Mike Uffelmann was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything to my husband and I regarding the different cars we were interested in. Everyone in the sales office and service center were pleasant and honest. I say honest because we left money in the center console of our trade-in and we were promptly notified. The whole process was easy and we even had coffee and snack. Thanks for a good experience.

Personnel is excellent, kind, & efficient. LoL, 20 words?? It was nice to know that 1st State would match offers or quotes from other Tire Centers (Goodyear, etc) when in the market for tires!

Was able to talk with our "Go To" guy and salesman, Ron ... had a cup of coffee with him ... viewed some of the cars in the showroom. We had a piece of door guard coming off one of the doors, so we took the car to the body shop when we were finished with service and Richard put on new molding around the door and re-glued the molding around the wheel-well. Everything was quick, neat and clean ... our thanks to your entire group for your excellent service.

Our salesman was Brian Knoff,who did an outstanding job! We bought 2 cars from Brian 8 years ago and every time I brought the cars in for routine maintenance Brian always took the time to talk to me. This time I knew exactly what I wanted for my 2016 Suburban and the price I wanted to pay. Brian was extremely helpful without being pushy. He found what I wanted and had it ready to pick up in 5 days! I call that SERVICE! We are buying another car in the Spring and we will only deal with Brian Knoff at First State Chevrolet! He always puts the customer FIRST!

When I called for an appointment, I was given an appointment that was convenient and worked with my schedule. When I went to pick up my vehicle the staff was friendly and willing to answer quesions. I have owned 6 cars from First State, getting my first one at the age of 16.

Shane in the service department was fantastic. My problem was covered under an extended warranty I had purchase at the time I purchased my vehicle. He took care of everything. I dropped my car off and picked it up and paid when it was ready. Shane handled everything else. It was, in my opinion, above and beyond the car care I expected.

The work was completed in the time frame I expected.Even though the sensor replacement was more than I expected, but I think the nature of the work and labor intensive aspect of it made me comfortable to have this work done at a Chevy dealership.

I bought a car a few years ago, and I feel like because I'm a woman I was cheated. I had issues a few months later, and they never fixed the problem and had to keep coming back and back for the same issues. Couple thousand dollars later, transmission needed to be replaced. They were going to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. I was so disappointed after buying a car not even 2 years later the transmission needed to be replaced, and they wouldn't even try to help me out with payments or discounts. I ended up finding a transmission specialist who charged less than half of what they priced me. I tried calling to see if we could work something out and the manager in charge of repairs was rude and very condescending towards me. He offered me a SMALL refund, and said it would be paid out immediately and then took several weeks to receive the refund. I have never been so upset with customer service, and because of this dealership, Chevy has lost a very loyal customer.

One of their employees took a customer's LS1 Camaro out for a joyride, totalled it, and now they refuse to accept responsibility for what happened, leaving the customer without their car.. Talk about a disgusting business...

I found our vehicle at First State through Cars.com, and I knew about the ZL1. I had initially decided that we were not going to do business with these people that wrecked this guy's dream car (Heck, it's MY dream car). As the saga unfolded, I read another article, it said the ZL1 owner was getting a new one imported from Berger Chevrolet, and he was happy with First State and the end result. So I gave them a shot, if he was happy, what could I hold against them? They're human. A bad employee violated his employer's trust and took the car for a joyride after entering the facility outside of working hours. They fired him as soon as they could. How do you prevent this kind of thing? You don't, you have to have some level of trust in your employees. What dealer is prepared to handle such a horrible situation? Sure they mis-stepped, and didn't handle it as good as they could have, but they're PEOPLE. Real people doing the best they can, not a bunch of PR experts. In the end, it worked out. Now, I have a beautiful new (to us) certified Chevrolet vehicle that my wife and I absolutely adore. The sales representative was wonderful to work with. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. They made the buying process so smooth, and so painless. I would love to do business with them in the future, even though they're not exactly local to me. I highly recommend them.

I went there because my ant bought a new chevy there and also traded her car in they beat anyone else on traded value and treated her better than anyone she had bought a car from before and this was her 10 new car last 3 from first state .when I went there I got my truck from Ronnie Thomas they didn't have the truck I wanted in stock but he was able to locate me just what I was looking for and had it for me in three days I was very happy . Also if your military they have extra offers for you that made my deal even better I was pleased with the respect I received and could feel the pride they have with there business and dealings with people in the service and customers in general. Thanks Ronnie and first state!! My ant did her dealings with chuck Ricker and recommends him as well she also is happy with service and warranty work done .

I just purchased a new silverado from 1st state chevy, I have to say its been a great experience. I have purchased nine vehicles in my life and only two dealerships stand outand this one is the best. Most straightforward pricing in the business. People who are genuinely polite and friendly. Kathie Mills in sales was great to deal with. She took a lot of time with me when I purchased my truck, on a day when she was very busy. Chuck Ricker (sales manager) was great and he also took time to talk with me and answer questions. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. (And have already).

I WENT TO SEVERAL CHEVY DEALERSHIPS IN LOCAL AREA, TO BUY A NEW CHEVY TRUCK. COULD NOT FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SO THE SALESMANAGER BILL HANSAN OF FRIST STATE CHEVY SUGGESTED I ORDER ONE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL OPPIONS. I ORDERED THE 2013 SILVERADO CHEVY AND WILL BE HERE SOON.
