My car has been at the shop in March and then I receive it at the end of May. Drove it one time and the check engine light came on. You all took the car back to fix it. You still have the car at this time. But what made my experience so magnificent, you gave me a rental car to drive to and from work. I work at Camden military Academy in Camden South Carolina. I have to travel to other destinations such as Columbia, Fort Jackson etc. you all made sure, that I was well taken care of and I thank you Five Star Nissan and Florence for taking care of me. My husband Vietnam war vet, is deceased and my only son just got married August 1 and he lives in Gainesville Georgia. So, I felt like I was all alone until, Five Star Nissan and Florence came and rescued me. I hope if they can’t fix my car they will give me a great vehicle to drive permanently. I will always look forward to staying with five star Florence. Truly you treat me like family. If they can’t fix my car, I hope they can find me a car equal or better that I will be able to drive because this was my husband’s car. Sentimental values is good but I know he won’t want me safe on the road. So if you can’t fix the car please find me something equal to the value of the car. I only went here because my Toyota Avalon was rear ended and declared total loss. My salesman was very friendly but extremely pushy. He would not let me out of his sight. The only time I was alone was in the bathroom. He only showed me 1 car, a 2014 Sentra, he seemed to distract me every time I tried to look car over. I tried several times to leave fully intending to come back the next day. Frank was not having it. After spending over 7 hrs there with absolutely nothing to eat, begging him to please take me home I gave in and purchased car with every warranty they offered. Driving off the lot I and the salesman noticed the Check Tire Pressure light flashing. As it was late, Frank said come back tomorrow. I did and the service mngr told me there was a nail in the tire, it was gouged and the hubcap was cracked. He said they patched the tire even after I asked for a new tire. Car was purchased Sep 9. Yesterday I had to take car back because Check Tire Pressure light flashing again. Svc mngr said all four tires needed 2 lbs of air and everything was fine. Sent me on my way. I drove about 5 miles and light flashing again. I get home and patched tire is flat. I have been waiting all day for tow truck. Every time I called, Frank and Mario were not available. I called again, each time having to explain the situation. Explained my problem for 4th time. This time Frank gets on phone very irritated. At 4:15 a tow truck shows up to take the car. By now, I am upset, crying and told them I could not go right then and my car was not going without me. Frank and Mario promised me a new hubcap, a tailor to sew the front seat, steam clean stains on seat and headliner, Dent Dr to repair scratches on back bumper and several deep scratches all over car. When I took car for these repairs, Dent Dr looked at scratches and said someone had already tried to touch up with paint. The only way he could fix was to repaint and he had never seen a car dealership paint a used car. I had to get Mario involved. He said "They" needed time to arrange all this. I have been waiting 5 weeks. No calls. I feel like they saw a lady coming in alone, an easy target and they swooped in. I am 60 yo on limited income. I repeatedly told Frank the payment was too high. I put $4000 down which I'm sure was their commission. Frank said he made $100. I accept my responsibility in this situation. I will make the car payments. I wonder if Nissan will honor their responsibility.

Denna Fetrow was very helpful on my new Nissan pickup purchase. I initially phoned the dealership and spoke with her about a Nissan Frontier truck advertised on the Internet. She was very helpful and invited me to come to the dealership and I could test drive a truck. I drove to the dealership, met her and bought the truck. I found that to be not true. First of all I believe that the people we deal with in life are one of two kinds of character. The one's that tell you what you want to hear and the one who tell you what you need to hear. I experienced this on Wednesday . I was greeted by a salesman named Rick Bradley. This young man guided me though this process of buying a new truck with the most professional demeanor of anyone in the sale industrial I have ever met. I have bought several car's and truck's in my life. I think what I am trying to say is I appreciate the degree that Rick went too to make sure I was satisfy with my purchase . I would like for you to convey this further up the chain of management so Rick can get the recognition he so deserves for his effort in making me a happy customer. We often wonder how a person in up in a certain profession sometime we are drawn to them sometimes we do it out of necessity. I think Rick is someone who contributes to your company. I am glad that I was there Wednesday to be part of that. Thanks Again to you and Rick.

I expressed interest online in a 2004 Frontier, I was contacted by dealership and made an appointment to see the truck. The day before going to the appointment the salesperson contacted me to confirm appointment and stated truck was ready for my inspection and drive test. I drove the 60 miles one way to inspect and drive the truck. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman informed me truck was actually in another state and I would have to purchase the truck before it would be brought to 5 Star of Florence. The next day when paperwork was written price was $1000 more that online quote. After driving truck home at 9 pm on night of delivery I discovered an oil leak the next morning, I was told the truck had undergone 150 point inspection, guess none of those inspections included underneath the vehicle. I have written letters to General Manager of 5 Star of Florence and to Division Vice President of Nissan, Sales & Marketing and Operations U.S. All of these statements are documented in writing. I have no argument with Nissan, it is this dealership that is a stain on the Nissan brand name. Please do your due diligence before you buy for Five Star Nissan of Florence.

I want you to know the experience I had at 5 star Nissan of Florence. I couldn't had a better salesman than Alex Bentley. He worked with me a got me a price that I was comfortable with. He was real friendly and very professional. I had a another guy working with him(Angel Diaz) who didn't walk but ran everywhere to take care of every car we looked at to get it ready for us to test drive. It was a 100 degrees out there and he was actually running.

Do not shop at Five Star Nissan of Florence. The general manager is a rip off and is not professional. There are better dealerships in Florence. Make sure you read every paper before you sign because they will lie in order to get your money and make up a lie in order to keep you from getting your money back. I purchased a used vehicle in January 2016. There was a crack in the windshield which they promised would be repaired. After several phone calls and continued promises, I was instructed to give them a couple weeks and they would work out the details to get the windshield repaired. Four weeks later, I have not heard anything from them. I have sent emails, receiving no reply. Now when I call and they ask who is calling the receptionist says Mario and Torrence are not available. I would not do business with them again. If action is taken to correct the problem, I will be happy to add that the repair was done. Not holding by breathe.

The lease car was turned in July 31st as instructed by Nissan Lease. January 2016, the lease car was never returned to the lease company and after 2 months of calls, neither the business manager, general manager, or regional manager are honest. Be weary of using this dealership.

We looked at a 2016 Nissan Maxima.Decided to by. We asked if there were any incentives on the car.The salesman told us he thought there was a 2500 rebate.We also had a 2013 Kia Rio we bought last year at kia.There appraise was 4000 but when I pulled the same car up on Kelly blue book it appraised for 6800 in good condition there reason for the low appraise was it needed tires.In conclusion when I asked what the out the door price was they were always to busy to furnish even when I asked them three separate times.So in short no 2500 incentive was given.The only incentive given was a 1000 for using Nissan Credit when I could have gotten a better interest rate through my bank.We love the car but disappointed with the service offered.

This place has horrible service. The staff of the service department are too occupied with trying to receive a positive score on their surveys in oppose to addressing the actual needs of the customers. I must add that most of the service department staff should actually be a member of the sales team. I say this because they attempt to sale anything and everything except a brand new car. I give them a negative 5 stars ( which should be their new name)

Rick smiled, made eye contact and explained everything to me re the multi-inspection, etc. Rick checked on his customers in the lounge area too. Shasta was also nice. I was very impressed how fast the whole experience went. Expected to leave the information with the Dealership and let them work it out and call me when it was done. I was only there about 2 hours and we had a deal. Very impressed that Terry actually came and introduced himself to me and talked to me like I was a person. Lamon was really great listened to me and my concerns and remained positive through the entire process even when I wasn't. He didn't try to dazzle me with something that I could not afford and then try to talk me into doing it anyways. I really appreciated that part. I have to say this was one of the easiest car buying deals I have ever had and I have had a lot of them! I say go here first before anywhere else!!! I went to five star to jus look around for a vehicle after loosing my 2009 maxima in a car wreck.. I didn't know that I would be leaving the lot the same day in the new maxima I had picked out since the insurance hadn't paid off my lienholder yet.. Last Friday (11/8/13) was turning off I-20 onto Evans St. when my car's check engine light (which had been on for three weeks) began flashing and my car began to "putter". I knew I had to eventually purchase a new car because my current car was going to die, and it decided to go that day. I planned to go the dealership on Saturday, and fortunately I pass it on my way to work which is how I located it. As God's blessing would have it, all I had to do was make another right turn and I was in the dealership's parking lot. Marcus greeted me and I kindly informed him that my car has died and I am in need of a new vehicle. i informed him of my experience with the versa (I rented it about a month ago, and I liked the drive and excellent mileage on gas). He directed me to what was available. I test drove a silver Versa, and I ended up driving it home.What I thought was very impressive was the fact that it did not take the staff long to complete their paperwork process. I got to the dealership around 6pm, and I was home by 7:30pm. Marcus was very informative and professional as he explained the car's features, and was very patient with me as I was trying to get him my background information (I was exasperated and STRESSED, not only because my car died but I was SO unprepared). I then spoke with Isaiah, who went over the paperwork with me, and I appreciated his patience as well because I READ everything. During the drive we spoke about reasons why I wanted another vechicle. From the time I entered Palmetto Nissan, I was comfortable! Customer service seemed to come natural to everyone there. I am not easily impressed but salesman Curtis Brown was up for the challenge. He won my confidence in his ability with his obvious knowledge and experience. He explained why he asked questions that he asked and let me know what to expect each step, in advance. I really had no hope that I would be leaving with a reliable car due to "starting over" and no credit to speak of. But they pulled together to get me approved. I spent ALL DAY in Palmetto Nissan! Not because they were slow or incompetent but because they were determined to make sure I left satisfied. And within that day, I noticed two three things worth noting that a bet not many other places can boast. 1) Curt respected my position as to what I expected in a car and what I was able / willing to budget. 2.) The entire staff treated each person that entered the facility with equality and with much respect and appreciation. 3) And most worth mentioning, I NEVER felt like I was really with a salesman. Rather it be genuine personality or sharp skill, I never felt like I was being badgered by a door to door vacuum salesperson! Now I can feel confident my children are in a safe (and sexy) ride when I buckle them in. And I thank you Curt Brown for making me bend with a little faith. Palmetto Nissan Rocks! I went to have service done on my car and while waiting I decided to take a walk on the car lot. Before I could get on the lot good the sales person (Mrs. T. Williamson) greeted me with a friendly smile and asked could she show me any particular car. I was not really looking for anything special. Ms. Williamson continue to walk with me just in case I saw something that I liked. And of course I saw a beautiful silver Rouge sitting there and right away she asked did I want to take a ride in it. I said no but my heart was in that car. After a while Ms. Williamson left me to wait on another customer because I was just looking and she gave me her card and told me if I had any question about anything just come and see her or give her a call. For some reason I just not stay away. My plan was to purchase a new car in May 2012 but my plans changed after talking with Ms. Williamson I purchased my New 2012 Rouge in January. I love it and yes I would send my family and friends to Palmetto Nissian to purchase a New or used car. The service is wonderful and the folks there are so knowlegable and friendly. This is my fourth New Nissian from Palmetto Nissian. I have sent several of my friends there and they did purchase a new car.

He was friendly and courteous. He completely explained every option on the car. I was recently in the market for a new truck. After some research I decided on a Nissan Frontier. I looked online at several dealerships and even called some. I was impressed when I called Palmetto Nissan, so I went by. They didn't have a truck like I was looking for but Steve Harpe and Sidney Swinney went out of their way to find one. They located one at another dealership and had it delivered. When I went to pick it up Sidney went with my wife and me and sat in it and explained it's features. Our entire experience at Palmetto Nissan was and very good. We were fortunate to meet David Alsberry in the lobby and he set the tone for a very cordial yet businesslike encounter. David sought to understand our needs and work hard to fulfill those needs. At no time did we ever feel pressured or manipulated. David did a great job of representing the needs of both Palmetto and us. To be honest, in all our years of purchasing vehicles, this was the first time that we left a dealership after a purchase with completely positive feelings. We felt that we had been treated fairly and with respect and that both parties had come away from the deal in a win/win situation.We are pleased with our new Titan. I was in desperate need for a vehicle, while researching my options, a friend of mine who just purchased a car from Palmetto Nissan, suggested I stop by and speak with David. I had no idea what to expect. I thought the only option I had was to go to a "buy here - pay here" dealer, and purchase a car without warranty and that could possibly break down as soon as I drove it off the lot. David and the staff at Palmetto Nissan made me feel like I was the only customer that night. After driving off in my brand new 2012 Nissan Versa, I realized at that very moment, David and the staff at Palmetto Nissan had my best interest at heart! For close to 3 years I have trusted the folks at Palmetto Nissan. As to "Why?" I give Palmetto Nissan such a high review is due to how they continue to display the upmost characteristics of true professionals. Friendliness, dependability, honesty, & integrity are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Palmetto Nissan and its trained staff. I am always asked if I need a ride while I am getting my truck serviced or if I would like to wait while enjoying a nice cup of hot coffee. For years I had driven a GM vehicle. When the Murano hit the road I knew I had to have one so to Palmetto Nissian I went. I purchased a 2010 Murano and I love it. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. After showing me the vehicles he had I decided on a color that they didn't have on the lot. He called around and found the exact color with all the options I wanted and it was on their lot the next day. The finance manager was right on target with his payment/interest rate.Since having my Murano I have been back to have routine service done and I am very pleased with the treatment I have received in the service department. The work is done quickly and they are very polite but yet very professional. I will continue to travel from my home to Palmetto Nissian to have my vehicle serviced by these great guys.

My experience was great from the beginning. Once my company reached out to the dealership the sales person (Curt Brown) contacted me immediately and inquired about my desire. He was professional and respectful while obtaining everything I wanted. He answered all questions or insecurities I had regard purchasing the car. Curt made my purchase experience a delight. I have never purchased a car and walked away feeling like I was ripped off. I actually feel good about the purchase and I love my car. My wife and I stopped by Palmetto Nissan in Florence one Saturday morning in February, so she could just "look around" at the new vehicles. A little while later we left the dealership driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue!!! The salesperson (David Alsberry), and everyone else we dealt with that Saturday morning were wonderful. I felt as though we received a very fair price for our "trade in", and some got some great financing. I've taken the car to the service department on a couple of occasions for the normal maintenance (oil, filter change, etc.) and have been just as pleased with the folks in the service department. Overall, this has been the most "pleasurable" car buying experience I've ever had...thanks to the folks at Palmetto Nissan.

I was very pleased with the service department at Palmetto Nissan. The staff was very nice to me. I was offered transportation to and from anywhere I needed to go while my car was being serviced. I was also offered a car wash. They called to let me know when my car was ready. I will continue to take my car to Palmetto Nissan for future service. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

I went to Palmetto Nissan to get rear axel fixed on my titan, I was told a price, and was told when to pick it up. 3hours later the service dept manager calls me and says "I have good news and bad news" I didnt know what to expect so i said give me the bad news first, He told me that it would take longer to fix my truck because they had to order a part. so whats the good news i said. After he did some research he found out that my truck was still under power train warrant so it cost me nothing to get it fixed he didnt have to tell me that but he did thank the Lord.So the next bday he calls me and says your truck is ready. i go and pick it up and to my surprise it is washed and vaccumed out. I didnt expect that but was pleasntly surprised. Its good to leave a dealership happy when you are surprised than fell like you were taken to the cleaners, thanks Palmetto Nissan.Sincerely Lee Wiggins

Had problems with paint on new Altima with 6500 miles.Ralph replaced the car with a new one at no charge!!!O dollars..The new car had 2 more options than the first....Great communications.. This dealership did THE RIGHT THING! That is almost unheard of in todays market.Jimm

While I was waiting for service to find out what was wrong with my Nissan Altima, Talitha did an outstanding job educating me on the features of a Versa and a Sentra, and any other car on the lot I wished to discuss. In the service department, Phil, Bobby, and Bobby, were very polite and made sure I got safely to a rental car at Enterprise as soon as I found out a part had to be ordered to fix my car. I was ecstatic the next day when I called Palmetto Nissan around 4:15pm and was told that I could pick up my Altima that afternoon instead of having to wait an extra day. Ed, the technician, definitely gets my vote of confidence for knowing how to fix a car in a timely fashion. Upon driving off the lot, I realized for the first time ever just how great the power steering feels in my now four and a half year old Altima. It drives better than it ever has before and I will forever promote and sing the praises of Palmetto Nissan to all my colleagues, friends, and family.
