Very good dealership. I was skeptical going for a Hyundai car but Marie really made sure we got the best service and got what we wanted. She was really nice and answered all our questions. Its been a week with my new car and post purchase, i am still getting all the support for my new car. Highly recommend this dealership !

Employees are always pleasant and helpful. Have purchased 2 of 3 of our cars from here. When going in for service, I'm in and out in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend popping in. Guaranteed you'll drive away in your new car!

Highly recommend the service department! I was reluctant to try them after seeing the reviews and was very pleased. I had recently purchased a pre-owned Hyundai from a dealership that did not end up being very ethical or reputable and decided to take it to Fitzgerald for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. To be honest I was expecting to receive a laundry list of items that the car "needed" and was so pleased when it was the exact opposite. I was helped right away, service was much quicker than I've ever experienced elsewhere and to my surprise there were NO recommendations for additional repair or maintenance. Hate to say it but that's pretty rare for service from a dealership. In my past experience at other places, they seem to always find something that you "need". Incredibly happy with my experience and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend to all and Jack was great to work with!

Had a last minute emergency with the trunk of my car not opening at all. Full of groceries and perishables. Explained the issue to receptionist who nicely escalated. Manager said they close in an hour and does not have anyone to check what the issue might be. He did not care that I had an early morning flight nor food that will go bad. He simply said” we close in an hour and cant help you, We work by appointment only “did not even offer to set a time for the next day or anything that fits way is purely a financial economical impact that he would have to bite maybe working five more minutes to check something so simple never again it’s one despite being a loyal customer for ideas I’m going over six cars in five years never again

I am very pleased with the car Nagy recommended for me,it had just come in and we got lucky. Nagy knew his stock and had me look immediately. thank you Nagy and fitzgerald for assisting me with the loan since my credit recently has dropped.I would definitely recommend fitzgerald..my friend bought a car there as well. they took care of an a/c leak the week she bought her car without any hesitation.

I recommend Fitzgerald Auto, I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer in the last 6 years. Two new autos which I still own and are completely satisfied with and recently a used auto we purchased for my daughter. Always a positive experience from sales to service.

I was floored by the level of service I received at Fitzgerald auto mall, when I bought my used Honda Fit in October! Not only was the sales man, Dave Miller, helpful and informative, he and the team that was helping with the paper work stayed almost 3 hours past closing time on a Sunday night to help me complete the transaction that day! Everyone was helpful! This dealership does NOT use high pressure sales tactics. I felt comfortable every moment I was there, and the sale went as smoothly as I could have dreamed! The team at Fitzgerald is friendly, knowledgeable, and they don't play number games with you! I went to other dealerships who insulted my intelligence before finding my car at Fitzgerald, and I was 110% satisfied with the service and friendliness I received! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, whether used or new.

Best experience I've ever had buying a car, from test drive to financing. Good price, no pressure to buy things you didn't need, excellent bank financing available. I would highly recommend George Sprague and Fitzgerald's to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I am a college student so I had a pretty tight budget. I was lucky to find such a great car, and Howard and Michael worked with me on the price so I could afford it without dipping into my school savings! They worked really hard so that I would be able to drive back up to school (Tallahassee) that weekend. All in all, everyone was really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it.
