pilot in 2007 from this dealership and we still love our Pilot. It needed the 100,000 mile service so we took it in and got everything done in one day. We also needed new tires and they were very competitive with discount and other tire outlets. All their service prices were also competitive and in some of the things we had done cheaper than other places. We are very happy with our Honda and would recommend anyone looking for a great car to consider a Honda. My only wish is that they were still on the other side of town because I live on the west side of Flagstaff.

My wife has been talking about replacing her car, so I stopped in to just look around and see what Findlay Honda had. I found a 2010 Civic I thought she might be interested in. Set up an appointment to have her take a test drive. We came in on Saturday morning, test drove the car, which wasn't really to her liking. Our salesman, Rob, suggested we look at another car, a 2012 Civic Hybrid which had been a demo (the purchaser would be the first titled owner). She drove it, wanted to think about, and the sales manager suggested we take it home for the weekend. Monday I was back, telling we would take it. Tuesday morning, we filled out the paperwork and it was hers. The staff is really consumer friendly. Donna, the finance person was easy to work with. Phil helped finish up the paperwork. The car was cleaned and washed while the paperwork was completed. One of the easiest car purchases I've been through, and I've bought a lot of cars. And free car washes as long as we own the car. If you are looking to buy a car, check these folks out. Even if you don't make a purchase, you will be treated well, like a member of the family. And your dog is welcome too.

This dealership pulls out all the stops to provide excellent customer service. I have a 2007 Pilot and drive up to Findley in Flagstaff for maintenance and service to keep my vehicle in good condition, and it's like a new car. I had to run an errand a few miles away from the dealership while my car was being serviced and the shuttle took me over there so that I could get there before their early closing hours - very much appreciated. I had purchased this car in Tucson - it had been a demo for a while. I found out during this visit that my car has an after-market security system. They were able to locate and repair the source of the problem I was having. They are top notch.

Findlay Honda gave me the best customer service I have ever had, out of restaurants, airlines, hotels, you name it. As soon as I walked in everyone was friendly and warm and I didn't feel any pressure of any kind. Every worker was genuine and helpful, which is really refreshing in today's fast-paced business world. I felt like a priority. I found my car online but was worried my credit was only mediocre, along with the fact I just moved and got a new full time job all in the same week. I had also been rejected at three other smaller dealerships (which worked out for the best because other dealers were ridiculously unprofessional) because of "lack of steady employment history" and my "fair" credit rating. The folks at Findlay really worked with my current & past situation above and beyond anything I would expect from a car dealership. Donna in financing was super-committed to finding me the best rate possible and her focus gave me the confidence needed so I could buy the 2008 Honda Civic and stay in my monthly budget. Oh, when they saw on my license it was my birthday the day before, they quickly printed up a birthday card, signed it, and threw in two free movie tickets at Harkins! Little things like that made my experience here phenomenal. I highly recommend Findlay Honda.

Took my car in for preventive maintenance service and about a day later, heard noise from the engine of my car. Called service department of matter, and I treated rudely and told I would have to pay to figure out what was wrong with my car. Decided against it and took it too another car shop and found out they did not install car part correctly, loose bolt and leaking oil.

I went in for my first oil change and it turned out to be an all over check-up! I loved that they checked my entire vehicle from top to bottom and washed my Pilot. I did not have to request anything or ensure my entire vehicle was checked, it was all taken care of for me. I had to take my small children, but the waiting area was excellent and provided a great kids area, which made the wait go by quicker. Big thanks to the Service staff all the way from the Greeter (who knew me on a first name basis) to the check out representative. I'm so glad that I purchased from Honda! <3

My 2006 Honda Ridgeline now has 174,000 miles, thanks to the great service from Findlay Honda. They have routinely inspected the truck at every oil change. Noticed things early on, so I could replace inexpensive parts (like boots) before more expensive repairs were needed (like CV Joints). I've had very few problems with my Ridgeline, but Findlay has addressed each issue in a very timely and professional manner. And their prices are very competitive with dealers I've had service my truck in California and Louisiana. Findlay has replaced my windshield (damage from a rock), repaired it from a rear end collision (I was stopped at a traffic light, someone else didn't) and repaired my Navigation system. In each case, I received outstanding customer service, perfect repairs, and timely updates on the repairs. I've never had to bring it back because something wasn't quite right, every time the repairs were perfect and continue to be so to this day. I've never been oversold on a repair here either. Often their service folks have suggested lower cost alternatives. I highly recommend Findlay Honda for any of your service needs! You can trust them to do the job right, and to charge you fairly.

Findlay has maintained my Honda Ridgeline since I moved to Flagstaff, and based on the quality of their work, I'm now up to 174,000 miles! Still running great and uses no oil. Each and every contact has been outstanding, work has been perfect and the charges reasonable and competitive with dealers in California and Louisiana.They repaired my Ridgeline from a rear-end collision where I was stopped at a light and someone didn't... The repair looks original and every damaged area was repaired or replaced. Work was very timely and the cost was much lower than expected. I was updated regularly about this repair because it took a little time (about a week) to get all of the parts shipped in.They've also replaced my windshield due to a rock from a passing truck, again replacement was perfect the first time!And they repaired my navigation system in a very timely and cost effective manner.Additionally, they fully inspect my vehicle at every oil change and have found problems that were inexpensive to address before they grew to major problems.I would recommend Findlay Honda for anyone needing repairs, they will take care of the problem the first time, in a timely manner and with great customer service!

By far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Robb helped me find the right model (Accord Sport) and was very patient with me. I was moving up from a Civic which seemed like a big jump at first. Then he worked hard to get me the price I was happy with, saving me a trip or trips to buy in the Phoenix area. The last two Civics I bought, 2001 & 2005, I bought in Phoenix and saved over $800 than the best price I could get at the old Flagstaff Honda stores. Jacob was very nice and straight forward during the negotiation process. Robb worked hard at verifying the prices I had gotten from some Phoenix area dealers via Consumer Guides Build and Buy program. Jacob reviewed the verified price from Arrowhead Honda and with that leverage I was able to reach a deal that was satisfactory to me. Jacob took some time to get to know me while Robb was on the computer or phone verifying prices and that made it much easier for me to trust him when it came down to the negotiations. Robb and Jacob delivered on all promises and I am very happy. Donna was the fastest ever in the finance office. What a treat. I had my financing through my credit union (1.75%) so that made it easier. When I bought my 01 Civic at Showcase Honda I had my own financing arranged and they jerked me around for three hours in the finance office, mostly waiting. I think I was in Donna's office for all of 15 minutes tops and that REALLY made me happy! I love my Accord Sport and I'm really happy that I was able to buy it at Findlay Honda. A friend recommended Robb to me because of her experience with him in buying a Honda CRV about a month or so ago. I will certainly recommend Robb, Jacob and Donna and Findlay Honda to anyone I know looking for a new or used car.

By far, one of the best experiences we have had with buying a new car. Actually, the reason my husband was in the dealership was because he wanted to replace a battery in our Acura. Tom Browning saw my husband looking at a Crosstour, and politely offered to let him test drive it while he waited. One thing led to another, and my husband ended up asking what he could get as a trade. Tom Browning never argued or made my husband uncomfortable with negotiations. It was a pleasant experience without anxiety. Donna Gallo, with her winning personality, took good care of the paperwork. When we went to the dealership to sign all the papers, Tom Browning had the car cleaned and waiting for us! Ryan Long, offered to put in the rubber mats we ordered even though that was not included. Dan Duns, the Honda Sales Manager, made it his job to introduce us to everyone involved. The surprise in all of this is that we bought another car two weeks ago. I had visited this dealer early just to look at various models but I was not buying at that time. I visited your site and as about Honda dealers in my area and you refered me to Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. I received a call from Richard Gonzales the salesman I had spoken to during my previous visit. He was excellent in helping me go through their used and new inventory. I selected an Accord to look at and test drive. They made an offer I would not accept. We discussed this more and then I tested another car, CV-R. Did not care for this car. The sales manager then made another offer which was close enough to what I have offered I excepted and we closed the sale. I live 75 miles from the dealership and was going to arrange to have a friend bring me back to pick up the Accord. The salesman Richard Gonzales then offered to deliver the car to my home. He delivered the car to my home then spent 2 hours going over all the features of the New Accord. To me that is great service. I recommend this Dealer to anyone looking at Honda cars.

I had intended to visit 2 other Dealerships in Flagstaff but was impressed with Consumer Reports evaluation of Honda products so I went to Finelay first. I met with Richard and just look at a couple of models. Returned when I decided to buy a car. Richard was extreamly helpful and had me and my wife test two different cars. We liked the Accord EX-L. Then Jacob Lunde and I began to discuss price. That took awhile but we were able to arrive at a price I was happy with and closed the deal. Richard was nice enough to deliver the car to my home 70 miles from the Dealership. I call that outstanding service. Would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a good car and fair price.

I had already been at a dealership for well over 4 hours and no "numbers" on the cost yet. I finally had to excuse myself because I had stopped by with what seemed like enough time. My husband wanted me to compare the car I thought I wanted with a Honda product; so relunctantly I went the following day. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! WOW. From the tiem I got out of my car, I was greeted with a very knowledgable and attentive agent, Tom. He had numbers to me within an hour so I could effectively work it with my budget. When I was told I would have "free car washes whenever I would like." That sealed the deal. I went once to have my car washed already and was in and out within 10 minutes! This dealership knows how to treat their "guests." AND, I love my CR-V! I think I am now an official HONDA lover.

Considered buying a new honda for a couple of months. Test drove other manfacture by always came back to Honda. Jeff Ford was excellent in answering all my questions/concerns. I even went back a couple of times and he was very helpful. John Landes sold the vehicle to me with limited amount of the back and forth scenairo. This was the shortest time I actually was involved in a car price negotiation. An hour and a half later, I was pretty much signing on the dotted line. Finance person was quick and competent. No curves xxxxx on the contact. I was please with the trade in on my 2009 and the out the door price. Everything was up front. I attended a New Car owner workshop about three month after I bought the car. Fantastic presentation as well as team. I haven't needed service yet but I am sure I will not be dissapointed. Overall...GREAT DELERSHIP, STAFF AND CAR!...I don't do surveys too ofter but this was important because I read enough ratings when I decided to buy Honda.

Initially, I was only driving thru the dealership to check out the "used" vehicles with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. And, I never considered purchasing a Honda--was looking for something else. BUT....when Tyler convinced me to take the CRV for a drive---i fell in love right away!! Has extra "perks" that makes driving a vehicle for long distances much nicer such as the sun roof and 6-disk CD changer...but, hey-----the MPG--wow!!!! I set the cruise on 65 and from Flag to Gallup--averaged 41.4 MPG!!!! I had to look 3 times to make sure I only used 4.4 gallons to drive 185 miles!! Thanks guys...for making my life more pleasant!! liz

While travelling back to CA we had a minor incident on I-40 that caused serious damage to the cooling system on our Acura. We managed to get to Flagstaff (150 miles) where we located Findlay Honda. Since we were out-of-state, I was concerned about the quality of service we might receive. It was an unnecessary concern. The service rep. (Ryan Long) was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He communicated with our insurance rep.(in CA), assisted us in acquiring a rental car, and kept us posted on progress during our three day delay. The repair estimates were honest, and the costs were fair. We continue our trip with peace of mind, because we knew the repairs were completed by Honda standards. I have found few dealerships where EVERYONE we met (salesmen who knew we weren't their to buy a car, service personnel, parts personnel, receptionists, to employees walking down the hall), were courteous, friendly, understanding, and helpful.Your assistance is still genuinely appreciated. My 20 year old Honda Accord broke down unexpectedly at a time when I couldn't really afford to buy anything. Kevin helped me find a good used Honda CRV with high miles but had only had one previous owner and was supposedly in excellent condition. He and other Findlay staff helped me to find a very low interest rate and did not pressure sell me to buy a bunch of unnecessary warranty's or fluff. (I don't like buying warranty's because that's like betting your car will break down within a year and I'd rather bet that it won't. I don't like paying interest on Warranty's that most likely won't even be used.) Unfortunately, before I had owned the car 30 days, I had a hard time starting the car in the mornings. When I took the car in to see what the problem was, the mechanic, Lynn, said the oil and filters needed to be changed. I was shocked because I was told they had done a 27 or some number inspection on the car so how could I need an oil change and new air filters after only 3 weeks? To explain, Lynn told me that it had over 100,000 miles on it but I had bought the car that way and it although it was NOT a Certified Used vehicle, I was guaranteed it had a some number point inspection. Lynn went to check with sales and came back saying they would do the oil and air filter change for no charge and do an inspection. However,they want to charge me to correct any problems concerning the hard start on cold mornings. They should have found this problem before they sold it to me and I didn't think I should be charged because it was still under a 30 day warranty.The next day after the oil change, I was gassing up to leave town and when I tried to start the CRV in front of a Chevron station in Flagstaff and it wouldn't start at all. Two mechanics came to try to help me but no one could figure out what it was. I had to rent a car because I had to get to work 250 miles away by the next day. Chevron was kind enough to allow me to leave the car at their station until I could figure out what to do with it.During lunch on my job, I called Kevin to tell him the car wouldn't start and that it was left in front of the Chevron. He was kind enough to go out to check on it on his day off and called me back later to agree that it wouldn't start. Fortunately, Honda DID take care of the towing and fixed the starter for me at no cost. In addition, they paid for my rental car after I negotiated that deal. Boyd, the manager said they would take care of me and told me the car was ready and it had been detailed but when I went to get it, the inside had not even been vacuumed. I didn't ask for that but it seems if they tell you something will be done, it should be done. I was amazed that they had dropped the ball AGAIN on me even though this was a little thing. These little things really add up especially when you have to wait a long time for something you call ahead for. I was so frustrated.It's bad advertisement for both them and myself to have temporary plates on a Honda with their name on it when people see I can't start my car. It's rather late for them to recover from the bad publicity because the people at the Chevron and the rental car people know a Honda just purchased with temporary plates wouldn't start. They did make partially good on their mistakes by paying for the rental car but I feel frustrated and doubtful that I've made a good purchase. I'm quite sure I'll have more expense before the year is up and I really wish I could get out of this deal.I asked if they would make good by extending my warranty but they would not.Everyone was friendly but straight answers were hard to get. To me Honda Findlay is the same as any other car dealer and I don't really like any of them. I had to buy a car and really had no choice.I had read the reviews and heard that Findlay Honda was a cut above but that wasn't my experience. While they've done some nice things for me, overall, I'm quite disappointed. These things should have been done before I drove off the lot the first time. I hold them to higher standards than this, after all, they work for HONDA and they're supposed to be better.

I received excellent, timely service and it was done well. The price was very fair and reasonable. Susan Sibole found coupons, when I told her I had not received the usual letter that is sent to me reminding me of the service that is due, and giving me coupons. She helped me sign up for e-mail coupons and specials. Lynn Selby actually found that double the parts I needed were ordered and paid for on a previous visit so he corrected my invoice, and deducted the payment for the extra parts from the installation invoice. I am thankful for the honesty and care that I received from all of them, Susan Sibole, who has helped me several times before, Deborah, who is new, and Lynn Selby. Now my car is running really well. I have ordered more parts to upgrade my Honda, that I love very much, and I'll be back soon for those to be installed and for continuing service! THANK YOU! Great job!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Gary was very low key and not the typical car salesman. Took a test drive in a 2012 CRV at the end of August and was willing to wait for a vehicle with my specifications until the end of September. Decided to work with Findlay dealership in Flagstaff rather than a Honda dealer in the valley because they are low key and low pressure. Needed an AWD and the valley dealerships kept telling me I did not need a AWD. The customer is always right! Trey was not easily budged on extras, but I think we got a fair price after doing a lot of research. Walking into Donna' office brought back bad memories of prior car buying experiences, but she was great, funny, and very quick. No pain whatsoever. She even gave me a free oil change and Gary gave me a cable to hook up my I Pad. It is the little things that count. Son who owns a Civic took his car to Findlay for service while a student at NAU. Always helpful and satisfied. Only recommendation as other reviewer said, they need more inventory.

Kevin made an offer that was higher than I was willing to pay but when he found out his sales manager had already made a promise, it was honored. We came in the beginning of July for recall work. At the end of our visit, we were informed of items that were checked & what could be done about them. The drivers seat belt latch was one. We were told it is under warranty for the life of the vehicle, due to the fact it is connected to the airbag system. We had ignored the seat belt light on the dash being on all the time, thinking it would cost us quite a bit of money for a technician to check it out. Instead, we were cheerfully informed there would be no charge & they were ordering the part for us. We got our Element returned to us fixed & washed both times. We were very pleased with both the work & treatment we received at Findlay Honda. We didn't buy our Element from Findlay but have been treated as if we had.

The staff was friendly and didn't use too much pressure tactics. We got a good price because we did a lot of pricing research and then told them the price we were willing to pay. The only negative was that there was only a small selection of the vehicle we wanted (Civic LX). I would have liked more veriety of colors to choose from but we got a very nice car for a good price and the staff was easy to work with. I recommend them as a dealer.

Justin worked with me to find the right vehicle for my needs. He was professional throughout the transaction. I have since visited the Service Department once. I dealt with a Service Advisor named Joe Monaco. Joe was good too. He spent the time needed to determine the issue I was having with my car. He even had the technician show me the laptop that is used to monitor engine performance (the reason I brought the vehicle in had to do with engine performance). I recommend Findlay Honda for any person who is in the market for a used vehicle.

Came in with no notice for an oil change, wiper blades and repair of some burned out dash back lights. Car was accepted immediately, service was completed on time and under estimate. One lamp was not in stock and was ordered. The dash was disassembled and re-assembled at no charge, due to the lamp issue above. Every experience that I've had with this dealer has been outstanding! I have 125,000 miles on my 2006 Ridgeline and all services have been completed at this dealer since I moved to Flagstaff, unless I've been traveling in the Northwest or Southern parts of the country.

My wife and I decided to upgrade our aging SUV to an Odyssey minivan. I shopped around online with some of the Phoenix dealers - some were more willing to deal over email than others and the prices were generally pretty good. But Findlay Honda here in Flag had the only model/color Odyssey in the state that was our first preference so I headed over there to see if I could work out a deal. I had done my homework and knew what I was willing to pay and was pleasantly surprised at how relatively easy the negotiations went with the sales guy, Dak. The price we agreed to was a bit below my target and we took advantage of Honda's 2.9% financing offer. Took the car home and everything was great until Honda announced their Memorial Day sales event 2 days later with 0.9% financing. I went back to Findlay to ask if I could get my deal switched to the 0.9% and they said I had to talk to American Honda Finance Corp. Went home, called AHFC and naturally they said I had to talk to the dealer. At this point, I was feeling like this was going to be the ol' run around but the squeaky wheel gets the oil so I went back to Findlay and this time I spoke with Frankie Ruiz, their sales manager. Frankie was very nice and said he would talk to his AHFC rep to see what could be done. Frankie got back to me shortly thereafter and said he felt pretty confident he would be able to get me the 0.9% deal. It took a few days but Frankie came through and I went back to sign the revised paperwork for the better deal. It's tough for me to think of buying a new car as an enjoyable experience simply based on how expensive cars are these days. But I must say that I was very pleased with Findlay's, particularly Frankie's, efforts in helping me get the better deal that Honda announced right after we bought the Odyssey. They earned my respect and most likely my repeat business down the road.As for the Odyssey itself, I swore I would never own a minivan as a younger man, but its funny how life changes. But this thing rocks - the kids love it, my wife loves it, its roomy, powerful, quiet, efficient, and handles great. It's a Honda...

Flagstaff Honda should be the last place you take your car for repairs. Had some warranty work done there, took them over 2 mo and now after 1 of the things they fixed, my rear control arm, a month later both my rear tires are so worn out on one side I'm afraid to travel the 100 miles a day I commute. They didn't do an alignment after replacing a control arm, DUH! And they say it's my fault! It costs me a new set of tires and an alignment, if this was properly handled by professionals it would have never happened. Flagstaff Honda BEWARE!Flagstaff Honda has reared it's ugly head again. They screwed up my oil plug so that we couldn't even get it off to change my oil. After all the troubles they gave us from above. The worst service in Flagstaff I have ever seen!!! You should be ashamed.

My wife and I purchased a 2007 Honda Pilot from Flagstaff Honda in March, 2007. We made this purchase after exploring the purchase possibilities in the area where we currently live. The best deal we were offered was from Flagstaff Honda which is nearly 200 miles away. We none the less made the decision to buy from Flagstaff and have the vehicle maintained locally at Superstition Springs Honda.My wife has kept the vehicles maintenance schedule up to date. However, the amount of warranty work needed was alarming, particularly to the power windows. What made this peculiar was that the regulators for the passenger windows which are seldom used kept malfunctioning (5 replacements to date) while the drivers side window which is used more often has never malfunctioned or needed replaced.In December 2008 (1 and years after vehicle purchase), the vehicle mileage was approaching the factory warranty limits of 36,000 miles, we began receiving extended warranty offers from various companies through the mail. We generally look to these offers as little more than scams and are always skeptical. Still concerned reference the excessive amount of needed repair on the vehicle which had been covered by warranty, we made a telephonic inquiry to Flagstaff Honda. We were offered an additional 5 years/60000 miles (whichever comes first). I was still skeptical and considered the offer a little too good to be true. However, despite the problems we had with our vehicle, Honda has a reputation of loyalty and dependability. I considered that they were standing behind their product. That coupled with the concern we both had that we may very well continue to need a warranty (the window regulators alone are about $300.00 to replace) made the offer even harder to walk away from. We procrastinated on the offer for a time until Flagstaff warned that the offer would not be valid if our vehicle went over 36,000 miles (the factory warranty limit). At that point it was January 2009 and our vehicle was about 400 miles from the limit. We agreed and Flagstaff Honda sent what appeared to be a form from Zurich to validate such information as our current address and current odometer miles on the vehicle. Nothing else was completed on the form. This didnt appear to be too unusual at the time since Flagstaff Honda is a reputable company and the form was being used to confirm the information we could provide. We paid Flagstaff Honda $1195.00 which was the agreed to purchase price for the extended warranty. Flagstaff Honda confirmed the terms of 60 additional months or 60,000 additional miles beginning 01/12/2009 and 35,566 miles. The Warranty would thus expire on 01/12/2014 or 95,566 miles (whichever comes first). Again, the terms did not seem unusual and even reasonable. We had recently purchased a Ford F150 with a similar warranty which expires 08/31/2011 or 98,231 miles (whichever comes first). Ironically, we purchased the Ford and warranty from Superstition Springs Honda for roughly what Flagstaff Honda was offering for the extended warranty on the Pilot. There were no red flags because we knew what we were purchasing and had no reason to believe we were being deceived or misled by Flagstaff Honda.In December 2009, another regulator breaks on a passenger side window. My wife takes the Pilot to Superstition Springs Honda and is promptly advised no extended warranty exists on the vehicle. She telephones Flagstaff Honda who advises the warranty cannot be accessed because of a snowstorm and because the business recently moved. Flagstaff inevitably contacts Zurich. Zurich contacts Superstition Honda and the window regulator is replaced at no cost to us.In August 2010 another regulator breaks on a passenger side window. Again, my wife takes the Pilot, which now has roughly 62,000 miles on the odometer to Superstition Springs Honda and is promptly advised no extended warranty exists on the vehicle. She again telephones Flagstaff Honda who phones Zurich. However, this time Zurich advises Superstition Springs Honda that no extended warranty exists. We contact Zurich and are told that in March 2009 (over three months after the contract was signed), the warranty was revised. The new term was 60 additional months from warranty purchase date/60,000 odometer miles. Although the timeline (01/12/2014) did not change, the miles would only be covered to 60,000 odometer miles. Not the originally agreed to 60,000 additional miles to be tacked on to the existing 35,566 at the time of warranty purchase. This is an important point. It was Hondas insistence that we buy the warranty prior to the Pilot reaching 36,000 miles to be eligible for the 60,000 additional miles. Secondly, We would have essentially been purchasing a 60 month/25,000 mile warranty, a term which not only appears completely disproportional, but would have only lasted one year given the amount of mileage we were currently placing on the vehicle. This would not have been a term either one of us would have agreed to under any circumstance.Zurichs explanation for the warranty revision was that Flagstaff Honda left certain items blank on the contract to include the original term. Zurich contends Flagstaff approved the change and that they mailed us a copy of the change. Zurich did agree to send Flagstaff Honda copies of the form we signed (still not completed) and the change to the contract they made in March 2010. Flagstaff Honda finally sent the documents to us. We requested the original terms be meant or a refund. Flagstaff Honda is no longer responding to any requests or taking any of our calls.

We spent the majority of day at the dealership negotiating a deal. The salesman gave us a good faith estimate in writing. When we came by later to sign the paperwork there was an added $2000.00 for accessories that they agreed in the original good faith which was in writing. They used traditional bait and switch" tactics. When we confronted the sales manager on the con, he became very un professional and outright lied to us. They are complete cons and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.
