Sales team did a great job on a day where most dealership employees would be hesitant to go outside even. With the weather being rainy and below freezing it was not the optimal conditions to go truck shopping, but regardless of what the weather was, the test drive and walk around the lot was handled flawlessly. The remainder of the process was equally as smooth and easy. We discussed numbers and came to a number we could agree on and worked for me. Within 3 hours we were in, and out, and on our way with a beautiful new F150 4X4. I am a employee a a luxury car dealership in the same area and was very impressed to see a Ford dealership handling themselves in a manner that would normally be expected of a dealer selling a much more expensive vehicle brand. All thumbs up!!!

We were looking to purchase a car on a visit to the metro-plex and were planning on visiting another Ford dealership until we looked at the Dealer Rater ratings and noticed how low theirs was. Then we saw that 5 star Ford in Lewisville had a near perfect score and chose to stop there first. I'm glad we did and now we know why they have this rating. I'm not a big fan of the whole car buying experience and neither is my wife, but Gunner made our experience a great one. He knew we were coming in from out of town and were on a tight schedule and he had several cars ready for us to drive when we got there. He had just what we were looking for and just in our price range and didn't try to push us into something else, like we've experienced at other places in the past. He found us a great car at a great price and I wish we could remember the finance guy's name that helped us because he was great too. To show how much they go out of their way to make take care of you even after the sale, later that evening we noticed that the owners manuals were not in the car. We were flying out the next morning and would not be back until the following week and would only be in town on a Sunday. So we called Gunner and he said since the dealership was closed on Sunday, that he would find the books the next day and take them home with him and get them to us on Sunday himself.

This was my first car buying experience in awhile, and by far the best. Bruce was my sales consultant. He had a keen knowledge of the vehicle, and listened to and found me exactly what I wanted. When it came to pricing, it was by far the easiest experience in my car buying history. No haggling, no back and forth. Just an initial, great deal with no stress. What a difference that makes on the entire experience. Jimmy handled the financing for me and was polite, worked with me to get what we wanted with the financing and was QUICK. No one wants to wait extensive hours waiting on financing, and Jimmy made that possible. What Five Star Ford in Lewisville is offering their customers is truly a unique, no haggle experience in car buying that is pleasant and welcoming. Who can say their car purchasing was truly stress free? I can. And I thank the crew at Sam Packs for that. I am and will recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a new car.

This is one of, if not the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. From the time I entered the door until when I left I was treated very well by some of the finest employees I have ever seen. Bruce Johnston was my salesperson and Daniel Flores handled the finance part. Both these guys had an answer for every question I had about all phases of my purchase. They were very efficient and had me out of the dealership in what I thought was a short time compared to some of my other experiences with other dealerships. I feel like I got a great price and great financing on this new vehicle. Bruce was great in knowledge about the car, and Daniel was a whiz on the finance end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great car sold by employees that know what they are doing and that can get you the best deal!

First off I purchased 2 mustangs from Sam Pack in North Richland Hills, both purchasing experiences were great with sales person Doreen Parker. I'd recommend her for no pressure and a laid back Caribbean style purchase. She facilitated this purchase from the Lewisville dealership. With an out the door price in hand, my daughter and I headed up to Lewisville. We were met by 4 salesmen but Xavier Perez (look for Mario Lopez look-a-like)landed us and helped us the rest of the day. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything with regard to Fords Certified cars. We closed the deal and he drove the car to my home in Fort Worth because my daughter didnt have her license yet. Thanks to everyone at Sam Packs..you are doing it right.

We came to the used car side of this dealership to look at a used Honda. I had been offered a great price thru the internet manager, and was skeptical of the quality of the car. When they brought it out, it was very clean inside and out, and looked great. There was no high pressure tactics used. We drove it, loved it, and then told the sales person we wanted it. He was shocked at the offer I had been given saying it must have been a mistake. However they DID honor it, which made me very pleased about their integrity. The buying process got a little lengthy even though there was no negotiating, but it was quite busy that day. The dealership itself was a little spartan compared to some higher end ones we had been to ( park place, Sewell) but decent non -the -less. As a bonus, even though we did not buy this vehicle 1) new or 2) from a honda dealer, we received 3 mos free subscription to Sirius xm which my son loves :)

Tom Martin was very knowledgeable in the features available in Ford cars and trucks and in the available inventory at Five Star Ford. We got a great deal on a new F-150, and although it is a two hour drive from Oklahoma I plan to do business there again in the future.

I began looking for a new truck in early September and researched online all of the major brands. I have driven Chevy trucks since early 1980s. All of my dealings with purchasing starts with the product. I look into account all of the options, reviews, prices and history of complaints. This year Ford had the best product and the F150 had the most options that appealed to me. I began by visiting several dealerships in and around the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex. I met with many sales personnel and many were helpful and friendly. It was not until I walked into Sam Pack's Ford dealership in Lewisville and met Surafel Fekadu that I was really committed to purchasing. He took the time to go over the options and the differences. We worked all of these options into a product that he did not have but found. He stayed with the process and delivered on not one but three different trucks. I had test driven many trucks and was impressed with the F150. Years ago I test drove one and settled on a Chevrolet. I think Ford has improved their product and Sam Pack's sales team does a great job highlighting those features. I would recommend this dealership and product to anyone needing a truck.

These two guys where by far the MOST professional salesmen I have ever come in contact with. I was able to work with John Gerarde on finding the exact vehicle my wife and I were looking for as well as match an offer that another dealer was making on the same vehicle in a different color. John jumped through hoops to handle the logistics of moving the vehicle and setting up the price before my wife and I ever stepped on the lot. Once we arrived, he made sure that we knew every bell and whistle of the new vehicle before taking care of the last bit of paperwork with us. There was no hassle, there was no pressure. It was a smooth process and actually enjoyable! He was always fast in responding to my calls and texts about questions and concerns and was straightforward with his answers. We worked with Daniel in financing after all else was done and he was also a breath of fresh air. He was relatable and understanding. Chase Prater Did an excellent job from the moment he greeted me at the door through watching us drive off the lot in our new Explorer. My Wife was looking for a very specific combination of options and Chase worked hard to ensure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. Chase was always positive, courteous, patient and he went out of his way to answer questions and to keep us up to date as we awaited the arrival of our new vehicle. Had a great experience from start to finish! Went in on Friday night to look at the Ford Edge. It was a little after 9:00 pm, which is why I went. I had yet to look at the Ford Edge in person and really wanted to see if they were as nice on the inside as I thought they were. Matt Roberts approached us and took us to see the Edges that were on the lot. When we didn't find any unlocked he went and got the keys to one so that I could sit in it, and he even let me test drive it around the parking lot. I was planning on waiting a few weeks (or longer) to actually purchase a vehicle, but Matt asked if I wanted to come back the next day to see what we could work out. Went back the next day and Matt helped me to get into my new car, a 2013 Ford Edge. We walked through the lot, I picked out the one I wanted, and we went inside to get started on financing. With the help of Matt, as well as finance manager, Jon Craig, I was able to walk out with the car I wanted at a great price! Will definitely recommend Five Star Ford in Lewisville, as well as Matt Roberts and Jon Craig to anyone I know that is interested in a new vehicle! And I will be back for sure!

This was the second purchase of an F150 King Ranch at Five Star. The first time is when I met my representative Tom Martin whom impressed me with working with me in the manner that I was comfortable taking care of discovery over the phone which resulted in my first purchase with Five Star back then I was completely satisfied with my experience from start to finish and especially appreciated the introduction to a "specific" service advisor Ron Romano whom has taken exceptional care of me over the past three years. This go around was even better as your company had provided Tom Martin full training in the finance department where he worked for a period of time and then he was transferred back to sales which enabled him to take care of me from all aspects within moments to determine if moving forward made sense from my perspective at this time and made Christopher's job in finance easy and reflective of exactly what I desired. Due to Tom and his experience I found this experience to be the best experience that I have ever had and that is saying much as this was probably my 16th vehicle purchase over my lifetime. Fantastic experience, very smooth from start to finish. We did a lot of research on our own and felt of all the dealerships locally that Lewisville strove to meet our desire for a new car with the most enthusiasm. Jackie Franco was our internet point of contact and fielded our questions with great knowledge, then delivered a price that simply could not be beat. Her energy and thoughtfulness came across even through email, which is rare in a volume-driven sales industry. Thank you again Jackie. Matt Roberts is simply a gem. He has sound product knowledge, work ethic, a respectful professionalism that isn't forced, attention to detail but it's the intangibles where Matt really shines. Lots of folks can sell cars, it's a fine thing to feel like you can trust your salesman. Matt achieves that by being candid on the job and forging a friendship over and above a business interaction. I brought my 2011 Edge into the service department because the infotainment system was having a bad day. I left with a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer. Sunset Orange, a beautiful color. I did not have intentions of buying a car that day. Usually I put months of research into that process. Danny met with me, showed me the Explorer. He and Rodrigo(in training) went over the vehicle options with me. Danny and Tony came up with an offer for my Edge I couldn't refuse, and I left with a new truck and big smile on my face. I will return to this dealership and buy from then again. Thanks guys for the addition to our family!

I enjoyed working with Tom Martin; he was very knowledgeable about the car I bought and how to operate it. Tom and Jon both worked as quickly as possible to get us on our way. They were both very friendly. They could tell my daughter was getting very bored and they both took the time to joke with her and keep her laughing till we were done. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Tom and Jon took the time to answer all of them. My overall experience was very good and I will be back. I drove from New York with a new 2013 Ford F-150 after getting the oil changed. Upon arrival the "check engine oil" lite up on the dash. I called Sam Packs service and they told me to bring it for a look see. The service people checked out the engine for a leak and found none. Apparently the other Ford dealer shorted the amount of oil required for the change as Sam Pack added about a quart. They sent me on my way with no charge. I've checked the oil level since and everything is fine. I highly recommend this dealers service department. I'm looking to move to Texas and will certainly test their sales department. I went in completely defeated after dealing with several other dealerships and was completely changed by the end of the process. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about everything car related and provides you with all good or bad information up front so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase. We talked through all of my options thoroughly and he was quick with an educated answer and proof to make me feel comfortable with the decision I chose. He was very flexible allowing me to see several different models to make the best choice and even showed us the internet sales options and explained how I was getting a better deal. He was extremely considerate of my needs as a first time car buyer and even talked me out of going to another dealership to check out the car that i thought i wanted. Tom stayed late so that we could get my trade in and introduced me to Jon who helped us with the financing and explaining my options there. It was refreshing to meet such a direct and to the point car salesman who could charismatically explain the process and make you comfortable with what you were about to purchase. I have now purchased two vehicles with Eric's help the other being an F150 Supercrew. If you are looking for a person to help you find your next car or truck ask for Eric, He is the easiest salesperson I have dealt with when buying from a dealership. I was also pleased with the work of Gonzalo Maldonaldo in finance in finishing purchasing the Explorer. I also like that Tony Xenkis let his employees do their job handle the sale and just stayed in the background. Contacted the E-Sales folks and was offered a good deal. Went to the dealership and the sales manager, Rick, came out and asked me if he could help. I showed him an offer from another dealership for the 2013 STX Club Cab F150 I wanted and asked if would sell me the truck I wanted for this price or better, 10.8K under MSRP. He had the color I wanted brought around and then offered me another $500 off, wow. A new 2013 STX, 302v8, 6spd auto, all power, trailer tow and bed liner, all for under 23K. Thanks Sam Pack

John was great about being prompt with a response to my web inquiry and was quick to get the car I was interested in off the lot pulled up to the front door. It was nice and cool and ready for my test drive. When I was ready to deal, John and the finance guy worked an acceptable deal and the entire process was the quickest I ever had, and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. Before I left in my new car, John gave me a tutorial of Sync and offered further assistance if needed in the future. Best experience I`ve had purchasing a vehicle.
